Would you believe it

Domino's pizza in Birmingham have bowed down to more Islamic orders and taken pepperami, ham and bacon off its menu.
Taken from the Islam in Europe blogspot Feb 14th 09: "Domino's have thought long and hard about the decision to be Halal" customers had criticised the policy "limiting the freedom of choice and discriminates against non Muslims" a spokesperson for Domino's then replied "in this area of Birmingham there is a large Muslim population, naturally there is more of a demand for halal products".

Is it really any wonder why there is such animosity toward Islam? Too many Christians and other (non Islamic) faiths are sleepwalking. Whilst I am against religious hatred of any kind I would urge people to write to Domino's head office complaining, after all if it's fine for a non Muslim to ask for alternatives why was it not ok for a Muslim to ask for non pork products on their pizza instead of removing Pork altogether?

Too often now we hear of Islamists laying the law down turning England into a Muslim state, regardless of what the government thinks.
Before I go lets look at 2 more incidents:
1) A Muslim M&S Reading employee was allowed to speak to a customer like dirt because she wanted to purchase a book of bible stories. The employee (according to the Daily Mail 15th Jan 2008) when confronted with the book declared it "unclean" and summoned an assistant to check the item through. Still there is no news on this investigation.
2)Sainsbury's have permitted Muslim employees to raise their hands for assistance when alcohol is on the checkout belt.

I am pleased that we live in a society that accepts beliefs and rights of ALL its countryfolk, however, I cannot help but feel if this was a Christian who was refusing to sell the morning after pill or a Hindu refusing to sell a hamburger they would be told to look elsewhere for employment.

WAKE UP ENGLAND!
