Trump honors Secret Service agent who died in Scotland

Everyone in the Trump administration was shaken earlier this week by the unexpected passing of Secret Service agent Nole Remagen.
And rather than create a photo op, President Donald Trump very quietly rerouted his schedule to spend some time with the family of Agent Remagen and pay his respects.
Late Announcement
The press had no idea the president and first lady were going to make this stop.
In fact, word didn’t even circulate among the press corps until the president was just about to arrive at Joint Base Andrews to pay his respects.
Prior to his arrival, though, President Trump had released a statement expressing his condolences to the family and his respect for Remagen’s service to the country; Remagen also spent a short stint in the Marines.
Remagen was a man that literally dedicated his entire adult life to his country and its president — and he will be greatly missed.
Always Respectful
Even Trump’s enemies have to admit the president is very respectful of both our military and law enforcement personnel.
Even before becoming president, Trump had a long history of being more than generous to those who have served their communities and countries.
During the 2016 campaign season, a story made its rounds about Trump offering up a plane from his private fleet to transport some stranded soldiers.
We have also seen an endless stream of videos of Trump taking the time to recognize each and every officer in city and state police departments assigned to his security as he travels across the country.
Around Christmas, the president even provided a holiday feast for the agents and law enforcement officers assigned to protect him.
Helping Hand
Agent Remagen was taken from us far too early, as he was only 42 years old.
He leaves behind a wife and two young children.
Do You Think Trump Respects our Military and Law Enforcement?
Yes
No
Next
With his family having lost their primary financial provider, friends of Remagen have created a GoFundMe page to help his family financially.
As of this writing, the Remagen Family GoFundMe Page has raised almost $240,000 of their $250,000 goal.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has been one of President Donald Trump’s most outspoken critics over the president’s comments following a summit in Helsinki, Finland with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
But, it was not so long ago that Schumer and Putin were literally having coffee and doughnuts together.

Not only did Schumer entertain the Russian president, he seemed to gush over his presence.
The cherished moment for Schumer occured after a Russian-owned oil company opened its first gas station in New York.
Schumer played tour guide for Putin and showed him around town.
The tour included a stop for coffee and some Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
After the visit, Schumer said: “When I showed the president of Russia a Krispy Kreme doughnut and he ate it and said it was good, that was one of the more surreal moments I’ve had in politics.”
It Didn’t Stop There
Schumer’s “friendship” with Russia did not stop at doughnuts and coffee, either.
As George W. Bush’s presidency was winding down and Democrats were making a play for the White House in 2008, Schumer was calling for a better working relationship with Russia.
In June 2008, he penned an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, where he specifically called for Bush to make Russia part of the equation in dealing with Iran.
He wrote: “The Bush Administration…needs to use every diplomatic tool in its arsenal to halt Tehran’s development of nuclear weapons.”
That solution, in his eyes, was Russia.
Being Diplomatic
To say Trump’s post-summit press conference with Putin was a successful endeavor would be foolish.
However, nobody knows what was said behind closed doors between the two presidents.
Trump did shed some light on what was said on Wednesday during an interview with Jeff Glor of CBS, though:

Having heard that interview, it is a fairly safe assumption Trump was doing nothing more than poking the bear during his press conference, something we all know he loves to do.
Do You Believe Trump Held Putin Accountable Privately?
Yes
No
Next
If we take him at his word, Trump addressed the situation privately but refused to call Putin out while they shared a stage.
Last time I checked, that is called diplomacy — something Schumer himself called on Republicans to use to bring Russia to the table previously.

Ill-Informed
Liberals overseas are just as ill-informed as their liberal counterparts here in the United States.
Many of the protesters assembled were holding up signs about Trump being a racist.
Others were bashing Trump over the immigration narrative that has been misconstrued by the mainstream media here in the states.
Creative Protesting
Even though their protests were unfounded, they were rather creative.
At one location, the already infamous giant inflatable “Trump baby” balloon was on display.
Another protester decided to paraglide over the resort where the President and First Lady were staying, displaying an insulting banner. Police quickly arrested him for the dangerous stunt.
The largest crowd was at the “carnival of resistance” in Edinburgh, the Scottish capital city.
In all, police estimated roughly 10,000 people came out to protest Trump during his visit to Scotland.
Sadly, these protests will no doubt continue throughout the Trump presidency with absolutely no proof to support their claims.
How Do You Feel About Trump Being Protested Abroad?

Unemployment among minorities is the lowest it has ever been and the President has been bending over backward to meet the demands of Democratic leadership.
Yet, the media portrays the man as a racist simply because he wants to maintain the borders of our country, exactly what the voters put him in office to do.

Sanders was obviously more than a little thrilled over her experience.
Her Twitter feed was packed with photos of her trip traveling with Trump overseas.
The clear highlight, though, was sitting down with the Queen for a spot of tea.
It was quite a different experience than what had happened to Sanders a few weeks ago.
The Red Hen
While attempting to have dinner out with some family, Sanders was asked to leave a Virginia restaurant by the owner.
While the move was celebrated by liberals, conservative pundits ripped the restaurant owner.
Eventually, Sanders was given extra protection specifically because of Maxine Waters’ inflammatory comments, which were believed to be at the root of the harassment.
Did Sanders Get the Last Laugh?

No

Try as they might, liberals continue to lose these battles.
I am sure Sanders would trade a dinner at the Red Hen for tea with the Queen any day of the week

Donald Trump warns Theresa May a soft Brexit will 'kill' any trade deal with the US

(Worthy News) - Theresa May will come under intense pressure to secure a future trade deal with the United States as she sits down with Donald Trump just hours after he warned that her soft Brexit blueprint would “kill” Britain’s chances.
In an extraordinary interview that threatened to undermine her new Brexit strategy, painfully thrashed out with her cabinet last week, Trump questioned whether her plans upheld the referendum result and accused her of ignoring his advice.
Against a backdrop of furious protests across the country, the US president openly humiliated May by suggesting that former foreign secretary Boris Johnson, who quit in opposition to her Brexit plans this week, would make a great prime minister.

His intervention sabotages her attempts to placate Tory leavers, who are furious following the long-awaited release of her Brexit white paper on Thursday, by winning US support for her proposals.
On Thursday evening, as May told a dinner held in Trump’s honour at Blenheim Palace that her policy would create an “unprecedented opportunity” for a free trade agreement, his damaging statements were revealed.
She now faces the challenge on Friday of persuading him that her strategy would “tear down” the bureaucratic barriers that Brussels had put in the path of business as she attempts to overcome US fears about the future trading relationship.
Asked about Trump’s incendiary interview, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders insisted the president “likes and respects Prime Minister May very much”.
“As he said in his interview with the Sun she ‘is a very good person’ and he ‘never said anything bad about her’. He thought she was great on Nato today and is a really terrific person,” she added.
In the interview, which ignores all usual diplomatic conventions, Trump warned that her soft Brexit approach would scupper any hopes of a free trade agreement, a cherished prize of many Brexiters.

“We have enough difficulty with the European Union. We are cracking down right now on the European Union because they have not treated the United States fairly on trading.”
Trump accused the prime minister of ignoring his advice on Brexit negotiations. “I would have done it much differently. I actually told Theresa May how to do it, but she didn’t agree, she didn’t listen to me. She wanted to go a different route,” he said.
He cast doubt on whether the prime minister was delivering the Brexit that the British people had voted for in 2016. “The deal she is striking is a much different deal than the one the people voted on. It was not the deal that was in the referendum. I have just been hearing this over the last three days. I know they have had a lot of resignations. So a lot of people don’t like it.”
Earlier, Trump, speaking at the Nato summit in Brussels, had appeared to throw his weight behind a hard Brexit by suggesting the government was taking “a different route” from the complete break from the EU that he said the British people had voted for.
But May insisted: “We have come to an agreement at the proposal we’re putting to the European Union which absolutely delivers on the Brexit people voted for. They voted for us to take back control of our money, our law and our borders and that’s exactly what we will do.”

However, he undermined her still further in his Sun interview by describing Johnson as “a very talented guy”, adding: “I am not pitting one against the other. I am just saying I think he would be a great prime minister. I think he’s got what it takes.”
The US president also attacked Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, with whom he has had a long-running dispute, suggesting he was a “terrible mayor” who had “done a very bad job on terrorism” by allowing so many migrants to come to the city. He said that he felt unwelcome in London after hearing of the “Trump baby” blimp.
The unpopularity of Trump’s visit was already apparent by Thursday night, with protests starting as soon as he landed at Stansted in Air Force One at 1.51pm. Shortly after he was met at the airport by the international trade secretary, Liam Fox, and by the US ambassador Woody Johnson, banners were unfurled opposite the US embassy questioning his human rights record. Protesters later gathered to create a “wall of noise” outside the ambassador’s residence, where he was due to stay.
Trump will largely avoid the capital and other cities that could host significant protests. He will instead be kept mainly insulated from the public at various country estates or palaces and will travel largely by air.
Nonetheless, protesters will seek to gain his attention, with the blimp to be flown over Westminster on Friday morning before an estimated 70,000 people take to the streets. There will be rallies in Glasgow and Manchester as well as a women’s march in London and the main Stop Trump protest, which will end in Trafalgar Square.

On Thursday night, Trump and his wife, Melania, attended a black-tie dinner at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, the birthplace of Winston Churchill, with business leaders as well as most senior members of the cabinet.
It is understood that he will join May on Friday for a counter-terrorism demonstration by UK and US special forces at Sandhurst, before the main business element of his trip: talks with the prime minister and the new foreign secretary, Jeremy Hunt, at the PM’s Chequers country retreat.
Downing Street said that as well as trade and Brexit, the talks would cover Russia and the Middle East.
Later on Friday Trump and his wife – who will spend some of her time on separate engagements with May’s husband, Philip – will have tea with the Queen at Windsor Castle before flying to Scotland, where they are expected to visit Trump’s golf resorts in Aberdeenshire and Ayrshire and stay at the 120-room hotel at Turnberry.
While at the Nato summit, Trump said he had been reading up closely on Brexit in recent days, and he described the UK as “a pretty hot spot with many resignations”. He had already described the UK as a country in turmoil.

He insisted he was popular in the UK, citing his strong line on migration. “They like me a lot in the UK. I think they agree with me on immigration.”
A Guardian/ICM poll released on Wednesday showed 53% of respondents disagreed with the idea Trump was doing a good job, and 63% disagreed with the statement that they would like to see a politician like him as British prime minister.

Host of CNN’s “State of the Union” John Tapper took to Twitter Saturday noting the plans for national security adviser John Bolton’s appearance on the show fell through. Citing President Donald Trump’s press conference “attack” on CNN and their White House correspondent James Acosta, Tapper’s tweet was a clear attempt to skew the story in their favor.
“Update: [John Bolton] had been locked in for tomorrow’s [State of the Union]. Then the president attacked CNN during his UK presser, and our WH correspondent tried to ask a question. We are told Amb. Bolton remains fully prepared to do the interview but the White House has canceled it,” Tapper tweeted.

However, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders was not going to let CNN’s narrative be the only side of the story.
Sanders replied to Tapper’s tweet, explaining exactly why the White House cancelled the appearance.
“Actually a [CNN] reporter disrespected [President Trump] & [Prime Minister] May during their press conf. Instead of rewarding bad behavior, we decided to reprioritize the TV appearances for administration officials,” Sanders wrote.

While Tapper’s tweet sought to villainize President Trump for attacking CNN, Sanders’ tweet set the record straight.
It isn’t difficult to infer that Acosta was the disrespectful reporter, back at it again on Friday during the president’s press conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May. Acosta has become known for his relentless rude outbursts and shouting during many of Trump’s important meetings and events.
When taking questions, Trump refused to take questions from CNN through Acosta, calling the news network “fake news.” Trump then moved on to John Roberts, the White House correspondent for Fox News, saying “Let’s go to a real network.”

“We’re a real network, too, sir,” Acosta was heard saying as Trump again asked Roberts to proceed with his question.
Trump’s refusal to answer a question from CNN seemed somewhat unprovoked, but when looking back at Acosta’s behavior during countless other press events, it’s much less shocking.
Acosta’s constant interruptions and inappropriate questions have led the Trump administration to call for his press credentials to be pulled on numerous occasions. It seems as though the time has finally come for someone to tell Acosta he won’t get any more respect for the organization he represents by shouting for attention like a child.
As Sanders explained, the cancellation of Bolton’s appearance on “The State of the Union” serves as an important lesson, as the Trump administration is finished “rewarding” rude and unacceptable behavior.
If Acosta attempted to act professionally during press events, perhaps President Trump might actually start to respect him and CNN enough to take their questions in the future.

Outrage
As often happened with liberals these days, the simple gesture started a long chain of hostile comments.
Some comments were innocent enough, calling the picture the “top five worst photos I’ve ever seen.”
Others, however, took the photo much more personally.
One Twitter user stated, “From one racist piece of s*** to something even worse.”
A young “lady” wished some rather disturbing torture on the President while also referring to him as a Nazi.
If you read all of their comments, you would have thought a horrific international incident had just taken place rather than the President simply sitting in a chair.
Par for the Course
Thus far, not much good press has come Trump’s way during this visit.
The President was also called out for walking in front of the Queen (how dare he!).
There was actually more mainstream media coverage of that single event yesterday than anything else that happened in or around the world.
The press even took a brief respite over border issues to rip Trump for daring to put the Queen on his heels.
Mind you, this is just a normal woman who is nothing more than figurehead, yet they expect Trump to literally bow down to her.
What Did You Think of Trump’s Picture?
Love It
Hate It
Don't Care
Next
If we have learned anything during Trump’s first year in office, it is that he refuses to give even an inch to other elected (and some not elected) officials from other countries.
The President has several more days abroad before returning home, so you can expect more liberal outrage the next time he dares to color outside the lines.

President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump took afternoon tea with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Friday, the last official engagement on his trip to the United Kingdom.
The President was received at Windsor Castle by Her Majesty and the men of the Coldstream Guards, one of the elite British Army lifeguard regiments whose band played the United States national anthem in welcome.
President Trump became the 12th President of the United States the Queen had met during her realm.
Her Majesty, 92, then extended the honour of inspecting the ranks of soldiers present in the honour guards to the President, who walked the ranks with the Queen. The first battalion of the Coldstream Guards then performed a march past and salute, before the three went inside the castle to take afternoon tea.

It is understood the taking of tea at Windsor Castle will be a private affair between the British monarch and the President of the United States, with no other political personalities present.
Queen Elizabeth II became the monarch on February 6th 1952, when her father George VI died. As well as being the head of state of the United Kingdom, she is also Queen of the Commonwealth Realms which include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and 11 others.
The visit to Windsor Castle by President Trump, who is a known fan of the British Royal Family and has spoken in the past about his mother’s love for the British Royals, is clearly one he has looked forward to. In comments by the President reported by Britain’s Sun newspaper, Trump said of the Queen that she is a “tremendous woman” and “I really look forward to meeting her.
“I think she represents her country so well… If you think of it, for so many years she has represented her country, she has really never made a mistake. You don’t see, like, anything embarrassing. She is just an incredible woman.”

Mass migration to EU nations is “very, very sad”, President Donald J Trump has said, warning that Europe must “act quickly” to stop the influx or else it will be permanently changed for the worse.
“I have a great love for the countries of Europe,” stated the U.S. president, drawing attention to his Scottish and German roots as he revealed that the level of migration seen to the continent in recent years pains him on a personal level.
“I think what has happened to Europe is a shame,” he said, speaking in an interview with popular British tabloid The Sun. “Allowing the immigration to take place in Europe is a shame.”

Lamenting the results of EU policies which “allow[ed] millions and millions of people to come into Europe” as “very, very sad”, the President added: “I think it changed the fabric of Europe and, unless you act very quickly, it’s never going to be what it was and I don’t mean that in a positive way.”
“I think you are losing your culture. Look around. You go through certain areas that didn’t exist ten or 15 years ago,” he said.

Speaking at the NATO headquarters in Brussels on Thursday, ahead of his trip to the UK, President Trump told reporters he had warned the defence union that immigration “is taking over Europe”, linking the phenomenon to his own election victory in 2016 and the Brexit referendum result.
Since he entered the White House in 2017, President Trump has weighed in on the effects of mass third world migration on EU nations on a number of occasions, including when he drew attention to the rampant violence and gang crime plaguing migrant-dominated suburbs in Sweden.

Breitbart London reported just this week on the significant demographic changes being seen across Europe, with latest European Union figures showing the mass migration from third world nations swelling the bloc’s population to 512.6 million. The rise came despite more deaths being recorded than births in European nations, showing the massive degree to which immigration has been able to inflate change.

A handful of European cities are among those which show that change most clearly. London ceased to be majority white British in 2011, and is expected to be joined by Britain’s second city Birmingham by 2021 as being what has been called majority-minority.
Meanwhile, other culturally alien practices have established themselves in many European nations, including female genital mutilation (FGM), the removal of parts of a girl’s vagina for religious or cultural reasons. Breitbart London reported last week that a new case of FGM was detected in England every two hours in 2019. The abuse has been illegal since 1985, but police and prosecutors are yet to secure a single conviction, with the National Police Chiefs’ Council FGM lead describing the crime as “nuanced”.
