Focus:Ministry Pastors who fall being restored?

Ministry Question:
Should Pastors Who Fall Be Restored To The Same Position.
We all have shortcomings in our lives, but it's more profound when it's one of our
leaders.
Many pastors have fallen over the years due to moral failure.
Some have been fired and taken from the pulpit... some for a season and
some forever.
Some would say pastors should never return to what they
once did because the temptation to get into sin is still there.
But others say they should be allowed to return because what they do is a
calling from God.

Should pastors who have moral failures
(ex. homosexuality, adultery, financial decpetion) etc., be allowed back in the
pulpit, or should they move on to a new career?
