Could North Korean Agents Release Biological Weapons In Major U.S. Cities

(By Michael Snyder) Most Americans have no idea that biological weapons could potentially bring our nation to a complete and utter standstill within a matter of days. In recent articles I have been trying to get people to understand why it would be so exceedingly dangerous for the United States to attack North Korea. If the North Koreans used weapons of mass destruction, we could easily be facing a situation in which millions of North Korean and Japanese citizens end up dead.

But since it would happen on the other side of the planet, such a scenario doesn’t seem to emotionally move a lot of people. So today, I want to try to get people to understand the immense devastation that just a handful of North Korean agents could cause inside our own country. A war with North Korea would be fundamentally different from other wars, because there would be no line that the North Koreans would not be willing to cross. They would use nukes, they would use chemical weapons, and they would not hesitate to even use biological weapons on innocent civilian populations.

Christian teacher in Germany banned from wearing cross necklace

School management has forced a teacher in Berlin, Germany, to remove a cross necklace from her attire when she’s in the classroom. School administrators in the capital city enforced a neutrality law that bans teachers and civil servants from wearing religious symbols and clothing in public. “The neutrality law has generally applied to Muslim women who wear a hijab, or headscarf,” reported The Local, an English-language publication in Germany.
Across Europe, controversial Muslim headscarf bans have sparked debate on this issue.”To be banned are visible symbols of a religious affiliation,” Yale University noted about the situation in Berlin. “Pieces of jewelry, however, such as a cross on a chain, are allowed. City-run kindergartens, adult education institutions and vocational schools will also be exempted from the ruling. Religious education in public schools will also not be affected.”

3,000 Year Old Manure in Israel Offers Clues on Bible’s King Solomon Mystery

The discovery of 3,000-year-old manure in Israel’s Timna Valley could provide clues about the biblical King Solomon and his 10 century B.C. quest to build the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, archaeologists have said. The History Channel reported on Monday that archaeologists from the University of Tel Aviv began excavating the site of a mining camp in 2013, and in 2014 made several important discoveries, such as the remains of walled structures and fortified gates.
The team also found animal manure, and although at first they did not realize the significance of it, radiocarbon dating results revealed that the dung came from donkeys and other livestock in the 10th century B.C. As National Geographic reports, what is remarkable about the find is that the manure suggests significant activity was taking place at the site at a time when King Solomon is believed to have been building the Holy Temple.

China Flexes It’s Muscle Amid Growing Military Tensions

China has flexed its military muscle on state television as tensions escalate between the US and North Korea. China Central Television (CCTV) yesterday revealed footage of the country’s various missiles in a daily military programme. According to media, one of the weapons featured in the programme was DF-21 missile. The anti-ship ballistic missile boasts a firing distance of up to 1,926 miles (3,100km) and has been dubbed ‘the killer of aircraft carrier’.
The programme, Military Reports, was broadcast by CCTV 7, a channel dedicated to showing military and agricultural content. The 30-minute show contained several reports, and the missiles appeared in the first two reports. In the first report, the state-controlled station aired footage from a series of mock battles carried out by People’s Liberation Army recently. The exact location of the battles was not revealed, but it was reported to be deep in the Tianshan Mountains in western China.

RUMORS OF WAR: U.S. May Launch Strike If North Korea Reaches For Nuclear Trigger

The U.S. is prepared to launch a preemptive strike with conventional weapons against North Korea should officials become convinced that North Korea is about to follow through with a nuclear weapons test, multiple senior U.S. intelligence officials told NBC News. North Korea has warned that a “big event” is near, and U.S. officials say signs point to a nuclear test that could come as early as this weekend.
The intelligence officials told NBC News that the U.S. has positioned two destroyers capable of shooting Tomahawk cruise missiles in the region, one just 300 miles from the North Korean nuclear test site. British intelligence passed Trump associates’ communications with Russians on to US counterparts

British and other European intelligence agencies intercepted communications between associates of Donald Trump and Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN.
The communications were captured during routine surveillance of Russian officials and other Russians known to western intelligence. British and European intelligence agencies, including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance, were not proactively targeting members of the Trump team but rather picked up these communications during what’s known as “incidental collection,” these sources tell CNN.

The bill allows states to withhold federal money from Planned Parenthood. including contraception, sexually transmitted diseases, fertility, pregnancy care, and breast and cervical cancer screening—to qualified health providers, irrespective of whether the providers also performed abortions, PBS reports. Planned Parenthood clinics received $20.5 million of the $252.6 million distributed under the so-called Title X Family Planning grant program in the 2014 fiscal year, according to Health and Human Services Department figures.

More than quarter of UK’s birds at risk of extinction

More than a quarter of the UK’s birds are struggling to survive, with species including curlews and puffins now joining the at-risk list, according to a new report. Entries to the UK’s ‘red list’ of endangered birds – those in urgent need of conservation – have swelled to 67 species out of a possible 247. Since the last review in 2009, 15 new species have been added to the list,
which is reserved for species in danger of extinction or that have seen a sharp drop in population or habitat in recent years. The report comes from the RSPB, British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT), together with UK government conservation agencies. The curlew, Europe’s largest and most distinctive wading bird, is among those added to the red list, with numbers falling 64 percent from 1970 to 2014.

Japan warns North Korea may be capable of arming missiles with sarin

North Korea may already have the capability to deliver missiles equipped with sarin nerve agent, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Thursday. His warning came as analysts said North Korea may be preparing for a sixth nuclear test ahead of a key anniversary in the country and following the deployment of a US naval strike group to the region.
“The security situation around our country is getting increasingly severe,” Abe said, who was addressing the Japanese parliament’s diplomacy and defense committee. “We have just talked about Syria. There is a possibility that North Korea already has a capability to put sarin on warheads to strike the ground,” he said. Abe did not provide any evidence why he felt North Korea had the capability to equip missiles with chemical weapons.

Satellite photos show North Korean nuclear site ‘primed and ready’

North Korean monitoring service 38 North said Wednesday the country’s Punggye-ri nuclear site is “primed and ready” for a sixth nuclear test. “The activity during the past six weeks is suggestive of the final preparations for a test,” 38 North analyst Joseph Bermudez told CNN. Their prediction comes as Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Thursday that North Korea may have the capability to deliver missiles equipped with sarin nerve gas.
He and other analysts pore over commercial satellite imagery of the testing site, looking for signs of activity similar to that prior to other tests.Bermudez and his colleague Jack Liu correctly predicted the last nuclear test, in September 2016. Since late February they have been warning of increased activity at the site, particularly new equipment arriving, activity at the command center, and excavation and water pumping from entrances to the underground testing site.

DEVELOPING: Mount Sinabung Volcano Unleashes Fresh Eruptions in Indonesia

Mount Sinabung on Indonesia’s Sumatra island has spewed hot smoke and ash high into the air on Wednesday, in its latest violent eruptions. According to the local disaster agency, the volcano has erupted repeatedly in recent days, pumping hot gas clouds up to 3 km into the sky. Reports said clouds of smoke from the molten lava covered the sky above a school in North Sumatra province,
where children were playing outside in the yard. However, the authorities insisted that the school is safe as it is located outside a 7km restricted area around the volcano. Mount Sinabung is a highly active volcano on Sumatra Island. It has been erupting almost continuously since 2013. Despite it, the villagers continue their precarious existences in that area by putting on masks to go shopping as ash falls from the sky, and tending to their crops.

Magnitude-6.0 Earthquake rocks parts of the Philippines

The magnitude-6.0 quake that hit Wao, Lanao Del Sur Wednesday morning has left several structures in the municipality damaged. Lanao del Sur Local Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Officer Francis Garcia told CNN Philippines the quake, which struck at 5:21 a.m., has left at least 30 houses, two mosques, a national high school, and the

national highway with partial damages according to initial assessments. As of 11:30 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) has plotted at least 10 aftershocks following the quake. As of Wednedsay morning, no casualties have been reported.

Jesus said, “Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves” (Matt. 7:15). The good news is this: when we stay connected to Jesus Christ, His Spirit, and His Word, we will develop supernatural discernment and find true hope in these last days (Ps. 119:49; Col. 1:5; Heb. 5:14).

Ahmadinejad set to run for Iran presidency!

The former president of Iran who once admitted that he was trying help usher in the arrival of the Muslim Mahdi in Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has filed paperwork to run for the office for a third time in the May 19 election. The move comes in defiance of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who advised him against it. The former hardline president is one of 126 people who registered Interior Ministry on Wednesday for the upcoming election, according to the IRNA news agency.
Registration is open for five days, and more candidates, including incumbent President Hassan Rouhani, are expected to join. The list will be screened by the Guardian Council, a religious body that acts to prevent people of questionable morals or insufficient qualifications from running for secular office. The final election ballot will be announced on April 26-27, and campaigning will officially begin on April 28.

Russia Vetoes UNSC Syria Condemnation

Moscow has vetoed a US-backed resolution condemning the Khan Shaykun incident on April 4 as a chemical attack while demanding that Syria open up its military bases to inspections. Russia, which has veto power as one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, was joined by Bolivia in voting down the resolution. China, Ethiopia and Kazakhstan abstained. Ten states, including the US, the UK and France – the Troika that put together the text of the resolution – voted

These 2 States Are Launching Biblical Pushback on Gay Marriage

Lawmakers in two states are working to pass bills that push back against the Supreme Court ruling on gay marriage. In Texas, lawmakers are weighing a bill that would allow county judges to recuse themselves from issuing same-sex marriage licenses if they have personal religious objections. The bill is expected to head soon to the Texas House after winning preliminary approval in the Senate 21-10.
“If we don’t do this, we are discriminating against people of faith,” said Republican state Sen. Brian Birdwell who sponsored the bill. The move comes nearly two years after the U.S. Supreme Court’s June 2015 decision legalizing gay marriage, but that’s because the Texas Legislature only meets every two years.

With family, friends and teammates cheering her on at her first high school track meet, Andraya won the girls 100- and 200-meter dashes, and helped her 4×100-meter relay team take second place. FALLING AWAY: Record Numbers Abandon Sweden Church Because ‘They Do Not Believe in God’

The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Sweden says people are continuing to abandon the faith in record numbers. More than 90,000 left the church in 2016 and the main reason cited was “they do not believe in God.” The Local reported on Tuesday that the 90,000 who left the church last year is almost double the number of those who quit in 2015. The steep drop saw as many as 1.5 percent of the entire membership abandon the church. The Swedish Church, which used pollsters Norstat to conduct the survey,
found that 40 percent of respondents left because they “no longer believe in God,” which was the most popular reason given. Another 18 percent said that they no longer found the churchgoing experience meaningful, while 17 percent said that it was “too expensive.” Pernilla Jonsson, head of analysis at the Swedish Church’s department for research, suggested that revelations last year that church officials made expensive trips abroad did not help with the public image.

A professing atheist recently delivered an opening invocation before the Iowa House of Representatives, in which he promoted atheistic ideals and converted a well-known Old Testament passage into a secular “prayer.” The Iowa House has a longstanding tradition of opening its meetings with prayers, which are typically offered by local pastors. However, on Wednesday, Justin Scott of the Eastern Iowa Atheists organization delivered what was reportedly the first ever atheistic invocation before the House.

Justice Neil Gorsuch has been confirmed. Breathe a sigh of relief. The fight against him confirms the importance of President Trump to religious freedom for Christians (and other traditional believers). For the latest news from the courts is not good for religious liberty. Last week, the 7th Circuit Court rewrote the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The majority ruled in Kimberly Hively v. Ivy Tech Community College that the 1964 Civil Rights Act’s ban on sex discrimination now includes gay and lesbian discrimination. It’s a breathtaking power grab. Here’s a good summary of all the various opinions by David Lat. Reagan-appointee Judge Posner gave the most jaw-dropping anti-democratic justification:

“We now understand that homosexual men and women … are normal in the ways that count, and beyond that have made many outstanding intellectual and cultural contributions to society” Posner says. Fights over Trump Leading evangelicals to leave their churches

The 2016 presidential contest highlighted just how deeply divided the United States is over both politics and religion. The vast majority of white evangelicals (81 percent) voted for Trump. A strong majority of religious “nones” — those who do not identify with any religious tradition — voted for Clinton (68 percent). Of course, the divide does not stop at the vote. For example, between May 2016 and February 2017, almost every religious group came to oppose Trump’s proposed
temporary ban on allowing Muslims into the U.S. The exception? White evangelical Protestants, who increased their level of support for the policy. The largest gap on this issue is the one between evangelicals and nones, which grew from 28 to 41 percentage points. How did we get here? One answer is sorting. That is, people may reevaluate their religious membership when they sense political (or other) disagreement, leaving their houses of worship more homogeneous organizations.

Church in Alabama to form it’s own police force…

The Alabama Senate has voted to allow a church to form its own police force. Lawmakers on Tuesday voted 24-4 to allow Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham to establish a law enforcement department. The church says it needs its own police officers to keep its school as well as its more than 4,000 person congregation safe.
Critics of the bill argue that a police department that reports to church officials could be used to cover up crimes. The state has given a few private universities the authority to have a police force, but never a church or non-school entity. Police experts have said such a police department would be unprecedented in the U.S.

US President Donald Trump could lead the world into a catastrophic war with North Korea because of his inexperience and temperament, former British spy boss Sir John Sawers has warned. An eruption of Mount Etna recently caught out some BBC journalists who were filming there. The footage was extraordinary and highlighted the hazards volcanoes pose to humans and society. Since 1600, 278,880 people have been killed by volcanic activity, with many of these deaths attributed to secondary hazards associated with the main eruption. Starvation killed 92,000 following the 1815 Tambora eruption in Indonesia, for example, and a volcanic tsunami killed 36,000 following the 1883 Krakatoa eruption.
Since the 1980s, deaths related to volcanic eruptions have been rather limited, but this is not entirely a result of increased preparedness or investment in hazard management – it is significantly a matter of chance. Research shows that volcanic activity has shown no let up since the turn of the 21st century – it just hasn’t been around population centres. Indeed, there remain a number of volcanoes poised to blow which pose a major threat to life and livelihood.

President Trump to Host Passover Seder Tonight

US President Donald Trump will host a White House Passover seder Monday night, an administration official told The Times of Israel on Sunday, confirming that the new administration will continue a tradition started by former president Barack Obama. Aside from the president, who is expected to attend, it is not yet clear which members of the administration will participate in the dinner, including Trump’s Jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka.
The White House Seder began as an annual tradition under former president Barack Obama, who hosted the first such event in 2009, in the Old Family Dining Room. Could We Be in Phase 2 of This Ezekiel Prophecy?

When reading and meditating on these Scriptures, there are certain key points that stand out to me. First, God asks Ezekiel to prophecy with three separate phases and directives:
-To the dry bones to form flesh and bone and sinew; to come to life.
-To call on the four winds to release the breath (the Holy Spirit) into the Jewish people.
-To declare the resurrection of the body.
I see these three separate commands from God as strategic to our current understanding of Israel’s physical and spiritual restoration, that perhaps the division of them may actually help us to understand and process where we are in God’s timetable to reveal His end-time plans to us.

New species of baseball-sized spider discovered in Baja California mine

While traipsing through the a mine in the hills of Baja California, Michael Wall and Jim Berrian struck gold. Skittering across the abandoned mine shaft was a beast that would send most people running. The entomologists instead ran toward the creature – a whopping spider the size of a baseball – and captured it for analysis. With juicy fangs, a hairy yellow abdomen and legs for miles, the arachnid was certainly a looker,

but neither of the scientists could classify it. Back in their lab at the San Diego Natural History Museum, the researchers had a eureka moment. Upon corroborating with Mexican entomologist and southern spider expert Maria Jimenez, the scientists confirmed that they had discovered a new species and genus. They named it Califorctenus cacahilensis, after the Sierra Cacahilas mountain ranges where it was first found. HHGregg to close all 220 stores and Layoff 5000 Across the United States

The going-out-of-business sales start this weekend at HHGregg. The bankrupt retailer is planning to begin liquidating its assets Saturday after failing to find a buyer by its Friday deadline. The company expects to close all of its 220 stores by the end of May, resulting in about 5,000 layoffs across the U.S. HHGregg CEO Bob Riesbeck in a statement said the company has “continued to fight for the future”
since March 6 when it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. “While we had discussions with more than 50 private equity firms, strategic buyers and other investors, unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our plan to secure a viable buyer of the business on a going-concern basis within the expedited timeline set by our creditors,” Riesbeck said. And the teen-apparel retailer Rue21 Inc. could be the next casualty. The chain, which has about 1,000 stores, is preparing to file for bankruptcy as soon as this month, according to people familiar with the situation. NC Church Severs Ties With Boy Scouts of America Over Transgender Policy

Coddle Creek Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church of North Carolina says it will no longer host its local Scout Troop. 154 reported dead, after three rivers overflow in Colombia

An avalanche of water from three overflowing rivers swept through a small city in Colombia while people slept, destroying homes and killing at least 154 unsuspecting residents in their sleep, authorities said Saturday. The incident triggered by intense rains happened around midnight in Mocoa, a city of about 40,000 located near Colombia’s southern border with Ecuador that is tucked between mountains at the crux of two rivers.

Muddy water and debris quickly surged through the city’s streets, toppling homes, ripping trees from their roots, lifting cars and trucks and carrying them downstream. Many of the residents did not have enough time to climb on top of their roofs or seek refuge on higher ground. Take this as a cautionary tale: A North Carolina woman is being forced to pay $500,000 to settle a defamation lawsuit over a post she wrote on Facebook, local TV station WCNC reports. A couple of years ago, Jacquelyn Hammond allegedly posted just one sentence about a former co-worker, without actually mentioning the woman by name.
That in itself shouldn’t be a problem. Right? Well, not exactly. The post said, “I didn’t get drunk and kill my kid.” According to the complaint, Hammond was referring to the son of a colleague, who died in a gun accident with another boy back in 1976. That colleague, who is the plaintiff in the current case, Davyne Dial, was not drunk when she lost her son, and she wasn’t responsible for his death, either.

DEVELOPING: 2 volcanoes spew ash in Russia’s Kamchatka rattled by quakes

Two of Kamchatka’s volcanos – Kambalny and Kluchevskoy – have spewed ash thousands of meters into the air, as eruptions and seismic activity intensified in Russia’s far eastern region last week. The ash cloud spread some 100 km into the Pacific. “According to the satellite data of the Kamchatka Volcanic Eruption Response Team (KVERT) on Monday morning, ash release was recorded on the Kambalny volcano.
The height of the ash release was up to 7 thousand meters above sea level,” the local Emergency Ministry branch said in a statement, adding that no civilians are at risk. The 2,156-meters-high Kambalny volcano in the southern part of the Kamchatka Peninsula is the southernmost active volcano in the region. The Kambalny volcano which unexpectedly started spewing ash several days ago after waking from a 250 year period of inactivity is being closely monitored.

It seems many churches have tried to shy away from it, hiding it in the back room, leaving it only to intercessory prayer meetings or counseling sessions. Some leaders may seem to apologize for it even though it is a biblical truth and is for today, trying to keep it a secret even though it was first seen publicly on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2).

First Corinthians 13 is known as the “love chapter” and is most often read at weddings. Even though it is a beautiful chapter, its context is referring to spiritual gifts and not marriage. This chapter was sandwiched in between chapters 12 and 14, which discuss the proper use of God’s awesome gifts.

This love chapter describes what our attitude and motivation is to be in using spiritual gifts. Verses 8-9 say, “Love never fails. But if there are prophecies, they shall fail; if there are tongues, they shall cease; and if there is knowledge, it shall vanish. But when that which is perfect comes, then that which is imperfect shall pass away.”

Chinese Christians Detained for 15 Days for Attending Bible Study

More than 20 police officers from China’s southwestern Sichuan Province recently detained 15 Christians for attending a Bible study. Authorities broke into a church in mid-March and took into custody 15 Christians who had gathered for a Bible study. Officers accused them of illegally gathering and “gathering a crowd to disturb public order,” and detained them for 15 days. Additionally, they confiscated church seating, projectors, and air conditioning equipment. Li Ming, a
pastor of another local house church, Langzhong Church, reported that the authorities had also repeatedly targeted his congregation. For the past several Christmases, authorities seized Christians who worshipped at the church because they refused to meet at the official Three-Self Church. Last year, a woman surnamed Liang was detained for 15 days, and all of the church’s property was taken away.

Televangelist Duped Workers Out of $388K, Judge Says

Biblical Creation Group Included on List of Disreputable Websites

A prominent Creation science group is pushing back after their website was included on a widely-shared list of allegedly untrustworthy sources and described as “junk science.” After “fake news” became a subject of national discussion during the 2016 presidential election, Melissa Zimdars, an assistant professor of communication at Merrimack College, compiled an online document that lists disreputable websites and news sources.

The State Department said on Monday it was ending U.S. funding for the United Nations Population Fund, the international body’s agency focused on family planning as well as maternal and child health in more than 150 countries. In a letter to U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker, the State Department said it was dropping the funding because the U.N. Population Fund (UNFPA) “supports, or participates in the management of, a program of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization.”
The cut marks U.S. President Donald Trump’s first move to curtail funding for the United Nations and is likely to raise further questions about how deep those cuts will eventually go throughout the organization, where the United States is the top donor. It comes after Trump in January reinstated the so-called Mexico City Policy that withholds U.S. funding for international organizations that perform abortions or provide information about abortion.

Indiana Senate Passes Bill Protecting Religious Expression in Public Schools

The Indiana Senate has passed a bill meant to protect religious expression in public schools. H.B. 1024 passed 44-5 on Thursday despite opposition from groups like the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). “House Bill 1024 only puts prayer back into schools. It does not mandate or force students to participate in it,” said sponsor Rep. John Bartlett, D Indianapolis. “It is giving Hoosiers the ability to express their faith without fearing discrimination.” “It also brings clarification to the First Amendment, which allows people to practice their faith.

However, it restricts you from forcing your faith on others,” he said. The bill passed the passed the House 83-12 last month, and went on to clear a Senate Committee 8-2 weeks later. “Public school students may pray or engage in religious activities or religious expressions before, during, and after the school day in the same manner and to the same extent that students may engage in nonreligious activities or expression,” the legislation reads in part.

Growing Number of Americans Love Jesus but Don’t Go to Church

While an increasing number of Americans are reportedly abandoning the institutional church and its defined boundary markers of religious identity, many Americans still believe in God and practice faith outside its walls, a new Barna study has found. Barna has released a report on the first of a two-part exploration of faith and spirituality outside the church, looking at the “fascinating segment of the American population who, as the saying goes, ‘love Jesus but not the church.'”

One-tenth of the population comprises those who self-identify as Christian and who strongly agree that their religious faith is very important in their life, but are “dechurched,” meaning they have attended church in the past, but haven’t done so in the last six months or more, the Barna study says, adding that only seven percent of the population belonged to this category in 2004. Christian Air Force Doctor Feels Targeted for His Faith

An Air Force doctor who is a known Christian with a stellar 26-year military record has been punished for allegedly making derogatory comments about homosexuality, even though he denies the charge and was cleared by an official investigation. Col. Michael Madrid believes the Air Force is targeting him for his religious views and is fighting back. “I feel like the full power of the Air Force is coming down on me because of my faith,” he said.

Madrid says it all started when he tried to mentor a young Airman struggling with his career on the Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. That airman also happened to be gay. Madrid, a flight surgeon, said he simply wanted to help support the young man. A year later however, Madrid supported a court-martial against the young officer after he was charged with multiple criminal offenses including illegally bringing a loaded weapon onto the base, prescribing narcotics illegally and using them while performing duties.

Christian Nurse Fired for Offering to Pray With Her Ailing Patients

The Employment Tribunal will hear the case of a Christian nurse dismissed by the National Health Service (NHS) after she spoke to patients about her faith and occasionally offered prayer. Sarah Kuteh, who has 15 years’ nursing experience, was sacked for gross misconduct in August 2016. She had worked at Darent Valley Hospital since 2007. Her job involved asking patients about their faith as part of a pre-op assessment questionnaire.

From time to time, this led to a conversation about faith with the patient. During the time that she worked in the pre-op assessment department, Mrs. Kuteh dealt with several hundred patientsHowever, following just one official complaint and a few verbal complaints which were noted down by nurses, Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust began disciplinary proceedings which led to her dismissal. WikiLeaks Reveals CIA CoverUp of Hacking Attacks, Framed as Russian or Chinese Activity’

WikiLeaks has published hundreds more files today which it claims show the CIA went to great lengths to disguise its own hacking attacks and point the finger at Russia, China, North Korea and Iran. The 676 files released today are part of WikiLeaks’ Vault 7 tranche of files and they claim to give an insight into the CIA’s Marble software, which can forensically disguise viruses, trojans and hacking attacks. WikiLeaks says the source code suggests Marble has test examples in Chinese, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Farsi (the Iranian language).

New Claim Says Department of Education Indoctrinates Students Into Islam

Supreme Court to decide whether religious hospitals should be considered part of church

A group of religious hospitals are asking for the Supreme Court to protect it from a group of lawyers that claim the hospitals are not a part of the church. The cadre of class-action lawyers has been arguing through litigation that several religious hospital networks should not be allowed to provide their employees with church pension plans. The litigation has put the livelihoods of nuns from the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor in jeopardy, according to the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which filed a friend-of-the-court brief on behalf of the hospitals—
Advocate Health Care Network in Chicago, St. Peter’s Healthcare System headquartered in New Jersey, and Dignity Health in California. Why Now Is the Most Dangerous Time for You to Be a Christian

We are moved by the harrowing accounts of Christians being thrown to lions in the Colosseum, though the numbers may actually be somewhat inflated. The brutality of the first-century Roman persecution was real and those early martyrs should be honored, but in all of human history, the most dangerous time to be a Christian is actually right now.
A staggering 90,000 Christians were martyred in 2016 alone, according to Dr. Massimo Introvigne, director of the Center for Studies on New Religions (CESNUR). Approximately 600 million are not entirely free to worship. The CESNUR study goes on to explain that the major source of persecution has shifted. In the not-too-distant past, the state perpetrators of persecution were the atheistic communist nations, such as those in the former Soviet Union. At one point, the government of Albania falsely boasted that they had eradicated Christianity in that country. When communism fell, they discovered they were wrong.

Reports are indicating that Powerful thunderstorms and tornadoes have left behind serious damage across North Texas on Tuesday and Wednesday and triggered power outages to more than 200 000 people. There is an enhanced risk of severe thunderstorms Thursday from southern parts of Illinois and Indiana, southeast Ohio south across the Tennessee Valley to central Mississippi. NWS preliminary reports for March 28 mention 16 tornadoes, all of them in Texas.
Tennis ball-sized hail and 119 km/h (74 mph) wind gusts were reported in Seymour, while El Reno, across the border in Oklahoma, registered 153 km/h (95 mph) wind gusts. On this sad day, three storm chasers were killed in a two-car accident near Spur, Texas. We previously reported how Pakistan’s government recently contacted Facebook and requested that they would remove “Blasphemous” content from its Social Media platform. This includes anything that is deemed offensive to Islam or the Prophet Mohammad. Now we have a new report as of today indicating that Facebook has now removed 85 percent of ‘blasphemous’ content from its social networking site as a follow-up to this recent request from the government of Pakistan.

Interior Secretary Arif Khan told the court on Monday that Facebook agreed to its request to help the government eliminate blasphemous content and only 15 percent of such material remains on the site, reported The Express Tribune The details were provided during the hearing of a case about the prevalence of sacrilegious content on social media. Canada Passes Motion to Condemn “Islamophobia”

(By Kelly McDonald, Jr) On Thursday, the Canadian House of Commons passed a bill to condemn Islamophobia, which they define as criticism of Islam. The motion passed 201 to 91. However, Islamophobia is not defined in the bill.

The bill also says that the government of Canada will try to “quell the increasing public climate of hate and fear”. No specific measures were defined in the motion to pursue this goal. Some have immediately come against the bill because of the vague language, which allows for the suppression of free speech. (By Kelly McDonald, Jr) In a recent interview, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres affirmed to World Jewish Congress President Ron Lauder that the Romans destroyed the Jewish Temple in 70 AD. This statement was a relief. The UN has been very hostile to Israel. In 2016, 20 of 26 UN resolutions passed were against the Jewish state.
In the interview, Lauder pointed out that one purpose of the UN is to protect the Jewish people from another Holocaust. Guterres said that he desires to act with impartiality on all matters relating to Israel. He also condemned the UN report last October that claimed there was no connection between Judaism and the Temple Mount. We can only hope that the UN and Israel have better relations going forward
Christians everywhere should pray for Israel and should take an interest in world events…we are much closer to the end of this age than any of us realise, the Rapture is only a few years away but the church really is sleeping….

New Blood test detects cancer and pinpoints location…before symptoms appear

Imagine going for a doctor visit and getting a blood test that was able to detect and in target cancer in your body before any symptoms were present. Well according to a new report, scientists have now created this very thing. Sources indicate that this new scientific breakthrough could allow doctors to diagnose specific cancers much earlier, even before signs such as a lump, begin to show. This new procedure can be included in routine annual health checkups alongside other tests such as for high blood pressure or cholesterol.

NC School District Removes First Grade Book About Dress-Wearing Boy Following Complaints

How would you like to know that your first-grade boys were going to be reading a book depicting a little boy who liked wearing dresses? Why was this book going to be n the classroom? Because apparently, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools had originally planned to make the book “Jacob’s New Dress” a part of their anti-bullying reading plan for Child Abuse Prevention Month. However, now the school district has decided to pull the book after teachers have reportedly complained about its content.

Will We See the Fulfillment of Prophetic Third Temple in Our Lifetime?

The book of Daniel has many references to end-times prophecy. One of these, found in Daniel 9:26b-27, refers to a special event at the end of days. Before Jesus comes back, there will be a seven-year treaty formed with many nations. This is often called Daniel’s 70th week of prophecy. In the middle of this seven-year period, the temple of God will be defiled; sacrifices will be ceased.
Interestingly enough, no temple stands in Israel today. No animal sacrifices are taking place. This means that for the verses in Daniel to come to pass, this temple must be rebuilt. What will surprise you is that the heart of the Jewish people is turning towards the restoration of the Temple.

NY School Pushes ‘Total Indoctrination,’ Comparing Trump to Hitler and Mussolini

(By J.Lee Grady) I’ve just spent two weeks in South America, where the Holy Spirit is moving in unprecedented ways. Churches are growing and average Christians are sharing their faith passionately. One recent Pew Research study showed that 1 in 5 Latin Americans now identifies as an evangelical Christian—and a majority of these are Pentecostals.
But this growth is not without problems. While there are certainly many healthy Christian movements in the region, other churches are suffering from a lack of trained leadership. And untrained, untested leaders often result in spiritual abuse, false doctrines and financial corruption.
I’ve become more concerned lately with leaders who declare themselves “apostles” when they have no business wearing that label. I believe true apostolic leadership is needed today, but a small army of imposters is threatening to damage the work of God. It is time to heed the apostle Paul, who warned of “false apostles” and “deceitful workers” who were “disguising themselves as apostles of Christ” (2 Cor. 11:13).

On Thursday, a vote on the Republican healthcare bill was postponed once it became clear that there would not be enough votes for it to pass. House Republican leaders are still optimistic that there will still be a vote on Friday, but that is far from certain.
Many strong conservatives in the House are balking at supporting this bill because while it does eliminate a few of the most troublesome provisions of Obamacare, it keeps many of the elements of Obama’s signature healthcare law that have proven to be popular with the American people.
In other words, this bill is much more about “tweaking” Obamacare than “repealing” it. This is the first major legislative test for President Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan, and so far they are failing. German Scientists Attempting To Create “Artificial Sun”

It looks like Scientists are now trying to create what is being called an “Artificial Sun” in Germany. According to reports, this pursuit will hopefully pave the way of making climate-friendly fuels. Is this even possible? Should we be trying to create things like this? Sources indicate that this “artificial sun” will consist of 149 spotlights — officially known as “Sunlight” — in Juelich, about (19 miles) west of Cologne, and uses xenon short-arc lamps normally found in cinemas to simulate natural sunlight that’s often in short supply in Germany at this time of year.

He is also one of the leaders in a prayer group called New Mexico Prays. Recently, they were given the opportunity to pray over governor Susanna Martinez and speak into her life.
He actually laid his hand on the governor and prophesied over her. According to sources, A Magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck under Mount Herdubreid this morning. This particular area has a rich history of active volcanoes and the last major eruption reported from this region was Bardabunga fissures, lasting about six months and leaving a new lava field known as Holuhraun as a result.
The Icelandic Met Office has reported no volcanic tremors thus far. However, the area is continually being monitored. The swarm began roughly around midnight producing over 250 tremors and is continuing to take place in the area around Mount Herdubreid. Remember the good old days in school when we played dodge ball, hide and seek and even “Tag”? Well, one elementary school in California has just put a wet blanket on at least one of these classic childhood games! In fact, many of the Parents and even some of the children in one California city are not happy with a school’s recent decision to ban the age-old game of tag on the playground.

According to reports, The principal at Gold Ridge Elementary School in Folsom reportedly sent out a note on Friday telling parents about these new changes. “I don’t really like it,” said Gold Ridge fourth grader Mallory Giddens, according to KOVR. “I mean I don’t really play tag but I don’t think it’s fair to everyone else that plays tag!”

As long as I can remember this classic game has been a childhood tradition played over many generations. and now I’m sure what just happened in California will catch on like wildfire and spread across the Nation! According to the School Principal David Frankel who sent out a message on Friday stated that “Students were instructed that physical contact including tag games, touch football, etc. were not allowed on the yard.” So what’s your thoughts? DEVELOPING: Mount Etna in Italy Exhibiting Increased Activity, Spreading To all Craters

Europe’s largest volcano Mount Etna continues to exhibit much activity including eruptions that are now spreading to all the craters at the top of the the mountain according to new reports. These latest developments come as the volcano has shown an increase in Strombolian activity since February 27, 2017. The reports indicate that Strombolian activity at Etna’s New Southeast Crater (NSEC) cone had gradually intensified since it began on February 27. As a result, Lava soon overflowed the vent, which quickly traveled down the S flank, and slowed after reaching the gently sloping terrain. The flow reportedly has spread SSW, towards the old cone of Monte Frumento Supino.

164 foot wide sinkhole opens in Bashkiria, Russia

Reports coming out of Russia indicate that a massive sinkhole has opened up near the village Novokulevo in Nurimanovsky District. According to sources, the sinkhole measured 50 meters (164 feet) wide. Although sinkholes this
large are rare, the region is known for its karst topography and numerous sinkholes. There was no known reports of injuries as a result of this opening.

“When we know that that vessel is in range, it’s highly unlikely that we are using radio or radar waves or any other kind of electronic emissions that this vessel is capable of picking up,” Petersen said on “CBS This Morning.” Records indicate that Russian ships have routinely conducted spy missions near U.S. waters int he past. The Viktor Leonov alone has traveled up the Atlantic Coast before, in 2014 and 2015. It was also docked in Havana in 2015 when the first high-level U.S. delegation made its historic trip to Cuba.
