A former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency struck back this Wednesday against what he believed to be an inordinately misguided plan by President Barack Obama to force America to bask in “multicultural appeasement.”

The retired director, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, made the case that Obama’s purposeful appeasement of Muslims was placing America at great risk, though he also noted that this appeasement was a problem in Europe as well.

“(C)ountries are going to have to get off this dime of this multiculturalism appeasement that we are seeing, particularly in Europe, and frankly, we apologize too often in this country for going after a political ideology that is hiding and masking itself behind a religion,” he told Fox News host Brian Kilmeade.

“What we actually have to do, Brian, is we have to take action,” he added.

The problem is that Obama’s appeasement prevents America from pursuing the type of action that would actually strengthen its national security and better protect its citizens.

For example, according to former Department of Homeland Security agent Philip Haney, Obama has repeatedly interfered with intelligence gathering by ordering agents to delete or modify the records of Muslims whom the agents believed were a threat.

Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner claimed Monday afternoon at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City that in 2010, the Obama administration tried to convince the Argentinians “to provide the Islamic Republic of Iran with nuclear fuel,” reported Mediaite.

Kirchner said that two years into Obama’s first term, his administration sent Gary Samore, former White House Coordinator for Arms Control and Weapons of Mass Destruction, to Argentina to persuade the nation to provide Iran with nuclear fuel, which is a key component of nuclear weapons.

Kirchner’s full remarks are as follows, per the Argentine president’s official website:

“In 2010 we were visited in Argentina by Gary Samore, at that time the White House’s top advisor in nuclear issues. He came to see us in Argentina with a mission, with an objective: under the control of IAEA, the international organization in the field of weapons control and nuclear regulation, Argentina had supplied in the year 1987, during the first democratic government, the nuclear fuel for the reactor known as “Teheran”.

An Iraq war veteran, Kevin E Lake, that frequently writes for The Free Patriot, claims to have received a letter from a special forces buddy of his. Although he declares that he will not release the identity of this soldier, he makes it clear that this man has had several experiences that have contributed to his knowledge on the matter.

The Special Forces operative claims that Osama Bin Laden wasn’t killed during the notourious raid on his complex by Seal Team Six.  Now he does infer that Osama is still dead nonetheless—obviously as I’m sure we would have seen a video where he himself disputes the claims of his death—and was killed in a drone strike some time before.

He questions why there was no real evidence shown to the public verifying his death, and why he had an extremely secretive burial at sea.  He also wonders why most of the, now famous, Seal Team Six have died under extremely mysterious circumstances—the same can be said for the woman that verified Obama’s birth certificate.

He then turns from questions to self-proclaimed fact—things he has learned along the way from other soldiers. He reportedly has a friend within Seal Team Six that is unknown to be alive or dead, but told him they never made the capture of Osama Bin Laden on that day.  In fact, it was all a ploy, a publicity stunt, a political move, to get Obama reelected.

He goes on to explain, “No Sailor or Soldier had ever seen the funeral or the dead body of Bin Laden on board the aircraft carrier.”

He conveys the secrecy around the entire operation and how Seals have been ordered “mum.”

The soldier then transfers over to our government and media saying that like all sheep, we just do as we’re told, and believe what we’re told to believe in.  He states that the media, acting as Obama’s lapdog and personal cheerleading squad, haven’t done their due diligence. After all, if they had, Obama would have been impeached years ago and wouldn’t have even had to worry about getting reelected.

The soldier claims that Obama is the modern Anti-Christ surely leading this country to destruction.  He relays the fact that Obama is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood—a fact we already knew especially after the Syria conflict.  He also reveals that beyond this, because of Obama, “the Muslim Brotherhood has already infiltrated our senate and congress.”

Finishing his letter, the Special Forces operative leaves us with the eerie warning, “One day Islam will rule, and they will slaughter us like they slaughter their own people. We have to stand up against this, otherwise we´re lost!”

What is happening to the Bin Laden Killers, SEAL Team Six? INTELLIGENCE 6
We’ve recently decided to take a closer look into “SEAL Team Six,” the group of Navy SEALS who are reported to have taken out Osama Bin Laden in 2011. More to the point, we wanted to look into what has been happening to them.

The story is elaborate, so let’s start from the beginning:

According to a report by ABC News, Bin Laden first escaped death in August of 1998. In December of 2001 Bin Laden was reported to have been killed at his mountain hideout in the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan, however these reports ended up being false.

In this CNN report from January of 2002 it was stated that Bin Laden had most likely died of kidney disease, however it was later announced that these reports were false as well. Yet another report in 2006 surfaced claiming that Bin Laden had died of typhoid, and finally, on May 2nd, 2011 President Barack Obama announced to the nation that Bin Laden had been officially killed in an intense firefight at his compound in Abbottabad.

Immediately after President Obama’s announcement, U.S. officials, in breach of military law, reported to the media that the legendary SEAL Team Six (which has officially been renamed the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group, or DevGru) helped to conduct the operation. The New York Times reported that 79 people in total were on the assault team, but in the end, the success of the mission came down to around two dozen men who were able to make their way to Bin Laden’s bedroom where he was shot.

During the operation, one of the helicopters that helped carry out the raid crashed. It is reported that there were no casualties. Pictured below is the tail-end of the craft that was draped over Bin Laden’s compound wall.

U.S. officials made it known that Bin Laden’s body would be buried at sea in order to prevent his burial place from becoming a “terrorist shrine.” This action caused suspicion around the world, and of course, the U.S. had a ready supply of answers for all the major questions asked. However, in 2012 Anonymous successfully attacked the servers of the Stratfor Intelligence Firm, releasing numerous emails on WikiLeaks indicating that Bin Laden’s body most likely would not have been buried at sea, but that it would instead be taken to Dover, Delaware on a CIA plane, then onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda, Maryland. While the emails obtained are very much real, the information contained within cannot be confirmed due to the fact it is a speculation made by Stratfor Intelligence.

Although President Obama didn’t name SEAL Team Six directly in his speech to the nation, as mentioned above, military officials had disclosed this fact to the media, which can be verified by reading over some of the articles that were published on the 2nd. Joe Biden confirmed the SEALS participation at the Atlantic Council’s annual awards dinner that took place the next day.


“When we divulge national security information such as the identity of the organization that killed Osama bin Laden, we have now put all of those men, all of their families, everybody around them at some sort of risk.” – Retired USMC Lt. Col. Bill Cowan

It was later reported by The Telegraph that U.S. Defense Secretary, Robert Gates, expressed concern for SEAL Team Six’s safety, stating that security would be stepped up for the commandos.

The Navy Times reports that the SEAL Team Six (DevGru) Squadron that assaulted Osama bin Laden’s compound was the Red Squadron. SEAL Team Six is a “Tier 1” special unit, equivalent to the Army’s 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment. It is separated by four line squadrons: Blue, Gold, Red, and the recently formed Silver Squadrons. There is also a strategic reconnaissance element named Black Squadron, however it’s apparently in a class of its own. Red Squadron was chosen for the mission because it was readily available, and of the 50 or so operators in Red Squadron, about half were picked.

In a report from Press TV, Mohammad Zia, a government official in Abbottabad, stated that the man killed at the compound was not Osama Bin Laden (7:40 into video):

Award winning investigative journalist and political writer, Seymour Hersh, has also stated that the U.S. lied about Bin Laden’s death. According to Hersh’s report, Bin Laden had been secretly held prisoner by the Pakistanis since 2006, and the Pakistani government helped the U.S. stage the raid on his compound. In the interview below, editor of Veterans Today, Mike Harris, claims that both the U.S. account and Hersh’s account are wrong, that Bin Laden died in 2001 of kidney failure, which if true, would mean the previous reports of his kidney disease were accurate:

RT reports that Bin Laden was already dead before the raid at his compound as well. This information apparently came from Iranian Intelligence Minister, Heydar Moslehi.

“We have credible information that Bin Laden died some time ago of a disease,” Moslehi is reported to have said on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting, according to the ISNA (Iranian Students’ News Agency).

“If the US Military and intelligence apparatus have really arrested or killed Bin Laden, why don’t they show him [his body]? Why have they thrown his corpse into the sea?” Moslehi asked rhetorically in a FARS news agency report.

Moslehi believes the U.S. raid in Abbottabad was a “PR campaign” created to divert the American citizen’s attention from domestic problems, such as the fragile state of the economy.

“We believe that what the U.S. is seeking, by dictated media programs, to overshadow the recent awakening in the region through the release of such reports,” Moslehi was quoted as saying.

It should also be noted that bin Laden’s death helped Obama in his second term election.


August 6, 2011

A Chinook helicopter carrying 38 people, including 22 U.S. Navy SEALS which mostly consisted of SEAL Team Six members, crashed in Afghanistan, killing everyone on board. The helicopter was reported to have been shot down by Afghan insurgents while it was on its way to provide back-up to troops on the ground. It was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade in an incident that has been described as a “target of opportunity” for the Taliban. The shot itself was also described as “blind luck” since an RPG’s aim is highly inaccurate.

U.S. officials stated that they don’t believe any of the Navy SEALS who died in the helicopter crash had participated in the raid at bin Laden’s compound, and in fact, as stated earlier the SEAL Team Six squadron involved in the Bin Laden raid was from the Red Squadron. In this report from Navy Times:

“Of the 22 NSW [Navy Special Warfare] members killed, 17 were SEALs and five were direct support personnel, according to the source in the NSW community. Two of the SEALs were from a West Coast SEAL unit, but the others were from Gold Squadron of Naval Special Warfare Development Group, or DevGru, sometimes known as SEAL Team 6, said the NSW source.”

This isn’t necessarily a confirmation that none of the men involved in the crash were from the Bin Laden raid—the inner workings of SEAL Team Six, or DevGru, are kept secret, and the individual names of those who participated have not been released (those who personally released their identities for fame, glory, and financial gain aside).

Nearly all early reports indicate that this was a different SEAL Team Six squadron, leading us to assume this was a different group of men altogether, however, in a 2013 WND Radio America interview with Larry Klayman, it was stated that Klayman is:

“…the attorney representing three families of Navy SEAL Team Six Special Forces members who were part of the Bin Laden raid in May of 2011, and were killed in a helicopter crash along with 26 others in August of 2011 in Afghanistan.”

Family members of the fallen SEAL soldiers blame the U.S. government for releasing SEAL Team Six’s involvement in the Bin Laden raid to begin with, as it made all members of the unit specific targets. Klayman also claims that the government pursues “policies that coddle Muslims and put our own troops at a tactical disadvantage.”

The Pentagon has provided family members with incomplete and contradictory information, according to Charles Strange, father of one of the killed soldiers, leading to even more questions. The family has demanded an investigation into the helicopter crash, and according to a 2013 article from The Hill, Congress did just that.

The results of the “investigation” have been disappointing. In February of 2014, a House of Representatives committee heard testimony regarding the helicopter crash, by this time known as “Extortion 17.” Family members were not permitted to speak directly to the committee, but were instead told to put their statements in writing, outlining how Extortion 17 has impacted their lives. In an article from The Examiner:

“Besides being denied the opportunity to make public statements, family members claimed nothing said during the hearing contradicted their strong suspicions that the Taliban terrorists were tipped off that SEAL Team 6 members were in the Chinook. They also claimed that SEAL Team members were targeted as revenge for killing terrorist icon Osama bin Laden, whom the SEALS located and killed only months before the Extortion 17 mission.”

Family members later commented that the committee was a farce. In a statement from Karen Vaughn, mother of one of the deceased:

“There was no one there to testify that had actual knowledge of the shoot-down,” Mrs. Vaughn said. “Very little happened today. They asked softball questions of retired military personnel, none of which were in their positions at the time of the shoot-down of Extortion 17.”

The family was again fed contradictions as the committee stated there was no black box in the CH-47, yet military investigators had initially stated that the black box had been washed away in a flash flood. The whole fiasco has been described as “grandstanding,” not investigation.

“They clearly insinuated that those of us who have questions about this shoot-down have not dealt with our grief properly. It was that insulting,” Mrs. Vaughn stated. “We got more conflicting stories.” In another statement she said, “This was a pat on the back to shut up some parents who were questioning senior military leadership in the Obama administration. Nobody in power in this country really cares.”

 

The suspicions surrounding Osama bin Laden’s death and Extortion 17 are understandable when one takes a closer look at the big picture. With all the false reports of Bin Laden’s death, it’s no wonder people around the world have their doubts about the events at the compound, and for this reason alone the reports that he was not killed in the raid should be taken into consideration. Then when you add the strange fact that the U.S. government released no photos of the corpse and supposedly dumped his body in the ocean, the suspicion only grows.

Finally, there are the abnormal circumstances surrounding SEAL Team Six—the helicopter crash at Bin Laden’s compound, the fact their role in the mission was (immediately) disclosed, the later helicopter crash and the mysteriously missing black box, the government’s obvious lack of interest in the matter… It is to be expected that theories will abound, controversy will ensue, and the occasional conspiracy theory will surface, however, we leave you to your own deductions.

Questions haunt the families of Extortion 17, the 2011 helicopter mission in Afghanistan that suffered the most U.S. military deaths in a single day in the war on terrorism.

The investigative file made available to The Washington Times shows that the helicopter’s landing zone was not properly vetted for threats nor protected by gunships, while commanders criticized the mission as too rushed and the conventional Chinook chopper as ill-suited for  a dangerous troop infiltration.

Every day, Charlie Strange, the father of one of the 30 Americans who died Aug. 6, 2011, in the flash of a rocket-propelled grenade, asks himself whether his son, Michael, was set up by someone inside the Afghan government wanting revenge on Osama bin Laden’s killers — SEAL Team 6.

“Somebody was leaking to the Taliban,” said Mr. Strange, whose son intercepted communications as a Navy cryptologist. “They knew. Somebody tipped them off. There were guys in a tower. Guys on the bush line. They were sitting there, waiting. And they sent our guys right into the middle.”

Doug Hamburger’s son, Patrick, an Army staff sergeant, also perished when the CH-47D Chinook descended to a spot less than 150 yards from where armed Taliban fighters watched from a turret.

He asks why the command sent his son into Tangi Valley toward a “hot landing zone” in a cargo airship instead of a special operations helicopter. The souped-up choppers — the MH-47 and the MH-60 Black Hawk, which SEAL Team 6 rode the stealth version of to kill bin Laden — are flown by Night Stalker pilots skilled in fast, ground-hugging maneuvers to avoid detection.

“When you want to fly them into a valley, when you’ve got hillsides on both sides of it with houses built into sides of the valley, that is an extremely dangerous mission,” Mr. Hamburger said. “The MH, the new model, they’ve got radar that will pick up an incoming missile or incoming RPG. They’re faster. They’re quicker on attack. They’re more agile. So there was every reason in the world to use the MH that night.”

Sith Douangdara, whose 26-year-old son, John, was a Navy expeditionary specialist who handled warrior dog Bart, said he has lots of unanswered questions.

“I want to know why so many U.S. servicemen, especially SEALs, were assembled on one aircraft,” he said. “I want to know why the black box of the helicopter has not been found. I want to know many things.”

Not all families believe the fact-finding investigation, conducted by Army Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Colt covered all issues. Gen. Colt, who has since been promoted to major general, told commanders that his job was not to find fault and his report did not criticize any person or decision.

“I want people held accountable,” said Mr. Strange, a former union construction worker who deals blackjack in a Philadelphia casino.

A spokesman for U.S. Central Command, which overseas the war and conducted the probe, declined to answer the families’ questions and referred a reporter to Gen. Colt’s report.

Congress gets involved

More than two years later, more answers may be forthcoming.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, led by Rep. Darrell E. Issa, California Republican, is making inquiries after meeting with some families.

Alaska Dear Federal Agents:

I am addressing this letter in this way, because it is my understanding that it will be read by members of both the FBI and the US Marshals Service. It is also my understanding that you have available for examination a wet-ink signed copy of the illustrated affidavit of probable cause entitled “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” as back-up reference and evidence.

Since the publication of the affidavit a plethora of new supporting documentation and evidence has come to light. We found, for example, that on June 30, 1864, the members of Congress acting as the Board of Directors of a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation doing business as “The United States of America, Incorporated” changed the meaning of “state”, “State” and “United States” to mean “District of Columbia Municipal Corporation”. Like the 1862 change of the meaning of the word “person” to mean “corporation” cited in our affidavit, these special coded meanings of words render a drastically different picture of the world around us.

It turns out that your “personal bank account” is actually a “corporate bank account”. The “Colorado State Court” is actually the “Colorado District of Columbia Municipal Corporation Court”. If you are shocked to learn these facts, you are not alone. So are millions of other Americans. These changes were made 150 years ago and tucked away in reams of boring meeting minutes and legalistic gobbledygook meant to be applied only to the internal workings of a private governmental services corporation and its employees.

There was no public announcement, just as there was no public announcement or explanation when Congress created “municipal citizenship” known as “US citizenship” in 1868. Properly, technically, even to this day, this form of “citizenship” applies only to those born in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other Insular States, so there was no real reason to educate the general public about the topic. As Congress was secretively using the labor and the private property assets of these “citizens” as collateral backing the corporate debts of “The United States of America, Inc.” there was plenty of reason to obscure this development.

At the end of the Civil War it would have been very unpopular to reveal that they were simply changing gears from private sector slave ownership to public sector slave ownership. You may be surprised to learn that slavery was not abolished by the Thirteenth or any other Amendment to any constitution then or now. Instead, slavery was redefined as the punishment meted out to criminals. Look it up and read it for yourselves. It remains perfectly legal to enslave criminals, and it was left to Congress to define who the criminals were, because Congress was given plenary power over the District of Columbia and its citizenry by the original Constitution of the Republic and could do whatever it liked within the District and the Washington, DC Municipalities.

A child picking dandelions on the sidewalk could be arbitrarily defined as a criminal and enslaved for life by the renegade Congress functioning as the government of the District of Columbia and as the Board of Directors for the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, but for starters, Congress simply defined “US citizens” as debt slaves under the 14th Amendment of their corporation’s articles and by-laws—-which they deceptively named the “Constitution of the United States of America”.

The actual Constitution was and still is called “The Constitution for the united States of America”, but most people untrained in the Law and trusting what they believed to be their government didn’t notice the difference between “The Constitution for the united States of America” and the “Constitution of the United States of America”. Are you beginning to see a pattern of deliberate deceit and self-interest and double-speak and double-dealing? And are you also beginning to catch the drift—the motivation—behind it? Let’s discuss the concept of “hypothecation of debt”.

This little gem was developed by the bankers who actually owned and ran the governmental services corporations doing business as “The United States of America, Inc.” and as the “United States, Incorporated”. When you hypothecate debt against someone or against some asset belonging to someone else, you simply claim that they agreed to stand as surety for your debt — similar to cosigning a car loan — and as long as you make your payments, nobody is any the wiser. Normally, it’s not possible for us to just arbitrarily claim that someone is our surety for debt without proof of consent, but that is exactly what Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the Conference of Governors did in March of 1933.

They named all of us and all our property as surety standing good for the debts of their own bankrupt governmental services corporation during bankruptcy reorganization—-and got away with it by claiming that they were our “representatives” and that we had delegated our authority to them to do this “for” us. The exact date and occasion when this happened and where it is recorded, is given in our affidavit. In order to pull this off, however, they had to allege that we were all “US citizens”, and therefore, all subject to the plenary power of Congress acting as an oligarchy ruling over the District of Columbia and the Federal Territories.

They did this by abusing the public trust and creating and registering millions of foreign situs trusts named after each of us. Under their own diversity of citizenship rules, corporations are considered to be “US citizens”. So they created all these foreign situs trusts as franchises of their own bankrupt corporation, used our names styled like this: John Quincy Adams—-and placed commercial liens against our names as chattel owned by their corporation and standing as surety for its debts. A group of thugs elected to political office grossly transgressed against the American people and the American states and committed the crime of personage against each and every one of us without us ever being aware of it.

They couldn’t enslave us, but they could enslave a foreign situs trust named after us— that we conveniently didn’t know existed— and by deliberately confusing this “thing” with us via the misuse of our given names, they could bring charges against what appeared to be us and our private property in their very own corporate tribunals. And so the fleecing of America began in earnest. The hirelings had our credit cards, had stolen our identities, and were ready to begin a crime spree unheralded in human history.

They claimed that we all knew about this arrangement and consented to it, because we “voluntarily” gave up our gold when FDR sent his henchmen around to collect it—-when as millions of Americans can attest, people gave up their gold in preference to being shot or having to kill federal agents. They chose life for everyone concerned over some pieces of metal, and for that, they are to be honored; unfortunately, their decision gave the rats responsible an excuse to claim that Americans wanted to leave the gold standard and wanted the “benefits” of this New Deal in “equitable exchange” for their gold, their identities, the abuse of their good names as bankrupts and debtors, the loss of allodial title to their land and homes, and their subjection as slaves to the whims of Congress.

According to them—that is, those who benefited from this gross betrayal of the public trust— we all voluntarily left the Republic and the guarantees of the actual Constitution behind, willingly subjected ourselves to Congressional rule, donated all our assets including our labor and property to the Public Charitable Trust (set up after the Civil War as a welfare trust for displaced plantation slaves), and agreed to live as slaves owned by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation in exchange for what? Welfare that we paid for ourselves. Social Security that we paid for ourselves.

The criminality of the “US Congress” and the “Presidents” acting since 1933 is jawdroppingly shocking. Their abuse of the trust of the American people is even worse. They have portrayed this circumstance as a political choice instead of an institutionalized fraud scheme, and they have “presumed” that we all went along with it and agreed to it without complaint. Thus, they have been merrily and secretively having us declared “civilly dead” as American State Citizens the day we are born, and entering a false registration claiming that we are “US Citizens” instead. We are told, when we wake up enough to ask, that we are free to choose our political status.

We don’t have to serve as debt slaves. We can go back and reclaim our guaranteed Republican form of government and our birthright status if we want to—- but that requires a secret process in front of the probate court and expatriation from the Federal United States to the Continental United States and all sorts of voo-doo in backrooms that can only be pursued by the few and the knowledgeable and the blessed. Everyone else has to remain as a debt slave and chattel serving whatever corporation bought the latest version of corporate “persona” named after us.

So let me ask you, as members of the FBI and as US Marshals—- does this sound like something you want to be involved with enforcing on innocent people, or does it sound like something you want to end as expeditiously as possible? The frauds that took root in the wake of the Civil War and which blossomed in the 1930’s have come to their final fruition.

Employees of the “District of Columbia Municipal Corporation” and its United Nations successors are being used as jack-booted thugs to throw Americans into privately owned “federal correctional facilities” when those who need correction—- the members of the American Bar Association and the euphemistically named and privately owned and operated “DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE”—continue to ignore the fact that Americans DO have a choice and that by the millions we are demanding our freedom from all these pathetic false commercial claims and presumptions.

We are standing up before the whole world and telling these privately owned “governmental services corporations” to go bankrupt like any other corporation that doesn’t do its job and mind its budget. These entities deserve to go bankrupt and worse. They have spent money and credit that was never theirs to spend. They have defrauded millions if not billions of innocent people and they have prevented Americans from claiming their birthrights for far too long.

These people— the members of Congress and the various “Presidents” of the numerous “United States” corporations — have acted as criminals. They deserve to be recognized as such. The members of the American Bar Association have attempted to wash their hands while profiting from the situation and obstructing justice. They stand around shrugging and saying, “Well, it’s a political choice. We don’t have anything to say about that.”—–yet at the same time, they refuse to correct the probate records to reflect our chosen change of political status when we plainly identify ourselves and enunciate our Will for them.

They, too, deserve to be recognized as self-interested criminals and accomplices to identity theft, credit fraud, and worse— which is why we have recently issued a $279 trillion dollar commercial obligation lien against the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. All our assets— our bodies, homes, businesses, lands, and labor—have been signed over into the “Public Charitable Trust” by con men merely claiming to represent us. Then, when we object to their lies and entrapment, they use the same fraud against us as their excuse for bringing more false claims against us and throwing us in jail. Enough is enough.

The British Monarch and the Lords of the Admiralty have promoted this fraud against us at the same time they have claimed to be our trustees, allies and friends in perpetuity. It’s time to clear the way for us to politely and peaceably exit from any presumption that we are or ever were “US citizens”, willing participants in the “Public Charitable Trust”, or willing “sureties” for the debts of any private bank-run governmental services corporation merely calling itself the United States of Something or Other.

We repudiate any presumption of private municipal citizenship or obligation to the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation or any successor thereof, and demand an immediate and permanent correction of the civil record to reflect our birthright status as American State Citizens, nunc pro tunc.

As for you, as “Federal Agents”, you have a lot to think about. For starters— who really pays your paycheck? Is it the goons in Washington, DC? Or does it all come from the American people you are supposed to be serving? Do you believe for one moment that anyone just lined up and gave their gold to FDR voluntarily? Do you believe that anyone gave away all their property and the guarantees of the actual Constitution for the “privilege” of paying for Social Security? No? Wake up and smell the java and start doing your real jobs. If anyone complains—arrest him.

We are reopening the American Common Law Courts expressly for the purpose of settling disputes related to living people and their property assets in excess of $20 as mandated by the Seventh Amendment. We, the American people, are the ones holding absolute civil authority upon the land of the Continental United States, and we give you permission to arrest the members of Congress, the President, the Secretary of the Treasury, and any other politician or appointee pretending to speak for us so as to enslave us and bring false claims against us via this institutionalized fraud scheme.

We want it recognized for what it is and dismantled and repudiated tout de suite. Any court that is caught arresting and prosecuting Americans under the presumptions just described to you— such as bringing charges against foreign situs trusts with names styled like this: John Quincy Adams, or Cestui Que Vie trusts styled like this: JOHN QUINCY ADAMS, or Puerto Rican public transmitting utilities styled like this: JOHN Q. ADAMS—-it is your responsibility to make sure that any individuals being addressed by these courts were actually born in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or one of the other Insular States and that they are not ignorant American State Citizens being falsely registered and railroaded.

Do you understand? Is it now completely clear who the criminals are? Your actual employers and benefactors are being attacked and defrauded by criminals pretending to act as their elected representatives and accomplices in black robes who are serving as enforcers of this fraud for profit. This has been happening right under your noses. This whole circumstance has escaped broad scale public understanding because it was being pursued by private governmental services corporations owned and operated by international banking cartels who claimed that these “private arrangements” were none of the public’s business, despite the grotesque and far-ranging impact these cozy understandings have had upon the people of this and many other countries.

Let it be perfectly clear to you that the business of these private corporations has become our business because they have operated in violation of their charters, in violation of the treaties allowing their existence, and in violation of the National Trust. The American Bar Association and the Internal Revenue Service have both been owned and operated as private foreign bill collectors and trust administrators by Northern Trust, Inc., in violent conflict of interest. They are not professional associations, non-profits, nor units of government. They are con artists and privateers whose licenses expired as of September 1, 2013.

The United States Marshals Service is enabled to act in the capacity of constitutionally – sworn Federal Marshals and we invoke their office and service as such; failure to accept the public office means rejection of all authority related to us. The same may be said of the FBI. Either you do your jobs as constitutionally sworn public officers, or you act as private mall cops in behalf of the offending corporations and under color of law when you pretend to have any public authority or function.

Take his claim of being a “law professor” for example.
Yeah, that’s not 100 percent accurate.

Lie one:  Obama was never a professor; he was a lecturer.  He did not have the qualifications to be a professor.  Obama never published a single law paper.  He was hired by the University of Chicago when they learned he had been given a book contract on race and law directly after graduating from Harvard.  There was no book – just the contract, which he later reneged on.  This is not the normal level of accomplishment for a University of Chicago professor or even lecturer.
Obama was not capable of writing, and eventually, after failing to deliver, he changed it to a memoir, which he also struggled with.  Finally, he asked Bill Ayers to write his memoir for him, using tapes that Michelle dropped off at the Ayerses’.
Lie two: Obama did not specialize in the Constitution.  Obama cared about and taught only one subject: race.  One course was about race in the Constitution.  It is on this flimsy basis that he attempts to pawn himself off as a constitutional scholar.
As the New York Times explains, Obama the lecturer taught three subjects only: “race, rights and gender.”
Lie three: Obama calls himself a constitutional law prof to imply that he loves the Constitution.  Obama gives the lie to this himself.  He is on record – literally, a radio interview done when he was a lecturer – slamming the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Constitution because they never tried to invent a right to “redistribute wealth” – a failing he describes as a “tragedy of the civil rights movement.”  Obama laments the constraints on government power (what we would call liberty) imposed by our Constitution.   Obama himself contrasts following the Constitution with being a community organizer, creating “coalitions of power,” which could “redistribute wealth” and create “economic justice.”
It seems the majority of leftists have an issue with telling the truth, desiring to make themselves feel special and more important than they actually are.
