Cherethities the Lord is against you

Zephaniah 2:5a - Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of
the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against you;

About 3 years back (10th of Feb 2010) I was given a message about what was
going to happen in the Middle East and who is going to be behind the fall
of events in the Middle East. Then again after a year (6th Feb 2012) there
was a very clear message of the devastation that is going to engulf the
Arab nations, to what the extent it would spread and for how long this
would continue.

When it started in Tunisia (just because a women officer slapped a man and
he immolated himself) in December of 2010 people never thought it would
spread. In February when it spread to Egypt then people started to realize
this was country specific but was going to affect the region in whole.

When I sent the message I had people mocking me or arguing with me as to my
misinterpretation or misunderstanding of scriptures. Then just a week later
was born the term Arab Spring. People thought this would change the Arab
nations and make them democratic / westernized. Many were anxious to see
good happen there, but they did not know they were witnessing the birth of
a monster that would cause untold destruction and death. As of end of 2012
the numbers of accounted deaths crossed hundred thousand and destruction
spread over 18 countries putting them either in civil war, overthrown
governments, caused major protests and disorder.

People are thinking this will stop with implementation of Islamic law
(Sharia) in its true form like it was done by the Taliban in Afghanistan,
implemented in all these and other countries which will soon fall into this
swamp.

The Lord is telling us this is not just a normal swamp but a sinking swamp
and it will only end with the inhalation of Islam. The more the struggle
will cause faster sinking of this religion. This will not be restricted to
Arab countries but will affect all countries will large Muslim citizens.

In the last message we were told the sects of Islam will start to get to
each other and the reason is, according to the Quran there is no one worse
in the whole world than a heretic Muslim. Even an infidel can be forgiven
(by paying a price) but a heretic has to be put to death immediately, there
is no forgiveness for him.

Islam has about 73 sects with the Sunni and Shias being the major sects
(according to them only one will enter Paradise). What we know of Islam is
mostly the Sunni belief. The Shia mainly differs due to the Twelvers. They
like the Catholics elevate Mary to the highest position. They have Muhammad
and Mary (Fatima) on the top and then the twelve Imams, who they believe
will appear just before Qiyamah (Judgement Day). There is also the growing
Sufi group who can be compared to Charismatic Catholics. The Sufi believes
in striving to experience God but without knowledge and study of
scriptures. They focus more on poems, songs, music etc. (while Muhammad
hated all these as per to the Quran).

According to the Quran a true Muslim is the one who loves Allah and follows
Muhammad. The follow means literately do what Muhammad did that is why they
have the 5 pillars of Islam which are all the rituals Muhammad did. This
'follow&# 39; includes the 'holy wars' Muhammad fought and the mass murders he
did. Leaving aside the sects all Muslims can be divided into 2 lots, either
a Jihadi Muslim or a confused Muslim who is ignorant of his belief.

God is telling us in today's message He is against this nation of
Cherethites (meaning 'executioners&# 39;). He is telling us He will cause a
total inhalation of this nation with none being found. That does not means
western countries will fight against the Islamic countries but means the
Muslims will fight with each other and will kill each other. This may start
immediately or after some months, but surely within a year for the Arab
spring is here for another 2 years.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, You are merciful but also slow to anger. That means even though You
forgive when people repent, yet You do get angry when people go against
You. You hold back your anger and do not let your wrath destroy people, but
when the limits You set are crossed we have seen in history You have caused
great calamities to come on mankind. Lord we pray for your people,
especially those weak in heart, that they be strengthened and do not lose
faith, but hold on to You and your Word till this dark cloud passes over
us...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The fight between the sects

Daniel 11:11 - And the king of the south shall be moved with choler, and
shall come forth and fight with him, even with the king of the north: and
he shall set forth a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into
his hand.

This prophecy of the king of south engaging the king of the north was
fulfilled in the natural when Ptolemy Philopater engaged Antiochus. Ptolemy
Philopater ruled over Egypt and Antiochus over Syria.

One may wonder why the Lord has given us this message today.

The Lord is telling us this prophecy will once again come true and this
time the battle will be these 2 same groups.

People are most mistaken about the unity of the Muslim Brotherhood. The
Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan and Morocco have differences
with the Brotherhood of Muslims in Syria. This Brotherhood is divided along
the lines of sectism.

The Lord is telling us soon we will see a new level of fighting between
Sunni and Shia sects of Islam unlike we have experienced before.

I am sure many Christians have prayed when the Christians houses in
Pakistan were burnt down and their lives destroyed. My heart too went out
for them. Remember our prayers do not go vain. The Lord is telling us He is
soon going to cause a shaking in the foundation of Islam. He will cause
them to go at the throats of each other and kill each other.

Let us pray those who are children of God having the seed of faith and
still among them will have their eyes open and see the vanity in this
religion of death. That they receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are
saved.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray for your lost sheep that are still among the Muslims. We pray
with the turn of events their eyes open and they see the vanity they
believe in. That chose life over death, they chose love over hate, Truth
over foolishness. ..

This prayer we make in Jesus Name, Amen.

The Godless will perish
Job 27:21 - The east wind carries him away, and he is gone; It sweeps him out of his place.

If one reads Job 27:8-23 Job talks about what happens to the Godless person. Among the many things stated by Job are things like the Godless will build a wealth which will be like a curse to him, he will not be able to enjoy it and it will be enjoyed by someone else. He and his children will be victims to disease and calamities.

We all know that nothing good happens to a Godless person, so I do not have to go into the details of it. But I would like to touch on the classification of a Godless person.

If someone is asked who is a Godless person and the answer will quickly come as one who does not know God the creator. One who worships idols, false gods etc...

My question is would be can a Christian who knows God and worships God still be a Godless person? The answer is YES.

Let us understand who a Godless person is.

Let me explain it this was if a person is possessed with an evil spirit, it does not mean that the evil spirit is a virus that has infected the body of the person. In some cases we will see physical manifestation of a possessed person but the possession is more spiritual than physical. It has to do with the inner-man of the person being controlled or influenced by the evil spirit. There are times such a person would be normal and suddenly be transformed into evil. Mostly when there is true worship or anointing around such a person will manifest. This means the control is not continuous but on and off. It matters under whose influence the inner-man is that we see the result.

When it comes to a Godly person the same is applicable. When our inner-man is influenced by the Word of God or the Spirit of God we are called Godly people.

Thus we see a Godless is not a person who does not know God, he or she may be knowing god and trembling at it like Satan does but if that person is not influenced by God then that person is called a Godless person.

Being Godly is not a onetime stamp of approval. Being Godly is a process in which we grow to be more and more Godlier. It is a process of abiding more and more in the Word of God and submitting to the Spirit of the Lord. It is a process of being more and more like Christ.
We need to ask ourselves are we Godly people or Godless people? If Godly, how Godly, how much of our life is influenced by God and His Word? In other words let us ask ourselves how much of Christ is in us? Do people see Christ in us, not only by our words but also by our way of life?
Being in Christ gives us eternal life and a blessed life, and being far from Christ mean perishing.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are life and your Word is life. Lord, we are called Godly when we have life in us, when we have You and your Word in us. Lord, we pray that we get more and more rooted in your Word and we always be in relationship with You communicating with You...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]

Job 27:8-23

8 What hope do people without God have when life is cut short? when God puts an end to life?

9 Do you think God will listen to their cry for help when disaster hits?

10 What interest have they ever shown in the Almighty? Have they ever been known to pray before?

11 "I've given you a clear account of God in action, suppressed nothing regarding God Almighty.

12 The evidence is right before you. You can all see it for yourselves, so why do you keep talking nonsense?

13 "I'll quote your own words back to you: "'This is how God treats the wicked, this is what evil people can expect from God Almighty:

14 Their children-all of them-will die violent deaths; they'll never have enough bread to put on the table.

15 They'll be wiped out by the plague, and none of the widows will shed a tear when they're gone.

16 Even if they make a lot of money and are resplendent in the latest fashions,

17 It's the good who will end up wearing the clothes and the decent who will divide up the money.

18 They build elaborate houses that won't survive a single winter.

19 They go to bed wealthy and wake up poor.

20 Terrors pour in on them like flash floods-a tornado snatches them away in the middle of the night,

21 A cyclone sweeps them up-gone! Not a trace of them left, not even a footprint.

22 Catastrophes relentlessly pursue them; they run this way and that, but there's no place to hide-

23 Pummeled by the weather, blown to kingdom come by the storm.'

God does not delight in the legs of a man

Psalms 147:10 - He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh
not pleasure in the legs (thigh / shoulder) of a man.

People may be taken back by the title of today's message and the message
itself. Unless one has the knowledge of Bible Image Study one will never
understand this message.

In the Bible we see people like Job, Daniel and even Solomon in the OT had
the wisdom to understand the symbolism in which the Lord spoke not only in
His Word but also through His creation. When God created all beings in
creation He did in an image according to His kind and their kind yet He
said all is good. That is why even though God forbid eating of some animals
by classifying them unclean yet we see it was God who gave an okay to Peter
to eat all animals. The clean and unclean had nothing to do with the animal
but with their image, what they symbolize.

One can eat a pig but not live the nature of the pig which consumes all
things without discerning thus living a life in filth. Also when Satan came
as a snake it did not mean a real snake but meant he came to deceive for
the snake symbolizes deceit. It was the deceit of Satan that has caused man
to see good and bad (fruit of doubt) in creation even though God said all
that He created was good. The only thing bad was Satan himself. So in other
words man who was innocent of evil came to know evil by eating the fruit of
doubt. Therefore it is only by faith (the antidote of doubt being faith)
that we can be saved, for by faith we tap into the grace of God made
available by Jesus Christ. Jesus crushes the head of deceit (the snake) by
giving us the Spirit of Truth.

Before I come to today's message there is one more thing I like to clear.
The word used here for legs specify a certain upper part of the limb that
would mean either thigh or shoulder. According to Bible Image Study both
these have symbolization. Shoulder symbolizes teaching and thigh symbolizes
prophecy. Also the horse symbolizes prosperity or progress, moving from one
phrase to another.

In today's message God is telling us He does not delight in the efforts man
makes to prosper, nor does He delight in the teachings or prophecies of
man. In the very next scripture God gives reason why. He states He takes
pleasure in them that fear Him or know Him or have the knowledge of who He
is, and those that hope in His mercy.

We need to understand God did not complicate life but man did by not
trusting God. It was due to sin that creation became an enemy of man. Dead
was never a part of man but due to sin man was driven far from God and
therefore dead came into the life of man. Fear of God or our knowledge of
who God is, brings us closer to God. We also need to note it is the mercy
of God that keeps us before Him, or else things could be unimaginable to
man knowing the fact that our God is a Righteous God.

God tells us to be a vessel not a cook, let Him work in us and through us.
As cooks we may succeed to some extend but soon all our success comes to a
naught. God takes delights in us when we overcome doubt and know He can do
all things through us, even though we may be still unworthy before Him yet
because He is merciful He will not consume us. He has made a way for us to
approach Him because He is God who loves us.

Let us not try by our strength and annoy God but let us surrender to Him
and be vessels through whom He can work. Let us give pleasure, delight and
glory to our Creator by knowing Him and trusting Him.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we ask for forgiveness for the times we have not acknowledged You in
our lives, when we have tried to do things by our strength and for the
times we have felt hopeless in life when calamities surrounded us. We know
You are God and there is nothing impossible for You. Even though You get
angry with us for disobeying You yet your mercy keeps us from your wrath.
Lord, your Love covers us and keeps You with us in our lives...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Psalms 147:11 - The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those
that hope in his mercy.

Psalms 25:10 - All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as
keep his covenant and his testimonies.

Psalms 57:3 - He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of
him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his
truth.

Psalms 85:10 - Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace
have kissed each other.

Genesis 24:2-3

2 And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over
all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

3 And I will make thee swear by the LORD, the God of heaven, and the God
of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters
of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:

Can we come before God?

job 11:4 - For thou hast said [to God], My doctrine is pure, and I am clean
in thine eyes.

In today's message we read the friend of Job reprimands Job for considering
himself a righteous person for he thought he knew things of the Kingdom of
God and according to what he knew he did right.

On one hand we have God calling Job righteous yet on the other hand we also
have God stating the righteousness of man are like rags and none were found
righteous or worthy until the coming of Jesus. We see at the end Job was
also corrected by the Lord for considering himself righteous and had lost
the favour of God but by Job humbling himself and lifting (praying for) his
friends he was against considered righteous and again he came into the
favour of God.

We also have religious people who consider themselves righteous and Jesus
referred to them as white washed tombs. Which meant they did works of
'righteousness& #39; or made themselves look righteous but those were dead works
like the spirit inside them [hypothetically] .

What then is righteousness?

Righteousness simply means doing right. Like faith does not mean just
believing but means believing in that which is unchanging and there is
nothing that the same forever other than God and His Word. Therefore faith
means believing in God and His Word. We can have hope or trust in people or
things of the world but not faith.

Similarly righteousness also has to do with doing right according to
something or someone. We may be righteous according to the world for the
world may see us doing right according to its eyes. Thus when we call
ourselves or are referred to as righteous we need to note according to whom.

The Pharisees were called righteous people by the Jews because they did the
traditions of Jews as to what the Jews understood of the words given by
Moses or other Prophets. Jesus and the Apostles rebuked the Jews for having
no understanding of what Moses spoke or what the other Prophets spoke. So
we see righteousness is not only dependant on according to whom but also
according to the understanding of the person or his words.

The book of Job is the oldest book of the Bible. Job was before Moses and
yet we see Job had great knowledge of the Kingdom of God. Job was blessed
with great wisdom such that by understading creation which was done
according to the image of the things of the Kingdom of God, Job could
understand the things of the Kingdom of God [what I call Bible Image
Study]. That is why we see this books hold names of lots of animals, birds,
stars etc...

In today's message we see Zophar the friend of Job first attends to the
limitation of the knowledge of Job before reminding Job about his problem
with righteousness. Zophar tells Job about the never ending wisdom and
knowledge of God and what we know is not even a fraction of the wisdom of
God.

In my last post we saw man and Angels can know only what God has spoken or
what is given unto us. That is why Jesus (who was God who humbled and came
as man), as man was limited in His knowledge and did not know the hour when
the end would come for He knew only that which is given or spoke by God.
Paul too says he knew in part and preached in part and as he knew more the
parts changed and grew greater.

It was just last week I was surprised to learn that we are called righteous
not according to God but according to the Son of God who came as man.
According to God we stand no comparison but are saved and can come before
God with boldness because He does not require us to meet His standard of
righteousness (which we cannot for we cannot know beyond the Word of God)
but has called us to meet the standards of Jesus the Son of Man.

Jesus tells us on Judgment Day we will be judged not by God but by man or
Son of man Jesus according to the Word of God given unto man.

God is telling us we are unworthy to come before Him but because of His Son
we can come boldly before Him and it is only because of His Son we too are
called righteous and Family. We call Gos Father and one can come before
one's Father any time.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we are sinners and corrupted with the things of this world. But the
Day we accepted Jesus as our Saviour, Lord and Master and received your
Spirit, the work of change has started in us. Today when we come before You
it is not for who we are but only because of your Son Jesus we can come
before You. He has made a way to You and we thank You for that Way. Holy
Spirit take us more and more closer to our Father...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Job 11:4-14

4 For thou hast said, My doctrine is pure, and I am clean in thine eyes.

5 But oh that God would speak, and open his lips against thee;

6 And that he would shew thee the secrets of wisdom, that they are double
to that which is! Know therefore that God exacteth of thee less than thine
iniquity deserveth.

7 Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty
unto perfection?

8 It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what
canst thou know?

9 The measure thereof is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

10 If he cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him?

11 For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will he not then
consider it?

12 For vain man would be wise, though man be born like a wild ass's colt.

13 If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;

14 If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness
dwell in thy tabernacles.

Matthew 16:27 - For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father
with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Matthew 19:28-30

28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have
followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the
throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the
twelve tribes of Israel.

29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or
father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake,
shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

30 But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

Luke 9:56 - For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to
save them.

John 3:14-15

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the
Son of man be lifted up:

15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal
life.

John 5:22-29

22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the
Son:

23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He
that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth
on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into
condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when
the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall
live.

26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to
have life in himself;

27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is
the Son of man.

28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are
in the graves shall hear his voice,

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection
of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment
is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which
hath sent me.

John 12:30-34

30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for
your sakes.

31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world
be cast out.

32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.

34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ
abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up?
who is this Son of man?

Revelation 1:13-20

13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of
man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with
a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his
eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and
his voice as the sound of many waters.

16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a
sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his
strength.

17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right
hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for
evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and
the things which shall be hereafter;

20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and
the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven
churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven
churches. 13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the
Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the
paps with a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his
eyes were as a flame of fire;

Did or did not Jesus know the end?

Luke 21:10-12

10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom
against kingdom:

11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and
pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute
you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought
before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

There are the Muslims who state Jesus was not God because He said He did
not know when the end would come. If He was God then He should have known
it.

Then there are the Christians who state that the end would come suddenly
because Jesus stated it would come like a thief and that He too did not
know when it would come, so most of them get into full time
end-time-ministry they walk looking up thinking Jesus would come anytime on
a cloud.

In today's message we see Jesus actually answering the people about the end
times. He gives in a summary in Luke 21:8-28 of the fall of events before
the end would come. So He was not ignorant of the end times. The same with
Paul when he found the church of Thessalonians panicking thinking the end
was near Paul writes to them in his second letter to them of the turn of
events that will confirm the end is at hand.

We need to note both Jesus and Paul do not give an accurate period of the
end. They both conclude with an approximate period.

When Jesus said that He had no knowledge of end and that only the Father in
Heaven knew, He did not means He was ignorant of the end. We need to read
the scripture correctly and we see Jesus states He did not know the HOUR
but did not say He did not know the DAY. Both Jesus and Paul knew the DAY
but both had no idea of the HOUR, nor do the Angels have an idea of the
HOUR, leaving for God alone. Does that make Jesus not God? No.

Firstly we need to remember Jesus was man, God who humbled Himself and came
as man. He was 100percent man and therefore John states anyone who does not
believe Jesus came in the flesh is from Satan. Coming in the flesh meaning
He came as 100percent man without any God powers. It says He HUMBLED
Himself. Therefore if He had retained any of His God powers then Bible
would have been a lie when stating God humbled Himself in the beginning of
creations and became a sacrifice for mankind. He was not a God man nor was
He God in man but was God who came as man. He gave up His glory but not His
nature for in Him was the image of God.

The powers that Jesus shows in scriptures were not God powers but the
powers which man has been given when He is in God. That means we all can
have the same power which Jesus showed, provided we are as obedient to God
as Jesus did. Even the resurrection of Jesus was because of the power of
the Holy Spirit. This power was not exercised in Hell but exercised here on
earth when Jesus was alive and the results manifested in Hell. It was by
the power of the Holy Spirit that Jesus was kept with sin and thus when He
went to Hell with the sins of the world on Him, He could be kept there
because there was no sin in Him, thus He broke the curse of Hell and
therefore anyone who believes in Him is also set free (saved) from the
curse (irrespective that person keeps the Word of God or not). But that
person can only go to Heaven on Judgment Day if he or she has kept the Word
revealed to him or her by the Holy Spirit (also kept with the help of the
Holy Spirit). That is the reason both baptisms are a must to enter Heaven.

There is a great difference between Son of God and God the Son. The second
is deity and the first could be an Angel or even a human who has the image
of God in him. Adam was created with the image therefore was referred to as
Son of God before he sinned and lost the image. Jesus was the first man to
retail the image unto death. That is why He became our first overcomer.

All that Jesus knew was from scriptures for He studied them and any other
human did. He did have a unique element of all having all the calling in
Him unlike we have one calling. The reason being, calling are to do with
the 7 Spirits of the Holy Spirit and in Jesus the Holy Spirit was in full.

What Jesus and Paul knew of the end is what is revealed in scriptures. For
the scriptures are the Word of God and even the Angles refer to the Word of
God as Words of Life. That means in them is all about life. As we study
deeper we will see everything about life is in them. The only thing not
revealed is the exact time when the end would come, but the approximate
time is given. The approximate is given not in 1 place but in many places
and they all confirm the same.

God made us as children of light not to walk in darkness as blind people.
We are not called to walk with our heads facing up 24 hours a day waiting
when Jesus would come, when Jesus would come. God has given us the signs
and told us when these signs come to pass then we would know that the hour
has come. Jesus also states not one scripture can be omitted before the end
come. Since this is the Word of Life it has to come to pass completely
before the end come and the Word turns to God fulfilled.

Jesus in the same scripture where He says no man or Angel knows the day AND
hour of the end also states the end would be like that of Noah. He was
referring to the time when he was told to make an ark. Noah worked for
nearly 100 years making it and when he completed it God told him to enter
it and then the flood came. God had not caused the flood to come before
Noah completed the ark not let it flood until Noah, his family and the
animals had entered the ark.

Also Jesus coming on a cloud does not means a real cloud for it states all
mankind will see Him coming along with His Angels. It says EVERY KNEE will
bow unto Him when He proclaims Himself and is glorified by the Father. So
let us stop looking up and walking, but spend time knowing Him so that it
will not hurt us when He proclaims Himself.

[Prayer Starter]

Father God we thank You for Jesus. Out of Yourself, You made available a
sacrifice for us so that we could be a part of You. Lord, help us to focus
of the work set before us to that we can fulfil the prophecies and thus
expedite Your coming again...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

John 5:19-47

Matthew 24:34-39

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these
things be fulfilled.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven,
but my Father only.

37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man
be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and
drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered
into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall
also the coming of the Son of man be.

2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that
Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the
flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have

John 17:20-26

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe
on me through their word;

21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee,
that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast
sent me.

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be
one, even as we are one:

23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and
that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as
thou hast loved me.

24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me
where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for
thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known
thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.

26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the
love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the
voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ
shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with
them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be
with the Lord.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-6

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,
and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit,
nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except
there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son
of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that
is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing
himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

Adversaries the Lord stirs
1 Kings 11:23 - And God stirred him up another adversary, Rezon the son of
Eliadah, which fled from his lord Hadadezer king of Zobah:

King Solomon was blessed by the Lord in knowledge and in wisdom and he has
become a part of everyday man’s daily phrase when someone is acknowledged
for their knowledge and wisdom, he or she is compared to Solomon.

Even today we hear preachers talk about the wisdom of Solomon. But none
point to the foolishness of Solomon. Foolishness associated with Solomon
may come as a surprise to many.

Even after receiving all the knowledge and wisdom from the Lord and fame
from the four corners of the world yet this great wise man did the most
foolish act. Although having so much knowledge of the Kingdom of God which
can be seen in Songs of Solomon, including the knowledge of the world yet
we see because of his lust for women this wise man became mentally blinded
and acted like a fool. As he got old his wives led him to worship not one
but at least 3 gods / goddesses. He had almost 1000 women in his life.

He worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, Chemosh the god of
the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon.

God raised adversaries against Solomon because not only he worshipped these
gods but also caused the whole of Israel to worship them.

In my previous messages I have spoken of how Ashtoreth is come unto us as
Mary the Mother of Jesus and is worshipped even today. This goddess still
keeps all the titles bestowed on her since the time of David and Solomon.
Worshipping Mary is also considered worshipping the dead (but actually is
an evil spirit imitating her).

The second god Milcom means 'king or ruler’ and we see the Catholic Church
also worships this god. They consider the Pope as their king. The Pope
holds this title official even today. It is not about being just a king but
he is a spiritual king for them and calls himself 'king of kings and lord
or lords’, this title the Pope took on himself in 1400AD and is written on
his triple crown. According to the Catholic Church he holds the authority
to correct God’s Word. I also pointed out in my previous message the Greek
word for worship also means kissing of hand. This gesture is done to the
Pope or those who represent him in other words they worship man (find
listed below quotation from some of the official Catholic documents).

The third god Chemosh was depicted by a shield, sword and lance. If one
checks these are the weapon shown in pictures of the Catholic Church as
held by Archangel Michael to defeat evil. Firstly this church does no know
who this Archangel Michael is, if only they connect scriptures of Daniel,
Paul’s letters and Revelation. In other words this church along with
worship of the dead (goddess Ashtoreth / Mary), worship of man they also
worship angels.

By these 3 gods they break the second Commandment which states man should
not worship other than God any other being in Heaven, on earth or dead,
they should not bow, server and worship them.

What this Church does is what Solomon did. Even though he was blessed he
went after these 3 gods and when he came of age the Lord stirred
adversaries against him from all corners.

When the Pope resigned some stated the time is come for the antichrist to
come and for the end of the world. This is not true.

I had received this message the morning on the day of the resignation of
the Cardinal of Scotland resigned, but I failed to post it that day itself.
These things are the adversaries the Lord is stirring against this Church,
not because the end days are here but because the day of the fall of
Babylon the Great is nearing. This fall will not happen immediately for
lots of other stirring is to happen before the hour comes when suddenly
this Church goes bankrupt and all will desert it.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray your people are delivered from the evil that has bound them
from ages. Satan has been playing this game and has been successful even
with a person like Solomon who was blessed with great wisdom. Lord, we know
without your Spirit there no way we can be saved. Holy Spirit it is only by
You that wisdom becomes true understanding and the Law is written in our
hearts. We need more and more of You Holy Spirit of God, Work in us Holy
Spirit of God...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prophesy and see it happen - give Him glory

Ezekiel 37:10 - So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came
into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great
army.

Just 2 days back I wrote about Damascus in which I spoke about a bomb
blast/s happening in the city limits and after a few hours there did take
place a great blast in Damascus. Some may think this was a coincident but
that was the same with the Tsunami that hit Japan for the same day in the
morning I wrote about earthquake. There are many other incidents or world
events like these which may have not happened instantly on the same day but
came to pass soon after they were written in my message. Do all these
prophecies which I spoke make me a great person? No.

If one understands prophecy and 'word of knowledge' one would never be able
to take any credit.

Prophesying means to speak what God has already declared in His Word. This
may be by interpreting of scriptures, by understanding them or doing the
same without having knowledge of the existence of scripture when the Lord
reveals it directly.

Word of knowledge is mistaken by many as 'prophecy&# 39; through worldly it may
be called. Word of knowledge is nothing but prompting of the Holy Spirit.
It is similar to the later type of prophesying but here the matter is
concerning the personal life of a person or a group of persons. It too may
come in vision (hazy or tentative), or dreams (accurate and clear), or just
a strong thought or desire.

In today's message Ezekiel was told by the Lord in the vision to speak life
into the dead bones and they became a great army. When Ezekiel was told he
did not repeat it like a parrot but had to vision the army in his mind as
he spoke it. So prophesying is nothing put speaking what we see (as written
or prompted by the Holy Spirit) about the coming of the Kingdom of God.

We do not see the glory of God because we do not prophesy and we do not
prophesy because we do not see and we do not see because we lack vision.

I wrote part of this message yesterday before I went to Sunday Service. At
the service the preacher was giving the same message about how people
perish because they lack vision. He was saying ho0w people are like logs of
wood that float on the sea called world, floating aimlessly just trying to
live until their end comes. We as children of God are not called to be part
of history but called to be history makers. We can only be history makers
if we have vision, prophesy and be vessels for the Lord to bring it to pass.

Saul became Paul when God healed his sight. This was less an outer healing
and more an inner healing of Paul. When Paul could see he did mighty work
for God and became a vessel to bring to pass all that was written about the
Kingdom of God for that time.

During that what was due for the Church was less than what is due during
the present time and the church suffers because we lack people with vision.
Let us pray for visionaries in our churches.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray that people in the Church may have a transformation of their
spirit like Saul became Paul by the healing of his sight. Lord we pray for
more visionaries in the Church. That they may be instruments to bring to
pass all that You have set for in our time and that we quicken the coming
of Christ in glory...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen

[Reference Scriptures]

Proverbs 29:18 - Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that
keepeth [observe] the law, happy is he.

Colossians 1:9-13

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray
for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his
will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful
in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all
patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers
of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated
us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Acts 2:17 - And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will
pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men
shall dream dreams:

Experiencing storms in our lives
Matthew 14:22-24

22 And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and
to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain
apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for
the wind was contrary.

It is very interesting when we do research of the little things that are
ignored in the Bible. They give such great information and land up giving a
broader dimension of understanding of the Heart of God and the Kingdom of
God.

The event given today's message happened at Lake Kinneret / Sea of Galilee.
This lake has a unique formation which causes erratic and sudden storms.
The lake lies 680 feet below sea level and to the east side of the lake it
has hills that are up to 2000feet high. The large difference in height
between surrounding land and the sea causes large temperature and
pressure changes. The warm moist breeze blowing over the lake and the cool
dry breeze blowing over the hills meet high over the sea. This results in
strong winds dropping to the sea, funnelling through the hills. The Sea of
Galilee is small, and these winds may descend directly to the center of the
lake with violent results. When the contrasting air masses meet, a storm
can arise quickly and without warning. The Sea of Galilee is relatively
shallow, just 200 feet at its greatest depth. A shallow lake is “whipped
up” by wind more rapidly than deep water, where energy is more readily
absorbed therefore small boats caught out in on the storm are in great
danger.

We see Jesus went to the mountains to spend private time with His Father.
People go to mountains to find God, because the majestic presences of the
mountains fascinate man. Jesus' going to a mountain to spent time with God
was not for this reason He also went to gardens to spend private time with
His Father. Jesus choice of place was because it was furthest point from
earth or a place far from man made things or artificial world of man. Jesus
in short is telling us the best place to pray is getting ourselves away
from our worldly activities and our duties. Our mountain or garden can be
even in a small room in our house, what matters is can we separate
ourselves from our world to spend time with God. Even when we are in our
house, or travelling, or office we can take a short escape to our mountain
or garden mentally to pray without moving from our seats.

Jesus did not experience any storm but the disciples who were in the lake
did. Today's message says when we live a life of hot and cold we will
experience storms and if our lives are shallow and more worldly the more
hard these storms will be. Jesus was in a cool place high on a solid
mountain with the Father but the disciples were in a hot and cool place.
Jesus says in the Bible if we are hot and cold (lukewarm) God gets very
angry with us. If we want less of the storms in our lives, let us set our
hearts away from the world, set it rooted high on the Truth of the Word of
God.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we live a life which desires more of the world and things of the
world, lacking knowledge of your Kingdom and far from you therefore face
sudden storms that can destroy us. Lord we pray we set our hearts far from
this world, rooted on the solid Rock which is your Word. A life holy unto
You...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Revelation 3:16 - So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor
hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Damascus
Jeremiah 49:23-27
23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have
heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it
cannot be quiet.

24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath
seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.

25 How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of
war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.

27 And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume
the palaces of Benhadad.

The city of Damascus has an interesting history. It is one of the oldest
cities in the world. It has always been known for its grand beauty and it
is also known as 'Paradise on earth'. Muhammad refused to enter this city
thinking he would be tempted by it and thus loose Heavenly Paradise, but
today most Muslims going to Mecca gather here.

We read in today's news about the Syrian uprising and destruction happening
in Damascus, this is not new to Damascus. During the time of David about
22000 Syrians of Damascus were killed. Later during the time of Nero the
city was packed with Jews and Nero killed about 10,000 Jews in Damascus in
a single day.

Today's message talks of another destruction like this in this grand city.
Just few days back the war had landed at the door of Damascus. Till date
the war has been fought in the suburbs of the city and has been more of a
sniper war. Today's message talks of a great disaster in the city limits of
the grand city of Damascus. The scripture talks of a super natural flame
burning in the city something like bomb/s.

One of the reasons the Lord says He is letting this happen is because this
city is the center of false god. This city was the center or capital of the
first Muslim Dynasty. Even today the richest Arab Muslims have their houses
here. People think Allah is the name of God or another name for God. In
Arabic 'ilah' is the term used for God and Allah claims to be ilah. Allah
is a title and means 'the god'. It specifies a deity worshipped by the
pagan Arabs which was one among the 360 gods they worshipped before
Muhammad discarded all other gods and chose this god as to be the one god.
According to the Quran/Hadiths this god has 3 daughters and the verse
concerning Muhammad being tempted to worship the 3 daughters of this Allah
is today famous as the 'Satanic verses'. It caused such an embarrassment
that later it was edited out of the Quran. Some records show this Allah to
be the prime moon god worshipped by the pagan Arabs during the time of
Muhammad.

This moon god was worshipped by the Jews and is also seen among Catholics,
it is not exclusive to Muslims. In Jeremiah the Israelites worshipped the
moon goddess who was referred to as Queen of Heaven. The goddess Ashtoreth
of the OT was a moon goddess so also was Diana of the NT. Even today this
same goddess takes the form of 'Mother Mary' and if one Googles her name
with moon, one will get about 14900 links. People do not question why her
images are made mounted on a crescent moon? Nor do they question why there
are prophecies about her image appearing on the moon? In Munich city-center
there is one such golden statue of her wearing a crown hold an infant
(claimed to be Jesus) while standing on a crescent moon.

Today's message speaks of a great disaster in the city of Damascus for God
is no longer going to be a silent spectator. He is referred to be slow to
anger and the time has come to people to know of His anger.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord we pray for your people who dwell in the city of Damascus, that your
Angels guard them and keep them safe, may not even a hair of their body be
harmed. May You be glorified and people what You have spoken will surely
come to pass...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Is the Word of God sufficient?

Jeremiah 35:13 - Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Go and
tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will ye not receive
instruction to hearken to my words? saith the LORD.

The main point of contention between Catholics and Christian (Believers) is
this question 'Is the Word of God sufficient?&# 39;. The Catholics believe the
Word of God is not sufficient and does not hold everything that is required
for the faith of a Christian. They believe traditions and oral instructions
passed down through the church are also very important. They believe these
originated with the Apostles and then were handed down through the heads of
the Catholic Church.

As a Catholic my change in my life happened when I realized the value of
the Word of God and that the Word of God was complete and sufficient. As a
catholic I was misled to believe in many things which I never verified or
confirmed but took them as they were because it came from the 'Church&# 39;. It
is like Islam who believe Muhammad as a prophet because he said he was a
prophet, even though he did not do one miracle nor did he prophesy and that
prophecy came true. In fact, according to their own records he failed the
test of a prophet yet they believe him 'because he said so'. If you ask a
Muslim to prove anything he or she would quote the Quran. They will never
give any historic proofs outside Islamic sources or followers of Muhammad
for they have none.

The Catholics also follow the same principle of circle argument like the
Muslims to justify themselves.

One great lie given by the Catholic Church is that the Bible was put in
place by them or they are the co-authors of the Bible, therefore they have
the authority to decide what goes in it and what doesn't.

Like I pointed in my previous message the Old Testament came to us from the
Jews and what we refer to was what in the hands of Jesus and the Apostles
and accepted and acknowledged by them. With regards to the Apocrypha (7
additional books which the Catholic Church has added to the OT), they are
not referred to in the NT and were not among the canonized books even in
the early years of the Church. They were added only in 1500AD at the
Catholic Council of Trent. Also the Apocrypha contradict the other books so
would cause the rejection of the other books (I will note some
contradictions below).

Coming to the 27 books of the NT. These books were considered scriptural
since the early years the Church only acknowledged them but had no hand in
organizing or authenticating them as canonized. We read in the letters of
the Apostles as authenticating the Gospels and the letters of each other as
scriptures which are profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction
and for training in righteousness. One historian literally said the other
books (Gospels or Epistles) which some claim should be part of the Bible
did not exist in the first century and most have their origin after 300AD
like the Gospel of Thomas, Gospel of Judas and Gospel of Mary Magdalene.

Coming to traditions; Paul's instructions to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:15-17
clearly indicates that the scriptures are completely sufficient for the
faith building, confirmation and training in righteousness of a Christian.
Yes there are many things which are not written in the Bible as stated in
John 20:30 and John 21:25, but these are things that are not necessary to
the building and confirming of the faith or training in righteousness of a
Christian.

Jesus clearly stated scriptures cannot be broken and they are infallible in
John 10:35, they are indestructible in Matthew 5:17,18, historically
confirmed in Matthew 19:2-5 and factually inerrant in John 17:17; Matthew
22:29.

What is not 'written&# 39; should be carefully considered and if it goes against
the spirit or records of that already given unto us needs to be discarded
and rejected. Other things need to be tested as - do they build our faith
and bring us into a better relationship with God?

The Catholic Church also falsely claims they existed since the beginning,
from the time of the Apostles. We have records of nearly the first 50 to 60
of the Church in the NT and we do not read of anything Catholic in them.
When we say Catholic it is not the meaning of the word which means
universal but Catholicism or Catholic dogma which is the teachings of the
Catholic Church and contrary to scriptures.

The Catholic Church believes in the infallibility of the Pope more than the
scriptures. We all know the current Pope Benedict (Joseph Ratzinger)
resigned. People think he did for old age or illness. He is in fact in
better health than most of the other Popes before him, who did not give up
their throne even when they could not walk or stand on their own feet. This
makes us question his reason or the infallibility of the previous Popes.

The latest version of Catholicism that was approved by Pope John Paul II as
being official, consistent and current statement of the Roman Catholic
Church was written by Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (current Pope) in 1992. It
is ironic that the 'infallible&# 39; Pope and author of the belief of Catholics
while resigning stated 'however, in today's world, subject to so many rapid
changes and shaken by questions of deep relevance for the life of faith'
and 'I have had to recognize my incapacity to adequately fulfil the
ministry entrusted to me'.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray your people see the importance and trustworthiness of
scriptures. Lord, we pray You open the eyes of your people who are still in
the deceit of Babylon, the woman who is the queen of all spiritual
fornication and seat of Satan. Lord we pray the infection of this Church
which still exist in the Believer Church may be completely irradiated and
you Bride may be spotless and holy, so that your glory be seen in Her...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

2 Timothy 3:15-17

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are
able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good
works.

God confirms His Word

Daniel 9:12 - And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us,
and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil:
for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon
Jerusalem.

I had an interesting 2 days. Yesterday as I was fellowshipping with some
brethren' s a brother shared about a woman who claimed to have the spirit of
the 'father&# 39;. Now any ordinary Christian would think she was referring to
the Holy Spirit, but by her words and actions one would know what 'father&# 39;
she referred to.

It so happened that this spirit told her that there were evil spirits in
her sofa so she landed burning the sofa. It was also by this spirit she
claimed that Jesus was uneducated and it was the Spirit in Him that enabled
Him to speak scriptures and due to this reason she also did not read or
study the Bible (there were many other crazy things she did led by this
spirit). This claim that Jesus was uneducated is false, for there are many
scripture which show Jesus could read and write and that He grew up
learning scriptures. If we do not prove this claim false we deny the human
factor of Jesus that God (The Son) humbled Himself and became 100percent
man.

This claim of being illiterate and yet having knowledge of God is also made
by Mohammad.

We need to understand almost all that Jesus spoke was from His knowledge of
scriptures. That is why He does not claim to know the hour of His coming
back for there is no scripture in the Bible (OT) which speaks of the hour
(exact time) of the end of this world. But the day or season when it will
happen is given in many places in the Bible, therefore Jesus and Paul do
warn when the end will come.

Another factor where we see people deny confirmation of scriptures and thus
claim corruption of scriptures is the adding of the 7 books to the OT by
the Catholics which are called the Apocrypha (means non authentic or
hidden). These are books which were written in the period after the
Prophet Malachi and before Jesus. We need to understand the OT is what we
got from the Jews and they believed Malachi was the last Prophet and after
Malachi the Holy Spirit did not inspire or work thought any person for the
period. We also see almost all the books or writers of OT are spoken of
directly or indirectly by Jesus or the Apostles in the NT and the most
important part is that none of the books of the OT and NT contradict each
other, but when we look at the Apocrypha we see there are scriptures in
them that contradict the NT and the OT. Things like praying for the dead,
or the spiritual world of purgatory, or worship of Mary, or interceding of
dead saints and most traditions of the Catholics have their roots in these
7 books. A few of the old church fathers did refer to some of these books
(like Maccabees for historical reference) but they were never canonized
(meaning measured by or confirmed them authentic). The Catholic Church
tried to canonize them only in 1545-1563AD at the Catholic Council of
Trent. If they were to be canonized why were they not done before? Why were
they pushed into the Bible when people questioned the traditions of the
Catholics?

People do not understand the Catholics have fused the word traditions with
statutes and thus tried to authenticate their wrong rituals and beliefs.
The Lord gave us statutes not traditions; the difference between them is
the difference between smiling and grinning. Although outwardly they look
the same but behind them there is great difference. One has joy and
happiness and the other is a dead action or backed by mischief or evil
intentions. Statutes build faith and traditions kill it.

In today's message the Lord tells us He confirms His every Word and that is
why we find many scriptures cross refer to each other for God abides by His
own rule and by the mouth of at least 2 or 3 He confirms His Word.

In Bible study after the stage of commentary study, comes the stage of
cross-reference study. It is at this stage we see the once of scriptures
and how the Word of God has been the same since the beginning. God and His
Word can be separated and if God never changes how can His Word change?

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, many are deceived because they are made to believe your Word changed.
They have broken your Word into Words. They have tried to bring disrespect
to your Name and take away your glory. Lord, we pray You expose those
behind this evil and bring them to day light. May You be gloried and your
Word be uphold to all mankind...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Malachi 3:6 - For I the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are
not consumed.

Deuteronomy 19:15 - One witness shall not rise up against a man for any
iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two
witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be
established.

1 John 2:14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him
that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye
are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the
wicked one.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus;

Heritage of Jacob

Isaiah 58:14 - Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will
cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with
the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

In the Bible leaving for the one scripture where God starts to call Jacob
Israel, there are 81 scriptures in which the Lord uses both the terms
Israel and Jacob in the same sentence for the person Jacob or his
descendants. When we see the same with Abraham who was previously called
Abram, we see not even one scripture where he is again referred to with his
old name, the same with Paul who was previously called Saul.

The name 'Israel&# 39; was less a name and more a promise to the descendants of
Jacob and this promise can be understood by the vision Jacob had in the
place called Bethel which means 'House of God'. In His vision Jacob saw a
ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reaching Heaven. He saw
angels of God ascending and descending on it. In this dream the Lord
promised him the land where he rested unto his generation which would be
numerous like dust. The Lord also promised him protection wherever he (his
generation included) goes and will bring him (his generation included) back
to the Promised Land.

This dream is one of the most important Covenants the Lord made with before
Jesus Christ. We need to understand when man sinned Heaven was make
inaccessible to man in other words the door of Heaven was shut to man. The
Lord promised Jacob (the unredeemed man) that the door of Heaven would be
made open to Israel (redeemed man - Sons of God - the Bible calls the
Angels Sons of God).

Jesus said He is The Way, He is The Door and it is only by The Way / The
Door that we can enter Heaven. Although Jesus is The Way / The Door that
allows us to enter Heaven yet we cannot enter because we still need to go
by The Way / enter through The Door and for this Jesus gave us His Spirit
our Helper. It is the Helper - The Holy Spirit - The Spirit of Truth Who
reveals Jesus to us and enables us to go on The Way and thus enables us to
enter Heaven. That is why in John the first thing about Jesus is written
that those who receive Him to them He give Power to become Sons of God. The
Power which makes them Sons of God is the Holy Spirit. It is the same Power
which worked in Jesus and thus enabled Him to resurrect. People wrongly
think that the Power worked in Hell after Jesus died, they are mistaken.
The Power worked in Jesus when He was alive it was by the Power He was
without blemish. Jesus was 100percent man and as weak as we are by it was
only by the working of the Holy Spirit He overcame sin and the world.

We all are not born sinless therefore the Lord made a way by our baptism in
Jesus Christ and forgiveness of sins we are born again, all sins forgiven.
Then by our surrender to the Holy Spirit we too come to the position which
Jesus was in, all we need to do surrender to the Holy Spirit and be led by
Him like Jesus was and we too can become overcomers like Him and thus Sons
of God.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, when You made man dead was not a part of man, but by man choosing to
disobey You, man sinned and thus caused death to come into his life. Lord,
we pray that we get access to the Tree of Life and thus finish death once
for all. We know to finish death we need to first finish sin and therefore
You gave us your Holy Spirit by the price paid through the sacrifice of
Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit we surrender to You and ask You to work in us and
make us like Jesus a Son of God...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Genesis 28:10-22

10 And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.

11 And he lighted on a certain place, and tarried there all night, because
the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for
his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.

12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of
it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending
on it.

13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of
Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: the land where on you lie, to
you will I give it, and to your seed;

14 And your seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and you shall spread
abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south:
and in you and in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

15 And, behold, I am with you, and will keep you in all places where you
go, and will bring you again into this land; for I will not leave you,
until I have done that which I have spoken to you of.

16 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in
this place; and I knew it not.

17 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none
other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.

18 And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had
put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil on the top
of it.

19 And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city
was called Luz at the first.

20 And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me
in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

21 So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the LORD
be my God:

22 And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house:
and of all that you shall give me I will surely give the tenth to you.

John 1: 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

of God.

Philippians 2:14-16

14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke,
in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as
lights in the world;

16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of
Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

manifestation of the sons of God.

Life and death

Acts 5:6 - And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and
buried him.

Today's message talks of life and death; let us understand this.

We have heard of people spending their life time in solitude in nature or
in close places to find the meaning and purpose of life. But even after
long penance and persistence they all failed to understand life.

All must have heard or read about the great gathering of humanity in India
at Allahabad for the Kumbh Mela where a record 30 million people gathered
to bath in the Ganga River. People think it is for the forgiveness of sins,
but according to their belief that does not require them to come on this
'auspicious days' that comes once in 12 years. The main purpose they come
to dip in the river on these days is to get freedom from the cycle of
rebirth. They believe depending on their Karma (deeds) they are reborn in
various forms of life like plants, animals or humans and keep getting born
for long number of times. People do not think or reason this through
science, with world statistics, therefore fall prey to such foolish
thinking. The same with Islam, Muhammad too had a village or small world
thinking therefore also had crazy thoughts of life (even the parts that he
copied from the Bible was corrupted information) .

When God made man death was non-existent in the life of man. Man could live
eternally not because he was like God who has eternal life within Himself
but because man had access to the Tree of Life. People have a wrong
understanding of the Tree of Life. By eating of the fruit of the Tree of
Life does not give a person eternal life but gives a person renewed life -
a recharge of life. Adam had access to the Tree of Life before Eve was
made, so also did both before they sinned. They both had no restriction to
eat of this Tree but yet they never did, for they never needed to eat. To
have eternal life one needs access to the Tree of Life so that when or life
starts to perish we can eat of it and live, that is why God removed access
of sinful man from the Tree of Life. Jesus came to give us eternal life by
making us Sons of God and thus letting us again have access to Heaven and
the Tree of Life which is in Heaven (Paradise).

Death came in the life of man due to sin and curse of God on man; due to
the increase of sin the natural life of man reduced to a fraction of his
spirit life and the spirit man was condemned to a prison called Hell where
he would suffer for sins he commits in his natural life. These sins become
ever burning coals or ever living worms that cause great pain. This spirit
man suffers in this prison till his spirit life which is in thousands of
years.

Jesus by His death and resurrection broke this curse of Hell such that
anyone who believes in Him is saved from this prison. Irrespective of how
good or bad one is, the person is saved from Hell because of his or her
faith in Christ. It also does not mean the person goes to Heaven.

To go to Heaven man needs the 2 Fruits of the Holy Spirit - Righteousness
and Truth. Truth is what we (collectively as a body) receive from Holy
Spirit -The Spirit of Truth. On Judgment Day all those who died believing
and are asleep will wake up or resurrect (and those still alive in the end
days will be transformed) , all will be judged by the Word of God (with the
Son of Man sitting on the Throne of Judgment). All those found abiding by
the Word (what was revealed to them) will collectively be covered by the
Righteousness of the Son (symbolized as the Blood of Christ) and thus get
access to Heaven and the Tree of Life (in Heaven we also receive the Fruit
of Holiness from the Father).

Those who believed in Jesus Christ and rejected His Word will not go to
prison Hell but to the Lake of Fire / Sulphur. Here they do not suffer for
their sins but suffer for rejecting the Son. This suffering is even worse
than of those who did not believe. The suffering is the same for all
irrespective of the bad or good deeds one has done.

So we see our natural life in other words is like sitting in an examination
hall. Where none can pass by themselves for all need the help of Jesus
Christ and the Holy Spirit to pass. Exiting the hall early or late does not
matter nor does matter how much we have written. What matters is what we
have written in our paper (quality not quantity) and how we exit the hall,
believing or not believing. It is better to have little or no good written
but exiting believing than to have lots of good written but exiting not
believing.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we do not pray for a long life in this world far from You. A day with
You is better than a thousand days far from You. Lord we pray when we sleep
we sleep believing in You and our hearts close to You and your Word...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Mark 16:16 - He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that
believes not shall be damned.

John 3:11-21

11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify
that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.

12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye
believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from
heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the
Son of man be lifted up:

15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal
life.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that
the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is
condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only
begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and
men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the
light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made
manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the
sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be born
of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons
of God.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the
manifestation of the sons of God.

Matthew 7:19-23

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast
into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the
kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in
thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many
wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye
that work iniquity.

Ephesians 5:9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness [holiness]
and righteousness and truth;)

Wisdom - good or futile?

Proverbs chp 2 with Ecclesiastes 1:12-18

Yesterday I was talking with a beloved brother in Christ and in our talk he
mentioned to me about the futility of wisdom and referred to Ecclesiastes,
and today's message which the Lord gave talks of wisdom bringing security.
Since both the references were written (or authored) by Solomon then they
have to hold some sense for Solomon would not contradict himself.

Like I wrote in my previous messages wisdom is not knowledge but the
ability to use knowledge to drive out the right understanding. Foolishness
on the other hand is also an ability to use knowledge but it is the ability
that does not bring the right understanding. Without knowledge one cannot
be wise neither a fool. For example for a fool to talk rubbish he needs to
talk something, even if it does not make logical sense.

If we read Proverbs 1:20-33 Solomon talks of how wisdom alerts us, warns
us. Proverbs 2 speaks of wisdom bringing security and chapter 3 speaks of
the rewards of wisdom.

Yesterday I spoke of the 2 parts of inner-man Discernment and Conscience.
The other parts of the inner-man are Will (I call it the throne), Mind and
Nature. Wisdom works in three parts of the inner-man i.e. Discernment (I
call it the Pump for like the organ heart it discerns good from bad, it
lets the good be spread and processes the bad to be made good), Conscience
and the Mind. So we see wisdom is very essential for the inner-man, as the
person grows in wisdom, the inner-man of the person grows and thus makes a
person stronger in spirit, for the inner-man covers the spirit of man, same
like a weak physical body can affect the thinking or mental working of man
so also a weak inner-man affects the spirit of man.

If wisdom is good then why did Solomon say in Ecclesiastes 1:12-18 that
wisdom is futile? Let us look at the scripture.

Ecclesiastes 1:13 Solomon speaks of the wisdom 'under Heaven', he clearly
speaks the worldly wisdom which man pursues tirelessly.

When God created the world He said all is good, so how can worldly wisdom
be futile?

We need to understand before Adam sinned the only thing bad was Satan
(plural included the fallen angles). When Satan tempted Adam to eat of the
Tree of Good and Bad to know good and bad, Satan was in others words was
asking Adam to know him, for Adam knew all that was good but was innocent
of evil. The fruit of the Tree of Good and Bad was the fruit of doubt and
by eating doubt Adam came to know evil and thus became a corrupt being.

The world we live in is a corrupt world that is infected by evil; that is
why Satan is called the prince of the air in this world. Bible tells us to
be innocent of evil but does not tell us to be ignorant of evil for if we
are ignorant of evil we will be victims of evil like Adam was.

The wisdom of the world which is corrupt brings a corrupt understanding of
the good that God made, in other words the wisdom of the word is
foolishness. That does not mean we need to not study or pursue the
knowledge of this world. God says we need to be aware of knowledge and
understanding of this world but not depend on it or trust in it. While we
know things of this world we need to also be aware of the corruption that
exist and that is possible when we are aware of the Truth. If we are
ignorant of the Truth and filled only with the knowledge of the world we
are nothing but fools. We need to know thing of the Kingdom of God and at
the same time have knowledge of the world, Jesus showed this through His
teachings, He used historical events as backgrounds for His parables; many
a times Roman events which caused the Jews to dislike Him.

One preacher put this matter very well in his preaching. He put life like a
boat (us) traveling across a river in this world (time) and the water is
worldly knowledge and understanding. Without water the boat cannot move, it
needs water to travel, but if the water gets into the boat the boat will
drown. So the boat needs water but should not let the water be inside the
boat.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, You put us in this world which You were aware would be corrupt. You
wanted us not to be like Adam but to be like Jesus who overcame. You
allowed evil to flourish but make sure a perimeter was set for evil. You
made a way for man overcome evil by your Spirit of Truth so that we may
know the Truth which is your Word and thus overcome. O Holy Spirit, bring
us to the right understanding, help us overcome the corruption that the
world has infected us with...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Lord has given victory unto us.

Numbers 21:34 - And the LORD said unto Moses, Fear him not: for I have
delivered him into thy hand, and all his people, and his land; and thou
shalt do to him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt
at Heshbon.

I got this message 2 days back and could not figure how to put this very
important message. I could have easily put a few lines and made is very
pleasing ‘nice’ message, put preferred to make it an effective message that
causes some hard thinking and change. Today I will try to put some solid
food in a digestible way for all, so that those used to solid food will go
deeper and those on milk will get something.

Before we come to the message; when I first started understanding
scriptures I realized not only every word in the Bible and its grammar made
great importance, but even the names of people, places and what they
symbolized played great importance to understand scriptures.

When I was reading the books of Moses I saw certain events were recorded a
number of times in the various book while certain others were exclusive to
a book. I also wondered why the books of Moses were in 5 parts and not just
one or three. I knew there was something to this but could not put my
finger on it. It was only when I came to know that the book of Psalms was
also previously in 5 parts and the psalms were arranged in the book
according to the background of the book of Moses. It was also during that
time the Lord was teaching me on the soul / inner-man. It was then I
realized the design of the books of Moses was done so that we learn the
working of the inner-man.

There are many Christians even today who confuse between soul / inner-man
(also referred as heart) with the spirit of man.

Like our body is made of different parts and organs so also is our soul /
inner-man, it has a body which constitutes of 5 different parts with
discernment (knowing good and bad of the world) connecting our inner-man to
the senses of our physical body and conscience (knowing good and bad of the
spirit world also known as 6th sense) connecting our inner-man to our
spirit / spirit world.

Today’s message speaks of the Israelites overcoming King Sihon and King Og.
Among all the enemies Israel fought through the 40 years in the wilderness,
these 2 kings are prominent, referred to many a times and across many books.

King Og was extraordinary and King Sihon ruled under his umbrella. King Og
used to sleep while King Sihon did the ruling. When I came to know of who
Satan is and who the Beast mentioned in Revelation is then I realized these
2 symbolized them (dragon who was put for a period while the beast ruled in
his place). They are also known as the serpent and the young lion in Psalms
91 and also symbolized as Moloch and Chiun / Remphan in Amos 5 & Acts 7.

The word Satan in Greek ‘Satanas’ is a plural word. In Revelation other
than the dragon two Greek words are translated as ‘beast’ one refers to a
spirit and other to a living being (beast with horns), this living being is
actually referring to the ‘son of sin/ perdition’ or the false prophet who
causes man to worship the image of the 1st beast (spirit). I will not go
deep into it but according to today’s message the Lord has said He has
delivered them unto us. This means we have all the ability in knowledge,
wisdom, understanding and authority to overcome Satan(s). All we need to do
is like the Israelites, abide by Lord’s instruction and battle with this
spiritual beings, for the Lord has given us victory. That does not mean
tomorrow Satan will fall, it means slowly we will conquer territory after
territory that is the hearts of men and one day he will be completely
destroyed.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, when You created all things You had already set the way for the
victory of Light over darkness. You made mere man to be the Light that
overcomes the great heavenly powers that turned against You and caused
darkness. Lord, You came as man and opened the door for us to overcome
darkness by your Spirit and your Word. Lord, we pray that your people do
not fear the powers of the evil one for You have delivered them unto us.
Give us courage to battle these forces in this spiritual war...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Deuteronomy 3:11 - For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of
giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath
of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four
cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.

Numbers 21:33-35

33 And they turned and went up by the way of Bashan: and Og the king of
Bashan went out against them, he, and all his people, to the battle at
Edrei.

34 And the LORD said unto Moses, Fear him not: for I have delivered him
into thy hand, and all his people, and his land; and thou shalt do to him
as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

35 So they smote him, and his sons, and all his people, until there was
none left him alive: and they possessed his land.

Numbers 21:21-26

21 And Israel sent messengers unto Sihon king of the Amorites, saying,

22 Let me pass through thy land: we will not turn into the fields, or into
the vineyards; we will not drink of the waters of the well: but we will go
along by the king’s high way, until we be past thy borders.

23 And Sihon would not suffer Israel to pass through his border: but Sihon
gathered all his people together, and went out against Israel into the
wilderness: and he came to Jahaz, and fought against Israel.

24 And Israel smote him with the edge of the sword, and possessed his land
from Arnon unto Jabbok, even unto the children of Ammon: for the border of
the children of Ammon was strong.

25 And Israel took all these cities: and Israel dwelt in all the cities of
the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all the villages thereof.

26 For Heshbon was the city of Sihon the king of the Amorites, who had
fought against the former king of Moab, and taken all his land out of his
hand, even unto Arnon.

Amos 5:26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your
images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.

Acts 7:43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your
god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you
away beyond Babylon.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-4

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,
and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit,
nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except
there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son
of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that
is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing
himself that he is God.

Revelation 13

Revelation 17:8 - The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall
ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that
dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book
of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that
was, and is not, and yet is.

There is no God like Jehovah
Deuteronomy 4:7 - For what great nation is there, that hath a god so nigh
unto them, as Jehovah our God is whensoever we call upon him?

The name Jehovah is actually a name coined like the word God which is used
in place of Divine One (OT) or Theo / Deity (NT). The 4 Hebrew constants
JHWH which were none pronounceable since it did not have vowels, therefore
vowels were added to it and the name Jehovah came into existence.

Since long man was not aware of what the name JHWH meant, it was of late
some have come to know. One may know old languages like Hebrew and also the
Egyptians used alphabets which were also ideograms, meaning the alphabets
symbolized an object, or action, or understanding.

The alphabets JHWH by its ideogram mean "BEHOLD- THE HAND-BEHOLD- THE NAIL".
So we see that it was the Lord Jesus Christ before He became man was
referred to as JHWH.

From the start of Creation we see the Lord the Son (Jesus Christ) and the
Holy Spirit were actively involved with man. It was this reason that Jesus
boldly referred to Himself many a time as ‘I AM' a term used for Jehovah.
In the Gospel of John it clearly shows Jesus came from the Father and
literately means He was in the Father and was declared as an identity by
Himself. That is why He was not created yet existed and therefore we have
scriptures like He was from the beginning yet the Father is greater than
Him, He and the Father are one even though He humbled Himself and came as
man, if you have seen or known Jesus you have known the Father even though
we cannot imagine to come before the Father in our corrupt being (since Son
and Spirit humbled their selves therefore we can come before Them - Son
came as man and His Spirit as the Seven Spirits - like light refracts into
7 primary colours).

Jesus as man was born through the power of the Holy Spirit so in many
scriptures He also refers to the Holy Spirit as Father. The Spirit of the
Father and the Spirit of the Son is the same yet are addressed a Being by
Himself. It is only by the context of the scripture we understand whom
Jesus refers to as Father, the Holy Spirit or the Heavenly Father (Who
separated Himself in the beginning when darkness came).

When I had to go to minister to a sick Muslim, I was told by the Lord he
would accept Christ and be saved. Now I was in a fix unless I give him the
Gospel how will he be saved, and the most difficult part for a Muslim was
to understand the Godhead - 3 Beings yet 1. Then the Lord put a thought in
my mind to take my daughters play dough and using it to explain him and his
family this understanding. I went to his house and using the play dough I
explained the concept which they call Trinity, and he and his family did
understand it.

Today's message tells us our God is different from other gods for no one
has a god as great as ours. Now this is not the main factor for all gods
are manmade, made out of the imagination of man. But yet the Bible says
they are not greater than our God implying they exist for the fallen angels
take active part behind these gods and show them as existing.

The Bible says our God is always with us. JHWH was with us before He came
as man and now, even though He is in Heaven yet His Spirit is with us.
Being with us does not mean like a man is with another. God is omnipresent
so He is everywhere, what it means is He is active with us, working amongst
us, in us and His as His work manifests His glory will also manifest.

Let us as a nation coming together and showing the working of the Lord in
us, thus letting His presence be manifested to the world and He be
glorified.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, You were always with us even though many a times we did not
acknowledge You, You did not forsake us. When darkness came into existence
due to the revolt of a third of the Angels who went against your Light, You
could have easily crushed the Angels and eliminated the darkness, but You
created insignificant man to overcome the mighty Angels through your
working in him. Lord, we know through your Word the great plans You have
for us and we await the great day when we will overcome darkness and be
married into You and be Light for You are Light...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace
and truth.

is in the bosom [this word also means creek] of the Father, he hath
declared him.

John 16:27-28

27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have
believed that I came out from God [Father].

28 I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I
leave the world, and go to the Father.

John 16:15-17

15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the

John 5:23, 26-27, 36-37

23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He
that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to
have life in himself;

27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is
the Son of man.

36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the
Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of
me, that the Father hath sent me.

37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me.
Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.

John 6:45-46

45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God.
Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father
[referring to the Holy Spirit as Father here for the man Jesus came by the
Holy Spirit], cometh unto me.

46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath
seen the Father.

Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known

30 I and my Father are one.

36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the
world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may
know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

John 14:8-11

8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast
thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and
how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the
words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that
dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else
believe me for the very works' sake.

John 14:20,26,28

20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I
in you.

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit [Father' s Spirit], whom the
Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all
things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you.
If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for
my Father is greater than I.

John 15:26 - But when the Comforter [Son's Spirit] is come, whom I will
send unto you [same as the Father's Spirit, but stated here as the Son will
send] from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the
Father, he shall testify of me:

more;

John 7:28-29

28 Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me,
and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me
is true, whom ye know not.

29 But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.

30 Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his
hour was not yet come.

John 7:34-35

34 Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye
cannot come.

35 Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall

the Gentiles?

John 8:23-24

23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of
this world; I am not of this world.

24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye
believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

John 8:58-59

58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham
was, I am.

59 Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and
went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

To MountZion - Page 18 Empty Re: To MountZion

Post  Admin on Thu 31 Jan 2013, 11:22 pm

They knew not they were gathering wild gourds

2 Kings 4:39 - And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a
wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and
shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

Today we received the same message what we received a few days back.

The scripture states some men who were instructed by Elisha to make stew
for the sons of the Prophets went out to collect herbs and landed pickup
wild gourd, only because they could not distinguish them to be harmful.
These people were either teachers of the sons of the Prophets or care
takers of them.

What I found interesting was the Hebrew word used for herbs "'owrah&qu ot; also
means light. The scripture in other words says these people when out to
bring light and landed picking up darkness for the wild vines were
poisonous wild gourds. These wild gourds would not have killed a grownup
man but a small kid it surely could cause great harm and even death.

In today's message the Lord is telling us Preachers and Pastors are pickup
up knowledge from others without discerning them and feeding this to the
congregation. These teachings may look good and may refer to scriptures of
the Bible but then they are sometimes twisted teaching or an understanding
which contradicts other scriptures.

Any teaching however good it may seem, if it goes against any scripture is
like poison. It may not kill instantly but soon or later it will harm us.
In our previous messages the Lord told us to test every teaching that we
hear and receive with scriptures. If we find them contradicting any
scripture we need to question the person who gave us the teaching. But if
we find no scripture contradicting it and yet the teaching hard to receive
we should not reject it, we should ponder on it as and when we can, or wait
on the Lord to open it up for us, for rejecting it will only harden our
hearts.

Just to give you an example. Some days back I attended a couple's session
where a couple from abroad, whose ministry is concentrated on family, gave
some practical pointers to build relationship between a married couple. All
their pointers were good and practical but then there was one statement
which made me question their foundation. One of them said they would even
give up their ministry for the sake of keeping the relation between them.
This may look like great love but then this teaching is like wild gourd.

Let us understand marriage, marriage happens when two come together in a
commitment to each other. A family is like default relationship which God
has set us into and is based on a blood relationship but marriage is a
spiritual relationship which God states overrides our blood relationship.
That is why He said a man and woman with leave their mother and father and
become one. It did not mean literate leaving but showed the importance of
marriage over our relationship with our parents or blood relationship.

Now if marriage is a spiritual relationship then without the Lord how can
it be a spiritual relationship?

We need to understand marriage is more of us imitating a heavenly event.
Even though animals also have relationships, some of them very committed
unto death (like in elephants and penguins) yet their relationship is not
called a marriage.

Therefore giving up on Christ or His call in our lives for the sake of
marriage is wrong also not keeping and building the relationship that is of
Christ (for by it we imitate the church becoming one with the Lord in
Heaven) for the sake of our call in Christ is also not a solution. If the
Lord is in our relationship then surely He who bought the two together and
also gave callings, knew if they could be achieved together or not. The
problem comes mostly because people do not what the Lord has called them to
do but do what they feeling like doing in the Lord's Kingdom according to
worldly understanding and traditions.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray that the shepherds You have appointed over your people will
be blessed with your wisdom to discern the teachings that they pickup to
give unto their congregation. Lord, we pray for a revival among the
shepherds that they receive more from You than from the world. That they
stop giving stale Manna but make bread of fresh Manna that the receive from
You daily and give Living Bread...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

2 Kings 4:38-41

38 And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the land;
and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he said unto his
servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the
prophets.

39 And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine,
and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into
the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

40 So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as they
were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou man of
God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat thereof.

41 But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he said,
Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was no harm in the
pot.

1 Corinthians 11:3 - But I would have you know, that the head of every man
is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is
God.

Luke 20:34-36

34 And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry,
and are given in marriage:

35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the
resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:

36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and
are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

1 Corinthians 7:34-40

34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried
woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body
and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world,
how she may please her husband.

35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon
you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord
without distraction.

36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his
virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do
what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry.

37 Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no
necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his
heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.

38 So then he that giveth her in marriage doeth well; but he that giveth
her not in marriage doeth better.

39 The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her
husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in
the Lord.

40 But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment: and I think also
that I have the Spirit of God.

The terrible thing that is happening in the Church

Jeremiah 23: 15 - Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the
prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the
water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth
into all the land.

Yesterday at my Bible class we were studying Acts chapter 16. This chapter
has the ever famous scripture 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you and
your family (household) will be saved'.

All of us must have come across this scripture some or other time in our
life. It is used by preachers and pastors very often to encourage people to
believe that the Lord will work on the unsaved members in the family and
that they too will be saved.

Yesterday as we were studying this scripture we were in for a surprise.
This scripture is not a promise like what people take, but is a word of
knowledge which Paul had for the keeper of the prison.

First thing we should understand salvation is a person thing, one is saved
by one's own decision and no one can save anyone by praying or doing
anything for another person. Prayer does make salvation easier, for it
causes God not to harden a person's heart, but does not bring salvation
into the life of that person. Even if that person is a member of our
family, by our decision of accepting Christ we cannot save another member
of the family, even our own wife, or husband, or children.

The family of the keeper of the prison were saved because they accepted the
Gospel which Paul gave them and believed in the Lord Jesus Christ.

This scripture is just one example of the many twisted 'Word' or falsehood
that has been going around in our Church. The Lord is telling us because of
the evil in the hearts of those who are called to lead the Church we have
this falsehood going around.

Having come from a Catholic background, being out right deceived for many
years by people who I trusted to be spiritual guides; and also seen
preachers of the Believers Churches who have being giving distorter Word, I
have learned one thing, like the people of Berea who did not trust even
Paul but checked every word of his with scriptures, we too also need to
verify every teaching that we hear and not accept it at face value even if
it comes from the most famous or senior person in the Church.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, your Word says your people suffer due to lack of knowledge. Lord, the
shepherds You appointed or those who have made themselves one are either
spiritually asleep or become a cause for the slaughter of your sheep due to
their evil hearts. Lord, we pray a change in heart of the shepherds of the
Church, that they do their work honestly and with complete dedication.. .

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Acts 16:26-34

26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of
the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and
every one's bands were loosed.

27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the
prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself,
supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we
are all here.

29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell
down before Paul and Silas,

30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be
saved, and thy house.

32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in
his house.

33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes;
and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.

34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them,
and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

Acts 17:10-12

10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto
Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.

11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received
the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily,
whether those things were so.

12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were
Greeks, and of men, not a few.

Jeremiah 23:14-27

14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they
commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of
evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them
unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.

15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold,
I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for
from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.

16 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the
prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of
their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.

17 They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall
have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination
of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

18 For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and
heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it?

19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous
whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.

20 The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and
till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye
shall consider it perfectly.

21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to
them, yet they prophesied.

22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear
my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from
the evil of their doings.

23 Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?

24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith
the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.

25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name,
saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.

26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies?
yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;

27 Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which
they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my
name for Baal.

To MountZion - Page 18 Empty Re: To MountZion

Do not go unto her and be cut off
Proverbs 2:19 - None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold
of the paths of life.

Today again I have been given to write about the Great Babylon, it is not
that I like to do it, for I too would have preferred to write about things
which would please people and bring more and more people to read what I
post on the various electronic media. In the start as I would only
encourage and hardly rebuke or correct the numbers increased in multiples
but then my aim is not to bring more people to God but to bring God' people
to Him, so I prefer doing what pleases God than what pleases me.

One of the most important points what will cause all those who are
Catholics from entering Heaven is their worshiping of humans. I know at the
first instance a Catholic will say we do not worship humans, we give
reverence to them.

Let us see what the word worship means.

In Hebrew the word is "shachah" <07812> (Strong number) in Aramaic "cegid"
<05457>

In Hebrew it is translated according to the grammatical tense (Qal) and
(Hithpael) as worship, bow, bow down, obeisance, reverence, fall down etc.
In Aramaic it has a flat meaning and means the same.

There is also another Hebrew word "'atsab&qu ot; <06087> which is translated as
worship but written in the Bible in an ironic way and actually means to
grieve, hurt, pain etc. used in Jeremiah 44:19.

In Greek the word is "proskuneo&quo t; <4352> and implies

1) to kiss the hand to (towards) one, in token of reverence

2) to fall upon the knees and touch the ground with the forehead as an
expression of profound reverence

3) kneeling or prostration to do homage (to one) or make obeisance, whether
in order to express respect or to make supplication

In other words giving reverence or bowing down before any person or object
representing a person like picture or statue is worshipping the person.
Also kissing the hand of a person in reverence or of an object symbolizing
a person like a picture or statue, is worshipping the person.

If we look at the first 2 Commandments God puts very clearly we cannot put
another god before the Lord God and secondly we are not to make any idol of
any person alive, dead or in Heaven (which means even of Jesus) and bow to
it or worship it.

When we give any person, being, relation or object more importance than God
we break the first commandment of putting a god over the Lord God. Jesus as
man never glorifies Himself and even had a tussle with His earthly mother
in the wedding of Cana concerning this matter. All that Jesus did on earth
glorified God and it was only this miracle at the wedding that caused
people to glorify Him. This miracle was recorded with its objections so
that we know the Truth. Catholics do not realize kissing the hand or ring
of the Bishop or Pope is a gesture that symbolizes worshiping the Bishop or
Pope or his authority for a ring symbolizes authority.

The second Commandment does not tell us we cannot make idols or statues
even pictures (for purpose like teaching or conveying a message), but
clearly tells us we cannot give reverence to them or worship them or serve
them which means putting flowers to or burning incenses or candles. If we
understand the formulae of the perfume which God gave Moses which had the 4
ingredients of stacte, onycha, galbanum and frankincense they collectively
symbolized perfect worship and this perfume Lord forbid to be used for any
other purpose other than for Him alone. Anyone who did would be cut off
from Heaven.

Our God is a jealous God who is not only possessive of His people but also
is possessive of His glory and does not allow His glory to be shared by any
other. We as humans do not understand this because we are corrupt beings,
but God who is perfect cannot be compared to anything or anyone, if He
allows it would mean He is corrupt. Since our God is Truth He does not
allow it at all that is why we see these 2 factors are at the top of the
list of Commandments the Lord God through Moses.

Today's message is a clear warning to Catholics, as practising Catholics
they do not have any chance of going to Heaven. It is time they reject the
falsehood that keeps them deceived to be people of God and come out of this
false church.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, You alone are worthy of our Praise and Worship, for You alone are
perfect. Jesus as man although being without blemish, a perfect man did not
allow people to worship Him, how then can any being of blemish be worthy of
worship. Lord, your people are deceived to bow to idols and people in your
name all because they lack knowledge of your Word. Lord we pray today's
message be like a sword that pierces their soul and spirit...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Exodus 30:34-38

34 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and
onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each
shall there be a like weight:

35 And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the
apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy:

36 And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the
testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with
thee: it shall be unto you most holy.

37 And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to
yourselves according to the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy
for the LORD.

38 Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be
cut off from his people.

Exodus 20:1-6

1 And God spake all these words, saying,

2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any
thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is
in the water under the earth:

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD
thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the
children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my
commandments.

Matthew 4:10 - Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is
written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Jeremiah 44:16-19

16 As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the LORD,
we will not hearken unto thee.

17 But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own
mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink
offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and
our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for
then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.

18 But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to
pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been
consumed by the sword and by the famine.

19 And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink
offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out
drink offerings unto her, without our men?

John 4:21-24

21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall
neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is
of the Jews.

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall
worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to
worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit
and in truth.

Acts 7:39-43

39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in
their hearts turned back again into Egypt,

40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses,
which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the
idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it
is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye
offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in
the wilderness?

43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god
Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away
beyond Babylon.

John 2:1-11

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the
mother of Jesus was there:

2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have
no wine.

4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is
not yet come.

5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the
purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled
them up to the brim.

8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the
feast. And they bare it.

9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and
knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the
governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good
wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast
kept the good wine until now.

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested
forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your
good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Revelation 18:4-5

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my
people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of
her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her
iniquities.

Revelation 2:20-23

20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou
sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach
and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things
sacrificed unto idols.

21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with
her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall
know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give
unto every one of you according to your works.

Plans belong to man but answering is His

Proverbs 16: 1 - The plans of the heart belong to man; But the answer of the tongue is from Jehovah.

Since the time I came to the Lord and started attending preachings, many of the preachers would preach about making visions and trusting in the Lord to bring them to pass.

Among the most famous scripture they took was Genesis 1:2-4 which states God first spoke and then saw implying do not go by sight but first speak to your situations. Another famous scripture was Habakkuk 2:2 - "And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it".

In the first scripture they did not says that was not man but God who is all knowing and in the second scripture they leave the scripture before which talks of being a watchman for the Lord, standing on the tower and being reproved. It was after that the Lord speaks of giving the vision.

Jesus put it very clearly that everything that we ask we will not get but only if they are good for us, according to the will (Kingdom) of God, glorifies God or helps us grow in the Lord.

Today's message is very clear we may make our own plans and build castles in the air but our plans getting fulfilled or the castle becoming reality depends on the Lord and the Lord has make it clear it will be done only if they abide by the conditions stated before. Unless we do not delight in the Lord we will not get the desires of our hearts met.

There is one more thing we should know, we ask because we lack but there will come a time as we grow in the Lord when we will not ask; Jesus says when our joy is complete in the Lord we will not ask.

[Prayer Started]

Lord, we lack because we are far from You. Our hearts Lord are far from You and our joy is not in the things your Kingdom. Lord, we pray that we know more of your Kingdom, your will, work for your glory in our lives and our surroundings and grow into becoming your Sons so that our joy is complete and we do not lack in anything...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Genesis 1:2-4

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

Psalms 37:4 - Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Matthew 7:6-11

6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

John 14:13-15

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 15:16 - Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

John 16:20-27

20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.

21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.

22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.

26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

To MountZion - Page 18 Empty Re: To MountZion

Post  Admin on Tue 22 Jan 2013, 1:04 pm

Babylon that was and wasn’t
Jeremiah 50:23,24 - How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations! I have laid a snare for thee, and thou art also taken, O Babylon, and thou wast not aware: thou art found, and also caught, because thou hast striven against the LORD.

Just in the morning I had a person question me why I speak against the Catholic Church in my messages and why I can’t I concentrate on just giving the Gospel, and then I received this message from the Lord for today.

Catholics jump to defend themselves when Believers point that the Catholic Church is the Mother of all fornication mentioned in Revelation chapter 17. When I was a Catholic I too never believed people who gave their theories on this Babylon of the new era. I always thought it was their hatred against the so called “Universal Church set by the Apostles” that made them to be blinded.

It was later when I saw the traditions of the Catholic Church were going against the Word of God and found that the Lord had in fact warned specifically about these going to happen that I realized how those people were true about this Babylon. Even though many of these prophecies have come true in history yet the lies broadcasted by this church fools many.

Firstly we need to realize like the Israel of the Bible is more to do with the people of God than with the Jews, similarly the Babylon is more to do with the Great Whore than with the kingdom that existed in those times.

If the Jews were the true people of God then the Holy Spirit would not have led the Apostles to come out of the Jewish Church but would have led them to be better Jews. We would not have had Paul warning Titus in chapter 1:9-10 about the people who included Jewish traditions in to Christianity or in his letter to Romans stating a Jew is not the one of traditions but of spiritual understanding.

Paul also says God’s chosen people are not those born of the flesh but those who are born out of faith, that is why we Christians are called descendants of Abraham but our faith in Jesus Christ. The Lord did keep the natural Israelites for His Name sake until people know the True Israel the spiritual Israel.

Similarly if we look at the Babylon in the Old Testament, although it sieges to exist today yet we see the New Testament continues to talk of it in the book of Revelation, clearly showing that the real Babylon is yet to come.

Catholics have one contention of not being the false church that is since they existed for a long period therefore they have the favour and approval of God.

If we look at history in the Old Testament the events there did not happen in days but many were over long periods of time (in years).

The people of Israel were under the bondage of the Egyptians for nearly 400 years did the Egyptians have the favour of God?

The fight between the Israelites and the Amorites went on for years and years; was the favour of God also on the Amorites like it was on the Israelites?

The Assyrian and Philistines tormented the Israelites for long eras, was God strengthening the Philistines and Assyrians like He did to the Israelites?

The Lord selected Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon to punish the Israelites when the wrath of God was on the Israelites but wasn’t it the Lord who make an example of him when he glorified himself as a god.

If one goes through the seven letters to the seven Churches in Revelation (chapters 2 &3) and understands them; they talk of the seven stages of the Church of Christ. This seven letters are not chronicle recordings like the book of Acts but are prophetic revelations and this is why recorded in the book of Revelation (I have written below the stages up to current date).

This matter needs to be known by all Christians so that they do not confuse Catholics as Christians but people who call themselves Christians. A person who believes in Jesus Christ is not called a Christian but the one who follows Him is.

In today’s message the Lord speaks about what is due to this church. This needs to be read along with Revelation 17:3 - 18:21. This is also viewed with what happened with king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon when God punished him even though God had selected him to punish the Israelites (Daniel 4:24-37).

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray your people come out of the deceit that is done in your name. Let your people know that it is your Spirit that is the foundation of the Church for You have said not by your Power or by your Strength but by your Spirit...
We make this prayer in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Titus 1:9-10
9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

10 For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:

Romans 2:28 - For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

Romans 4:10-17
10 How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.

11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:

15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

1 Chronicles 6:15 - And Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

Jeremiah 27:6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.

Ezra 5:12 But after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon.

Revelation chapters 2 & 3

The first stage or Ephesus was the stage of the Apostles and their disciples ministered over the Church.

The second stage Smyrna (myrrh a poisonous aromatic gum) was the coming of the Catholic Church (the dark ages)

The third stage Pergamos (elevation) the renewed Catholic Church

The fourth stage Thyatira (affliction) the newly formed Believer Church

The fifth stage Sardis (red ones - symbolizing people passionate for the Lord) the revamping of the Believer Church (the present stage which we are just entering).

Daniel 4:24-37

24 This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king:

25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.

27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.

28 All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar.

29 At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon.

30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?

31 While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee.

32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

33 The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws.

34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:

35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.

37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.

Sacrificing to the net

Habakkuk 1:16 - Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense
unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat
plenteous.

About a month back I was called to be part of an event whose purpose was to
evangelize Christ to the people on the streets of a crowded area where
Hindu extremist groups usually attack Christian preachers and people
attending Christian churches. To find a way to get to do this event the
main organizer heads used the disguise of a Catholic celebration and
incorporating Catholic rituals which were non-biblical. When I came to know
of this influx I was reluctant to be part of it, but then I prayed and
asked Lord for guidance and I got this same scripture which we received
today as message for the day.

The event went well, it had some hurdles but at the 11th hour they got
sorted and we were able to reach out to many thousands of people giving
tracts and giving the Gospel of Jesus Christ on the roads through loud
speakers mounded on a large trailer.

Anybody seeing this would say what is wrong with doing this? It was a very
bold step and met the purpose of reaching out to people and that too to
great masses.

Today's message talks of the Chaldeans (means clod-breakers which
symbolizes people who think out of the box to prosper) who were considered
learned or wise people during those times. The Lord is saying in this
message these people use extraordinary ways to get great results. Then the
Lord points out to the area of problem with such people. He says they burn
incense to the methods they use. He also points out these people do not
empty their nets and thus become cause for the destructions of nations.

We need to understand as Christians there are many ways by which we can
reach out to the masses of people at one time. These ways may look good but
the Lord warns against them. He says if we use worldly ways which
compromise His values we will land up not acknowledging the Lord as the
giver of the Harvest but at our wisdom and ideas as being the cause of
bringing people to God. The Lord also warns that in such cases since we
were not inspired by Him we land up with a lot of people who start to
depend on us for everything and people who we do not separate from us,
although our purpose is to bring people to the Lord and not to ourselves.

The Lord is not telling us to stick to traditional ways of preaching but is
says not to compromise with the values of God to do God's work even if they
seem to look fruitful. We need to understand that Lord is the provider of
our harvest. We need to go by His ways to have a good quality harvest.

Our aim should be more to make disciples for God and less just believers.
We are here to make mighty men and many men.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, the ways of the world are easy but as your people You call us to go
against the stream. It is You that give us the strength and ability to move
against the stream. It is You who bless us with good results. There are
many so called Christians who acknowledge You but do not acknowledge your
Word, such people You hate, for your Word and You cannot be separated.
Lord, we pray your workers do not use worldly ways to do work which is
Heavenly but they totally be led by You. You do not desire a large army but
You desire a good army where each one You will make mightier than a
thousand...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Habakkuk 1:6-8,14-17

6 For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which
shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces
that are not theirs.

7 They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall
proceed of themselves.

8 Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce
than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and
their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that
hasteth to eat.

14 And makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that
have no ruler over them?

15 They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net,
and gather them in their drag: therefore they rejoice and are glad.

16 Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their
drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous.

17 Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay
the nations?

Joshua 23:10 - One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the LORD your
God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you.

Poisonous stew that is causing abortions in the Church
2 Kings 4:38-41
38 And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the land;
and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he said unto his
servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the

And there was no harm in the
pot.

In today's message we read about how there is a famine in the land and
during this time in the school where the children of the Men of God went
Elisha landed. Elisha told the people there to prepare food for the
students. So these people went and picked up wild gourds which were
poisonous and started preparing a pottage.

As they were eating they started feeling the symptoms of the poisonous stew
and realized. They shouted that there was death in the pot. Elisha
immediately asked for some flour to be bought and put it in the pottage
then he asked them to eat it and they found it was edible.

Wild gourds also called colocynths is a plant that has great survival
properties thus was found even though there was a famine. It has fleshy
long root, has small yellow flowers and small round green fruits of which
seeds are edible and used to make oil. This plant's some parts are edible
but since the drought was very harsh only the vines were surviving.

In ancient days this plant was also used for medical purposes and one of
them was to terminate early pregnancy. So we see this plant had strong
consequences on the stomach of the children when they ate of it. Elisha by
adding flour to the pottage reduced the strong effects of the plant and
made it edible. So there was no miracle here but just sensibility.

Today's message is very important to the Church. The Church is also facing
a drought. You may say brother there are great things happening in the
Church. Yes the Church is doing a lot of activities but see the fruits that
the Church is bearing. We hardly see great mighty Men and Women of God
being produced out of the Church. It is not that there are not anointed
people in the Church, but these are like children, spiritually not matured.
The problem is that these people are spiritual fed wild gourds in the
Church and this causes their passion for God to be terminated at early
stages, very few come to a stage of teens. Then they too do not last for
all are made to pursue being a Pastor and not the calling which the Lord
has for them in their life.

Preachers in Church are giving Manna to the congregation. God gave us Manna
(Word of God) but did not tell us to eat as it is. Man was to ground it,
nit it, bake it and then eat it. Jesus did not say He came to give us Manna
but said He came to give us Living Bread. In the Gospels Jesus showed how
the Manna was processed and made into bread that gave life. All the
teaching of Jesus written the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke are from
the Old Testament, but very rarely people realize this. Even when Jesus
said I give you a new commandment the word He used was 'kainos&# 39; which also
means made fresh.

It is time we use our senses and add some Living Word in the Church so that
we stop the terminations of Men and Women of God at an early stage.

Just day before yesterday I was speaking to a senior Pastor and told him it
is time we do not have the breaking of the Word in Church if people do not
have a Living Word from God, a revelation from Him. It is better the
congregation cries and weeps before the Lord then to feed the congregation
things that sound good but harden them spiritually (wild gourds).

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, the Church lacks life for they are consuming Manna and not Living
bread. Lord we pray the preachers and shepherds spend time with You and
process the Manna into Living bread to feed the congregation. Lord we pray
a stop to the abortions and early deaths that are happening in the Church...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Exodus 16:14-21,31

14 And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the
wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the
ground.

15 And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is
manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the
bread which the LORD hath given you to eat.

16 This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, Gather of it every man
according to his eating, an omer for every man, according to the number of
your persons; take ye every man for them which are in his tents.

17 And the children of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, some less.

18 And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had
nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every
man according to his eating.

19 And Moses said, Let no man leave of it till the morning.

20 Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto Moses; but some of them left of
it until the morning, and it bred worms, and stank: and Moses was wroth
with them.

21 And they gathered it every morning, every man according to his eating:
and when the sun waxed hot, it melted.

31 And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like
coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.

Numbers 11:7-9

7 And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the
colour of bdellium.

8 And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or
beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the
taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

9 And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

Keep the Sabbath holy

Isaiah 58:13, 14 - If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing
thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of
the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor
finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou
delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high
places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father:
for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

With scripture like Isaiah 58:13, 14 the Jews had taken the Sabbath very
seriously. I have been told the volumes of rules and regulations concerning
the Sabbath surpass any other topics. This matter was so important to them
that it was the first bone of contention between the Jews (the Pharisees
and Sadducees) and Jesus. The friction started with this and then took on
to Jesus calling Himself Son of God and God Himself.

Today also this topic causes great debate even among Christians. Some will
claim Saturday to be the Sabbath and some will okay Sunday being the
Sabbath. Today we who live in cities can take a holiday during the week but
those in villages and doing occupation like farming, diary or breeding
cattle these people do not have a concept of off day. Neither plants or
animals abide by Sabbath, thus can God hold anything against them? Surely
God knew that before made the law.

Jesus was always accused of breaking the Sabbath. When asked people say He
was called the Lord of the Sabbath so He was exempted. That would prove
Jesus false for He Himself said He was man (son of man), He abided by the
Law and Bible also says He was without blemish. Therefore the problem is
with our understanding.

Let us look at the Command concerning Sabbath - it states ‘Remember the
sabbath day, to keep it holy’.

If we look at the Bible there are Sabbath day and Sabbath year. There are
also certain days of the year like the 1st day and the 8th of the seventh
month which was a Sabbath. Even the other important feast like the Passover
and Pentecost (Harvest feast) were considered a high Sabbath or holy
Sabbath.

The Sabbath was both a Commandment as well as a statute. People mistake the
Commandment with the statute. People mistake the Commandment with the
statute. Jesus kept the Commandment but did not keep the statute. The Jews
mistook the statute and the Commandment, therefore were angry with Jesus.

When God created the world in 6 days and rested the 7th day, the word day
used here does not necessary mean 24hr day but a period of time. Time is a
factor relative to the point of observation. The records in Genesis chapter
1 are very accurate scientifically; they have been proved by many renowned
people with Biblical and scientific background.

We need to understand the statute of resting on the seventh day is given by
the Lord so that we can understand the Sabbath. Jesus is called the Lord of
the Sabbath because He truly understood and executed His rest in the Holy
Spirit and promise of the Father in Heaven. Jesus did not try to do more
than what He needed to do; He did His task and let the Holy Spirit take
over.

The Command of keeping the Sabbath holy is more than what people think. It
is not about a calendar day, or week or year, it is about a period when we
need to rest in the Lord. The times we doubt in the Lord even though we are
told He will do a task or He will provide, we land up breaking 4th
Commandment.

We will understand the statute of Sabbath more with the Commandment of
circumcision which also was given by the Lord to Abraham and then to Moses.
This was not really a Commandment but a statute which gives us the true
understanding of circumcising our hearts during baptism. When man does not
know the clear definition of heart or inner-man, it is just impossible for
him to understand what circumcising it would mean. It is only by
understanding natural circumcision we understand spiritual circumcision.
Therefore when the understanding came the statute was not to be continued.
The disciples were led by the Holy Spirit to stop the natural circumcision.

In today’s message the Lord is telling us the times when we try our own
even though the Lord has spoken to us directly, or by Word, or through
someone, we will be sinning against Him and if we look at the position it
takes on the 10 Commandments it is greater than lying or stealing. But
those who abide by the Sabbath the Lord will prosper them in all ways, for
the Lord takes delight in them.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, there are many time we read your Word which tells us You will take
care of our problems yet we land up worrying about them and not trusting
You. Lord we ask You forgiveness for those moments and ask for your help
and grace to abide in You and take refuge under your wings...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Exodus 20:8 - Remember the sabbath day , to keep it holy.

Exodus 35:1-3

1 And Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel
together, and said unto them, These are the words which the LORD hath
commanded, that ye should do them.

2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to
you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work
therein shall be put to death.

3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.

Leviticus 23:24 - Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh
month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial
of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Leviticus 25:4 - But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto
the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor
prune thy vineyard.

Matthew 12:1-14

1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his
disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples
do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.

3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an
hungred, and they that were with him;

4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which
was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but
only for the priests?

5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests
in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?

6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.

7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not
sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.

8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

9 And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue:

10 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they
asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they
might accuse him.

11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall
have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not
lay hold on it, and lift it out?

12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to
do well on the sabbath days.

13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it
forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.

14 Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they
might destroy him.

Luke 13:12-16

12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman,
thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight,
and glorified God.

14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that
Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are
six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed,
and not on the sabbath day.

15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one
of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him
away to watering?

16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath
bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath
day?

Luke 14:1

1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief
Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him.

2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy.

3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it
lawful to heal on the sabbath day?

4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him
go;

5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox
fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?

Beware of this bear

Proverbs 2:19 - None that go unto her return again, Neither do they attain
unto the paths of life:

In the Bible there is a character who like a bear stalks the people of God
from generation to generations.

When a grizzly bear smells a prey it will stalk it for miles and miles
until it gets to it and consumes it. When it sees a herd it will not attack
immediately, it will stay hidden until it finds the right time to attack.
Due to its inability of speed over long distances it compensates with
sudden surprise attack. Before it attacks it lifts itself high and shows
itself as great in size, it also brings out its claws and displays it
fierce teeth. But what does the killing job is the hit of its powerful paws.

My coming out of the Catholic Church happened when I took note of this
character that stalked the people of God and also is in control of mankind
in various religions in various forms. This one female character takes form
of various goddesses throughout ages and becomes the cause of the anger of
God to consume His people. However much people are blessed in the Lord,
when they are attached to this woman it will not matter to them getting
totally destroyed or annihilated by God’s anger but they will not leave
their dedication to this goddess.

We call the Bible the Word of God it is also called the Book of
Instructions for life. In Proverbs we read the Commandments (Instructions)
of God is like a lamp, its law is like light and its warnings and
corrections as guidelines to the way of life. That means if we do not take
note of the warnings the Word of God gives we will not have life.

Today’s scripture warns us about this woman who stalks God’s people and
causes them to have devotion to her and thus makes them to lose the
promises of God and eternal life. She deceives them in various ways taking
forms according to people’s environment and belief. She is so shrewd that
it is just not possible to know her seductive and destructive ways that are
sweetly wrapped in emotions, unless one is baptized in the Holy Spirit.

In today’s era she is still present in one of her most powerful forms yet,
mostly among the Catholics coming as the mother of Jesus. She fools people
to think she is Mary the mother of Jesus and she is here to lead them to
Jesus even though her words contradict that of Jesus and the Word of God.
Even though she comes as light she does not leave her old habits and
desires for darkness. But all her cunningness is no match to our Omnipotent
God, who exposes her to those who abide in His Word, follow His
Commandments and loving His Law.

She is not Satan but the most powerful tool of Satan and in the book of
Revelation she is given the name Jezebel which means ‘chaste’, who comes as
a messenger of God but seduces His people to go against God’s instructions
and to do idolatry.

One simple deceit I will expose here which has a great hold and bondage on
almost all Catholics. She in the name of prayer has given her disciple a
set of beads called a rosary. She time and again comes in various forms to
people reminding them that they should not give up the rosary and that it
is the way to salvation.

If one understands prayer which is a communication to God which requires a
heart to heart communication this set of prayers tells them not to think
and know what they are saying but concentrate only on her. When Jesus was
asked how to pray He did give a set of words and say repeat it. He gave a
prayer and told them this is an example of how one should pray that is why
He said pray like this.

Even though the words of this woman go against the Word of God and mock
God, yet people do not realize it. The Bible says Lord Jesus is the only
way to Heaven yet they believe her words that she also is the way to
salvation and still do not realize she contradicts Jesus.

Jesus tells us only through Baptism in Him and in the Holy Spirit can a
person enter the Kingdom of God, that by just believing but also by abiding
in His Word (with the help of the Holy Spirit) only will we enter Heaven.
And she on the other hand tells her people that by dedication to her and by
narrating the rosary continually one will get to enter Heaven.

She calls herself the Queen of Heaven even though she is hated by God. She
calls herself Mother of God even though she is His creation. People due to
lack of knowledge of scriptures glorify the Mary of the Bible and confuse
this character as her. God has time and again sent His messengers to warn
His people of her ways but people being stubborn do not leave worshipping
her.

Today’s message says be aware of her, for her children will be consumed by
fire and will not have the gift of life.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we pray for all your people who are deceived by this strange woman,
that by your mercy their eyes be opened, that they abide by your word and
reject the seductress. That they do not lose the salvation which Jesus
Christ has made available...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Proverbs 2:16-19

16 To deliver thee from the strange woman, from the stranger flattereth
with her words;

17 Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of
her God.

18 For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

19 None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths
of life.

Jeremiah 44:16-17

16 As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the LORD,
we will not hearken unto thee.

17 But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own
mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink
offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and
our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for
then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.

Chiun - means the image / support

Amos 5:25-27

25 Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness
forty years, O house of Israel?

26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images,

41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the
idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it
is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye
offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in
the wilderness?

43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god
Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away
beyond Babylon.

Diana - means complete light

Acts 19:34-37

34 But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the
space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.

35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of
Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the
Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image
which fell down from Jupiter?

36 Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be
quiet, and to do nothing rashly.

37 For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of
churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.

Ezekiel 20:7,8

7 Then said I unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his
eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your
God.

8 But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did
not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they
forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them,
to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

Ezekiel 20:39 As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go
ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not
hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and
with your idols.

34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this
child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a
sign which shall be spoken against;

35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the
thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

Is Paul anti-Christ?
Psalms 119:165 - Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing
shall offend them.

Some days back I came to know of a person who thought Paul was anti-Christ
at first I was taken back how this person being a Christian would entertain
such a thought but I found he was not alone there were a few others who
also of the same mind set. I checked with the things they found of dispute
between Paul and Jesus:-

I found most of them foolish beyond words and mostly mischief done by
quoting half scriptures or assuming things without proof.

There were just 3 accusations that I could find worth writing on.

Accusation no 1 - Paul preached another Gospel for he did not get the
Gospel from the other disciples or from Jesus for he had personally not met
Jesus.

Galatians 1:11-12

11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me
is not after man.

12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the
revelation of Jesus Christ.

Firstly we need to understand the word Gospel means Good News and the Bible
uses this term with reference to the Good News of salvation through Jesus
Christ. It does not use this term with anything else. The term 'another
Gospel’ refers to someone preaching the news of salvation not through
Christ but something else.

Gospel is just the basic more like a trailer. The real movie is the Word of
God. We need to know that Paul was a student of Law he had done very high
level studies of scriptures and was a student of the topmost teacher of the
Jews at that time. Yet he had not known that all the scriptures were
concerning Jesus Christ, nor did he have the true understanding of the
scriptures. It was in his encounter with Jesus Christ that it was revealed
to him the connection of scriptures to Christ. When Paul came to know of
this he immediately started to obey Christ. He was baptized not only in
water but also received the Holy Spirit by the laying of hands by Ananias.

The Gospel which Paul preached was the Good News of salvation through Jesus
Christ and what Jesus preached was the same for Jesus said He was the only
way to the Father, so also the other disciples preached the same Gospel of
salvation through Jesus Christ.

Accusation no 2 - Paul contradicts Jesus

Matthew 23: 9 - And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your
Father, which is in heaven.

1 Corinthians 4: 15 - For though ye have ten thousand instructors in
Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten
you through the gospel.

Based on the above scriptures they conclude that Paul contradicted Jesus by
calling himself a spiritual father while Jesus said call no man your
father.

One should realized when Jesus said call no man your father it did not mean
the English word father for that would cause Jesus to go against the 10
commandments of which the Lord said honour your father and mother. If we do
not call our father 'father’ then that would mean dishonouring them. When
Jesus used the word father the Greek word 'pater’ has 2 other meanings one
is creator and the other provider.

We are born of our parents yet they are not our creators. The same with our
provisions even though the parents work and earn for the provision of the
family yet they cannot claim to be the providers of the family for all
provisions come from God and the parents are just vessels through whom God
provides.

Now coming to the last and most important part which is also part of our
message for today.

Accusation no 3 - Paul wrote a lot against the law and on the other hand we
have scripture where Jesus speaks of upholding the law, also that Jesus
fulfilled the law and did not come to abolish it.

The Greek word used for law is 'nomos’. The primary meaning of this word
means a parcel, especially food or grazing to animals. It simply means a
package or established or confined set of things that are consumed by man.
Like food is consumed by man so also rules and regulations are for man and
are defined. This word could also mean things like traditions, set beliefs,
thus includes all things that have been defined for man to follow.

Luke was very careful with the use of this word and thus at many places
specified what he was referring to. When people did anything in the name of
law it is important to know who set these defined set of rules.

When the term Mosaic Law is used it has 2 different meanings one is the Law
the Lord gave through Moses and the other what the Jews did in the name of
Moses.

For example the Jews did thousands of things in the name of Sabbath Day but
Jesus did nothing what they thought as the Law concerning Sabbath that is
why they were very angry against Jesus, and they Bible says Jesus did not
any Law of God for He was without blemish.

Paul used the word 'law’ very loosely in the start and it is hard to
understand what he referred to without understanding the context. That is
why we see at some times Paul condemns the law and sometimes is pro law. In
Romans chapter 7 Paul takes the pain to define the law he is referring to
and its understanding.

Luke on the other hand uses the term Law of the Lord when he was referring
to the Law given by the Lord through Moses. In Acts Stephen accused the
Jews of being far from God and of glorifying Moses more than God to the
state of making Moses a god therefore they accused Stephen of blasphemy
against Moses. We see that was the reason God hid the body of Moses after
his death.

Today’s message says clearly those who uphold the Law of the Lord will have
peace in their lives and nothing will come against them. We can see this
also written in other scriptures. We should know the Law of God is good for
us like food nourishes our body the Law builds us in righteousness. Since
Law is to do with righteousness we automatically have fear of God since He
hates unrighteousness. But there is one thing we need to understand, when
we walk in love of the Lord we will walk in His Law not out of fear but out
of love. Thus for man true Love fulfils the Law and is thus above the Law.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, we thank You for your Law, for without the Law we would not have been
able to know You. Your Law exposed sin and helped us to know how far we are
from You. It also opened the door for your Love to be manifested abiding by
the Law. You gave the Law and You paid the price so that through Love and
by the Law we become your Sons again, for it is written your Law will be
written in our hearts...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Romans 3:26-31

26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be
just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but
by the law of faith.

28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the
deeds of the law.

29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of
the Gentiles also:

30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith,
and uncircumcision through faith.

31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we
establish the law.

Romans 4:13-16

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to
Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of
faith.

14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the
promise made of none effect:

15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no
transgression.

16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the
promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the
law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father
of us all,

Romans 7

Romans 8:2-5

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from
the law of sin and death.

3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh,
God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin,
condemned sin in the flesh:

4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not
after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but
they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Romans 9:31 - But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness,
hath not attained to the law of righteousness.

Romans 13:10 - Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the
fulfilling of the law.

Psalms 91:4-7

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou
trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that
flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction
that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand;
but it shall not come nigh thee.

To MountZion - Page 18 Empty Re: To MountZion

Post  Admin on Sat 12 Jan 2013, 1:16 am

His Bride is suffering because..
Lamentation 1:1, 2, 3 - How doth the city sit solitary, that was full of
people! how is she become as a widow! she that was great among the nations,
and princess among the provinces, how is she become tributary! She weepeth
sore in the night, and her tears are on her cheeks: among all her lovers
she hath none to comfort her: all her friends have dealt treacherously with
her, they are become her enemies. Judah is gone into captivity because of
affliction [poverty], and because of great servitude [bondage]: she
dwelleth among the heathen, she findeth no rest: all her persecutors
overtook her between the straits.

Today's scripture talks of the state of Judah. Jesus is called the Lion of
Judah but we see He by His Spirit drew His people out of Judaism (Jews) and
into Christianity, as per the Jewish Judah He had nothing much to do but
only an historical connection. So we see the Judah of which Jesus is called
the lion is not the Jewish Judah.

Like Judah is symbolic so also is the term lion. People have over
exaggerated the animal lion making it the strongest animal, the bravest
animal, the fearless animal etc. but in reality it is not. This is again a
case of Bible Image study and by it we understand Judah symbolizes the
Church that is in process of becoming perfect and Jesus as lion of Judah
symbolizes the righteousness of the Church. Whatever good we do overweighs
the wrong we do. It is only because of Christ that we as a body come before
the Lord and are given audience before His glorious Throne.

Today's message puts the state of the Church and the reason why. It says
she is struggling, lost among the many religions and people come against
her and persecuting her because of simply 2 reasons. One reason given is
poverty and second bondage.

Poverty here does not mean worldly riches but spiritual riches. The first
reason the Church is suffering is because it does not know God and His
Kingdom. This is because of its lack of understanding and wisdom it is
poor. We may look around and see many great theologians and people with
great knowledge of the Bible but when God reveals things then we see how
far these people were from the Truth. Paul knew so much yet he knew he was
far from the complete knowledge and had a long way to go. After Paul and
the initial Church we have gone into great corruption of understanding with
the onward of the Catholic Church for many things that are not of God and
have found their place into the teachings and also caused rituals to be
followed by the Church.

The bondage which the scripture talks of is the rituals and worldly
teachings that have got a hold of the Church. Even though Believers came
out of the Catholic Church yet they carried a part of the Catholic Church
alone with them, even today there many things which are to do with
Catholicism and not Biblical which the Churches follow.

The Lord is telling us we have forsaken Him and the Truth to pursue our own
agenda and there are very few people who really know Him that dwell in His
Church. His Church which is supposed to shine with His glory is seen as a
destitute.

To change things we need to work on these 2 areas one is understand God's
Word as it is supposed to be, in spirit and not in letter. Second
everything we do should be confirmed with scriptures and we should not do
anything that may seem harmless or may seem worldly beneficial but
non-scriptural.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, You called your people to be a holy nation. You drew your people out
from the rest of the world and asked them to be different from the people
of the world. We may live in this world yet we are not people of this
world, we are citizens of your Kingdom and await the coming of your Kingdom
in its true glory. Lord we pray that the leaders of the Church have a
change of heart. That You bless them with wisdom and courage to take bold
steps and steps on the path You have set...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Hosea 5:14-15

14 For I will be unto Ephraim [means double blessing] as a lion, and as a
young lion [comes from the word atonement] to the house of Judah: I, even
I, will tear and go away; I will take away, and none shall rescue him.

15 I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence,
and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

Hosea 13:6-8

6 According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and
their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.

7 Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I
observe them:

8 I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend
the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild
beast shall tear them.

Revelation 5:5 - And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the
Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the
book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
