Passover is to be remembered forever . . .
even after the second coming of Jesus to earth.
The Lord's Passover Anniversary Date was March 30, 2018 and that date was also the Anniversary Date of the first Passover in Egypt at midnight. The next day - the first day of Passover - Nisan 15 is when those in the Exodus left Egypt - Numbers 33:3. The Anniversary Date of the first DAY of Passover is March 31, 2018 (today).
The date of Nisan 14 - in the DAY hours - Jesus died on the cross at 3 PM as our Passover Lamb. He was the Lamb of God Jesus sacrificed as our High Priest. The Anniversary Date was March 30, 2018. Nisan 14 was also the date when the Passover Lambs were sacrificed in Egypt at the time of the Exodus.
The lambs were selected on Nisan 10 in Egypt at the time of the Exodus and Jesus was selected in Jerusalem on Nisan 10. Both of those events took place on the weekly Saturday Sabbath. The selected lambs were then sacrificed on Nisan 14 on Wednesday.
The Holy Spirit inspired scriptures reveal the truth to us about the "true date" of the death of Jesus on Wednesday Nisan 14 and His selection as our Passover Lamb on the weekly Saturday Sabbath on Nisan 10. Jewish records document that the Passover Lambs at the time of the Exodus were also chosen on the weekly Saturday Sabbath and that the lamb was killed during the day hours of Nisan 14 on Wednesday.
The evening of Nisan 14 that begins the first day of Passover was the date of the first Passover. Death did pass over the homes in Egypt Wednesday at midnight (during the NIGHT hours of Nisan 14) where the blood of the lamb was applied - Anniversary Date March 30, 2018. The next morning - Thursday - Nisan 15 - the first day of Passover, those in the Exodus left Egypt. Thursday, Nisan 15 in 30 AD - Anniversary Date (today) March 31, 2018, is when the 3-Night Guard of the Tomb of Jesus was set.
It is the date of Nisan 14 that is to be a memorial forever and ever in honor of the sacrifice Jesus made to take away the sin of those who believe in His name and to celebrate when God's people were delivered from their bondage in Egypt. A celebration and remembrance of the events of Nisan 14 takes place in many homes as Passover Seders are held the evening of Nisan 14 that begins the day of Nisan 15:14/15 - the Annual Sabbath that is the first day of Passover - Anniversary Date sunset March 30 to sunset March 31, 2018.
