can I see my deceased mother?

Dear Priscilla,
I so feel for you and understand. My Dad died on my wedding day and my Mum followed 25 years later. Like you are finding it hard it was the same for me. I would see a TV programme reach for the phone mum would like this then remember. The love you have never lessen, but it is true time heals and the hurt will fade and be replaced by fond memories.  
You already know it is wrong to consult anything to do with occult, it is demonic and deceiving. I really do not have the answer your looking for, if God would let you hear or see a loved one, but I do know as you pray, our God will cushion your hurt and comfort you.

Sharing with another does help, perhaps there is someone in Church if you attend, or a Service for Bereavement you could contact? that could help you through these early difficult times.

I know that we are not to actively try to communicate with our deceased loved ones through mediums or psychics (as they are of the demonic occult), but will God let us just suddenly see or hear or feel our loved ones if we really need to, and pray about it, and ask Him?  My beloved Mother died a few months ago, and she was my everything.  I need her love so badly.  What is the truth about this?
