The Throne of the Lord will be in His Church

Jeremiah 49:38, 39 - And I will set my throne in Elam, and will
destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD. But it
shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the
captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

If one looks at the seven letters in the book of Revelation, they are
letters to different eras of the Church. If one tracks the changes
which have happened through the Church from the time of the Apostles
till date one would have an understanding of which era we are in and
what to expect in the days ahead.

The Lord is today telling us soon the change from one era of the
Church to the next era will happen. In His anger the Lord had driven
the Church into confusion since a thousand two hundred and sixty years
from the Apostolic Church and during this period this confused Church
spread everywhere in the world and into every worldly system like the
Israelites during the time of Daniel. After that period the Lord has
been working on His Church and we saw the Word of God moving within
His Church and people coming to know Him and having relationship with
Him. But yet there were no true leaders to lead the people of God. God
did anoint people but later these people started working for
themselves and not for the Lord like King Saul during the time of
David.

Today the Lord is telling His Church there would be no human leader
for the Holy Spirit would lead the Church like He did His people in
the form of a pillar of cloud and fire during the times of Moses. He
is going remove those people who are leading His Church without Him.
This Church would be much greater than the Church we saw during the
times of the Apostles. The glory of God would be seen here like never
before.

This message does not mean tomorrow a great change will happen. It
means the process for the great change will start and the Lord will
fulfil His Word.

Personally I am very happy for I did not know if I would see these
glorious days of the Church of God. But now I can rejoice; let us all
thank God for finding us worthy to see these days of His glory.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are a merciful God Who sits on the Throne of Mercy. In your
anger You drove your people into confusion but in your mercy You bring
us out of confusion and into Light of your Truth. Lord, we thank You
for your mercy and pray that none of the little ones lose faith and
become victims of vanity during this time of change...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Jeremiah 49:34-39
34 The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against
Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,
35 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of
Elam, the chief of their might.
36 And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters
of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there
shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.
37 For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and
before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them,
even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after
them, till I have consumed them:
38 And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the
king and the princes, saith the LORD.
39 But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring
again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

Revelation 12:1-6
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with
the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of
twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to
be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red
dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his
heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did
cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which
was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was
born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with
a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his
throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place
prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two
hundred and threescore days.

Revelation 3:7-13
7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things
saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David,
he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man
openeth;
8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and
no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my
word, and hast not denied my name.
9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they
are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come
and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep
thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world,
to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no
man take thy crown.
12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God,
and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my
God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which
cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my
new name.
13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Ezekiel 41:13 - So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long; and
the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an
hundred cubits long;

In the scripture we received today the Lord talks of measuring the
Temple, and the means of measurement used is cubits. A cubit is
considered roughly as 18inchs, roughly because it varied. The
variation was because 1 cubit meant the measurement of 1 human hand
and the length of all hands are not the same.

If one reads chapters 40, 41 and 42 of Ezekiel it talks of measuring a
Temple and any person with basic architectural sense would find this
temple like a crocked, topsy-turvy structure making no architectural
sense. But when we understand the symbolic representation of each
measurement and the part of the structure measured; it will cause us
to be stunted in awe. This structure is the wonder of wonders, far,
far greater than the 7 wonders of the world made by man. This
structure in fact is a wonder not only on earth but even in Heaven,
even the Angels look at this structure in awe.

One may wonder what Temple is this.

The measurements are dimensions of a perfect heart, the perfect
inner-man. In these chapters the Lord gives the dimensions of what He
considers perfect which even He considers as a great wonder. If God
Who has created this world and all the beautiful creations that exist
and still thinks the most beautiful is a perfect Temple then imagine
the beauty of it.

Even though we may not be able to create anything which God has made,
but yet God has given us the ability to create the most beautiful
thing not only on earth but even in Heaven and what are we going to
do? He has given us a sample of that perfection in Jesus Christ and
also gave us the dimensions, all instructions required with all
resources and the help we need to replicate this structure in us. Are
we going to create this Wonder of Creations or are we going to make an
ugly structure and ask God to dwell in it?

He created all things and said 'it is good' but left the perfect thing
for us to create. He made the basic structure and has given it to us
and says "make this perfect and be like Me to be with me forever".

If we love God then let us follow the Book of Instructions and make
our hearts (inner-man) according to the measurements which the Lord
has provided.

Let us each look at our lives and ask ourselves how does our Temple
measure and if we are daily working on this structure to make it
perfect?

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, no man or woman stood anywhere to your expectations. Even though
David's heart was loved by You yet we saw how weak and unsteady he
was. You showed us in Jesus an example of perfection but making Him
our cornerstone we too want to build the most beautiful structure for
You to dwell. By the Helper You gave us and the jumpstart we received
through the sacrifice of the Lamb of God we know we can make it. Help
us decorate this structure with the precious gems of Heaven – the
Fruits of the Holy Spirit...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Psalms 10:1-2
1 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.
2 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come
unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

2 Samuel 7:5-7
5 Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build
me an house for me to dwell in?
6 Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought
up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have
walked in a tent and in a tabernacle.
7 In all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of
Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I
commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an
house of cedar?

Ezekiel 40:1-4
1 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning
of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year
after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the
LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.
2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and
set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city
on the south.
3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose
appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in
his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and
hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew
thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou
brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.

The Gospel of the second John (Mark)

Gospel of Mark

Mark whose real name was John was son of Mary a devote woman of God
and a relative of Peter. He was considered to being there with others
who followed Jesus as being the "young man" but some theologians
contest that understanding.

Peter considered Mark as his son and even called him his son. The
relation of father and son between Peter and Mark blinded Peter so
much that Peter failed to correct him when he made a very serious
mistake documenting the Gospel. Even Barnabas had a very close
relationship with Mark and was like a mentor for him, even he failed
to correct Mark in his mistake and this matter was so grave that it
caused sparks to fly in the early Church and caused Paul and Barnabas
to come to a disagreement and work as separate ministries.

Mark had done a good job in documenting the Gospel but he did not
complete the Gospel and wrote only up to the death of Jesus on the
crucifix and the disappearance of His body.

Without the resurrection of Jesus there actually is no Gospel or Good
News. Paul who was among the most mature of all the disciples did not
stand to compromise on the Gospel; he put his foot down on this
matter. Mark left the Gospel at 16:6 which does not confirm Jesus had
truly risen. This Gospel was later completed by others.

If one reads the Gospel of Mark it is a short and quick Gospel and
thus he used the words 'straightway' or 'at once' very often (19
times). He seems to give a message enough of knowing about Jesus get
on with being His disciple and doing His work. Paul was not of that
understanding for Paul knew without knowing Jesus no one would succeed
in working for the Kingdom of God, leave alone working but even just
being a disciple needs one to understand who Jesus is. Thus Paul got
Luke to write the Gospel of Luke.

In today's message the Lord is telling us 2 things:

Firstly: Without really knowing Who He is, one will never survive in
this world full of deceit. There are spirits working in men and men of
the flesh who are always waiting to disconnect us from Christ and pull
us from Light unto darkness. We as Christians need to keep studying
and thirsting to know more of Jesus. Even today although I write about
Him I know in my heart what I know of Him is hardly anything and there
is so much to know of Him. Every day He opens new boundaries of
understanding of Him.

Secondly: The Lord is telling us not to allow our earthly relationship
come in between out carrying of the CROSS. The Lord has given us each
a mission and that mission is the most important factor of our lives,
more than any person or relation on earth. In actual it is for the
people that we do our mission and we should not let the people divert
us from the mission the Lord has given us and cause man to be harmed.
It is like a small child telling his or father that he or she would
not like to go to school and that is good for him or her. The father
knows the importance of education therefore would do all necessary to
make sure the child goes to school, with kind words or with firmness.
Therefore for the people's sake we need to regulate our relationship
with them, like Jesus rebuked Peter when Peter overcome with emotional
feelings became an instrument in Satan's hands to suggest Jesus not to
become the Sacrificial Lamb. We need to remember we are spirit beings
living in the flesh and all God's children are our brothers and
sisters. In this body we may have more responsibility towards some but
we should not let these few harm the remaining. Therefore Jesus said
if we are not ready to leave our mothers or fathers, our brothers or
sisters we are not worthy to be His disciples.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are our Creator and God. You became our Father when You sent
your only Son to be a sacrifice and redeem us. It was by your Word
that only a nearest of kin can redeem a person. Jesus, our Brother
paid our price by being our Sacrificial Lamb. Lord, we want to know
You more and more and also help us Lord that we overcome our flesh and
its restrictions. Help us know our true eternal Family which is in
You...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Acts 12:12 - And when he had considered the thing, he came to the
house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many
were gathered together praying.

Acts 12:25 - And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they
had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John, whose surname
was Mark.

Acts 15:37 - And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose
surname was Mark.

Mark 16:5-12
5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on
the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were
affrighted.
6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of
Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the
place where they laid him.
7 But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before
you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.
8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they
trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for
they were afraid.
9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he
appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven
devils.
10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11 And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen
of her, believed not.
12 After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they
walked, and went into the country.

Acts 15:36-41
36 And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and
visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of
the Lord, and see how they do.
37 And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.
38 But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from
them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.
39 And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed
asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto
Cyprus;
40 And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the
brethren unto the grace of God.
41 And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.

1 Peter 5:12-15
12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I have
written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace
of God wherein ye stand.
13 The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth
you; and so doth Marcus my son.
14 Greet ye one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all
that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Mark 10:29-30
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no
man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or
mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and
brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with
persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Mark 8:31-33
31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many
things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and
scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to
rebuke him.
33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he
rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest
not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

Show the world you are a Christian

Luke 8:29 - (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of
the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with
chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the
devil into the wilderness.)

There was a time when you move around, you could identify a Christian
(so called) by the crucifix which he or she wore on their necks. But
now a day with the crucifix becoming a fashion symbol they are more
worn by other people, forget about believing in Jesus they do not know
A B C D of Jesus.

When I realized Jesus said 'carry my Cross to be my disciple' and He
did not say carry my crucifix, also when I understood the real meaning
of the Cross from the Old Testament, like we know the passion of
Christ more from the Old Testament then the New Testament, I stopped
wearing the crucifix on my neck (I normally do not wear any chain or
any jewellery unless a social occasion). No doubt, I know the crucifix
stands as a symbol of the manifestation of His love for us, but He
Himself instructed us to be a man of Spirit having understanding and
not a man of the flesh.

Some days back I was out for a lunch meeting with my business partner
and some business friends. While we were traveling one of them was
sharing an incident which happened a few days back about how a very
young teenager of a very, very rich family died. He always had a
personal car and a personal driver to take him everywhere he wanted
but that day for the first time he decided to go walking and he took a
short cut by crossing the railway tracks and it so happened the train
hit him and he died. His friends also crossed the tracks but they used
the bridge, it was this youth alone who did not.

My business friend was a far off related to the family of this youth
and was explaining to my partner that it was not the fault of the
youth but a spirit power which drives these youths to do these foolish
things and unto self-destruction. Then he looked at me and said I know
you are a master at these things I do not need to tell you about them.
Even though he was a Hindu he knew that as a Christian I had powers to
command spirits and have authority over them.

My partner who also is a Hindu knows when I tell him I had a message
from the Lord with regards a business discussion; even if it may be
the oddest thing to do, he will go by it; for he has experienced the
wonders that God has done.

How do people know you are a Christian?

Do you need to wear crucifixes, or keep saying 'Praise the Lord', or
take the name of Jesus to advertise you are a Christian?

Let people know you are a Christian by your character, your
relationship with your God and with the authority you have over the
situations around you and over the powers of this world, both visible
and invisible.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are an Almighty God, a God without limits. The Bible says
the Israelites were known as your people by the mighty power they held
and uniqueness they showed from the people of this world even though
they wore very simple clothes. Lord, the world does not know You
because your people do not show the world Who You are and the changes
You bring in the lives of people who come to You. Lord we pray your
people be first a Christian inside and let the Light shine from
within...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 7:28-29
28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the
people were astonished at his doctrine:
29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

Mark 1:27-28
27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among
themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for
with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do
obey him.
28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region
round about Galilee.

Luke 9:1-2
1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power
and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Be near a candle if you are not shinning the Light

Ezekiel 12:13 - My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be
taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the
Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.

This is yesterday's message which I was unable to send due to a busy
schedule. But God knew before of the delay I would have and He got me
talking to people late night who added to this message.

People may read this message and may think it is about the enemy been
destroyed. Sadly this is a message of those who called themselves
believers of the True Living God - Yahweh. During those times the
Israelites did not obey the Lord and instead of being led by the Lord
always wanted to be led by man. The word 'Israel' means Prince of God
and these people desired more princes of man so the Lord delivered
these people and their princes unto destruction.

Yesterday late night I was with some backbone servants of the Kingdom
of God and there were some very disheartening news of how the Muslims
were targeting Pastors and Church leaders with their most successful
strategy of throwing hundreds of questions on the Bible. Once the
victim's faith is shaken they then start preaching their 'gospel'.
Once they get these leaders, the leaders become their most powerful
instruments of propaganda. Imagine one or more ex-Christian leaders
coming and preaching you the Quran which you are not strongly rooted
in the knowledge of God or in communication with Him.

They have been having success at many places by this strategy. In
Britain we came to know these people wait outside churches to catch
their preys. They sweet talk them into sharing a quick bite with them
and ask the Christians that they would be interested to know of Christ
from them. After the Christian has spoken they start they strategy of
throwing questions and trap that soul. Fortunately there were some who
got in touch with one of these brothers who were former Muslims and
were saved.

Jesus had warned us it is only when we become trees planted near
streams of living water would we grow and bear fruit. You need to not
only be a believer but also be connected to people who the Lord speaks
too and through whom the Lord can give you fresh Manna daily.

The Lord is telling you if you do not fellowship with Men and Women of
God and run after men of this world will who hold knowledge and wisdom
of this world will be consumed by foolishness and vanity.

Brothers and sister who daily receive my mail network I request you if
any time you have been approached or questioned about your faith by a
Muslim or person of any other faith please do not hesitate to contact
me by mail, I will be able to help you. If I do not have the answers I
know people who do.

We should take our faith seriously, if you hear the sacrifices people
have done to keep the Light of God would make us ashamed. Be people of
the Light not of darkness. If you are not shinning the Light then at
least be near to the candle that does. For the times of deception has
started and soon there will be many to mislead you and snatch you away
from the Light and take you into darkness.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we pray for your people who are not rooted near streams of
Living Water. We pray Lord your mercy into their lives. We pray that
You get your earthly Angels connected unto them so that they can
minister to them in their time of weakness. Lord, as man You too
needed an Angel to minister to You in your times of weakness. Let
people realize the need to fellowship with your anointed ones...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Psalms 1
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the
scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he
meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that
bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not
wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners
in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the
ungodly shall perish.

Ezekiel 12:10-16
10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; This burden
concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that
are among them.
11 Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto
them: they shall remove and go into captivity.
12 And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in
the twilight, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to
carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground
with his eyes.
13 My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my
snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans;
yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.
14 And I will scatter toward every wind all that are about him to
help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.
15 And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall scatter them
among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the
famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their
abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know
that I am the LORD.

I am attaching a clip which is a testimony of a one Muslim who
accepted Christ and the sacrifice that he did for others, to keep them
in the Light of Christ and have eternal life.

The Poisonous Stew

2 Kings 4:38 - And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth
in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and
he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for
the sons of the prophets.

Since the time the world has started seen natural calamities happening
in great concentration, many believers have started catching viral
disease like 'End Days' or 'Rapture', and this is spreading like wild
fire.

Yesterday I was communicating with some sister on this and this sister
posted me a video about how a meteorite will bring end to this world
in the next few years. I was also very saddened to hear yesterday a
few of my colleagues from a ministry I previously was part of, were
prophesying that the world would end in another 2 years in 2014 and
this has caused people to use up all the financial securities which
the saved through the years. Some people are also not taking serious
their children's studies since the end was near for them.

In the Bible the words 'the end is at hand' has been narrated since
thousands of years; not that they were lying but one needs to
understand what they really meant.

In today's message the Lord is telling us the sons of the Prophets
were lacking understanding of what fruit and vines to collect. They
lacked discernment, therefore collected wild vines and wild gourds and
made stew for all to eat.

If we look deeper, when a few of the sons were sent to collect they
had to make food for a very large number of people; for the sons of
the Prophets were alone nearly a hundred. Lacking faith in God they
picked up whatever they could and it turned out when they started
consuming the stew they realized it was poisonous.

Preachers are not waiting on the Lord to give them the Word but are
using tools like Google and Youtube to find answers to their queries,
for their congregations are anxious to know what is happening. They
first build the roof from matters posted on the internet and then
start to build the rest of the house by searching for scriptures that
fit into their understanding. As a result they are brewing a poisonous
stew for all to eat.

People are lacking the basic foundational understanding of scriptures
and therefore are becoming victims of calamity. Again and again people
even during the time of Jesus were anxious when the world will end;
even now that anxiety has not disappeared. People even today are
anxious to leave this world; if only they know that by just believing
in Jesus one will not go to Heaven they would have fear in them and
not excitement. Even if they are doing great work in the Lord's Name
by evangelising or healing people, they need to understand they do not
have a guaranty to enter Heaven. Jesus in very plain words said only
those who obeyed the Words / Instructions of His Father would enter
Heaven.

About the world ending now, to this also Jesus said all these
calamities will happen yet not to fear the end will not come. It is
only when all scriptures are fulfilled and the Gospel is preached to
every soul on earth that the end will come. So I tell people who are
anxious for the return of Jesus Christ, to go and preach the Gospel to
every person they know and to people in remote areas so in that way
Jesus will come sooner. There are still a large population of people
in this world who do not know Jesus.

Preachers need to understand like Elias multiplied the twenty loaves
of bread and some ears of fresh corn to feed the about hundred sons of
prophets so also a revelation from the Lord will answer the anxiety of
the people, they do not need to collect wild vines and gourds to feed
the people.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, Your people due to lack of knowledge and understanding are
becoming victims of calamity. Their foolishness, lack of faith and
impatience is causing the world to laugh at them and not know You. The
ears of the people itch to hear things that do not require them to
change or do the work You assigned them, they are all looking for a
shortcut. Lord, we pray for your sheep who are among these, that they
hear your voice and follow You not the wolves who have come in
disguise...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

2 Kings 4:38-44
38 And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the
land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he
said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for
the sons of the prophets.
39 And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild
vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and
shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.
40 So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as
they were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou
man of God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat thereof.
41 But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he
said, Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was no
harm in the pot.
42 And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God
bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of
corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they
may eat.
43 And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred
men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith
the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.
44 So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof,
according to the word of the LORD.

Matthew 24:3-14
3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him
privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall
be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not
troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not
yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in
divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you:
and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and
shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world
for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Matthew 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the
kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in
thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from
me, ye that work iniquity.

The working of the Church

The book of Acts

The book of Acts is an historical documentation of the records of the
early Church by Luke. If you read in most places Luke uses the term
‘WE’ (102 times) showing more of group activity and less individual.

The early Church truly showed the working of the Body of Christ. There
was no one principle human heading the Church, nor there was any one
great temple where all people gathered. We see there were many small
house gatherings or Churches yet there was no confusing between them
terming themselves as denominations. The believers from one place did
not have the same understanding as believers from another place; they
called themselves Churches according to the location not according to
their understanding. They knew that primarily they were one and
believed in the one Jesus Christ as the only way.

If one goes into the details we see that even persecution turned into
a blessing and the Church grew. When the believers were driven out
they in turn added thousands to their folds.

The Lord is telling us are we running a Church or a franchisee, a
profit center in His Name. Some may not be making money or wealth but
they may be make a name or earthly power for themselves.

The greatest problem with the Church is not the people or their lack
of understanding but is the problem with the leaders and their lack of
understanding. If the leaders themselves lack spiritual communication
with God then how are they going to run a congregation? If they
themselves do not understand the directions of the Shepherd they how
are they going to lead the sheep?

I was very happy when I heard an honest confession from an ex-Pastor
who admitted that he knew only the Gospel and nothing else. This so
called Pastor used to lead more than one church and withdrew from them
for he did know where he himself was going, if he was called to be a
Pastor or God had a calling in his life. Most leaders lack knowledge,
gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit and yet have taken charge of
leading others just one the basis of a testimony in their life. Out of
fear they node their heads to every instruction of their superiors
like a trained cattle does to the drum of their masters here in India.

Before the revival of the Church we need a revival for the leaders of
the Church. They need to realize the seriousness of what Jesus said
when He said it was better to tie a big stone around their neck and
jump in a sea then harm any little one from the Kingdom of God.

There were both gold and silver vessels which were considered holy
unto the Lord. We see all are becoming silver vessels and there is no
sight of gold vessels. During the early Church it were the Apostles,
Prophets, Teachers etc. who were the backbone of the Church and today
we do not see any of this. It is the Nicolaitans principle which has
penetrated in all the churches.

It is time the leaders get up and take their job seriously. It is time
they realize and see how much they have side tracked from the Word. It
is time they build their communication with the Holy Spirit who is the
Rock on which the Church is built.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we prayer for your Church. Your glorious Body which is suffering
corruption because the watchmen You have put on the job are busy
building their own houses. Lord, like during the times of Joel, You
rebuked them and bought them to track, we pray Lord You intervene into
their lives. Turn their lives upside down but do not lose them or let
them lose any of your precious sheep. May your Body come into glory...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Revelation 2:1-7
1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith
he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the
midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou
canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say
they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast
laboured, and hast not fainted.
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left
thy first love.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do
the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will
remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans,
which I also hate.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the
churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of
life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Matthew 18:6 - But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which
believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged
about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Joel 1:5-20
5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine,
because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.
6 For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number,
whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a
great lion.
7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it
clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.
8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.
9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house
of the LORD; the priests, the LORD’S ministers, mourn.
10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted:
the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
11 Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the
wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is
perished.
12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the
pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the
trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from
the sons of men.
13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the
altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for
the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house
of your God.
14 Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and
all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God,
and cry unto the LORD,
15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a
destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
16 Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness
from the house of our God?
17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid
desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.
18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed,
because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made
desolate.
19 O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the
pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of
the field.
20 The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of
waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the
wilderness.

Protect your faith

Matthew 16:1 - The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and
tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.

Some days back I was having a discussion with a Hindu colleague and
was warning him that someday he would either become a Muslim or a
Christian for his belief has nothing in it that can hold fort to the
deceit of Islam or the Truth of Christianity.

He came from a sect which calls itself Jains and they believe their
belief / traditions are all scientifically based; and this is one area
I love to discuss. For example they have a belief of not eating
mangoes after rains for they believe that the rains bring worms into
the mangoes. But the foolish thing is, living in a large country like
India where rain does not come in all places at one time their
religious people fix a date from which they should not eat mangoes to
avoid confusion, and like this year it rained for more than 2 weeks
while they were still eating mangoes before their cut-off date. Their
date is not based on the weather but on their calendar.

Another area I shock his ground was about a Hindu deity which he too
worships, that is an elephant god called Ganesh. They believe that the
father had by error chopped the head of his own son and replaced it
with an elephant's head (it is a mystery why he did find the original
head). I pointed him to observe the head of this god. There are 2
types of elephants one Asian and the other African, and they have very
noticeable differences between them in the head. The main factors are
the ears, forehead and the end of the trunk other than the tusk. The
ears of the Asian elephant are small and go back but that of an
African elephant is large and can come flat open like the ears which
Ganesha has. The other factor is the forehead of the Asian elephant is
elongated, if put on his god would make him look ugly unlike the
African elephant forehead his god has. Lastly the end of the trunk of
an Asian elephant has one finger but of an African elephant has 2 and
the trunk of his god has 2 fingers!

When he heard this his ground shook and he realized that I was
pointing to the fact that his god was either an African god or just
foolishness.

In today's message when Jesus was questioned by the Pharisees and
Sadducees about who He was and asked to prove it, Jesus in turn
questioned their own understanding.

We Christians fall prey all because we do not arm ourselves with
knowledge and wisdom. We should know how to answer others when they
question our faith.

If a Muslim comes to you and questions you about who Jesus is and the
authenticity of the Bible, question him back on the foundation of his
religion. Their prophet Mohammed instructs them to follow him as an
example but in his holy book which is the Quran there is nothing about
the life of Mohammed. To study about his life they need to go to the
Hadiths and when you touch that topic you get them on weak grounds.
They know that they among themselves are still fighting about which
Hadith to follow and which not to because almost every person who
claimed to be near Mohammed or even had far off connection the people
near him wrote a Hadith and there are many contradictions between
them. Even the ones which they religiously follow have been censored
and edited many a times. Just point to the Satanic verses which Salman
Rushdie made famous.

Knowledge is what we get when we read and study, but to use this
knowledge required wisdom and wisdom comes from experience and can
also be received from other's experiences. Bible says we can also get
wisdom when we ask the Lord.

I would not recommend everyone to learn about other religions without
first having a strong foundation in the Truth. So first build your
strong foundation in the Truth by studying the Bible and then study
about other religions. To be safe one way I recommend is to interact
with brothers and sisters who came from those background and have
experience the false in their previous religion, their testimony and
knowledge would arm you enough to take those who question your faith.

One of the ministries I am part of regularly organizes events where we
call people are well known authorities between the Bible and other
religious book so as to expose the false in them and to strengthen our
people. I would encourage all to attend such events or if you are a
minster to organize such events in your churches and ministries.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You said in your Word if we lack wisdom, we need to just ask and
You will give us. Lord, we pray from all your people that they be
blessed with knowledge and wisdom so that they can use walk wisely in
this spiritual battle field and not become victims to foolishness. ..

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 16:1-4
1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired
him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will
be fair weather: for the sky is red.
3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is
red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky;
but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there
shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And
he left them, and departed.

Luke 21:15 - For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your
adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

1 Corinthians 1:19-21,30-31
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will
bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of
this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not
God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that
believe.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us
wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory
in the Lord.

Colossians 4:5 - Walk in wisdom toward them that are without,
redeeming the time.

James 1:5-8
5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all
liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is
like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;
8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Lord’s rebuke against the House of Judah

Jeremiah 22:6 - For thus saith the LORD unto the king’s house of
Judah; Thou art Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I
will make thee a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.

Today’s message is not a history lesson but a message for us today.

Like I pointed out in my before mails our spiritual walk has different
stages starting from Egypt to Zion. No doubt the message of Jesus’
Gospel is for all mankind but His salvation is only for His people,
His sheep. The word ‘gentile’ is mostly mistaken for heathens. It
originally meant the Jews who were outcast or lost because they
followed other practices and other beliefs. The term originated for
those from Galilee and was not staunch Jew therefore the place was
crushed such that no Prophet (Man of God) could come from Galilee.
Although God created all mankind He is most concern of His people and
the others are like grass which the gardener also looks after but on
the Harvest Day will be cut and burnt in fire only the trees bearing
fruit will be spared.

Since God is primarily concern with His people He corrects them,
pruning them and chastises them to make sure they do not fail, while
He may ignore the doings of the others for a time being.

Judah is the third stage of spiritual growth where a person comes in
the presence of God’s glory. It refers to a person who has experienced
the love, mercy and power of God in his or her life.

In today’s message the Lord is talking to such people who He says have
defiled themselves with half truths. They have little, little
understandings of the Truth. Truth in the Bible is symbolized as a
rock and the spiritual lives of these people the Lord calls as rocky
region (Gilead) and they show the world they are holy (Lebanon) but
are not.

The Lord is tell the Churches of today who live their lives like this,
that He would cause them to be like a desert where they will thirst
for God’s mercy and will not receive, His people will leave these
churches and many others will become victims to deception, the
churches will lose their congregation and few will remain.

As God has been more gracious with us and has been pouring more of His
Spirit on His people, He wants to see results. The First Rock (Jesus
Christ) He allowed to be struck but the Second Rock (the Holy Spirit)
He will not allow to be struck. He showed us how He did not forgive
even His very love one Moses, so who are we to test Him?

People of Judah, you who have tasted and seen the Lord is good now
need to build your relationship with Him by knowing Him more and
living your lives according to His ways. Your showing ‘holiness’ does
not fool God and your rocky ground is not going to hold you.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Holy and You desire your children to be holy. No man can
comprehend the sacrifice You have done out of your love for man and
You will not let this sacrifice to go waste. Your Word will not return
to You without doing the work You set it for. Lord, we pray for your
Church and all the people who call by your Name, may they know your
Name and walk in your ways, may your mercy be upon them...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
John 7:45-53
45 Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and
they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?
46 The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.
47 Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?
48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
49 But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed.
50 Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being
one of them,)
51 Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?
52 They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search,
and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
53 And every man went unto his own house.

John 10:24-29
24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long
dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works
that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish,
neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is
able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

John 17:9 - I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them
which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

James 1:9-11
9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the
grass he shall pass away.
11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it
withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of
the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in
his ways.

Colossians letter to our Churches

Paul's letter to Colossians

To give you a little background of the letter. The Church at Colossae
was not the hand work of Paul but one of his disciples Epaphras. It
was during the period when Paul was in prison that Epaphras updated
Paul on what was happening in Colossae which prompted Paul to write
this epistle.

The problem what Paul saw in Colossae is the same problem which the
Lord sees today in His Churches and wants to send the same letter of
Paul again to all His Churches.

If one reads the letter the main concern of the letter was to address
the minds of the congregation who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ at
the same time also believed the other religions had some truth in them
and they too led to God.

As workers of the Lord's Vineyard along with other likeminded servants
of God we have taken this very seriously and go to all extents to
expose the false in all other religions while reinforce the Truth in
the Bible.

Many come to us and say why bother about other religions let us
concentrate at the Light of Christ. But the Bible says the Light
exposes the darkness. People are not aware of the dangers of the other
religions who like termites eat into the shaky minds of Christians and
destroy them. For example the Muslims have a book composed in the 1800
which attacks each and every belief of a Christian so much so it has
caused even strong people having great knowledge of the Bible like
Bible professors of Bible colleges to reject Christ and embrace Islam.
A person not knowing Islam well easily becomes prey to such deceit.
One should be aware that the Allah of Muslim is not God even though
they refer him as God of Abraham. There are many brothers the world
over who can help anyone been attacked spiritually by any Muslim.

The other spiritual religions too which believe more in supernatural
powers or try to scientifically explain creation, do not have a
foundation to hold them up. We use science, historic and the very
tools they use to attack our faith against them, but the greatest
weapon against them all is the power of the Holy Spirit. When they
experience the power of the Holy Spirit they have no words to explain.

Most people are fooled to think being simple minded Christians is what
is necessary, we do not need to really get deep into things and leave
it to people concern to do their job.

God says in the Bible His people suffer due to lack of knowledge
(understanding) . When there is an outbreak of infection one does not
live a normal life, he or she takes extra precaution to every detail.
Losing one's faith is not small as catching a cough or a little more
serious as getting cancer or Aids but even more dangerous than that.
These things can maximum take our physical life and harm our body but
losing faith can destroy our spirit life. Our body lives max for a
hundred to hundred and twenty years but our spirit life lives for
thousands of years. We need to fear where our spirit will go after we
die. Losing faith can cause our spirits to go to hell and suffer there
for thousands of years.

Church we need to wake up and spiritually protect ourselves. If faith
is our breastplate then without it we are dead. Do not be a simple
mind; God did not give us the Spirit of Truth to be a simple mind. We
need to be simple people in our way of life but spiritually we need to
be rich in wisdom, understanding and other Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You called us to be protectors of the faith and to be ready with
answers to people of this world. Lord, we rebuke the deaf and dumb
spirit which has enwrapped your people and making them victims to
deceit. We pray Lord that they realize these are not normal times but
time of spiritual war and they arm themselves if not to battle at
least to protect themselves and their faith...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Colossians 1: 4-6,23
4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which
ye have to all the saints,
5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard
before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
6 Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth
forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and
knew the grace of God in truth:
7 As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for
you a faithful minister of Christ;
23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved
away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was
preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am
made a minister;

Colossians 2:1-2
1 For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and
for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the
flesh;
2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love,
and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the
acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of
Christ;

Colossians 4:10-13
10 Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's
son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come
unto you, receive him;)
11 And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision.
These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have
been a comfort unto me.
12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you,
always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand
perfect and complete in all the will of God.
13 For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them
that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

Colossians 4:5-6
5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye
may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Colossians 2:8 - Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and
vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the
world, and not after Christ.

Colossians 1:9-13
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to
pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge
of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being
fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto
all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be
partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath
translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Colossians 3:1-2
1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above,
where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

The Passover Lamb

Mark 14:65 - And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and
to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did
strike him with the palms of their hands.

Because of Church traditions most people do not have a clue of what
Jesus went through during His Crucifixion. Most people believe Jesus
was arrested after the Last Supper (feast of the unleavened bread
which was celebrated a week before the Passover) and the next day was
crucified.

Jesus said He fulfilled every word of the Book of Moses. When John His
cousin called Jesus the Lamb of God, He symbolized the Passover Lamb
whose flesh and blood saved the Israelites from death.

When the Lord was teaching me the books of Moses He opened my mind to
how He fulfilled all the sacrifices and when I had the opportunity to
meet the great historian, archaeologist and Bible Teacher Dr. Ron
Charles (he is the script writer of the movie Passion of Christ), I
put him this question about Jesus fulfilling the 5 days of observation
from the time of arrest to being sacrificed. He did confirm that this
happened and there are many historic documents to prove this.

Dr. Ron Charles was part of our trip of a youth program in a remote
place near Pune. There the Lord led him to give a teaching on the
passion of Christ. What he shared with us was just awesome. The movie
was just 25percent of what he had scripted. He gave details from
records by Roman and other historians of those days which proved how
Jesus fulfilled each and every word of the Passover Sacrifice.

One thing, one should realize although the Jews hated Jesus and wanted
to kill Him, they did not have the power to do so for they were under
the rule of the Romans. They could only punish Him by whipping Him
thirty times; they had to get the consensus of the Romans for that.
The Romans had no problem with Jesus, in fact sided Him many a times,
but the healing of Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus angered Caesar and
turned the Romans against Jesus. Jesus knew by healing Bartimaeus He
would be considered a rebel by Rome but yet He did it.

After Jesus' arrest and being whipped by the Jews thirty times He was
again whipped by the Romans a hundred times and each whip has 9 to 13
strands with bones, glass pieces and nails tied to its ends. They had
whipped Him on both sides. The men who whipped Him were given
instructions; the one who manages to kill Him with their whip would be
rewarded with silver according to Jesus' weight; so one could imagine
the strength with what they whipped Him. It is recorded that He did
not look like a human after they finished with Him as recorded in
Psalms. But when Jesus did not die even after taking all this, the
Romans feared it was their god's wish and to stop His bleeding put Him
in salt water. This was not all that happened to Jesus, there was more
and each incident was recorded in detail by the Romans.

The Church today knows the existence of these documents and yet fails
to correct the congregation so as to not confuse the tradition
followed since ages. This causes people to not know Jesus and lose on
the blessings which He made available by His sacrifice.

There is no problem about making a mistake, but a person who knows
that he has made a mistake and still continues in it, first deceives
himself and then others; such person has no hope of doing good for he
lands making more to cover that one and thus such things has caused
the church to suffer and the world not to know God.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord the only way to receive You is with a repent full heart. Like the
Israelites ate bitter herbs before eating of the Passover Lamb so also
we need to realize we have made mistakes and sinned against You to
receive You. Lord, give courage to your Church to realize the mistakes
they have been making and help to come out in the open about them and
stop misleading your sheep. Help them realize they are not perfect and
just human, and it is only You who are perfect and Good. Let your
people know You and what You have made available for them by your
sacrifice...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 27:1-2
1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the
people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:
2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him
to Pontius Pilate the governor.

John 18:28-32
28 Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and
it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall,
lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.
29 Pilate then went out unto them, and said, What accusation bring ye
against this man?
30 They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we
would not have delivered him up unto thee.
31 Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according
to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us
to put any man to death:
32 That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spake,
signifying what death he should die.

John 19:1-2, 7-16
1 Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him.
2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head,
and they put on him a purple robe,
7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to
die, because he made himself the Son of God.
8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;
9 And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence
art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest
thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release
thee?
11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me,
except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me
unto thee hath the greater sin.
12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews
cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's
friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.
13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth,
and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the
Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth
hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!
15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him.
Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests
answered, We have no king but Caesar.
16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And
they took Jesus, and led him away.

Exodus 12:1-10
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be
the first month of the year to you.
3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth
day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according
to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his
neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the
souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the
lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye
shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month:
and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in
the evening.
7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side
posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat
it.
8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and
unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with
fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that
which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.

Fight between the flesh and spirit

Romans 7:18 - For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth
no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that
which is good I find not.

Today's message talks of one of the most difficult areas of our
self-battle. We all know even after we are born-again in Jesus Christ
after accepting His sacrifice for our sins and surrendering ourselves
to Him, although we are forgiven of our sins we yet find ourselves
falling to sin. We may not be the same person we were before but we do
not become perfect and our conscious struggle to overcome starts. This
is when we realize, after accepting Christ it is not a honeymoon but
the start of a battle of fight against ourselves, our old carnal
person.

Today's message states each one realizes at some time anything we do
out of our human desire or instincts always results in no good even if
it may seem good at first.

Many people attribute victory of good decision to their sixth sense.

Firstly there is no sixth sense. We have five senses between our human
body and our inner man. It is through these five senses that input
comes from the world into us. The sense which we call as sixth sense
is not a sense between our human body and our inner man but between
our spirit and inner man. It is this sense which we also call as
spiritual discernment that allows our spirit and the spirit world to
communicate with us.

If we try to control our senses so as to control our flesh we find our
battle becomes very difficult with temporary success and always a
failure on the long run. The only way out as Christ says is not to
fight the flesh with the flesh but overcome the flesh by walking in
spirit.

When we let our sixth sense or spiritual discernment control our five
senses then we can have victory over our flesh. But this too is not
easy because many times our mind fools us in talking to us and making
us think it is our spiritual sense. Also there is a great danger when
evil spirits tend to influence us through this sense and we think we
are talking to our spirit or the Spirit of God. Therefore we need to
protect or control this sense and this is possible only by the Word of
God.

The Word of God plays a very critical role in our battle with our
flesh. But by just studying it, it will not help us. Knowledge is good
but just having knowledge will puff us and harm us. It does not need
to be just worldly knowledge but even Bible knowledge may also land up
doing even more harm to us then what we can imagine. We need to apply
this knowledge in its right way to benefit us like knowing to cook
will not fill our stomach but only when we use this knowledge properly
will it benefit us.

When we grow in the knowledge of God by studying the Word and when we
discern all communication in line with the Word will we be able to
overcome our weak flesh. When we do not use the Word knowledge to
discern then we land becoming religious people and hard hearted human
beings like the Pharisees for whom there is no hope.

So let us stop walking in our flesh and also fighting our flesh with
our flesh but overcome the flesh by walking in the spirit covered with
the knowledge of God.

Jesus did not just say that ‘Truth will set us free' but said ‘when we
become His disciples then the Truth will set us free'. So thirst for
the knowledge of God and also do as the Word of God speaks unto us
with the help of the Spirit of God.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, when You made man even though man was made in your image as
powerful as the angels yet You put man in the flesh which is weak. In
your wisdom and ability to see all things even the future You desired
the Light to shine through man to overcome the darkness caused by
Satan and his angels. Although You allowed sin to come into man You
made sure the resource to overcome was made available to man. Your
Word and your Spirit helps us overcome the flesh and our Testimony in
Jesus Christ helps us remain in Light and overcome darkness. Open the
eyes of your people Lord. You have the ability to make even the rocks
to call out in worship, we ask You not to bring life in the rocks but
in the hearts of your people who have harden their hearts more than
the rocks...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Romans 7:14-25
14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not;
but what I hate, that do I.
16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good
thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which
is good I find not.
19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would
not, that I do.
20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin
that dwelleth in me.
21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my
mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my
members.
24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I
myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Matthew 26:41 - Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the
spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

John 6:63 - It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth
nothing: the words that I speak unto you, are spirit, and are life.

Romans 8:1 - There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are
in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8:8-14
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the
Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of
Christ, he is none of his.
10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the
Spirit is life because of righteousness.
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell
in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your
mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live
after the flesh.
13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through
the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

John 8:31-32
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye
continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Be meek and humble to be in the Kingdom of God

Zephaniah 3:12 - I will leave in your midst A meek and humble people,
And they shall trust in the name of the LORD.

The word 'meek' does not mean to be poor. Most people mistake 'being
meek in spirit' means to be poor in spirit; in fact God wants us to be
the opposite, He wants us to be blessed abundantly in spirit.

The Hebrew word translated as meek comes from the root meaning to be
occupied or burdened. We all are called to cast of our worldly burden
but asked to take on a spiritual burden, the burden of Christ. No
person can call himself a true disciple of Christ if he or she does
not carry the burden of Christ. The burden of Christ is to shine the
Light to the world and to bring salvation to all those who hear His
voice.

Even though this burden is very, very huge yet we do not carry it all
by ourselves. We have a Helper who helps us carry this huge burden.
That is why Jesus said it is light as a feather, only if we abide by
the Helper. We see almost all struggle to do God's work only because
they do not truly abide by the Helper.

The other word 'humble' does not also mean to be poor but means 'to
bring low' and this we are called to do with our inner-man that is to
control the worldly desires of our heart. One of the greatest killer
of many of the Kingdom of God is this one factor the lack of been
humble in the heart. We all have seen very anointed and spiritually
grown Men and Women of God fall like boulders from a mountain just for
this one factor they do not control the desires of their heart.

Unless our desires are not the Lord's desires then we stand in the
danger zone. God knows we being human will always have desires and it
will take a long time before man completely overcome this, therefore
He does say do not have desires but He says control them. Every desire
or want we have should be scrutinized and put under hundreds of
questions. The last questions should be 'can I do without it if it is
not helping me in my spiritual life?'.

The Lord is telling us He is going to do an internal review of His
Church team. He is going to clean out all the garbage that has filled
His Church and only those who are meek and humble are going to be part
of His construction company which builds His Church. He has taken this
task very seriously now and time is running out for us.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, it has been ages and your Church has been struggling not because
it is no able but all because they do not follow your instructions and
your purpose. They do not allow You to do the work through them, but
try to do all in their own flesh using their carnal minds. Lord, we
pray that more and more will be truly overwhelmed with your burden.
That they allow You to work through them and they control the human
desires of their hearts, so that your Body may be glorified and people
come to know You. That You alone are Holy, You alone are Righteous and
You alone are Truth...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Zephaniah 3:11-13
11 In that day you shall not be shamed for any of your deeds In which
you transgress against Me; For then I will take away from your midst
Those who rejoice in your pride, And you shall no longer be haughty In
My holy mountain.
12 I will leave in your midst A meek and humble people, And they
shall trust in the name of the LORD.
13 The remnant of Israel shall do no unrighteousness And speak no
lies, Nor shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; For they
shall feed their flocks and lie down, And no one shall make them
afraid."

Matthew 11:28-30
28 "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will
give you rest.
29 "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and
lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Revelation 2:24-28
24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have
not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as
they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him
will I give power over the nations:
27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a
potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my
Father.
28 And I will give him the morning star.

Ephesians 2:1-3
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this
world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit
that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the
lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the
mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

1 Corinthians 7:5 - Do not deprive one another except with consent for
a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come
together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack
of self-control.

2 Peter 1: 5-7
5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your
faith virtue, to virtue knowledge,
6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to
perseverance godliness,
7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.

2 Timothy 3:1-7
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal,
despisers of good,
4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such
people turn away!
6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make
captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various
lusts,
7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Hell does not say enough

Proverbs 30: 16 - The grave, The barren womb, The earth that is not
satisfied with water-And the fire never says, "Enough!"

In today’s message the Lord wants to open our eyes to the destruction
that is happening in the spiritual world. If we expand today’s
scripture we will have a better understanding of the message.

The word ‘grave’ - Sheol is not the spiritual level Grave (also called
Sea) but the lowest spiritual level Hell. Sheol comes from the root
word meaning to earnestly desire. This level is a prison where the
souls are kept till their spirit lifetime. It is a place which desires
souls; they will suffer here endlessly the evil deeds they did in
their earthly life. People think Satan rules in Hell; it is like
saying criminal rules the jail where he is kept.

The Satan among us is not Lucifer the King of Tyre or the Dragon of
Revelation or the Serpent of Psalms 91 as most think but is the Beast
of Revelation also known as Satan (in most places in the Bible the
word is plural) also known as Prince of Tyre or Young Lion. Ezekiel 28
gives a good description of them both. The powers of the second have
been taken away along with the other fallen angels during the Noah
floods and of the first are as it is. The second whom we engage in
this world compared to the first is like a pussycat compared to a
lion.

The words barren womb literately means oppressed mercy, the mercy of
Christ which is not allowed to work in us. The world cries mercy, but
in fact God has given is all the mercy we need (Grace) and it is we
and our hearts that do not allow the Lord’s mercy to be received.

The word translated as water is a noun and is written in singular
tense. It is at places also translated as piss or urine.

The word fire does not symbolize the sanctifying fire but means fury.

Putting their meanings into the message it reads as:-
The Hell, the oppressed mercy, the land that is not satisfied with
piss, and fury ever says “enough”.

The Lord is telling us our hearts and our way of life is such utter
rubbish; we have made this world like hell which consumes souls after
souls.

Each one of us needs to introspect into our lives and see if we are
living the way Christ wants us to. The easiest way is to ask
ourselves, if Jesus was in our place what would He have done?

Let us live like Christians which means Little Christ. Let the world
know we are different from them. Our thoughts are not their thoughts,
our desires are not their desires, our ways are not their ways and our
priorities in life are not like theirs. Let us sanctify ourselves and
live a righteous and holy life, for we are people of the Truth.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You alone are Holy and the Heavens call out your Name endlessly.
Your ways are ways of righteousness and You are the Truth that does
not ever change, for You are perfect and your glory fills the Heavens.
Lord we pray that we open our eyes to the evil ways we live, the evil
our hands do and the evil our tongues speak. Help us cleanse our
hearts by your mercy and change our way of life...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Deuteronomy 32:22 - For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall
burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her
increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

Psalms 86:13 - For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast
delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

Proverbs 5:1-9
1 My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:
2 That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.
3 For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth
is smoother than oil:
4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.
5 Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.
6 Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable,
that thou canst not know them.
7 Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words
of my mouth.
8 Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:
9 Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:

Revelation 17:8 - The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and
shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and
they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not
written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when
they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Revelation 20:13 - And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and
death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were
judged every man according to their works.

Prophesies old and new are fulfilled

Daniel 11:7 - But out of a branch of her roots shall one stand up in
his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the
fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and
shall prevail:

Today's scripture talks of how the prophesy of Alexandra and his
successors were fulfilled. If one goes through history one will
understand the minute details of how the prophesy was fulfilled to the
last alphabet.

Without going into details, Alexander had 2 successors and one was
stronger than the other. There was a marriage proposed between these 2
entities of the son (who was already married) of one with the daughter
of the other. The marriage failed ending in a divorce and the son went
back to his first wife. The first poisoned him and killed the son of
the second wife. The brother of the second wife comes in the picture
and takes revenge.

What we see is that there is no doubt in what the Lord spoke and was
confirmed. The symbolism has no doubt when we look at the events.

What the Lord is telling us today, even though He has again and again
confirmed His Word yet people do not learn from the past and thus keep
making mistakes becoming victims of calamity. The Lord gives us
prophesies not that we can avoid or chancel them, for what the Lord
spoke has to come to pass. Prophesies are given so that we can take
precaution and save ourselves from getting affected from them.

For instance, prophesies of the Antichrists and the Son of Destruction
(False Prophet or the main Anti-Christ) , there are many prophesies
about him clearly given. We being in between them, can easily look at
the past party fulfilled and identify them or him (from where he
comes) very easily. Yet we find people foolishly being party in the
deceivers trap; ironically that too is prophesied.

No doubt all prophesies will be fulfilled but it is not necessary we
be on the good or bad side of it, it is our choice that decides which
side we are on of it and how we are affected by it. It is our
ignorance and no care attitude which causes us to be taken by surprise
and become victims of calamities.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, by your Word You time and again spoke to your people and warned
them yet your people do not listen or pay importance to your warnings.
Lord we pray your people understand the importance of your Word
especially in the times of great deceit which is just at our
doorstep...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Daniel 11:2-9
2 And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up
yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than
they all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all
against the realm of Grecia.
3 And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great
dominion, and do according to his will.
4 And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall
be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity,
nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be
plucked up, even for others beside those.
5 And the king of the south shall be strong, and one of his princes;
and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion
shall be a great dominion.
6 And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for
the king's daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north
to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm;
neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and
they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened
her in these times.
7 But out of a branch of her roots shall one stand up in his estate,
which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of
the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail:
8 And shall also carry captives into Egypt their gods, with their
princes, and with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he
shall continue more years than the king of the north.
9 So the king of the south shall come into his kingdom, and shall
return into his own land.

Daniel 7:2-8
2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold,
the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the
wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and
made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised
up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it
between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour
much flesh.
6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon
the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads;
and dominion was given to it.
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast,
dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron
teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with
the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were
before it; and it had ten horns.
8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them
another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns
plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the
eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Daniel 8:8-14
8 Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the
great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the
four winds of heaven.
9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed
exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the
pleasant land.
10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down
some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon
them.
11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by
him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary
was cast down.
12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of
transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it
practised, and prospered.
13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that
certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the
daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the
sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days;
then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Living in a lion's den

Daniel 6:16 - Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and
cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto
Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.

This miracle of Daniel along with other miracles, like parting of the
Red Sea, Jonah in the fish's belly, Jesus feeding the thousands,
Lazarus coming back to life etc. has captured the minds of most people
including non-believers. One sees many paintings made of this event
showing a large cave with 5 to max 10 lions surrounding Daniel.

Most think the lions were pets kept by the king like the exotic wild
cats they walked with chains before the king. If one understands why
the lions were kept then one would understand the quantity of lions
that were there in the den.

These lions were not pets but tactical weapons used by the Babylonians
for battles before Alexandra and the Roman era. The Babylonian army
would have hundreds of these hungry lions not fed for many days
together, leading the whole army. Just before the battle these lions
would be left and would cause havoc to the horse of the horsemen of
the charging enemy, destroying the destruction power of the opponent's
first charge and giving the Babylonians an upper hand in the battle.

The den in which Daniel was put in was not a natural cave but a
manmade structure housing a very large number of lions. These lions
were kept always hungry, fed bare minimum. Historians have found the
numbers to be in hundreds. When Daniel was put in this den not one
lion harmed him even thought all had the potential to kill him in
minutes.

The Lord is giving us and Church a message today. We complain about
persecution and people who are enemies of people of God, who go to any
extent to harm and destroy the people who believe in the Truth. If God
can shut the mouths of the hundreds of lions and control their
aggression, can He not do the same to these people? Also the disasters
that come against believers, do we not know that God is in control of
everything including nature.

The reason we do not see this happen is because we do not live a life
like Daniel. Daniel was among a few in the Old Testament, whom the
Lord considered as righteous people. Even great people like Abraham,
Moses and David were not among these names.

We may not be a great Man or Woman of God ministering to thousands,
famous the world over, but yet we can be one among the righteous of
God like Daniel for whom the Lord did great wonders and manifest His
glory.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Almighty God. The world has witnessed when your people
walked according to your instructions not one soul was harmed in fact
your people multiplied and prospered. Lord, we pray that your people
realize when they are with You, no one can even harm a hair of their
head. Open their eyes and help them live a righteous life like Daniel,
Job and Noah...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Ezekiel 14:12-20
12 The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing
grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break
the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will
cut off man and beast from it:
14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they
should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the
Lord GOD.
15 If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil
it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of
the beasts:
16 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD,
they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be
delivered, but the land shall be desolate.
17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through
the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:
18 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD,
they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be
delivered themselves.
19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury
upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:
20 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the
Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but
deliver their own souls by their righteousness.

Then the people around will know the Lord

Ezekiel 36:36 - Then the heathen that are left round about you shall
know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was
desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.

If one goes through the book of Deuteronomy one will understand when
people of God disobey God then they are punished and when they obey
the Lord then they are blessed.

One may argue that the Law of Moses is no longer applicable for us.
One should realize the Ten Commandments are a part of the Law of Moses
and Jesus too did not write them off. He also did summarization some
of those Commandments when He said I give you a new Commandment. The
Old Testament says in 'those days' the Lord will write the Law in our
hearts.

The Ten Commandments were written by the 'Finger of God' which is a
term used for the Holy Spirit. The Law of Moses was also given by the
Holy Spirit. Like the Holy Spirit is the author of the Bible so also
He is the giver of the Law. When we received the Holy Spirit through
Jesus Christ we received the Law in our hearts. Now the Law is what
the Spirit of God tells us. Unlike the Jews we do not have 10
Commandments or some Laws but ever instruction from the Spirit of God
is a Commandment unto us. If we disobey what the Spirit of God
instructs us then we sin against Him and have to pay the price unless
we repent and are forgiven.

As the Lord has been spiritually abundant with us now therefore more
and more men and women are walking in the way of the Lord today. As
the numbers grow the glory of God will be visible by the people of
this world like the Cloud and Pillar of Fire which led the Israelites
was visible.

The world does not know God all because we have not let the Lord work
in us. So let us surrender ourselves and abide by what the Lord tells
us so that the glory of God is seen by the world and every knee bows
unto the Lord.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, when You went to Heaven You gave us your Spirit to guide
us and help us in our lives in You. Holy Spirit, it was You Who led
the Israelites in the form of a cloud and a pillar of fire and
protected them from harm. You manifested your glory and the people
around feared the Israelites because of You. Holy Spirit, You are the
Rock of Truth on which the Church is build, led the church unto its
glorious period in You. Let every man on earth know You are God and
You alone are God...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Ezekiel 36:27-35
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my
statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye
shall be my people, and I will be your God.
29 I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call
for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.
30 And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the
field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the
heathen.
31 Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that
were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your
iniquities and for your abominations.
32 Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto
you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.
33 Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you
from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities,
and the wastes shall be builded.
34 And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in
the sight of all that passed by.
35 And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the
garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are
become fenced, and are inhabited.

Deuteronomy 2:2 - And all these blessings shall come on thee, and
overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy
God.

Deuteronomy 28:15 - But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not
hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his
commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all
these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

Deuteronomy 9:10 - And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone
written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to
all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the
midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

Exodus 13:21-22
21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to
lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them
light; to go by day and night:
22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of
fire by night, from before the people.

Luke 11:20 - But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt
the kingdom of God is come upon you.

Jeremiah 31:33-34
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of
Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their
inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and
they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every
man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me,
from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for
I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

2 Corinthians 1:21-22
21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed
us, is God;
22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

Hebrew 8:10-12
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind,
and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they
shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man
his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the
least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins
and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Leave the horses and enter the Castle

Acts 23:32 - On the morrow they left the horsemen to go with him, and
returned to the castle:

People believe in Heaven there are animals and trees. God says He made
man in His image and also says God is Spirit. Jesus says after
Resurrection man will be like the Angels. Also Heaven is not made of
gold or the precious stones which people think it is.

God gave us His word and His Word is for all times. So even those who
did not have wisdom or were not blessed with the Spirit of Truth still
had / have some level of message / understanding of the Bible. A
perfect example is the Gospel of John which is the most favourite book
of the Bible while preaching because it is most simple to understand
yet if asked a real Bible student it is the most complex book in the
whole Bible which explodes with revelation after revelation in almost
every scripture.

When God made man He made him in His image. When He made the animals
or trees He states sometimes after His kind or sometimes after their
kind. The image was not in the physical looks but in the design. Like
man God made everything in this creation from the animals to trees in
an image so that by understand them man will understand the Kingdom of
God. The twelve precious stones symbolize the twelve Fruits of the
Holy Spirit (one needs a little understanding of gemmology for this)
and it was in symbolism of this that the Israelite tribes and the
Apostles were always kept in that number.

When Satan came as a snake it did not mean he physically looked like a
snake it meant the symbolism of the manner in which he came and that
was deceit. If we study the manners of the snake like the way it moves
and its properties like being a cold blooded animal and it's sensing
its environment by its tongue will give a perfect understanding of how
the spirit of deceit works. After greed and pride it was deceit which
over took Satan. The study of these symbolisms is what the Lord
thought me in the early stages of my Bible study with Him and I call
it Image Study, without Image Study one will never understand the Old
Testament.

God called an animal clean or unclean not because of the animal but
because of the spirit they symbolized. It is because of this Jesus or
His disciple never instructed about not eating unclean animals.

In the Bible horses are mentioned and in some places they are also
described as coloured. Horses were a means of transport which meant
were for fast movement from one place to another. Horses therefore
symbolize moving from one phrase to another or another words progress.
The colours defined the property / description of the progress. In
some places it is recorded one kind of horse comes, then another and
then another; that does not mean that the phrase changes for the
return of the horses are not written. It means another phrase enters
overlapping the previous.

In today's message the Lord is telling us those who run after worldly
progress will loss the opportunity to enter His House which is Heaven.

Worldly prosperity is not bad but has to be within means of need. Any
person who gathers wealth without purpose of blessing others will have
an impossible task to enter Heaven. Paul says that wealth is the cause
of fall of many. People who realize that God blesses us more than our
needs with the purpose to bless others, the overflow has to fall unto
those around you, whom the Lord has given you spiritually. It does not
have to be only wealth but even luxury which is unnecessary can also
become a great hurdle in one's spiritual live. Look at the calamity of
great Men and Women of God worldwide who have fallen just because of
this.

Those who have treasures in Heaven will not be able to build their
treasures here on earth for themselves.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord God, your wisdom is beyond man's comprehension. In your wisdom
You made everything and said all is good. Adam had understanding of
all this before sin came into him and thus named all the animals and
plants by their understanding. Lord, open the eyes of your people and
let them see your instructions in your creations. Help them overcome
the worldly desires and desire things of the real Spiritual world...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Genesis 1:11,12,21,24, 25
11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding
seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is
in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his
kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his
kind: and God saw that it was good.
21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that
moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind,
and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after
his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his
kind: and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle
after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after
his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Genesis 6:20 - Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their
kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of
every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive.

Genesis 7:14 - They, and every beast after his kind, and all the
cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon
the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of
every sort.

Genesis 3:1 - Now the serpent [enchanter] was more subtil than any
beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the
woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the
garden?

Revelation 6:1-8
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it
were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and
see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a
bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and
to conquer.
3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast
say, Come and see.
4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given
to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they
should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say,
Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on
him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure
of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and
see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the
fourth beast say, Come and see.
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him
was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them
over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with
hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Luke 12:20-23
20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be
required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast
provided?
21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no
thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what
ye shall put on.
23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.

Luke 18:24-27
24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly
shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than
for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved?
27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

The tactics of the enemy

Acts 17:5 - But the Jews who were not persuaded, becoming envious,
took some of the evil men from the marketplace, and gathering a mob,
set all the city in an uproar and attacked the house of Jason, and
sought to bring them out to the people.

Since our message yesterday calling to confront the traditions and
understanding of the false church the Lord is preparing us for the
tactics these people will use against you.

In today's scripture we read the Jews who were very angry towards the
Christians who had challenged their belief and were attracting many
people to join Christianity. These Jews went to the market where there
was a large crowd and after instigating the crowd they brought them to
surround Jason's place thinking Paul was there.

The crowd was not just Jews but also other people and the Jews did not
tell them the exact reason why they were angry but told them about the
Christians challenging Caesar as a ruler.

When anyone challenges the traditions or belief of the false church
the first thing they do is ask you do you believe in Mary. Like Caesar
was the ruler of the people that time, the deity whom they call Mary
is become their ruler.

I have learnt some of the ways Jesus confronted the Pharisees who
questioned Him and that is by questioning them back. So I ask them
'Which Mary', and they get confused. I explain them that Mary the
mother of Jesus about whom is written in the Bible had a father whose
name was Heli as recorded in Luke (given as father-in-law of Joseph;
in Matthew his real father's name is given as Jacob). Then I tell them
the Mary whom they worship was the daughter of Joaquim, so I question
them who she is and they get lost. If they question the authenticity
of the scripture then I question them if this is wrong then what their
surety about Jesus Christ's existence for we know of Him only through
the Bible. They do not know they are worshiping an evil spirit who
calms to be Mary the mother of Jesus.

These people who love simplicity have been deceived by this institute.
These people do not open the Bible nor bother to study it and
therefore are victims of deceit. They prefer reading or studying all
other books but not the Bible.

Jason was later set free and Jesus tells us when you will be cornered
do not worry the Lord will enlighten your mind and give you the wisdom
to stand these people.

You do not need to worry that you are not very knowledgeable on
scriptures, to confront them. Even before I surrendered my life to the
Lord and started studying the Bible I had met a large group of
Jehovah's Witnesses for some property matters where I was introducing
them to person I knew. This group included some main international
leaders. At that time I had no knowledge of their belief. All these
people had ganged on to me but even in that situation the Lord helped
me and I was able to come out from within them without being infected
by their understanding. It was later I came to know that they were
like Muslims in disguise, for their belief was similar to Islam minus
Mohammed.

Christians are more concern about Islam and other religions but do not
realize the greater enemy is amongst us and are Christians who are
not, like the Catholics. It is because of these people the world does
not really know Christ and Christianity.

Like the Jews rioted against the believers, these people too will gang
against you threatening to socially boycott you and even accuse you of
not respecting your mother; do not fear them the Lord is with you.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, the world does not know You because there are many who are
misled to think they are following You but are under deceit. Lord give
your people courage when they take up their Cross like You gave the
Israelites when they carried the Ark of the Covenant. Bless them with
wisdom and make them fearless...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Luke 3:23 - And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age,

Mark 13:9-11
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to
councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be
brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against
them.
10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought
beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but
whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is
not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Waste and destroy Merathaim and Pekod

Jeremiah 50: 21 - Go up against the land of Merathaim, even against
it, and against the inhabitants of Pekod: waste and utterly destroy
after them, saith the LORD, and do according to all that I have
commanded thee.

In the Bible we see Jesus spoke of peace, love and nonviolence and we
read in the same Book in the Old Testament (Books of the Prophets) the
Lord talks of violence and destruction. Jesus said the Books of the
Prophets are very important for He kept every commandment from it and
also fulfilled it. Still we do not read of Jesus doing anything like
the message we received today.

If one understands the names, it meanings and historical connections
then one will understand Jesus although practicing peace, love and
harmony yet was the most violent person and the powers against whom He
exerted violence feared Him greatly. They knew they had no hope
against Him, they acknowledged His authority immediately and looked
for escape. Paul too who was one of His true disciple always spoke of
love, peace, harmony and non-violence towards people but at the same
time instructed them to be at war with the powers that work against
the Kingdom of God.

In today’s message the Lord instructs us to be violent against the
land of Merathaim and especially against the inhabitants of Pekod to
waste and utterly destroy it.

If we get into the meaning of the words and understand the historic
links then we would understand why this message has come to us today.
It may have been written thousands of years before but was written for
this day the period we live in.

The word Merathaim is another name for Babylon and Pekod was the power
center of Babylon. We are today in a period just before the great
downfall of Babylon the Great as revealed in the book of Revelation.

This church which misrepresents the Church of Christ has been leading
the flock to destructions since many years with it traditions and
compromise with the devil in its teachings. The Lord instructs every
Man and Women of God to go against the land meaning the traditions,
teachings and system of this institute. Especially against the people
who are running this temple of deceit. We should not get fooled by the
clothes they wear or the sweet words they speak, confront their
understanding and you will see the true nature of these people.

Last week I had engaged one such representative and we spoke on a few
topics. I proved Him the way they are misleading the people and he did
keep quiet while agreeing to them. When we were at the topic of idol
worship he too said he was against it. When I questioned him why he
did not correct people who were bowing to it, offering flowers,
lighting candles, putting these statues on pedestals? He told me he
does correct and gave an example how he corrected one woman just a few
days before and how that woman stopped; at this point I called a
follower of his church to come and join us so as to hear what he was
saying at this he got very angry and immediately stood up to leave.
His lie and deceit was exposed. They do not bother what is the
consequence of the people but will make sure at all cost that this
temple of deceit continues.

The Lord says at this time He will get His people to surround this
false church with bows and arrows. They will prophesy, confront and
rebuke their traditions, understandings, authority and cut off their
finances and trade. It is after the down fall of this Babylon that the
true Church of God will really flourish and grow like never before.

So I an ordinary Amos in the Name of the Lord call out to all Men and
Women of God to take spiritual arms against this Babylon. Do not
tolerate or ignore what they do but confront them with the Word of
God. But always remember our war is not with the people but with the
system and the powers that run it.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, the thief who wants to steal and destroy has been imitating the
shepherd and causing immense destruction. They have harmed and
murdered many of your saints and their blood cries out to You. Lord,
we prayer your people open their eyes to first the enemy within us. It
is only when we as Christians stand apart from this world and its
understanding will the world know that our God is truly a Living God
and Almighty God...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Jeremiah 50:18-22
18 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold,
I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the
king of Assyria.
19 And I will bring Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed
on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount
Ephraim and Gilead.
20 In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of
Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of
Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I
reserve.
21 Go up against the land of Merathaim, even against it, and against
the inhabitants of Pekod: waste and utterly destroy after them, saith
the LORD, and do according to all that I have commanded thee.
22 A sound of battle is in the land, and of great destruction.
23 How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how
is Babylon become a desolation among the nations!
24 I have laid a snare for thee, and thou art also taken, O Babylon,
and thou wast not aware: thou art found, and also caught, because thou
hast striven against the LORD.
25 The LORD hath opened his armoury, and hath brought forth the
weapons of his indignation: for this is the work of the Lord GOD of
hosts in the land of the Chaldeans.
26 Come against her from the utmost border, open her storehouses:
cast her up as heaps, and destroy her utterly: let nothing of her be
left.
27 Slay all her bullocks; let them go down to the slaughter: woe unto
them! for their day is come, the time of their visitation.
28 The voice of them that flee and escape out of the land of Babylon,
to declare in Zion the vengeance of the LORD our God, the vengeance of
his temple.
29 Call together the archers against Babylon: all ye that bend the
bow, camp against it round about; let none thereof escape: recompense
her according to her work; according to all that she hath done, do
unto her: for she hath been proud against the LORD, against the Holy
One of Israel.
30 Therefore shall her young men fall in the streets, and all her men
of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD.
31 Behold, I am against thee, O thou most proud, saith the Lord GOD
of hosts: for thy day is come, the time that I will visit thee.

Read Revelation 17:1 - 18:23

Revelation 18:4-8
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my
people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not
of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her
iniquities.
6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double
according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her
double.
7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much
torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a
queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning,
and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is
the Lord God who judgeth her.

The burden of God

Amos 1: 1 - The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa,
which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah,
and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years
before the earthquake.

There is no Prophet in the Old Testament who has been introduced the
way Amos is. In this scriptures Amos has been described as which tribe
he came from, the kings which ruled during his time and also any
important natural disaster which happened during his time.

From historic data it is found that this period was about 750BC and
the earthquake was a magnitude 8 quake which still has its marks in
the Dead Sea region. The Dead Sea transform fault likely ruptured
along more than 400 kilometers as the ground shook violently for over
90 seconds!

This quake shook not only the structures but even the lives of the
people of this region very much and is also mentioned in the book of
Zachariah, reminding the people how they fled their houses when this
quake happened.

The name Amos means burden and the tribe or was a member of ‘Tekoa’
which means stockade and comes from the root word trumpet.

Amos was not born in a Prophet’s family nor was considered an official
prophet during his time but was an ordinary working man looking after
Sycamore trees. This ordinary man was a man with a burden to prophesy
and warn the people of God what the Lord has in store for them because
they were not listening to Him.

This man prophesied about 12 prophesies and the most picturesque
statements made by God. He in spirit was doing what he did in
profession that was trimming the sycamore tree. The sycamore fruit was
a favorite pastime for the Egyptian people who are the fruit along
with bread and water. The fruit looks like figs and smells also like
it but has a disgusting sweet taste. This tree was not loved by the
Lord for what it symbolized; it was a bad example of the fig tree
which symbolized God’s people.

The Lord is telling us today He will select ordinary people like Amos
and give them the burden to prophesy calamities which would shake the
world if they do not listen to Him.

Our God is love but at the same time is no fool to be taken for
granted. He is patient but at the same time proportional to His grace
His patience holds. Let us wake up and listen to the Lord’s call to
change our lives and walk in His ways.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are a Good God and since You do not want your children to be
destroyed You chastise them at time. Sin in this world has been
growing and growing and the time is come for your intervention before
this sea overflows. Lord, we pray for your people that their eyes open
and they listen to your warnings...

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Amos 7:14 - Then answered Amos, and said to Amaziah, I was no prophet,
neither was I a prophet’s son; but I was an herdman, and a gatherer of
sycomore fruit:

Amos 7:15 - And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD
said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

Amos 2:13 - Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that
is full of sheaves.

Amos 3:8 - The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath
spoken, who can but prophesy?

Amos 3:12 - Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the
mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the
children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of
a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.

Amos 8:11 - Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will
send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for
water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amos 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north
even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the
LORD, and shall not find it.

Take away the stone

John 11:39 - Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of
him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for
he hath been dead four days.

Jesus had bought many back to life after they had died but yet we have
this miracle which had created quite a stir during the times of Jesus.
Most people think it was because Lazarus was bought back from death
after a while (few days) unlike the others wherein they were bought
back from death just after they had died.

What shook the people about this miracle was not about him coming back
to life after a few days. It was the stone which caused the miracle to
shake them. I do not mean literal tomb stone but what it symbolizes,
let me explain.

Had Jesus bought him back to life Lazarus on the third day, people
would have not been surprised and it would not have caused many to
believe in Jesus like it did. It was after this miracle that Jesus
went to Jericho and got a hero's welcome. We see Jesus intentionally
waited for the four days to pass before He reaches the place Lazarus
was buried. If we read the words of Lazarus' sister Mary when she
greets Jesus as He reaches the place we will understand.

Mary had great faith in Jesus and knew for sure Jesus could easily
bring Lazarus back to life even if he was death and therefore had sent
for Him and waited. But when 4 days passed she had given up hope on
Jesus bringing Lazarus back to life and that was the tomb stone which
buried her faith.

Tradition or statutes which the Lord recommends us to follow are for
spiritual children so as to build faith and not for mature sons.
Manmade traditions are like tombstones which bury faith. Even God
given traditions if done without understanding can have opposite
effect. Paul says it is sin when traditions are done without faith or
understanding.

The Jews who came out from Egypt and Babylon were yet following
traditions of the Egyptians and pagans. The tomb in which the body of
Lazarus was kept had a structure and design based on the understanding
or belief of the Egyptians understanding of life after death. They
believed that a soul of a person would cross the river of life after 4
days, if a person is to be bought back to life it had to be done
within these 4 days else even God could not do anything. The Egyptians
and even the Greek believed this and thus went to great extent to
please the so called powers which transports the dead soul.

The tomb had 2 levels, the body was kept in the top level which was
land level and embalmed for 3 days and on the 4 day it was moved to
the lower level which was 1 floor below and had steps to go down. This
belief of after life had engulfed the minds of those who called
themselves Jews and also many of those who followed or believed in
Jesus.

Jesus wanted to crush this belief therefore waited to reach the place
only after 4 days. He did not move the stone or tell His disciples to
do it, but instead made the people who had gather for the funeral
ceremony to move the stone. He even made Lazarus to come out of the
tomb by himself, right from the lower level climbing the steps in the
dark with bands of cloth tied all round him.

A Christian is a spirit being living in a human body not a human being
having a spirit. We may follow traditions in the start but as we grow
in the Lord we need to stop traditions and walk in spirit and
understanding. If we continue traditions then we become spiritually
dead people, and to these people the Lord says ‘take away the stone'.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, many of your sheep are put in tombs behind stones of traditions.
They are been deceived that they are following You but are made to
follow man and vanity. They are deceived to become spiritually dead
and kept far from knowing You and led to slaughter. Lord, we pray for
your sheep and command every tombstone to be moved and let your people
experience Resurrection Power and be saved...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Leviticus 23:1-2
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning
the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy
convocations, even these are my feasts.

Leviticus 23:41-44
41 And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year.
It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate
it in the seventh month.
42 Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born
shall dwell in booths:
43 That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel
to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am
the LORD your God.
44 And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.

Leviticus 10:11 - And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the
statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.

Romans 14:23b - for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Colossians 2:8 - Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and
vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the
world, and not after Christ.

Old Testament - The Word of God

The Old Testament

Today the Lord wants me to share with you on the Old Testament. This
book has been attacked greatly for it is the main part of the Bible.
People due to lack of understanding and out of mischief have tried
very hard to shelf this book away so that the Truth is not known to
the people.

For example to know Jesus Christ without the Old Testament it is not
possible. Jesus of Nazareth was called Christ the Saviour because He
fulfilled the (300+) prophesies written about Him in the Old
Testament.

In the New Testament there is only one Prophetic book (Instructions
for salvation of man - Word of God) that is the book called the Gospel
of John, since it is kind of an autobiography of Jesus, all other
books explain which is already given (Teachings) or are recordings of
what happened - testimonies (recordings) (some like the other Gospels
are both).

Take the Epistles or even the book Revelation and you will find they
explain the Word which was already spoken by the Prophets. I have yet
not found one new matter in any of the other books of the New
Testament which has not already been documented in the Old Testament
(39 books). Jesus said He did not come to change the Law but fulfil it
(the Law was not exclusive Moses but all the other Prophets). What
Jesus did was He showed us the right way to understand the books of
the Prophets (Old Testament).

People (early Church) claim to have put the Bible together which is a
lie. Did this church give the Jews their Torah (Books of Moses) and
the other books of the Old Testament which they refer to?

The Old Testament which we have was existing even during the time of
Jesus just the way we have it. There were some minor changes like the
book of Psalms was at that time in 5 parts and named according to the
books of Moses (Pentateuch) and sorted according to the storyline of
the book of Moses; that is why David's first Psalm is not in the
start.

The Old Testament was written in primarily Hebrew with a small section
in Aramaic; like half of the book of Daniel and few scriptures in some
books.

The Dead Sea Scrolls are ancient documents found in earthen pots in
several sealed caves on the banks of the Dead Sea. These documents are
Greek translation of the whole Old Testaments except of one book - the
book of Esther (which is a chronicle - recording to show fulfilment
and understanding of prophesies). By the procedures followed (there
were 3 generations / systems used) to translate it is learned that
these were done over a period of 150 years. Surprisingly during the
time of Jesus it was in process and it was James the brother of Jesus
who was instrument in getting these documents put safely into the
caves before 70AD. Ironically they were accidently found by a young
Muslim shepherd boy named Mohammed.

Jesus kept every word of the Old Testament and yet He did not do
anything which the Jews did. He was the first man to have the right
understanding of these books. In the book of Acts it is written even
when Paul preached the people of Thessalonica confirmed his teachings
with the scriptures (Old Testament). Most people do not understand the
book of Revelations because they do not link them to their source
scriptures and put them in their actual timespan.

The first thing that Satan did when he attacked the Church, he caused
them to break the Bible into 2 parts calling it Old and New. What are
old and new in the Bible are the Covenants not the Word of God.

If one does not study the Old Testament then one will never know Jesus
Christ for He is the manifestation of the Word and without knowing Him
one will never understand the Old Testament. So we see Jesus is so
integrated with the Old Testament, which raises the question how can
we call it old when Jesus is the New Adam?

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You alone are Truth and your Word is Truth. Satan tries to
mislead and take your people away from You so that they will be
consumed by vanity and your wrath. The first thing he did is to try
and distort your Word - your instructions for man's salvation. He
hates man for he does not man to be blessed and receive all that
belonged to him and much more, although his doom is already written.
Lord, we pray that people discern the games of Satan and know the
value of your Word. We pray Lord they come to know You better through
your Word and the manifestation on the Word in Christ and have
authority in You...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Luke 2:22-23
22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of
Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him
to the Lord;
23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth
the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)

Luke 24:25-31
25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all
that the prophets have spoken:
26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto
them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he
made as though he would have gone further.
29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward
evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread,
and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out
of their sight.

John 1:17 - For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came
by Jesus Christ.

Matthew 5:17-19
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am
not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or
one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments,
and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of
heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be
called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Acts 17:10-14
10 Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to
Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews.
11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that
they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures
daily to find out whether these things were so.
12 Therefore many of them believed, and also not a few of the Greeks,
prominent women as well as men.
13 But when the Jews from Thessalonica learned that the word of God
was preached by Paul at Berea, they came there also and stirred up the
crowds.
14 Then immediately the brethren sent Paul away, to go to the sea;
but both Silas and Timothy remained there.

Being a Christian

Luke 1: 77-78
77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of
their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on
high hath visited us,
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of
death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Luke 1: 77-78 (Interlinear translation)
To give knowledge of salvation to the people of Him by forgiveness of
sins of them, because of (the) bowels of mercy of God of us, whereby
will visit us east (sunrise) from high, to appear to the (ones) in
darkness and in a shadow of death sitting, to guide the feet of us
into a way of peace.

When Zacharias the father of John the Baptist prophesied about John it
was not a prophecy for him alone. In the New Testament the first
Christian was John the Baptist and this prophecy is an instruction for
each and every Christian.

Preaching, evangelizing and witnessing Christ is not the job of a
select few who stand on stages but is the primary job of each and
every Christian. Can I be living in (born, bought up and resident)
Bangladesh and say I am British? To be citizen of a country I need to
be residing / residence of that country.

In Spirit world we become a citizen of the place we dwell in and there
is no non-residence citizenship there. The moment we are far from a
place for long we can lose citizenship of that place.

Today's message tells us that salvation is not for all but only His
people. Although all have sinned and are dwelling in the east, the
Lord because of His merciful nature has sent us His Son to give Light
(reveal Himself) to all (His people only) who do not know Him.

Spirit world is not like our world and everything there is relative to
God. A place far from God means the inhabitants of that place do not
know Him or His ways and are called people of darkness or dweller of
the east. East is left and west is right, right is not to do with
direction but to do with righteousness. A person who walks in
righteousness is one who dwells in spiritual west or on the right hand
of the Lord.

Heaven is up does not mean really up for the earth is round and there
is no North Pole star there. God is the Polar star, the Sun and the
center of everything and He is not a body but spirit, so not a
physical reference but reference only by His Nature. The primary
reference of Him is His Holiness, His Righteousness and Light (Truth).
No one else can be given these references for every other being even
in Heaven lack these before Him.

When man sinned man willingly chose to be far from God and therefore
God cut Himself from man and therefore man does not know Him at all.
To know God first man needed to be forgiven of his sins and then by
knowing Jesus Christ man comes to know God and come to dwell in His
Kingdom.

People who love darkness are not God's people, people who do not love
life are not God's people, people who do not love peace are not God's
people, people who love sin are not God's people and to such people
the message of peace through Jesus Christ does not make any sense.
Even those who hear the message and believe in Jesus Christ are not
truly His people even though they may be of His flock. For receiving
the forgiveness of sins is only half the part of being Christian the
second half calls us to know God, receive His Light and walk in His
ways.

Most Christians do the first half and think they will reach Heaven.
They are fooled by Satan and their own stupidity. Sitting in a car
does reach you to any place but only when the car is started, driven
and guided to its destination would we reach the place we want.

Open your spiritual eyes as see; you will find thousands and thousands
of Christians sitting in parked cars thinking they will reach their
destination. If you too are in such a state, wake up today before
laziness and stiffness of limbs engulf you totally.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, You are the manifestation of the mercy of God and by You
alone man receives forgiveness of sins and comes into the process to
know God and have eternal life. Although your message was for all but
You came only for your people, for your sheep. In your flock are sheep
and goats. On Judgment Day You will separate the goats from the sheep
and the goats will be put in the lake of fire while only the sheep
will enter the House your Father. Lord, we prayer your message of
forgiveness reach to all your people by those who have heard it and we
also prayer more and more do not stop there but continue the journey
to know You and walk your ways...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Genesis 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of
the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every
way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

John 17:9-10
9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou
hast given me; for they are thine.
10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

Matthew 25:31-33
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy
angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall
separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from
the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

John 10:25-29
25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works
that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish,
neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is
able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

That Day of Wrath

Zephaniah 1:15 - That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and
distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and
gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

Since a few years the Lord has day and day again warned about the Day
of His wrath or revenge. To understand what is in store on that day we
need to understand the words well and today's scripture gives a very
beautiful picture of that day.

In most English translation the words lose the whole value of the
scripture when translated from their Hebrew or Greek original words
like in today's scripture. It is not that translations are wrong but
when the understanding gets clearer throughout the Bible, the
translations can be improved.

I will take the Hebrew words, the translation and their root meanings
and prove the understanding with what Jesus explained of these times.

Hebrew word - translated - comes from the root meaning
Yowm - day - period of time (here does not mean a 24hrs day)
'ebrah - wrath - overflow
Tsarah - trouble - distress
[email=m@tsuwqah]m@tsuwqah[/email] - distress - pillar / column
show' - wasteness - (unused root meaning) to rush over
[email=m@show'ah]m@show'ah[/email] - desolation - destruction
choshek - darkness - to become dark
'aphelah - gloominess - very dark
'anan - clouds - soothsayer / sorceress
'araphel - thick darkness - drip

Some of the root meanings are symbolic so I will list them below
Overflow - speaks of the abundant down flow of the Spirit of God
Pillar - symbolizes promise
Rush over - symbolizes the speed at which things will happen
Drip - symbolizes the reduction of the mercy of God since rain
symbolizes His mercy

Zephaniah 1:15 (with root meanings) - That period is a period of
abundant down flow of the Spirit of God, a period of distress and
promise, a period of rush and destruction, a period of darkness and
pitch darkness, a period of sorceresses and reduction of the mercy of
God,

What we see is this period which is called The Day of Lord's Revenge,
there will be great anointed men and women of God which means we will
see more Men and Women of God then were during the time when Israel
was outcaste to Babylon. These Men and Women would be more powerful
(having authority) then even what we read Elijah or Jeremiah or Daniel
did for even Jesus said we would do greater things than He did. At
the same time there will be many who believe in dark things like
sorcery more than the false prophets Jezebel had - Jesus said in those
days there would be many anti-christs who will mislead. It will be a
time when many prophesies will be fulfilled in a short period - Jesus
said unless all scriptures are fulfilled the end will not come. People
will experience many great disasters one greater than another and the
so called ordinary people will be crushed. During this time the mercy
of God will be reduced on the people who do not know Him. God had
allowed these people to prosper and multiply since long for His people
were far from Him but during this period He will make these people
whom He calls as grass to pay a great price for not acknowledging Him
or hardening their hearts against Him.

In short this is the period when Babylon the Great of Revelation will fall.

I could have gone deeper and given a broader picture with this one
scripture. What we see today happening is just the start of this
period. For the people of God it is a great Day, a day of rejoicing
for all the persecution which they have been put to all these years
but yet we need to be sober and pray for the little ones so that they
do not get crushed in this mayhem.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You gave us the Word to warn us of the times and to prepare us
so that we do not become victims to these calamities. You have written
the beginning and the end, You have written the prosperity and the
destruction also and given us the choice to choose our path. Those who
choose You and walk in your path will receive eternal prosperity and
life and those who do not will receive death. Lord we pray more and
more of your people open their eyes to these times of prophesies and
turn from their ways...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Things in us, which can separate us from the love of Christ

Romans 8:35 - Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or
peril, or sword?

In today's message the Lord is telling us even though His love is so
great there are things which can separate us from His love. Some of
these things may seem normal and we ignore their power in separating
us from the love of Jesus Christ.

Tribulation: the word used here means pressure. When we come under
pressure we can easily distance ourselves from the love of Christ.
When we know God then pressure should not exist in our lives. We think
pressure is normal because the world tells us so, but been in pressure
means distancing ourselves from the power of God and His greatest
power for us is the manifestation of His love.

Distress: this word literally means narrow place. People who are in
distress are people who put themselves in a narrow place. They are
people who make their world small so much that they live alone in
their world. Rejecting the existence of God also means rejecting His
love.

Persecution: means facing resistance or problems due to belief or
living life as the Nature of God asks us to. People think persecution
is bad but in reality is strengthens our relation with the Lord. Like
Paul says when he was weak he was the strongest in faith. Not that we
should pray for persecution or pursue it but when it comes we should
rejoice for by overcoming it, it brings us to know the love of our
Lord better. Submitting or coming under persecuting separates from the
Lord and His love.

Famine: this word has 2 meanings for it means lack of harvest.
Lack of harvest for each one means lack of Manna the Heavenly food or
the understanding of the Word of God. Continually not pursuing the
spiritual food which God gives great importance to, is indirectly
rejecting God.
Harvest also refers to people of God. Lack of fellowship is like a
famine in our lives. We have the wrong notion that being exclusive or
introvert helps us spiritually and that is the lie of the devil. There
is a difference between socializing and fellowshipping. Lord is
telling us to fellowship not socialize. Building people and our bonds
of love with the people of God reinforces our love with the Lord.

Nakedness: this does not have to do with clothes. It has to do with
fleshy desires. In the book of Moses the Lord said a person showing
his or her nakedness to his brother or sister would be cut off from
His people. It was to do with the one's fleshy desires or lustfulness
of a person. When we are deep in desire of anything earthly we stand
naked spiritually. The Bible says such persons are thrown out of the
Lord's Kingdom.

Peril: the word means uncertainty. Many Christians use the word ‘luck'
and do not understand the danger of this term. We are people who know
our God is in control of everything and when we believe in luck or
uncertainty we are rejecting either God or His power or His
omnipotence.

Sword: this is an interesting fact. The Word of God is called the
Sword of God. His Word has 2 sides to it. It can be the Rock that
saves us when we accept it or our stumbling rock when we reject it.
This double edges sword can protect us and lead our way towards God or
can destroy us when we come against it.

So we see many of these factors were to us not so relevant and we did
not understand the danger of being in them. Today the Lord has exposed
these dangers, so let us be alert and make sure we keep ourselves far
from them and closer to His love. Being in the Lord meaning living His
Nature helps us overcome these factors and makes us conquerors.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, by becoming our sacrificial Lamb, You expressed your love
for us. The depth of your sacrifice has been hidden from man and no
man can ever comprehend it. Like John wrote no amount of books ever
would able to record all that You have done. We thank You Lord for
enlightening us of the dangers of these factors that can disconnect us
from You. We are conquers in You and when in You these things have no
power over us. Help us Lord remain in You so as to overcome these
areas if we are in them and never to reject your love for your love is
all that holds us to You and to our spirit life...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Romans 8:31-39
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can
be against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all,
how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God
that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather,
that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also
maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation,
or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or
sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we
are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him
that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to
separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Lord will bring down the fortified cities of this world

Zephaniah 1:16 - A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced
cities, and against the high towers.

Since past few years people are seeing great changes happening, the
world over. These include natural disasters, chaos in different parts
of the world; before that there were sudden popping of new diseases
and start of famines in various parts of the world. People may say
such things have been happening even before, but just think, when did
all these happen together in such short period of time?

Of late we read of a great country like America getting economical
shaken up and soon other major countries in Europe are failing heel to
these economic shaking.

Sometimes back in the month of May some people close to me and well to
do were comparing their worldly prosperity with mine and commented on
their so called blessings as reward for all the traditions they
followed which are void of God. I was not aware of this conversation
but the night before, I was given a message but the Lord of what was
stored near to the end of the monsoons.

The Lord had shown me the judgment and disasters which He will bring
upon these high head people who live on hills.

In today's message the Lord says we are living in a time of prophesy
(trumpet). These days are days before the Day of the Lord's revenge
(not to be confused with the Judgment Day). The Lord is slow to anger
but He stores His wrath for people who are stiff necked. People who
know Him, have been blessed by Him and have seen His glory and are
still far from Him.

The Lord says in today's message people who think they have money or
property or good jobs or businesses which will take provide for them
and save them in the time of trouble, they need to wake up. They may
be Christians, going to church or services or outreaches but in their
personal life Lord has no place.

The Lord is not a patient or an abundant old aged person whom you
visit once a week or once a month and give some things to content
yourself of being good. He is our God and Creator and Provider and
Giver of Life. It does not take Him a nanosecond to disconnect our
life system or remove the carpet under our feet and turn our world
upside down.

The Lord in fact is warning us soon He is going to shake the world of
these so called fake Christians who have confidence in what they have.
They may be saying prayers but their prayers are just babblings and
make no sense to God nor do they hardly give thought to what they say.
Their lives are void of God, they may do charity to show people they
are good or to contend themselves but the hidden things they do in
life is like blood on their hands. The Lord says when they lift these
hands up for prayer it angers Him.

Not that there is any person who is good but when people do wrong and
try to justify them as good or think God does not see their deeds and
they come before Him in white robes, angers Him.

When the Lord showed me these people He showed me as people living in
caves on hills (high places). The Lord showed me 2 types of disasters
which will take place to these people. You may be a country which
calls yourself a Christian country, you may be a church or ministry
which calls itself a Christian church or ministry, you may be an
individual who calls yourself a Christian, but if you are one of those
who have built for yourself a fortified walls and a comfort zone, the
Lord is going to soon ruffle your nest.

You may feel the Lord is being harsh but in fact it is His mercy that
He is doing all this. He is doing it so as to wake these people up and
save them from the real disaster which will follow after all this.

So let all of us who are in this category wake up to this trumpet call
and turn our ways to the Lord.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord God, your Throne is make of sapphire and the ground around You is
made of sapphire for your Throne is Mercy and it is your mercy that
does not destroy us when we come before your presence. No man was
found worthy and it was in your mercy that You came and became our
Corner Stone. Your ways are not man's ways for your world is not man's
world. Your wisdom is not understood by man, but it is by your Son and
your Spirit that we come to know You. Father God, You revealed us your
Son, your Son reveals us your Spirit and your Spirit reveals You to
us. Work in us Lord and save your people from the real disaster...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Zephaniah 1:14-18
14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth
greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall
cry there bitterly.
15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day
of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day
of clouds and thick darkness,
16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and
against the high towers.
17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like
blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood
shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.
18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them
in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured
by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance
of all them that dwell in the land.

Proverbs 6:16-19
16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in
running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord
among brethren.

Isaiah 59:1-8
1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save;
neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and
your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with
iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered
perverseness.
4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in
vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth
iniquity.
5 They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that
eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out
into a viper.
6 Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover
themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and
the act of violence is in their hands.
7 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood:
their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are
in their paths.
8 The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their
goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein
shall not know peace.

Ezekiel 23:36-45
36 The LORD said moreover unto me; Son of man, wilt thou judge Aholah
and Aholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations;
37 That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands,
and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also
caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through
the fire, to devour them.
38 Moreover this they have done unto me: they have defiled my
sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my sabbaths.
39 For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they
came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have
they done in the midst of mine house.
40 And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto
whom a messenger was sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst
wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,
41 And satest upon a stately bed, and a table prepared before it,
whereupon thou hast set mine incense and mine oil.
42 And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with
the men of the common sort were brought Sabeans from the wilderness,
which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their
heads.
43 Then said I unto her that was old in adulteries, Will they now
commit whoredoms with her, and she with them?
44 Yet they went in unto her, as they go in unto a woman that playeth
the harlot: so went they in unto Aholah and unto Aholibah, the lewd
women.
45 And the righteous men, they shall judge them after the manner of
adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because
they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.

Peter was selected to lead

Luke 24:12 - Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and
stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and
departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.

How would it be if in the place of the head, the stomach is put right
on the top? Such a thing is unimaginable for us but we do not realize
in the Church we have made the body of Christ into worse than a
Frankenstein.

The hierarchy of the labours of the Lord's Vineyard (not rulers) has
been given in the Bible and was followed by the early Church of the
Apostles. This system was given by the Lord even during the time of
Moses (in the understanding of the dress of the High Priest - Aaron)
but was never followed for the Word was never understood until Jesus
came and revealed it.

It is very sad that the Nicolaitan system penetrated in the Church
after the early Apostles' Church. One of the main points of
misunderstanding which caused this was to do with Peter being selected
to lead the fellowship. During the time of Peter, he did not set any
system which has been followed today in his name but it was only after
his death that this system came into existence in his name.

Peter being selected had nothing to do with his name and his name in
Greek does not mean 'rock' as most are told but means 'pebble' or
'small stone'. But it was true that Peter was selected to lead the
fellowship and the confirmation was in the scripture which we received
today.

In today message the Lord is telling us how Peter was selected to lead
the fellowship when he did something according to the book of Moses.

After the news of Jesus' resurrection reached the disciples, they went
to the tomb to confirm in the book of John this same event is given
more clearly where even though John reached the tomb earlier he did
not enter the tomb nor touch the linen cloth laid on the floor. It was
Peter who entered and bending down took hold of the cloth. Peter was
fulfilling the instructions according to the book of Moses in which
the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies and after offering the
blood sacrifice on the Mercy Seat would drop his linen cloth on the
floor and the one who was to take his position would enter and take
hold of that cloth.

Peter leading the fellowship did not mean he was boss but meant he was
the greater servant among them. One can see the coordination among the
fellowship by reading the book of Acts. All that Paul did he updated
the fellowship but did not wait for instructions from them to do
everything. He and others were led by the Holy Spirit and did
according to the Holy Spirit, but being part of a body they did
coordinate between each other. Not that there was no misunderstanding
between them but this misunderstanding did not come between their work
nor did it last long.

The Bible is called the Book of Instructions. It gives us the Lord's
instructions on how the Lord wants us to do things, for it is the only
way which will succeed in achieving good. Any other way may seem good
but will not achieve anything good; over the long run everything will
be exposed by its fruits.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are all knowing and all seeing. You have seen the past, the
present and the future and You know what is good and therefore gave is
your Word to guide us to all goodness. Before You came as man, no one
understood the Word, it was only when the Word was made flesh (a
message) which could be received by man that the Word started being
revealed to man. Lord, your Temple still needs to be bought back in
glory and your labourers are been made confused by the Beast. Lord,
open the minds of your people and reveal the Word unto your people...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
John 20:3-8
3 Peter therefore went forth, and the other disciple, and they went
toward the tomb.
4 And they ran both together: and the other disciple outran Peter,
and came first to the tomb;
5 and stooping and looking in, he seeth the linen cloths lying; yet
entered he not in.
6 Simon Peter therefore also cometh, following him, and entered into
the tomb; and he beholdeth the linen cloths lying,
7 and the napkin, that was upon his head, not lying with the linen
cloths, but rolled up in a place by itself.
8 Then entered in therefore the other disciple also, who came first
to the tomb, and he saw, and believed.

Revelation 1:1-7
1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith
he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the
midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou
canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say
they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast
laboured, and hast not fainted.

Leviticus 16:15-33
15 Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the
people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as
he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy
seat, and before the mercy seat:
16 And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the
uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their
transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the
tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst
of their uncleanness.
17 And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation
when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come
out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household,
and for all the congregation of Israel.
18 And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and
make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock,
and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar
round about.
19 And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven
times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the
children of Israel.
20 And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and
the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the
live goat:
21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat,
and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and
all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head
of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the
wilderness:
22 And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land
not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
23 And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and
shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into
the holy place, and shall leave them there:
24 And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put
on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the
burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and
for the people.
25 And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn upon the altar.
26 And he that let go the goat for the scapegoat shall wash his
clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the
camp.
27 And the bullock for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin
offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy
place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in
the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
28 And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his
flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.
29 And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh
month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and
do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a
stranger that sojourneth among you:
30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to
cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your
souls, by a statute for ever.
32 And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate
to minister in the priest's office in his father's stead, shall make
the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy
garments:
33 And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he
shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and
for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for
all the people of the congregation.

Matthew 16:15-18
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of
the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon
Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my
Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock
[Truth] I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not
prevail against it.

Bringing in the crowd

Mark 3:20 - Then the multitude came together again, so that they could
not so much as eat bread.

In today's scripture we read about a very large crowd getting gathered
in the house where Jesus meets with His disciples. Just some time back
Jesus was at Tyre and Sidon where a large crowd was gathered around
Him and it was a time when He allowed His anointing to manifest such
that any person who touched Him would be healed or delivered. This
caused a problem for Him because the evil spirits in the people would
make the persons to fall down before Him and shout out that He was
‘the Son of God'. Jesus had to command them not to declare this for
the time was not right. He even went on a boat so as to keep away from
the crowd.

In the house the crowd was even much more and we see that this
happened after Jesus selected and bought together His twelve disciples
whom He wanted to prepare to do the job of preaching unto the whole
world and bring them into authority to heal and deliver. Jesus had
many others in the troupe who usually were with Him but He selected
only twelve as per the design of the Kingdom of God like God
maintained the number twelve with the tribes of Israel.

The most important agenda for most preachers today or most Churches
are to fill the church or hall with maximum people. The prime focus is
the crowd since with the crowd comes fame and money.

In the early Church of the Apostles we read that when they did what
was right in the eyes of God, it was the Lord Who added people to the
congregation. They did not resort to publicity campaigns or tricks or
threats or promotions to get people in the congregations.

With Jesus we read it was by the knowledge of Who He was that people
gathered around Him and the second time when He did according to the
Will of His Father that people gathered around Him.

If we know who we are in God that itself will cause people to be drawn
unto us. And to get even more people we need to also follow the
instructions of the Lord God.

We need to always remember that it is the Lord Who is the Lord of the
Harvest. It is He Who gives us the harvest. If we are struggling to
find people to preach or people are exiting the Church we need to
introspect and see if we are knowledgeable of who we as Christians are
in the Lord and if we are following His instructions?

The Jewish High Priest to gather people in the synagogue on the feast
of the Passover conspired with the Pharisees to crucify Jesus. We need
to ask ourselves are we too again crucifying the Lord Jesus Christ so
as to fill our Churches or our Ministries, for fame and money.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we pray for the Shepherds You have appointed to lead your sheep
may they try to do your work with their own efforts and intelligence.
We pray they following your instructions and be aware of who they
represent on this earth. You are Lord of the Host, Almighty and
Omnipotent. You are also the Lord of the Harvest and it is up to your
discreet as to how much to give and to whom. You love your flock and
would not like any harm be done against them...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Mark 3:7-15
7 But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a
great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,
8 And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and
they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what
great things he did, came unto him.
9 And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him
because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
10 For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to
touch him, as many as had plagues.
11 And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and
cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
12 And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.
13 And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he
would: and they came unto him.
14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he
might send them forth to preach,
15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:

Acts 2:44-47
44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men,
as every man had need.
46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and
breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness
and singleness of heart,
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord
added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Acts 5:3-14
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie
to the Holy Spirit, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold,
was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in
thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost:
and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not
knowing what was done, came in.
8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for
so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to
tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have
buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the
ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying
her forth, buried her by her husband.
11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard
these things.
12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders
wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in
Solomon's porch.
13 And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people
magnified them.
14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of
men and women.)

Acts 11:19-24
19 Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that
arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and
Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only.
20 And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they
were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord
Jesus.
21 And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number
believed, and turned unto the Lord.
22 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church
which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should
go as far as Antioch.
23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and
exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto
the Lord.
24 For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith:
and much people was added unto the Lord.

Getting recognized as a Christian

Mark 14:67 - And when she saw Peter warming himself, she looked upon
him, and said, And thou also wast with Jesus of Nazareth.

We as Christians need to realize the dangerous truth that once we
become Christians, which means that once we make Jesus Christ our Lord
and Master and start to walk in His Word, then there is no way back to
the life we came from.

A Christian is easily identifiable from the people of this world and
the people of this world will not take time to point us out as being
Christian. Even if we slide back and try to turn back to previous ways
of life, it would not take time for any person of this world to know
that there is something different about us.

I have numerous testimonies of people who tried to back lid to their
previous way of life but landed in such great disasters that they
would not have imagined. We need to understand there is not turning
back to the point we came from. The moment we step forward in our
spiritual life the land behind us tilts / slopes downwards. So a step
behind will not allow us to stay in that place, it will keep taking is
right down. Therefore if we slide back we need to immediately
comeback; if we delay we will keep sliding more and more backwards
even if we try to stay still.

Being a Christian makes us stand out of the people of this world. Our
ways are not like their ways, our thoughts are not like their thoughts
and our priorities are not like their priorities.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, You came as man and became the Light of the world, as your
disciples we too are to become a light unto others, shining your Light
which is in us. Lord, we pray that by your Spirit we living in this
world be not like the people of this world but more and more stand out
as your people emitting your glory amongst us. Lord, we pray for all
those who are spiritually not moving ahead or have slide back, that
your grace be abundant on them and they move ahead...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 5:13-16
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his
savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for
nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a
candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good
works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

John 3:18-21
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth
not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of
the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world,
and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were
evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to
the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be
made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 17:14-17
14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because
they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but
that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Romans 12:1-2
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye
present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the
renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and
acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The Great Exchange

2 Corinthians 5:21 - For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew
no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

We have always been told about the 'Great Exchange' on the crucifix,
where Jesus took all our sins on Himself so that we become righteous
in Him. In today's message Paul explains this 'Great Exchange' very
beautifully.

He uses the words 'we might be made the righteousness of God in Him';
He does not say we are completely made righteous but uses the word
'might'.

Many think by accepting the sacrifice of Jesus in our lives we are
made righteous, this is not fully true. It also cannot be termed fully
wrong.

Jesus had no sin in Him and He took the sins of man on Himself when
man laid hands on His head while placing the crown of thorns on Him,
like it was done in the book of Moses where hands were laid on the
head of the sacrifice to transfer the sins on to the sacrifice.

If we read a few scriptures before, Paul clearly states the main
purpose of Jesus' sacrifice was to reconcile man to God. Paul again
and again emphasises on reconciliation; that we need to continue and
pursue this reconciliation. The Greek word 'katallasso' translated as
reconciliation at places is also translated as 'exchange'. The word is
made of 2 words 'after' and 'change'. The word reconciliation or
exchange does not mean a swap but means a start of a process which
finishes with a complete change.

When Jesus said 'it is finished' on the crucifix He did not mean He
completely saved us and we all who believe in Him are going to Heaven.
No doubt all who believe in Him will be 'saved' and will not go to
Hell but it also does not mean we will go to Heaven.

Jesus said only those who overcome and in some places He states only
those who keep His Father's Word will enter Heaven when He comes again
to judge us.

What Jesus did on the crucifix is He completed the process required to
begin the change of man to become sons of God. That is why after the
sacrifice Jesus gave us the Helper - the Holy Spirit of God to
continue the process of change.

Thus the Great Exchange of the Cross of Jesus means our commitment to
Jesus to change. This change needs to begin from inside. It starts
with our belief, then our nature and then our habits and way of life.

If we state we have done The Exchange and do not change and continue
the change then we are fooling ourselves and trying to fool God.

Let us look at ourselves from the day we accepted Jesus into our lives
and ourselves today and let us make an assessment of how much we have
changed and gauge our commitment to the Great Exchange.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, we thank You for being our sacrifice. You took our sins on
You and became the peace sacrifice. You started the reconciliation
process between God and man. Lord with You coming into my life, my
life has not been the same. Lord, we pray this continues and we become
completely different. Let this change prove we are no longer children
of Adam but God's children and grafted in You...

[Reference Scriptures]
2 Corinthians 5:15-21
15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not
henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and
rose again.
16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though
we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him
no more.
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old
things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by
Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto
himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed
unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech
you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we
might be made the righteousness of God in him.

John 5:26-29
26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the
Son to have life in himself;
27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he
is the Son of man.
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that
are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the
resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the
resurrection of damnation.

Ephesians 2:13-16
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been
brought near by the blood of Christ.
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken
down the middle wall of separation,
15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of
commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one
new man from the two, thus making peace,
16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through
the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It
is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

John 17:4-10
4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which
thou gavest me to do.
5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the
glory which I had with thee before the world was.
6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of
the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have
kept thy word.
7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me
are of thee.
8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they
have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee,
and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou
hast given me; for they are thine.
10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

John 16:7-15
7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I
go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but
if I depart, I will send Him to you.
8 "And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of
righteousness, and of judgment:
9 "of sin, because they do not believe in Me;
10 "of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;
11 "of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
12 "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.
13 "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide
you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but
whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
14 "He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.
15 "All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He
will take of Mine and declare it to you.

Pray for good conscience

Hebrews 13: 18,19 - Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a
good conscience, in all things desiring to live honorably. But I
especially urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you the
sooner.

In today's message the Lord highlights the one area where most Men and
Women of God fall and that is the (over) confidence they have with
their conscience.

Our soul or inner man is connected to our body by our five senses and
to our spirit by our conscience (which people call as sixth sense).
People usually mistake the control or discernment of our senses as
conscience, but actually conscience is to do with discernment of the
communication our inner man or heart has with the spirit world which
includes our own spirit, the Holy Spirit and even the evil spirits.

Like radio waves there is constant broadcast of communication in the
spirit world and it matters which channel we are tuned into as to what
we receive. The tuning is effected by the state of our heart, if our
heart is at unrest then there are very high chances that we will tune
into the evil spirit or our own spirit. To tune into the Holy Spirit
we need to keep our hearts at rest. The Lord says 'be still and know I
am God'.

Most workers of the Lord's vineyard fail or get lost because they at
times think they are tuned with the Holy Spirit but instead were tuned
with their own spirit or at times communicate with an evil spirit.

We need always be on guard in this area and the only way is to do what
military persons do to identify communications - coding. We need to
decode every spiritual communication and this means to check it up
with the Word of God. If any communication does not tally with the
Word of God we can be sure it is not from the Holy Spirit. It may be
an evil spirit or even our own spirit trying to influence our minds.
It is this infiltration that causes many to become puppets in the
hands of Satan or weak in body, mind and spirit. Our spirit will be
strong only when it takes refuge in the Holy Spirit Who is the Rock of
our salvation.

Let us who are workers of the Lord's vineyard not be over confidence
but always alert and those who are yet not become workers of the
vineyard, we request you always to keep the workers in prayer that
this very critical area the Lord protects by giving them a good
conscience.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord as You said the people of this world can harm our bodies but if
we do not have a good conscience we can lose our soul. This worldly
death is nothing, but the second death - the death of our spirit is
the real death which we should be worried of. Lord we pray You give a
good conscience to all the workers of your vineyard. Protect their
discernment and help them to control their heart to be still in You...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Psalms 46:7-10
7 The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah
8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, Who has made desolations in the earth.
9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and
cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the
nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

Matthew 10:28
28 "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Acts 23:1-2
1 Then Paul, looking earnestly at the council, said, "Men and
brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this
day."
2 And the high priest Ananias commanded those who stood by him to
strike him on the mouth.

Romans 9:1
1 I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also
bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit,

1 Corinthians 8:12
12 But when you thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak
conscience, you sin against Christ.

1 Timothy 1:5-7
5 Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, a
good conscience, and sincere faith,
6 from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk,
7 desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they
say nor the things which they affirm.

The True Knowledge

1 Timothy 6:20 - O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust,
avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is
falsely called knowledge

Today's scripture has a tremendous depth to what Paul advices Timothy.
When I sat in the morning to write this message I had some trace but
situations did not allow me. Through this day many things happened but
when I sat to reflect on this message and some of the events that
happened today I realized the depth of today's message.

The Lord is telling us the knowledge we receive from the Bible is
priceless and we need to understand the value of it.

Today I was scanning through the TV channels I came across some of the
children movies which showed about goblins, fairies, ogres and soul
snatching etc. These movies brain wash the children and sow seeds of
occult and make it difficult for them to know the Truth.

As adults we know these worlds are unreal but children sometimes live
in these worlds. It may surprise you that even adults as so influenced
by these fantasy world that they have mixed the Truth with these
fantasy world. For example they imagine Angels to be like fairies
females with wings. Firstly the Angels are addressed as male (not that
they are like earthly males) and like I wrote before all beings in
Heaven have the same gender male. Secondly Angels have no wings, nor a
body of flesh like we do. They are spirit beings and have powers to
take any form, like appear as a human in the flesh. The spirit world
is more real than the natural world we live in.

We adults laugh at the children when they speak of fairy land but we
do not realize our world itself is like a fairy land and the real
world is the spirit world. We the children of God are children of
spirit and thus aliens in this world.

Like Paul advised Timothy, the Lord is advising us not to get lost in
the knowledge of this world. The word translated as knowledge is also
translated as science in the New Testament. It means the knowledge of
this world which we take as science or consider as unchangeable are as
Paul states as idle babbling, profane and untrue. That does not mean
we turn a blind eye to all that exist. If we eye all that God created
in its true understanding we too will say like God did ‘it is good'.
Scriptures state when the whole Truth will come into man nature will
submit to man. Like commanded the storm it obeyed so also all
creation, animal, bird etc. the whole of nature will obey. Man will
have power like sons of God (Angels).

[Prayer Starter]
Lord God, You are Spirit and your Kingdom is Spirit Kingdom. Your
Kingdom is real and this world we live in is temporary. You created
this world with purpose and when that purpose is fulfilled all these
cease to exist. Your Word reveals the Truth, it gives us knowledge of
your Kingdom which is hidden from man. Lord, we pray that our faith
increase and we dwell more in the Truth and not what this world tells
us...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
1 Timothy 6:20-21
20 O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the
profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely
called knowledge—
21 by professing it some have strayed concerning the faith. Grace be
with you. Amen.

Romans 8:19-22
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature [creation] waits for
the manifestation of the sons of God.
20 For the creature [creation] was made subject to vanity, not
willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope,
21 Because the creature [creation] itself also shall be delivered
from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the
children of God.
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in
pain together until now.

Genesis 1:27-31
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created
he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every
living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed,
which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which
is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and
to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I
have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very
good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Ephesians 2:18-19
18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.
19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but
fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,
