Noah Wall first made headlines in 2014 as his mother shared about how she and her husband repeatedly refused recommendations to abort and have been pleasantly surprised at her son’s progress despite a grim prognosis.
Shelly Wall had been advised months into her 2012 pregnancy that her son had spina bifida, chromosome abnormalities and hydrocephalus. As he was not expected to survive, doctors recommended an abortion—again and again.
“We were offered termination five times,” Rob Wall recalled in the new documentary “The Boy Without a Brain.” “It was never an option for us. To me, we wanted to give Noah that chance of life.”
The couple did, however, make funeral arrangements, but on March 6, 2012, Noah was born—alive. His parents were thankful to hear his first cry.
Noah was paralyzed from the chest down and required surgery for a large hole in his back. He also had only two percent brain tissue—the rest being filled with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which required the implantation of a drain.
But as time went by, Noah progressed like other toddlers—talking and singing and smiling, and defying the odds.

Now, years later, doctors are now stunned to find that Noah’s brain has grown substantially and is nearly fully functional. “We’ve had three years not knowing how long he’s going to live, so to hear his brain’s almost back to normal is beyond belief,” Shelly Wall states in the documentary. “Rob and I broke down when we heard the news. It was like a dream. I’ve never known anything like it. Even the consultants were in tears.”
“Every time we see the doctors, they just shake their head. They’re just amazed at what he can do,” she said.
Noah’s brain scans are now being used to study spina bifida, and his parents have decided to give back by donating two special wheelchairs to Great North Children’s Hospital in Newcastle—the same kind that Noah uses. He also uses leg braces for mobility as well.
“We know he will face more surgery,” Shelly said. “But he is such a remarkable little boy who has already come so far.”
“The Boy With No Brain” aired on Tuesday on UK television.
“They say we only use a small part of our brain, but Noah has had to learn how to use all of what little brain he was born with,” a description of the documentary reads in part. “But that’s not all he’s done. Over the past year he has done something even more remarkable—his brain has appeared to grow back.”

Pope Francis should simply contact those who issued this threat and initiate some “dialogue” with them, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well. After all, it’s a religion of peace — these poor dears who issued this threat no doubt just need jobs.

A BRITISH school is facing a terrorist threat after a message was posted online promising to massacre non-Muslim pupils in the name of Allah.

The chilling post, which targeted McAuley Catholic High School, Doncaster, appeared on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.

The message read: “We have our sights set on you, and by Allah we will kill every single infidel student at this school #McAuleySchoolMassacre”.

Counter terrorism authorities are now investigating the terrifying threat.

Parents have been informed and pupils at the school have been urged not to respond to the message.

The school, which will remain open, has released a statement which read: “The matter that has been reported is currently being investigated by the police.

“At this time pupils and parents are advised to not reply to any unsolicited emails or social media and to report anything of concern to the school/police.”

Police have been drafted in to patrol the school and a specialist officer will be present to give advice to parents, teachers and pupils.

Horrified parent Shanie Varley took her 15-year-old daughter out of school because of the threat.

She said: “The post had been seen and then sent on through Snapchat and then Facebook so all the kids knew but the parents weren’t told.

“As soon as I got off the phone with her I contacted the school, who said that police were there and that it was ‘nothing to worry about’…

Two teachers who were struck off for feeding pupils a ‘diet of Islam’ at a school linked to the ‘Trojan horse’ scandal are being allowed back into the classroom.
Inam Anwar and Akeel Ahmed, who taught at Park View in Birmingham and were part of WhatsApp group ‘Park View Brotherhood’, were banned in February.
But a High Court judge found the teachers were treated ‘unfairly’ and he overturned the ban today.
They claimed they were targeted after the ‘Trojan Horse’ letter was published in 2013 – which detailed a plot to introduce hardline Muslim teaching into schools.
Both men were struck off this year after a National College of Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) panel found they exercised ‘undue religious influence’ on pupils.
The panel heard the pupils at the 600-strong secondary school were never taught about safe sex, relationships or contraception.
Anwar, the head of modern languages, and Ahmed, in charge of religious studies, were accused of changing the curriculum so sex education was not taught.
NCTL officials also said Ahmed organised religious assemblies where boys were segregated from girls.
He was also said to have encouraged prayer during the school day through posters and a call to prayer on the school’s loudspeaker system.
Both men were also accused of taking part in a WhatsApp chat that discussed the murder of soldier Lee Rigby and the Boston Marathon bombings.
They were cleared of distributing or using leaflets, promoting the view that a married man has an ‘entitlement’ to have sex with his wife.
The NCTL said their misconduct was serious and Education Secretary, Nicky Morgan, agreed that they should be banned from teaching in England indefinitely.
But Mr Justice Phillips today ruled at London’s High Court that the men’s treatment had been ‘unjust’.
He accepted that important evidence had not been disclosed to the pair and there had been ‘serious procedural impropriety’ in the NCTL’s fact-finding process.
Upholding the pair’s judicial review challenge, he ruled their treatment had been ‘unfair’ and they were reinstated back into the profession….

THE ICONIC God Save The Queen could be banned by a university from its graduation ceremony because the anthem “has links to far right nationalism”.

Mahamed Abdullahi, from King’s College London Students’ Union said he wanted to scrap the national anthem because it’s “outdated” and “not reflective” of the global values.

The union welfare officer took to Facebook to spout his hate for the traditional song.

In an expletive-ladened rant, the Geography graduate said: “I want to get rid of the national anthem at graduation because it’s outdated and not reflective of the ‘global’ values the college espouses.

“In the context of increasing far right nationalism across Europe and the legacy of the British empire, it’s just a bit s*** and it doesn’t even bang. Basically, f*** the nation state.”

The university admitted it is “in discussion” over the possible ditching of the anthem.

Mr Abdullahi’s comments led to a furious backlash, with many signing a petition to keep the anthem….

EXCLUSIVE: A BAGGAGE handler at a British airport has been found with an ISIS flag stitched to the inside of their glove, in what is believed to be the first case of its kind in the UK.

The discovery raises the alarming prospect that staff at British airports could be operating as part of a jihadi sleeper cell.

A senior security source confirmed to Express.co.uk the discovery of the glove was “not the only case” and that other radicalised airport workers had been identified at more British airports.

The UK airport where the baggage handler worked has not been revealed but Britain’s biggest airport, Heathrow, has said it is not aware of any such incident at the west London hub.

Concerns about radicalised airport staff first came to light in France in the wake of the Paris attacks, when it emerged as many as 70 members of staff with airside clearance were stripped of their passes.

At Brussels airport, which was hit by a terror attack in March, security services said at least 50 ISIS supporters were working as baggage handlers, cleaners and catering staff.

Police at the Belgian airport said the workers were in possession of security badges and even had access to the cockpit of parked aircraft.

And in August this year 300 airport staff at Heathrow had their passes suspended in a major security crackdown.

Cleaners and caterers were caught up in the probe which employer Sodexo said was a precautionary measure and there were no known terrorist links.

It followed news that police were investigating a scam involving airside security passes at Heathrow….

The British Government withheld the cash over fears that taxpayers’ money was used to pay the salaries of terrorists.

Roughly one third of the UK’s annual aid budget to the Palestinians was frozen by the Department for International Development (DfID) after it emerged the Palestinian Authority was using the money to support terrorism despite assurances it would stop doing so.

The British government suspended the $30 million in aid it sends directly to the P.A. but will continue to fund the various other charities and agencies it supports in the disputed territories.

DfID expects to restart payments next year after an investigation which will hopefully prevent the money from being sent to terrorists.

“We are not stopping for the Palestinian Authority overall, just delaying it to a date when we know our money won’t be going to people who do nothing in return for it,” a source at DfID told The Sun.

The Palestinian Authority has long continued a practice of paying full salaries to those who murdered Israeli civilians. Despite promising to cease using aid money from countries like the UK to pay those salaries, an investigation by The Mail on Sunday in March found the P.A. was funding terrorism, just through a more convoluted paper trail.

Among those receiving salaries from the P.A. for terrorism is Abdallah Barghouti, a Hamas bomb-maker who is serving 67 life sentences in Israeli prison for several high-profile bombings during the second intifada, including a nightclub bombing in 2002 that killed 66 people. He has received an estimated $150,000.

Also funded by the P.A. are Amjad and Hakim Awad, who snuck into a house in the disputed territories and slit the throats of five members of the Fogel family while they slept, including an 11 year old, a four year old and a three-month-old baby.

In 2015, the Palestinian Authority transferred control of paying prisoners to the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), a secular organization which officially renounced terrorism and violence as part of the Oslo Accords in 1993. A new PLO commission was established to pay the salaries of prisoners convicted of carrying out terrorist acts. But the commission has as its head the same man who was formerly the Palestinian Authority’s Minister for Prisoner Affairs Issa Karake. Not only that but Mahmoud Abbas, president of the Palestinian Authority, retained overall control of the new commission and transferred $116 million to the PLO on establishing this commission; the same budget which was previously allocated to the Ministry of Prisoner Affairs.

“We do not take issue with the British Government supporting genuine development in the Palestinian territories,” Richard Verber, the senior vice president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, said in a statement. “However, we have long been deeply concerned by the Department for International Development’s assertion that British tax money categorically does not fund terrorism and incitement. We welcome this move and hope that a robust and thorough investigation will be carried out. We would also like to thank the Members of Parliament and media organizations who have echoed our concerns with increasing volume over the past few months.”

He revealed illegal migrants and asylum seekers were disappearing in the UK in tens of thousands as staff focused on “high-risk” serious criminals. He said National Insurance numbers were being issued to migrants with false identity documents.
In some cases they offered an ID card from a European country like Italy Mr Whiteman said that of 84,000 illegal entrants caught last year the figure was “at best” half the number that slipped in. Around a million illegal migrants were living in the UK.

His damning verdict on security came days after Home Secretary Amber Rudd promised to “take a grip” on immigration.

Mr Whiteman said: “The border is porous beyond our main ports. Britain is incredibly close to the rest of Europe so people will gain entry into the country through little harbours, inlets and airfields which are often not covered routinely.
If you have the money I suspect it’s easy to get into the UK. The agency has three cutters. Your chances of getting across the Channel are good. In Australia a great deal of the navy’s time is given over to border protection.”

Mr Whiteman is the first senior former official to come clean about the scale of illegal immigration and the ease with which people can sneak into Britain.

Last year 84,088 people caught trying to reach Britain illegally from the Europe. It is believed at least another 170,000 made it.

He said resources were being targeted on high-risk foreigners. Those who arrived undetected or claimed asylum and subsequently absconded were largely ignored.

Last year the UK removed 5,810 foreign national offenders. Asylum claims are at the highest level since 2004.

Mr Whiteman, now head of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, said: “It is not unreasonable to assume that the number detected is only a proportion of the number trying.

“I would have thought the number caught is at best half.
“The number of illegal migrants reaching the country is far greater than the rate at which we are deporting people.

“Either we have to put considerable new resources and policies into removal, including holding more people in detention, or accept there are a large number of people living in the country who are not allowed to live here but neither are they facing deportation.

If you have come here on false documents with a false identity you may well now have a National Insurance number.

“A lot of illegal migrants may be working here legally. An Italian ID card is enough to give you an NI number.

“If the public is ever going to be reassured we have to talk about the fact that there is a large amount of illegal migration that is not being dealt with.

Either the Home Office needs more staff or we accept the situation isn’t going away.”

Last month the Daily Express revealed there were 77,440 asylum cases currently in progress but up to one in six – nearly 12,000 – could be on the run after absconding and joining the UK’s 1.1 million-strong “clandestine” population.

Mr Whiteman said: “I think that [the fi gures] will be right. The number of people who have absconded from the process and not reported back does not surprise me.

During Mr Whiteman’s time at the Home Office under former boss and current Prime Minister Theresa May he was ordered to make 25 per cent savings or £500million cuts on a £2billion budget.

He said: “At the moment the Home Office is not staffed to deal with the scale of the problem of illegal immigration.

“The rate of absconding is very high. “For staff working in border and immigration services workloads remain exceptionally high.

“With Brexit we may see a rush of applications to visit or remain in the UK.”
An example of migrants vanishing under the noses of officials came after the Daily Express demanded to know the whereabouts of fi ve Iranians who landed at Winchelsea, East Sussex, in July in a rubber dinghy.

The men aged 18 to 44 were released and ordered to report in regularly. More than two months later no one has been able to officially confirm their whereabouts.

The frontline in the fight against illegal migration has focused on Calais where 10,000 migrants are living in the notorious Jungle camp.

Britain has spent more than £200million to bolster security in France.

The Home Office said: “The UK already has one of the most secure borders in the world and we are investing £130million in technology to make it even stronger.

The UK should take strong measures to protect Muslims from criticism in the press, including downplaying or erasing the Muslim identities of known terrorists, according to a new report by the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI). The ECRI is the human rights organization affiliated with the Council of Europe, a 47-country independent body.
The 84-page report was released on October 4 and analyzed the state of racial equality in post-Brexit Britain, noting an increase in anti-foreigner sentiment in general and anti-Muslim bigotry in particular. The report concludes with 23 recommendations, most of which fall outside the scope of radical Islam and will therefore not be addressed in this piece. It did praise many positive aspects of Britain’s treatment of racial issues.

“ECRI considers that, in light of the fact that Muslims are increasingly under the spotlight as a result of recent ISIS-related terrorist acts
around the world, fuelling prejudice against Muslims shows a reckless disregard, not only for the dignity of the great majority of Muslims in the United Kingdom, but also for their safety.”
It is first important to note that however many terrorist attacks take place, bigotry against Muslims in general
is never an appropriate reaction. It is certainly more helpful for the press to correctly identify the Islamists, those Muslims who wish to impose their interpretation of Islam over others in society, as distinct from the broader Muslim community.
The report continues:
“In this context, it draws attention to a recent study by Teeside University suggesting that where the media stress the Muslim background of perpetrators of terrorist acts, and devote significant coverage to it, the violent backlash against Muslims is likely to be greater than in cases where the perpetrators’ motivation is downplayed or rejected in favour of alternative explanations.”
In other words, in the wake of a terrorist attack the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance feels it is more important to willfully mislead the public about the motivations behind an attack in order to protect Muslims than it is to protect British citizens against terrorism by being honest about the problem.
The report utterly fails to acknowledge the deep and lasting damage done by such an attitude in the very recent past. Consider this example.
“According to a study by Faith Matters,” the report writes “based on comments taken from Britain First’s Facebook posts on 26 August 2014, the day the Rotherham scandal was first published in the press, derogatory discourse denigrated the Muslim community as a whole, painting all Muslims as rapists and paedophiles by nature.”
Obviously calling to kill all Muslims or saying they are all rapists is deeply offensive bigotry that should be opposed regardless of the context. What the report fails to mention is the Rotherham scandal was only a scandal to the extent that it was because of the efforts by police and council officials who knowingly allowed young girls to be raped by Muslim gangs rather than speak out, because of fear of being branded as racist.
In Rotherham 1,400 girls were systematically raped and abused by gangs of Pakistani Muslim men over a period of 16 years. We now know that many attempts to raise the issue were made but higher-ranking officials preferred to ignore the problem out of concern for “community cohesion.”
The MP for Rotherham, Denis MacShane (Labour party), even told the BBC “there was a culture of not wanting to rock the multicultural community boat, if I may put it like that. Perhaps, yes, as a true Guardian reader and liberal Leftie, I suppose I didn’t want to raise that too hard.”
Had authorities not been shy about “rocking the multicultural community boat” earlier on and had they acted robustly to prevent the Rotherham scandal from taking place, there would have been far less ammunition for far-right groups such as Britain First to use in their attempts to paint all Muslims as evil.
There is also the problem of combating future crimes. On October 6 a Muslim man was convicted of stabbing his wife eight times and killing her, because she came into contact with men while working in her job as a caregiver. He explicitly told his wife “it's not halal for you to work with men.” In cases like these mentioning the Islamic aspect of the crime is vital to understanding what happened and enabling human rights and social workers to be able to recognize the warning signs and act appropriately in future cases.
Some of the recommendations were laudable. Recommendation 12 called on the government to establish dialogue with Muslim communities to promote integration and combat anti-Muslim bigotry, something that could be very helpful in combating extremism if done properly.
The chief recommendation to combat anti-Muslim sentiment in the media was the establishment of an independent press regulatory body and a new editors’ code of practice that would allow aggrieved groups to submit complaints about biased reporting.
“The Government is committed to a free and open press and does not interfere with what the press does and does not publish, as long as the press abides by the law,” the British government wrote in its full response to the report.

The UK is to ban commercial fishing from a million square kilometres of ocean around British overseas territories, the government said on Thursday.
In total, the government is creating marine protected areas around four islands in the Pacific and Atlantic, including the designation this week of one of the world’s biggest around the Pitcairn Islands.
A 840,000 sq km (320,000 sq mile) area around Pitcairn, where the mutineers of the Bounty settled, becomes a no-take zone for any fishing from this week. St Helena, around 445,000 sq km of the south Atlantic ocean and home to whale sharks and humpbacks, is now also designated as a protected area.
The foreign office said it would designate two further marine protection zones, one each around two south Altantic islands – Ascension by 2019 and Tristan da Cunha by 2020.
Sir Alan Duncan, minister of state for Europe and the Americas, said: “Protecting 4m sq km of ocean is a fantastic achievement, converting our historic legacy into modern environmental success.”
Commercial fishing will be banned in all of Pitcairn’s zone – excepting ‘sustainable’ local fishing – and half of the 445,390 sq km Ascension protected area. Fishing will be allowed in the other areas, but activities such as oil drilling will be prohibited.
Conservationists welcomed the new protections. “By protecting the vast array of marine life within these rich waters, the United Kingdom has solidified its position as a leader in ocean conservation,” said Joshua S Reichert, of the Pew Charitable Trusts, which is working with the UK on technology to monitor the Pitcairn area.
Jonathan Hall, the RSPB’s head of UK Overseas Territories, said: “This is simply enormous and shows world-leading vision.”
The UK announcement, at the Our Oceans summit in Washington, came as the White House said the US would ban fishing in a 5,000 sq km area in the Altantic, known as the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts marine national monument. That followed Barack Obama’s expansion last month of the Papahanaumokuakea monument off Hawaii.
In his speech at the Washington conference, Duncan quipped: “this was going to have been my big moment, because until last week the Pitcairn MPA would have been the largest in the world. A police officer is under investigation for racism after telling a demonstrator: 'You don't tell me what to do in my country.'

The Metropolitan Police officer, who has served on the frontline for almost 29 years, thought little more about the incident.

Yesterday, Pc Tyson blasted his force for overreacting and described their actions as akin to 'Stalinist thought police'.
He accused his superiors of 'oppressive political correctness' and said many colleagues are 'afraid to do their jobs properly' as a result.

'I would like to know upon what basis they regard my statement as being racist — it is purely a statement of fact that this is my country,' he told The Sunday Times.
'The action the Department of Professional Standards has taken against me is so wildly over the top, it discredits the investigators and brings their judgment into question.'
The exchange took place when Mr Tyson was supervising a demonstration by members of the Kurdish community near Portland Place, central London, last month.

A video posted online shows the Pc being verbally abused by protesters as he strolls along in full uniform, with one saying: 'F*** the police.'
Tyson is then confronted by a woman activist, one of the event organisers, to whom he says: 'You don't tell me what to do in my country.'
In notes taken at the end of the protest, Pc Tyson said protesters were also chanting messages of support for the PKK, a Kurdish terrorist group which is banned in Britain.
He said some were deliberately blocking traffic and he made the comment after moving a woman out of the way of an ambulance.
She then became 'irate' and repeatedly shouted at him to 'get out of here', he claims. He said he responded: 'I'm doing my job, it's a shame you haven't done yours.'
The activist made a formal complaint to the Met on August 20, about which Tyson was notified in writing on September 6.

However, the wording in the complaint does not exactly match the wording of Tyson's comment, which can be heard in the online video.
The woman alleges he said: 'You can't teach me what I can do in my country.' However, the video captures him saying: 'You don't tell me what to do in my country.'
Last week he was placed under investigation for allegedly 'breaching the standards of professional behaviour' by 'using discriminatory language'.
Speaking out after being placed under investigation, Pc Tyson – who is now on sick leave with stress – said the inquiry 'tips over into incompetence.'
'The investigators can't even get the most basic wording right and there's even a video to prove it,' he said.
'The complainant is entitled to make a complaint if she feels there has been some inappropriate behaviour towards her by police or others,' he said.
'Then the DPS are duty-bound to investigate that.
'But the problem then is it would appear to be as if political correctness has completely overtaken the decision making process as to how this investigation is to proceed.
'It is highly prejudicial to have put me on restricted duties.
'There are an awful lot of my colleagues who are suffering from this awful and oppressive political correctness that's infected the professional standards units in all of the boroughs and the DPS Met-wide.
'It means that officers are afraid to do their jobs properly.'
A Met spokesman confirmed Pc Tyson is under investigation. He declined to respond to the officer's comments.

While the White House, the Democrats and their echo chamber in the news media denied that President Barack Obama had any knowledge of his then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton using a private, unprotected email server for official business — including illegally transmitting classified information — evidence exists that Obama lied about what he knew and didn’t know.

The FBI documentation of interviews with Hillary’s aides, including suspected Muslim Brotherhood-linked Huma Abedin, reveal that the President attempted to hide his knowledge of — and his involvement with — Hillary Clinton’s illegal email communications. In an interview with top Clinton aide (and wife of the disgraced former Democratic congressman, Anthony Weiner) Huma Abedin in April 2016, Abedin was questioned about an email chain between Hillary and an unknown entity using an unknown email address.

According to the FBI, “Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?’ Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”
Here we have the testimony of a close associate of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton informing investigators that the nation’s Commander in Chief used a fake email address with a fake name to communicate with the Secretary of State in his own administration.

“This is prima facie evidence that Obama had knowledge of Clinton’s illegal activities throughout her time as the nation’s Secretary of State. He had previously claimed, in interviews with CBS News that he had learned of Hillary’s illegalities through news stories,” noted another former police detective and interrogation expert Carlton McInnery.

Mr. Obama’s comments follow a long week of media scrutiny surrounding Hillary Clinton’s private email address and the ‘home-brewed’ server that hosted it.

“It is a reality I’m afraid that London, New York, other major cities around the world have got to be prepared for these sorts of things,” Khan told the London Evening Standard.

“That means being vigilant, having a police force that is in touch with communities, it means the security services being ready, but it also means exchanging ideas and best practice.”

Terrorist attacks, Khan added, are “part and parcel of living in a big city.”

Khan, who was elected mayor in May this year, made a review of London’s vulnerability to terrorist threats one of his priorities. After the Nice attacks in July, he promised to keep Londoners safe, appointing former Metropolitan Police Authority Chair Lord Harris for the job.

Parents at an east London school are furious because they were given just “three days’ notice” that the school would be partially closing for the Muslim holy festival Eid al-Adha.

Chobham Academy

Chobham Academy, an independent mixed academy with 1,800 pupils ranging from ages three to 18, informed parents last week its nursery, reception, and Year 1 and 2 classes would not be held on Monday due to a “high number of staff requesting leave for religious observance, giving families just days to find childcare arrangements.”

“Please accept my sincere apologies for the short notice which could not be helped and for the disruption to the beginning of the new academic year,” the school’s primary principal, Mark Elms, said in a letter to parents.

The school has been accused by critics of penalizing working parents.

“It’s outrageous that they have done this at such short notice,” one disgruntled mom told the Sun.

“We wouldn’t mind if it was included in the school calendar so we all knew well in advance that this was happening but to suddenly spring it on us just three days before is unacceptable.

“People have jobs and lives and will find it difficult to get childcare at such short notice,” added the woman, who did not want to be named.

Another parent at the school, Pedro Martin, who works as a Spanish tutor, told the MailOnline that he was forced to take time off work to look after his two sons, aged four and six.

“The law must be applied equally and fairly to everyone. Integration and good community relations are undermined by the failure to uphold the rule of law and ensure fair play.”

The study, headed by Sir Eric Pickles, found that authorities are not doing enough to stamp out bullying and religious intimidation among Asian authorities during the lead up to elections.
The report has even called for a dramatic overhaul of the electoral system, warning the “integrity of democracy” is at stake.

The Electoral Commission also came under fire for making the situation worse by encouraging the use of foreign language, with Sir Eric saying it “leaves the door open to fraud”.

There have also been accusations of postal voting fraud in predominantly Asian areas, just years after a judge found evidence of fraud in Birmingham.

he report found police were unwilling to step in “because of a supposed fear of claims of ‘discrimination’” despite one voter being told he would “burn in hell” if he voted for the wrong candidate.

Sir Eric, a Government anti-corruption champion, said police did not act on tip-offs as they were “too concerned about being pro-active on some issues because of potential allegations of discrimination”.

Safe zones around polling stations, tougher ID checks, ending postal votes and tougher sentences for fraud should be introduced to stamp out electoral fraud, Pickles has said.

He said: “There are sometimes challenging issues over divisive community politics and ethnic-religious polarisation, but this is no excuse for failing to enforce British law and protect the integrity of our democratic process.

“The law must be applied equally and fairly to everyone. Integration and good community relations are undermined by the failure to uphold the rule of law and ensure fair play.”

Speaking on the French radio station, France Info, the niece of Marine Le Pen said that seeking asylum has become a new way to get into countries for illegal immigrants.
The niece of the leader of the FN said: “All migrants are not fleeing war.

A leaked letter revealed the Eurosceptic Foreign Secretary has indicated four “non-negotiable” areas in negotiations to withdraw from the European Union.

A plan put forward by a group of Tory MPs for Parliament to just repeal the 1972 European Communities Act and leave the EU immediately is “on the table” according to a Whitehall source.

The revelation comes as former Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith yesterday piled on the pressure for Britain to leave the EU as quickly as possible following the historic vote in the referendum on June 23.

The prominent Brexiteer said the UK should not necessarily seek to remain a member of the single market as such a move would involve surrendering control to Brussels.

He also predicted the Government will trigger Article 50 early in the new year and start the formal two-year countdown to Britain leaving the EU.

But a plan drawn up by former Cabinet minister John Redwood - and supported by a growing number of Tory MPs - could see Britain come out even more quickly with the repeal of the 1972 Act and then simply informing Brussels that Britain has left the EU.

EU insiders have claimed that such a move would be illegal but Mr Redwood has said legal advice he has received means that it is legal.

Mr Redwood said: “Article 50 of the Treaty states clearly that ‘any member state may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.’

He added: “In the case of the UK this means passing an Act of Parliament.”

He and other prominent Eurosceptics argue that Britain could continue with free trade with the EU and would only have to impose tariffs if it imposes them first.

A senior Whitehall source told the Daily Express that option is among those being considered.

The source said: “There is no definitive legal opinion on a quick and hard Brexit so all options are being considered with the proviso that we will need to trade with and cooperate with what’s left of the EU in the future.”

Previously, the Prime Minister has said that she won’t trigger Article 50 until there is a UK approach and clear objectives for negotiations.

A Government source said that “nobody should fool themselves” that leaving will be quick and easy but the Government “will not be providing a running commentary.”

Currently Brexit Secretary David Davis is leading the strategy to Leave the EU with new Trade Secretary Liam Fox working on free trade deals around the world with at least 27 countries interested in starting a new economic relationship with the UK.

Speaking to Radio 4’s Today Programme, Mr Duncan Smith said that it would be in the EU’s interests to keep trading as normal with the UK.
Currently, the EU sells £24 billion more in goods to the UK than it buys from Britain.

Britain is also Germany’s biggest car export market.

Mr Duncan Smith said: “I think we would like to have, and I think it would be in the interests of the European Union even more than it might be for the UK, to maintain a trading relationship with the UK.

“Bearing in mind that we will anyway have access to the marketplace under World Trade Organisation (WTO) rules, so the question really is - do we want more preferential arrangements than that?”

Asked if he would be happy with WTO rules, he said: “I’m saying that’s the extent of where you could be and you’d still get access to the marketplace.

“I’ve already made it clear that my personal view is we should not seek to remain a member of the customs union nor necessarily remain a full member of the single market, because that would entail putting yourself yet again under the rule of European law.

“And that was one of the key areas that the British public voted for in the process of taking back control.”

If Britain does not negotiate a separate deal, its trade with the EU will revert to WTO rules.

This would mean there would be no free movement or financial contribution and no obligation to apply EU laws, but the UK and EU would be obliged to apply to each other the tariffs they apply to the rest of the world.
Mr Duncan Smith said: “Actually, if you look across the European Union, many of those countries now are quite desperate to sort out the relationship with the UK.

“For example, Germany is going through quite a difficult period right now, their manufacturers are deeply worried about what will happen afterwards, and they want to find a way to make sure that they don’t end up having tariff barriers imposed on them as they export.

“That, of course, is possible to arrange even under the WTO process.

“What they want is, and we want, the bottom line is tariff-free access to the market and for them to do the same for us.”

Senior figures in the EU are already making it clear they fear a quick hard exit from the EU by Britain meaning the loss of its £10 billion in net contributions over night.
n response they have already suggested they may take legal action to try to prevent it from happening.

German MEP Bernd Lange, chief of the European Parliament’s international trade committee, insisted that a snap Brexit was simply “not possible.”

He said: “As long as you are a member under EU law, you are a member.”

He went on: “If they [the UK Government] really proceeded with this, we would take them to court and eventually take counter-measures.

“One should not expect the EU would just let such a thing happen.”

UK: NOTORIOUS HATE PREACHER ANJEM CHOUDARY CONVICTED
The British-born cleric preached extremist propaganda for years has finally been convicted of supporting the Islamic State.

Influential Islamist hate preacher Anjem Choudary has been convicted of supporting the Islamic State. He will be sentenced on September 6 and faces up to 10 years in jail.
Choudary is the founder of the now-banned extremist group Al-Muhajiroun and was one of Britain’s most notorious Islamist clerics for many years.
He was interviewed by Clarion Project.
Along with co-defendant Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, 33, Choudary was convicted of supporting the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) in July, but details of the verdict were only just made public.
The pair reportedly exhorted their supporters to travel to Syria and pledge allegiance to ISIS in a series of YouTube videos.
Choudary also reportedly personally swore and oath of allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed caliph of the Islamic State.
He is thought to have been linked to the terrorists who went on to carry out the 7/7 bombings in the UK and the man who beheaded army Drummer Lee Rigby
Security sources believe Choudary has links to as many as 500 British jihadis now fighting for the Islamic State, as reported by The Independent.
Choudary told Sky News before his conviction he was simply exercising his right to free speech.
“If you look at my speeches, I have said the same thing for 20 years. For me, it is a matter of worship,” he said.
“If people are implementing the sharia, then I cannot shy away from what the divine text says in relationship to that. If you cannot say when you believe in something and you cannot share that view, then you don't really have freedom to express yourself in this country.”
His being put in prison is no reason to assume Choudary will cease to be a threat. In 2014, he said, “If they arrest me and put me in prison I will carry on in prison. I will radicalize everyone in prison.”
Ironically, after convicting Choudary, the UK allowed two more hate preachers to enter the country.
Pakistani clerics Muhammad Naqib ur Rehman and Hassan Haseeb ur Rehman are currently on a seven-week preaching tour of mosques in the UK. The pair was involved in the campaign to support Mumtaz Qadri, the man who assassinated the liberal governor of Punjab, Salman Taseer, in 2011 after Taseer suggested discussing amending the country’s blasphemy law.
Qadri was hailed as a martyr following his execution for murder earlier this year. Despite their involvement in the campaign to support Qadri, the clerics were allowed into the UK and Muhammad Naqib ur Rehman was even welcomed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the highest ranking priest in the Church of England, which has some 80 million followers worldwide.

An Imam has told his congregation in Wales that war is approaching and Islam allows them to take women as slaves and rape them.

Ali Hammuda is an Imam at Cardiff’s Al-Manar Mosque, where three Islamic State (IS) fighters worshipped before travelling to Syria. They were known as the “Cardiff jihadis” before one was killed in an RAF drone strike as he was thought to be plotting attacks in the UK.

Before the strike, Reyaad Khan and Nasser Muthana, then both 20, appeared in an IS recruiting video in 2014 where they bragged about executing prisoners. Muthana’s younger brother Aseel, then aged 17, joined them in Syria.

Rizwan Syed, an undercover reporter working for the Daily Mail, made the recordings. He recalled his time in the radical Cardiff mosque:

“I saw books preaching brutal violence, sexism, homophobia, aggressive physical jihad, dismemberment and capital punishment implemented by the state.

“It reinforces the idea that what these militant groups are doing, what IS is doing, is legitimised by history.”

In the audio, Imam Hammuda is heard telling a group of young men: “One of the interpretations as to what this means is that towards the end of time there will be many wars like what we are seeing today, and because of these wars women will be taken as captives, as slaves, yeah, women will be taken as slaves.

“And then, her master has relations with her because this is permissible in Islam, it’s permissible to have relations with a woman who is your slave or your wife.”

He also stated that another interpretation of the Hadith is that children will come to treat their mothers like slaves.

He said: “The one I think is strongest is that towards the end of time you will see a lot of Muslims disobeying their mothers and fathers… you see children speaking to their mothers and fathers as if they are your slave.”

More than 5,000 non-Muslim Yazidi women and girls were abducted by Islamic State in 2014. Many have been trafficked and traded on slave markets.

Surat An-Nisa, verse 24 of the Koran, reads: “And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls.”

MPs face a six-year drinking ban after a committee decided they will move to an office block operating under Islamic laws while the Palace of Westminster is refurbished.

Their new home, Richmond House in Whitehall, was transferred to finance an Islamic bond scheme in 2014.

The building, currently the offices of the Department of Health, will house MPs when a multi-billion-pound refurbishment of Parliament begins in 2020.

The parliamentary committee created to decide on options for renovating the Palace of Westminster decided against MPs remaining in the building while work takes place.

Their recommendations, which will be voted on by MPs when they return after the summer recess, was contained in a report leaked to The Times.

A plan to nationalise the nearby Red Lion pub so it could be kept private for MPs was shelved after owners Fuller’s Inns spoke out against the idea.

Peers will go to the QEII Centre at the other end of Parliament Square.

Renovating the Palace of Westminster while it is vacant is expected to cost between £3.5billion and £3.9billion and take six years.

The committee rejected two other plans, which would have been more expensive.

One was to move MPs and peers out of the Palace of Westminster at different times as the building was repaired, costing £4.4billion and lasting 11 years, while the other would have seen them stay put as repairs were carried on around them.

This third choice would have taken 32 years at a cost of £5.7billion.

MPs will vote on whether to accept the committee’s recommendations after they return from the summer recess.

The Palace of Westminster has dozens of bars and restaurants, where MPs, peers, staff and other passholders can enjoy pints for as little as £2.90.

This is 70p cheaper than the average price of a pint in London thanks to taxpayer subsidies worth £4million a year.

The landmark, opened in 1859, has a leaky roof, crumbling stonework and faulty cabling.

The Queen Elizabeth Tower, which supports Big Ben, is also tilting by 18 inches.

Richmond House is one of three Whitehall buildings that were transferred to the £200million Islamic bond scheme, which switched their ownership from British taxpayers to wealthy Middle Eastern businessmen and banks.

George Osborne announced the move in June 2014 as part of an effort to make the UK a global hub for Islamic finance.

But critics say the scheme would waste money and could undermine Britain’s financial and legal systems by imposing Sharia law onto government premises.

The bonds – known as Sukuk – are only available for purchase by Islamic investors.

The money raised will be repayable from 2019.

But instead of interest, bond-buyers will earn rental income from the three Government offices as interest payments are banned in Sharia law.

The Treasury agreed to make the sukuk fully compliant with Sharia law to ensure investors were not put off investing in the scheme, meaning each of the buildings used to finance the products must meet the terms of Sharia law, including t

Just two days ago Metropolitan Police chief Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe said that a terror attack wasn’t a question of “if, but when.”

One witness said that, ‘I heard a scream, and then we went to the park and I saw a girl lying on the floor with blood coming from her back. Another girl had blood on her arm.’

He continued, “I thank God I wasn’t there – 30 seconds more and I may be dead.”

Another witness claims he saw three men leaving the area in a hurry, one on a motorcycle. It’s unknown if they are suspects, or if they were civilians fleeing the attack.

Just hours prior to the attack, Metro police unveiled their new, heavily armed, anti-terror unit called “Hercules.” Some refer to the officers as “robo-cops.”

According to the Mirror UK, 600 “Hercules” officers will patrol major landmarks, and ride “high-speed BMW GS800 scrambler” motorcycles in order to get to terror scenes quicker.

A senior anti-terror official said that the attack may be due to a mental health issue. He added that “terrorism as a motivation remains but one line of enquiry for us to explore.”

A suicide bomber blew himself up after being turned away from a music festival in southern Germany. He was a Syrian man who had been denied asylum. The 27-year-old killed himself and injured 12 others when he detonated an explosive device after he was denied entry to the event in Ansbach, Bavaria, attended by around 2,500 people.

Sick and tired of Muslims taking over supermarkets with their special food stocked on the shelves, a man took it upon himself to let others know exactly how he felt about the matter, by literally sticking it to anyone interested in purchasing halal-approved products. His bold effort backfired on him when an Islam sympathizing judge didn’t take kindly to this man’s “Islamaphobic” behavior.

Liam Edwards of the U.K. has seen first hand the Islamic invasion that has taken over his country. He didn’t want to let another day go by without taking a stand against it, so he acted creatively. Each time he goes to the grocery store, he’s reminded of the all too prevalent part of European life that Muslims have become, with halal food occupying shelf space next to typical Western goods.

For Edwards, it’s not just about sharing space with Muslims, it’s educating others who may be less aware. By purchasing certain goods, their money is being sent directly to fund terrorism. The anti-Islam activist had stickers made, which he placed on halal food items at his local store. The message was clear on the red stickers that read, “BEWARE! Halal is barbaric and funds terrorism.” At the bottom of the warning label is “#BanHalal.”

The 29-year-old didn’t get permission to slap these stickers on merchandise, he simply did what he had to do to get his message out to others. Now he’s being charged with a hate crime. Edwards was recently found guilty of “causing racially or religiously-aggravated criminal damage” from his February sticker ambush, the Metro reported.

But even though the $273 (£176.50) fine and a 4-week curfew has been imposed on this “criminal,” he’s not letting it hold him back from his purpose. For sake of maintaining innocent intentions of his actions, Edwards insists that the stickers were more of a warning about halal slaughter of animals, than being religiously driven.

“I’m a big animal lover, be it for racial or other purposes I believe it is wrong to treat animals in that way,” Edwards said.

Whether the tagging was for animal activism or anti-Islam, the sentiment remains true, and he shouldn’t be charged with a crime for stating the obvious. Halal slaughter is representative of the many barbaric practices within Islam, and people need to quit pretending it’s a religion of peace. It’s constantly proven otherwise.

Theresa May will today tell radical Islamists that the "game is up" and that they were no longer tolerated in Britain as she sets out Tory plans for a crackdown on extremism.
The Home Secretary is expected to say that a future Conservative government target Sharia law, change the rules on granting citizenship to ensure people embrace British values and introduce "banning orders" for extremist groups.
Radicals will also be barred from working unsupervised with children amid fears that young people are being brainwashed, while staff at job centres will be required to identify vulnerable claimants who may become targets for radicalisation.
In a speech in London she will invite all moderate Muslims to join her in exposing the "hatred, bigotry and ignorance" of extremists who seek to undermine the values of democracy, equality and free speech.
The new counter-extremism policy is aimed at tackling radical preachers and individuals who try to brainwash young Muslims and encourage them to embrace extremist views.

She will say that a "small but significant" number of people in Britain are trying to undermine the nation's values and create a "clash of civilisations".
She will cite the Trojan Horse plot to take over state schools in Birmingham, corruption in Tower Hamlets in East London and the use of Sharia law being used to discriminate against women.
She will also condemn hate preachers, the practice of gender segregation at some universities and the thousands of "honour" crimes committed every year.
Mrs May will say: "Extremism is not something that can just be ignored. It cannot be wished away. It must be tackled head on. Because where extremism takes root the consequences are clear. Women’s rights are eroded. There is discrimination on the basis of race and sexuality.
"There is no longer equal access to the labour market, to the law, or to wider society. Communities become segregated and cut off from one another. Intolerance, hatred and bigotry become normalised. Trust is replaced by fear, reciprocity by envy, and solidarity by division.
"Where they seek to divide us, our values are what unite us. Where they seek to dictate, lecture and limit opportunity, our values offer young people hope and the chance to succeed. The extremists have no vision for Britain that can sustain the dreams and ambitions of its people. Theirs is a negative, depressing and in fact absurd view of the world - and it is one we know that in the end we can expose and defeat."
She will appeal to "every single person in Britain" to join her in a new "partnership" to celebrate British values and defeat ignorance.
She will say: "But to those people who do not want to join this new partnership, to those who choose consciously to reject our values and the basic principles of our society, the message is equally clear. The game is up.
"We will no longer tolerate your behaviour. We will expose your hateful beliefs for what they are. Where you seek to spread hate, we will disrupt you. Where you break the law, we will prosecute you.Where you seek to divide us, we will stand united. And together, we will defeat you."
The Home Secretary will say that a future Conservative government will commission an independent review into the operation of Sharia courts in Britain, while councils will be ordered to "take steps to ensure the safeguarding of children in hithero unregulated places", such as tuition centres.
British values will form "an integral part of applying for a visa" which even visitors will have to comply with.
The Home Secretary will also introduce “banning orders” for extremist groups, which would make it a criminal offence to be a member of or raise funds for a group that spreads or promotes hatred. The maximum sentence could be up to 10 years in prison.
