Iranian Legislature Votes to Continue 'Death to America!'
At the same time, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei blames America for the problems of the Middle East.

Iranian legislators voted Tuesday to continue using the ubiquitous slogan, “Death to America!” despite the recent nuclear negotiations.
As reported by the AFP, 192 Iranian lawmakers out of the 290-seat parliament released a statement reading, “The martyr-nurturing nation of Iran is not at all prepared to abandon the slogan of ‘Death to America’ under the pretext of a nuclear agreement.”
The statement was published by the state-run Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
The slogan is commonly chanted at Friday prayers in the country’s mosques and at government-organized protests.
“The statement was issued two days before Iran’s commemoration of the start of the November 4, 1979 seizure of the US embassy in Tehran by radical Islamic students that led to a 444-day hostage crisis and a break in diplomatic relations between the two countries lasting up to the present day," AFP noted.
Further, on Sunday, speaking to a group of Iranian diplomats, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei blamed America for the problems of the Middle East, saying, “Contrary to certain people’s belief, the U.S. is the cause of the major portion of regional problems and is not part of the solution to the problems.”
Khamenei denied reports the nuclear deal signaled a change in Iran’s foreign policy and an openness to engage with the West. “The Islamic Republic of Iran’s foreign policy has acted as impenetrable rock against the domineering nature of hegemonic powers, especially the U.S., in the region,” Khamenei declared, adding that Iran’s foreign policy was “based on Islam and stems from the aspirations and goals of the [Islamic] revolution.”

CRUZ PROPOSES BILL TO LABEL BROTHERHOOD, CAIR AS TERROR ORGS.

CAIR's Founder and Executive Director Nihad Awad (R); National Communications Director and Spokesperson Ibrahim Hooper (L). Awad was present at the 1993 secret meeting of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood Palestine Committee in Philadelphia that was wiretapped by the FBI. Participants of the meeting discussed how to support Hamas and, in the words of U.S. District Court Judge Solis “goals, strategies and American perceptions of the Muslim Brotherhood.”
In what may be a seminal moment in the fight against radical Islam, presidential candidate Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has introduced legislation to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. The impressively-detailed bill identifies three Brotherhood entities in the U.S. including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The Muslim Brotherhood is not currently banned in the U.S. because it is not listed as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. ISIS Blows Up Prisoners Tied to Palmyra Columns
ISIS has blown up many of Palmyra's famous ruins and used others as a backdrop to horrific execution videos. This was a combination.

The Islamic State executed three prisoners in Palmyra by tying them to ancient columns and blowing them up. News of the killings came from the head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman.

In an unusual break with the Islamic State’s gruesome protocol, no pictures or videos of the executions were released. Residents of the neighboring modern city were not summoned to witness the killings as in the past and there is no information as to the identity of the prisoners. A local activist reported, “ISIS has prevented anyone from heading to the site.”

Since the Islamic State conquered the ancient city last May, it has wreaked destruction on some of the world’s most ancient treasures.

Palmyra, a designated UNESCO world heritage site was home to some of the best-preserved Roman ruins in the world, mixed with Greek and Persian architectural styles.  ISIS has blown up many of the famous ruins and used others as a backdrop to horrific execution videos.

Palmyra’s famed archaeologist Khaled al-Asaad, 82, was brutally murdered by the terrorist organization in August for refusing to give Islamic State militants information as to where the city’s most valuable artifacts could be found. ISIS uses money gleaned from selling ancient artifacts to partially fund their militias.

Al-Assad, who was said to have been familiar with every stone in Palmyra, was publicly beheaded after which his body was chopped into pieces. He had refused to leave his beloved city when ISIS took over.

HOOKWINKED: KHAMENEI’S CONDITIONS GUT NUCLEAR DEAL
Contrary to the media’s announcement that the Ayatollah approved the nuclear deal, Khamenei set 9 conditions that basically gut the entire deal.

Contrary to the international media’s announcement that Iran’s Supreme Leader had finally approved the nuclear agreement between Iran and the world’s powers, Ali Khamenei has outlined nine conditions to his acceptance that basically change the entire agreement.

The conditions were detailed in a letter written by Kahmenei to Iranian President Hasan Rouhani and translated to English and published by the official Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting authority.

An analysis of the letter provided by the Middle East Media Research Institute  (MEMRI) shows, “The set of conditions laid out by Khamenei creates a situation in which not only does the Iranian side refrain from approving the [agreement], but, with nearly every point, creates a separate obstacle, such that executing the agreement is not possible.”

MEMRI also notes that “in his introduction to the new conditions, Khamenei attacks the U.S. and President Obama with great hostility, and calls for Obama to be prosecuted by international judiciary institutions.”

The conditions involve a number of stall tactics regarding Iran’s fulfillment of its obligations according to the agreement. For example, Khamenei is now demanding the timeframe for dismantling certain functions at its Arak reactor be changed until all sanctions are lifted.

In addition, instead of shipping out enriched uranium and receiving in exchange raw uranium as stipulated by the deal, Iran is now demanding receipt of low-level enriched uranium in its place.

With regards to sanctions, the agreement calls for the sanctions to be merely lifted (meaning, there is the possibility of snap back in the face of Iranian violations). Khamenei is demanding all sanctions be permanently cancelled. In addition, he says no new sanctions may be imposed on the Islamic Republic (even if Iran engages in terrorism or human rights violations). If new sanctions are imposed, Iran would consider the agreement null and void.

Khamenei’s announcement of the nine conditions follows the Islamic Republic’s audacious testing of a new, long-range, surface-to-surface ballistic missile, a weapon whose sole purpose is to deliver a nuclear weapon. Yet, according to the agreement, “Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons.”

Judging from the reaction to this violation of the United States -- who instructed its U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power to “prepare a report” for the Security Council – the United States has chosen to ignore this blatant violation. Europe, who already sees its coffers being filled from sanctions relief, had a similar yawn about the missile test.

Clearly, America and the rest of the P5+1 world powers who were tasked to make an agreement with Iran -- with little regard to the circumstances -- have decided to ignore Khamenei’s machinations and, judging from the lack of international reaction to them, act as if they are nonexistent.

It is a sad commentary for the West that they have chosen to back down instead of confronting one of the world’s worst state sponsors of terrorism and violators of human rights. History will show for us – and our children – what the consequences of such an enormous capitulation will be.

The latest revelations about the 'Trojan Horse Plot' in which Islamists took over British schools should prompt greater vigilance in future

Teachers at a state-run school in England distributed Islamist material to students saying that a wife was not permitted to refuse sex to her husband, according to evidence presented to a disciplinary committee.

The allegations are part of a disciplinary investigation into the ‘Trojan Horse Plot’ which rocked the English education system last year. It emerged that a cadre of hardline Islamists had infiltrated several state run schools in Birmingham with the explicit intention of imposing an Islamist agenda onto pupils and teaching them hardline interpretations of Islam.

Some 25 schools in Birmingham and others in cities around the country were investigated as being part of the conspiracy.

These latest allegations are levelled two teachers at Park View School in Birmingham, a school at the center of the scandal.

A teacher, identified only as ‘Witness A’ told the disciplinary panel about a handout a colleague had confiscated during a sexual education lessons which she believed had been used in teaching.

“Although I cannot remember the exact words I recall that the handout included phrases stating that a woman could not refuse her husband in marriage and that included that she could not say no to her husband having sex with her” she said in her witness statement.

“The handout included quotes from the Qur’an, I recall that the wording was very strong and the best way I can describe it now is that it was along the lines of ‘hell, fire and damnation’ for any woman who said no to her husband including in matters of sexual intercourse.”

After the handout was discovered the school held an emergency assembly to teach students about British law and consent.

Witness A also told the panel that while she was in charge of teaching sexual education, Akeel Ahmed and Inamulhaq Anwar had refused to teach boys about condom use “because within Islam you only have sex with your wife as a good Muslim that is what you do.”

It was also alleged that school prefects had been formed into 'morality squads' and ordered to monitor and report to staff romantic relationships between pupils, who then punished pupils. 

The hearings will continue, with more scheduled for next week.

At the time the scandal first broke, those accused of being part of the conspiracy carried out a strategy of denial.

Yet last July a government investigation lead by former counter-terrorism head Peter Clarke concluded:

“There has been co-ordinated, deliberate and sustained action, carried out by a number of associated individuals, to introduce an intolerant and aggressive Islamic ethos into a few schools in Birmingham. This has been achieved by gaining influence on the governing bodies, installing sympathetic headteachers or senior members of staff, appointing like-minded people to key positions, and seeking to remove headteachers they do not feel to be sufficiently compliant."

The report found that education authorities and Birmingham city council had been slow to act due to fears of being perceived as "islamophobic" or "racist". Similar fears prevented authorities from acting in the Rotherham sexual abuse scandal, also in England, in which at least 1,400 girls were molested over a ten year period.

Now the full facts about the extent of the Trojan Horse plot are coming out, it is to be hoped that authorities will be more vigilant in ensuring that state run schools remaind free from Islamist influences.
