Hello Elaine,

Thank you for your prayers for my daughter and grandson.

We went to court Friday and mostly got what we wanted with only minor changes.

We asked for, and have been given, a trial date for May, where we hope to get a final resolution in our favor.

It is by no means a "sure thing" and there is a lot of work to be done in the meantime, so we appreciate your continued prayers.

Hello Elaine,

As you may know (if you have been subscribed for longer than a few months) my family and I have been involved in a two-state legal battle concerning my daughter and grandson.

After a brief respite for the holidays, the "court season" is open again.

We are traveling this week for an important hearing in New York.

While we are in a much stronger position going in now than last time, we still have obstacles and threats that must be overcome, and always with a toll on time, money, and emotion.

Please pray for our family, for the judge to have wisdom and discernment, and for the counsel of the wicked to be frustrated. Evil cannot be allowed to prevail.
