A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Never confuse culture with morality.

DAVID'S HERITAGE
"Naomi took the child and held him to her bosom, and became a nurse to
him. Also the neighbor women gave him a name, saying— A son is born
to Naomi!" They named him Obed; he is the father of Jesse, the father of
David." [Ruth (Roos) 4. 16 - 17 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The Book of Ruth is an incredible love story laced with devotion and
redemption, a story of a woman who forsakes her pagan heritage and
clings to the people of Israel and the GOD OF ISRAEL. Because of her
faithfulness at a time of national faithlessness, the ALMIGHTY ONE
rewards her by giving her a new husband (Boaz), a son (Obed, the
grandfather of David), and a privileged position being in the lineage of
David (her great-grandson, the greatest king of Israel), and the
MESSIAH, the KINSMAN-REDEEMER (Hebrew: go'el).

David must have been amazed at the wonderful kindness of the GRACIOUS
MASTER that brought Ruth the Moabitess into his ancestry despite the
direct and specific command that stipulated that a Moabites should not
be brought into the congregation of the LORD, "An Ammonite or Moabite
(both of these nations were the offspring of incest), shall be admitted
into the congregation of the LORD; none of his descendants, even to the
tenth generation shall enter the congregation of the LORD." [Deuteronomy
(Davarim) 23. 3 Tanakh, Torah] Yet here we see even the ancestry of
YESHUA, the SON OF THE LIVING GOD, preparing to take on a curse from HIS
earthly roots.

Another astonishing relative in David's background was Nahshon.
According to Jacob, Nahshon would have been a member from the tribe of
Judah who would be ruler over the children of Israel. [see
Genesis/Bereshith 49. 9 - 12] Nahshon (the grandfather of Boaz,
Ruth's husband) had been the chief captain of the tribe of Judah at
the time Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt. "With you shall be a
man from each tribe, each one the head of his father's house...These are
the names of the men who shall assist you...from the tribe of Judah
(praised, celebrated), Nahshon (translates: enchanter) son of Amminadab
(my kinsman is noble)." [Numbers (Midbar) 1. 4, 5, 7 Tanakh, Torah]
Obviously, Nahshon failed to stand with Joshua and Caleb and was one of
many who died in the wilderness because he rejected GOD'S promises.
Of the elders, only Caleb and Joshua were allowed to enter the Promised
Land because they believed GOD. [Numbers/Midbar 14. 21 - 24]
Nevertheless, Nahshon was important in David's lineage.

Like each of us, we have been brought into the family of the GREAT KING,
not because of our own merits, but by HIS incredibly remarkable grace!
We are born anew "not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the
will of man, but of GOD." [John 1. 13] "Not by works of righteousness
which we have done, but according to HIS mercy HE saved us, through the
washing of regeneration and renewing of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Titus 3. 5 -
6]

How amazing, when one is born-again they shall not only see but be an
eternal part of the KINGDOM OF GOD. HalleluYAH! What a blessed
difference our LORD & SAVIOR makes in our lives.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
YOURS, O LORD, is the greatness and the power, the glory, and the
victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and in the
earth is YOURS; YOURS is the kingdom, O LORD, and YOU are exalted as
head above all.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
To handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart.
Let your policy be quality!

ALONE IN THE GARDENS
"The LORD GOD planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there HE put the
man whom HE had formed." [Genesis (Bereshith) 2. 8 Tanakh, Torah] "Then
the LORD GOD took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to tend and
keep it." [Genesis (Bereshith) 2. 15 Tanakh, Torah]

Adam was the first gardener, tending the most beautiful garden that the
SOVEREIGN LORD GOD HIMSELF planted. Every tree was pleasant to the
sight; there was a lovely river to water it, and ALMIGHTY PRESENCE was
there.

One day when the OMNIPRESENT CREATOR was "walking in the garden" —
HE found Adam and Eve hiding from HIS PRESENCE because sin had entered,
thus Adam and his wife had to be cast out of the garden leaving THE
VOICE (Hebrew: qowl — "SOUND" OF THE LORD GOD) alone.

Many years later GOD, THE CREATOR, entered another garden with HIS loved
ones. The LORD JESUS went out "with HIS disciples over the Brook
Kidron, where there was a garden, which HE and HIS disciples entered."
[John 18. 1] There in the Garden of Gethsemane, the disciples fell
asleep, and once again YESHUA was left alone. "And HE was withdrawn
from them about a stone's throw, and HE knelt down and prayed." [Luke
22. 41] There the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH "offered up prayers and
supplications, with vehement cries and tears" [Hebrews 5. 7] as HE faced
the death that HE pronounced on HIS first loved ones long before in the
first garden.

There was still another garden where ALMIGHTY MERCIFUL ONE was left
alone again— "in the place where HE was crucified there was a
garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid.
There they laid JESUS." [John 19. 41 - 42]

In that same garden, after raising from the dead, MESSIAH YESHUA, the
SECOND ADAM, was thought to be a GARDENER, "JESUS said to her —
Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking? — She, supposing
HIM to be the gardener, said to HIM— SIR, if YOU have carried HIM
away, tell me where YOU have laid HIM, and I will take HIM away." [John
20. 15]

MESSIAH YESHUA, the INCARNATE LIVING WORD OF GOD, walked alone in the
first garden where HE was seeking HIS OWN. The LORD JESUS knelt alone
in the second garden, praying for HIS Own. HE was buried alone in the
third garden, dying for HIS OWN. Therefore, in the new "Paradise of
GOD" where the Pure River of Life flows and the Tree of Life grows
eternally, HIS servants shall serve HIM and reign with HIM "forever and
ever" never to be alone again. That will be such a magnificently
glorious time!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!!

Celebrating Yom Yerusalayim — Jerusalem Day "If I forget you, O
Jerusalem, may my right hand forget her skill." [Psalms/Tehillym 137.5]
Jerusalem will celebrate the 45th anniversary of its reunification in
1967. GOD has put HIS NAME in Jerusalem: "In this House, and in
Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all tribes of Israel, will I put
MY NAME forever." [2 Kings/Melakhim Bet 21:7b] As it goes for
Jerusalem, so it will go for the rest of the world...do not be deceive
into thinking anything less.
Through the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA, Israel will be renowned, joyous, famous
and glorious above all the nations on earth. [Jeremiah/Yirmeyah 33.9]
You are the watchmen GOD has placed on the walls of Jerusalem. "I have
set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their
peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep
silent, And give HIM no rest till HE establishes And till HE makes
Jerusalem a praise in the earth." [Isaiah/Yeshayah 62:6-7)

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you don't have words, share what you have, share the silence.

MAGNIFIED MERCY
"Oh no, my lord! Your servant has found favor in your sight, and you
have increased your mercy which you have shown me by saving my life; but
I cannot flee to the hills, lest the disaster overtake me and I die."
[Genesis (Bereshith) 19. 19 Tanakh, Torah]

This audacious and impudent plea of Lot, son of Haran (Abraham' s
brother), to the angels who had spared his life when they called down
fire from heaven to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, contains the first
reference in HOLY SCRIPTURE to the mercy (Hebrew: checed) of GOD
ALMIGHTY. Though Lot was a righteous man, he had a selfish,
unregenerate attitude. Nevertheless, the MOST HIGH GOD not only showed
HIS grace in dealings with Lot, but even magnified HIS mercy, love and
great kindness to him.

This first mentioning of mercy therefore lays the foundation for the
ruling theme of the doctrine of CREATOR GOD'S checed throughout the
WRITTEN WORD. The mercy of our LOVING GOD can only be properly
described as being exceptionally excellent, and this fact is repeatedly
confirmed throughout HOLY SCRIPTURE.

David said— "The LORD'S steadfast checed (mercy) is from everlasting
to everlasting, for all eternity toward those who fear HIM, and HIS
beneficence (Hebrew: tsedaqah – righteous, justice, charity) is for
the children' s children of those who keep HIS covenant and remember to
observe HIS precepts." [Psalms (Tehillym) 103. 17 - 18 Tanakh, Kethuvim]
"For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is HIS mercy toward
those who fear Him." [Psalms (Tehillym) 103. 11 Tanakh, Kethuvim] The
mercy of our LOVING LORD GOD is unlimited, measureless, eternal and
infinite; and HIS compassion never fails. Nothing could ever be more
marvelously magnificent than this!

The Apostle Paul said of the HOLY ONE, HE is "rich in mercy, because of
HIS great love with which HE loved us." [Ephesians 2. 4] Peter even
spoke of "His abundant mercy has begotten us again into a lively hope
through the resurrection of MESSIAH YESHUA from the dead." [1 Peter 1.
3]

It is only "according to HIS great mercy HE saved us not by works of
righteousness which we have done." [Titus 3. 5] We can say as King
David did, "Only goodness, mercy and steadfast love will pursue me all
the days of my life; and I will dwell in the HOUSE OF THE LORD forever."
[Psalms (Tehillym) 23. 6 Tanakh, Kethuvim] How very grateful we
should be to the ETERNAL, GREAT & MIGHTY GOD for HIS everlasting mercy!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Encourage one another! And so much the more, as you see the day of
MESSIAH' S return drawing near. Grace be with you all. Amen
This is the 42nd Day of the Omer.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 5 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin on Tue 07 May 2013, 11:12 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
We have freedom of will to determine the shape of tomorrow by what we do
today. [Sidney Greenberg]

KINGDOM CHARACTERISTICS
"YOUR Kingdom come. YOUR will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
[Luke 11. 2]

The Kingdom Established and the saints reign with MESSIAH: "And I saw
thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then
I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to
JESUS and for the WORD OF GOD, who had not worshiped the beast or his
image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their
hands. And they lived and reigned with MESSIAH for a thousand years. But
the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were
finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has
part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power,
but they shall be priests of GOD and of CHRIST, and shall reign with HIM
a thousand years." [Revelation 20. 4 - 6]

There is a multitude from the Great Tribulation: "After these things I
looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all
nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the Throne and
before the LAMB, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their
hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying — Salvation belongs
to our GOD WHO sits on the Throne, and to the LAMB! — All the angels
stood around the Throne and the elders and the four Living Creatures,
and fell on their faces before the Throne and worshiped GOD, saying
— Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honour and
power and might, be to our GOD forever and ever. Amen. — Then one of
the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white
robes, and where did they come from?" And I said to him, "Sir, you
know." So he said to me —These are the ones who come out of the
Great Tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the
blood of the LAMB. Therefore they are before the Throne of GOD, and
serve HIM day and night in HIS Temple. And HE WHO sits on the Throne
will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst
anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the LAMB WHO
is in the midst of the Throne will shepherd them and lead them to Living
Fountains of waters. And GOD will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
[Revelation 7. 9 - 17]

At last, the prayer of MESSIAH YESHUA is fulfilled. It has always been
in GOD'S plans for mortals to enter the Thousand-Year- Reign of Peace to
complete HIS plan for mankind reigning from Jerusalem, "At that time
they (men) shall call Jerusalem "The Throne of the LORD" — and all
nations shall assemble there, in the NAME OF THE LORD, at Jerusalem."
[Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 3. 17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Righteousness (virtue, honor, decency, etc.) will reign: "The Kingship
and dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under Heaven, will be
given to the people, the saints of the MOST HIGH. HIS Kingdom is an
Everlasting Kingdom and all dominions shall serve and obey HIM." [Daniel
(Danyel) 7. 27 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "A Throne will be established in
mercy; in truth ONE shall sit on it in the Tabernacle of David, ONE WHO
judges and seeks justice and is zealous to exercise righteousness. "
[Isaiah (Yeshayah) 16. 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "See, a time is coming
—declares the LORD— when I will raise up to David the
RIGHTEOUSNESS BRANCH. HE shall reign as KING and shall prosper, and HE
shall execute judgment and righteousness in the earth. In HIS days Judah
will be delivered and Israel will dwell secure. This is HIS NAME by
which HE shall be called: YEHOWAH TSIDQENU (THE LORD OUR
RIGHTEOUSNESS/ VINDICATOR {the Righteousness of us})." [Jeremiah
(Yirmeyah) 23. 5 - 6 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "I will restore your judges as of
old, and your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward you shall be
called City of Righteousness, the Faithful City. Zion shall be redeemed
with justice; her repentant ones with righteousness. " [Isaiah (Yeshayah)
1. 26 - 27 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

There will be a River of Healing: "Then he brought me back to the door
of the Temple; and there was water, flowing from under the threshold of
the Temple...I saw very many trees on both banks of the river. "This
water" —he told me— "runs out to the eastern region and flows
into the eastern region, goes down into the Arabah, and when it comes
into the Sea, into the (Dead) Sea, its waters are healed. Every living
creature that swims, wherever the rivers go, will live. The fish will be
a very abundant once these waters have reached there; for they will be
healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes. Fishermen will
stand by it all the way from En-Gedi to En-Eglaim; it shall be a place
for drying their nets. The fish will be like the various kinds of fish
of the Great Sea (Mediterranean) , exceedingly many. But its swamps and
marshes will not be healed; they will serve to supply salt. All kinds of
trees for food will grow on both banks of the river; their leaves will
not wither nor their fruit fail; they will yield new fruit every month,
because the water for them flows from the Temple. Their fruit will be
for food, and their leaves for healing." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 47. 1, 7
- 12 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

There will be Universal Peace: "The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, the
leopard lie down with the kid, the calf and the young lion and the
fatling shall feed together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow
and the bear shall graze; their young shall lie down together; and the
lion, like the ox, shall eat straw. The babe shall play by the viper
hole, and the infant shall put his hand in the adder's den. They shall
not hurt nor destroy in all MY Holy Mountain, for the earth shall be
filled with devotion to the LORD as waters cover the sea." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 11. 6 - 9 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"HE (THE LORD OF THE UNIVERSE) will judge between the nations, and
settle disputes for many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into
plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: Nation shall not take
up sword against nation, they shall never again know war." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 2. 4 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

There are great riches awaiting the over-comer. [see Revelation 2.7,
11, 17, 26 - 27; 3.5, 12, 21; 21.7] So, today, if you will hear the
voice of the LORD JESUS, do not harden your hearts in rebellion.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
May our lips ever declare praises to our KING, HELPER, SAVIOR & SHIELD
for HIS loving kindness is mighty over us. Serve the BELOVED MASTER with
a lev tahor (clean heart) and consider your latter end! May GOD hold
you in the palm of HIS hand and watch over you each day, HE is faithful!
Today is the 41st Day of the Omer.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Believe one who has experienced it!

MOSES & ELIJAH
"Behold, two men talked with HIM, who were Moses and Elijah who appeared
in glory and spoke of HIS decease which HE was about to accomplish at
Jerusalem." [Luke 9. 30 - 31]

Notably, this is a mysterious, but auspicious passage. Peter, James and
John watched in awe as MESSIAH YESHUA was transfigured before them as HE
had promised But how could Moses and Elijah be there? Moses' body
had been buried by GOD in an unknown tomb in Moab some 1500 years
before, and no resurrection had yet taken place. [see
Deuteronomy/ Deverim 34. 5 - 6; 1 Corinthians 15. 22 - 13] And, Elijah
had been taken alive into heaven in a whirlwind after being separated
from Elisha by a Chariot of Fire over 900 years before that. [see 2
Kings/Melakhim Bet 2. 11]

This whole remarkable experience was, in fact a vision. The LORD YESHUA
commanded them saying— "Tell the vision to no one until the SON OF
MAN is risen from the dead." [Matthew 17. 9] Even though they had just
been awakened out of sleep [Luke 9. 32], the disciples knew this was not
a dream. These three disciples had seen it together and "they were
greatly afraid." [Mark 9. 6]

This vision of the future kingdom was for the disciples'
encouragement and ours as well, for the LORD had just been warning them
of HIS coming death, as well as the cross which they, themselves, must
take up to follow HIM. "If anyone desires to come after ME, let him
deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow ME. For whoever
desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for MY
sake will save it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole
world, and is himself destroyed or lost? For whoever is ashamed of ME
and MY WORDS, of him the SON OF MAN will be ashamed when HE comes in HIS
own glory, and in HIS FATHER'S, and of the holy angels." [Luke 9. 23 -
26] The KINGDOM OF GOD would come on earth; but first, HE must die and
rise again, and they must be HIS witnesses of these things.

Obviously the appearance of Moses and Elijah with CHRIST JESUS was a
picture of events to come when MESSIAH does return. There will be two
groups of people sharing HIS glory — Moses representing the
resurrected saints, and Elijah, the raptured saints. "For the LORD
HIMSELF will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an
archangel, and with the trumpet of GOD. And the dead in CHRIST will rise
first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with
them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And thus we shall always
be with the LORD. Therefore comfort one another with these words." [1
Thessalonians 4. 16 – 18] "Do not marvel at this; for the hour is
coming in which all who are in the graves will hear HIS voice and come
forth — those who have done good, to the resurrection of life."
[John 6. 28 – 29]

O what a foretaste of glory, we shall behold the KING OF GLORY, and be
eternally comforted.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Extolled and holy is the precious name of GOD throughout the world which
HE has created, and which HE governs according to HIS righteous will.
Just is HE in all HIS ways, and wise are all HIS decrees. May HIS
Kingdom come and HIS will be done in all the earth. Praised be the LORD
of life, the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE for evermore.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
He whose works are greater than his knowledge is like a tree with many
roots and few branches, of which all the winds of heaven cannot uproot.

MESSIAH, THE KOSHER ATONEMENT
"Make sure that you do not partake of the blood; for the blood is the
life, and you must not consume the life with the flesh. You must not
partake of it; you must pour it out on the ground like water; you must
not partake of it, in order that it may go well with you and with your
descendants to come, for you will be doing what is right in the sight of
the LORD." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 12. 23 - 25 Tanakh, Torah]

Orthodox Jews are very careful in their method of killing animals for
food. The slaughtering must cause instantaneous unconsciousness and
permit the greatest effusion of blood, giving great regard to prevent
the slightest unnecessary suffering. "You shall be holy people to ME
— you must not eat flesh torn by beasts in the field; you shall cast
it to the dogs." [Exodus (Shemot) 22. 31 Tanakh, Torah] "You must not
consume any blood, either of bird or of animal in any of your
settlements. Anyone who eats blood shall be cut off from his kin."
[Leviticus (Vayikra) 7. 26 - 27 Tanakh, Torah] "For the life of the
flesh is in the blood, and I have assigned it to you to make atonement
for your lives upon the altar; it is the blood, as life, that makes
atonement." [Leviticus (Vayikra) 17. 11 Tanakh, Torah]

The precious blood of the LORD YESHUA was drained from HIM for the life
of the world. HE was torn by "wild beasts" or "strong bulls of Bashan"
according to the prophecy. [Psalms (Tehillym) 22. 12 Tanakh, Kethuvim]
HE was made "unfit (Hebrew: terefah, tref)" — therefore the Jewish
people, as a nation did not partake of HIM. In prophecy they declared:
"HE (MESSIAH JESUS) has no form or beauty, that we should look at HIM;
no charm, that we should find HIM pleasing and desire HIM. HE is
despised and rejected by men, a MAN of sorrows and suffering, familiar
with grief and disease. We hid, as it were, our faces from HIM. HE was
despised, we held HIM of no account." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 2 - 3
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

But, YESHUA ha'MASHIACH was cursed for the sake of the sinner! HE was
made "unfit" that the sinner might be accepted in HIM. The LORD JESUS
was made sin that all believing on HIM might be made righteous! This
was to fulfill the WORD OF GOD concerning the MESSIAH OF ISRAEL WHO is
the SAVIOR of the world. For this, I can only bow my knees and humbly
thank my WONDERFUL LORD!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
As we bid farewell to Sabbath, our prayer is that GOD, WHO'S PRESENCE
dwells within us, bless you abundantly.
O LORD GOD, CREATOR of all, teach us to seek the good and to be wise.
Fill us with zeal for knowledge lest ignorance leave us ineffective.
Strengthen our faith, that we may kindle the light of YOUR PRESENCE in
the hearts of others. Rise up, O LORD, and YOUR enemies shall be
scattered, and they that hate YOU shall flee before YOU. For out of Zion
shall go forth the Law, and the WORD OF THE LORD from Jerusalem.
May some of the sweetness of Sabbath be present throughout the week.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The reason for religion is not reason. . . it is an amazingly marvelous
personal relationship with the MIGHTY CREATOR.

OMNISCIENT HOLY ONE
"Great is our LORD, and full of power. HIS wisdom and understanding is
infinite, beyond reckoning." [Psalms (Tehillym) 147. 5 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Paul asked the great eloquent question — "For who has known the mind
of the LORD? or who has been HIS counselor?" [Romans 11. 34] Even the
most learned scholars of every age are mere newborn infants in knowledge
compared to the ALMIGHTY ONE, "HIS wisdom cannot be fathomed." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 40. 28 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Everyone who believes in the ONLY TRUE & LIVING GOD acknowledges that HE
is omniscient by definition. HE created all things and upholds all
things, and understands all things. HE knows the future, for HE is the
HIGH & LOFTY ONE WHO inhabits eternity forever dwelling in holiness,
"the ONE WHO inhabits eternity" [Isaiah/Yeshayah 57. 15] and created
time itself.

To acknowledge this is one thing, to live as if you believe it, is
another. Most of the time we live, speak, and choose just as though the
ETERNAL ALMIGHTY LORD neither knows nor cares what we do. But, HE
really does know and cares! "When I sit down or stand up YOU know it;
YOU discern my thoughts from afar. YOU observe my walking and reclining,
and are familiar with all my ways. There is not one word on my tongue,
but that YOU, O LORD, know it well." [Psalms (Tehillym) 139. 2 - 4
Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The blessed MASTER OF MERCY & TRUTH is both omniscient and omnipotent.
HE is great in power and has created all things. Just look at the sky
and the host of stars, even they HE calls by name, and "because of HIS
great might and vast power, not one fails to appear." [Isaiah (Yeshayah)
40. 26 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Just as the MASTER DESIGNER made HIS creation "very good"
[Genesis/Bereshith 1. 31], so we also, as believers saved by HIS
marvelous grace, are "HIS workmanship. " [Ephesians 2. 10] The MOST
HIGH ONE, blessed be HE, knows us individually and is concerned about
our needs. Therefore, HE works with us in all our ways. . . HIS wonders
to perform. It is such a privilege to serve our GREAT GOD , HE is THE
GREATEST SOURCE of overwhelming joy!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Shout unto the LoRd all the earth; worship the LoRD in gladness; come
before HIS presence with songs of joy. Acknowledge that the LORD is GOD;
it is HE that made us and we are HIS people, the flock of HIS pasture.
Enter into HIS gates with thanksgiving, and into HIS courts with praise.
Praise HIM! Bless HIS NAME! For the LORD is good; HIS mercy endures
forever, HIS love is eternal, and HIS faithfulness is for all
generations. [Psalm/Tehillym 100]

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Post  Admin on Thu 02 May 2013, 9:22 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The tongue's sin weighs as much as all other sins together.

PROPHECY & FULFILLMENT
"A STAR shall come out of Jacob, a SCEPTER comes forth from Israel."
[Numbers (B'Midvar) 24. 17 Tanakh, Torah]

In searching the HOLY SCRIPTURES there can be no doubt as to WHO MESSIAH
is! From careful study of the GOSPELS, we cannot fail to see that the
HEBREW TEXT, which were often quoted by MESSIAH YESHUA HIMSELF, describe
HIM perfectly in every detail — "And beginning at Moses and all the
prophets, HE expounded to them in all the SCRIPTURES the things
concerning HIMSELF." [Luke 24. 27]

"The SCEPTER shall not depart from Judah, nor the RULER'S STAFF from
beneath HIS feet until Shiloh comes. So tribute shall come to HIM and
the homage of peoples be HIS." [Genesis (Bereshith) 49. 10 Tanakh,
Torah] The word "Shiloh" means shalom, tranquil, secure, peaceful,
pacifier peacemaker and it is an epithet of MESSIAH YESHUA WHO is The
Exact Image and Reflection of GOD. "For in HIM dwells all the fullness
of the GODHEAD bodily." [Colossians 2. 9] "This MAN (ONE) shall be
peace (AUTHOR OF PEACE)." [Micah/Michah 5. 4; Ephesians 2. 14] Peace
will be the characteristic of the Kingdom when the LORD JESUS returns.

DATE OF MESSIAH' S COMING: "You must know and understand, from the going
forth of the word to restore and rebuild Jerusalem (after the Babylonian
captivity) until the time of the ANOINTED LEADER, MESSIAH THE PRINCE, is
seven weeks (of years); and for sixty-two weeks (about 483 years) it
will be rebuilt, square and moat, but in a time of distress." [Daniel
(Danyel) 9. 25 Tanakh, Kethuvim] The prophet Daniel said that seventy
weeks were determined concerning GOD'S people, from the going forth of
the commandment to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem until the coming of
MESSIAH THE PRINCE. In 444 BC [Nehemiah/Nechemah 2. 1 - 8] the decree
to rebuild the wall was given. On March 30, 33 AD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH
made HIS Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem on the colt of an ass. The
intervening time is 143,880 days; or exactly 483 years on the 360th day
on the Hebrew calendar, or sixty-nine "sevens" of years, the time which
Daniel had set!

"And after those sixty-two weeks, the ANOINTED ONE (MESSIAH YESHUA) will
be cut off (executed for a capital crime), but not for HIMSELF; and the
army (Romans) of the leader (Titus) who is to come shall destroy the
City (Jerusalem) and the Sanctuary (Temple) ...and till the end (of the
age) of war desolation&# 39;s is decreed." [Daniel (Danyel) 9. 26 Tanakh,
Kethuvim] Here Daniel gives definite and exact measurement as to the
time of MESSIAH' S coming. HE had to come during the Second Temple,
before AD 70 when the Second Temple was destroyed. It must be clear to
any honest and unprejudiced mind that the time for the coming of MESSIAH
has come and gone. Since GOD'S WORD cannot be broken, it follows that
HE must have come. Who could HE have been? WHO has met the time
specifications for HIS coming?

"Assuredly, my LORD will give you a sign of HIS OWN accord! Look! the
virgin (almah) shall conceive and give birth to a SON, and shall call
HIS NAME IMMANU'EL. " [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 7. 14 Tanakh, Nevi'im] GOD
OMNIPOTENT assured the Jewish people through the prophet Isaiah, that HE
would not allow the enemy to destroy them until IMMANU'EL (GOD with us)
would be born of that appointed virgin (almah – "an engaged
virgin" ) who would travail. The Jewish Temple, where the
genealogical records of the royal family of the House of David were
kept, had to exist so MESSIAH' S lineage could be proven. Those records
proved that the LORD JESUS is the descendant of David and that HE is
the ONE concerning WHOM ALMIGHTY GOD spoke of through the prophets.
But after YESHUA, the SON OF DAVID, was born and fulfilled HIS mission,
GOD permitted the Temple (the place where the records were kept) to be
destroyed.

During the destruction of the Second Temple, Haggai, another great
Hebrew prophet, predicted the glory of the Latter Temple would be
greater than of the former— "...and the DESIRE OF ALL NATIONS shall
come here, and I will fill this House with glory, said the LORD OF
HOSTS." [Haggai (B'Midvar) 2. 7 Tanakh, Nevi'im] The Latter Temple
(Kingdom Temple) will be greater in glory than the First Temple by the
coming of GOD'S HOLY SERVANT, JESUS, the DESIRE OF ALL NATIONS. No other
reason could be given to make it greater!

The Israelite people were scattered all over the world so that no one
Jew on earth is absolutely certain now of any tribal descent. Matthew
secured JESUS' genealogical date before the destruction of the Temple in
AD 70, so only MESSIAH YESHUA can trace HIS lineage to David since! Who
can doubt, JESUS OF NAZARETH is the PERFECT GOD/MAN, "IMMANU&# 39;EL" —
GOD with us, the PRINCE OF PEACE!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!!
May your ever-growing faith grant you the privilege to witness and
experience the marvelous miracle of being delivered from the yoke of
slavery to sin.
Today is the 36th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Wed 01 May 2013, 11:02 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Many people speak with tremendous authority from the depths of their self-induced ignorance and cannot see they are actually in bondage.

SIGNS: SUN, MOON, STARS
"When the LORD delivered the Amorites before the children of Israel, Joshua spoke to the LORD; he said in the presence of the Israelites: —Stand still, O sun, at Gibeon, O moon, in the Valley of Aijalon! — So the sun stood still and the moon halted, while the nation wreaked revenge upon its enemies. Thus the sun halted in mid-heaven, and did not press on to set for a whole day; for the LORD fought for Israel. Neither before nor since has there ever been such a day, when the LORD heeded the words spoken by a man." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 10. 12 - 14 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

When Joshua and the children of Israel encountered an alliance of nations under a leader who called himself, "Adoni-Zedek (lord of righteousness)" ...the ONLY TRUE GOD WHO alone is righteous, defeated and crushed this pompous, egotistic heathen. The SUPREME ONE fought for Israel by "casting down large hailstones from heaven on them and there were more who died from the hailstones than the children of Israel killed with the sword." [Joshua/Yehoshua 10. 11]

As from the beginning, so will the end be, CREATOR GOD will again use the sun, moon and stars as signs of HIS return. The UTMOST HIGH & LOFTY LORD GOD will thus commence HIS judgments on the unbelieving world. "Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken." [Matthew 24. 29] "The sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood." [Revelation 6. 12] "A third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night." [Revelation 8. 12]

The five kings who fought alongside Adoni-Zedek fled and hid themselves in a cave. And Joshua and the men of Israel put their feet on the necks of these enemies, then killed them. [Joshua/Yehoshua 10. 16 - 24] Likewise, in Revelation we see that "the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of HIM WHO sits on the Throne and from the wrath of the LAMB! For the Great Day of HIS wrath has come, and who is able to stand?" [Revelation 6. 15 - 17]

"Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe; Come and tread, for the winepress is full, the vats are overflowing! For great is their wickedness. Multitudes upon multitudes in the Valley of Decision ('Emeq Charuts)! For the Day of the LORD is at hand in the Valley of Decision. Sun and moon are darkened, and stars will withdraw their brightness. And the LORD will roar from Zion, and shout aloud from Jerusalem, so that heaven and earth tremble; but the LORD will be a SHELTER to HIS people, a REFUGE to the children of Israel. And you shall know that I the LORD GOD dwell in Zion, MY Holy Mount. And Jerusalem shall be holy; nevermore shall strangers pass through it." [Joel (Yoel 4.13-17) 3. 13 – 17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

In the chaotic world we live in today, we need not be afraid or dismayed. However, we who are in MESSIAH YESHUA are to be strong and courageous knowing the KING OF GLORY will do the fighting for us. "Then comes the end, when HE delivers the Kingdom to GOD THE FATHER, when HE puts an end to all (other) rule and all authority and power. For HE must reign till HE has put all enemies under HIS feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death." [1 Corinthians 15. 24 - 26] We are more then conquerors — "for those who fear HIS NAME, the SUN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS shall arise with healing in HIS wings." [Malachi/Malakhi 4. 2] It will be worth it all when we see our LORD, KING JESUS!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
We offer YOU, our ETERNAL GOD, thanks and praise as we glorify YOUR NAME. Happy are we who praise YOU and declare YOUR holiness early and late, morning and evening — Hear, O Israel! the LORD our GOD, the LORD is ONE. Blessed be HIS NAME, WHOSE glorious Kingdom is for ever and ever.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Post  Admin on Tue 30 Apr 2013, 11:00 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you suffer as a CHRIST-ian, do not be ashamed, but praise GOD that
you bear HIS NAME.

BEWARE
"Thus says the LORD OF HOSTS: Do not listen to the words of the prophets
who prophesy to you, they are deluding you; they speak a vision of their
own heart, not from the mouth of the LORD." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 23. 16
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The word "Beware" stresses that there should be a great emphasis on
being watchful of a potential danger. The world is replete, under
Satan's control, with his deceiving devices which also weaken and
challenge the faith and life of the unaware follower of the LORD CHRIST
JESUS. Heresy contradicts the WAY OF TRUTH and the world is trying to
blur the truth and that will lead to destruction.

Thus, the WORD OF GOD warns against false prophets who appear to be true
prophets, teachers, or pastors, but whose apparently spiritual teachings
are seditiously treacherous of GOD'S WRITTEN TRUTH. John warns—
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether
they are of GOD; because many false prophets have gone out into the
world." [1 John 4. 1] MESSIAH YESHUA further cautioned HIS followers
"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but
inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits"
[Matthew 7. 15 - 16], and to "beware… of the doctrine of the
Pharisees and Sadducees." [Matthew 16. 12] These sects have their
individual modern-day corrupt counterparts in the treachery of legalists
and the disbelief of those who push "tolerance&quo t; based on
ignorance, all are destructive to true SCRIPTURAL faith and eternal
life.

Considering the extremely illogical humanistic intellectualism of today,
which at best is vain deceit, we have again been forewarned, "Beware
lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to
the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world,
and not according to CHRIST." [Colossians 2. 8] "There were also false
prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among
you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the
Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And
many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of
truth will be blasphemed. By covetousness they will exploit you with
deceptive words." [2 Peter 2. 1 - 3]

The Apostle Peter further warns against those who distort (twist,
misrepresent, corrupt) the PURE WORD OF GOD, "Beware lest you also fall
from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the
wicked." [2 Peter 3. 17] Here, Peter is referring to those who seek to
please the philosophical humanist— "knowing this first: that
scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own
lusts…they willfully forget: that by the WORD OF GOD the heavens
were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, by
which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water.
But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word,
are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly
men...and the "things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable
people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the
SCRIPTURES." [2 Peter 3. 3 – 7, 16]

In light of GOD'S TRUTH, we urge you to watch and beware, "lest
there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the
LIVING GOD…lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of
sin." [Hebrews 3. 12 – 13] Embrace and cling to the LORD JESUS, the
ENDURING ONE, and be confidently steadfast in HIM to the end. May the
LORD GOD ALMIGHTY be praised!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
"O LORD GOD, when adversity and sorrow come upon YOUR people, may
they face them boldly as trials of faith. Amid suffering and
persecution, may we continue to cling to YOU and perform our appointed
tasks in confidence and fortitude. Strengthen us to combat prejudice,
injustice and oppression when others strike against us. May we strive
unceasingly for the triumph of YOUR TRUTH. Amen"

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.>

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 5 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin on Mon 29 Apr 2013, 10:49 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Faith doesn't get you around trouble, it gets you through it!

LAG B'OMER
"And from the day on which you bring the sheaf of Elevation Offering
— the day after the Sabbath — you shall count off seven weeks.
They must be complete." [Leviticus (Vayikra) 23. 15 Tanakh, Torah]

Lag b'Omer means "the 33rd day of the (counting of the) Omer." The Omer
(a unit of measure) was a Barley Offering, which was brought into the
Temple on the day we start counting, the second day of Passover, to the
day before Shavuoth (Pentecost), seven full weeks. This period is known
as the "Counting of the Omer." {Lag b'Omer is April 28, 2013, 18
Iyar 5773 on the Hebrew Calendar}

Every night, from the second night of Passover to the night before
Shavuot, we recite a mitzvah (blessing) and state the count of the Omer
in both weeks and days. The first is the week of Chesed
(loving-kindness) ; the second, Gevurah (justice & discipline); the
third, Tiferet (harmony – compassion); the fourth, Netzach
(endurance); the fifty, Hod [Malchut] (humility, [humility in
nobility]); the sixth, Yesod (bonding); and the seventh week, Malchut
(Sovereignty, leadership). The counting is intended to remind us of the
link between Passover, which commemorates the Exodus, and Shavuoth
(Pentecost), which commemorates the giving of the TORAH. It reminds us
that the redemption from slavery was not complete until we received the
TORAH (The Law).

The first 33 days of the Omer are observed as a period of mourning. We
do not take haircuts, perform weddings, or listen to music. Lag b'Omer
is the 33rd Day of counting the Omer. The word "lag" means "33" as it
is comprised of the Hebrew letters lamud and gimmel corresponding to the
numerical values of thirty and three. The Omer Period is a time of
heightened spiritual sensitivity and growth. The closer Shavuot
(Pentecost) draws, the greater our anticipation grows for the climactic
celebration of the "GIVING OF THE TORAH" — the watershed (dividing,
defining moment) event of Jewish history.

However, the greater the potential there is for growth and building, the
greater the potential for destruction. Consequently, in eras when the
Jewish People have not lived up to their potential, the Omer Period has
become one of tragedy: In the time of Rabbi Akiva, who witnessed the
destruction of the Second Temple and who was the greatest TORAH Sage of
his generation from the era of the MISHNAH; 24,000 of his disciples died
in an epidemic. The underlying spiritual cause of the epidemic was the
student' s lack of respect for each other. This sad event and others took
place during the Counting of the Omer. As a result, the Omer Period has
become one of semi-mourning in which we don't hold weddings or
festivities, nor do we shave or get haircuts. But because the epidemic
was suspended on the 33rd day — Lag b'Omer has become a joyous day
of celebration, a minor holiday commemorating a break in the plague.

After all his students died, Rabbi Akiva started over and began teaching
other students. One of his foremost students was Rabbi Shimon
bar-Yochai, a great sage who lived and taught about half a century after
the destruction of the Second Temple. The ZOHAR (interpreted: The
Shining Light, Glow, Luminescence) is a book is so named because its
teachings illuminate the darkness and confusion of this world and serve
as a beacon of light by which to navigate the vicissitudes (adversity,
difficulties, troubles) of life. Rabbi Shimon himself is referred to by
the Zohar as "Botzina Kadisha (Sacred Lamp)". Lighting bonfires
or candles is symbolic of the light provided memory of Rabbi Shimon
bar-Yochai, who revealed the teachings of the ZOHAR to the world on Lag
b'Omer. In Israel, there are picnics, feasting, dancing, singing, and
bonfires are lit — an unusual memorial but one that the rabbi
instructed his students to observe. Many people wait until their son is
three before cutting his hair, and on the Lag b'Omer of his third year,
they cut the boy's hair. There is also a custom that children play with
bows (keshet in Hebrew — the same word as rainbow) on Lag b'Omer.
And of recent, it is a national day honoring Israeli Defense Force
reserve soldiers, in appreciation for their motivation and willingness
to share the load.

As believers in MESSIAH YESHUA, the LORD GOD ETERNAL, we can celebrate
the GREAT KEEPER OF THE VINEYARD, for HE carries all our burdens and has
set us free as we release our heavy load of sin to HIM.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Lag b'Omer is a day characterized as "thankfulness within
thankfulness — modeh ani — a day to celebrate gratitude."
Our prayer is that GOD fill the coming days with HIS DIVINE PRESENCE.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
"Beware of him who gives advise according to his own interests."
[TALMUD, Sanhedrin 76a]

WINEPRESS & JUDGMENT SEAT
"Therefore we make it our aim…to be well pleasing to HIM. For we
must all appear before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST, that each one may
receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done,
whether good or bad. Knowing, therefore, the terror of the LORD, we
persuade men; but we are well known to GOD, and I also trust are well
known in your consciences. " [2 Corinthians 5. 9 - 11]

At the appointed time, the LORD JESUS will be seated on the Throne of
HIS Glory, the first order of HIS dominion will be to purge the earth of
all that offends GOD fulfilling Malachi: "Then you shall see the
difference between the righteous and the wicked, between one who served
ELOHIYM and one who has not served HIM." [Malachi (Malakhi) 3. 18
Tanakh, Nevi'im] "The SON OF MAN will send out HIS angels, and they
will gather out of HIS Kingdom all things that offend, and those who
practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the Furnace of Fire. There
will be wailing and gnashing of teeth." [Matthew 13. 41 - 43]

The difference between the righteous and the wicked is visibly
discernable for all is written in the Book of Remembrance. The time of
grace is now ended and the time of accountability has come. "When the
SON OF MAN comes in HIS glory, and all the holy angels with HIM, then HE
will sit on the throne of HIS glory. All the nations (all nations, both
Jew and Gentile) will be gathered before HIM, and HE will separate them
one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And
HE will set the sheep on HIS right hand, but the goats on the left.
Then the KING will say to those on HIS right hand Come, you
blessed of MY FATHER, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world... Then HE will also say to those on the
left hand Depart from ME, you cursed, into the everlasting fire
prepared for the devil and his angels." [Matthew 25. 31 34; and
chapters 31 46]

At last, all enemies of the MOST HOLY LORD GOD will be under HIS feet,
the earth is purged from evil. The Battle of Armageddon was not only to
exercise the Wrath of GOD against the armies of the Antichrist and
enemies of GOD and holiness, but it includes the defense and rescue of
HIS people, Israel, and the City of Jerusalem. "The hand of the LORD
shall be known to HIS servants, and HIS righteous anger to HIS enemies.
For behold, the LORD is coming with fire HIS chariots are like a
whirlwind to render HIS anger with fury, HIS rebuke in flaming
fire. For with fire and by HIS sword the LORD will judge all flesh; and
many shall be the slain of the LORD." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 66. 14 - 16
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The Antichrist, who has taken the kingdom of the whole earth, will meet
his doom when he faces the LORD at the Battle of Armageddon, the
destruction not by human hands. There will be no power on earth among
men that can stand against him, so the world will know the POWER OF GOD.
"And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have
become completely wicked, a KING shall arise, having a fierce
appearance, who understands dark sentences (dark sayings a master
of intrigue). His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power."
[Revelation 13. 2] "He will be impudent and versed in intrigue and have
great strength, but not through his own strength. He will be
extraordinarily destructive; and shall prosper and succeed in whatever
he does, and destroy the mighty and the holy people. By his cunning, he
will use deceit successfully. He will magnify himself in his heart.
Speaking peace, he shall destroy many when they feel secure. He shall
also rise up against the PRINCE of Princes, but he will be broken but
not by [human] hands." [Daniel (Danyel) 8. 23 25 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

It is written of Satan, embodied in the Antichrist, "Then the court will
be seated and his (Satan) dominion shall be taken away, to be destroyed
and abolished forever." [Daniel (Danyel) 7. 26 Tanakh, Kethuvim] This
concludes the dominion of the Antichrist, where his kingdom is forever
destroyed. There will be no more rebellion until the end when Satan is
released the last time to call the last mortals to make a decision for
or against the MOST HOLY LORD GOD.

Who can survive "The Day" of the severe purge that takes place at the
Judgment Seat of CHRIST? Who will survive The Day of HIS coming? The
LORD YESHUA is coming for judgment like a refiner' s fire and a fuller's
soap, HE will be a SWIFT WITNESS against the wicked. "I will come near
you for judgment; I will be a RELENTLESS ACCUSER against those who have
no fear of ME: Sorcerers, adulterers, liars, those who cheat laborers of
their hire, and who subvert [the cause] of widows, orphans, and deprive
justice to aliens says the YEHOWAH OF HOSTS." [Malachi (Malakhi) 3.
5 Tanakh, Nevi'im; see 1-5]

Forgiveness is based on repentance, with the precious blood of the
INNOCENT ONE covering the sin of the guilty. This is the theme of HOLY
SCRIPTURE from cover to cover. However, when the time comes to purge
the earth, the time of repentance is past. It will be too late to avail
yourself of the grace and mercy the COMPASSIONATE ONE, blessed be HE,
offered through YESHUA. Consider your eternal destiny and make your
decision now to take advantage of GOD'S provision while it is still
available. O to be found faithful!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
A Havdallah Blessing to each of you as we bid farewell to Sabbath. When
we bid farewell to Sabbath at the Havdallah ceremony, we use all of our
senseswe taste the wine; smell the spices, see the shadow of the
candle, hear prayers and songs, and touch family and friends.
Have a Tov Shavua Good Week…go forth in joy and expectation
of blessing others.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Worry does not empty tomorrows struggles — it empties your strength
for today.

LESSONS LEARNED
"But go and learn what this means— I desire mercy and not sacrifice.
—For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to
repentance." [Matthew 9. 13]

The LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH "came into the world to save sinners" [1
Timothy 1. 15], and continues to call all who would be HIS disciples to
"learn from (and of) ME" [Matthew 11. 29], and the text contains the
first use of "learn" in the NEW COVENANT, thus signifying a basic item
we must learn when we become true followers of the SAVIOR.

MESSIAH stressed that the ALMIGHTY ONE cared nothing about the
ritualistic offering of animal sacrifices, as such, but rather desired
understanding of the meaning of those sacrifices, accompanied by the
motivating love and faith of a repentant heart. HE referred them back
to their own SCRIPTURE: "For I desire mercy, not sacrifice; obedience to
GOD, rather than burnt offerings." [Hoses (Hoshea) 6. 6 Tanakh,
Nevi'im] This is generally difficult, but it is the most crucial
fundamental lesson to learn by one seeking forgiveness and salvation.

There are continually many lessons to learn afterwards — most will
be difficult even for sincere, believing CHRISTians. The Apostle Paul
comments about one of them he had learned the hard way, "Not that I
speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to
be content." [Philippians 4. 11] Another intricate but very essential
lesson has to do with the CHRISTian humility in leadership,
understanding the WRITTEN WORD— "that you may learn in us not to
think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on
behalf of one against the other." [1 Corinthians 4. 6] Because, "all
SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of GOD may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good
work." [2 Timothy 3. 16 - 17]

Even in HIS perfect humanity, the LORD YESHUA had lessons to learn—
"though HE was a SON, yet HE learned obedience by the things which HE
suffered." [Hebrews 5. 8]

Ultimately, having learned these and many other such lessons, we must
not forget them. Paul, in his final letter, so reminds us to —
"continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of,
knowing from WHOM you have learned them, and that from childhood you
have known the HOLY SCRIPTURES, which are able to make you wise for
salvation through faith which is in CHRIST JESUS." [2 Timothy 3. 14 -
15] May we learn and be able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Believe on YESHUA, the LOVING SAVIOR, for because of HIM we can face
tomorrow and be comforted now knowing we have been changed for a reason,
transformed, not for a season, but transformed for Eternal Life.
Today, the 14th of Iyyar, is Pesach Shemi...Second Passover, see
Numbers 9. 6-14

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The reward of virtue is virtue.

WORTHY, O LORD
"Blessed are YOU, LORD, GOD OF ISRAEL our FATHER, from eternity to
eternity. YOURS, LORD, are greatness, might, power, glory, splendor,
triumph, victory, honor and majesty Yes, all that is in heaven and
on earth; to YOU, LORD, belong kingship and preeminence above all." [1
Chronicles (Dibre Hayamin Alef) 29. 10 - 11 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

This is a part of King David's prayer at the time of Solomon' s
coronation as his successor. Although David and Solomon were the
greatest kings of Israel, and in the world, David rightly acknowledged
that the LORD GOD HIMSELF was the TRUE KING ETERNAL, not only of Israel,
but of all heaven and earth. HE is the RENOWNED, SUPREME RULER
OMNIPOTENT, OMNIPRESENT LORD over all.

Even the cherubiym will again repeat David's great prayer: "Give unto
the LORD the glory due HIS NAME; bow down and worship the LORD, majestic
in holiness." [Psalms (Tehillym) 29. 2 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "Worthy is the
LAMB WHO was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength
and honor and glory and blessing!" [Revelation 5. 12] "YOU are worthy,
O LORD, to receive glory and honor and power; for YOU created all
things, and for YOUR pleasure they exist and were created." [Revelation
4. 11] "For by HIM all things were created that are in heaven and that
are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or
principalities or powers. All things were created through HIM and for
HIM." [Colossians 1. 16]

Then soon after that, "the twenty-four elders" utter their prayer: "We
give YOU thanks, O LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, the ONE WHO is and WHO was and WHO
is to come, because YOU have taken to YOURSELF YOUR great power and have
reined." [Revelation 11. 17] Alleluia! the LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT reigns!

Someday, every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess that MESSIAH
YESHUA is KING of kings and LORD of lords. "I have established MY KING
on Zion, MY holy mountain! So now, O kings, be prudent; accept
instruction and discipline, you rulers of the earth! Kiss the SON, pay
homage, reverence and honour to HIM in good faith, lest HE be angered,
and your way be doomed in the mere flash of HIS anger. Blessed are all
who take refuge and put their trust in HIM." [Psalms (Tehillym) 2. 6,
10, 12 Tanakh, Kethuvim] This gives added meaning with the proverb that
teaches: "He who gives a straightforward answer is like giving a kiss."
[Proverbs (Mishle) 24. 26 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

In that day, "there shall be no more curse; but the Throne of GOD and of
the LAMB shall be in it; and HIS servants shall serve HIM." [Revelation
22. 3] Hallelu' YAH! Blessed are those who put their trust in the
MASTER.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!!
Good Sabbath! Come my dear friend to meet the Bride, the Sabbath
presence, let us welcome! Those who keep the Sabbath and call it a
delight shall rejoice in GOD'S Kingdom.
O INFINITE & MERCIFUL CREATOR , firm in the faith we are emboldened to
seek YOUR PRESENCE, and we are assured that we shall find YOU if, with
sincere hearts, we seek YOU. As the flowers of the field drink of the
dew of heaven and of the radiance of the sun, so would we, lifting our
spirits unto YOU, drink of the pure fountains of holiness. In YOU alone
our souls rejoice, for YOU are our life, our joy, and our song. Amen.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Never leave a person in the dark, always leave them searching for the
light.

GOD OMNIPOTENT
"Job said in reply to the LORD — I know that YOU can do everything,
that nothing YOU propose is impossible for YOU." [Job (Iyob) 42. 1 - 2
Tanakh, Kethuvim]

This was the testimony of Job at the end of his sufferings, as GOD
revealed HIMSELF to him and Job acknowledged both the omnipotence and
omniscience of his MAKER, WHOSE NAME is "EL SHADDAI (GOD ALMIGHTY)."
[Genesis (Bereshith) 35. 11 Tanakh, Torah] "Ah LORD GOD! YOU made
heaven and earth by YOUR great might and outstretched arm. Nothing is
too wondrous for YOU!" [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 32. 17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Furthermore, the MIGHTY CREATOR required neither time nor process to
create, make, and complete the infinite cosmos in all its complexity.
"By the WORD OF THE LORD the heavens were made; by the BREATH of HIS
mouth, all their host. For HE spoke, and it was; HE commanded, and it
endured." [Psalms (Tehillym) 33. 6, 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "Because of
HIS great might and vast power, not one fails to appear." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 40. 26 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

In light of this truth, all the schemes of man are superficial and
trivial. "The nations are but a drop in a bucket, reckoned as dust on a
balance. The very coastlands the ALMIGHTY lifts like specks." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 40. 15 Tanakh, Nevi'im] How foolish man is to boast of
their doings!

The HOLY OMNIPOTENT ONE and HIS WORD are trustworthy — and, "I am
persuaded neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor
powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height, nor depth,
nor any other created thing shall be able to separate us from the love
of GOD which is in CHRIST JESUS our LORD." [Romans 8. 38 - 39] In all
things we are more than conquerors through YESHUA ha'MASHIACH WHO loves
us. Absolutely magnificent and great is HIS faithfulness!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Seek the LORD while HE may be found, call upon HIM while HE is near.
Diligently obey the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, incline your ear to the MASTER
and you will live. O LORD GOD, send forth YOUR Light and YOUR Truth to
those who grope in darkness, and the knowledge of YOU to those who
follow after strange gods; and may YOUR House be called "THE HOUSE OF
PRAYER" for all people. Grant that wherever a heart sighs in anguish
under the burden of guilt, wherever a soul yearns to return to YOU, it
may feel the effect of YOUR pardoning love and mercy, Amen!

Post  Admin on Thu 25 Apr 2013, 10:36 am

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
"How great that man would be were he not so arrogant." [Talmud, Kallah
Rabbah 3 Proverb] The greater you are, the more you must humble
yourself.

GRACE IN QUIETNESS
"But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give
account of it in the day of judgment." [Matthew 12. 36]

"Let your speech always be with grace" [Colossians 4. 6] the HOLY
SCRIPTURE says "seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought
to answer every man...and... strive to lead a quiet life, and to mind
your own business." [1 Thessalonians 4. 11]

There is a sin of talkativeness and many are tormented by it and suffer
because of it. HOLY WRIT continues to teach us, "A knowledgeable man is
sparing with his words. Even a fool, if he keeps silent, is deemed wise;
and intelligent, if he seals his lips." [Proverbs (Mishle) 17. 27 - 28
Tanakh, Kethuvim] "Keep your mouth from being rash, and let not your
mouth be quick to bring forth speech before GOD. For GOD is in heaven
and you are on earth; that is why your words should be few. Just as
dreams come with much brooding, so does foolish utterance come with much
speech." [Ecclesiastes (Kohelet) 5. 2 - 3 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "A wise
man's talk brings him favor, but a fool's lips are his undoing. His talk
begins as silliness and ends as disastrous madness, yet the fool talks
and talks!" [Ecclesiastes (Kohelet) 10. 12 - 14 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

"Therefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to
speak, slow to wrath." [James 1. 19] "Let your Yes be YES! and your
No be NO! for whatever is more than these comes from the evil
one." [Matthew 5. 37]

"The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but lawlessness
covers the mouth of the wicked. The lips of the righteous sustain many,
but fools die for lack of sense. Where there is much talking, there is
no lack of transgressing, but he that curbs his tongue shows sense."
[Proverbs (Mishle) 10. 11, 19, 21 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "Neither
filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not
fitting; but rather giving of thanks." [Ephesians 5. 4]

There are many other such warnings regarding talking and all should be
sobering. The OMNIPOTENT, OMNIPRESENT ALMIGHTY GOD has a recording of
all our conversations, and we will be required to explain all words we
spoke which were not gracious and edifying. We should take heed and
not even mention any hurtful or profane words, control our pointless,
useless and empty conversations, and quit the sin of talking too much;
then cultivate prayerfully the GRACE OF QUIETNESS in all meekness.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Our prayer for each of you is to have first-hand knowledge of our living
salvation through our GREAT MESSIAH, YESHUA the KING. Be sure to share
this HOPE with someone today, that your joy may be full! Our AWESOME
HOLY GOD is worthy of all our praise and worship, even in difficult
times.
This is the 28th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Tue 23 Apr 2013, 11:04 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The tragedy of life is not in the fact of death, but that so many die
without ever having lived by knowing the BELOVED SAVIOR.

JERICHO' S ENIGMA
"Do this six days, with seven priests bearing seven rams' horns
preceding the Ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven
times, with the priests blowing the horns." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 6. 4
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The battle plan to conquer Jericho violated every ordinance of the
TORAH, for the Levites were to be exempt from military duties, yet they
led the procession. [Leviticus/Vayikra 1. 2 - 3; 45 - 49] "The priests
took up the Ark of the LORD while seven priests bearing seven rams'
horns marched in front of the Ark of the LORD, blowing the horns as they
marched. And the armed men went in front of them, and the rear guard
marched behind the Ark of the LORD, with the horns sounding all the
time." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 6. 13 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

This also looks as if they were also violating the Sabbath, for here at
Jericho they marched seven times as much as on the other six days. "On
the seventh day (Sabbath), they rose at daybreak and marched around the
city, in the same manner, seven times; that was the only day that they
marched around the city seven times." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 6. 15 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

This instance is the forerunner as anticipated for the "seven trumpet
judgments" in Revelation 8 & 9. It is interesting to note that Joshua
instructed them to "maintain silence" until the final series of seven on
the seventh day. "Do not shout do not let your voices be heard, and do
not let a sound issue from your lips UNTIL the moment that I command
you Shout!...then you shall shout." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 6. 10
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

In Revelation there is a strange period of silence prior to the seven
trumpets. "When HE opened the seventh seal, there was silence in
heaven for about half an hour." [Revelation 8. 1] When our OMNIPOTENT
HOLY GOD is present, what can man possibly utter; for GOD "will guard
the steps of HIS faithful saints, but the wicked shall be silent in
darkness and shall perish for not by strength shall man prevail."
[1 Samuel (Shemuel Alef) 2. 9 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

And, when the RIGHTEOUS ALMIGHTY ONE is aroused from HIS Holy
Habitation, man must be still: "Let us be silent...for the LORD our GOD
has put us to silence...because we sinned against the LORD." [Jeremiah
(Yirmeyah) 8. 14 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "The LORD is in HIS Holy Temple
let all the earth be silent before HIM." [Habakkuk 2. 20] "Be silent all
flesh, before the LORD! For HE is roused from HIS Holy Habitation."
[Zechariah (Zecharyah) 2. 17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

If we would but trust and obey, we would find HIS way to be perfect and
proven; and, when we cannot see, we can clearly follow HIS VOICE. "The
WAY OF GOD is perfect; the WORD OF THE LORD is proven pure; HE is a
SHIELD to all who seek refuge and trust in HIM." [Psalms (Tehillym) 18.
30 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Open your mouth in holiness and purity, with song and psalm, and bless
and praise, glorify and revere, sanctify and ascribe sovereignty to the
NAME of the DIVINE KING, the GREAT, MIGHTY & AWESOME ONE, holy is HE.
Take upon yourself the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven and give sanction
to one another to bless the CREATOR. In tranquil joy of spirit, with
pure speech and holy melody exclaim: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD OF
HOSTS, the whole earth is full of HIS glory."

Post  Admin on Mon 22 Apr 2013, 11:00 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Piety (goodness, faithfulness, holiness, devoutness, etc.) is in the
person, not the place. [Lionel Blue]

MESSIAH' S RETURN & ARMAGEDDON
"And I saw the Beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies gathered
together to make war against HIM (MESSIAH YESHUA) that sat on the horse
and against HIS army. The Beast was captured, and with him the False
Prophet who worked miraculous signs in his sight, by which he deceived
those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his
image. These were both cast alive into the Lake of Fire burning with
brimstone. The rest were killed with the sword that proceeded from the
mouth of HIM WHO sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with
their flesh." [Revelation 19. 19 - 21]

"Then I saw an angel coming down from Heaven, having the key to the
Bottomless Pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the
dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him
for a thousand years; and he cast him into the Bottomless Pit, and shut
him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no
more until the thousand years were finished. But after these things he
must be released for a little while." [Revelation 20. 1 - 3]

"I have commanded MY sanctified ones, I have also called MY mighty ones
(those who rejoice in MY exaltation — for which the guests were
notified to purify themselves ritually – Zephaniah/Zecharyah 1.7)
for MY anger. The noise of a multitude in the mountains, as of a mighty
force, a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together!
YEHOWAH OF HOSTS is mustering a multitude for war. They come from a far
and distant land, from the end of heaven - The LORD with the weapons of
HIS wrath — to destroy all the earth (a slaughter of sinners)."
[Isaiah (Yeshayah) 13. 1 – 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

This statement is especially true and accurate as you apply it to
searching out the ways of GOD. You will find HIM revealed in HIS
WRITTEN WORD, the HOLY BIBLE. The urgency is great and growing greater
as we see the signs unfolding all around us indicating that the time is
near. GOD is calling for HIS people to diligently seek HIM and be
prepared for the coming of the LORD. GOD'S call always comes with a
warning of destruction for those who fail to respond. "Wail, for the Day
of the LORD is at hand! It shall come as destruction from the ALMIGHTY."
[Isaiah (Yeshayah) 13. 6 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Cherished ones, strongly consider the impact of the purge that will
follow the Battle of Armageddon. For then it will be too late to do
anything, you will then stand before the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE to receive the
reward earned by the choices you have already made. Then it will be too
late to decide to live for GOD and repent of all your evil deeds! It
will be too late to receive JESUS as your SAVIOR! It will be too late
to begin church attendance to learn of GOD'S Plan of Salvation! It will
be too late to be saved from the fierce justice of ALMIGHTY GOD!

Therefore, do not delay! Be serious with GOD and seek HIM till you find
HIM, blessings and salvation will follow your search. This is a promise
of MESSIAH YESHUA our LORD when HE said: "Ask and it shall be given to
you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. For
everyone that asks receives, and he that seeks finds, and to him that
knocks it shall be opened." [Matthew 7. 7]

If you don't know the precious LORD JESUS as your MESSIAH–REDEEMER
and have a testimony of HIM, now is the appointed time to find THE
GALILEAN, WHOM to know is life eternal. For HE says, "I have heard you
in the acceptable time, I have helped you in the Day of Salvation.
Behold! Now is the accepted time. Behold! Now is the Day of Salvation."
[2 Corinthians 6. 2]

"With all my being, my soul yearns for YOU in the night; Yes, by my
spirit within me I will seek YOU early. For when YOUR judgments are
wrought in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn
righteousness. " [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 26. 9 Tanakh, Nevi'im] My soul
eagerly longs for the TRUE VINE, the BREAD OF LIFE, the PRINCE OF PEACE.
. . JESUS, my LORD & KING.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
O LORD GOD, keep our tongue from evil and our lips from speaking guile.
Be our support when grief silences our voice, and our comfort when woe
bends our spirits. Implant humility in our soul and strengthen our heart
with perfect faith in YOU. Help us to be strong in temptation and trial
and to be patient and forgiving when others wrong us. Guide us, by the
LIGHT of YOUR counsel that we may ever find strength in YOU, our ROCK
and our REDEEMER. Amen
In the PRESENCE of the LORD we are filled with joy, for HE makes known
the way of life. Watch and pray....our KING, MESSIAH YESHUA is coming
very soon!

Post  Admin on Sun 21 Apr 2013, 7:46 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
A person's age can be measured by the degree of pain one feels as one
comes in contact with a new idea.

WISDOM'S GLORY
"For MY plans are not your plans, nor are MY ways and words yours—
declares the LORD. But as the heavens are high above the earth, so are
MY ways, plans and words above yours." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 55. 8 - 9
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Our human standards of value are vastly different from those of the
ALMIGHTY OMNIPOTENT CREATOR GOD. The decisive factors that men use are
far from being righteous or just. Thus, man's wisdom can only generate
pride which is condemned: "Pride goes before ruin; arrogance, before
failure." [Proverbs (Mishle) 16. 18 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "When pride
appears, disgrace follows; but wisdom is with those who are humble."
[Proverbs (Mishle) 11. 2 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

HOLY SCRIPTURE reminds us that there are "not many wise according to the
flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called...that no flesh
should glory in HIS PRESENCE." [1 Corinthians 1. 26, 29] For the
"beginning of wisdom is fear of the LORD, and knowledge of the HOLY ONE
is understanding. " [Proverbs (Mishle) 9. 10 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

We should strive for wisdom, might and riches…but not that of the
worlds for they will perish. Rather, in all things we should "commend
ourselves as ministers of GOD: In much patience, in tribulations, in
needs, in distresses, in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in
labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; by purity, by knowledge, by
longsuffering, by kindness, by the HOLY SPIRIT, by sincere love, by the
WORD OF TRUTH, by the POWER OF GOD, by the ARMOR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS on the
right hand and on the left, by honor and dishonor, by evil report and
good report; as deceivers, and yet true; as unknown, and yet well known;
as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed; as
sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as
having nothing, and yet possessing all things." [2 Corinthians 6. 4 -
10] Know that GOD'S strength is made perfect in our weakness, HIS grace
is sufficient for us. [2 Corinthians 12. 9]

Our true wisdom is manifest in loving-kindness, and justice is the
measure of real power; and righteousness our measure of riches. All
these are found only in understanding and following our LORD MESSIAH
YESHUA. "But GOD forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our
LORD JESUS CHRIST, by WHOM the world has been crucified to me, and I to
the world." [Galatians 6. 14] "Thus says the LORD— Let not the wise
man glory in his wisdom; let not the strong man glory in his strength;
let not the rich man glory in his riches. But only in this should one
glory: In his earnest devotion to ME. For I the LORD act with
lovingkindness, justice, and righteous equity in the world; for in these
I delight— declares the LORD." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 9. 23 - 24
Tanakh, Nevi'im] If we glory in anything, it should be in the CHRIST of
the cross and personally knowing our wonderful LORD & KING, YESHUA
ha'MASHIACH.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!!
As we bid farewell to Shabbat, may our lips ever declare praises to our
KING, HELPER, SAVIOR & SHIELD and magnify HIS glory for HIS loving
kindness is mighty over us. Blessed are YOU, WHO in YOUR glory gives
life and light to the whole world; for YOUR great goodness and endless
mercies, we give YOU thanks.
May the LIVING ETERNAL GOD, blessed be HE, hold you close, may HE hold
you ever so close in the palm of HIS mighty hand and watch over you.
Have a great week honoring the HOLY ONE WHOM we celebrate and adore!

Post  Admin on Sat 20 Apr 2013, 11:03 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Safety is not found in the absence of danger, but in the presence of the
LORD GOD MOST HIGH.

GOD'S DESIRED DWELLING
"Let them make ME a Sanctuary that I may dwell among them." [Exodus
(Shemot) 25. 8 Tanakh, Torah]

This is the hearts cry of GOD, the POSSESSOR of heaven and earth, and it
has been so all through the years. From the very beginning in the
Garden of Eden, the OMNIPOTENT MASTER CREATOR came down and walked with
Adam in the cool of the day. The HOLY & TRUE ONE wanted to fellowship
with this one whom HE had created in HIS OWN image and likeness. The
ALMIGHTY cried out at Mount Horeb, and ever does cry out, "Oh, that I
might dwell in and have unbroken fellowship with MY people!"

GOD ETERNAL wants to dwell "withIN, the center, between, in the midst"
of HIS people. This reality is brought out in HOLY SCRIPTURE: "And I
will dwell AMONG the Israelites, and I will be their GOD." [Exodus
(Shemot) 29. 45 Tanakh, Torah] "And I will establish MY Tabernacle
AMONG you...I will be ever present in your midst; I will be your GOD,
and you shall be MY people." [Leviticus (Vayikra) 26. 11 - 12 Tanakh,
Torah; Revelation 7. 15; 21. 3] "You are the temple of the LIVING GOD;
as GOD has said, I will dwell IN them; and I will be their GOD, and they
shall be MY people." [2 Corinthians 6. 16] The Apostle Paul knew the
true significance of Exodus 25:8 and the desire of ALMIGHTY GOD to dwell
within the earthly sanctuary, the temple of clay, the body of the
believer!

The HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL promised that as the glory of the "SHEKINAH" ;
dwelt in the Tabernacle of the Wilderness after it was completed, so HIS
power and glory would dwell in HIS people after they had been redeemed!
They would be HIS dwelling place, HIS Holy Temple, HIS Sanctuary. This
is the wonderful, practical lesson of the Tabernacle in the Wilderness!

These Israelites were the children of the LORD MOST HIGH, but HE wanted
to come down and dwell IN them. The ALMIGHTY, blessed be HE, is
everywhere; but HE does not dwell everywhere. The Apostles of MESSIAH
YESHUA were believers. They had been redeemed, but their bodies were
not yet habitations of HOLY GOD, not until the LORD YESHUA sent THE
COMFORTER from heaven as HE promised. The HOLY SPIRIT had been with
them, but now would be in them (in the sense of abiding). [John 14. 17]
In the Greek text, the word for sanctuary is "naos" and is used also for
the Inner Temple in Jerusalem and of the believer' s body. [1 Corinthians
3. 16 17] This is the sanctuary GOD OMNIPOTENT wants for HIS
dwelling. . . forever!

You and I who are the children of GOD MOST HIGH have been delivered out
of Egypt's bondage. Yet, it is the desire of the AUTHOR & MASTER
DESIGNER that HE come down and dwell within us. In this temple, HE
wants to abide, HE wants to move, HE wants to walk and have HIS being.
The MIGHTY ONE wants HIS "home" to be in this "tent of flesh." The
Tabernacle is not only a type of the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, but is a
picture of HIS people, which is intended by the HOLY ONE to be HIS
dwelling place. We are to be the House of GOD through the IN-DWELLING
SPIRIT. [Ephesians 2. 22]

True, we already have been redeemed, but have we built a place for the
LORD? Does HE delight to live in this house of clay? Does HE feel at
home in this tent of earth? Does HE control and permeate every atom of
our being? Let us open the door of our heart, dear saints of GOD and
permit the LORD OF GLORY entrance to fulfill HIS desire!!! Let us
build HIM a sanctuary that HE might dwell withIN!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Welcome Sabbathlonged for delight of the week!
On Friday nights, a Jewish husband traditionally sings the Eshet Chayil
Woman of Valor (Mishle/Proverbs 31. 10-31, also an acrostic)
in praise of his wife.
Because GOD'S comfort delights and refreshes my soul, may I so labor in
the MASTER'S service that my life become a hymn of praise to HIM.
Create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us that we
may face our daily duty with a firm courage and a tranquil mind. May we
learn to know that in loving and serving our fellowmen, we are loving
and serving GOD MOST HIGH.
This is the 24th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Fri 19 Apr 2013, 8:42 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Prayer is the path where there is none; and sincerity is prayer's
vehicle.

DOCTRINE OF SALVATION
"For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST; for it is the POWER OF
GOD to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also
for the Greek." [Romans 1. 16]

The great theme of "salvation (Hebrew: yeshuw'ah) " is prominent in both
OLD & NEW COVENANTS. It means deliverance and can be used for local and
specific deliverances from perils, as well as for the eternal
deliverances of one's soul. In the latter sense, it is used for
deliverance from the penalty of sin, from the power of sin in our daily
life, and from the very presence of sin in the future life.

Salvation is found only through the LORD JESUS, the MESSIAH OF ISRAEL,
WHOSE purpose for coming into the world was to "save HIS people from
their sins." [Matthew 1. 21] The name YESHUA (JESUS) is translated
salvation. Simeon, after waiting for many years, took the INFANT YESHUA
in arms exclaiming by the SPIRIT, "My eyes have seen YOUR SALVATION."
[Luke 2. 30]

The theme of salvation is "so great" [Hebrews 2. 3], it embraces many
major doctrines (Doctrine: that which is held to be true) of SCRIPTURE:
Doctrine of Atonement "For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I
have assigned it to you for making expiation for your lives upon the
altar; it is the blood, as life, that makes atonement." [Leviticus
(Vayikra) 17. 11 Tanakh, Torah]

Doctrine of Substitution "But HE was wounded because of our sins,
crushed because of our iniquities. HE bore the chastisement that made us
whole, and by HIS bruises, we were healed." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 5
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Doctrine of Imputation "Blessed is the man to whom GOD imputes
righteousness apart from works. Blessed are those whose lawless deeds
are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; blessed is the man to whom the
LORD shall not impute (charge) sin." [Romans 4. 6 - 8]

Doctrine of Propitiation "And HE HIMSELF is the PROPITIATION
(atonement/payment) for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the
whole world." [1 John 2. 2]

Doctrine of Redemption "Knowing that you were not redeemed with
corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct
received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of
CHRIST, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot." [1 Peter 1. 18 -
19]

Doctrine of Remission "To HIM (YESHUA) all the prophets witness that,
through HIS NAME, whoever believes in HIM will receive remission of
sins." [Acts 10. 43]

Doctrine of Justification "Man is justified by faith apart from the
deeds of the Law." [Romans 3. 28]

Doctrine of Adoption "Having predestined us to adoption as sons by JESUS
CHRIST to HIMSELF, according to the good pleasure of HIS will."
[Ephesians 1. 5]

Doctrine of Reconciliation "For if when we were enemies we were
reconciled to GOD through the death of HIS SON, much more, having been
reconciled (made acceptable), we shall be saved by HIS life." [Romans 5.
10 - 11]

Doctrine of Regeneration "Not by works of righteousness which we have
done, but according to HIS mercy HE saved us, through the washing of
regeneration and renewing of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Titus 3. 5]

Doctrine of Sanctification "HE (YESHUA) said— Behold, I have come to
do YOUR will, O GOD. —HE takes away the first that HE may establish
the second, by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of
the body of JESUS CHRIST once for all." [Hebrews 10. 9 - 10]

Doctrine of Glorification "Moreover whom HE (YESHUA) predestined, these
HE also called; whom HE called, these HE also justified; and whom HE
justified, these HE also glorified." [Romans 8. 30] From the JEWISH
TALMUD regarding predestination: "Everything is foreseen yet freedom of
choice is granted. Predestination is always conditioned upon GOD'S
foreknowledge; the end of the act is predestinated; but the actors
choose their part."

When a person is saved, the blessings implied in every one of these
great doctrines of salvation become his be they Jew or Gentile; whether
found in OLD COVENANT, Prophecy or NEW COVENANT, Fulfillment. No
wonder Paul boasted, "I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST, for it
is the POWER OF GOD to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew
first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of GOD is
revealed from faith to faith; as it is written — The just shall live
by faith." [Romans 1. 16 - 17] Truly, Paul was not ashamed of this
GREAT GOSPEL OF SALVATION through the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH; nor
should we be ashamed!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Believe on the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA and be saved…in the mighty hands
of the MASTER'S you are complete and whole. Know that some glorious
day we will behold that BLESSED HOPE and we will spend eternity in HIS
PRESENCE and rest in the many promises that are to come into fulfillment
when we but step into HIS arms. Because of CHRIST JESUS, we can face
tomorrow and be comforted now.
Today is the 23rd Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Mon 08 Apr 2013, 7:58 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
To love mankind is easy; to love man is hard. We need adversity, not
for the suffering it brings, but for the growth and deepened perspective
that comes from it.
He who does not punish evil commands it to be done. [Leonardo Deviancy]

YOM HA'SHOAH
"Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not
love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I
have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all
knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove
mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my
goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have
not love, it profits me nothing." [1 Corinthians 13. 1 - 3]

A reflection as we remember and observe Holocaust Day of Memorial —
may the ALMIGHTY ONE, blessed be HE, remember forever our brothers and
sisters of the House of Israel who gave their lives for the
sanctification of the DIVINE NAME.

IN HIS NAME
He wore the yellow star upon his arm
and heard the ugly taunts as he walked along.
The words he heard burned deep within his soul
as the burden of being Jewish took its toll.
His eyes reflected a sad and somber hue
as he wondered if any of these angry faces knew
that he was flesh and blood, a man like them
with fears and hopes and dreams. . . "O Jerusalem!"
His mind returned to the dream of a Jewish home
a fleeting thought...a longing no more to roam —
but his mind was quickly brought back to the present
by the ugly taunts of a group of adolescents.
The badge upon his arm, a badge of shame
forced upon the Jew to him profane,
yet little did they know that deep inside
that Star of David held for him much pride.
There was a glint of knowledge in his eye
his noble heritage passed on by the Rabbi. . .
his line had boasted prophets, scribes and kings
and through the Jew, GOD would MESSIAH bring.
It was they who were chosen above all races
to transcribe HIS HOLY WRIT in sacred places.
In this his race was faithful, they'd been true
GOD'S knowledge and HIS WORD came through the Jew.
It was Moses who, to GOD, talked face to face
and HIS Laws were passed to man by the Jewish race.
So even though his back was bowed and bent,
and even though taunts followed where 'ere he went,
his spirit, deep within, was whole and strong
for to GOD'S chosen race he did belong.
He knew inside that he was by CREATOR GOD blessed
that it was HIS SEED selected above the rest
chosen by the ALMIGHTY to be a race apart
to show the loving-kindness of GOD'S heart.
Just then the words "CHRIST Killer" reached his ear
and these words cut through his soul, invoked a tear —
a phrase he'd learned to hate, but also fear
for it meant dire consequences drew near.
And so the wall of separation grew
between the blinded Gentiles and the Jew.
As the Gentiles used our LORD as an excuse
the "Apple of HIS Eye" to persecute.
They failed to reconcile a fact they knew —
that YESHUA was HIMSELF born a Jew.
And by no race, or man, was YESHUA killed
THE ROCK OF OUR SALVATION gave HIMSELF of HIS OWN free will.
But the Gentiles yet, still fail to understand
JESUS gave up HIS life at HIS OWN command.
It wasn't the Jew, oh don't you see
YESHUA ha'MASHIACH hung HIMSELF upon that tree.
HE sacrificed HIMSELF in benefit of man
to remove their sin, their final PASSOVER LAMB.
So how can the Gentile continue to blame the Jew
when YESHUA'S precious blood has cleansed them too.

Please stand with us and with the State of Israel this Yom ha'Shoah as
we pray that peace finally will come to Israel, the precious Jewish
people and the world.

As we remember the six million Jews who died in the Holocaust this "Yom
ha'Shoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day)" we can also remember those listed
in Hebrews 11 — the Hall of Faith Chapter — and be reminded how
precious life that is lived for ALMIGHTY LOVING LORD GOD is, blessed be
HE.

May we, like the Apostle Paul say, "in nothing I shall be ashamed, but
with all boldness, as always, so now also CHRIST will be magnified in my
body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is CHRIST, and to
die is gain." [Philippians 1. 20 - 21] Live as thought the next breath
is your last, before entering eternity. . . choose life and bear witness
that our GOD reigns.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
The date of Yom ha'Shoah, Holocaust Memorial Day, is marked on the
Hebrew date of Nissan 27th (April 8th this year on the Gregorian
calendar) — chosen to mark the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto
uprising. On this day we also remember the lives of the 6 million Jews
murdered during the Holocaust, and the experiences of those who survived
its horrors. Although the day became official by an act of Knesset, it
has been traditionally commemorated by Jewish communities around the
world. Some religious communities prefer not to commemorate the
Holocaust on this day, which falls in the generally happy month of
Nissan, but rather on Tisha b'Av (the 10th of Tevet) — which the
Chief Rabbinate of Israel fixed as the day for the recital of the
Kaddish Prayer for those murdered during the Holocaust whose date of
death is not known.
Bless this 12th Day of the Omer, PRECIOUS LORD GOD.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
There is never an unpropitious (unfavorable) time for prayer.

THE LORD THAT HEALS
"If you will heed the LORD your GOD diligently, doing what is upright in
HIS sight, giving ear to HIS commandments and keeping all HIS Laws, then
I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the
Egyptians, for I the LORD am your HEALER." [Exodus (Shemot) 15. 26
Tanakh, Torah]

Isaiah, the Jewish prophet asks, "Who can believe what we have heard?
Upon WHOM has the ARM OF THE LORD been revealed?" [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53.
1 Tanakh, Nevi'im] This question is answered in the NEW COVENANT after
the LORD'S arm was revealed through YESHUA ha'MASHIACH: "But although
HE had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in HIM, that
the word of Esaias (Isaiah) the prophet might be fulfilled, which he
spoke: "LORD, who has believed our report? and to whom has the ARM OF
THE LORD been revealed?" [John 12. 37 - 38]

Isaiah saw the SUFFERING MESSIAH and exclaimed this prophecy: "Yet it
was our SICKNESS that HE was bearing, our SUFFERING that HE endured. We
accounted HIM plagued, smitten and afflicted by GOD, but HE was wounded
because of our sins, crushed because of our iniquities. HE bore the
chastisement that made us whole, and by HIS bruises healing was granted
to us." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 4 - 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Again, we read of the fulfillment of this prophecy in the NEW COVENANT:
"When evening had come, they brought to HIM (YESHUA ha'MASHIACH) many
who were demon-possessed. And HE cast out the spirits with a word, and
healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by
Isaiah the prophet, saying—HE HIMSELF took our infirmities and bore
our sicknesses." [Matthew 8. 16 - 17]

David, the king of Israel, knew the GREAT PHYSICIAN. His heart welled
up in praise to the ALMIGHTY LORD OF GLORY as he spoke to his own soul:
"Bless the LORD, O my soul and do not forget all HIS bounties. HE
forgives all your sins, heals all your diseases." [Psalms (Tehillym)
103. 2 - 3 Tanakh, Kethuvim] Moses also knew the MIGHTY HEALER.
Moses was commanded by the MOST HIGH GOD to raise a copper serpent upon
a pole so the Israelites, who had been poisoned in their bodies,
"looking upon it" would be healed! As Moses lifted up the serpent in
the wilderness, so must the SON OF MAN be lifted up that those who were
poisoned by sin and disease, "looking upon HIM (believe & obey)" —
would be healed.

At the time of the first Passover, the Israelites were commanded to take
a lamb, kill it, shed its blood, and eat its meat. Not only was the
blood given for redemption of the soul, but the meat of the lamb was to
be eaten for strength and health for the journey to the Promised Land.

The LOVING MASTER expects that every child of HIS who has applied the
blood of the PERFECT SUBSTITUTIONARY LAMB (YESHUA) to their heart's door
in faith for deliverance from soul bondage, also by faith to partake of
the meat of that LAMB for strength and health through this wilderness
(world) journey to the Promised Land! Not only was the blood of the
LAMB shed for remission of our sins, but the body of the LORD JESUS was
bruised and broken for our physical health!

JESUS OF NAZARETH, our blessed PORTION OF JACOB, was made a curse to
redeem us from the curse of the Law. "CHRIST has redeemed us from the
curse of the Law, having become a curse for us (for it is written:
"Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree." Deuteronomy/ Devarim 21. 23),
that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the gentiles in CHRIST
JESUS, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."
[Galatians 3. 13 - 14] HE WHO knew no sin was made sin so we, believing
upon HIM, might be delivered from sin. HE WHO knew no sickness, was
made sick that we, believing on HIM, might be delivered from sickness.

It was for you and me that YESHUA paid the price for our deliverance and
healing. Believe on CHRIST JESUS today and accept HIM, not only as your
MESSIAH WHO has redeemed your soul, but also as "YEHOWAH RAPH'AH (the
LORD that heals)."

"If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes!"
[Mark 9. 23] The ETERNAL GLORIOUS LIVING GOD eagerly extends HIS mercy
to all those who call upon HIM in faith.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
As we bid farewell to Sabbath, we pray: Give us light and joy,
gladness and honor, as in the happiest of Israel's past. O FATHER &
REDEEMER, mindful of YOUR covenant, we pray that YOUR love may never
forsake us. As the Sabbath is almost behind us as darkness envelopes the
sky. So, we let go, but only if we are blessed, like Jacob asked for
blessings after wrestling with the Angel, with four elements: light and
joy, gladness and honor. These elements seem to represent the high
points of the history of the Jewish people and are gained through the
embarking of Shabbat.
In YOUR mercy, O LORD, remember us and all YOUR children as we enter a
new week; this being the 11th day of the Omer.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Web Page: http://delrifkah.homestead.com/

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Remember the Sabbath—keep it in mind from Sunday on, and hold for it
anything good that may come your way. [Eleazar ben'Hanania Im
Medhilta] Indeed, Shabbat is both an echo of Eden and a glimpse into the
world-to-come; thus the word "kadosh" is applied to it, kept it "holy,
wholly separate, distinct."

SALVATION WORK OUT
"Therefore my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence
only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with
fear and trembling." [Philippians 2. 12]

Our spiritual duties must be our own hearts actions; thus we must learn
to walk and stand alone instead of leaning on other personal influences.
We are not told to work for our salvation, but "to work it out" —
that is, to demonstrate its reality in our daily lives by obedience.
Our salvation must be received by grace only, and grace is free, through
faith; not of works, or it is not true salvation. "For by grace you
have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the
Gift of GOD, not of works, lest anyone should boast." [Ephesians 2. 8 -
9] Works cannot keep our salvation any more than it can earn it. It
is not faith and works that saves us, but grace through faith.

However, a CHRISTian believer can, by demonstration testify— "I will
show you my faith by my works." [James 2. 18] Good works consisting of
a righteous and gracious life-style, considerate of others and obedient
to the LORD JESUS' commandments are the visible evidences of salvation.
We have been "created in MESSIAH YESHUA unto good works, which GOD has
before ordained that we should walk in them." [Ephesians 2. 10] "Serve
the LORD in awe (reverential, respectful fear); rejoice with trembling."
[Psalms (Tehillym) 2. 11 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

On the basis of CHRIST JESUS' sacrificial death, glorious resurrection
and exaltation [Philippians 2. 8-11] that "it is GOD WHO works in you
both to will and to do HIS good pleasure." [Philippians 2. 13] CREATOR
GOD is enabling us to "work out" our salvation in visible practice,
through the indwelling COMFORTER, the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD.

It is appropriately striking that the life of a genuinely born-anew
CHRISTian, possessing true salvation, should be "blameless and harmless
sons of GOD…as lights in the world; holding forth the WORD OF LIFE."
[Philippians 2. 15 – 16] Of necessity, we must "examine ourselves
as to whether we be in the faith." [2 Corinthians 13. 5] We are ever
reminded that "we know that we know HIM, IF we keep HIS commandments. "
[1 John 2. 3] And, "whoever does not practice righteousness is not of
GOD, nor is he who does not love his brother." [1 John 3. 10] But,
with the LORD GOD in the center of our lives, the best, most exciting
and joy-filled life is ours. . . even in this troubled world.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Good Sabbath! Come my dear friend to meet the Bride, the Sabbath
presence, let us welcome! Those who keep the Sabbath and call it a
delight shall rejoice in GOD'S Kingdom.
We give thanks and praise to the LORD GOD our GUARDIAN & REDEEMER. May
the love of your HOLY NAME and YOUR Law be rooted deep in our soul and
quicken every heart to draw nearer to YOU. May our knowledge of YOU rise
like the morning dawn as our longings and aspirations reach out toward a
higher goal. May our faith be unshaken and our heart undismayed as we
labor and wait for the fulfillment of YOUR prophets of old. And, may
YOUR Law be established in the hearts of men and that YOUR children
unite in peace and love to serve YOU, our FATHER, the ALMIGHTY AWESOME
GOD. Amen!
This is 10th Day of Sefirat ha'Omer.

Post  Admin on Sat 06 Apr 2013, 11:27 am

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Failure will hurt, but not hinder us…Disillusion will pain, but not
dishearten us…Sorrows will shake, but not break us.

WICKEDNESS OF UNBELIEF
"Stone him to death (whoever may entice you to worship other gods), for
he sought to make you stray from the LORD your GOD WHO brought you out
of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thus all Israel will
hear and be afraid, and such evil wickedness will not be done again in
your midst." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 13. 10 - 11 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Enticing persuasion and beguiling influence causing others to reject the
LORD GOD is the "wickedness&qu ot; this passage of HOLY SCRIPTURE is talking
about. It addresses how the ALMIGHTY ONE judges and deals with the sin
of unbelief — especially the one who endeavors to persuade others to
disbelieve the infinite love and sacrifice of MESSIAH YESHUA WHO
suffered and died for their sins. YEHOWAH warned those who turned away
from HIM— "Lo, I have it (GOD'S vengeances) all put away, sealed up
in MY storehouses, to be MY vengeance and recompense, at the time that
their foot falters. For the day of their calamity is near, and the
things to come hasten upon them." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 32. 34 - 35
Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Matthew' s Gospel tells us, "Whoever speaks against the HOLY SPIRIT, it
will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come."
[Matthew 12. 32] Significantly Mark likewise warns, "he who blasphemes
against the HOLY SPIRIT never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal
condemnation. " [Mark 3. 29] However, unbelief in MESSIAH YESHUA is
another sin which GOD cannot and will not forgive. CHRIST died for all
our sins, thus providing the blood atonement for forgiveness to all who
will accept HIS Gift of Salvation. JESUS' own words were, "He who
believes in HIM is not condemned; but he who does not believe is
condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only
begotten SON OF GOD. And this is the condemnation, that the light has
come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because
their deeds were evil." [John 3. 18 - 19]

These words are spoken by the LORD JESUS, the TRUE & FAITHFUL WITNESS,
speaking of those who have spurned HIS sacrificial love. "Anyone who
has rejected Moses' Law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or
three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he
be thought worthy who has trampled the SON OF GOD underfoot, counted the
blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and
insulted the SPIRIT OF GRACE? For we know HIM WHO said— Vengeance is
MINE; I will repay —says the LORD. And again— The LORD will
judge HIS people. —It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of
the LIVING GOD." [Hebrews 10. 28 - 31]

One of the last warnings in LIFE-GIVING WORD is in regards to "the
cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral,
sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake
which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
[Revelation 21. 8] It is an unforgivable and wicked thing to reject or
simply ignore the only REDEEMER & LORD GOD ALMIGHTY! "Beware, brethren,
lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from
the LIVING GOD." [Hebrews 3. 12] Let not any of you be hardened
through the deceitfulness of sin and "do not be deceived, GOD is not
mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." [Galatians 6.
7] The RIGHTEOUS JUDGE of all flesh never sleeps nor slumbers. . .
take heed and receive a good reward.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Our GOD and GOD of our fathers, bless us with the three-fold blessings
of YOUR Law written by the hand of Moses YOUR servant, which was spoken
by Aaron and his sons, the priests, YOUR holy people, as it is said:
"The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make HIS face to shine upon
you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn HIS face to you and give you
Shalom!"
Celebrating the 9th Day of Sefirat ha'Omer. [Counting of 49 days
between Passover & Shavuoth]

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 5 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin on Thu 04 Apr 2013, 5:51 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The average person, when left alone with their thoughts, is tremendously
lonely.

WITH YOU ALWAYS
"For the sake of HIS GREAT NAME, the LORD will never abandon HIS people,
because it has pleased the LORD to make you HIS people." [1 Samuel
(Shemuel Alef) 12. 22 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

This is the promise the GREAT GOD OF ISRAEL made to HIS chosen people,
Israel. "Remember, I am with you: I will protect you wherever you go and
will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done
what I have promised you." [Genesis (Bereshith) 28. 15 Tanakh, Torah]

To Joshua, the promise was given— "No one shall be able to resist
you as long as you live. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I
will not fail you nor forsake you." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 1. 5 Tanakh,
Nevi'im] "Be strong and of good courage (Hebrew: chazaq v'amats)
be not in fear or in dread of them; for the LORD ELOHEYK HIMSELF marches
with you; HE will not fail you or forsake you." [Deuteronomy (Devarim)
31. 6 Tanakh, Torah] In this verse, Moses is addressing the nation of
Israel and he says, "Be strong and of good courage..." Here, the Hebrew
tense is the imperative plural tense thus the Hebrew says "Hizku
v'imtzu. " Hazaq v'ematz is the singular imperative and this is the
Hebrew when the ALMIGHTY speaks directly to Joshua and commands him to
be strong and of good courage in Joshua 1:6.

The promises of the ALMIGHTY ONE, our SHIELD OF TRUTH, are certain and
sure — infallible to all who trust in HIM. There are many faithful
assurances in HOLY SCRIPTURES, one that especially reveals GOD'S heart
declares: "The poor and needy seek water on the homeward march through
the desert and there is none, their tongue is parched with thirst. I,
YEHOWAH, will hear them. I, ELOHEY OF ISRAEL, will not forsake them."
[Isaiah (Yeshayah) 41. 17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The most precious to the believers now says— "I will never leave you
nor forsake you." [Hebrews 13. 5] Paul also was most convinced of this
and expounded— "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor
angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to
come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able
to separate us from the love of GOD which is in CHRIST JESUS our LORD."
[Romans 8. 38 - 39]

The last words our LORD MESSIAH YESHUA promised were — "I am with
you always, even to the end of the age. Amen" [Matthew 28. 20] And
moreover, the MOST HOLY & TRUE ONE always keeps HIS promises, HE never
fails.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Zey ha'yom asaw ADONAI, nagilah ve-neesmechah voh . . . This is the
day the LORD has made, we will rejoice and we will be glad in it!
Blessings to all who love Zion! We were greatly blessed when the HOLY
ONE has brought us out of slavery from Egypt and took HIS people
directly to Mount Sinai. There HE gave us the Law to keep us free from
slavery (to sin). Then, HE gave us HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON, YESHUA the
MESSIAH to keep us free and give us true peace and eternal rest in HIM.
HalleluYAH! what a Savior!
Rejoice this day that the Lord has made; Day 8 of the Omer

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Post  Admin on Wed 03 Apr 2013, 8:49 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
GOD first, all else second!

VISIBLE RETURN OF MESSIAH
"For thus the LORD has spoken to me (Isaiah)— As a lion roars, and a
young lion over his prey (if a multitude of shepherds is summoned
against him, he will not be dismayed at their voice nor be disturbed by
the noise of them), so YEHOWAH OF HOSTS will come down to fight for
Mount Zion and for its hill. Like birds flying about, so will YEHOWAH OF
HOSTS defend Jerusalem. Defending, HE will also deliver it; passing
over, HE will preserve it." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 31. 4 – 5 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

When the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA returns, every eye shall see HIM. There
will be no mistaking this glorious event. "For as the lightning comes
from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the
SON OF MAN be." [Matthew 24. 27]

At the trial of YESHUA, Caiaphas the High Priest adamantly demanded, "I
put YOU under oath by the LIVING GOD — Tell us if YOU are the
CHRIST, the SON OF GOD!" JESUS said to him, "It is as you said.
Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the SON OF MAN
sitting at the Right Hand OF THE POWER, and coming on the clouds of
heaven." [Matthew 26. 62 - 64] Luke plainly records, "And all flesh
shall see the SALVATION OF GOD." [Luke 3. 6]

No longer the MAN OF SORROWS, MESSIAH YESHUA will be coming riding on a
white horse, coming on the basis of HIS sacrifice for sin and HIS
victory over death: "Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white
horse. And HE WHO sat on him was called FAITHFUL and TRUE, and in
righteousness HE judges and makes war. HIS eyes were like a flame of
fire, and on HIS head were many crowns. HE had a name written that no
one knew except HIMSELF. HE was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and
HIS NAME is called — THE WORD OF GOD. And the armies in heaven,
clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed HIM on white horses.
Now out of HIS mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it HE should strike
the nations. And HE HIMSELF will rule them with a rod of iron. He
Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of ALMIGHTY
GOD. And HE has on HIS robe and on HIS thigh a name written: KING of
kings and LORD of lords." [Revelation 19. 11 - 16]

Our FAITHFUL LOVING GOD is calling for HIS people to seek HIM out and be
prepared for the coming of MESSIAH THE KING. HIS call comes with a
warning of destruction for those who fail to respond. Turn, O turn now
be wise and understand what your latter end will be.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Today (22 Nisan 5773 /April 2, 2013) is Yizkor Pesah, the last day of
Passover/Feast of Unleavened Bread — be reminded of your commitment
to obey GOD in holiness and integrity of life. We are overwhelmingly
grateful for ALMIGHTY GOD'S goodness and grace to us, truly HIS
mercies endure forever. Now, go forth and proclaim the GOOD NEWS as the
BELOVED ONE commissioned while it is still day.
This is 8th Day of Chol Hamo'ed — Intermediate Days of Passover
(Yizkor Pesah); and the 7th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Tue 02 Apr 2013, 8:34 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
There are four types of men; the one who says,
"Mine is mine and yours is yours." —The Commonplace or Sodom type.
"Mine is yours and yours is mine" —The Am'ha-Arez (Deficient &
Covetous) type.
"Mine is yours and yours is yours." —The Saint.
"Mine is mine and yours is mine." —The Wicked.

MESSIAH & THE FOUR THIEVES
"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I
have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more
abundantly." [John 10. 10]

There are four different thieves mention in the NEW COVENANT: The first
was Judas Iscariot, the disciple, was the first thief involved in the
events surrounding the crucifixion of our LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH.
Definitely, Judas was the thief in charge of the money box and was known
for taking what was in it. [John 12. 6] Judas' epithet: "Betrayer of
The KING OF GLORY."

Barabbas, the second thief, was also a troublemaker and had committed
murderer in the insurrection. [Mark 15. 7; John 18. 40] This convicted
criminal, sentenced to death, was released, as was the custom at
Passover. . . and JESUS OF NAZARETH, the KING OF THE JEWS, was condemned
to die the horrible death by crucifixion.

"Two robbers were crucified with HIM (MESSIAH) one on the right and
another on the left." [Matthew 27. 38] One of the condemned (the third
thief) belittled and ridiculed the MASTER saying— If YOU are the
CHRIST, save YOURSELF and us." [Luke 23. 39 — fulfilling prophecy of
MESSIAH, Psalms/Tehillym 22. 8]

However, the fourth thief believed the SAVIOR and said, "we receive the
due reward of our deeds; but this MAN has done nothing wrong. Then he
said to JESUS — LORD, remember me when YOU come into YOUR Kingdom.
And JESUS said to him— Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be
with ME in Paradise." [Luke 23. 41 - 43]

The four thieves were all deserving the punishment of death. Judas, the
betrayer, ended his own life in suicide. Barabbas was a beneficiary
— though only for a time. On the cross, one criminal was a mocker,
whose ultimate destiny was Hell and the Lake of Fire. But the thief who
believed only moments before his death, received Salvation and Eternal
Life. The LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO took on HIMSELF the penalty for thieves
and robbers, can save anyone who comes to HIM because the
REDEEMER\ MEDIATOR came "that we might have life, and have it more
abundantly." [John 10. 10] Who so ever will. . . Come!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
O magnify the LORD with me and let us exalt HIS NAME together. HIS glory
is in the earth and in the heavens. HE is the STRENGTH of all HIS
servants, the PRAISE of them that truly love HIM, the HOPE OF ISRAEL,
the people HE brought near to HIMSELF. HIS Law is a Tree of Life to them
that lay hold of it, and the supporters thereof are happy. Its ways are
ways of pleasantness, and all its paths are peace. HalleluYAH!
This is 7th Day of Chol Hamo'ed — Intermediate Days of Passover,
and the 6th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Mon 01 Apr 2013, 10:56 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If one would only discipline themselves to be still and silent, they can
make room for the DIVINE PRESENCE to enter and hear HIS voice. Like
Prophet Elijah, GOD is often found in the "Still small voice." [1
Kings/Melakhim Alef 19:12] In the silence, you can come to know the
ALMIGHTY ONE…"be still and know that I am GOD." [Psalms/Tehillym
46:11]

RESURRECTION
"O let YOUR dead revive! Together with MY dead body they shall arise!
Awake and shout for joy, you who dwell in the dust! — For your dew
is like the dew of fresh growth; you make the land of the shades come to
life." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 26. 19 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Although the cultic doctrine of the Sadducees, at the time of MESSIAH
YESHUA, denied a bodily resurrection [Matthew 22. 23], the Israelites of
the OLD COVENANT knew different. For the promise has always been known
to the people of GOD MOST HIGH.

Long before Isaiah's time the Prophet Job claimed, "I know that my
VINDICATOR lives. In the end hE will testify on earth — this, after
my skin has been destroyed. But I will behold GOD in my flesh, I myself,
not another, will see hIM." [Job (Iyob) 19. 25 – 27 Tanakh,
Kethuvim] And Ezekiel tells of the valley of the dry bones that the
LORD caused to come together, made breath enter, were made to breathe,
attach tendons to, make flesh come upon, covered with skin, and caused
them to live. [Ezekiel/Yehezke- El 37. 1 - 14]

Daniel records: "Many of those that sleep in the dust of the earth will
awake, some to eternal life, others to reproach, shame and everlasting
abhorrence. Those who are wise will be radiant like the bright expanse
of sky, and those who lead the many to righteousness will be like the
stars forever and ever." [Daniel (Danyel) 12. 2 – 3 Tanakh,
Kethuvim] Such promises were not referring to some uncertain or vague
immortality of the soul, as taught in pagan and cultic religions, but to
the literal resurrection of the body!

The LOVING MASTER DESIGNER must first become MAN, die for the sins of
the world and defeat death by HIS OWN BODILY resurrection. This was the
message in the OLD COVENANT that believers would be raised "together
with mY dead body." When "the graves were opened; and many bodies of the
saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves
after HIS resurrection, they went into the Holy City and appeared to
many" [Matthew 27. 52 - 53], this was literally fulfilled.

Then, when JESUS, the PRINCE OF PEACE ascended to heaven, HE led those
who had been in captivity in the grave with HIM into heaven. All who
have trusted the LORD JESUS will likewise be raised from the dead when
HE comes again. YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, the EVERLASTING KING OF GLORY,
has defeated death and promised, "Because I live, you will live also."
[John 14. 19] HalleluYAH!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
HalleluYAH to the VICTORIOUS SAVIOUR, YESHUA! HE IS RISEN & IS ALIVE
FOREVERMORE! Not the grave nor any other power on earth could hold HIM,
LORD OF THE SABBATH, the PRINCE OF PEACE, the KING OF GLORY!
May we live as willingly for HIM as HE joyously laid down HIS life for
us! Oh the love of JESUS — truly there is light & joy, gladness &
honour for the people of GOD, our GOD reigns victoriously! Praise HIS
Dear Name forever.
With the ending of Sabbath, comes the Dawn of the New Day for our Lord
is alive and reigning forevermore! HalleluYAH to the King!
This is the 5th Day of the Omer.

Post  Admin on Sun 31 Mar 2013, 11:19 pm

]=A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
One should enhance, not minimize, the importance of holy matters.

ALABASTER FLASK
"And being in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, as HE (YESHUA)
sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly
oil of spikenard. Then she broke the flask and poured it on HIS head."
[Mark 14. 3]

Matthew and John also tell of this incident and we discover that this
woman is none other than Miryam (Mary) sister to Lazarus (whom YESHUA
raised from the dead) and Martha, daughter of Simon the leper. In
John's account, we learn also that she is the same woman who "anointed
the feet of JESUS, and wiped them with her hair; and the house was
filled with the odor of the ointment." [John 12. 3]

For this loving act of worship, the LORD YESHUA affirmed
"Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this GOSPEL is preached in the whole
world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her."
[Matthew 26. 13] The alabaster flask was broken, never to be used
again. Freely, enthusiastically, generously and fittingly Miryam
(Mary) poured the precious oil over her SAVIOR from HIS head to HIS
feet, anointing HIS whole body. In reality, she was performing a
priestly function by her actions. However, she went even further. . .
when the oils had run down to HIS feet, she wiped them dry with her long
hair. What impressive, amazing, intense love!

At this, the disciples were shocked and called it wasteful; but YESHUA
ha'MASHIACH said, "Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a
good work for ME...she has done what she could. She has come beforehand
to anoint MY BODY for burial." [Mark 14. 6, 8]

Unknown to them, in just one week the body of this SUFFERING SERVANT
would be laid in a tomb, anointed with myrrh instead of spikenard, and
wrapped in burial linens instead of Miryam's beautiful hair. But YESHUA
knew, and Miryam had "done what she could" to show, with honest and open
sincerity, her love for her WONDERFUL LOVING REDEEMER. It cost her
dearly not only in material possessions, but in sacrificing her
pride and self-esteem; and the BELOVED LORD was honored, as it should
be. Miryam (Mary) did what she could for her LORD & SAVIOR to
demonstrate her love; a small thing perhaps, but that act was
significant and the moment was one that counted. Have we so loved our
WONDERFUL & AWESOME GOD?

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
We greet you and wish you many abundant blessings this
Passover-Resurrecti on Season!
We are grateful to YOU, our LIVING SOVEREIGN ONE, for dying and raising
from the deal because of YOUR overwhelming compassion for us.!
"A Blessed Resurrection, to each of you, our family of friends!"
This is the 2nd Day of the Omer.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
In no wise speak against the truth; but be ashamed of the error of your
ignorance.

MESSIAH REVEALED TO ISRAEL
"For I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem for war; the City shall
be captured, the houses plundered, and the women violated; and a part of
the City shall go into exile. But the rest of the population shall not
be uprooted from the City...
...On that Day, the LORD will set HIS feet on the Mount of Olives, near
Jerusalem on the East, and the Mount of Olives shall split across from
the East to West, and one part of the Mount shall shift to the North and
the other to the South, a huge valley. You shall flee to the Valley in
the Hills (Hebrew: Har-Gay' ee), for Har-Gay' ee shall reach only to
Azal...
...You shall flee as you fled because of the earthquake. And the LORD my
GOD, with all the holy beings, will come to you and the LORD shall be
KING over all the earth. In that Day there shall there be one LORD, and
HIS NAME ONE. The LORD alone shall be worshiped and shall be invoked by
HIS TRUE NAME." [Zechariah (Zecharyah) 14. 2, 4, 5, 9 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"And I will fill the House of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem
with the SPIRIT OF GRACE & COMPASSION; and they shall look upon ME WHOM
they have pierced, and they shall mourn because of HIM as one mourns for
a favorite son, and show bitter grief because of HIM as one in
bitterness for his first-born. In that day, the great wailing in
Jerusalem shall be as great as the wailing at Hadad-Rimmon in the plain
of Megiddon." [Zechariah (Zecharyah) 12. 9 - 11 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"In that day a fountain shall be open to the House of David and the
inhabitants of Jerusalem for purging and cleansing. And when HE is asked
—What are these wounds on YOUR back?— HE will reply, From being
beaten in the homes of MY friends." [Zechariah (Zecharyah) 13. 1, 6
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

From the preceding preliminary verses of HOLY SCRIPTURE, we see that
when the nations of the world center their attack on the Jewish people
in Jerusalem, YESHUA ha'MASHIACH will return to earth to defend Israel
against her enemies for the last time, to reveal HIMSELF to these Jews
who had been blinded as to HIS MESSIAH-SHIP. The LORD JESUS will
identify HIMSELF as the "LORD OF GLORY" through the marks of the wounds
in HIS hands and HIS feet. HE WHO is the FAITHFUL & RIGHTEOUS ONE will
forgive those who repent of their sin, judge the nations who mistreated
Israel, establish HIS Kingdom on the earth with all HIS saints (Jew &
Gentile) and rule and reign forever! "In abundant authority and peace
without limit, upon David's throne and kingdom, that it may be firmly
established in justice and in equity now and evermore. The zeal of the
LORD OF HOSTS will bring this to pass." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 9. 7 Tanakh,
Nevi'im] Even so, come quickly, LORD JESUS!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
As we bid farewell to Shabbat, may the ALMIGHTY ONE, WHO separates the
holy from the secular, forgive our sins! In YOUR mercy, O LORD,
remember us and all YOUR children as we enter a new week. O FATHER &
REDEEMER, mindful of YOUR covenant, we pray that YOUR love may never
forsake us. Even as the rainbow recalls this covenant, so may each new
day bring to all men the thought of YOUR gracious promise. Hasten the
time when YOUR Law will be written in very heart, from the smallest to
the greatest. Then shall mankind do YOUR will and the reward of
righteous service shall be peace
This is the 4th Day of the Omer.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our
Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He
comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and
the world will experience true godly universal peace.

Courage is fear that has said its prayers.

PASSOVER GREETINGS
A Blessed & Happy Passover to all our friends and family.
. . . As you remember the bitterness of slavery in Egypt and the
sweetness of
redemption through the TRUE & LOVING GOD,
may you know HIS deliverance and freedom today.
. . . As you remember the matzo and the HOLY ONE'S provision of manna in
the wilderness,
may you know that HE offers us spiritual nourishment because of
the LORD YESHUA, WHO is the BREAD OF LIFE.
. . . As you remember the blood of the Passover lamb that protected the
Jewish people from the Angel of Death,
may you be blessed through YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, the LAMB OF GOD WHOSE
shed blood saves all, both Jew and Gentile, who trust in HIM.
. . . As you raise up the Cup of Redemption & Blessing and speak the
words, "Next Year In Jerusalem!"
may your eyes be lifted to witness the coming of the KING, the LORD
JESUS,
our BLESSED HOPE, the PRINCE OF PEACE.
Remember, "HIS mercy endures forever."

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Zizin Pesach — Have a Sweet Passover! As we sit down together, we
all become a part of the Jewish people. Be reminded of your commitment
to obey the LORD GOD in holiness and integrity of life. We are
overwhelmingly grateful for the goodness and grace of the ALMIGHTY ONE
to us. HIS compassions never fail; HIS mercy and steadfast love is
forever; blessed be HE and praised be HIS name.
We are praying for each of you that an abundance of rich blessings be
yours this Passover & Feast of Unleavened Bread! Remember the day of
your departure from Egypt all the days of your life...we each must take
the LAMB for ourselves!
