Hi hon ... I am a bit new here so if I am butting in just say so, but I read your post and truly sympathize with anyone who has knee problems. My husband has been through the mill with his knee .... 10 surgeries, no knee cap ... and it is a mess. He has just been told he can not return to work ever, which we kind of expected because there is no way he can perform his job because his permanent restrictions are too many. He is also beginning trouble with his good knee ... so very sad and frustrating for him. So ... my prayers go out to you.

My day was a long and boring one spent in St Georges hospital Tooting. My knee has not healed and now my other needs surgery. The Doctor had the bedside manner of a stuffed mummy it was zilch. But on the way home I saw lots of Spring flowers, Daffs, Crocus, Snowdrops and Primula's. Renewal of life, birds building nests and happily chirruping, I dare say If I look in my pond the Frogs are happily doing what Frogs do best and keep smiling. All rebirth and renewal. Out God's Good Our God is.
