Lion King
Created by Walt Disney in 1994, it is Disney’s 32nd animated film and it was a great hit. It is followed by Lion King 1.5 and Lion King 2, also the television series of Timon and Pumba, 2 lovable characters. The Lion King tells the tale of a lion cub called Simba, with his friend Nala and Rafiki and new found friends Timon and Pumba. Simba helps save the Pride Lands.

The Music
Lyricist Tim Rice was asked to work on the Music of the production. Rice worked together with famous songwriter Elton John. They wrote the songs, the Circle of Life, Can You Feel the Love Tonight, I just can’t wait to be King, Hakuna Matata and Be Prepared. Great songs that the whole family is singing to. It is one of the top-selling soundtracks across the Globe.

Passover
Passover, the festival of the Exodus from Egypt, where the Jewish People were released from Slavery. This story is mentioned in the Book of Exodus in the Bible. Passover is a festival that is celebrated in the Spring, in fact, one of its other names is called Chag HaAviv, Aviv in Hebrew means Spring.

Passover is a festival that is mentioned in the Bible, it talks about the sacrifice of Passover. Nowadays, we celebrate Passover by cleaning our houses from Chametz, leavened bread. We have the Seder, where we recall the Exodus from Egypt and we eat Matzah, unleavened bread.


Mah Nishtana?
There are many songs that we sing as part of the Seder, one of these songs is the Mah Nishtana? We ask Why Is This Night Different? There are four questions that we ask,

Why do is this night different, that on all other nights we eat Chametz and Matzah? But not tonight.
Why is this night different, that on all other nights we eat many vegetables? But tonight we only eat Marror.
Why is this night different, that on all other nights we dip our vegetables? But tonight we dip twice
Why is this night different, that on all other nights we sit or we recline? But tonight we only recline.
The questions originate from the Oral Torah and are quoted differently in the Jerusalem and Babylonian Talmud. It is a song many children learn in daycare and love to sing.
