Obama's ai campaign in Syria to stop Islamic State is over before it has even started. Germany has said it won't join the air campaign. The UK is giving mixed signals. Turkey is not going to help and the Saudis well they are not doing much either. And vulnerable Dems don't want to vote on a war resolution either. And the money for Obama's attack is not there either.
