To MountZion - Page 37 Empty Re: To MountZion

A person is, what his heart is
Matthew 15:18 - But the things which proceed out of the mouth come
forth out of the heart; and they defile the man.
In today's message Jesus speaks about the pollution in the heart that
comes out when a person speaks.
There are people who deceive by putting on a sweet image and speak
sweet words; even then if you are in Spirit you will find in their
words they will be exposed.
The word Jesus used as 'heart' means center of a being and refers to
the inner man / soul of a person. This part of us is not just a
thinking or a feeling system but a full being like our body. When the
Lord taught me about the inner man He taught me about the parts of the
body of this being in us through the books of Moses and Psalms. It was
for this reason that we have 5 books of Moses. Also Psalms are not put
in order according to the writers of the time it was written but
according to the books of Moses and were sorted into 5 parts
originally, according to the books of Moses.
We take care of our physical body by washing, clothing it etc. but
most of us ignore our inner man, the part which really defines us. A
person walking in Spirit sees this inner man very easily otherwise
many people do not know of its existence and also confuse it with a
person's spirit.
Jesus spoke of the mouth as one of the outputs of the inner man;
another output is the works / behavior of the person. It is according
to the inner man a person behaves or works.
Jesus also defines in another scripture the eyes (what we see) as one
of the very important inputs to this inner-man. The other inputs to
our inner man are the other senses like ears (hearing), taste, touch
and smell. It is only when we guard these inputs can we control how we
develop this inner man.
If we look at the TVM (grammar) of the verb 'defile' (which also gives
us instructions of the background in body, Inner man and spirit
respectively) is Present, Active, Indicative.
According to the TVM (grammar) with regards to our defilement:
Our body is simply a statement of fact or reality viewed as occurring
in actual time. It just shows what is inside.
Our soul or inner man is the doer or performer of the action.
Our spirit is in a simple statement of fact. If an action really
occurs or has occurred or will occur, it will be rendered in the
indicative mood.
So the state of our body and spirit are results of the state of our inner man.
For those growing in faith and not mature in Spirit, Paul rightly
advices not to fight temptation but to flee (escape) from it.
Man has made traditions which do not help build our inner man or our
spirit. People think they do not harm us. A thing will either do good
or bad, even the lukewarm are considered bad in spiritual world.
Traditions of man either harm or faith or burden our inner man and
make us spiritually lethargic. So let us discern traditions and flee
from those which are not statutes of the Lord.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You made us so beautifully according to the image of the God
Head. In your wisdom You also made possible for us to overcome by the
form You created us. Lord, help us control our senses and guard them
by your precious sacrifice. You overcame and showed us how to overcome
by the help of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, take charge of us and
help us cleanse our inner man...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 14:1-20
1 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for
they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the
commandment of God by your tradition?
4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He
that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is
a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus
have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me
with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the
commandments of men.
10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which
cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the
Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father
hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the
blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
15 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
16 And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?
17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth
goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from
the heart; and they defile the man.
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries,
fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen
hands defileth not a man.
Matthew 13:15-16
15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, And their ears are dull of
hearing, And their eyes they have closed; Lest haply they should
perceive with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand
with their heart, And should turn again, And I should heal them.
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.
Matthew 6:20-23
20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth
nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break through nor
steal:
21 for where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also.
22 The lamp of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single,
thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of
darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how
great is the darkness!
1 Corinthians 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but
God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye
are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape,
that ye may be able to endure it.
Luke 8:13
13 And those on the rock are they who, when they have heard, receive
the word with joy; and these have no root, who for a while believe,
and in time of temptation fall away.
James 1:12-13
12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation (testing); for when he
hath been approved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord
promised to them that love him.
13 Let no man say when he is tempted (enticed with evil), I am
tempted (enticed with evil) of God; for God cannot be tempted with
evil, and he himself tempteth (entice with evil) no man:

Because of His mercies we have hope

Lamentation 3:19-22
19 Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.
20 My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.
21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
22 It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his
compassions fail not.

This year started on a very good note. The end of the year on the 26th
the Lord blessed me with a fantastic birthday gift through the Truth
Rally which we had in Mumbai. At the rally we took a grand procession
through the most important parts of the city in decorated large
trailers having live bands, vehicles, mascots etc. But the most
important part of the rally was a tempo loaded which was following
this procession loaded with tracks. Through the 12kms we managed to
distribute about 12-13 thousand Gospel of John booklets and about 3
thousand Gideon's Bibles. We stopped at many places and preached the
Good News of Hope in Jesus Christ. At Juhu Beach, a very busy place
even thought we had resistance from the traffic police we managed to
not only pass through but stopped there and share the Word for nearly
20mins and gave Bibles to almost every 4th person!

On the first day of the year a fellow worker in the Lord's Kingdom
lost his father. Even in the lost the glory of God was experienced. He
was suffering since many years of a back problem, could not use one of
his hands and was not able to move well so needed support to walk or
do any personal work.

The family was very poor but in the Lord and for many years I would
share the Word weekly at their house. He was taken to the hospital on
the 26th due to chest congestion. On the 30th evening while I was
having bath I felt the Lord leading me strongly to pray for him. This
was the first time I really prayed in the bathroom. When I called the
next day I came to know at the same time he became serious. Everyone
was praying for him and he was struggling through this period. On the
1st his son got a message to stop praying for it was time for him to
go. So he and his two sisters joined hands near his bed and prayed
that, if the Lord gives him back to them, he should be fully healed or
else only if the Lord assures them he will be with Him then to take
him away. The Lord even have the son a message not to look at the
arched body and his wrenched hand but to be joyful of the glorious new
body which the Lord will give him. After this prayer in less than
10mins he breathes his last and gave away his spirit.

The person who died even in his many years of suffering did not lose
an opportunity to smile or to crack a joke. He use to keep professing
scriptures regularly but also used to be gloomy when he would look at
his problems. But of late before he expired I was told there was only
one scripture on his mouth 'Praise the Lord for He is good His mercy
endures for ever'.

His funeral was very beautiful, none of his family members really
cried for all were aware of what was assured to him and what was going
to happen to him.

We all live in the hope of what is assured to us in Christ. We walk in
faith to receive this hope. We trust in the mercies we receive in
Jesus for we know and have experienced our God as a merciful God.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for the mercies You shower on us even though we are
not worthy of it. We thank You for the grace in Jesus Christ and that
which was not possible is not made available for us through His
sacrifice. We know if we keep our trust in You till our last breathe
we will receive our inheritance in You...

We declare this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Acts 2:25-28
25 For David saith concerning him, I beheld the Lord always before my
face; For he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
26 Therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; Moreover my
flesh also shall dwell in hope:
27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul unto Hades, Neither wilt thou
give thy Holy One to see corruption.
28 Thou madest known unto me the ways of life; Thou shalt make me
full of gladness with thy countenance.

Romans 4:16-22
16 For this cause it is of faith, that it may be according to grace;
to the end that the promise may be sure to all the seed; not to that
only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of
Abraham, who is the father of us all
17 (as it is written, A father of many nations have I made thee)
before him whom he believed, even God, who giveth life to the dead,
and calleth the things that are not, as though they were.
18 Who in hope believed against hope, to the end that he might become
a father of many nations, according to that which had been spoken, So
shall thy seed be.
19 And without being weakened in faith he considered his own body now
as good as dead (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness
of Sarah's womb;
20 yet, looking unto the promise of God, he wavered not through
unbelief, but waxed strong through faith, giving glory to God,
21 and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was able
also to perform.
22 Wherefore also it was reckoned unto him for righteousness.

Romans 5:1-4
1 Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through
our Lord Jesus Christ;
2 through whom also we have had our access by faith into this grace
wherein we stand; and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
3 And not only so, but we also rejoice in our tribulations: knowing
that tribulation worketh stedfastness;
4 and stedfastness, approvedness; and approvedness, hope:
5 and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been
shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto
us.

Stretch forth thy hand
Mark 5: 5 - And when he had looked round about on them with anger,
being grieved at the hardening of their heart, he saith unto the man,
Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it forth; and his hand was
restored.
In 2010 the Lord did one thing good, He taught me how little I know of
the Bible.
With the kind of direct teaching that the Lord was doing to me I
thought I did know something about the Bible (knowing I did not know
everything). But then the Lord bought Dr. Ron Charles into my life and
after meeting him I who thought was in 7th standard of Bible school
realized I was really in the 3rd standard. The Lord showed me that it
is very important to learn by sharing as part of a body in Christ.
There is so much depth in the scriptures that has been hidden to us
because we really do not understand the language in which they are
written and the history behind it. For example people do not realize
that there are nearly 4 generations of Hebrew in which the Old
Testament was written.
Just one word of the scripture changes the whole depth of what Jesus
did and the shows the attitude of the people around Him, especially of
the Pharisees and Sadducees, how stone hearted and conspiring they
were.
We have many a times heard of this miracle wherein Jesus healed this
man’s hand on a Sabbath day. This healing was not just an ordinary
healing but by this healing Jesus has nearly waged a war with the
Jewish Church clergy. Jesus had defined them head on not by healing
the man on a Sabbath but more by the person whom He had healed.
The Greek word translated as 'withered hand' was not sick hand but the
word used is 'a stone mason's hand'. Dr. Ron then took us into the
history of the Jewish (Solomon's) temple which was rebuilt by Herold.
I will not be able to go in depth in this mail but in short Jesus
challenged the Jewish authority head on by healing the hand of this
man because his hand was squashed by the Pharisees about 25 to 30
years back as a punishment for working on a Sabbath day even though
the permission to do so was given by them itself under pressure of the
Romans.
People who worked on the Sabbath on the temple portion which was used
for worship were forgiven and rewarded, but those who worked on the
tower which was a part of the temple project but used by the Roman
soldiers were punished like this man. Not only their hand was squashed
with a stone but he was made to beg for rest of his life at the doors
of the synagogue (temple). He and his family were considered cursed.
They too were punished brutally (i.e. the right eye of the wife was
gauche out) because this man worked on a Sabbath. He was not allowed
to even put his head up, nor talk or see into the eyes of any person
directly. Any person who spoke to him face to face was told by the
High Priest that the curse would come on to them. And on that day
Jesus not only spoke to him directly 3 times, but also healed him.
This healing showed a direct fight between Jesus' God and the god of
the Pharisees. The High Priest had squashed his hand saying it was the
will of God and Jesus healed him showing it was God’s will so it was a
matter of representative authority.
The Pharisees did not know God but had made Sabbath the most important
issue. Their book on Sabbath was fatter than their Holy book (Torah or
any other book). They were void of God and His nature but loved to
debate on things like Sabbath. They had made Sabbath a god for
themselves.
Sharing our understanding is very important as a united body. But when
a being continuously does only one action non-stop it causes
Repetitive Motion sickness and hampers the functioning of the rest of
the body. So when we find no light coming in our discussion it is time
to put it aside and get back to the Master Teacher (the Lord - the
Holy Spirit) to enlighten and guide us.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord Jesus, You showed us in You our God whom we did not know. By You
and the your works You bought us closer to our Father in Heaven. Help
us Lord to know You better and come closer to being a true Christian
walking in Spirit and in Truth. You are the Spirit of Truth and You
reveal the Truth unto us. You give according to our faith and our walk
in You. Help us Lord to increase our faith and to walk your path so
that we may know You and your Kingdom better...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Mark 3:1-6
1 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there
which had a withered hand.
2 And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day;
that they might accuse him.
3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.
4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath
days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their
peace.
5 And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being
grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man,
Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was
restored whole as the other.
6 And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the
Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
Matthew 12:1-14
1 At that season Jesus went on the sabbath day through the
grainfields; and his disciples were hungry and began to pluck ears and
to eat.
2 But the Pharisees, when they saw it, said unto him, Behold, thy
disciples do that which it is not lawful to do upon the sabbath.
3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was
hungry, and they that were with him;
4 how he entered into the house of God, and ate the showbread, which
it was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them that were with him,
but only for the priests?
5 Or have ye not read in the law, that on the sabbath day the priests
in the temple profane the sabbath, and are guiltless?
6 But I say unto you, that one greater than the temple is here.
7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I desire mercy, and not
sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
8 For the Son of man is lord of the sabbath.
9 And he departed thence, and went into their synagogue:
10 and behold, a man having a withered hand. And they asked him,
saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? that they might
accuse him.
11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be of you, that shall
have one sheep, and if this fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will
he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?
12 How much then is a man of more value than a sheep! Wherefore it is
lawful to do good on the sabbath day.
13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched
it forth; and it was restored whole, as the other.
14 But the Pharisees went out, and took counsel against him, how they
might destroy him.

He took the thorns in His head!
John 19: 2 - And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on
his head, and they put on him a purple robe,
I was praying today the Lord would give a wonderful message since it
is the first day of the year. When I received this message I was at
first a little sad why a scripture from His passion for today, but
when I read it I was really glad to what the Lord wanted to tell us.
When man had sinned God cursed the sinner man. One of the curses was
of thorns symbolizing problems in his work, in today's message the
Lord wants to remind us that He took these thorns on His head and
freed us from the curse of the thorns.
So this year the Lord is saying to all who read and receive this
message that He has taken away all our problems and this year will be
a good year in the work for His people. This message is especially for
those who are working in His vineyard; this year is start of
harvesting season for the Kingdom of God. This year we will see plenty
doors opening, hearts of many changing and turning to the Lord. We
will see many taking courage and fearlessly sharing the Gospel
anywhere and everywhere they get an opportunity.
Let us rejoice and thank God for giving us such a wonderful year ahead.
Happy New Year 2011 to each and every one of you and to your families.
Go forth and reap the harvest.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for thanking the curse of the thorns on yourself
and freeing us from the curse. We thank You, Lord for this wonderful
year of the start of the harvest. We are excited Lord that You
blessing the works of our hands let your Kingdom grow and may your
glory be experience by all mankind...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Genesis 3:17-19
17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice
of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee,
saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake;
in toil shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
18 thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou
shalt eat the herb of the field;
19 in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return
unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and
unto dust shalt thou return.
Hebrew 6:4-8
4 For as touching those who were once enlightened and tasted of the
heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit,
5 and tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come,
6 and then fell away, it is impossible to renew them again unto
repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh,
and put him to an open shame.
7 For the land which hath drunk the rain that cometh oft upon it, and
bringeth forth herbs meet for them for whose sake it is also tilled,
receiveth blessing from God:
8 but if it beareth thorns and thistles, it is rejected and nigh unto
a curse; whose end is to be burned.

Resurrection and Jesus' wounds
Luke 24:39 - See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me,
and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me
having.
One of the many things that has the understanding of many Church's
astray, is the understanding of Resurrection.
People believe after resurrection we will come back in the same body
as we live in. Today's message is one such scripture that leads them
to think that way.
We see in today's message Jesus shows the wounds on his hands and his
feet to Thomas who struggled to believe Jesus resurrected. So did
Jesus come in the same body which He did before death? The scripture
points to that since the proof is the wounds that were on Jesus’ hands
and feet.
But people forget that Jesus was scourged not only by the Jews 30+
times but was also scourged by the Romans 1000+ times. He was mocked,
abused and tortured for those 5 days from His arrest in the Garden of
Gethsemane to His death on the cross. During that period He was
crowned with a crown of thorns which pierced His head. Historians who
were witness to this event recorded that Jesus was not recognizable as
human being. He was bleeding so badly that after surviving the
whipping the Romans believed it was not the will of their gods that He
die without being crucified, so they dipped Him in salt water to stop
the bleeding.
When Jesus resurrected and appeared to the many people those 40 days
He appeared as a normal human with only the wounds on His hands and
feet by which He was hung on the crucifix. Secondly no scripture talks
of blood. Did the wounds heal that the blood stopped flowing?
Jesus asked His disciples to feel His wounds, which shows His wounds
were still deep. Also just after resurrection Jesus was walking with
other people and they were not frightened seeing Jesus but behaved
normally, not recognizing Jesus.
This one misunderstanding about Resurrection has caused many Churches
into wrong understanding of other things like the Rapture and Judgment
Day, our mission as a Ministry of the Lord, your reward in Heaven
etc...
It is time we realized that very few people really had the
understanding on this matter and we need to get back to the book and
understand the basics of creation like human beings, spirit being and
Heaven.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, Your Word was given yet coded so that man whose heart is not
right may not understand it and perish. Lord, You have been working in
man and setting their hearts right according to your heart. Your
Spirit and grace has been flowing abundantly as per your promise. By
your grace and your Spirit You are revealing new and wonderful things
unto mankind. So that by the light of the Truth many will turn unto
You. We ask You Lord to open our minds and your hearts that we may
humble ourselves and receive...
This prayer we make in your Mighty Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Luke 24:34-43
34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was
known of them in breaking of bread.
36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them,
and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had
seen a spirit.
38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts
arise in your hearts?
39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and
see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
40 And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said
unto them, Have ye here any meat?
42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43 And he took it, and did eat before them.
Acts 20:6-12
6 And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread
[10th day of the 1st month, five days before the real Passover], and
came unto them to Troas in five days, where we tarried seven days.
7 And upon the first day of the week, when we were gathered together
to break bread, Paul discoursed with them, intending to depart on the
morrow; and prolonged his speech until midnight [celebration of the
death and resurrection of Jesus].
8 And there were many lights in the upper chamber where we were
gathered together.
9 And there sat in the window a certain young man named Eutychus,
borne down with deep sleep; and as Paul discoursed yet longer, being
borne down by his sleep he fell down from the third story, and was
taken up dead.
10 And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Make
ye no ado; for his life is in him.
11 And when he was gone up, and had broken the bread, and eaten, and
had talked with them a long while, even till break of day, so he
departed.
12 And they brought the lad alive, and were not a little comforted.
Exodus 12:2-11
2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be
the first month of the year to you.
3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth
day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according
to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his
neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the
souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the
lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye
shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month:
and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in
the evening.
7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side
posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat
it.
8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and
unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with
fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that
which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on
your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste:
it is the LORD'S passover.

Reflect on your past
Matthew 1:1 - The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of
David, the son of Abraham.
Today being the last day of this year the Lord wants us to reflect on
our past. When He refers to the past He does not mean on the wrongs
that we did or the mistakes which we made.
The Lord has forgiven us and does not want to remember any of our
wrong doing. Today the Lord wants each one of us to spend some time
reflecting on the blessings that we received this whole year. When
Jesus was introduced by Matthew, He started with David and then
Abraham. David is a person known according to heart of God and Abraham
as father by faith through how we are all blessed. So today the Lord
wants is to reflect on the goodness we have received according to His
heart and then according to His promise.
When the Lord says blessing according to His hearts it means the
blessing we received when we did according to the nature of God, when
we went out of our way to please God not because someone told us to
but because deep within us we felt it. Then the Lord wants is to
remember the goodness we received when we stood by His promise, when
we believed in His Word and we received our blessings.
I am sure each one of us would be having some or many incidents to
remember this year, it may be small or it may be great, let us lift
them all up to the Lord, testify them and give glory unto Him for
each one of them.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for this wonderful year You blessed us with. There
are many moments which we will never forget for your glory was seen
and You showed You are our God through them. You are true to your Word
and we have seen this in every step we took in faith...
This we declare in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
2 Corinthians 9:11
11 ye being enriched in everything unto all liberality, which worketh
through us thanksgiving to God.
Philippians 4:6-7
6 In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard
your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 2:6-7
6 As therefore ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him,
7 rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even
as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
1 Timothy 4:4-5
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected,
if it be received with thanksgiving:
5 for it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.

Natural disasters are not natural
2 Samuel 21:1, 2 - Then there was a famine in the days of David three
years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD
answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew
the Gibeonites. And the king called the Gibeonites, and said unto
them; (now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of
the remnant of the Amorites; and the children of Israel had sworn unto
them: and Saul sought to slay them in his zeal to the children of
Israel and Judah.)
We read in today's message, during the time of David's rule and after
the death of Saul there was a famine which prolonged for a long
period. David who had a very good relation with the Lord knew that
this disaster was not natural and serious so he inquired of the Lord.
The Lord did answer David that it was due to the injustice done by
Saul unto the Gibeonites.
It was only after the Gibeonites had taken revenge by killing seven
sons/ grandsons of Saul and David symbolically bought spiritual
reconciliation by bringing the bones of Saul and those hanged by the
Gibeonites together that God healed the land.
In today's date we see so many natural calamities and Churches pray to
the Lord for relief. Sometimes their prayers are answered but many a
time people tolerate these problems and forget about them once they
pass. It is very rare of a person to inquire of the Lord as to why
they happen.
As the Lord was teaching me He started revealing the disasters before
hand and reasons as to why. Nothing just happens for our God is God
and Almighty. Nothing can happen in all creation and also in the
Heavens without His knowledge.
As sin increases we find nature turns violent and against man. Jesus
did warn of these signs of earthquakes, epidemics, famines etc...
The Bible tells us in the last days things will be so bad that even
the sun will not be visible and scientist tell us this is possible
only when there is an nuclear war. This is confirmed with scriptures
which state that a quarter of mankind will be killed around this time.
Today we cannot the way it was done during the time of David. We have
Jesus Who is our eternal sacrifice so we can take refuge in His
sacrifice with a repenting heart. My telling you this will not help
you erase the problem but will help you pass through it.
Just today a sister send me link of a video showing a person rebuking
a F4 tornado and how the tornado immediately disintegrates and after
passing over his house / office and continues its havoc.
The sin of man has been piling up to the Heavens and man is going to
see its fruits. But we Christians need to understand and taking refuge
in the Name of Jesus can save ourselves from these disasters.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You have given us through the Bible many warning of the times we
are in and that which is ahead of us. You also showed us ways by which
we can save ourselves and our loved ones from these disasters. Lord,
help us realize this natural world is the outcome of what we sow in
the spiritual world. Help us take refuge in the Name of Jesus and give
glory unto You...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
2 Samuel 21:3-14
3 Wherefore David said unto the Gibeonites, What shall I do for you?
and wherewith shall I make the atonement, that ye may bless the
inheritance of the LORD?
4 And the Gibeonites said unto him, We will have no silver nor gold
of Saul, nor of his house; neither for us shalt thou kill any man in
Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you.
5 And they answered the king, The man that consumed us, and that
devised against us that we should be destroyed from remaining in any
of the coasts of Israel,
6 Let seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang
them up unto the LORD in Gibeah of Saul, whom the LORD did choose. And
the king said, I will give them.
7 But the king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of
Saul, because of the LORD’S oath that was between them, between David
and Jonathan the son of Saul.
8 But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom
she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of
Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of
Barzillai the Meholathite:
9 And he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they
hanged them in the hill before the LORD: and they fell all seven
together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first
days, in the beginning of barley harvest.
10 And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for
her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped
upon them out of heaven, and suffered neither the birds of the air to
rest on them by day, nor the beasts of the field by night.
11 And it was told David what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the
concubine of Saul, had done.
12 And David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of
Jonathan his son from the men of Jabeshgilead, which had stolen them
from the street of Bethshan, where the Philistines had hanged them,
when the Philistines had slain Saul in Gilboa:
13 And he brought up from thence the bones of Saul and the bones of
Jonathan his son; and they gathered the bones of them that were
hanged.
14 And the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son buried they in the
country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the sepulchre of Kish his father: and
they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God was
intreated for the land.
Luke 21:10-11
10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom;
11 and there shall be great earthquakes, and in divers places famines
and pestilences; and there shall be terrors and great signs from
heaven.
Luke 21:17-18
17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
18 And not a hair of your head shall perish.

Hold your mouth

Luke 1:67 - And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit,
and prophesied, saying,

When John the Baptist was born although he was born of old age by
Elizabeth yet all the attention at that time was captured by his
father Zacharias.

Firstly he was made dumb for nearly nine months by the Angel before
the birth of John. This was done so as to stop Zacharias who was full
of doubt in his mind from opening his mouth and speaking negative
words which would have hindered the birth of John.

We later see after the birth of the child when Zacharias was asked for
the child's name while writing he was able to speak what he wrote and
he also started praising God. This event caused a stir among the
people so much that they started to wonder what great plans God must
be having in the life of the child. At this point of time the Holy
Spirit through the very mouth of Zacharias spoke about the life of the
John.

If one checks the words of Zacharias through a Cross Reference, you
will be able to link the words to scriptures spoken by the Prophets
from the books of the Old Testament.

What we see through this testimony of Zacharias is that God has
already declared the goodness and beautiful plans He has in the lives
of His loved ones. What stops these blessings from being received are
the negative words and thoughts which we speak and believe in. We need
to be dumb like Zacharias when our hearts are troubled, heavy and
burdened and we cannot think of any good things. We need to wait on
the Lord and He will surely make us glad. We will surely at the end
land up praising Him and His glory on us will be so much so that even
others will be shaken by it.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, help us to overcome our anxiety and negativity. Help us believe
that You have plans which are good for us. They may take time by
surely they will be received in our lives. You have already set all
our needs for us all through our lives. You have written the beginning
and the end and know every thought of our hearts. Lord, take charge of
our mouth and our minds so that we being filled by your Spirit speak
the goodness You have set for us from the foundation of creation...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Luke 1:12-22
12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer
is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt
call his name John.
14 And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.
15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink
neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy
Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.
16 And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to
turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to
the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for
I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.
19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in
the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee
these glad tidings.
20 And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the
day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not
my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.
21 And the people waited for Zacharias, and marvelled that he tarried
so long in the temple.
22 And when he came out, he could not speak unto them: and they
perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple: for he beckoned
unto them, and remained speechless.

Luke 1:59-80
59 And it came to pass, that on the eighth day they came to
circumcise the child; and they called him Zacharias, after the name of
his father.
60 And his mother answered and said, Not so; but he shall be called John.
61 And they said unto her, There is none of thy kindred that is
called by this name.
62 And they made signs to his father, how he would have him called.
63 And he asked for a writing table, and wrote, saying, His name is
John. And they marvelled all.
64 And his mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue loosed, and
he spake, and praised God.
65 And fear came on all that dwelt round about them: and all these
sayings were noised abroad throughout all the hill country of Judaea.
66 And all they that heard them laid them up in their hearts, saying,
What manner of child shall this be! And the hand of the Lord was with
him.
67 And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and
prophesied, saying,
68 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and
redeemed his people,
69 And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his
servant David;
70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been
since the world began:
71 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all
that hate us;
72 To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his
holy covenant;
73 The oath which he sware to our father Abraham,
74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the
hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
76 And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for
thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of
their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on
high hath visited us,
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of
death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
80 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the
deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.

Sealing the Truth in a den
Daniel 6:17 - And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the
den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet
of his lords; that nothing might be changed concerning Daniel.
Daniel was the most loved of King Darius. Through Daniel the King had
experience the glory of God and seeing this Darius had made Daniel the
chief among his men. There was a special bonding between the King and
Daniel.
But we see when all the other leaders of his court had grouped
together against Daniel; the King was helpless and had to put Daniel
to the death sentence - being thrown to the wild beast (lions). When
Darius did this, he covered the den with a large tomb stone and put
his seal and the seals of those who prominent among his staff.
We behave like Darius when we put the Truth in us to death. We love
the Truth and have a great relation with It. We also spend our lives
speaking about it, proclaiming it and making it the top priority in
our lives. But when the people of the world especially those around us
who hate the Truth gang together against it, we land up being helpless
and become the chief killer of the Truth in us. Along with others we
put the Truth in a dark den at the mercy of the wild beasts. Along
with the approvals of others to this, is also our approval.
Behind all this is one reason ourselves. We have given great
importance to ourselves. Like Darius we have made a golden statue of
ourselves and want people to admire and give respect to us. We all
want to be somebody unlike others. It was self importance which caused
Darius to put a great golden statue of him in the middle of the city,
which in turn caused him to put his most loved one to death in a den
and it is this self importance which causes us to put the Truth within
us to death.
Like Darius we will fast and repent deep inside us, but this
repentance is useless if it is not put to action outwards.
As we know that Daniel, even though was put to death among wild beasts
(lions) was unharmed and came out alive. So also the Truth will not
die for the Truth is of God. We need to give a call to this Truth like
Darius did the next day and get the seals broken including our own and
get the stone of traditions rolled away so that the Truth within us
shines to the world.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, forgive us for the many times we have put the Truth within us to
death by rolling the stone of traditions over it. Lord, help us to
remember all that we do is to glorify the Father and not to glorify
ourselves. Our hearts desire to be acknowledged by other, to be known
in this world, to be respected at the gate. To do this we sometimes
sentence the most loved thing within us your Word.
Help us Lord to put this repentance to action, to break our approvals
to the wrongs, to roll away the bolder of traditions and to stand up
against all odds so that the Truth within us shines. Help us remember
when we glorify You alone, we too will one day be glorified through
You and in You...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Daniel 6:11-26
11 Then these men assembled together, and found Daniel making
petition and supplication before his God.
12 Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the
king’s interdict: Hast thou not signed an interdict, that every man
that shall make petition unto any god or man within thirty days, save
unto thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king
answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the
Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
13 Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, who is
of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king,
nor the interdict that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three
times a day.
14 Then the king, when he heard these words, was sore displeased, and
set his heart on Daniel to deliver him; and he labored till the going
down of the sun to rescue him.
15 Then these men assembled together unto the king, and said unto the
king, Know, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians, that
no interdict nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed.
16 Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him
into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy
God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
17 And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den; and
the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his
lords; that nothing might be changed concerning Daniel.
18 Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting;
neither were instruments of music brought before him: and his sleep
fled from him.
19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste
unto the den of lions.
20 And when he came near unto the den to Daniel, he cried with a
lamentable voice; the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant
of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to
deliver thee from the lions?
21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever.
22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, and
they have not hurt me; forasmuch as before him innocency was found in
me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.
23 Then was the king exceeding glad, and commanded that they should
take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den,
and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he had trusted in
his God.
24 And the king commanded, and they brought those men that had
accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their
children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and
brake all their bones in pieces, before they came to the bottom of the
den.
25 Then king Darius wrote unto all the peoples, nations, and
languages, that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied unto you.
26 I make a decree, that in all the dominion of my kingdom men
tremble and fear before the God of Daniel; for he is the living God,
and stedfast for ever, And his kingdom that which shall not be
destroyed; and his dominion shall be even unto the end.

Ministering for the Lord
Mark 6: 30,31 - And the apostles gathered themselves together unto
Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they
had taught. And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a
desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going,
and they had no leisure so much as to eat.
Lord Jesus had taught the twelve the basic foundation and had sent
them in pairs to get an on hand experience of ministering. He was
training them for their future mission and since they were not fully
ready He sent them in pairs and not alone.
When they came back they had amazing testimonies to tell Jesus and
were so excited that they were telling Him all that happened and all
they could not believe they were teaching. All this happened to them
just because of how Jesus had sent them.
When Jesus sent them He gave them authority over unclean (evil)
spirits and sent them with just bare necessities. He did not allow
then to carry any money which they could have used in case of need nor
allowed them even an extra set of clothes. Forget extra set of
clothes, Jesus did not even allow them to carry extra underclothes
(tunic).
People may find this very unhygienic that for the number of days that
they were out on this assignment they needed to live with the same
undergarments.
We can even understand these instructions but Jesus even told them not
to carry their water bottles (leather bag, for water was ported in
them) nor bread for their journey. If one understands the terrain of
Judah, the place in which they existed this would be like a suicide
mission. Imagine passing in the desert like area and having no water
with you. Unless some other travelers were not around or a public well
nearby you will not get a drop. Also if people do not allow them
shelter and food then things can be disastrous to them. In this state
the only thing that they could trust on is that Jesus Christ who was
special to God (for at that time they did not know Him well) had sent
them.
When they went forth, trusting on Jesus' word they saw great wonders
happening. One thing also needs to be realized that although they did
wonders they did not draw attention to themselves but only to the one
who sent them. They did not think 'ah I can heal people, teach them
new and amazing things and case even evil spirit so I will start my
own ministry and make a name for myself'.
The effect of their ministering wherever they had gone was also
experienced by Jesus, so much that people kept pouring to meet Jesus
continuously.
All those among us ministering for the Lord Jesus, let us learn from
these twelve. Let us also remember they were not perfect for among
them was also Judas. The only reason of the success was they trusted
Jesus and abided by His Word.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, help us to have the same faith as the twelve had when they went
out on the mission. Help us to be sober and understand You are the
provider of all our needs. People are just means but it is by your
hand we receive. Help us understand our mission is all about You and
not us...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Mark 6:7-15 (words in italic which were added for readability are removed)
7 And he called the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and
two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;
8 And commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey,
save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse:
9 But be shod with sandals; and not put on two coats.
10 And he said unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an
house, there abide till ye depart from that place.
11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart
thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against
them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and
Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
12 And they went out, and preached that men should repent.
13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that
were sick, and healed.
14 And king Herod heard; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he
said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore
mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
15 Others said, That it is Elias. And others said, That it is a
prophet, or as one of the prophets.

Evil spirits prefer pigs
Mark 5:11,12 - Now there was there on the mountain side a great herd
of swine feeding. And they besought him, saying, Send us into the
swine, that we may enter into them.
When the legion of evil spirits which dwelt in the man were at the
mercy of Jesus, they feared He would send them to a place which they
hated. They pleaded unto him not to send the 'out of the country'. It
was not that the evils spirits did not dwell in the other countries
like Egypt or Asia. The gods of these countries were evil spirits, so
they should have rejoiced is going to a place they rule.
The word translated as country is 'region'. In spirit world our
creation is just a level of the Heavens. Below us is the Graves / Sea
where those who believe in the Lord sleep after death. Below the
Graves is Hell. Hell like I said is my previous mail is not ruled by
Satan but hated by him and his clang the evils spirits. So when these
fallen angels (evil spirits) were cast down from the upper Heavens
they have only two places to dwell on earth or in hell. Hell they hate
because in this prison the evil in them makes them suffer
relentlessly.
Their ultimate end is known to them, but they want to make sure that
we who are going receive what they lost do not get it. That is the
reason their purpose is to destroy man by bringing man into the wrath
of God. This they do from outside or from within the soul of man.
If not man, they find comfort with pigs. Like at this incident with
Jesus they were happy to be driven into the pigs.
We at many times become the pigs which the evil spirits love to dwell
in. With our greed for pleasures of this world and our spiritual
laziness we behave like spiritual pigs.
If we look at ourselves in our spiritual mirror and look at our lives
and what do we see? Do we find ourselves constantly pursuing pleasures
of this world? What is high on your list of wants? Money, comfort, a
car, a house, a good job, good clothes, a holiday, latest mobile, best
computer, are these not pleasures of these world? Ask yourself now
that this year end is at our doorstep, what has been your spiritual
growth since Jan 2010? How much have you grown in faith and knowledge
of the Kingdom of God?
What do you see in the spiritual mirror a pig or a child of God?
Like the pigs were driven to dead so will the spiritual pigs, stop
being a pig and by overcoming the flesh be a child of God.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, when You made creation, we were the only beings whom You made in
your image, for You loved us as your own. We lost this image with sin
and evil entering us. Lord, help us overcome this corruption in us so
that we gain back the status we once had in You. As Jesus You opened
the shut doors and by your Spirit You work in us. Holy Spirit, help us
clean this house within us so that more and more of You and your glory
dwell in us...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Mark 5:1-13
1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country
of the Gadarenes.
2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out
of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him,
no, not with chains:
4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and
the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in
pieces: neither could any man tame him.
5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the
tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee,
Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou
torment me not.
8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My
name is Legion: for we are many.
10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of
the country.
11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine,
that we may enter into them.
13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went
out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a
steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were
choked in the sea.
Revelation 20:11-15
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat upon it, from
whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no
place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the
throne; and books were opened: and another book was opened, which is
the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things which
were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead that were in it; and death and Hades
gave up the dead that were in them: and they were judged every man
according to their works.
14 And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the
second death, even the lake of fire.
15 And if any was not found written in the book of life, he was cast
into the lake of fire.
Daniel 12:1-2
1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince who
standeth for the children of thy people; and there shall be a time of
trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same
time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that
shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Revelation 12:7-9
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to
war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels;
8 And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is
called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was
cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.

Do not make the Lord's House into a den
Luke 19:45, 46 - And he entered into the temple, and began to cast out
them that sold, saying unto them, It is written, And my house shall be
a house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of robbers.
If we are week in the flesh and keep falling, even a little effort and
the Lord will take it along way and bring us out of our weakness. He
overlooks our weaknesses and works in us to make us to what He has set
as an example in Jesus.
But there are some things which are very dear to the Lord and that is,
His Church. His Church is His Body and that Body carries His Name, and
at no cost will the Lord allow His Name to be let low.
If we fall and say we fell because of our weaknesses, the Lord
understands. But when we fall because of our weaknesses and say the
Hand of the Lord was short and He could not help, that angers the
Lord.
His Word is dear to Him because anyone pointing that it is not true,
points to God as not true and throws dirt on His holiness. God alone
is Holy and there is none in all creation in the Heavens or below who
is Holy.
Even thou people know that ChristMass (Christmas) has nothing to do
with the nativity of Jesus yet people will not hold back on the
celebration just because they want to celebrate; relating it to the
birth of Jesus is just an excuse.
If we did not know when Jesus was born then we would have had an
excuse to celebrate this on any other day. But when the Bible tells us
that it was in September that Jesus was born can we have an excuse?
What are we doing celebrating His birth in December and that to an the
birthday of some Roman sun god?
Even before Jesus was born the birth of Jesus was celebrated because
it fell on the Feast of Trumpets. Without the knowledge of the people
the Lord had already announced the day of His coming as man through
Moses.
If you are celebrating ChristMass on the 25th of December there is no
problem provided you are okay with celebrating a Mass. But if we are
celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ on that day, we are accusing the
Word of God as not true. This Truth has been suppressed by the Church
since long just because they want to make the Lord's House into a den
of pleasures of the flesh and commerce.
If you know the Truth, do not wait for the Lord to drive you out of
His House by continuing this corruption.
The real celebration of birth of Jesus is by celebrating the Feast of
Trumpets. A trumpet symbolizes announcing a very important message.
This message is a message of His glory in the Heavens and of hope and
peace on earth.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You set all things in place from the foundation of creation when
You became a sacrifice for your people. In the time of Moses to wrote
in the shadow but through your Spirit which we received through Jesus
Christ, You bought this to light. Lord, we are weak in the flesh but
let not this flesh destroy us by bringing us into your wrath. Help us
Lord to overcome this flesh, harden not our hearts but by your grace
deliver us...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Psalm 81:1-3
1 Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
2 Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with
the psaltery.
3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon [symbolizing grace through man
- Christ] , in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.
Leviticus23: 24-28
24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month
[September], in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a
memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
25 Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an
offering made by fire unto the LORD.
26 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month [the night Jesus was
born] there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy
convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an
offering made by fire unto the LORD.
28 And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of
atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
Exodus 23:14-17
14 Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.
15 Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat
unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time
appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and
none shall appear before me empty:) [Passover - Resurrection Sunday/
Feast of Unleavened Bread]
16 And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which
thou hast sown in the field [Pentecost /Feast of Weeks] : and the
feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast
gathered in thy labours out of the field [Feast of the Tabernacle -
the most probable day of His coming back].
17 Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.
Deuteronomy 16:16-17
16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD
thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened
bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and
they shall not appear before the LORD empty:
17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of
the LORD thy God which he hath given thee.
Luke 2:9-14
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the
Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you
good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour,
which is Christ the Lord.
12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped
in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly
host praising God, and saying,
14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
--
To worship the Firstborn be an Angel
Hebrew 1:6,7 - And when he again bringeth in the firstborn into the
world he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the
angels he saith, Who maketh his angels winds, And his ministers a
flame of fire:
When Jesus was born it was the Angels who worshipped Him and sang
praise to Him. Even today to truly worship the Firstborn one needs to
be an Angel.
Jesus is called the Firstborn because He was before all and it was
through Him and by Him that the foundations of creation were set
forth.
A human being is made of body (flesh), soul and spirit. In spirit we
are identical to an Angel; what differentiates us is that our soul is
corrupt due to sin and we are trapped in this body of flesh. The Lord
humbled Himself unto an Angel and came in the flesh as a human being
Jesus. When Jesus transfigured He demonstrated to us since He was
perfect in soul He was not trapped in the human body and could come
out of body.
As quoted by Paul from the book of Psalms 97:7 since the world is
filled with graven images and people who worship idols, the Lord
called His Angels to worship Him.
To truly worship Him we too need to be an Angel, it does not mean we
need to die and come out of this flesh body. What we need to do is
overcome the body and soul.
God does not expect us to achieve perfection for us none of us is and
therefore perfection is a gift unto us at the end when He finds us
worthy. The least He expects from us is to overcome the graven images
and idols in our lives so that we may know Him. It is only when we
know Him that we are able to truly worship Him.
We may not be bowing to any statue, but yet each one of us has idols
or graven images in our lives to whom we bow. Most of us have people
as graven images, whom we have made gods. What they say holds more
value to us than what the Lord says. A common idol in our lives is our
fleshy pleasures which we carry around and which we do not want to
sacrifice. Most of us are on all fours to this god who literally runs
our lives. People twist and turn scriptures just so that they can
continue worshiping this god and king.
Overcome these graven images and idols as the Lord exposes each one of
them. When we accepted Him into our lives He did not at once expose
all our weakness or rid them all away. He wants us to be overcomers
and be mature in spirit therefore He lets back some for us to
overcome. He wants us to build our communication with Him because sin
destroyed all the communication between Him and us and therefore He
lets back some weakness so that by making efforts to overcome we will
build our communication with Him. By ourselves we cannot overcome but
only with Him, Who is almighty we can.
As the Lord gradually brings out those evils which are hidden in the
dark unto light, let us by Him and with Him crush them and drive them
out forever, so that we may know the Firstborn and worship Him truly.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we want to truly worship You and experience your glory. Help us
Lord that we may rely more on You than man. As You bring unto light
all that is in the dark help us rely on You and overcome them...
This prayer we make in your Mighty Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Luke 2:13-15
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly
host praising God, and saying,
14 Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among men in whom
he is well pleased.
15 And it came to pass, when the angels went away from them into
heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto
Bethlehem, and see this thing that is come to pass, which the Lord
hath made known unto us.
Psalms 97:7
7 Let all them be put to shame that serve graven images, That boast
themselves of idols: Worship him, all ye gods.
Hebrew 1:6-14 (from Psalms 97:7,104:4, 45:6 & 102:26,27)
6 And when he again bringeth in the firstborn into the world he
saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels winds, And his
ministers a flame of fire:
8 but of the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever;
And the sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God,
thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy
fellows.
10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundation of the
earth, And the heavens are the works of thy hands:
11 They shall perish; but thou continuest: And they all shall wax old
as doth a garment;
12 And as a mantle shalt thou roll them up, As a garment, and they
shall be changed: But thou art the same, And thy years shall not fail.
13 But of which of the angels hath he said at any time, Sit thou on
my right hand, Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for
the sake of them that shall inherit salvation?

Lapping even crape in the Name of Jesus Christ
Judges 18:17 - And the five men that went to spy out the land went up,
and came in thither, and took the graven image, and the ephod, and the
teraphim [a doll which was used as family hereditary proof], and the
molten image: and the priest stood by the entrance of the gate with
the six hundred men girt with weapons of war.
We read in today's message about how the tribe of Dan forcefully took
the idols of Micah (the name means 'one who is like God') along with
the priestly garments and the priest of Micah.
Later we read the Jonathan the son of Gershom, the son of Manasseb, he
and his sons became priest unto the tribe of Dan which included being
priest unto these idols.
Even today we like the tribe of Dan are worshiping idols and following
pagan traditions all because the Name of Jesus Christ was associated
with it by the early Church.
I wanted to avoid writing on this matter since long but today the Lord
is leading me to expose this corruption so that you are set free from
the deceit of the beast. I am quoting from the website Truth and
tradition since it has been beautifully written.
http://www.truthortradition.com/modulesphp?nameNews&filearticle&sid467
Tradition teaches that Jesus was born on December 25, when it is very
cold, and sometimes snowy, in Bethlehem. We believe the evidence
supports the conclusion that Jesus was born in September. Tradition
would have us believe that there were three wise men, and that they
came to the manger. The truth is that there were quite a number of
those who came from the East, and that they came to see Jesus when he
was between 18 and 24 months old.
In this brief article, we cannot fully set forth the many pertinent
biblical details, but we will give you the important facts, and we
encourage you to pursue this via the avenues of study mentioned above.
It is important to note that the actual chronology of events regarding
the birth of Christ must be put together from what is recorded in
Matthew and Luke (with some overlapping in time), as follows: Luke
1:5-25; 1:26-38; 1:39-56; 1:57-80; Matthew 1:18-24; 1:25a; Luke
2:1-20; Matthew 1:25b; Luke 2:21; 2:22-24; 2:25-35; 2:36-38; Matthew
2:1-12; 2:13-22; 2:23; Luke 2:39; 2:40; 2:41-50; 2:51 and 52.
Luke 1:5-25 is the record of the angel's announcement to Zecharias
that he and his wife, Elizabeth, would have a son, whom they were to
call John. Verse 5 contains a little phrase that is one important key
to determining that Jesus was born in September, not December. It says
that Zechariah "belonged to the priestly division [KJV: "course"] of
Abijah." A study will show that from the time of David, Jewish priests
were organized into 24 "courses," named after the heads of the
priestly families. These courses of service in the Temple started on
Nisan 1 (which corresponds to March or April on our calendar) and
spanned the calendar year. Because the Hebrews used a lunar calendar
and we use a solar calendar, Nisan 1 changes on our calendar each
year. The course of Abijah was the eighth course, and, like each
course, occurred twice during the year. In 4 B.C., the year prior to
Christ's birth, the first of those two courses took place during the
last week of our month of May.
Zechariah and Elizabeth were quite elderly, and had no children, and
the angel gave them the wonderful news that they would have a son, to
be named John. Verses 23 and 24 tell us that when Zechariah finished
his service in the Temple, he returned home (which would have been in
early June). Upon his return, Elizabeth became pregnant. Verse 26 then
says that in her sixth month of pregnancy (December), the angel
Gabriel came to Mary to tell her that she was about to become pregnant
with the Son of God. Nine months later would have been September.
How else do we know that Jesus was not born in the Winter? Luke 2:8
speaks about the shepherds near Bethlehem who were in the fields,
watching their flocks at night. Shepherds in that region did not keep
their sheep out at night during the Winter because it was cold and
sometimes even snowy, but they did keep them in the fields during the
Fall, after the end-of-Summer harvest. At that time, the sheep could
eat the stalks of grain left over after the harvest, and they would
then fertilize the ground prior to the late Fall planting.
Also, Luke 2:1 says that when Mary was just about to give birth to
Jesus, she and Joseph traveled to Bethlehem to fulfill their
obligation to be counted in a Roman census. They did not travel in the
Winter because it would have been much too hard. Rather, people
traveled in the Fall, between the heat of Summer and the cold of
Winter. And at that time of year the grain, and also some fruit, were
ripe, and travelers were allowed to eat some of the "gleanings" as
they passed by (Lev. 23:22).
A study of the now computerized data by which we can very accurately
determine astronomical events of that time gives us another piece of
the puzzle to dating the birth of Christ in September of 3 B.C. In
particular, the very noticeable celestial activity of Jupiter, Mars,
Mercury, Regulus (the King star), and Venus (the Queen star), and
their various combinations of conjunctions in Leo during the nine
months leading up to Christ's birth are vital signs to determine the
September birth date of our Lord Jesus. And we believe that research
shows that he was born on September 11 (Tishri 1 on the Jewish
calendar), on which day the sun was in Virgo, as per the prophecy in
Revelation 12:1 of "a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon
beneath her feet" (Rev. 12:1).
So then how did December 25 come to be the date that most all
Christians recognize as the birth date of Christ? We quote from Jesus
Christ Our Promised Seed:
"In 274 A.D., the Romans designated December 25 as the birthday of the
unconquered sun, being the time when the sun begins noticeably to show
an increase in light, resulting in longer daylight hours. By 336 A.D.,
the church in Rome was adapting this festival, spiritualizing its
significance as a reference to Jesus Christ and calling it the 'Feast
of the Nativity of the Sun of Righteousness. ' Attempting to
Christianize and incorporate the pagan traditions of antiquity, the
church in Rome adopted this midwinter holiday celebrating the birth of
the sun god as one of its own observances, somewhat changing its
significance, but retaining many customs of the pagan festival. As the
Roman church spread its influence religiously and militarily, this
holiday of December 25 became the most popular date in Christendom to
celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. A special mass was established
for Christ, hence, the name, 'Christmass, ' abbreviated 'Christmas.' "
What about the "three wise men"? First, the Bible never says there
were three. It says that they brought three gifts: "gold,
frankincense, and myrrh." In that time, three men with such precious
treasure traveling such a great distance, some of it through the land
of their country's enemies, would have been easy prey for enemy
soldiers or the many robbers who prowled the roads. It is therefore
almost certain that they would have traveled in a much larger group,
with adequate protection.
Who were those men who took note of the many astronomical phenomena
heralding the birth of Christ in Judea, and then traveled to find him,
arriving when he was about 18 months old? Scripture calls them "Magi,"
and they were scholarly men from Persia well versed in astronomy,
history, and religion. It is most significant that their ancestors
were those over whom King Nebuchadnezzar had appointed Daniel in what
was then called Babylon (Dan. 2:28 and 5:11 says he was appointed
"master of the magicians [Magi]").
It is very significant that there were some religious sects in Persia,
including Zoroastrianism, that looked forward to a coming Redeemer, a
prophet to be sent by God to save mankind. And that is why they would
have been most interested in learning from Daniel about Judaism's
hallmark prophecies of a coming Messiah, especially as these
prophecies related to the celestial motions of the planets, something
they studied diligently.
In any case, the striking celestial activity told them of the birth of
that promised Redeemer, and they set out to find him. Matthew 2:11
tells us that they came to "the house," not a manger, and saw "the
child" (the Greek word paidion), not a "newborn baby" (the Greek word
brephos). As the NIV Study Bible says regarding that verse: "Contrary
to tradition, the Magi did not visit Jesus at the manger on the night
of his birth as did the shepherds. They first came to Jerusalem,
apparently thinking that in the capital city of Israel they should be
able to find out where the king had been born. After King Herod told
them he had been born in Bethlehem, they went there and found him as a
'child' in his ‘house.""
That explains why Herod, who had consulted with the Magi as to the
time when they saw the star (Matt. 2:7), determined to kill all the
Israeli boys under two years old. He knew that Jesus was no longer an
infant, and set two years as a safe limit to how old he would have
been, which we believe was about 18 months.
We believe that the evidence shows that Jesus Christ was born in
September, 3 B.C., and that the local shepherds were the only ones who
came to see him at the manger. It is significant that in that culture,
shepherds were generally considered extremely faithful and trustworthy
men, and certainly those particular ones were, because they
immediately acted on what the angel told them, and after they had
found the Savior, they "spread the word" concerning what the angel had
told them. You might want to take a moment, put yourself in their
place, and let the magnitude of their experience sink into your heart.
It is safe to say that the two primary heroes in this scintillating
saga were a man and woman (probably in her mid-to-late teens) who
suddenly found themselves thrust into starring roles on the stage of
history. Think first about Mary, a young Hebrew woman chosen by God to
bear His Son. Words fail to adequately describe what it must have been
like for her when the angel of the Lord appeared to her and made his
amazing announcement. She fearlessly asked the angel a very good
question, which did not imply doubt, but was simply a request for more
information. And when she got the answer, she uttered one of the most
faith-filled statements ever spoken: "Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
Be it unto me according to your word." What a woman!
And think about Joseph, who discovered that his beloved bride was
pregnant. How heartrending, and what a man of character he was, first
not to make public their situation, and then to endure the public
ridicule he must have gotten as the father of an illegitimate child.
Imagine, as Joseph wrestled with this incredibly weighty issue, how
his heart must have leapt for joy when the angel told him that the
woman he had chosen as his wife and the mother of his children was
also the woman God had chosen to be the mother of His Son. And think
of his love for her, and his steadfast discipline not to sexually
consummate their union until after she had given birth to Jesus (Matt.
1:25). Joseph was a man's man, and a true hero of the faith.
So is Christmas a celebration of the Nativity of Jesus Christ or is it
a celebration of a Mass which was used to cover the pagan worship of
the Romans?
Are we carrying the idols of Micah just because our ancestors used the
Name of Jesus Christ with it? And is this spirit of Christmas from the
Lord?
This decision will hurt your fun and happiness, and may even outcast
you from society if you decide to step out of the darkness and into
light.
Save yourselves from the deceit of Satan and the beast who use
traditions as a mighty sword to hinder and destroy the blessings of
the people of God like in Babylon.
We do not need the support of bad to do good. Fellowship and goodness
can be done on just any day in the Name of Jesus Christ and we do not
need a pagan practice day to worship Jesus?
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for opening our eyes to the deceit of the beast
before we sleep. We pray this corruption be exposed to all your people
that they may walk in light and according to your Word...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Anointing with oil
James 5:14 - Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the
church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name
of the Lord:
There was a sister who used to lay hands and heal the sick but when
she got connected to a priest she started using oil, rubbing it on the
head of the sick. Soon people stopped calling her and just asked for
the oil so that they could rub it on their heads and hope for healing!
If people really understand scriptures they will laugh at all the
foolish things that man does. The Greek word that James used for oil
refers to Olive. Does that mean we need to use only olive oil for
anointing? I can imagine the business the Mediterranean countries will
get if this happens!
The word 'oil' comes from the olive tree. The olive tree has been
special to the Greek and continued through the ages. Every part of
this tree is of great value, so much so that its leaves were used to
crown rulers. The tree has records of surviving even 2000years (like
in Portugal, Algarve / Montenegro) and the tree of Gethsemane where
Jesus prayed has records to have survived at least 1600years.
It is the first plant named in the Bible and is connected to Noah's
floods. It was the leaf of the olive that the dove bought which
confirmed to Noah that the floods have stopped. One can understand
olive or oil from this incident.
If one reads the scriptures, when Noah sent the dove it was not the
only bird which was on the job. Even before the dove was sent there
was a raven that was on the same job. The raven continued going out
and coming back, yet we see Noah sent the dove. People who know birds
may find this a foolish move by Noah. A raven is known to be a better
flyer than a dove and far smarter than a dove. Ravens survive even in
deserts and travel far greater distances.
Noah did this because he understood the images in which the animals
were created by God. God created every being in images with
understanding so that we can by them know more of His Kingdom.
The raven symbolized worldly cleverness / communication, while a dove
symbolizes spiritual. The sound of the dove is like the babbling of
spiritual tongues and for this reason the Holy Spirit manifested as a
dove over Jesus and as a tongue of fire over the Apostles. Fire
symbolized for purification and was need for the Apostles but not in
the case of Jesus, who was without blemish.
The manifestation of tongue over Jesus and over the Apostles was the
same but only varied by the purification need. It was more spiritual
in the case of Jesus. People foolishly thing a dove symbolizes peace,
but instead symbolizes spiritual communication. Some describe the Holy
Spirit coming Jesus symbolized the gracefulness of a dove. They need
to see a dove fly and there is not gracefulness in its flying, a raven
or crow is more graceful.
Noah did his earthly communication but did not rely for answer from
it; his eyes were wholly set on his spiritual communication. We may
say prayers with powerful words and even shout at top of our voices
but the answer comes for that soft payer which we make from our hearts
in spirit. Leave a thousand ravens but it is the dove which brings the
message.
It is not that we stop the ravens. Ravens are necessary like in the
case of Elijah during the drought the Lord provided for him through
the ravens. So while we are spiritually low and have problems
communicating spiritually, please do let the raven do its job, meaning
keep praying in the natural way.
The olive or oil symbolized the anointing by spiritual communications.
It is the grace which keeps us and takes us out of problems and
furthers in our efforts. Like oil lubricates a machine and also takes
care of the rust.
So anointing with oil means praying over the person in spiritual
tongues, and we all have seen great healings when we do this over the
sick.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You made us in the flesh but we live in spirit. We live in this
world but are alien to it. Your ways and unknown to man and hidden
from the wise of this world, You reveal them to the babes. Lord, help
us walk in spirit and through your Spirit free us from the bondages of
this flesh...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Genesis 8:6-11
6 And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the
window of the ark which he had made:
7 and he sent forth a raven, and it went forth to and fro, until the
waters were dried up from off the earth.
8 And he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated
from off the face of the ground;
9 but the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she
returned unto him to the ark; for the waters were on the face of the
whole earth: and he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her
in unto him into the ark.
10 And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the
dove out of the ark;
11 and the dove came in to him at eventide; and, lo, in her mouth an
olive-leaf plucked off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from
off the earth.
Palms 55:5-7
5 Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, And horror hath overwhelmed me.
6 And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! Then would I fly away,
and be at rest.
7 Lo, then would I wander far off, I would lodge in the wilderness. [Selah]
Songs of Solomon 2:14
14 O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, In the covert of
the steep place, Let me see thy countenance, Let me hear thy voice;
For sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.
Songs of Solomon 6:9
9 My dove, my undefiled, is but one; She is the only one of her
mother; She is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw
her, and called her blessed; Yea, the queens and the concubines, and
they praised her.
Isaiah 38:14
14 Like a swallow or a crane, so did I chatter; I did moan as a dove;
mine eyes fail with looking upward: O Lord, I am oppressed, be thou my
surety.
Matthew 3:16-17
16 And Jesus when he was baptized, went up straightway from the
water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit
of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him;
17 and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying, This is my beloved
Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Luke 3:21-22
21 Now it came to pass, when all the people were baptized, that,
Jesus also having been baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
22 and the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily form, as a dove, upon
him, and a voice came out of heaven, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee
I am well pleased.
Acts 2:1-4
1 And when the day of Pentecost was now come, they were all together
in one place.
2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of the rushing of a
mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them tongues parting asunder, like as of
fire; and it sat upon each one of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak
with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Mark 16:16-17
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that
disbelieveth shall be condemned.
17 And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name
shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
1 Kings 17:1-6
1 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said
unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand,
there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
2 And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
3 Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the
brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.
4 And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have
commanded the ravens to feed thee there.
5 So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went
and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.
6 And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and
bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

Conversion
Acts 26:27,28 - King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that
thou believest. And Agrippa said unto Paul, With but little persuasion
thou wouldest fain make me a Christian.
Last Sunday in Mumbai almost all churches came together to celebrate
the birth of Jesus on a beach. Everything was beautiful, the place,
the setup, the singers and most of all the Word which was shared by
the evangelist. We had an evangelist named Ram Babu, who was a Hindu
before he became a Christian. He is a fearless orator and has been
instrument to bring thousands and thousands of people even from remote
areas of India into the Lord. He is also lovingly called ‘Rambo’ of
the spiritual world because of the way he operates. The Lord has been
taking him international of late.
He was given just 10 minutes to preach and even in those 10 minutes he
did an excellent job and touched the hearts of many people as on why
they need Jesus in their lives. One of his statements were 'my name is
Ram Babu and I was born Ram Babu, Jesus came into my life and change
me and not my name, He wants to come into your life, He does not want
to change your name but wants to change you from inside, He wants to
help you and take care of you'.
There are many people in this world who know what we Christians speak
is true and many among them have even experience the power of our
words. They know that everything in the Bible is true but yet they do
not want to openly accept it. They are worried of the consequence of
accepting the Truth.
I have people in my own organization who have experienced the glory of
God and when they have problems they do not go to their gods but come
to our God. For they know what they do is traditions but there is no
truth in it.
People of various religions have many traditions. They traditions are
very important to these religions because it is these traditions which
bind these people together and keep them in their folds. A person who
wants to change cannot because these traditions have become his
clothing, his covering and without them he feels naked.
People do not think about what will the consequence after death if
they do not accept Jesus Christ but are more concern about how their
body will be handled after they die!
People becoming Believers think when my child is born will he or she
be baptized or will there be a ceremony? To please them Believer
Churches have started 'Dedication of the Child', as if they made their
mind after the child was born. Can't we just rejoice on the birth of
the child and for the addition into the Church of God, rather than
making ceremonies and giving names to it?
No one can convert a person into becoming a Christian. The only person
who can is your own self.
Unless you do not accept the Truth, treasure it and be fearless to
face the world at all cost to protect it, you cannot become a
Christian. To become a Christian you need to change and this change
starts from inside and spreads outward.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, when You send us to reach out to the world to give the Gospel,
You did not say convert people into Christians but to save them.
Unless they do not accept You they can be saved. If they want You,
they need to be ready to reject the world, because You and the world
do not go along. What the world tells us obstructs the Light and
caused darkness within us. When You come your Light overcomes
darkness.
Lord we pray that You give courage to all those weak in heart that
they be ready to lose the world and traditions of the world and accept
You, so that they live and have life...
This prayer we make in your Mighty Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Acts 6:8-15
8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, wrought great wonders and
signs among the people.
9 But there arose certain of them that were of the synagogue called
the synagogue of the Libertines, and of the Cyrenians, and of the
Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and Asia, disputing with Stephen.
10 And they were not able to withstand the wisdom and the Spirit by
which he spake.
11 Then they suborned men, who said, We have heard him speak
blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.
12 And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes,
and came upon him, and seized him, and brought him into the council,
13 and set up false witnesses, who said, This man ceaseth not to
speak words against this holy place, and the law:
14 for we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall
destroy this place, and shall change the customs [traditions] which
Moses delivered unto us.
15 And all that sat in the council, fastening their eyes on him, saw
his face as it had been the face of an angel.
Acts 7:57-60
57 But they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and
rushed upon him with one accord;
58 and they cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the
witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named
Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon the Lord, and saying, Lord
Jesus, receive my spirit.
60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not
this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
Luke 6:22-23
22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall
separate you from their company, and reproach you, and cast out your
name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
23 Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy: for behold, your reward is
great in heaven; for in the same manner did their fathers unto the
prophets.

Incubation period

Luke 22: 32 - But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and
when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

All of us who have some years in the Lord have all experienced a low
time in our lives wherein our faith was shaken. This is the incubation
period after which we break out of the shell.

In today's scripture we see Jesus talking to Peter about his period.
It is very interesting to know the words Jesus used in this
conversation. This helps us understand the incubation period and thus
can quicken it.

We will go backwards with the 4 important words Jesus used strengthen,
converted, fail and prayed.

The Greek word 'sterizo' translated as 'strengthen' does not mean to
make stronger but means to stabilize. We normally think that faith is
a vitamin which strengthens us, but we see here that it is not to do
with strengthening us but to make firm our foundation, our
understanding and keep us from shaking. Our lack of faith causes our
mind to think a thousand things and thus we become victims to vanity.
Faith saves us from becoming victims to vanity by keeping us rooted in
the Truth.

The second word converted is translated from the Greek word
'epistrepho' which is a combination of 'epi' which means on and
'strepho' which means return or turning back. Lack of faith causes us
like the prodigal son to break relationship with God and a victim to
the foolishness of this world. It is only when we realize and repent
and come back that we rebuild our relationship with God. Faith gives
us authority just like the father gave his son a ring of authority.

The word translated as fail is the Greek word 'ekleipo' also comes
from two words 'ek' which means out and 'leipo' which means lack. Thus
'ekleipo' means that one does not lose faith but that one lacks it. If
one understands faith is simply means 'trusting the Truth', God's Word
alone is true and does not change. This can happen only when we have
an understanding of it. And Jesus tells us that to know the truth we
need to not only study the Word but also walk in it. It is when we
become His disciples (follow Him like He abided by every Word), then
only will we know the Truth and the Truth build our faith and shall
set us free from the lacking.

The last of the 4 words is a word that Jesus used as a process which
He did is 'prayed'. The Greek word 'deomai' gives the real meaning of
what Jesus did. When we use the English word 'prayed' it means more of
making supplication or a request to God. What Jesus did is unlike what
prayed means. The word 'deomai' comes from the word 'deo' which means
'to bind'. Grammatically it is in a middle voice. Our mind or
inner-man or soul being the middle brings us to the understanding of
what Jesus did. Which give us the two processes: one that Jesus in His
mind bound the elements that caused the shaking of Peter from the
Truth and the other is that Jesus bound the mind of Peter from
wandering. This caused Peter to realize the Truth and return.

In short we see that it is the lack of understanding of the Truth that
causes us to lose faith and become vanity and victim to the powers
this world and its rulers. When we meditate and abide by the Word, we
come into the understanding of the Truth and return to a better
relation with God. By today's message Jesus also showed us what to do
when we see others lacking faith, we should take authority and bind
their minds from wandering, open the window of grace into their lives
and cause them to return.

[Prayer Starters]
Lord we thank You for the Truth which holds us in relation with You.
You are the Truth and your Word is Truth. When we are in You we come
into the knowledge of the Truth and are firmly rooted. Lord we pray we
this understanding which You have given us today remains alive in us
and comes fresh to our minds especially when our faith is shaken...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 16:6-12
6 And Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the
Pharisees and Sadducees.
7 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, We took no bread.
8 And Jesus perceiving it said, O ye of little faith, why reason ye
among yourselves, because ye have no bread?
9 Do ye not yet perceive, neither remember the five loaves of the
five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?
10 Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many
baskets ye took up?
11 How is it that ye do not perceive that I spake not to you
concerning bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and
Sadducees.
12 Then understood they that he bade them not beware of the leaven of
bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

The Child will come (again)
Zephaniah 1:14 - The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and
hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man
shall cry there bitterly.
Many of the preachers are preaching end times are at hand and this is
helping get people to wake up and audit their life and life doings.
But the sad thing is it is not true that the end times at our door.
It is like a woman who is pregnant, the doctor does give an
approximate date of delivery and knows that the child will come a few
days front of back but it is only in case of serious problem one would
have a premature delivery.
The woman in labor will have discomfort feelings from the seventh
month that does not mean she will go into delivery. This is the best
time of the pregnancy for a mother, for this is when she feels the
movements of the child strongly and builds a very strong bond with the
child. God is in charge of this delivery so just forget about any
premature delivery.
The Bible talks about the Great Day of the Lord and the calamities
that shadow this day. People mistake that the problems are going to be
faced by the people of God. The scriptures clearly say like in today's
message Zephaniah 1:14-18 the disasters are faced by the mighty people
of this world and those who go against the people of God. There is no
doubt that there is going to be some discomfort which will be
experienced by the people of God but they will actually see the glory
of God.
This Day is also called the Day of the Lord’s Revenge and Jesus calls
it the Days of Affliction when the Lord takes account of the
atrocities done towards His people. This is the time He punishes all
those who are against His people and those who blasphemy His Name.
It is time we take God seriously and get into the fortified city and
hang in the suburbs. This part-time-God business is soon going to stop
and one will have to acknowledge God in everything and every part of
their lives. This part-time-Christian business will have to stop soon
or we will be party to face what is at the door step. Zephaniah 1:17
gives an idea of what is due 'their blood will be poured out like dust
and their flesh like dung'.
When the wrath of God was on Jerusalem those who took the warning of
Jesus and abided by His Word and fled to the mountains escaped the
disasters that fell on the city. This is our time to follow the Lord's
instructions to be saved.
One should not mistake these days for those which come when all the
elect of the Lord have passed through and Satan is given a free hand.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You love your people and You are not blind nor is your hand
short when your people are abused, tortured and killed by the people
of this world. You are patient and merciful and give sufficient time
to repent. Lord, we pray your abundant grace on your people that they
come into your fortified city by coming into acknowledge of the
authority You have given them. That they be saved from your wrath...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scripture]
Zephaniah 1:14-18
14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth
greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall
cry there bitterly.
15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day
of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day
of clouds and thick darkness,
16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and
against the high towers.
17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like
blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood
shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.
18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them
in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured
by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance
of all them that dwell in the land.
Mark 13:14-24
14 But when ye see the abomination of desolation standing where he
ought not (let him that readeth understand), then let them that are in
Judaea flee unto the mountains:
15 and let him that is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to
take anything out of his house:
16 and let him that is in the field not return back to take his cloak.
17 But woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck
in those days!
18 And pray ye that it be not in the winter.
19 For those days shall be tribulation, such as there hath not been
the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until
now, and never shall be.
20 And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have
been saved; but for the elect's sake, whom he chose, he shortened the
days.
21 And then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ;
or, Lo, there; believe it not:
22 for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall
show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the
elect.
23 But take ye heed: behold, I have told you all things beforehand.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be
darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25 and the stars shall be falling from heaven, and the powers that
are in the heavens shall be shaken.
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in clouds with great
power and glory.
Luke 2:16-19
16 But ye shall be delivered up even by parents, and brethren, and
kinsfolk, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to
death.
17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
18 And not a hair of your head shall perish.
19 In your patience ye shall win your souls.

Ttithing into the next level, Righteous Giving
Acts 5:1,2 - But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife,
sold a possession, and kept back part of the price, his wife also
being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the
apostles' feet.
Tithing is a very sensitive issue both for the people and especially
for the Church leaders; ironically both suffer because of greed. The
people do not tithe exactly to God's instruction and the Church does
not prosper because they lack.
People cry to give even the 10percent (Tithe means 10percent) and
search for all kind of excuses not to give. On the other hand if one
goes to any Church and preaches on giving anything other than 10
percent that person can really get into bad books of that Church
Pastor/ leader.
Tithing started with Abraham when he gave 10percent to Melchizedek who
symbolized Christ (Anointed One - God and man), for his name meant
King of Peace (Holy Spirit for Jesus was the Prince of Peace) and he
bought bread and wine (symbolizing the Son of God - Jesus). When
Abraham tithed (10percent) unto Melchizedek, he was not under any law.
It was out of righteousness that Abraham gave.
Tithing (10 percent) became a law during the time of Moses when God
instructed the people that it needs to be done.
People do not realize that even under the Law of Moses there were
different levels of tithes (righteous giving). The 10 percent was the
regular tithe (righteous giving) but during the 7th year all that was
extra (to what was needed by the person) was given away as tithe
(righteous giving). The number 7 represents Christ and in Christ one
needs to keep only that which is necessary and give away everything
else and people do not realize even Abraham did the same. Paul wrote
of the 10percent Abraham gave to Melchizedek but not the remaining
leaving for what his people ate and that which was necessary.
When a person is not in Christ (baptized in the Holy Spirit) he or she
needs to give 10percent but when the person is in Christ, he or she
enters into the next level from tithe unto Righteous Giving. We see
this in our today's message.
In today's message in the book of Acts the Apostles did not tell the
people how much to give for they knew how much. The people kept what
was necessary and gave the remainder unto the Apostles and those who
were dedicated unto the Lord gave everything. Also see this was as per
the instructions from the Holy Spirit from the testimony of Ananias
and his wife Sapphira.
When Ananias and his wife Sapphira disobeyed and died instantly it was
not Peter and the other Apostles who judged them but their lying unto
the Holy Spirit that judged them. This is also the reason that in the
New Testament there is hardly any scripture on Tithing excepting for
the past references (i.e. Gospels and Hebrews).
One needs to get this into their system, not only into their head but
also into every organ and every cell; coming into the Lord is going to
hurt your flesh (carnal self). If you think blessings of Abraham means
one will be blessed with wealth and have a luxurious life, you are in
the wrong place.
The Lord made us and allowed sin to come into us so that we may
overcome and be perfected in Him. He has great plans (Light) for us
which can be received only when we overcome.
Non-believer Christians find it hard to give 10percent and compromise
with 2 and 4 percent. The Believer Christians with great difficulty
manage to just about give their 10percent.
When I wrote on how the 10 percent needed to be given in my teaching
on Tithe (according to the Bible), this disturbed many a Pastors.
Today if I tell the people that if they are in the Lord, baptized in
the Holy Spirit they need to keep only that which is necessary and
give the remaining, I am sure I will be on the most wanted / hated
list.
Hate me or love me but that will not change the Truth.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, when we are born again in You, we are no longer our old person
but a new creation. We are no longer operating in the flesh but are
led by your Spirit. Help us Lord as this process begins in us that it
comes to completion and we are fully led by your Spirit. As we come to
know the Truth help us to live the Truth...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Genesis 14:14-24
14 And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he led
forth his trained men, born in his house, three hundred and eighteen,
and pursued as far as Dan.
15 And he divided himself against them by night, he and his servants,
and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand
of Damascus.
16 And he brought back all the goods, and also brought back his
brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.
17 And the king of Sodom went out to meet him, after his return from
the slaughter of Chedorlaomer and the kings that were with him, at the
vale of Shaveh (the same is the King's Vale).
18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he
was priest of God Most High.
19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of God Most High,
possessor of heaven and earth:
20 and blessed be God Most High, who hath delivered thine enemies
into thy hand. And he gave him a tenth of all.
21 And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and
take the goods to thyself.
22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lifted up my hand unto
Jehovah, God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth,
23 that I will not take a thread nor a shoe-latchet nor aught that is
thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich:
24 save only that which the young men have eaten, and the portion of
the men that went with me, Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take
their portion.
Hebrew 7:1-3
1 For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of God Most High, who
met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him,
2 to whom also Abraham divided a tenth part of all (being first, by
interpretation, King of righteousness, and then also King of Salem,
which is King of peace;
3 without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither
beginning of days nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God),
abideth a priest continually.
Exodus 21:2
2 If thou buy a Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the
seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
Exodus 23:10-11
10 And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the
increase thereof:
11 but the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie fallow, that
the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beast of the
field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and
with thy oliveyard.
Leviticus 25:3-7
3 Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune
thy vineyard, and gather in the fruits thereof;
4 but in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the
land, a sabbath unto Jehovah: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor
prune thy vineyard.
5 That which groweth of itself of thy harvest thou shalt not reap,
and the grapes of thy undressed vine thou shalt not gather: it shall
be a year of solemn rest for the land.
6 And the sabbath of the land shall be for food for you; for thee,
and for thy servant and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant and
for thy stranger, who sojourn with thee.
7 And for thy cattle, and for the beasts that are in thy land, shall
all the increase thereof be for food.
Matthew 19:23
23 And Jesus said unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, It is
hard for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Acts 5:1-10
1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2 and kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it,
and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thy heart to lie to
the Holy Spirit, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 While it remained, did it not remain thine own? and after it was
sold, was it not in thy power? How is it that thou hast conceived this
thing in thy heart? thou has not lied unto men, but unto God.
5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down and gave up the ghost:
and great fear came upon all that heard it.
6 And the young men arose and wrapped him round, and they carried him
out and buried him.
7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not
knowing what was done, came in.
8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for
so much. And she said, Yea, for so much.
9 But Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to
try the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them that have buried
thy husband are at the door, and they shall carry thee out.
10 And she fell down immediately at his feet, and gave up the ghost:
and the young men came in and found her dead, and they carried her out
and buried her by her husband.

Many are called, but few chosen
Matthew 22:14 - For many are called, but few chosen.
There was a preacher who preached that all are called and be saved and only a few will not be saved. This understanding is contrary to Jesus stating the path to Heaven is narrow.
No understanding can satisfy one scripture and go contrary to another.
People preach this gospel so as to please the masses, telling them
that they do not need to change and can continue the life they are
living. Such messages will please us now but the cost that we will pay
latter is unimaginable.
This scripture is nothing to do with the result but more to do with
the initial process. It states that many are invited; now how many
will accept this invitation it does not talk about. Nor does it talk
of among those who receive the invitation and come without wearing the wedding robe and are thrown into the dark torture place.
Jesus does give an idea of how the response towards this invitation is
accepted by the people in the parable of the wedding of the King's
son. How the Jews rejected the invitation and killed the messengers
and then how this invitation was extended to others. The evil and good
referred to the goats and sheep respectively. Those who did not keep
the word were the ones who did not wear the wedding robe.
This parable like most of Jesus' other parable had also historic
roots. This parable angered the Pharisees because this wedding was in
reference to the Egyptian style marriage between Cleopatra and Marc
Antony. The Pharisees were anger with Jesus as to why He was teaching
with things from the Romans and Egyptians, whom they hated, had the
Jewish history lacked that He teaches from the enemies?
The part 'few chosen' was not addressed in the parable but was
directed towards the Pharisees who proclaimed that they were chosen.
Irrespective of what they did in real life or the sins they committed
they considered themselves saved and given a special place in Heaven.
There are some people of God throughout mankind from Noah up to the
last 2 witnesses (olive trees) of which the numbers id given 144,000
who are also called the elect. They are stated as from the 12 tribes
of Israel but they actually have nothing to do with Jewish 12 tribes
but the understanding of the 12 tribes. The whole of creation exist
partly because of them. They are like Isaiah and Jeremiah and Paul
chosen even before they knew Lord, even before they were born. Of
these the Lord says He will lose none for His Spirit really worketh
among them.
Even now at this moment a few of these elect stand among us, you may meet them or may be living in their neighborhood but will not be able to identify them. When they take on their mission they will truly
glorify God. They may not come in the newspapers or be known by name but yet they will bring a change in the history of mankind.
These elect really go those the toughest phases of life for God makes
diamonds of these coals through the process He takes them.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You have great plans for your people. Your wisdom is beyond
human understanding. You have set the Heavens and all things according
to your wisdom. You know what and where and how to get the best of
your people. You know their hearts and every though. Nothing is hidden
from You. Lord, You know our weakness and our strength. We ask You
Lord in your mercy to strengthen our weakness and use our strength to
glorify You...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Matthew 22:1-15
1 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a
marriage for his son,
3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the
wedding: and they would not come.
4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are
bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are
killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm,
another to his merchandise:
6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully,
and slew them.
7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth
his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which
were bidden were not worthy.
9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find,
bid to the marriage.
10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered
together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding
was furnished with guests.
11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man
which had not on a wedding garment:
12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not
having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and
take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be
weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle
him in his talk.
Romans 2:28-29
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that
circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that
of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is
not of men, but of God.
Revelation 7:2-4
2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of
the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to
whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we
have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were
sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the
children of Israel.

Judging and discerning
John 8:7 - But when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself,
and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first
cast a stone at her.
In today's scripture we see Jesus saves the adulterous woman (some
state this was Mary of Magdalene) for death at the hands of the
scribes and Pharisees. This incident and in other incidents Jesus did
state that He did not come to judge but to save. Paul too writes about
those who judge will be judged.
But interestingly we see Paul does at many place judges others like
the case where he surrenders two persons unto Satan so that by the
suffering in their flesh they will change. He did this because he was
not able to change their wicked ways. Jesus too condemned the
Pharisees and Sadducees at many places.
So did Paul and Jesus judge even though they said not to?
What Jesus and Paul did was not judge but discern right from wrong or
good from bad.
God has given man 5 senses to discern things in the natural rem. A
believer receives the Spirit of discernment, Who helps him discern
things in the spiritual rem. It is only by the Spirit and the Word of
God that a believer can discern the hidden things and save himself
from the evil of this world.
We should always discern everything in life but judging them is not
something that we should do unless God has already done so. For
example the case of Satan we know by the Word of God that he is set
for doom and there is no hope for him all because it is written. Also
take the case of Judas; Jesus knew from the start that he would betray
and perish. Jesus did not say let me pray from him nor did Jesus
rebuke the spirit behind Judas like He did with Peter.
What is written cannot be changed. If the scriptures states XYZ person
or XYZ institute will face the wrath of God it is not our judgment but
we are just narrating that which is written and cannot change. If the
institute is condemned it does not mean that all the people of that
institute are. Like Jerusalem was condemned in the year 70AD and Jesus
did warn them before hand and gave them an opportunity to escape and
be saved. Similarly the Bible has given ample warnings and even in
simple words written ‘come forth, my people, out of her, that ye have
no fellowship with her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues’
for the people in this institute which is so called the Babylon of the
modern age.
If you are a true child of God, in your spirit you will hear a voice
telling you to get out of this institute in case you are still a part
of her. I was before a part of her and I did not have anyone telling
me to get out, it was the Lord and His Word that did.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for your Spirit. Holy Spirit your people suffer
because they lack discernment. Lord, give your people the Spirit of
discernment so they see and save themselves from perishing...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
John 3:17-18
17 For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but
that the world should be saved through him.
18 He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath
been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the
only begotten Son of God.
Luke 6:36-37
36 Be ye merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
37 And judge not, and ye shall not be judged: and condemn not, and ye
shall not be condemned: release, and ye shall be released:
1 Corinthians 5:1-5
1 It is actually reported that there is fornication among you, and
such fornication as is not even among the Gentiles, that one of you
hath his father's wife.
2 And ye are puffed up, and did not rather mourn, that he that had
done this deed might be taken away from among you.
3 For I verily, being absent in body but present in spirit, have
already as though I were present judged him that hath so wrought this
thing,
4 in the name of our Lord Jesus, ye being gathered together, and my
spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus,
5 to deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh,
that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
1 Corinthians 5:11-13
11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man
that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater,
or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not
to eat.
12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not
ye judge them that are within?
13 But them that are without God judgeth [separate]. Therefore put
away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Revelation 17:15- 18:10
15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the
harlot sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the beast, these shall
hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat
her flesh, and shall burn her utterly with fire.
17 For God did put in their hearts to do his mind, and to come to one
mind, and to give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God
should be accomplished.
18 And the woman whom thou sawest is the great city, which reigneth
over the kings of the earth.
1 After these things I saw another angel coming down out of heaven,
having great authority; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon
the great, and is become a habitation of demons, and a hold of every
unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For by the wine of the wrath of her fornication all the nations are
fallen; and the kings of the earth committed fornication with her, and
the merchants of the earth waxed rich by the power of her wantonness.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come forth, my
people, out of her, that ye have no fellowship with her sins, and that
ye receive not of her plagues:
5 for her sins have reached even unto heaven, and God hath remembered
her iniquities.
6 Render unto her even as she rendered, and double unto her the
double according to her works: in the cup which she mingled, mingle
unto her double.
7 How much soever she glorified herself, and waxed wanton, so much
give her of torment and mourning: for she saith in her heart, I sit a
queen, and am no widow, and shall in no wise see mourning.
8 Therefore in one day shall her plagues come, death, and mourning,
and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire; for strong is
the Lord God who judged her.
9 And the kings of the earth, who committed fornication and lived
wantonly with her, shall weep and wail over her, when they look upon
the smoke of her burning,
10 standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Woe, woe,
the great city, Babylon, the strong city! for in one hour is thy
judgment come.

The Truth does not change to please people
2 Chronicles 18:7,8 - And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat,
There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of Jehovah: but I hate
him; for he never prophesieth good concerning me, but always evil: the
same is Micaiah the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the
king say so. Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said,
Fetch quickly Micaiah the son of Imla.
Ahab the king of Israel knew for sure that Micaiah was not a man
pleaser like his other 'so called prophets'. Ahab feared Micaiah
because he knew deep in his heart that Micaiah had power to his words
and spoke the truth. It was on the persuasion of King Jehoshaphat that
Ahab called for Micaiah and as expected Micaiah prophesied doom for
Ahab.
Was it that Micaiah had bitterness for Ahab?
Micaiah was a true Man of God and spoke the Truth even though everyone
else spoke otherwise. He did not fear being different nor feared the
consequence of being different.
Ahab accused Micaiah of being evil but the Word of God exposes Ahab as
the evil person all because he blindly followed the ways of his
mother. Ahab did worship Jehovah but in the same temple he also kept
idols of other gods.
Some people really get upset with me when I speak against the RC
Church. They want me to be like the prophets of Ahab prophesying peace
and prosperity even when the church goes against the Word of God and
make people to do evil in the sight of God, like Ahab made Israel do.
They follow blindly what their ancestors did without understanding or
questioning it with the Word of God. They trust man’s word more than
God’s Word.
Walk into a RC Church and you will see their gods put up all around
the place like Ahab had idols in the Temple of God. Catholics worship
(pun) these statues while they also keep the Word of God in the same
place. When the Lord says in the second Commandment not to make an
image of anything below the earth (meaning any person or being dead),
anything on the earth (meaning any person or being alive) and also
anything in Heaven (including any image of God, Angel or any other
including the Son of God) and bow before it. To bow does not mean
bend.
The Catholics will say 'we do not worship them we just venerate or
give reverence to them for what they did'. But they should realize in
the days of Moses when they worshiped they would go down on all fours.
When the Lord said not to bow it meant that even if you do not worship
these idols, you are not even allowed putting flowers, or candles, or
even bending before them.
The Lord was upset the Israelites during the time of Samuel for they
wanted a man King even when the Lord was King over them. Today we have
the Lord Who came as man Jesus and is King, yet they want a person in
white robes, whom they can touch to rule over them. They will not
check what this person is saying is contradicting God’s Word or not.
The Pope states the book of Genesis should not be taken literally,
that is like telling people that God does bull at times like any
human.
God is not human and every word of His Word is true. Science as yet
not progressed to a level to understand His Word. In His Word the Lord
wrote about car, roads, satellites, stem cells in medicine, money
being transferred wirelessly controlled by human brainwaves and even
the next material to be used in electronics (ether based instead of
silica based) about 2,500 - 3,000 years back!
Let us change our minds and understand that we cannot go against God’s
Word and expect to be blessed. We might prosper for some time but soon
or later the Truth will come out, for the Lord Liveth and His Light
overcomes darkness.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are merciful God and do not want your children to perish.
Lord, harden not the hearts of your children. Let your grace be
abundant on these people who are lost and by your Spirit open their
eyes...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
2 Chronicles 18:10-17
10 And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made him horns of iron, and
said, Thus saith Jehovah, With these shalt thou push the Syrians,
until they be consumed.
11 And all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to
Ramoth-gilead, and prosper; for Jehovah will deliver it into the hand
of the king.
12 And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying,
Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one
mouth: let thy word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of theirs, and
speak thou good.
13 And Micaiah said, As Jehovah liveth, what my God saith, that will I speak.
14 And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah,
shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And he
said, Go ye up, and prosper; and they shall be delivered into your
hand.
15 And the king said to him, How many times shall I adjure thee that
thou speak unto me nothing but the truth in the name of Jehovah?
16 And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the mountains, as
sheep that have no shepherd: and Jehovah said, These have no master;
let them return every man to his house in peace.
17 And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee
that he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?
Exodus 20:2-6
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of
Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of
any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or
that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the
LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers
upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that
hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my
commandments.

rophets of Galilee, Light from the shadow of death
Jonah, Prophet from Galilee
Contrary to the claim of the Pharisees that no Prophet (Man of God)
can arise from Galilee, Jesus was called Prophet of Galilee or of
Nazareth which was a small town of southern Galilee. Along with Jesus
there was another Prophet who came from Galilee and that was Jonah.
The Pharisees knew and had accepted Jonah as a Prophet but yet they we
see that they were stubborn on their belief that no Prophet or good
can come out of Galilee even specifying Nazareth. Jonah was from
Gath-Hepher which was 2 miles from Nazareth.
Why was Jesus a stumbling block for the Pharisees?
Like I told you contrary to people thinking that the word Gentile
means unbelievers, it was a word coined for the Jews who lived in the
northern part of Galilee also called as 'Galilee of the Nations' in
Isaiah. Galilee (meaning 'circuit' in Hebrew) was a very important
passage connecting the Sea ports to the main land; this was a busy
place with all kinds of people of various countries and believes. The
southern Galilee Jews were strong rooted to Jewish traditions unlike
the northern Galilee Jews who were exposed more to the world,
therefore accepted and incorporated traditions and believes of the
Heathens (people of other believe) in their own. These northern
Galilee Jews were given the nick name 'Gentiles'; later it hardened to
be used for an outcast Jew or an unbeliever. This Gentile infection
during the time of Jesus had spread throughout Galilee and thus caused
the attitude of the Pharisees that nothing good could come out of
Galilee, including Nazareth.
Like I told you Jesus did not come for the Heathens but only for His
people - Israel, including those who know Him and those who are His
and are lost or confused. Still people think that the people who
follow Judaism are the chosen people of God and due to this they do
not understand scriptures and loose great. It was very heart breaking
to hear that thousands of Muslims who come into the light of Christ
and become Christians suffer tremendously and are even killed all
because of those follow Judaism. The Camp David agreement (started by
Jimmy Carter) mainly signed between USA (included its allies -
Europe), Egypt and leaders of Palestine had a term that USA will not
interfere into internal matters of some of the Islamic countries in
the Middle East.
To save these people who follow Judaism and are unbelievers (because
they do not accept Christ) we are sacrificing thousands of true
Christians. Imagine the blood on the hands of the leaders on these
countries? I hope to soon post testimonies of Dr. Ron Charles who
works extensively in this area helping these Christians.
Jesus was born in Bethlehem (in Hebrew means 'House of Bread') for He
is the 'Shewbread' which was continually kept in the Holy Place along
with the Candle Stand which represented the Holy Spirit. Jesus resided
in Nazareth in Galilee and was called the Prophet of Galilee or
Nazareth to fulfill the prophecy that He would be the Light which
shine out of shadow of death which overcometh darkness.
We too live in Galilee of Gentiles where confused Christians follow
Heathen traditions and do things which anger God, or are we going to
be like Jesus a Light which shines from this shadow of vanity and
death?
Do not be a Gentile but an Israelite and shine for your Father and God.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You showed us the way that although You dwelt as man among the
confused people yet You did not let the confusion and vanity of the
world effect You. You set yourself according to the Word and were
alone truly righteous. Lord, we call ourselves your disciples, show us
and help us by opening our minds and strengthening our weak hearts
that we too become a Light like You to the lost sheep and bring them
unto You...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
John 1:45-49
45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him,
of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of
Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of
Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an
Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered
and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast
under the fig tree, I saw thee.
49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of
God; thou art the King of Israel.
Isaiah 9:1-2
1 Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation,
when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the
land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the
way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations.
2 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they
that dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the
light shined.
Matthew 4:12-17
12 Now when he heard that John was delivered up, he withdrew into Galilee;
13 and leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is by
the sea, in the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali:
14 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the
prophet, saying,
15 The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, Toward the sea,
beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,
16 the people that sat in darkness saw a great light, and to them
that sat in the region and shadow of death, to them did light spring
up.
17 From that time began Jesus to preach, and to say, Repent ye; for
the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 2:19-23
19 But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in
a dream to Joseph in Egypt,
20 Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go
into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young
child’s life.
21 And he arose, and took the young child and his mother, and came
into the land of Israel.
22 But when he heard that Archelaus did reign in Judaea in the room
of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither: notwithstanding,
being warned of God in a dream, he turned aside into the parts of
Galilee:
23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be
fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a
Nazarene.

Thank You Lord for your reprovers
Ezekiel 3:24,25,26 - Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon
my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within
thine house. But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon
thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among
them: And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that
thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are
a rebellious house.
Two days back I send a mail on The Truth rally which we are conducting
in Mumbai, in that mail I mentioned about RC Church celebrating the
birth of Jesus on 25th December while Jesus was not born on that day,
and how they made people do all things against the Spirit of Christ by
encouraging commercial and pleasure centric activities in the name of
Christmas. This mail hurt a brother of the Catholic faith and instead
of writing to me he sent a mail to one of my colleagues organizing the
event with intentions to create disunity. The spirit that worked in
this brother was not the Spirit of Christ.
Had I wrote more details as to why the 25th December date was chosen
and how this date and most of the practices of RC Church are related
to the pagan practices of the early Romans. How the Church leaders in
adventure to convert the Roman pagans actually landed following their
practices in the Name of Jesus Christ and Christianity, I do not think
he will ever celebrate Christmas. For a real Christian who knows
Christ, He was before the foundations of creation. The Christmas
celebrations are more an opportunity to tell the story of Jesus to the
children and to the people who do not know Jesus Christ. Birth of
Jesus as man is not among the 3 feast which a Christian should be
celebrating - Resurrection Sunday, Pentecost and Feast of the
Tabernacle (which many do not celebrate and all these celebrations are
to do with Christ).
When any Man of God corrects one should thank God that He has yet kept
the door open and His mercy is still available.
In today's scripture the Lord tells us how He made Ezekiel dumb for
had Ezekiel corrected them, they would have changed and escaped
punishment. The anger of God was so much on Israel at that time
because of what they were doing, that the Lord wanted to punish them
severely and not escape it.
If we find Men and Women of God correcting us, we should rejoice at
the fact that the Lord is still not wrath with us and His grace is yet
available for us.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, since ages You have spoken through your anointed ones. There
were times when the sins of man was so thick that You did not send
your messengers to speak to your people and You turned your face away.
We have seen in history how the enemy had crushed your people when
your Face was turned away. Lord, we thank You for your anointed ones
through whom You speak and correct us. By your Spirit guide us and
strengthen our weak hearts that we may walk your path of
righteousness. ..
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Isaiah 13:9-11
9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and
fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the
sinners thereof out of it.
10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not
give their light: the sun [representing Jesus Christ] shall be
darkened [sunlight represents His grace] in his going forth, and the
moon [representing Man of God] shall not cause her light to shine.
11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for
their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease,
and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

The curtain is now open
1 John 5:20 - And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given
us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in
him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God,
and eternal life.
The word translated as 'understanding' , takes away a great deal of
understanding of the scripture. Understanding is mostly for the result
of the process of wisdom working on knowledge. The word used here is
not more of the result but the engine that does this process. The more
correct translation would be 'mind'. And the word translated as 'true'
comes from the root meaning 'not hidden'.
When we are baptized in Jesus the Son of God and in His Spirit we
receive the mind to know Jesus Christ and who we are in Him. This mind
also has the capacity to reveals to us God the Father and what it
means to have eternal life.
Now that we have this machine let us put the input which is the Word
of God and start the process which is meditating on the Word and we
are sure to get the result - understanding.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for the mind You have given us when we were renewed
in You. Help us Lord to put this machine in process unceasingly. Help
us mediate on your Word and receive the great treasures of your
Kingdom. These treasures change life and understanding of life, for
the Truth which is You gets known to us...
We thank and receive in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Isaiah 40:21-23
21 Have ye not known? have yet not heard? hath it not been told you
from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the
earth?
22 It is he that sitteth above the circle of the earth, and the
inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the
heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in;
23 that bringeth princes to nothing; that maketh the judges of the
earth as vanity.
Mark 15:37-38
37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the spirit.
38 And the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom.
Mark 8:33
33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he
rebuked Peter, saying, Get you behind me, Satan: for you mind not the
things that be of God, but the things that be of men.
Romans 7:25
25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I
myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
1 Corinthians 2:16
16 For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?
But we have the mind of Christ.

Praise the Lord!
Psalm 150:2 - Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to
his excellent greatness.
The Hebrew word translated as praise is the word 'halal' and is
together with 'Yahh' (Lord) forms the word 'Alleluia' which is 'Praise
the Lord'.
The word 'halal' has been translated in scriptures (AV) to many words
but mainly the word has the meaning which is 'to boast'.
When we praise God we are actually telling the world and the Heavens
how proud we are of our God. This is only possible when we realize how
great our God is. Many of us may have first hand experienced His glory
in our lives, but even if you do not have a great testimony, just look
around and you will see a million reasons to praise God.
Are you proud of how great our God is then lift your hands up and give
a shout of praise to God.
The translations of the word 'halal' (AV)
praise 117,
glory 14,
boast 10,
mad 8,
shine 3,
foolish 3,
fools 2,
commended 2,
rage 2, (does not fury but being crazy)
celebrate 1,
give 1,
marriage 1,
renowned 1;
So be crazy and proud of Who our God is and just throw out all your
inhibitions and praise the Lord. You can dance, stand still, go on
your all fours or do whatever your heart feels but something that the
world knows how great our God is. Praising God is not to tell the Lord
how great He is, He know more than us how great He is, but we praise
God so as to tell the world and the Heavens how great our God is.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are a awesome God. You are Almighty and your Powers are
beyond borders, so also is your wisdom, your love, your righteousness,
your holiness and all that is about You. There is no limitation to t
your goodness. Your glory grows and grows as we come to know more and
more of You. You alone Lord are limitless and infinite...
We declare this in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Psalm 150
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the
firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his
excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the
psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed
instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

Bring the Prince of Peace into your cities and towns this Christmas
Mark 11:9,10 - And they that went before, and they that followed,
cried, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
Blessed is the kingdom that cometh, the kingdom of our father David:
Hosanna in the highest.
Every Christmas a great part of the world celebrates Christmas with
great fun and fair but most part of the celebration has nothing to do
with Christ, all the more things they do angers God. I have noticed
that great accidents and natural calamities also occur during this
season.
People who start studying the Bible have realized that Jesus was not
born on 25th Dec. but on some other day and this changes was done by
the RC Church in the 8th century for all the wrong reasons. We can use
this day to speak to others of Jesus and I do this by putting Biblical
messages on sweet / cake boxes while giving our family friends.
I am very happy this Christmas 26th Dec. our team has organized a
procession (The Truth Rally) of taking Jesus on the streets of Mumbai.
We have managed to get Churches of different denominations all over
Mumbai to come together for this event. The procession will be taken
on trucks, buses, people will walk and those who have vehicles will
join with them. A live band will lead this procession playing worship
songs and between songs we will have free praise, thus bringing peace
and anointing to this city. I am very excited and just cannot wait to
see the Christians shouting praises for Jesus Christ in between the
crowded streets of Mumbai. WOW!!!
When Jesus was born, man did not know Him so God had the Angels to
sing praise Him and declare peace on earth. I am sure along with you
there are many in your city or town who know Jesus, so are you going
to want God to send Angels to worship and bring peace into your city
or are you going to be an Angel for others and praise and worship God
and bring peace into your city?
Get your Church and other nearby Churches together and change all
nonsense which man has been doing in the Name of Christ into that
which is according to the Heart of God.
The people who knew Jesus boldly welcomed Jesus and sang praise to God
throwing their coats on the floor and laying down palm leaves before
Jesus.
Are we going to be afraid to proclaim Jesus Christ in the streets of
your city? Are we going to keep our inhibition or are you going to lay
it down for the Prince of Peace? If you want peace in your city, act
today.
[Praise God]
Lord God, when the Israelites sang praise to You even Balam could not
curse them. Praise and worship brings peace. Lord, give your people
courage to go on to the streets and to proclaim your Name and give
glory to You...
We make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Mark 11:1-11
1 And when they draw nigh unto Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany,
at the mount of Olives, he sendeth two of his disciples,
2 and saith unto them, Go your way into the village that is over
against you: and straightway as ye enter into it, ye shall find a colt
tied, whereon no man ever yet sat; loose him, and bring him.
3 And if any one say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye, The Lord hath
need of him; and straightway he will send him back hither.
4 And they went away, and found a colt tied at the door without in
the open street; and they loose him.
5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye,
loosing the colt?
6 And they said unto them even as Jesus had said: and they let them go.
7 And they bring the colt unto Jesus, and cast on him their garments;
and he sat upon him.
8 And many spread their garments upon the way; and others branches,
which they had cut from the fields.
9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, Hosanna;
Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
10 Blessed is the kingdom that cometh, the kingdom of our father
David: Hosanna in the highest.
11 And he entered into Jerusalem, into the temple; and when he had
looked round about upon all things, it being now eventide, he went out
unto Bethany with the twelve.
Numbers 23:8-21
8 How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? or how shall I defy,
whom the LORD hath not defied?
9 For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I
behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be
reckoned among the nations.
10 Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part
of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end
be like his!
11 And Balak said unto Balaam, What hast thou done unto me? I took
thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast blessed them
altogether.
12 And he answered and said, Must I not take heed to speak that which
the LORD hath put in my mouth?
13 And Balak said unto him, Come, I pray thee, with me unto another
place, from whence thou mayest see them: thou shalt see but the utmost
part of them, and shalt not see them all: and curse me them from
thence.
14 And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah,
and built seven altars, and offered a bullock and a ram on every
altar.
15 And he said unto Balak, Stand here by thy burnt offering, while I
meet the LORD yonder.
16 And the LORD met Balaam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, Go
again unto Balak, and say thus.
17 And when he came to him, behold, he stood by his burnt offering,
and the princes of Moab with him. And Balak said unto him, What hath
the LORD spoken?
18 And he took up his parable, and said, Rise up, Balak, and hear;
hearken unto me, thou son of Zippor:
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that
he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he
spoken, and shall he not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed;
and I cannot reverse it.
21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen
perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of
a king is among them.

Who was Jonah?
We all have read the testimony of Jonah. This testimony fascinates not
only great minds but also small children. In today's message the Lord
wants us to know who Jonah was.
In the Bible the only introduction of Jonah is that he was from
Gathhepher and son of Amittal. Of most Men of God their father's name
is given leaving in the case of Jonah wherein his mother's name is
given. Jewish history tells us that Jonah was the child of the widow
whom Elijah raised from the dead.
Some may say this information may seem interesting but of what value
is it for us in our faith walk? How is this information going to
increase my faith and knowledge of the Kingdom of God?
The testimony of Jonah is very important even so that Jesus also
mentioned him in his teachings and got this on record for us. It was
Jonah whom the Lord used to restore the coast of Israel from the
entering of Hamath unto the sea of the plain. This helped give relief
to the suffering of all Israel at the time they most needed it.
This fact of who Jonah was shows us the nature of God of working great
history changing events through his people, the people whom He has
worked in the early parts of their life. We see this same nature in
the life of Abraham, Moses, Samuel, Jeremiah, John the Baptist etc.
Look into your own life, even if you did not know the Lord and you see
the Hand of God in your life you are set for potentially being used
for a History maker. You may be the next Jonah, Abraham, Moses, or
Jeremiah to the people the Lord has sent to give relief.
We see from their testimonies that the more they resisted the greater
were their problems. If we learn from them and follow the instructions
of the Lord as the Lord speaks to us, we are assured a smooth sail
through the mission we are sent to execute. These missions are not
ordinary but will change the course of history.
The Lord wants to make you a History Maker.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, we thank You for working in our lives even when we did not know
You. You kept us, proved for us and build us in You. Lord, we know You
have great plans for us, help us Lord to receive the plan You set for
us and walk according to your instructions and have glory in You...
This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
[Reference Scriptures]
Jonah 1:1-2
1 Now the word of Jehovah came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,
2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for
their wickedness is come up before me.
2 Kings 14:25-26
25 He restored the coast of Israel from the entering of Hamath unto
the sea of the plain, according to the word of the LORD God of Israel,
which he spake by the hand of his servant Jonah, the son of Amittai,
the prophet, which was of Gathhepher.
26 For the LORD saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very
bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper
for Israel.
1 Kings 17:9-22
9 Arise, get you to Zarephath, which belongs to Zidon, and dwell
there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain you.
10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of
the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and
he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray you, a little water in a
vessel, that I may drink.
11 And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said,
Bring me, I pray you, a morsel of bread in your hand.
12 And she said, As the LORD your God lives, I have not a cake, but
an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and,
behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for
me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.
13 And Elijah said to her, Fear not; go and do as you have said: but
make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it to me, and after
make for you and for your son.
14 For thus said the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not
waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the
LORD sends rain on the earth.
15 And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she,
and he, and her house, did eat many days.
16 And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil
fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke by Elijah.
17 And it came to pass after these things, that the son of the woman,
the mistress of the house, fell sick; and his sickness was so sore,
that there was no breath left in him.
18 And she said to Elijah, What have I to do with you, O you man of
God? are you come to me to call my sin to remembrance, and to slay my
son?
19 And he said to her, Give me your son. And he took him out of her
bosom, and carried him up into a loft, where he stayed, and laid him
on his own bed.
20 And he cried to the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, have you also
brought evil on the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son?
21 And he stretched himself on the child three times, and cried to
the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray you, let this child’s soul
come into him again.
22 And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child
came into him again, and he revived.
