Selah
Psalms 66:13-15
13 I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
14Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in
trouble.
15I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense
of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah

We read the word 'Selah' often in the book of Psalms. This word occurs
75 times in the Bible - 71 times in Psalms, 3 times in Habakkuk and once
in 2 Kings. Everywhere it is given the same Strong number except for one
place which is 2 Kings 14:7 (for those who do not understand Strong
number - it is numbering system given by Strong to Hebrew and Greek
words for us to know which Greek or Hebrew word was used in the
scripture and thus with the help of Lexicon we can study the meaning of
the word, even without having knowledge of the Hebrew or Greek languages
- 'Strongs' is a book which can be got at Christian book shops and is
very necessary for the 3rd stage of Bible word study, the first being
commentaries and second cross-reference study).

Only in 2 King 14:7 Selah has the Strong number <05554> which holds the
meaning 'the rock' and elsewhere the strong number <05542> (which is
used mostly) has the root meaning 'to be valued'.

Many of the commentaries try to translate this word saying it means
'caution', which is not the case. In the Hebrew language there was no
means of emphasis in the typography of the Hebrew characters. Therefore
they would use the word Selah at the end of the sentence or paragraph to
note that the previous sentence or paragraph is of importance.

The writer of Psalms 66 uses the word Selah for today's message telling
us the set of scriptures 13-15 are of great importance. He says he goes
to the temple and offers burnt offering of rams, bullocks and goats for
the Lord to listen to his prayers. But later in verses 16, 17 & 18 he
realizes it is not the burnt offering that caused the Lord to hear his
prayers but the fear of the Lord, his praising Him and his hate towards sin.

We all think when we do God's work of proclaiming His Name to the world,
that the Lord will hear our prayers. The Lord is telling us no doubt as
Christians we are called to and is our duty to witness Him to the world,
but more important is having the fear of the Lord in us, spending time
worshiping Him and overcoming our sinful nature. Most Christians hate
the last part and to avoid it they keep themselves totally busy offering
their burnt offerings.

The Lord is not telling them to stop their burnt offering but telling
them, they need also build their personal relationship with Him and it
is that personal relationship that lets things like answering of prayers
happens. The scriptures tell us people who walk in the way of the Lord
will not even need to open their mouths to ask, they will only desire
and the Lord will answer. We see this with Jesus; His best prayers where
He did the greatest miracles were just simple thanking the Father
(Psalms 21:1-6).

Jesus followed Psalms 37 which tells us to dedicate ourselves also to
the Lord, not just dedicate Him to the world and then alone will the
Lord give us the desires of our hearts.

Let us not be an eagle to the world and an ostrich to our personal
relationship with the Lord. Let us concentrate on being overcomers as we
witness the Lord to the world so that we do a better job of witnessing
the Lord by our own life example. That we struggle not telling the world
about Christ but let them know Christ in us.

Lord, help us realize being Christian is not about being a newspaper but
is about being a model, an example to the world. We are called to
showcase the power of the Holy Spirit to the world like Jesus did. Lord,
we call ourselves Christians - followers of Christ / little Christ, so
help us work within ourselves as we go out to work in your Vineyard...

Today's Message from Chip Brogden
"We regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known
Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer."
2 CORINTHIANS 5:16

In our relationships it is easy to touch one another in the flesh.
But to put on the Lord Jesus is to make no provision for the flesh,
even in our relationships. To "know no man after the flesh" is
truly a challenge. We "project" a certain something, and either it
is ourselves, or it is Christ.

We note the personality differences between Paul, and Peter, and
John, and James, and Barnabas; even so, they each have the same
clothing, having put on the Lord Jesus. So we can touch them on a
deeper level than who they are in themselves. We can still see the
man, but we mostly see the Lord of the man. When we put on the Lord
Jesus then the outward man becomes consistent with the inward man.
This is fruitfulness, and this should be the normal experience of
all disciples of the Lord.

2 CORINTHIANS 12:10

The way of the world says that in order to be stronger, we must
build ourselves up and seek strength and dominance over others.
Christians everywhere are keenly interested in how to be increased,
how to be stronger, how to take authority, how to rise up, how to
get more. They look for methods, formulas, and techniques for
becoming bigger and better. The results have been disappointing.
Many mistakes have been made and many people have been hurt and
disillusioned.

The Lord has a different approach for us to take. He invites us to
accept weakness in order to be strengthened. We do not become
strong by embracing strength, but by embracing weakness! This is
the secret of all spiritual power. When Paul learned this secret he
was able to say, "When I am weak, then I am strong." This makes no
sense to the natural man.

The people who call themselves of God but hate Him

Hosea 11:2 - The more the prophets called them, the more they went from
them: they sacrificed unto the Baalim, and burned incense to graven images.

Since a few days I started reading a book named 'The Search' by Dr. Ron
Charles which I have been trying to get in India since a very long time
but got it lately thanks to the Internet website FlipKart.com

This book is a best seller which records the author's quest to find
about Jesus through non biblical records. These records include Jewish
church records, the Roman official documents and writings of secure
writers (non-Christians) of those times, early Church records which are
not part of the Bible, books of the early Coptic Christians from the 1st
to the 10th century, documents written in Iranic, Arabic and Semitic
languages which bore references to Jesus in the early years, etc.

I just started reading the book and am on the third chapter but I was
not surprised only saddened to read how the Jewish Church and the
Catholic Church systematically tried to destroy documents and official
records concerning Jesus. The first tried to prevent people from knowing
the deity Jesus and the second to prevent people from knowing Jesus more
than what it pictured. The Catholic Church tried all it best to destroy
or hide documents which went against its teachings.

i.e. Jewish Rabbi Ekaba who was commissioned to compile the writings of
Josephus in the second centuryhad also been given the responsibility by
the Jewish council of Rabbonis of editing any mention of Jesus. It is
also known that Rabbi Ekaba along with his students personally destroyed
over 1,000 manuscripts and documents, Christian and non-Christian alike
that mentioned the name of Jesus.

In the Catholic Church Pope Gregory IX had cartloads full of documents
(mainly of Jewish origins) burnt. In 1204 the Catholic / Christian
crusaders when concurred Constantinople burnt a library which housed
70,000 precious manuscripts and documents concerning Christ or the early
Church of which only about a 10,000 survived the fire. This burning
activity went on for six days. It is written about 1,000 Christians lost
their lives trying to save these documents. The fire was so hot that the
protection armour worn by the crusaders burning them melted. This church
during those times also retired or excommunicated priest like Alphonsus
who pursued to know more and study more about Jesus by putting them in
cells so that they do not go against church teachings. When they died no
one knew about their death for years.

Today's message was not only for the Israelites during the time of
Isaiah, Jeremiah, Hosea, Daniel, Joel, Jonah or Zephaniah and others who
were there within the span of less than 200 years. Even though these
great Men of God were with them to guide them yet the more they drew
away from God. During those times the Israelites did the worst kings of
idolatry and paganism. Today also the story has not changed. Today we
have the Spirit of God working amongst us yet we have the people of God
trying their best to draw away from the Lord. They have mastered the
technic to shut their ears to the Truth or how to drown the voice of the
Lord speaking to them. They will ignore the Truth which causes them to
turn from their desires of the flesh and will love to roll themselves in
teachings which state all is good for God is good, they do not have to
do anything, God will do all things for them and they can continue the
live they are living, God understands our weaknesses so we can continue
entertaining our fleshy desires yet we will go to Heaven.

Today the Lord is speaking to His people and asking them to turn from
their ways. They should stop being NAMESAKE Christians and start
carrying the Name (Character) of Christ in them.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we pray that your people stop being stiff-necked people that they
stop being namesake Christians and start following Christ and not just
believe in Him. Satan also know You and trembles at your Name but still
does things against your will. Lord, we pray You give your people the
courage to overcome their flesh and that they do not fear man. Open
their eyes to the Truth and pour more of your Spirit on your people...

Immigrants will one day take away your future

1 Samuel 31:2,3 - And the Philistines followed hard upon Saul and upon
his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and
Malchishua, Saul’s sons. And the battle went sore against Saul, and
the archers hit him; and he was sore wounded of the archers.

This is one of the topics when I share most people especially
Christians do not like.

Today’s preachers want to have large crowds and more money flowing
into their coffers, so they prefer teaching things which people like
to hear even though these teachings go against the teachings of the
Kingdom of God. In reality they are laying death traps for people just
to fulfil their greed and dreams.

When we attend any church service or any preaching, we are most
probable to find one of the most important parts of the service or
prayers or part of the preaching would be all about the Lord blessing
His people with abundance of worldly things either directly or via
teaching of tithes. Most of the testimonies we hear also are on those
lines. All want good jobs, more and more income, better gadgets,
better cars, bigger house, greater fame and greater power in society.
That is the reason most church trusties are more people of power or
influence and not people in the Lord who walks in His righteousness.

Talk to a Believer on this topic and they will throw scriptures like 2
Corinthians 8:9 “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that,
though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through
his poverty might be rich”.They do not understand the scripture or
what the words rich and poor imply here.

Was Jesus born in a rich family or was He having money in Heaven
before He humbled Himself and was born in a ‘poor’ family?

Firstly Jesus was not born in a poor family He was born in a family
that was self sufficient. Joseph was a carpenter and was blessed like
his wife Mary was and was able to provide for the needs of the family
till the time he was alive, after which Jesus been the eldest son did
that job until the other siblings could continue that task.

Jesus was born in a manger (wooden box used to feed) in a stable not
because they could not afford an inn but because they did not find one
and also because scriptures were to be fulfilled (note He was born in
Bethlehem - House of Bread and He was the Bread of Life for His flock
therefore born in a manger - feeding box).

The most important aspect of being a Christian is about going to our
permanent House which is Heaven. The only way to Heaven is by having
the Truth in us (therefore Jesus came to pay the price so as to let us
receive the Spirit of Truth). It is only after the Truth is in us will
we be able to really benefit from the Blood sacrifice (Righteous
covering) of the Son so as to enter Heaven. And the biggest hurdle for
the Truth is this world and the things of this world (world / Cosmos /
Kosmos in Greek implies to this worldly government / powers /
principalities) .

One needs to understand Satan or his forces have no power in Hell or
in any other place in Heaven but only on earth (this world) for he
managed to corrupt it through Adam and Eve by making them eat the
fruit of doubt. Thus he uses the things of this world as his weapon
and his most powerful weapon is the fleshly desires of man. He tried
the same tricks with Jesus as he did with Adam when he tempted them
but he did not succeed with Jesus for Jesus had the Truth in Him and
countered Satan’s temptations with the Truth.

Jesus again and again specified the importance of becoming overcomers
therefore spoke of the grape wine and gave importance to grapes about
all other earthly fruits.

In today’s message the word Philistines means ‘immigrants’. Today’s
message is not about immigrants of one country or state who travel to
another and dwell there. Although they dwell there they are easily
identifiable by their customs, languages or living of their native
land. Today’s message is about the immigrants of Lord’s Kingdom. It
talks about people who call themselves Christians but live a worldly
life or harness desires for things of this world; such people the Lord
calls as immigrants of His Kingdom. When He comes to judge, these
immigrants will not enter Heaven. But that is not the problem, the
problem as per today’s message is, these immigrants will perish but by
their way of life they will cause many of the Lord’s sheep also to
lose. If we are not rooted in the Lord like Saul was not roots then
like Saul lost his sons who were his future to the immigrants so also
we too will loss our future because of them.

The Lord has warned about what He would do to the lukewarm Christians,
also Peter in his second letter (2 Peter 2:20) warns about these
immigrants. Let us not be like Saul but let us discern these
immigrants and not be affected by them. Let us overcome come them by
overcoming the world through the Spirit of the Lord.

Lord, today’s Church is filled with more immigrants than citizens of
your Kingdom. People come to You hoping they will benefit with things
of this world, the ever world which hates You. All they want is to be
blessed. They do not seek You but things through You. Lord, we pray we
become overcomers of this world and be citizens of your Kingdom living
our lives as citizens and having authority as citizens...

world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they

Do not cut off the Spirit of the Lord

Lamentations 3:54 - Waters flowed over mine head; then I said, I am cut off.

This scripture was written by Jeremiah when he was put in a dungeon and
the same feelings that he went through at that time is what the Lord is
feeling today in our lives.

Waters symbolize people and in today's date social networking is become
an idol and god for many people. We read how people spend hours and
hours being online on Facebook. How people's relationships are broken by
the very tools, which were made to build better relationships.

This message is not only for those who get on Facebook or other social
network site for the sake of social networking but this message also
goes to all who think they get on these sites to evangelize and
fellowship in the Name of the Lord.

When we get on these networks even though we post messages or scriptures
to encourage the people, we are most of the time also trying to escape
from having real relationships and thus live in an artificial world
which we can control.

We may do Lord, Lord on these networks but in reality it is like we are
roaming with a big photograph of a person but denying time with the real
person in our lives by locking the real person in the house. The Spirit
of the Lord is saying to each one of us do not put Him in a dungeon for
the sake of worldly people.

If we understand our Christian priorities well we have to give the Lord
first position in our lives so we need to spend quality time with Him,
then comes time with His people and lastly time with people of the
world. All three are necessary with their own priorities and proportions.

Due to these network sites we are turned our priorities and proportions
topsy-turvy. The Lord is telling some of us it is not that we are
denying Him or not giving Him place in our lives but the place we have
given Him, He feels it like a dungeon there.

Let us understand our priorities and proportions and spend more quality
personal time with the Lord and know how much and when we need to have
fellowship with God's people and socialize with the people of the world.

Lord, we find new and hidden ways to fulfil the desires of our flesh and
many times do it in your name. Lord, we pray we understand our
priorities well and know how much of what we need to do with the time
You have given us each and every day of our lives. Give us wisdom and
courage to discern and to say no to ourselves and to people when it is
necessary...

The Historical and DeityJesus

Luke 24:24 - And certain of them which were with us went to the
sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.

Among all mankind there is no person who has influenced mankind like one
person by the name Jesus. Even those who are not His followers
acknowledge Him on one way or another in their life.

The Gregorian calendar which is followed throughout the world is divided
on the life of Jesus. The words used to denote dates BC and AD are
connected to Jesus Christ. Among all religious or spiritual figureheads
none have made an impact on mankind like Jesus did.

Among all religions worldwide the top 2 are Christianity and Islam, and
their human figureheads being Jesus Christ and Mohammed. Jesus was such
an impact that even the second acknowledged the first, even though the
first directly warned about not following the second or anyone else.

No one can deny Jesus as being a perfect person, many tried to defame
His character with lies but over time all of them got exposed one after
the other.

The one factor of Him that sets Him apart from all others is His death
and resurrection. No person or religious figurehead who has claimed to
be a Man of God or God man has been able to achieve victory over death
like Jesus did. This factor was one factor that shook all those who
lived during the times of Jesus so much so that in the first 10 years
after His death we have many people from various parts of the world who
wrote on this event. Even though some tried to distort the truth but yet
they acknowledged the fact that on the third day after Jesus died His
body was missing from the tomb in which it was kept. Roman historical
records confirm the fear of the Jews and Romans that the disciples of
Jesus would take His body after His death and create a conspiracy thus
the tomb was sealed with a large stone and not only that, guards were
posted outside it.

As per the traditions of the Egyptians followed by the Jews in certain
parts of Israel on the third day they would come back to the tomb and
perform the final rites to the body and it was when they went to do this
that they found that the tomb was empty (they would place coins on the
eyes of the body which was a Egyptian pagan practice).

This factor has shaken each and every person even though they are not
followers of Jesus. Mohammed knowing this factor would write him off
denied Jesus' crucifixion in the Quran saying Jesus was neither
crucified nor resurrected but was taken up by 'Allah' (Surah 4:157-158).
About someone else being a substitute (namely Judas Iscariot) was later
conceptualised not by Mohammed but many, many years later when people
mostly Muslims started seriously taking up the fact of the death and
resurrection of Jesus. What is funny in the Quran one place out of fear
Mohammed denies Jesus' died and resurrected but at the same time in many
places acknowledges Jesus would die and be resurrected by 'Allah' (Surah
19:15, 33). In one place Mohammed quotes (according to him) the words of
the just born infant Jesus stating His death and resurrection. Mohammed
states Jesus as Prophet (Man of God) then later makes him a liar by
denying the words of the Prophet Jesus; the same way he does stating
Jesus as Christ, Word of God or Messiah.

Lately a few years back a person named Sathya Sai Baba who claimed he
was god incarnated and Jesus in the flesh; when he died all his
followers waited for many days to see if he resurrected like Jesus did.
The town where he operated from was always full of foreigners but after
his death when this man failed to resurrect this town has become like a
ghost town with no foreigners visiting it.

No prophet or godman or religious figurehead has been able to put their
words to action of being someone exceptional to be followed like Jesus
did with the one factor of His victory over His death by His
resurrection. And the Word of God states the Power behind this task was
the Holy Spirit. This message was given to me yesterday being Pentecost
but I was very disappointed in the way the Church here in Mumbai did not
take the most important feast for Christians seriously and so I was not
in a frame of mind to send it.

Jesus was God who humbled Himself and came as man. Without the Power of
the Holy Spirit working in His life even He would not have succeeded to
be the cornerstone for all mankind to be born without blemish and remain
without blemish. It was this fact that He was without sin (which is also
acknowledged in the Quran) that caused Hell (He went there since our
sins were on Him) not to hold Him back and thus resurrect.

Jesus by His life as man showed us the necessity of the Holy Spirit in
our lives so let us also make the Spirit of God as the most important
part of our lives, without Him we too will not be Christians like Jesus
could not be Christ without Him.

Lord, we thank You for Jesus who became a worthy sacrifice to make us
worthy to receive your Spirit. Lord, You have said it is only by the
working of your Spirit in us that will allow us to be truly saved, not
just saved from going to hell but will enable us to enter Heaven. Holy
Spirit we need You more today than ever. Unite us as one body in our
Lord with one mind and one understanding, work in us as You did with
Jesus and make us a success like You did with Him. We know we too will
rise like He did only by your Power...

No fear of God in this world because we lack true Men of God

Acts 5:5 - And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the
ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

We read in scriptures when the glory of God was among the people, the
fear of God was in this world. When there were men of God like Moses who
had close relationship with the Lord and the Lord's glory was on him
then the fear of God was among the people. Like here we read in Acts
when glory of God was maximum amongst the people, when people broke the
Law there was immediate judgment, so also during the times of Moses when
God's glory was manifested and if people went against the Lord there was
immediate judgment. There would be fire coming out of the earth or it
opening up and consuming them, or sickness instantly hitting them.

In today's world we have many famous Men and Women of God. These are
more celebrities or showmen and else spiritual Men and Women of God. If
one opens one's spiritual eyes and sees things, we are literally in a
pathetic state. All these so called Men and Women of God are struggling
in life. Struggling is not a problem so much but the problem is all are
struggling at very low stages of spiritual growth. The things of the
world have so much influence on the people including on these Men and
Women of God are they are not spared. In fact they are attacked more and
have become victims to this world and things of the flesh one after another.

Things are so bad that we do not have even one Man or Women of God who
is at the secondary school level of spiritual life forget about college.
All are corrupted with corrupt teachings or with the desires of the
flesh. When I say not one I am not exaggerating, I mean it. One of the
main causes is unity among the God's people.

If one is in close touch with these preachers, evangelist or Church
leaders one would get really depressed at their relationship between
each other. They all behave like crabs in a bowl. When one manages to
climb to the edge of the bowl to come out the one below him will pull
him down by trying to climb over him. They would make sure no one comes
out of the bowl. That is the state of our Church leaders and elders.
Hurts and deceit works among them more than it works among the ordinary
people.

If one understands the stages of spiritual growth as given in the Bible,
in today's world all Christians are either still in spiritual Egypt or
in the spiritual stage called Jerusalem. When God said pray for
Jerusalem people think of the Jews living in the land of Israel and pray
for them. All this is because they have no understanding of scriptures.
Jerusalem was just a part of Israel; did the Lord not love the others?
If one looks at scriptures one will not find one scripture asking us to
pray for people of Israel or Zion but we have in Psalms (Psalms 122:6)
asking us to pray for peace in Jerusalem.

The time is come and is at hand that we need to get down on our knees
and pray for the people of God that they will grow in Him and dwell in
Zion (Israel) moving out of Jerusalem.

Let us pray for peace and harmony among the people of God that dwell in
spiritual Jerusalem, that they come together as one body working for the
glory of the Kingdom of God and not for their own glory and against each
other. That they stop pursuing to be paper planes by glorifying their
own selves but become fighter jets by glorifying the Lord. That their
relationship with the Holy Spirit grows and they surrender to the Holy
Spirit so as to become teachable to Him. That they come together with
one purpose in humility having a sober hearts overcoming the desires of
the world. That they pursue God's Will above all.

Lord, we have all those send by You to lead your people themselves
struggling in Jerusalem. They are fighting among themselves and soaking
in the desires of the flesh. They hurt each other and misguide each
other. They look at another and justify their own wrong doings. They are
filled with the teachings of this world and of man, but less of your
Kingdom. They do not spend time with You, nor surrender to You to be
thought by You. Lord, we pray there is change in Jerusalem that your
people grow in You and advance to Zion so that your glory shine on this
earth and people know You are a Living God...

Sands of time

Daniel 11:30 - For the ships of Chittim shall come against him:
therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against
the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have
intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

Today morning I was reading a message someone send me of scientist
claiming by their HRAAP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program)
they would be able to reverse time. These things are good in theory or
on paper but not in reality.

First thing we need to understand what is time?

Time is a measure like distance is. Distance between two objects can be
reduced or increased but cannot be made zero. Only distance between the
same or identical object inside itself can be defined as zero. Also
distance cannot be termed negative for distance is the mean factor.
Similarly is time.

Time is measured in many ways from laser to sub-atomic activity,
whichever is more accurate and consistent. In the Bible we see time is
written by revolutions of the earth, moon cycles or heavenly bodies
(astronomical bodies). These are numbers like distance is.

An interesting factor we see in the Bible, although for man's statutes
God refers to the current earth and moon cycles but when it came to
prophesies, in many places the calculation were made by 360 days a year.
Because that was the measure before the great quake tilted the poles of
the earth during Noah and caused the floods. It gives an idea of how God
perceives things.

Coming back to time; firstly why am I giving this science lessons in my
message to build faith?

We need to understand one thing. In today's message we see the Lord had
explained through Daniel prophesied about certain things concerning
Roman which were to happen nearly 700 years later. We see even though
this was written way before yet no one could change it.

We need to differentiate between warnings and prophesies. Consequences
of warnings can be changed by abiding to the warning but prophesies of
events given in the Bible cannot be changed whatever we do.

If these are not changeable then why has the Lord given them to us?

The Lord has given these events for us to know so that we can avoid the
impact of these events in our lives. If the impact were not avoidable
then Lord would not have found sense to let us know in advance. There
were cases like the death of the Prime minister of Israel being
assassinated was given in the Bible and even thought a person found it
before hand and send him a letter warning him about it yet he did not
read it. Later he was shot at and died.

Time in the Bible in reality is more of a factor between the flow of
events. When we measure time even by laser or atomic clock it is a
factor between an event of laser traveling a distance or the vibration
of an atomic particle. These things yet are not as consistent as the
events which the Lord has given in the Bible. The laser has a measure of
error which may be some Picosecond or the atomic clock by some
Nanosecond yet they have an error factor but the Bible does not. Even
though events were written by Moses 1500 years before Christ, they
happened on the time they were prophesied and will happen in the years
ahead on their prophesied time.

If one goes into Bible Codes one will get a shocked at the accuracy of
year and time of events written with their other fine details.

It is very important to note many of these prophesies like this one,
were fulfilled in the shadow and are yet to be fulfilled in spirit very
soon.

Lord, we pray your people study the scriptures and abide by the warnings
and be alert of the prophesies given in them. They will not be able to
change the prophesies but You wrote them so that they can prepare for
them and not be consumed by them. Lord, we pray your people be not taken
by surprise but be a step ahead of them before they come like Joseph was
before the famine...

Going to the mountain tops

Matthew 5:1 - And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain:
and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

We read in the Gospels for Jesus the mountains held a special place.
Whenever He needed a private time or to be away from the people He
would go up any mountain if available nearby.

We also see in other religions their so called ‘holy men’ or ‘man
gods’ go to mountain tops to meditate to be closer to the Creator. But
this is not the reason Jesus went to the mountains.

Most people think God is up and Heaven in up, but Jesus knowing the
Truth never went to the mountains to go on a height so as to be closer
to God. The earth is round so up is a relative direction.

If we read scriptures Jesus mostly went to the mountains to be away
from the people and being away from the people He would get time
totally dedicated to His Father. Jesus was God who became man and
although being man He knew God is everywhere. One does not need to go
anywhere to be with God. Wherever man is, however condition he is in,
he can find God for God is Omnipresent.

People go to mountains tops so as to help themselves to be away from
people. To be in communication with God and to hear His voice clearly
one needs to cut one’s self from this world and the commotions of this
world.

A mountain not only takes us away from the people but also away from
this world. We may not have access to a mountain but we have mountains
which we can go to like our bedroom or even our bathroom. What we need
is just a place where we can be alone and least disturbed by people,
so that we can spend exclusive time with God. One thing also one needs
to remember is physical isolation does not guaranty a mental isolation
and a mental isolation is more necessary than a physical isolation.
Jesus did not require to go to mountain tops to be with His Father, He
did so as to be away from the crowds that were always around Him. We
can be on mountain tops but if our hearts and minds are thinking or
worried with things and people of this world then mountains are of no
value to us. If we do not have the problem of people worrying us like
they did to Jesus our mountains can be even a crowded train, all we
need to do is to control our senses.

A lot of my learning from God either happened when I would get up very
early and sit with Him (at that time everyone else in the house was
asleep so this became my mountain) or when I travelled by train. Even
though I was in a crowded train I could cut out the world mentally and
be with the Lord (this did cause me at times to miss my station, smile
or laugh with joy suddenly and people to stare at me).

Lord, You have said in your Word ‘Be Still and know I am God’. Lord,
it is the things of this Cosmos which stand between us knowing You and
your Kingdom. Lord, we may not have access to real mountains but make
available mountains to us in our lives in the provisions we have. Most
of all help us to spend exclusive time with You so as to be able to
hear your voice and know You...

Signs of the End of Time

Luke 21:10-13
10Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom
against kingdom:
11And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and
pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
12But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute
you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being
brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
13And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

Jesus as man when was asked about when the end will come said no man
knows the hour (exact moment) when the end will come. But He did not say
He did not know anything about the end. He did not keep quiet to the
question but did answer it.

We need to understand 2 things.

First Jesus answered with clues to know the end of days. He also pointed
to the people that they distinguish the seasons by the signs. So why
cannot we do the same with God's Kingdom.

Secondly the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke concentrate on the
teachings of Jesus. In these Gospels we find Jesus quoting scriptures or
expounding the scriptures. Thus even these events were taken from
scriptures of the Old Testament.

If we break up the events in order of their happening it will give us an
idea of where we are.

1) They shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you
up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and
rulers for my name's sake - The great persecution of the Church which
already happened in the early days of the Christian Church.

2) Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom - The
first word translated as nation refers more to a breed or race of people
and the second to a rule. In the First World War we saw it was basically
not a war of country against country but a race of people against
others. Hitler wanted to prove to the world that his race was supreme.
And in the Second World War we see it was nations or countries against
countries. Some people are expecting the Third World War but the Bible
does not speak of it (thus these events have also passed).

3) Great earthquakes - earthquakes have been happening since ages but
records (started since 1973) show annual earthquakes were happening at a
frequency of 5,000 per year and since 1995 they has sudden increase to
last recorded in 2006 which show of 30,000 per year. It shows a sudden 6
fold increase. As to what warnings I have received from the Lord we
would see some (or a great one) in the next year. These are proofs that
we are living during the times of the quakes.

4) Famines - We are seeing a great changes in the weather and you may
have read my messages of the Lord warning of the times of hunger. We
need to remember everything in this world depends, or is connected to
others in a cycle. Change of climate will cause great changes in food
productions and we will see a time where food will be very scarcest (We
are entering into these days)

5) Pestilences - After times of hunger comes the times of sicknesses. We
are hearing of superbugs and sicknesses that are immune to medicines.
The Bible talks of times when sicknesses will paralyze people and they
will want to die but people will not allow them to die, for their death
will cause more harm and spread of the diseases. The diseases during
these times will make people behave uncontrollable and we may see man do
things unimaginable.

6) Fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven - These
times are the times just before the end comes. During these times we
will see things happening in space which may seem to put whole mankind
and earth to risk of being totally eliminated. But yet the Lord says the
end is not come. The second thing which is spoken here is signs from the
spirit world. The second 'great signs' refers to the appearance of
person or things. The Bible speaks of a time when Satan by his power
through the False prophet will cause the image to come to life. This
image is the spirit who people are worshiping today as someone connected
to Jesus but people do not know this spirit has been there since the
times of Noah and spoken of greatly during the times of Solomon,
Jeremiah and also Paul under various names. The Bible says this lady
(spirit) will be in human form dwelling amongst us and anyone not
worshipping it will be put to death. This is also the times when the
mark of the Beast (the chip) will be used for all commercial
transactions. The appearance of the 2 witnesses comes just before this
period and Daniel puts this period to be of 1335 days (approximate
3years 3months and 3 days - sign of Jonah for the wicked). The rapture
also happens just when the 2 witnesses are taken up. It is at the end of
this period Satan is released and he gathers all the armies of the world
against God's people. It is this moment when Jesus will come again with
His Angels to declare Who He Is. When the Son is declared all things
temporary and not under the sacrifice Blood of the Lamb will perish and
all creation will cease to exist. This is when the Judgment happens and
we all from the time of Noah who are sleeping in Him and those alive
during those times and still believing in the Lord will stand before His
Throne to be judged by the Word (Paul this as the great mystery). It is
after this man will enter Heaven to be part of the glorious Son.

We are to be like a skilled farmer who will not tell you when exactly
when the harvest will come but knows when to prepare to harvest by
looking at the plantation as it grows.

This flow of events are given in many places and Jesus puts them in
order for us to understand them and not be like blind people but be
people walking in light according to the seasons doing the Lord's work
among His people, preparing them for Him and the things ahead. We people
of God who are with Him will not be affected even through these great
disasters, provided we are with Him.

Lord, the Word is called the Book of Instructions. The Angels call it
the Book of Instructions for Creation. Your Instructions are complete
and all what is necessary for man to know are given within it. Lord, You
wants us to walk in knowledge of things doing the purpose You created
us. Lord, help us not worry of these events but worry of your people and
doing our work amongst these events...

Be a strong united nation

Acts 6:12 - And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the
scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,

The word that we read as Church in the Bible is a conceptualised word
which actually does not exist in the Bible. It is the Greek word
'ekklesia' which means assembly or congregation which is translated as
church. So when we say the word church we assume as a congregation of
Believers gathered in the Name of the Lord.

In today's scripture we find the people were gathered against Stephen.
They were stirred by a few and soon they became many, and as a large
group they managed to arrest him and take him to the council. Here we
see even the evil side knows the power of being together. Stephen was a
person look up on and as small groups they would not have been able to
lay their hands on him but as united lot they did.

Today the Lord is telling us to understand what bought them together to
become a one assembly and got them to do what they could not an
individual or small group.

There were a few who spread the common understanding against Stephen
that bought them together to become a united mob. If you look at this
mob there were various people with different understandings of spiritual
matters yet we see them united because of the common factor of Stephen.

What we see in our churches, we have so many denominations. We do not
need the devil to divide us or work against us we are doing this work
ourselves.

We all believe in Jesus Christ as our Saviour and the only Way to the
Father. With this great common factor between us, is it not enough to
unite us and become a united assembly?

We Christians are unable to do much for one reason and that is we are
not united in our common factor which is Jesus Christ. We who believe
that Jesus Christ is the only way should make this common factor a
sufficient factor to unite us across congregations and bring us together
as a Body of Christ.

The Lord is not telling us we need to not have small churches for during
the times of the Apostles we see they had various small churches and
they operated and were named according to the various places they were
situated but they were all united helping each other in their times of
need and praying for each other. They were many out of convenience, not
out of understanding.

The people with callings worked between these churches and did not have
the concept of my church or your church. Also there was nothing like
universal church with one person overlooking all these small churches.
We do not read of Peter or Paul stating he headed all the churches even
though the later was instrument of initiating almost a 1000 churches.
They all worked together as one team. The only one person above us all
is Christ and there is only one Church in Him for there is only one Body
of Christ.

Lord, we your people have failed You because we are not as one family in
You. We have divided ourselves because we have not let You be in charge
of our minds and our hearts. We allow the man of the flesh to lead us
more than the Holy Spirit and your Word. Holy Spirit, unite us and make
us a strong nation in You...

Ephesians 4:

Do not stand at crossroads and destroy people's lives

Obadiah 1: 14 - And stand thou not in the crossway, to cut off those of
his that escape; and deliver not up those of his that remain in the day
of distress.

Today morning before I sat to write the message I and my wife were
discussing about a sister who was standing at a crossroad and today the
Lord gave us this message.

I and my wife were discussing about this sister who has good relation
with a Muslim evangelist (apostolic). This sister was talking to us
yesterday about proving the Quran wrong to the Muslims by quoting their
scriptures therefore to read all their books. My wife also was
discussing with me how can one expect to know if we are right unless go
truly understand the matter in depth and to what level can one know all
things. How many books of different religions can we study to know we
are right? This is the very trick which Satan uses in theology schools
especially in Catholic seminaries and has caused many to fall or become
shaky structures.

Today's message tells us we can not to be people standing at crossroads,
people with doubts in our minds. We may be believing in the Truth but
because of our doubts we may cause others who are trying to be saved
from giving up and this may land up being the cause of their spiritual
deaths.

I may not be an authority on Islam nor have read all their religious
books. But that does not mean I cannot be sure of Islam being false
religion by knowing its basic principles and understanding.

Let me take it the other way. I am a Christian and even teach the Bible
but I know that I am not the authority on the Bible, what I know is only
a small part of what the Bible holds. It is funny when I tell people
this (especially my daughter who really laughs when I tell her this),
the more I study of the Kingdom of God the more I know of how little I
know. When I started studying the Bible I did not know each and every
word of it, its grammar, its symbolization and its position in the text
etc. would hold volumes of information even records of historic events
which had not happened when it was written and many are yet to happen.
In my wildest dreams I never thought I would need to study things like
physics, particles physics, biology, astronomy, history, geography,
archaeology, gemmology, zoology etc. just to understand scriptures better.

We know that we do not know everything of the Bible yet we are sure
about our salvation and that is because we have our foundation
principles clear and the persons on whom our faith stands. We know that
the main characters of the Word on whom all scriptures are built on,
which are Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, have proved Themselves in
scriptures and also in real life. It is then just a matter of time we
will get more and more confirmation and clarity of our belief being right.

When we come to other religions like Islam and its character Mohammed we
find he in his own words says that he has been a failure and that Jesus
Christ is the only one who has been successful. Then why in the world do
I become a fool to follow a failure when I have a choice to follow a
successful person.

The same is with other religions, we see each and every one of their
foundational characters are either mythological characters (which means
there is no historic proof they existed and that they are just
fictitious characters in stories or fairy-tales) , or have been failures
themselves.

When I know that a person is a liar and cheat then it is a waste of time
for me to search for some truth been spoke from all their lies. First we
should be clear about that person as being true or a cheat after that it
is not necessary for us to dig deeper.

About learning in depth of a religion and being able to answer people
from that religion, the Lord knows how to do that therefore brought out
people from within them for that task. We see Paul was very successful
with the Romans because he was half roman. I was bought out from the
Catholic Church not by any man but by the Lord Himself therefore can
stand before any Catholic and prove they are not Christians.

Lord, there are times even though we believe in You, yet by our friable
thoughts we show our confusion to others and become the cause for them
giving up their faith and going to vanity. Lord, we pray You get us
rooted in the Truth even if we have small roots keep them strong. We
know Lord You alone are God all others are of Satan. Let us not be
standing at crossroads and be cause for the fall of others but dwell
always in your fortified city...

Want peace all around you?
2 Chronicles 15:15 - And all Judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had
sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and
he was found of them: and the LORD gave them rest round about.

We read in these records of Asa the righteous king who harkened to the
words of Azariah the son of the Prophet Oded. The Lord spoke through
Azariah and warned the people that if they seek Him with all their
hearts they will find Him, but if they forsake the Lord then the Lord
also will forsake them. The cost of forsaking the Lord was that
countries will go against countries and cities against cities and in all
this they will be consumed.

If you read today's papers what we see is the result of people forsaking
the Lord. It is sad that nations who call themselves Christian nations,
who were once blessed abundantly by the Lord now have a change of heart
and have turned their hearts far from God. The Christians among them
just keep blaming anything and everything around them for their woes.
They have lost their hold on basic principles of Christianity and all
seek blessings like instant coffee. They want riches of the world and
spiritual blessing to be given unto them instantly. They expect the
Fruits of the Holy Spirit be dropped unto their bosom; they do not have
the patience to be a vine that grows the Fruits. Their hearts are for
things from the Lord but not for the Lord or His righteous ways.

In today's scripture the Lord shows when His people circumcised their
hearts and sought Him with their whole desire He was found by them. And
when they found God we can see a total change in their lives. It is
written the Lord gave them rest all around. This small sentence tells us
great, great things.

We all have problems in our lives all because our hearts are far from
God and we are not honestly seeking Him.

Let me take an example:- it is very common to see people posting
messages like
'one who bends his knees before God stands before the world',
'A man is powerful on his knees',
'The men who have done the most for God in this world have been early on
their knees',
'Satan trembles when he sees the weakest Christian on his knees' etc...

Let me get it clear, even if we spend many hours of a day on our knees
but then going back to the ways of the world is just hypocrisy. It is
better not to be on our knees and pray but to circumcise our hearts and
seek Him throughout the day even when we are doing our daily chores.
Bending of knees or being on one's knees is a symbolic gesture of what
inside one's heart. If this gesture does not synchronize with what's
within but become an external practice or tradition then it symbolizes a
hardened heart. And we know how God gets angry against a hardened heart;
He hardens it further and leads it to destructions.

Today the Lord is telling us we cannot fool God by our vain symbolism,
the only people we are fooling is ourselves and it is time we stop
fooling ourselves and do the right meaningful things which will bring
change in us from the inside. It is only when we seek God with all our
heart will we see peace in our lives. This peace will not be just in one
area of our lives but in all areas of our lives. There may be problems
or disasters happening all around us but they will not affect us, the
world may plan things against us but none of them will be successful.
Like the Lord promised we will search for our enemies and will not find
them.

Lord, as your grace is abundant on your people today yet they have
harden their hearts more against You, therefore we see more and more
disasters happening around us. Lord, let there be a change of heart
amongst your people. Let them seek You not in rituals and practices but
in spirit and Truth. Let them circumcise their hearts, cutting off their
personal pleasures of the flesh and seek You with everything within them...

Proverbs 1:23-33

Do all things according to the Law of the Lord

Luke 2:39 - And when they had performed all things according to the law
of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.

In all of the New Testament the Law given through Moses when connected
to the Jews is referred to as the Law of Moses but when connected to
Jesus it is not written as Law of Moses but as the Law of the Lord.

The Jews never did and still do not keep the Law of the Lord, what they
keep is traditions, doing the things in the flesh without understanding
scriptures or its purpose. You may laugh at me saying these guys know
Hebrew and Greek and have done many degrees in theology; but I will ask
a person who after studying so much if he or she cannot understand the
basic simple fact that all scriptures are to do with Jesus Christ, then
of what value is that wisdom?

Paul warns again and again the Law brings death. He was not referring to
the Law of the Lord but to the Law of Moses. Today most Christians still
operate under the Law that brings death. For the Catholic Church
traditions is one of the leg on which it stands and this traditions is
nothing but the refurbished version of the Law of Moses. What the Jews
did is what we see happening in this church only with greater degree and
more blatantly.

This works of death is not limited to the Catholic Church or to Judaism
alone but has also deeply infected the Believer Church. We believers may
call ourselves people who follow the Word of God but look at the things
we do, the rituals we follow and you will see that we have not
completely come out of the Catholic church, many have half their bodies
yet in that Church.

People group the Jews and the Catholics with the Christians. But if one
looks into the beliefs, the Christians have nothing to do with both the
Catholics and the Jews other than historical links and common
scriptures. The Catholics and Jews both follow the Law of Death and we
Christians follow the Law of the Lord. The Law of the Lord has both
Commandments and statutes. People mistake statutes with traditions.

Banging a drum cannot be called music. It is the rhythm that makes the
banging of drums into music, without rhythm it is called noise. Any
ritual done without understanding and purpose (to know the Kingdom of
God and be built in faith) is like banging of drums without rhythm.

Let me take an example - Prayers. It is the devil who keeps us busy with
vain prayers which instead of communicating with the Lord puts us in
front of a wall talking to it. The Jews have their Wailing Wall and the
Catholic have their own which they called Rosary. For both of them these
walls instead of bring them to communicate with the Lord actually stands
in between them and the Lord. I came out of the Catholic Church when my
wall was broken, when the Lord exposed this Wailing Wall called Rosary
and its destructive purpose.

Let us be a holy nation having nothing to do with Satan and his works of
death. We are children of Light so let everything we do have purpose and
understanding and most important be in line with the understanding with
the Word of God.

When a monkey scratches his head, he does it because it itches him
there, but we humans are worst then monkeys for we do things without
purpose and understanding.

Lord, your Law is like Light unto our feet and Lamp unto our path. Your
Law brings life and life in abundance to those who abide by it. Lord,
many think they are following your Law but are instead following the
laws of man (flesh) and these laws only bring death and destruction.
Lord, we pray your people be people of spirit and not people of the
flesh; that they walk in your Light and not in the things of darkness...

he trumpet is been blown

Zephaniah 1:14 - The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and
hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man
shall cry there bitterly.

During the times of Moses when Israel was travelling through the
wilderness the Lord told Moses to make two trumpets and through the
blowing of the trumpets Moses was told to coordinate with the people.
When the people heard both the trumpets been blown the people had to
gather at the Tabernacle.

Since a few days the Lord has made me a trumpet blowing a warning about
what the Lord is going to do in the churches with the leading preachers
who are doing less of God's will but more of their own will. They teach
and preach Manna but not the Living Word. What they preach in God's Name
causes even God to say What Is It?

If you hear this same warning from the mouth of another it will be a
confirmation that the time is at hand.

You will say brother what then have I to do?

Like the Israelites knew when they heard both the trumpets blow they had
to gather at the Tabernacle so also are we to gather unto the
Tabernacle. Paul says we are the Tabernacle so it is time we review our
lives and our relationship with the Lord so that when this spiritual
earthquake takes place our house does not shake or be affected.

Lord, the Bible tells us whenever You did some great event that effected
your people You make sure not just by the mouth of one but at least
through the mouth of two or three You spoke. Lord, as your people hear
the blowing of the trumpets let them gather unto the Tabernacle. Let us
reconcile with You in our ways and walk in your ways, not by our ways...

The Idols and gods above the Lord

Ezekiel 22:4, 5 - Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast
shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and
thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy
years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a
mocking to all countries. Those that be near, and those that be far from
thee, shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.

In the Bible we see that although the people of Israel were called God's
people yet their biggest enemy was the Lord Himself. It was the Lord in
His anger Who delivered them to their destructions that too after
sending them numerous warnings which they did not adhere to.

We see in the world there are some religions who have one God and a
defined God (not some power or energy) and these religions are Judaism,
Islam, Catholics and Christians (Believers).

It was when I was teaching on the book of Acts where Stephen gives a
justification for the accusation against him that I learned about the
gods of these religions. What surprised me was the accusation against
Stephen and the fact that Stephen did not deny it but goes ahead and
explains it.

It is only when we see who is the ultimate authority and who has the say
in these religions do we know who really is their god / God.

Almost everyone thinks that YHWH is the God of the Jews and also the God
of the Catholics. It is only when we see who's words are given priority
that we realise that YHWH is just one of their many gods and their real
god is someone else.

Stephen was indirectly accused of calling Moses as the first god of the
Jews and this accusation is what Stephen tries to justify. The Jews gave
priority to the words of Moses over the Words of the Lord.

You may be puzzled saying brother but Moses spoke the Word of the Lord.

It is true Moses spoke God's Word but the Word was given in such a way
that it required people to understand it. These people took the literal
words and not the understanding. This caused the Jews to reject many of
the understandings and warnings through the other Prophets and even kill
them. It was not that they did not have any ability to understand but it
was the stubbornness not to understand and this was seen openly in the
books of Jeremiah and other Prophets. Even today they claim YHWH is
their God but the traditions and words of Moses is above all for them.
It was this reason that caused the Lord to hide Moses body when he died.

The same is also with the Catholics, they too have the Godhead as one of
their gods and their main god is someone else and every word of that
spirit is given priority over and above God's Word. It is this spirit
that has caused them to add books, edit scriptures, modify the Ten
Commandments, make things like traditions more important than scriptures.

We Believers too can make someone a god over the Lord and that happens
when we put that person's word over and above God's Word. As yourself
how many times do we check everything which we hear in churches and from
preachers with scriptures?

The Lord is telling us He would do with us the same as He did with the
Israelites in the Bible in His anger when they made gods and idols above
Him. Paul spoke of things and desires which we can make gods in our
lives but do we realize we put people and spirits as lord of lord and
king of king.

Lord Jesus, there are many who call themselves as your worshippers but
only a few really are. Many among them have put people and spirits above
You and made them their real god. Lord, we pray we do not be people of
darkness but walk in your Light. Your Word is light and it is by your
Word alone all things are exposed and things hidden come to the open.
Lord, root us in your Word...

Acts 7:51-54
51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always
resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
52Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have
slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye
have been now the betrayers and murderers:
53Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not
kept it.

Judgement for murder, anger with cause, saying racca or morros

Matthew 5:21, 22 - Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time,
Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the
judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother
without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall
say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but
whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Before I share today's message I like to let you know today
SavedByFaith. info is celebrating its 5th anniversary. I started sending

SavedByFaith. info is all about taking the daily Manna received from the
Lord and taking out of it the Living Word that changes lives. I ask you
to pray that the vision which the Lord has given me when I started this
venture be fulfilled quickly.

Today's Manna is Matthew 5:21,22 and in it Jesus is adding 3 factors
that will cause us to be judged as we would be judged for murder. In
other words the Lord is telling us that these offences are as serious as
murder. We may not have murdered any person but think of it we may be
regularly doing one of these equally serious offences without realizing.

The 3 which Jesus added are:-
1) Anger without cause
2) Calling someone Racca
3) Calling someone 'you fool' or 'Morros'

1) Many of us land up almost daily getting angry. The Lord does not say
anywhere anger is a sin or bad but warns about keeping anger as
dangerous. In today's message He goes to the extent of telling us
getting angry against another brethren without cause is like murder. How
many times do we get angry without confirming if that person is wrong
and we are justified in our anger? Think of it if we are wrong we would
be committing an offence as serious as murder.

2) The second point is calling someone Racca. Some translations put this
as 'rascal', which means a mischievous person, but the scripture does
not mean that. The word Racca means empty or senseless. It refers to a
person been called as one without a soul or heart. Telling a brethren as
not having a heart or soul is an offence as serious as murder. We know
out of our anger how many times we use the term 'heartless' and it means
the same as Racca. Using this term against another believer or even
another child of God who has not yet come to know the Lord is like doing
a murder.

3) The third point is calling someone 'morros' and again this word is
wrongly translated here in most translations. The word does not mean you
fool, we find Jesus also used the term you fool in Luke 11:40 towards
His followers and the Greek word He used is 'aphron'. Jesus again uses
the same term 'you fool' (Greek word 'anoetos') in Luke 24:25 towards
his followers. Paul also uses the term 'you fool' in his letters to
Romans, Corinthians and Ephesians.

Calling someone as unwise or foolish is not a serious offence and is a
discernment that one does according to one's wisdom. The word moros
(from where the English word moron comes) has two ways in which one can
use it one as senseless / emptying of understanding and other with
reference to its root word 'musterion' which means having another /
mysterious spirit.

We need to understand how serious an offence it is when we call another
believer or child of God as being possessed or having another spirit or
being Godless and being wrong on it. It is not that a person who once
believed in Christ cannot forsake the Lord and have another spirit
operating in him or her. But the Lord warns us if we are wrong in any
way then we have committed an offence as serious as murder.

Let us be alert not to let anger come into us without cause and let us
be careful as to the words that we speak especially against another
believer. Let us be careful when we use words like 'heartless'. 'moron'
or 'you devil', and make sure we do not use them against any believer.

Lord, You said in your Word a person who holds one tongue also keeps
one's soul from danger. Lord, help us to take control of our tongue and
also of our emotions. Help us not use lose words or lose control on our
anger and get angry against anyone without cause especially against
another brethren. Forgive us for the times we have done this without
understanding and let us not be put to judgment...

The Lord of the Vineyard will come and destroy the tenants of His Vineyard

Mark 12:9 - What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will
come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.

Firstly I like to make clear I am not against or pro any nation. I may
have a soft corner for my country India because I dwell in that country.
I am only pro God's people irrespective of where they live, am against
the forces that come against God's people and also against those who
have intentions to harm my country, forces both external and internal
for I love God's people and have a soft corner for my country.

I as man and still overcoming my flesh have a soft corner for my country
but had Jesus been man walking on earth I am sure He would not have been
having the same feelings like mine. Before Pentecost it was the Jews who
held the promise of God by blood but after Jesus died for the sins of
all those who believe in Him irrespective of Jew or Gentile (folk in the
hold and those lost) and when the Spirit was given to His folk at
Pentecost the story became global and not local. That is why we see most
Apostles moved out of Israel and went throughout the world. They
preached only the Lord Jesus Christ and not Judaism, for example Thomas
who came to India preached Jesus Christ thus we Indians do not know ABCD
of Judaism but know the Lord Jesus Christ.

Sadly there are many Christians who do not really know Jesus; they
worship the man Jesus and not the Lord Jesus Christ thus land up in the
times before the Day of Pentecost. They may live in different parts of
the world but their hearts and minds are still in Jerusalem. They love
the Jews more than they love God or God's people.

Being born a Jew yet we see Jesus had warned the Jews in his parable.
Jesus told them that they (the Jewish church) would not only reject Him
but would kill Him; He (as man) who is the rightful heir of God's people
and for this God would revenge them. We did see in 70AD the Jews in
Jerusalem we killed in thousands and again in the First World War. But
it does not end there for the Bible speaks of more such disasters coming
against these people.

The whole Bible talks of two Churches or the two women. In Ezekiel they
are called the daughters of the prostitute with the second being worst
(greater prostitute) than the first. Both are termed Babylons the second
called Babylon the great. God used the term prostitute for these
churches who sold themselves for their carnal desires, the first Church
being the Jewish Church. They both rejected the Son, the first killed
Him as man among those who held the promise in blood and the second
killed His understanding among those who came to Him and held the
promise in spirit (by faith). Both claim to worship the Lord, the first
say they worship YHWH and do not know that YHWH is the Lord Jesus Christ
who humbled Himself and became man. The second say they worship and
follow the Lord Jesus Christ but have rejected His Word and without His
Word what is the Lord Jesus Christ? He was the human manifestation of
the Word; He was the Word that became flesh. They have created an
amputated Lord Jesus Christ for themselves - Christ without His Word.

In today's message the Lord is reminding us an account will be taken of
these churches and they will bear the consequence of their doings. As
for those who are really His and still among these would be removed out
and would come to know the Lord and be glorified as His people as His
glory will indeed be manifested in this world.

Lord, Jesus You said the ways of the world are broad but the way to The
Father's House is narrow. You also said You will judge your folk and
separate the sheep from the goats. Those on the right would enter Heaven
and those on the left would enter your wrath in the lake of fire. Lord,
You love your people and would not want any of them to be destroyed so
would do anything to save them. You would not let the sacrifice of Jesus
Christ to be vain. Lord, work amongst us and let your glory come and let
the people know You and your own return to You...

Once Saved forever Saved?

Matthew 22:11 - And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw
there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

Yesterday a brother called me and was telling me of how many youths
have this wrong understanding that if they believe in Jesus Christ
they are sealed from sin and they cannot sin. They also believe they
are now in the hands of God and on their way to Heaven and nothing can
stop them from going to Heaven.

To put it in a picture - if I am in Mumbai and someone gives me free a
ticket to London, that does not mean I have reached London. To be in
London I need to first reach the airport, board the flight and travel
all the way to London. There are many possibilities on the way which
can stop me from reaching London, like me missing the flight, the
flight crashing on the way or the flight getting cancelled completely
with no possible accommodation on another flight.

The first thing people do not understand is the purpose why Jesus
came. Most think Jesus came to take us to Heaven by dying on the
crucifix; those who think this have little chances to reach Heaven.

Paul puts sin in two aspects one he refers as ‘sins’ and other as
‘sin’. The first is the wrong doings and the second the nature to do
wrong. Jesus by His sacrifice cleansed us of the first. With regards
to the second Jesus as man could not do much other than became an
example as one who overcame the nature to sin and one not having the
sin nature (He became our cornerstone) .

To help us overcome the nature of sin Jesus Christ gave us His Spirit
and that was the most important reason He came for, the cleansing was
part process towards this. It is only by the working of the Holy
Spirit in us that we overcome the sin nature. It is the Holy Spirit
who removes us from the branch Adam and grafts us into the Branch-
Jesus Christ. That is why Jesus said unless we are not baptized in
water (Jesus Christ) and in Spirit (Holy Spirit) we will not enter
Heaven. This baptism does not mean just dipping someone in water nor
pouring water and oil on someone’s head in the Name of Jesus.

The main problem with people is that they do not know what Heaven is.
All think Heaven is up even though the earth is round. People do not
know the only ones who can go to Heaven are Sons of God and what the
term Son of God means is not clear. They are confused between God the
Son and Son of God. As man Jesus was Son of God and so also are all
the Angels. People in their confusion use a capital S for son when
connected to Jesus and small s for the others.

Being Son of God is to do with the Image of God being in us. Adam was
called Son of God when He sinned and lost the image of God. The most
noteworthy point to note is that the fallen angels were still called
Sons of God just before the floods during Noah and after that they
were called devils and had also lost their powers since then.

Going to Heaven is all about the ‘12’. It was because of the
importance of the 12 that the Lord in the Old Testament the Lord
orchestrated History with the 12 tribes of Israel and in the New
Testament with the 12 Apostles. Heaven is not made of earthly gold or
precious stones but of spiritual things. The 12 precious stone which
are noted in the book of Revelations are the ones which symbolized the
12 tribes and they in turn symbolize the 12 Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

In Galatians Paul wrote of the 9 Fruits and then wrote of the 3
remaining in his letter to Ephesians. Paul did this because these 3
were not something which man could grow.

The fruit of Truth is received by the working of the Holy Spirit in
us. It is only after this we receive the Fruit of Righteousness from
the Son and thus get eligible to receive the Fruit of Holiness from
the Father. Today’s message talks of the Righteousness of the Son
being in the parable like the weddings dress without which the guest
is thrown where there is terrible pain and suffering (lake of fire).

Entering Heaven without the Fruits of Truth and Righteousness is not
possible and it is by our baptisms that we get them.

By believing in Jesus Christ we are saved from Hell but that does not
give us a guaranty that we will enter Heaven.

Lord, You said not by my power nor by my strength, but by my Spirit.
Holy Spirit it is by You alone that the Truth is revealed unto man.
Jesus Christ by His death and resurrection made You available to us.
Jesus also said unless we are born again we will not enter the
Father’s House and without You we cannot be born again. Holy renew us
take us from Adam and root us in Jesus Christ making us Sons so that
we receive the wedding gown and enter our Father’s House...

Getting tomorrow's Newspaper today

Mark 1:2 - As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger

Just today morning I read an article regarding the grave impact of the
nuclear disaster at Fukushima which happened almost a year ago and it
was just a day or 2 before it happened that we received a warning of a

As I reposted this on my FB wall and was praying to the Lord for
today's message I received this message.

Paul says we are children of light and not of darkness. This does not
only goes with having knowledge and understanding of spiritual matters
but also goes with having the knowledge and understanding of the things
concerning the natural world.

We Christians should be people who are aware of things before they
happen. We read in 2 Kings when Elijah was to be taken up in a chariot
of fire / whirlwind (it was symbolic to what they saw - they saw him
been taken up on fire like Jesus was taken up on a cloud) at that time
records show that many Men of God there including those under training
at the school of Prophets were aware that Elijah was going to be taken
up by the Lord. It was like this event was published in a newspaper
before it happened which was accessible to all Men of God.

We Christians are called to be people aware of things before they happen
and it is shame to us when we are taken by surprise.

My relationship with the Lord is such that in case of any serious
disaster is to happen I know that He warns me and prepares me for them.
It is not that problems do not come suddenly show up otherwise, but
these do not worry me for I know if the Lord has not warned me then they
are not to be worried of, they will just pass. These warnings come not
only concerning my personal life but also concerning my family members
and people the Lord has connected to my life.

Today there are many Messengers the Lord uses to make us aware of things
before they happen and to prepare us for them. Each one of us can be His
messenger if we are in communication with Him. For this our
communication should not be a one way communication like a TV station or
commercial radio station. Most people's prayer life means being a
broadcast station. These people never be silent or still inside to
listen to what the Lord is telling them but will just keep speaking to
the Lord, telling Him what they feel or want. They do not understand God
really does not need us to tell Him for He knows our every thought and
happening even before it arrives into our mind or come our way.

Let's be children of Light and not of darkness walking with knowledge of
things before they happen, having spiritual access to tomorrow's
newspaper today so as to prepare for the events in advance.

Lord, we are called your children, children of the Living God. Lord, You
will never want your children not having an advantage over the things
that are to come. You try time and again to warn us and talk to us but
sadly we do not be still in our lives to listen to You. You even send
your Messengers to tell us and we prefer listening to those who speak
things we like so we ignore your Messengers and their warnings. Lord,
help us to discern people from those whom You have sent and those who
come on their own taking your name...

The righteous 'wise' man Job

Job 13:15 - Though He slay [kill] me, yet will I trust [hope] in Him:
but I will maintain [prove] mine own ways before Him.

Among those blessed with immense wisdom in the Old Testament are the
names of Job, Joseph, Daniel and Solomon. Among these Job, Daniel and
Solomon stand out as exceptional each being having something different
about them. No doubt Solomon was blessed with more wisdom than the
others and added more to the Bible in sense of volume but as an example
Solomon did not do well. All his wisdom which is best seen in his book
Song of Solomon (which even today hardly 0.0001 percent believers
understand, most think it to be a book of romance) still did not sustain
him for he was more in theory not applied wisdom. The wisdom he received
was a gift not what was breed in him (therefore it is better to study
God's Word and receive wisdom than to pray and receive).

In the whole Old Testament when the Lord had to name people as an
example of being righteous people He did not name even people considered
favourite like Abraham, Moses or David but named people like Noah, Job
and Daniel. One can imagine that it was the Lord who put them as examples!

Among my favourite in the Old Testament is Job. One should understand
this Man of God wrote this book (among other books which are not added
to the Bible) way before Moses (he lived long before Moses). The book of
Job is not Prophetic Word but is an understanding of God's Word.

One may say no Logos (written Word) existed at that time for Logos
started with Moses then where did Job get his base matter on which he
expounded. If one reads the book well Job got his Logos from creation
and both John and Paul also note on this.

The instructions of salvation and about the Kingdom of God was given to
mankind the very day God created creation and was written into the
images in which God created all things. Daniel got his understanding
from scriptures but Job got is from creation. Some of the revelations
coded in the book of Job are just flabbergasting. His understanding was
so awesome to the extend one of his books were not allowed since man was
not ready to receive it and its time was not yet.

Even with all this wisdom, understanding and being righteousness this
great man wrestled (struggled) with the Lord. In today's scripture Job
talks of the time when he will stand before the Lord for judgment and
where no godless man will stand before Him. Job talks of the Judgment
Day when all believers of Lord Jesus Christ will stand before the
Judgement Throne. At this time Job expects to put forth his case before
the Lord in words.

The Bible says the whole Truth is revealed gradually over time and it is
this complete Truth in us which will un-corrupt us and make us complete
Sons of God. It is at this time the story comes to an end and Jesus
comes again.

Job even in all his wisdom and understanding was not aware that when we
stand before the Lord we will not be able to speak a word or even
attempt to argue our defence for the records will be open and these
records will speak about us for themselves. It is frightening when we
know what these records are and it is only then will we realize what the
meaning of the Blood of the Lamb of God means to mankind.

Lord, mankind really has no understanding of the value of your Blood
Sacrifice. It is only when the records are open that none will expect
any man to enter Heaven but at that time it is your Righteousness that
will cover those in You and enable many to enter Heaven. Lord, we thank
You for your eternal Blood Sacrifice. Lord, we pray that we remain in
your sacrifice until our last breath and that we be saved...

Understanding prophesies and time in the Bible

Jeremiah 1:14 - The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and
hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man
shall cry there bitterly.

In the Bible we have many scriptures which warn or prophesy of things
'coming soon' or 'near' or 'at hand' or 'quickly' etc. and we find these
scripture that were written thousands of years before are still believed
to be true today.

On one hand we have many who believe almost all scriptures are going to
happen tomorrow and on the other hand we have people who believe this
'near' or 'coming soon' or 'at hand' is not for us but many years later.
We also have people who claim to believe in Jesus Christ but do not
really believe in these scriptures. These people really do not know
Jesus Christ or who YHWH is and do not realize if they do not believe
even in 1 scripture from the prophetic books of the Bible (all books of
the Bible are not prophetic books for some are testimonies, chronicles,
teachings etc.) it is like indirectly rejecting the Lord Jesus Christ or
calling Him a liar.

The Word of God is multi-dimensional in time. There is one aspect that
causes it to be current when the written Word (Logos) is given by the
Lord to us for the moment thus making it the Rhema or spoken Word.
Irrespective of what the Word is that Word becomes applicable to that
moment in our lives and will be fulfilled in the way it is given to be.

Then there is the shadow Word which are prophecies fulfilled
historically yet are not primarily for that event. The historical events
are not the complete fulfilment of the scripture but shadows of the real
fulfilment of the scripture (almost all events on the Old Testament were
shadow fulfilled; it was not that the Word was a shadow but the events
were).

Since this is very important I will take a few examples:-

Moses getting the tablets with the Commandments of God written by the
Finger of God (Holy Spirit) on the day of Pentecost was a shadow
fulfilment and was prophetically fulfilled when the Church received the
Holy Spirit that very day after Jesus' Resurrection. This event also
becomes a Rhema fulfilment every time a person is baptized in the Holy
Spirit. The shadow gives a good understanding of what happens in spirit.

Another example is the scriptures concerning last days. When Jesus was
asked this question Jesus gave warnings which were fulfilled in the 70AD
when the Romans attacked Jerusalem and destroyed it completely but the
world did not end. Does that make Jesus wrong? NO.

First we need to understand the scriptures which Jesus spoke were not
new but were given before and were fulfilled once before as recorded in
books of Maccabee. Jesus just added a few details to it. Those
scriptures are still concerning the end times. They were shadow
fulfilled so as to give us an idea of how the events will unfold at the
last days. Events of great importance are shadow fulfilled more than
once, almost all the time we see they are partly fulfilled in the shadow.

Another example we see most scriptures concerning Israel and the
Promised Land also are of the same case. During the times of Moses /
Joshua we see they were part fulfilled, again in 1900s we see they were
almost fulfilled and even now people think they will be fulfilled with
Israel the country getting the Promised Land. These people want the
shadow more than the real prophesy and they will be disappointed. The
real Israel are the people of God, their real Star of David is the Lord
Jesus Christ and the real Promised Land is Heaven and surely the
scripture will be fulfilled and the real Israel will inherit the real
Promised Land forever, but the earthly Israel will not see the
fulfilment cause it will bring Jesus Christ to a not and by the way this
natural world is not forever and will cease to exist one day. Also is
the case with prophesise concerning Babylon and other important events.

The real fulfilment or prophetic fulfilment of scriptures happen in its
timeline and one of the greatest difficult parts in Bible Study is to
understand the timeline of events. No one has the perfect understanding
of the whole timeline of events but one can day by day get a better
understanding and clearer view of the timeline as they grow in
understanding of scriptures.

Today's scripture is not a Rhema Word for the day nor is it a shadow
Word (this Word was also given by other Prophets for all things are
confirmed in scripture at least twice or thrice). This Word was given
many a times, fulfilled many times in its shadow but will be fulfilled
in full very soon. Just think how great its impact would be.

Lord, times are at hand which most Prophet spoke of and warned about.
Lord, You are giving us more and more of your Spirit, your grace and
spiritual gifts so as to enable us to stand these times of test. Help us
Lord not only to stand the winds of time but to also hold on to the
others that they may not fall too and also as one we have a better
chance to stand these times of test...

The Lake that no one talks of

Matthew 24:51 - And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion
with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Just log on to the internet and Google for visitations to hell and you
will finds many who claim to have visited hell and returned. Almost all
of them will describe it as a place where Satan rules and evil spirits
torture the souls that are condemned to it and if we search scriptures
to find if the Bible talks of Hell to be such a place and the answer is
'no'. Research as to where such a picture comes from and the answer is
the early Catholic Church paintings and from Jew's books. Where did
these painters and the Jews get the idea to picture Hell as a place
where fire burns and the answer is the words used to describe Hell in
the Old Testament. The Jews believe that Jesus is in Hell being tortured
in a pot of burning oil that gives an idea of their understanding.

The New Testament clearly puts Hell as a prison and a place which is not
under the power of Satan but under the power of the Angels of God. David
also states in the book of Psalms that even in Hell he cannot run away
from the presence of God.

Being a prison and under the control of God's Angels does not mean it is
not a place of suffering. When Jesus was delivering the man with a
legion the legion feared He would send them to Hell because they knew
what Hell is and the real suffering it holds.

People think Hell is a place where the souls put there are put in fire,
it is the other way around the fire is not outside but the fire is
inside. This burning fire in some scriptures is described as eternal worms.

Jesus describes this place in His parable of the rich man and Lazarus
the beggar. The rich man who is in Hell asks father Abraham to send
Lazarus to put a drop of water on his tongue. It was not because he was
thirsty, a man burning in fire will not ask for water to quench his
thirst. He asked for water to be put on his tongue for the fire was
inside of him and not outside.

First thing one should know Hell is a prison where only those who have
not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ are condemned to for the rest of
their spirit life (which is in thousands of years). This was a curse on
man by God to perish when man sinned. Jesus broke this curse by His
death and resurrection. He went to Hell and returned. The prison could
not keep Him for He had no sin in Him, but He went there because He had
all our sins on Him. Jesus did not experience any burning when in Hell
since no sin was in Him. Satan (Lucifer) is imprisoned there and would
be released near the end just before Jesus comes again.

Today's scripture is not talking of Hell but of a place worse than Hell.
This place is not for the unbelievers for the parable puts as an evil
servant been put there. We have hardly any preacher who talks of this
place and if they did we are sure to find many true Christians. Some of
the descriptions given to this place are Lake of fire, Lake of fire with
brimstones and also Lake of sulphur. If one studies these descriptions
one would understand how terrible this place would be. This place was
not designed for man but for Lucifer, the Beast and his fallen angels.
They are the first along with the false prophet who are put in this
place. The Bible says all believers whose names are not found in the
Book of Life will also be put in this Lake. Those in this Lake suffer so
bad that they are made as an example for the Angels (spirit beings) till
eternity.

If we are baptized in Jesus Christ it is very important we are also
baptized in the Holy Spirit. We cannot say we are safe by just believing
in Jesus Christ. Yes we are saved from Hell but we will not go to Heaven
if we are not baptized in the Holy Spirit. It is only by our baptism in
the Holy Spirit that the Law is written in our hearts and the Spirit of
God leads us to keep the Word. If we do not keep the Word as the Spirit
leads us, the Word will judge us when Jesus Christ comes again and sits
on His Judgement seat. All those who are judged negative will find
themselves in the Lake.

Lord your Word says your people suffer because of lack of knowledge.
This is not true only in this world but also in the spirit world. People
do not have an understanding of what man is and for what purpose You
made Him. They do not have an understanding of what the Heavens are and
Who You are. They have been deceived by Satan and have glorified him
making him like You, the very thing he wanted. Lord, we pray You open
the eyes of your people to the Truth and may they follow You with fear
and trembling like Paul put...

Right age of marriage

Mark 5:43 - And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and
commanded that something should be given her to eat.

In the miracle where Jesus bought the daughter of Jarries back to life
there were these instructions which Jesus gave to the people with Him.
The people with Him were Peter, John and Jarries and the instructions
were that no man should know it.

What is that no man should know? Was it that Jesus bought her to life?
For that they would have required her to be hid the rest of her life.

We need to understand there are very few instances where the Aramaic
words are written along with their translations. It was the Apostles who
gave the instructions to translate the half written Gospels from Aramaic
to Greek but yet they made sure some of the words were left as it was in
Aramaic, like in this case. Had it not been important they would not
have done so.

The age of the girl was given as twelve years and there is no other
place other than this where the age of the person healed was given. We
need to understand during those times people would get the girl married
at the age of twelve. The Jews believed that puberty was a sign of
adulthood of a girl and therefore the girls were made to marry at the
age of twelve. We read Islam goes a step ahead and their prophet married
a girl of age nine. They justify themselves with records of the Jews
allowing marriage at the age of twelve. But they do not try to find out
what God had to say about this.

In this event we find Jesus uses the words 'Talitha' which was a term
used for a little girl and according to the Jews such a term used for a
girl of twelve girls was not acceptable. They required a person to
address a girl of twelve years as a woman and not little girl. This was
the custom of the Jews but not what the Lord had addressed them. When
Jesus instructed the people with Him not to let others know of it, it
was about the term that He used for the girl and not what He did to the
girl.

We have laws in different countries regarding the legal age of marriage.
Some put as sixteen, some eighteen and some twenty one. But since people
do not understand what marriage is they have these rules. They look at
the physical ability of the body more than the purpose of marriage.
People who think marriage is about sex and reproduction, therefore have
this attitude. We cannot blame the Muslims for accepting the marriage of
their prophet with a girl of nine for they do not understand what
marriage is and why God set rules about marriage. This is the cause of
them having crazy rules concerning marriage because it is all about
gratification of the body more than the spiritual purpose.

No doubt the body needs to be able for marriage but that does not mean
that once the body is able one can get married. A boy is able to become
a father right from the age of 6. Even though full puberty is reached at
the age of 16 yet their body is able for fatherhood just at the age of
6. That does not mean a boy of 6 can get married.

People need to understand why the Lord allowed marriage to more than one
woman in the early days and then set to only one, and in the latter days
indirectly says blessed is the one who does not marry (let me make it
clear here that these are not the end days and there is lots of years
before the second coming of the Lord).

Marriage is something that we do that symbolizes things of the Heavens
so that we understand things not possible otherwise. It is because of
this when the topic of the Church being the bride comes up or when the
topic of the Heavenly marriage of the Son comes up people imagine an
earthly marriage in Heaven, doing just the opposite of what marriage is.

Marriage is something Heavenly enacted on earth and not something
earthly which will happen in Heaven. Thus a person who does not know
this should think twice before getting married.

Lord, You made this creation and gave us statutes to follow so that by
following them we would be able to understand things which are hidden
from man. Lord, let us not be lost in the statutes but pursue its
understanding and purpose. Let marriage be that Heavenly bond which You
called as Church, let us understand our roles in marriage and thus
fulfil your instructions in Spirit and Truth...

Preach to Nineveh and bring the glory of God to come
Jonah 1:2 - Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry [preach]
against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

In the Manuscripts the above scripture is a little different.

Jonah 1:2 - To Nineveh the great city preach against-her because she
came up.

Most people think that Jonah ran away to Tarshish due to fear of going
to Nineveh but that is not true. Firstly we need to understand Jonah was
a Man of God who had close relationship with the Lord. Secondly the
translations state Jonah went to Tarshish to flee from the presence of
the Lord.

In Psalms David states even in Hell one cannot flee from the presence of
the Lord so Tarshish was not greater than Hell that it could hold the
Lord away.

Tarshish was the furthest point in the east to which ships went. Jonah
was told by the Lord that he would punish Nineveh within a period unless
they changed and He had asked Jonah to go and preach to Nineveh before
that. Jonah knew if he preached repentance there was also a chance that
they would have a change of heart and the people could be saved. Jonah
hated the people of Nineveh so much that he did not want that even small
chance of them being saved, he simply wanted them to be punished. Jonah
was not the only one; every Israelite during that time had the same
feeling towards the Assyrian empire of which Nineveh was the capital city.

What Hitler did against the Jews was Kindergarten stuff compared to what
the Assyrians did during the time of Isaiah. Like the other Israelites
Jonah also wanted only one thing and that was the destruction of
Nineveh. Jonah knew if the Lord gave a stipulate time and the time
passed then Nineveh would be destroyed so Jonah fled to Tarshish so that
his journey from that place to Nineveh would pass the stipulate time.
But this act of Jonah actually helped the people of Nineveh to repent
for the state in which the Lord bought him to Nineveh and their false
belief caused the people to believe him, repent and turn from their evil
ways. It was like their god telling them to return from their evil ways
and worship the True God. That day almost 600,000 turned to the Lord.

The word Assyria means 'step' which symbolizes prosperity. It is worldly
prosperity that causes the greatest harm to the people of God and today
like Jonah the Lord is telling us to go to Nineveh the capital Assyria
and preach against it. Nineveh in Greek means 'offspring of ease'.
Today's Nineveh are the ministries of blessings all those who pursue
blessings more than the Kingdom of God.

Yesterday just after our message was sent within 3 hours I got news of
one of India's greatest social campaigners raised his voice against a
giant prayer ministry in India. No doubt the ministry is doing good work
by getting people to know God through prayer, but the way they run their
ministry and the way they spiritually supress people from spiritually
growing is against God and His Word. The ministry assets where thousands
and thousands donate or tithe to, is treated as family wealth.

Like the Lord's desire towards the people of Nineveh is also towards
these people. He desires they repent from their ways and turn to Him.
The day they do will see the greatest revival in the world like one till
date has not been seen or heard of.

Lord, time is come for your Church to move into a time of it glory. You
desire the people You have set to lead, to turn from their ways of
worshipping the golden calf which is prosperity. You want to bless them
with things beyond their imagination but it is only possible when they
reject the things of this world and empty themselves unto You. Lord, we
pray for all the Christian leaders across the world that they turn from
their ways and walk according to your ways. That they cause the world to
know You and your glory to fall on your congregation. ..

Warning to the shepherds

Jeremiah 34:15, 16 - And ye were now turned, and had done right in my
sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour; and ye had
made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name: But
ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant
[bondman], and every man his handmaid [bondwoman], whom ye had set at
liberty at their pleasure [soul], to return, and brought them into
subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.

All the messages from the Lord since these few days were accumulating
for today's message. We need to take this message very seriously for
every time these 5 years, (I started these daily messages since 15th May
2007) when such messages came one after another connecting to the same
warning I have seen great disasters happening. A few of them were - the
financial crisis that hit in 2008-2009 - messages started coming 3
months before; the Arab spring - messages started almost a year before
with details till when it would continue and to what extend it would go;
Japan earthquake - message a day before the quake happened but about the
nuclear disaster and the extend of its damages the message were almost a
month before (which even today is hidden from the public); the breakup
of one of the biggest believer Church in India - about 2 months in
advance; terror attack in Mumbai a few days before; and the most recent
happenings in Europe were also told to us many days before with what
level it would go to. There are also 2 warnings told in advance and are
due to their time set - one next year and one a few year ahead. The
mails are all archived on the website and are witness to the Lord's
warnings and they all include reasons as to why they happen.

Our God is a patient God who is slow to anger. He has time and time
again shown that He has always warned His people before taking any
action against them. He is a good Father Who chastises His children but
His love always remains.

Today's warnings are to the preachers who are saving people by giving
them the Gospel of Jesus Christ but later put them into greater
disasters by misleading them about the Truth. We need to understand the
Gospel of Jesus Christ is the start which by believing in we are able to
receive the Holy Spirit and it is by the Holy Spirit that we receive the
Word. The Gospel is not the Word but a part of the Word and leads us to
the Spirit of God Who reveals the Word. Jesus did not come to just wash
away our sins and to break our curses. Paul says He came to make us Sons
of God and that can only happen when the Image is back again in us. The
image of God is more to do with the spiritual image in us and is
connected to the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. We lost the Fruit of Truth
in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve ate of the tree of 'Good and
Bad' (doubt). The Word is Truth and unless the Living Word is not in us
we will not get to Heaven. Most of these preachers are giving a corrupt
understanding of the Living Word and thus causing the very people who
they have saved from Hell to go to the Lake of Sulphur, it is like they
have saved people from the pack of hungry wolves to lead them to fall
into a den of hungry lions.

Many scriptures talk of this day when the Lord is going to search the
hearts of His people with a candlestick before the great fall of the
false Church. Like the Lord symbolically showed with the Israelites that
even two were sufficient for Him to get the job done. He also
symbolically showed that great Men of God like Moses were not spared
when it comes to not following His instruction, after all that the Lord
has done for them.

Today's message tells the shepherds enough is enough, it is time they
stop fooling people and themselves, that they tighten their belts and
start preaching God's Word and not their own.

Lord, Your Word are instructions to us of how we can come back to You.
It also contains warnings about things that will happen along our
journey to You. Lord, You already know the results and have written them
yet You warn people because You are a righteous God and no one can speak
against your Holy Name. Lord, we pray for those whom You have called to
lead your sheep that they turn from their ways and bring your people to
overcome the flesh and not lead them to gratification of it...

parts of the calf;
20I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the
hand of them that seek their life: and their dead bodies shall be for
meat unto the fowls of the heaven, and to the beasts of the earth.

Ezekiel 34:7-10
7 Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
8As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey,
and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was
no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the
shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;

10Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I
will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from
feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more;

Bread and Water to possess the Promise Land

Nehemiah 9: 15You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, And
brought them water out of the rock for their thirst, And told them to go
in to possess the land Which You had sworn to give them.

We read in the book of John, Jesus spoke about the Israelites eating
Manna given from Heaven. The Manna was bread that came from Heaven.
Later Jesus adds He is the Bread that came from Heaven and anyone who
eats this Bread will live forever and never die. We know this eternal
life which Jesus spoke of isn't earthly but is life which we will have
in Heaven. Thus eating of the Bread gives us the ability to enter Heaven
which is our Promised Land.

Now we read Jesus also said the fathers ate Manna and died but eating
the Living Bread (Jesus) one does not die. If Jesus is the Bread that
came from Heaven and Manna is also bread from Heaven then how is it that
they died?

Let me first confuse you and then clear your confusing.

Manna (A) is the Bread from Heaven (B)
Jesus (C) is the Bread from Heaven (B)
Entering Heaven by eating the Bread (D)

A=B and B = D (according to today's scripture)
C=B and C=D (according to Jesus' Word - John 6:48-51 )
Then logically if A=B then A should = D which did not happen for those
who ate A died.
Here A which = C will not = D for the true C is not = A

Let me explain.

Jesus is the Living Bread and eating the Living Bread will get us to
Heaven but eating Jesus the Manna will not. The word Manna means 'what
is it'. What bread the Israelites ate, which was given to them from
Heaven they never understood. So like the Israelites if we accept the
Word of God (Jesus) without knowing Him then we will be like them who
ate Manna and died for this will not get us to the Promised Land. But if
we understand Who Jesus is then we will not be eating Manna but will be
eating the Living Bread and it is only the Living Bread which will get
us to Heaven.

Also the water that they drank was from the Rock but they did not know
the Rock and Paul puts the Rock as Christ. When we say Christ it does
not just refer to Jesus but also the Spirit of God the Holy Spirit which
was on Jesus. There were two Rocks the first which the Lord allowed to
bruise and the second which were not allowed to bruise and that Rock was
the Holy Spirit.

We receive Living water from both Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Water
symbolizes mercy. Jesus said anyone who drinks the water He gives will
become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life (grace).

The first grace we receive is from Jesus and we were allowed to bruise
Him. The second grace we receive is from the Holy Spirit and for this
grace we need to just ask of Him.

The Lord is telling us in very simple words that it is only by our
understanding of the Word and by the grace of Christ that we will be
able to enter our Promised Land which is Heaven.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we pray that your people do not eat Manna but the Living Word that
they do not be like the Israelite who did without understanding. Lord,
we also pray that your Living Water fill us and we become wells of water
spring, unto our entering our Promised Land. Let not our relationship be
stiff neck but help us change according your leading...
