FACTS
As unpalatable as this will be to all Palestinians and all anti Zionist , anti Israeli and antisemitic supporters, under immutable international law , the territories of Gaza and Judea and Samaria ( commonly called the West Bank) are within the sovereign territory of Israel .
The League of Nations Mandate for Palestine 1923,
( containing the San Remo Treaty ) and subsequently the UN Charter , 1945, ensure that the binding legal principles of Acquired Rights and Estoppel ( both codified in the 1969 Vienna Convention Law of Treaties , Article 70(1)(b) ) enshrine that for time immemorial these areas remain within Israeli jurisdiction and sovereignty.
Uti Possiditis Juris is yet another immutable legally binding principle enshrining and validating Israeli sovereignty over these geographical boundaries and borders for time immemorial.
The last ruling validating these legal rulings on the sovereignty of Israel I have just described was in the European Court , the Third Chamber of the Court of Versailles 2013.
No subsequent UN Resolution ( nor ICJ opinion) can amend or override the sovereignty of Israel which includes Gaza and the West Bank for time immemorial simply because it is not in their legal mandated charters to do so as various UN Articles within the UN charter ( Article 80 as just one example ) have verified .
Of course Israel for political purposes may decide to withdraw from these territories as it did when pulling out of Gaza in 2005 but nevertheless can legally reaffirm sovereignty at any time.
Now Golan is not part of Israeli sovereignty but is not illegally occupied. Why ? Because Syria is still officially at war with Israel and until such time as Syria reverses this decision, Israel has every right to occupy the Golan .
That is the legally binding position and all posts , comments, articles, interviews etc suggesting Israel is illegally occupying Palestinian territory is a totally false narrative.
