Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly agrees with Ted Cruz and assesses that the United Nations Security Council could take fresh action against Israel during a meeting on January 17, three days before US President Barack Obama is slated to leave office.

A France-hosted international diplomatic “peace” conference set to be held on Jan. 15 in which John Kerry will be in attendance, could lead to further action against the Jewish state at the United Nations, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned. The conference is coming five days before US President-elect Donald Trump is to be sworn in, and three months before elections are scheduled in France, in which current President Francois Hollande is not even running.

The past two weeks have already seen Secretary of State John Kerry deliver a speech unfairly blaming Israel for the current impasse and the United Nations Security Council pass a resolution broadly condemning the Jewish state.
