They Both Deserve To Be Tried For Treason
The American people deserve to know whether or not President Barack Obama will pardon Hillary Clinton between Election Day and the inauguration of our next president on January 20, 2017.

Last week, Hillary Clinton received two October surprises. The first came on Friday when FBI Director James Comey sent a very short letter to Congress explaining that he would be reopening the investigation into Clintons use of a private email server to send and receive classified information.

The second came when the FBI opened up an additional investigation into the Clinton Foundation for their years of “pay-to-play” while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. This investigation was spawned because of the thousands of emails released by WikiLeaks.

If Hillary Clinton wins this election, sources working with the White House have indicated that President Obama will likely pardon Hillary Clinton of all her crimes that the FBI is investigating her for.

They Really Are Stronger Together
Under Article II, Section Two, the president’s power to issue a pardon for a federal offense is nearly limitless. Hillary Clinton would have the power under the Constitution to pardon herself if she wins this election.

In 2008, Slate reported the following:

In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or after conviction and judgment. Once an act has been committed, the president can issue a pardon at any time — regardless of whether charges have even been filed.
There are two likely scenarios in which Hillary Clinton would be pardoned by President Obama:

If Hillary wins the election, Obama will undoubtedly pardon her. He has openly stated several times that he didn’t think Hillary’s mishandling of classified information “posed a national security problem.”

It is also important to remember that Obama used a pseudonym in emails with Clinton, too. He is implicated in this mess, as well. Pardoning Hillary and absolving her of all these crimes will also allow him to remain free of any charges.

If Trump wins the election, we can be certain that Obama will pardon Hillary to protect her from prosecution. Obama would also be forced to pardon her because we know that a Trump-led administration would prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law–as he should.

The FBI has the opportunity this week to do their job correctly, unlike before. We cannot stop Obama from pardoning a career criminal, but we can elect Donald Trump in order to take this Nation back from corrupt cronies like Obama and Clinton.

Criminal Intent–She’s Going To Prison
If the FBI confirms that Hillary Clinton altered, destroyed or concealed any emails that should have been turned over to the FBI during the original investigation, she can be charged with obstruction of justice.

That carries a penalty of 20 years in prison.

It is being heavily rumored that the FBI is on their way to charging Hillary Clinton and her team with obstruction of justice given that WikiLeaks has proven they criminally intended to delete thousands of emails to avoid prosecution.

Months ago, the FBI argued they needed criminal intent in order to charge Hillary Clinton. Well, now they have it.
