Thank you so much for your input in Holy Spirit Temple Forum
I am playing catchup at present all things quite hectic my end but great to read your threads to help others care for our body.
I had replied to two of the threads at present and read Wholefoods but time not permitting for me to respond.


What I do wish to add is I was talking with another member on messenger much earlier in the morning well now it is early morning tomorrow time really but our Bertie who said to me he has interest in food for the body and did say he would come along but I notice he has not as yet, probably due to his heavy workload right now taking on extra as in Samaritan work.
Just to let you know there are others interested who will input time permitting

p.s. many of our regular members from MSN have expressed to me right now for various reasons unable as much as they would want to be able have other pressing needs, hopefully in near future we can all get back into zink as we once were in MSN
