Yesterday a judge in Israel’s court system ruled that Jews are allowed to pray and bow down on the Temple Mount, that there is no law that forbids it.
“In my opinion, it is not possible to say that bowing and reciting Shema constitutes a reasonable suspicion of conduct that might lead to a breach of peace, as required by law,” Justice Tzion Sharai wrote in his ruling.
Despite that very clear ruling, today, the police are detaining Jews for trying to pray on the Temple Mount, against the court’s ruling.

Israeli Attorney Nati Rom was involved in the petition regarding three youths who were detained and forbidden from visiting Temple Mount because they bowed down upon a visit.

Rom was interviewed last month about the court case and he stated that limitations against Jews on Temple Mount “is apartheid against Jewish people. People of the Bible must come out against discrimination and racism against Jews on the Temple Mount.”


Temple Mount activist Tom Nisani from Beyadenu reacted to the ruling with optimism.

“There is no law preventing Jews from praying on the Temple Mount, and the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Jewish prayer several times,” Nisani said. “Today, another judge instructed the police to enforce this and desist from actively preventing Jews from exercising their legally mandated religious freedom. This is another step on the road to returning our holiest site to the nation of Israel.”

Some may ask, why are the Israeli police forbidding Jews from praying on the holiest site to Jews if there is no law?

The reason is because the Muslim world warns Israel’s governments that they would launch world war III if Jews are allowed to pray on the Temple Mount, so the police are forced by the Israeli government to enforce a policy that is totally permissible according to the law, just to appease the terror threats of the Muslim world.

The government has also stated that it will not follow the court ruling, giving the green light to the police to enforce policy that goes against the legal right of everyone to pray on the Temple Mount and against the latest ruling of the court.

This is no surprise to me. For years I have said that the courts are just a political tool of the left, when it suits them to push their anti-Jewish agenda in the name of “equality”. However, when the courts once in a blue moon actually uphold the law, in a non-“progressive” agenda way, then all the leftist defenders of the courts somehow are fine in undermining the authority of the courts.

Blatant hypocrisy for all to see. For decades I have been vocal in exposing the hypocrisy of the legal system in Israel, which is a political tool of the left, not just the Supreme Court, but the Attorney Generals in all the Government ministries as well that stop any and all laws that would allow Israel to be a strong Jewish state that it is supposed to be in order to protect all Israeli citizens properly.

The left wants Israel to no longer be a Jewish state, but what they ignore is that the day Israel is no longer a Jewish state, that not only will Jews not be safe, but non-Jews won’t be safe either. Just look at the multitude of Islamic countries in the Middle East. If you are Sunni, you are persecuted in Shiite-led countries. If you are Shiite you are persecuted by Sunni-led countries. If you are a woman, you do not have freedom or equality in any Muslim-ruled country. And if you are Jewish, Christian, Druze etc. you are considered a second-class citizen in any Muslim country. ONLY in the Jewish state of Israel does everyone have freedom and equality for all. As I always say, Israel is the solution for the Middle East, the “progressive” left’s anti-Jewish agenda together with its support of intolerant Islam is the problem!

The Civil Rights Movement was a successful movement that changed America and removed the barriers of entry for black people and removed the issues of oppression that did exist in the past of America. The narrative of the Black Lives Matter is also based on one big lie. The lie is that the United States is based on a systemic problem of hating minorities – specifically black people. Actually, the United States of America is the best place in the world for a black person to be. The United States fought a civil war – largely over the issue of freeing slaves.

But in truth, the main issue is not racism that affects black people. It is the breakdown of the family unit – especially in black communities. The resolution was submitted a week and a half after Israeli Independence Day, a day the Arab Muslim anti-Israel world call the Nakba day.
The resolution calls for the U.S. to “commemorate the Nakba through official recognition and remembrance,” while claiming that this “refers not only to a historical event but to an ongoing process of Israel’s expropriation of Palestinian land and its dispossession of the Palestinian people that continues to this day.”

“The Palestinian people since the 48 Nakba have been living under oppression and violent racism. Silence + blank checks enables more death and violence,” Tlaib tweeted, referencing the year Israel was created and recognized via a U.N. resolution, and U.S. financial support for the Jewish state.

The sad irony is that the catastrophe that befell Arabs upon Israel’s establishment was a direct result of the Arab Muslim world launching a war against Israel in 1948 to massacre all the Jews and throw us into the sea. The Arab Muslim warring nations told the Arabs to leave their homes temporarily in order to clean out the area for them to massacre the Jews. The fledgling country of Israel miraculously won that war, without any international support, and the Arabs who ran away from their homes lost their homes. The “nakba” is the day they commemorate their failure to annihalate the Jews, and they want world recognition for their failure to successfully kill us.

The other interesting fact is that there were no “palestinian” nation that fought in that war. Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Iraq and other Arab Muslim countries attacked Israel. There was no Arab people called “palestinians” back in 1948. It was the Jews who were called palestinians, who held British Mandate of Palestine passports!

At the same time, the Arab Muslim world persecuted and exited 800,000 Jewish residents. Yet, Israel accepted them all as Israeli citizens, while the 700,000 Arab Muslims who lost their homes because they listened to the Arab Muslim countries to leave their homes, were treated as refugees living in refugee camps in those same Arab Muslim countries, still today, 74 years later. They have not been living under “oppression and racism” from Israel, but from their own Arab Muslim brethren including the Palestinian Authority and Hamas!

Hence, the whole nakba narrative is a lie that US politicians must call out and squash.

Israel is the only trusted ally of the United States in the Middle East. We are the only country that stands up for freedom, euqality and religious freedom as well. US politicians must stand up to the lies of the fake-cause called “palestine” and stand by her ally, Israel. A strong USA means having a strong Jewish state of Israel.

Australia’s center-left opposition Labor party toppled the conservative government after almost a decade in power and support for Israel.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison conceded to Prime Minister-elect Anthony Albanese, whose party supports Palestinian statehood.

During the campaign leading up to Saturday’s vote, Albanese told the Australian Jewish News that a resolution in the party’s 2018 platform calling for an international conference to recognize Palestinian statehood still stands.

Albanese stressed to the AJN he supports the two-state solution and opposes the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions campaign.

In response to an AJN question why Labor leaders didn’t condemned the boycott of the Sydney Festival in February, Albanese said, “When a campaign’s sole purpose is to seek attention, sometimes the smartest thing to do is not to give it the attention it’s asking for.”

“Whenever asked about BDS I have been totally consistent in my opposition to it,” he added.

During Morrison’s term, Australia blacklisted Hezbollah in its entirety as a terror organization and is in the process of blacklisting Hamas.

Also during Morrison’s term, Australia adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism and  recognized western Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The Australian embassy however, remains in Tel Aviv.

Issues on the minds of Australian Jewish voters included rising antisemitism, BDS, improving Holocaust education, and boosting security funding for Jewish institutions, according to the AJN.

Labor has promised more financial assistance and a robust social safety net as Australia grapples with the highest inflation since 2001 and soaring housing prices.

The party also plans to increase minimum wages, and on the foreign policy front, it proposed to establish a Pacific defense school to train neighboring armies in response to China’s potential military presence on the Solomon Islands on Australia’s doorstep.

It also wants to tackle climate change with a more ambitious 43 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.

The new lead characters in Disney productions will now represent the radical left progressive ideologies of the woke community. “Gender neutrality” will become the new norm. Talk about gender and race will become the new norm. Children will be taught from the young age of 2 or 3 that normal people are transgender and that race is at the heart of all problems in society.

This nonsense will be exported to TV screens and Netflix screens all over the world in a matter of months. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that the messages will be crystal clear. The messages will be crafted in such a way that young and mature minds will become accustomed to “normal” families that consist of two transgender people of whom one is a birthing person and one is gender neutral, and there child is raised to walk in and out of any gender-neutral bathroom or locker room.

The Western world is in massive need for a reset before yet another generation is raised with the confused values of the woke generation. Disney will now be a dangerous place for children as are most college campuses. So, where will it be safe to raise children? The battleground must be the local school boards. Private and public schools must be preserved and strengthened with values that project freedom, liberty, and respect for religion and historical icons. Only after early education is saved will there be a point in rebuilding core values on the higher education scene via reforming universities across America.

For weeks we have been told that Russia was spreading disinformation about “secret bioweapons labs” in Ukraine. Multiple government agencies made it clear that the US is not funding bio weapons labs in Ukraine.

However, as was reported here last week, the DoD on its very own site clearly states that the US is funding Biological Research Facilities across Ukraine. There is little difference between a research facility and a bioweapons lab other than the intent and purpose of use – essentially semantics.

The admittance of the US government, that it is intimately involved with developing what appears to be a Wuhan 2.0 situation is shocking. These labs exist in a war zone and if something should happen to the labs,, the contents could spread around the world.

One has to ask themselves the following question. Is the present US government incompetent or willfully setting up a situation where another pandemic may arise?

Russia may be the aggressor in this conflict, but the US government has tremendous culpability when it comes to instigating the current war.

As I wrote last week: “Putin may be brutal, but given what came out of Wuhan, these bioweapon research facilities in the Ukraine appear to be an existential danger to Russia. Why would he want to take a chance with an increasingly brazen NATO on his doorsteps and the threat of bioweapons?”

The blurring of the moral lines between the political class in Washington D.C. and traditional adversaries undermines the US argument that it has the moral upper hand in the current conflict and beyond.

A political maneuver by former prime minister and current opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu is rankling some of his Likud party members, as the lawmaker is pushing his allies not to support a bill providing educational funds for recently discharged soldiers.

The bill in question would cover two thirds of tuition expenses for soldiers who served in combat units, who are new immigrants or lone soldiers with no family support in Israel, and who are from the Arab community. The latter are exempt from the mandatory draft and volunteer for military service.
Although the bill is aligned with the right-wing party’s voter base and ideology, Netanyahu has pushed his party and its allies not to support the bill.
Because the current coalition no longer has a majority in the Knesset, the bill can only pass with support from the opposition. A public failure to pass the bill would be an embarrassing defeat for the coalition, which Netanyahu believes is strategically important, reports say.

But several Likud politicians have spoken out and insinuated that they will break party discipline in order to support the bill — possibly because of an announcement by the coalition that the measure will be brought in front of the Knesset in a “roll-call” vote.

In this format, each MK is called by name and must state his or her vote out loud. Voting against a bill supporting soldiers, while being identified by name, could rile the public and cause the party to lose votes in the next round of elections.

Former IDF general Yoav Galant, Nir Barkat, and Fateen Mulla are among the Likud MKs who have publicly expressed their displeasure with the idea of voting against the bill.

However, some within the opposition agree with Netanyahu that exposing the coalition’s weakness was of the utmost importance.

“In the Likud, they are folding to prove that they are Zionist enough,” a source in the opposition told Channel 12. “All this, while the left has been crowded with lines for almost a year and does not apologize for a moment for selling the country to supporters of terrorism.”

The source added that “without a backbone and the ability to stand up to the hypocrisy of the left, we will not be able to gain the public’s trust and return to leading Israel.”

A historic record was set on Thursday on the Temple Mount with the ascent of 29,215 Jews to the Temple Mount since the beginning of the year. This is the largest number of Jews ascending to Judaism’s holiest site since the liberation of the Temple Mount, and probably also since the destruction of the Temple.


The previous record was recorded in 2009 before the Coronavirus restrictions. At that time, 29,119 Jews ascended the Temple Mount.

The Temple Mount Administration noted with satisfaction that this new record was set this month while there are still more than four months left in the year to exceed even this remarkable new record. breaking all annual records happens when we are still in the middle of the year. Peak crowds are expected on the upcoming holidays of Jerusalem Day and Tisha B’Av.

Assaf Fried from the Temple Mount Administration noted the dramatic increase in Jewish visitation to the Temple Mount indicates rising interest and support for the Temple. He also credited the Israeli police with courageously carrying out their mission of safeguarding Jews and the legal mandate of equality of religion.

“More and more Jews are becoming aware of the new situation on the Temple Mount,” Fried said. “And now that the pandemic restrictions have been lifted, this love of the Temple is being expressed in the most dramatic manner.”

Fried also noted another record achieved this week on the Temple Mount. Data from Yeraeh, which records the Jews’ ascent to the Temple Mount, showed that since the Temple Mount was reopened after the Operation Guardian of the Wall last May, more than forty thousand Jews have ascended the Temple Mount in 12 months.

The Temple Mount Administration is already preparing for the thousands of Jews who will ascend the Temple Mount on Jerusalem Day celebrating the return of the Temple Mount to the Jewish people in the 1967 Six-Day War.

SANHEDRIN RULES: FORBIDDEN FOR ISRAEL TO SIGN WHO RESOLUTION

The Sanhedrin just released an official ruling on the upcoming vote by the World Health Organization on resolutions that will give them emergency powers over any country they choose. 

The World Health Assembly (WHA), the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing legislative body, will be voting on Provisional agenda item 16.2 in Geneva on May 22. The agenda, described by the WHO under the headline “Strengthening WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies,” the new agenda would give them the power to unilaterally declare a health emergency in any country, thereby giving them emergency powers. The Biden administration gave these proposed amendments to the WHO on January 18. No one knew this until April 12, less than a month ago. If passed, the resolutions will go into effect in November. 

These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law.” UN member states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them. Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action. 

In a covert manner similar to what happened in the US, the Israeli government intends to support Provisional agenda item 16.2  as well. 

This week, the Sanhedrin released a ruling on the issue:

“In the upcoming days, the State of Israel is going to sign on the resolutions pertaining to the handling of pandemics by the WHO. By doing so, the State of Israel will effectively transfer all of its sovereignty pertaining to the health of the citizens of Israel at the time of an epidemic into the hands of a foreign body that is not Israel. The WHO will set in an exclusive manner all of the rules if a pandemic breaks out and will set the steps of all the participating nations in order to isolate the epidemic. This includes quarantines, lockdowns, mandatory vaccination, vaccination passports, and other steps. If a country refuses to take these steps, harsh sanctions will be implemented against that country. This process absolutely goes against the basic principles of the State of Israel. The State of Israel is a Jewish state, a state of law and a democratic state. If the State of Israel joins this global health organization, then they will be violating many of laws of Israel. 

“The laws of Israel state that harming or degrading the sovereignty of the state or its completeness, is categorized as treason. Whoever intentionally demeans the sovereignty of the State or does any act that damages the sovereignty, the judgment is death or life imprisonment. Transferring the sovereign rule of the State of Israel to a foreign body is illegal. It endangers the citizens of Israel and is contrary to the laws of the State of Israel including the basic laws of the government and of the Knesset.”

“Jewish law expressly forbids handing a Jew over to non-Jews, even if the Jew is evil or a sinner.”

The ruling cited a verse in Jeremiah:

Thus said Hashem: Cursed is he who trusts in man, Who makes mere flesh his strength, And turns his thoughts from Hashem. Jeremiah 17:5

“By signing this resolution, the state of Israel is transferring their faith from God to this foreign organization.”

“The process of transferring sovereignty and responsibility to a foreign power is contrary to all the rules of democracy. Who are the people ruling the WHO? Were they elected democratically? Are they the same people who required that countries mandate the vaccine at the time it was already known that Pfizer and the WHO already knew that there were over 1200 damaging side effects to the experimental mRNA vaccine? This is defrauding the public. Are these the people that led experiments on humans with this “vaccine”?” 

“In summary, the Beit Din has made a ruling according to Halacha that it is forbidden in the strictest terms for the government to sign this agreement and to transfer the sovereignty to a foreign power. Therefore we rule that it is forbidden for any politician to sign this document.

“The Beit Din (court) rules that if there is a signing of the government of the sovereign to the WHO, this agreement is thereby null and void from the outset and it is not worth the ink that it is written with.”

Israel did not only rescue its Jewish citizens from Ukraine. Israeli Arabs were also brought back to Israel. Is that what an apartheid state does? Definitely not. If Israel was an apartheid state, they would choose to leave Arabs behind in Ukraine. And why would these Arabs want to come back to Israel if Israel was truly an apartheid state? Clearly, they are happy to be back home. What does the BDS Movement have to say about this?

Israel may not be a perfect country. No country is. But they do a lot of things right. And they most definitely do not oppress their Arab population. The Jewish state gives opportunities to Arabs that other countries in the Middle East do not give. And anyone who knows the truth knows that. We have to fight the lies spread throughout social media and everywhere else. Even a video like this helps show the truth!

The American air force will join an Israeli drill in two weeks that will practice hitting Iran, Channel 13 reported Tuesday evening.
U.S. jets that will conduct air-to-air refueling of a number of Israeli war planes, simulating an airstrike on the Islamic Republic. CENTCOM commander General Eric Corella already landed Tuesday to lead the coordination effort between the air forces, the report said.

While the air force practices hitting Israel’s enemy far away, ground forces will concurrently engage in multi-front “battles” in order to sharpen the IDF’s abilities to contend with many threats at once. This includes dealing with even worse violence from the Arab-Israeli sector than that which occurred in mixed cities during last May’s Operation Guardian of the Walls against Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip.

The joint drill can only be seen as a warning to the Islamic Republic at a time when the chances of the U.S. signing back onto the nuclear accord with Iran seem to be fading. Iran has time and again threatened to attack Israel and, according to Defense Minister Benny Gantz, it will soon have enough enriched uranium to construct a nuclear weapon.

Iran also threatens Israel more immediately by continuing to build up the missile forces of its terror proxies on Israel’s borders. It also has Islamic Republican Guard Corps units stationed in Syria, which Israel hits regularly in an effort to derail further Iranian entrenchment so close to home.

The training run will take place within an intense, month-long drill that began last week, dubbed “Chariots of Fire.”  Encompassing all Israeli forces simultaneously, it is simulating combat scenarios on air, sea, land and in cyberspace and is Israel’s largest military exercise ever.

Thousands of regular and reserve troops are taking part, with the aim, said Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, of “upgrad[ing] our capabilities in preparing for the real thing.”

Israel is planning military options against Iran, just in case nuclear talks between the West & the Islamic republic fail.

This is more than just a military operation to stop a nuclear Iran. Rather Israel is preparing for a multifront war on all the borders, as well as internal violence from Arab Israeli citizens. Alongside the air force drills, the IDF also plans to simulate rioting from Israeli Arab Muslim citizens at twice the levels seen during the 11-day Gaza war (2021).

While this is just a simulation right now, this is exactly how Israel envisions a potential future conflict.

As for the nuclear talks between Iran and world powers, spearheaded by the United States, IDF officials believe the sides have reached a dead end. Regardless, the Biden administration has sent messages to Israel that it wants to exhaust all diplomatic avenues with Iran before giving up.

The preparations for the “Chariots of Fire” IDF simulation began around six months ago. It was initially intended to be held throughout May 2021 but it was postponed and later canceled altogether due to Operation Guardian of the Walls in Gaza. We imagine, that the original plans did not include preparation for dealing with internal violence from Arab Israeli citizens. However, the Arab Israeli riots during the May 2021 operation brought to light the serious threat of fifth-column violence as well.

Due to the current rise in terror attacks, IDF officials considered canceling the drill again but ultimately decided to hold it while accounting for the present situation.

On Friday, 15 Israeli families moved into a building in Hebron, and the following day, an Arab from Jerusalem who claimed to own the building, filed a police complaint. The IDF is currently guarding the building which the Jewish families called “Beit Hatekuma,” or “Revival House.” 

In his police complaint, Mohammed al Ja’abari said that he is the registered owner of the building. 

The Jews were evacuated on Sunday, but the IDF maintains a presence.

Many media reports, such as the left-wing Israeli Haaretz and J-Post, claimed the Israelis moved into the building without filing for permits. Arab media, such as Qatari Al Jazeera, claim the Israelis were moved in without purchasing it from the owner. Middle East Monitor reported that the Israelis had “forcibly seized” the building.

It is important to note that Al Ja’abari and his family posted on social media about the incident. On their Facebook page, they stated that they had sold the building to Abu Ali Harhash, a resident of Jerusalem, for 500,000 Jordanian dinars ($705,000).
Hagit Ofran of Peace Now, an anti-Israel left-wing extremist NGO, said that “it doesn’t matter if it was legally purchased.”

Implying that Hebron was not part of Israel, she added, “A handful of settlers shouldn’t be allowed to determine the government’s foreign policy.”

It is important to note that selling property to Israelis is a capital offense punishable by death under Palestinian Authority law, and selling property to Israelis is a capital offense punishable by death. Arab operatives for left-wing pro-Palestinian NGOs have been caught turning in Palestinians to the PA for doing so.

“We paid more than full price for the property and began the official procedures for the government a long time ago,” said Shlomo Levinger. In four days, the World Health Organization will vote on resolutions that will give them emergency powers over any country they choose. The Biden administration initiated the measures but kept them under wraps until just a few weeks ago when the vote was a foregone conclusion. It was recently revealed that Israel fell into lockstep, backing the measure, though one exceptional politician has become the voice of reason in a government that has run amok.

The World Health Assembly (WHA), the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing legislative body, will be voting on Provisional agenda item 16.2 in Geneva on May 22. The agenda, described by the WHO under the headline “Strengthening WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies,” the new agenda would give them the power to unilaterally declare a health emergency in any country, thereby giving them emergency powers. The Biden administration gave these proposed amendments to the WHO on January 18. No one knew this until April 12, less than a month ago. If passed, the resolutions will go into effect in November. 

These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law.” UN member states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them. Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action. 

In a covert manner similar to what happened in the US, the Israeli government intends to support Provisional agenda item 16.2  as well. The only politician willing to speak out against joining in is Moshe Feiglin.

Feiglin is a veteran of Israeli politics and the leader of the Zehut Party. A former member of Likud, he headed the Manhigut Yehudit (Jewish Leadership) faction within the party and represented Likud in the Knesset between 2013 and 2015. Defined as a libertarian, he is a thoughtful ideologue. At the same time, he has put his ideas into action and led nationwide acts of non-violent civil disobedience.

“This agenda has already been decided,” Feiglin told Israel365 News. “There won’t be any debate or decision process. What has been discussed and said already is only the tip of the iceberg. The actual decision will be far more extreme in removing the rights of the individuals. This decision has nothing to do with world health, and if you read the resolution itself, it is clear that it deals exclusively with the transfer of power. It sidesteps entirely any democratic process.”

“Throughout history, any successful power grab is aided by silence from the people who have the most to lose. Even if they are aware of what is happening. They tell themselves that it really won’t affect them, that the world will not change. The people want to believe the lie.”

“This is entirely a war of beliefs, an agenda to create a new world order of globalism. This is the belief in progressivism versus the belief in God. Progressivism wants to turn Man into God, replacing the Creator, claiming that the world is a result of chance and happenstance and that Creation is made-up.”

On the website Israel Tomorrow, Feiglin described the new agenda as “a totalitarian world revolution that abolishes the whole principle of human freedom.”

“Among other things, the organization will get the right to manage and control the movement of people, imprison them, and restrict them in any way they choose, to demand that they undergo such and other treatments,” he wrote. “The WHO will supervise all objects, facilities, and equipment: suitcases, containers, buildings, bags, etc., and collect information of any kind they want, all under the heading of an international emergency – which will now be solely at their discretion. And to be precise – at the discretion of only one person – the organization’s secretary-general.”

Feiglin noted that Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Meirav Elon Shachar, is expected to vote in favor of the resolution, which will bring Israel into the agreement without any discussion in the Israeli legislature and, thus far, without any mention in the Israeli media.

“In fact, this absurd situation already exists in practice,” Feiglin wrote. “Almost all countries in the world have acted in accordance with WHO policy in the last two years, even though this was ostensibly only a recommendation.”

Feiglin noted that the WHO had generated significant conflicts of interest, most recently when Pfizer corporation, which produced the COVID vaccine, made a significant contribution to the Ministry of Health and its workers’ organization. Pfizer funded the campaign of Dr. Sharon Elroy Price to be the head of the ministry’s public health services division. She then went on to be a powerful advocate for vaccinating Israeli children.

Several larger pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, make significant contributions to the WHO.

In this manner, Feiglin noted, major decisions relinquishing the rights of individuals and even countries are made, giving these rights to unelected officials and company shareholders.

Feiglin explained this process in theological terms:

“In the last decade, humanity has entered the violent phase of the postmodern era. In the Age of Enlightenment, humanity experienced the expulsion of God from the public space, restricting Him in the private space.”

“In this postmodern age, we are experiencing postmodern naivety that grants everyone their own truth, destroying the naive belief that leaves room for the assumption of objective existential reality (i.e., God),  replacing it with a violent progressiveness that leaves no room for any truth other than that of the rule of power.”

“It is a revolution that abolishes all of the constructs of human identity, whether it is sexual identity, family identity, or national identity. Globalism claims that human identity is created by men and does not originate in God (who they claim does not exist). God-given identities are evil, in this postmodern age, put in place to enslave women, blacks, LGBT people, and the like.”

“National patriotism becomes primitiveness. We are all rushing towards the global identity and see it as a liberating identity. Journalists do not need to be warned, and, in fact, there is no need to silence journalists. They do this naturally, out of the progressive consciousness from which they operate. Members of the Knesset – if they had known what was happening – would also not have pointed a finger. After realizing that this was an American proposal, they would have understood that this was happening anyway. They understood that opposition to blocking Israel’s support and joining this move would mark them as enemies of progress, deniers of plagues, and the like.:”

Feiglin noted that, ironically, nationalism is returning due to the conflict in Ukraine in a process that points toward global war.

“It seems that humanity will feel the peace of mind of these two sticks, both of the overt national war and the sophisticated progressive one. In a short time, the masks, tests, closures, shots, and other global coercion games will return – and at the same time, we will find ourselves fighting on more fronts – internal and external. We have to fight to maintain zeal, both for our identity and our personal freedom, and for our identity, our national freedom – at the same time.”

Media reports claim that a Russian S-300 anti-air battery opened fire on Friday night against IDF warplanes operating over northwestern Syria, marking the first time Russia has actively interfered with an Israeli air attack in Syria. The fact that the maneuver originated in the ‘north’ and was executed by Moscow has rabbis in Israel noticing several parallels to the War of Gog and Magog as prophesied in the Book of Ezekiel.

Rabbi Ken Spiro, a historian and Senior Lecturer and Researcher for Aish HaTorah Yeshiva, stated that this new development adds new and conflicting elements to regional politics and could conform to a possible Gog and Magog scenario.

“Most people mistakenly believe that Gog and Magog will be all of the nations rising up against Israel,” Rabbi Spiro said. “That is only one possible scenario, and if this happens, these nations will be punished for this. Though Gog and Magog are certainly going to be multi-national, there are Jewish sources that describe nations turning against each other. It could be Esav against Ishmael. It could be that this is the plague Ezekiel describes is that all of the nations will turn against each other.”

“People try to frame international relations in black and white when it is a big mix of varying shades of gray,” Rabbi Spiro said. “It used to be that way with half the world allied against communism in the Cold War, but since the fall of the Soviet Union, there are a lot of different players pulling in a lot of different directions. No country is entirely the enemy of another, and alliances are nuanced.  Even among the Muslims, you have Sunni against Shia and Arab against non-Arab. The US used to be Israel’s strongest, unshakeable ally, but that is no longer the case.”

“Putin is not entirely against Israel, making him the first Russian leader to take that position,” Rabbi Spiro said. “But he has a lot of personal interests. The Russians have always wanted a port on the Mediterranean, and in Syria, they finally have that.” 

“There is a change in the status quo between Israel and Putin. He has turned up the heat, sending a strong message that since the world has turned against him, Israel should be careful not to join in. There are a lot of more drastic actions he could have taken. His bottom line is ‘what is good for Putin’s political survival.’”

Rabbi Pinchas Winston explained that when God wanted to make great changes in the world, like a spark of the War of Gog and Magog, he first had to install the specific person in power who will bring the event into reality.

An S-300 Russian-made surface-to-air missile battery fired on Israeli Air Force jets during a reported Israeli strike on May 13, Channel 13 said in a report on Monday.

The report claimed that the S-300 battery is “operated by the Russians,” and that it constituted the first time that Russian forces fired on the IAF.

Five people were killed and seven injured on Friday in an alleged Israeli airstrike in Hama province in west-central Syria on Friday, according to Syrian state media.

Israel launched “bursts of missiles” from over the Mediterranean at 11:20 p.m., triggering air-defense systems, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency, or SANA.

“The Syrians, as is their tendency, fired all their missiles, and when IAF jets began moving away from the attack area, the Russian battery fired a number of missiles into the air,” said the report. “The missiles did not constitute a threat on IAF planes and there was no lock by the battery’s radar on the planes, but this is a dramatic precedent.”

However, the Alma Center, an Israeli defense research organization, noted that the base allegedly struck on 13 May contains S-300 batteries that were transferred to Syrian possession by Russia.

According to Tal Be’eri, head of research at Alma, the transfer of the batteries from Russia’s Hmeimim Air Base to the Syrian base in Hama occurred in February 2018. “The batteries were not under Russian activation,” he said. “The Russians gave their approval in principle for the batteries to be activated a while ago. These batteries can provide an aerial-defense envelope for all Syrian territory. The base is being defended by the Pantsir missile system.”

Four members of the Syrian regime’s air-defense personnel, including a lieutenant, were among those killed, according to the U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a pro-opposition group that aims to document human-rights abuses in Syria.

“A clear equation exists,” said Be’eri. “A battery that conducts fire on the attacking aerial force will be attacked in return and it will be struck.”

Last week, the Alma Center assessed in a new report that Russia likely turned a blind eye to Syrian and Iranian transfers of Russian-made weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

As you can see in the video, the first thing Shai did upon waking up from his coma was put on his Tefillin, the traditional Jewish morning prayer phylactery & say the daily Shema Yisrael prayer, calling out his belief in the One G-d in heaven above.

Here you can see what his head looked like after the attack. Even though the picture is a bit gory, his family gave permission for the world to see what the terrorists do to us.

Shai was with his 4 kids when the terrorists attacked him with the ax and knife. Somehow he succeeded in protecting his kids and take them to the side to further protect them, even after he was attacked and semi-unconscious. It was after he managed to save his kids that he then collapsed.

There is so much confusion about everything relating to the word “Palestine.” But the confusion is a new concept that originated when the fake nation of “Palestinians” was invented, back in the 1960’s. Are Arabs who claim to be “Palestinians” faking it? Well, no. They actually have been trained effectively in the last generation to use the name because it goes over well with the untrue narrative that Israel has stolen their land. But there is one big fat problem with this claim. It has no merit. Neither Arabs, nor Jews have been living in around 95% of the Land of Israel for more than 100 years. Beforehand, the Land of Israel largely sat empty for more than 1800 years. Neither Jews nor Arabs were here. At most, tens of thousands lived across the entire Land of Israel.


J They largely understand that the Arabs in Israel are filled with much hatred, jealousy and humiliation from the many defeats against Israel. The contrast between the past and the present is not lost on them. Arabs who were used to oppressing Jews for centuries cannot handle the idea of Jews being in charge.

In 1964, when the Palestine Liberation Organization was organized with the express goal of destroying the State of Israel, the claim then – as it is now – was to destroy the entire State of Israel. The entire use of the word “Palestinian” as a national character trait that defines Arabs is a lie. Jews and Arabs alike, between World War I and the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, both called the area that they lived in Palestine. The Jerusalem Post, the leading English newspaper of the Jewish people was called the Palestine Post. The Jewish theater was called the Palestine Theater. There was no State of Israel yet, so the area became known as Palestine. There was nothing about the term “Palestine” that suggested that it referred to an Arab location or entity.

There was no concept of a separate Arab entity in the Land of Israel who were called “Palestinians” until the 70’s and 80’s when the myth was built up. There were Jews and Arabs – not many of each group – who lived in what was called the British Mandate of Palestine from 1918 – `1948. Then in 1948, Israel, with minimal manpower, bravely turned away 6 Arab armies who joined together to destroy the fledgling State of Israel. There were Syrian Arabs, Jordanian Arabs, Iraqi Arabs, an Egyptian Army, some forces from Saudi Arabia, and some irregular Arab forces who lived throughout the Land of Israel. Nobody used the term Palestinians back then at all. The various Arab groups banded together in a non-coordinated way to fight the out-manned newly formed State of Israel. The Arabs, especially the Egyptian and Jordanian Army, had more and better weapons. They had more than double the number of Jewish soldiers too. But they lacked one thing. They were not fighting for their homeland and for survival. No Arabs claimed that they were Palestinians fighting for Palestine. Any documentary that paints that picture today is pure fiction. The Arabs were fighting to kill Jews and throw them into the sea. Their main chant was “Itbach Al Yehud – Kill the Jew.” Whenever they succeeded, that is exactly what they did. They slaughtered and maimed Jews mercilessly. Six thousand Jews, 1% of the total Jewish population was killed in the costly War of Independence. But, outside of the few battles that the Arabs won, the Jewish people persevered and beat back the Arabs.

Today, the clarion call, to kill the Jew has not changed. But the international media and Arab supporters around the world like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar have found a nice way of calling for the destruction of the State of Israel. They call to help the “poor Palestinians,” as if they are the most long-suffering group of people in the history of mankind. The truth is that most of the so-called “Palestinian supporters” are a new phenomenon of anti-Jewish radicals who want nothing but to destroy the State of Israel and kill Jews. They can keep yelling and screaming. Israel is here to stay.

Earlier this year, Apple released several new emoticons (emojis) as part of the iOS 15.4 update, one of them being that of a ‘pregnant man.’ Netflix is streaming a Japanese program called ‘He’s Expecting,’ which stars a ‘pregnant man.’ More recently, Clavin Klein’s Mother’s Day ad campaign pandered to the politically correct by featuring a pregnant transgender man (i.e., a biological woman). 

The ad drew massive criticism on social media:

NOT JUST CULTURE BUT ALSO ACADEMIA
The idea of ‘male pregnancy’ found its way into a recent article in Medical News Today that asked, “Can Men Become Pregnant?” began with the statement that “some transgender men and nonbinary people can [become pregnant].” The article investigated the possibility of uterine transplants that would permit biological men to give birth. It discussed the difference between sex and gender, described as a social construct.

“Unlike a person’s biological sex, which an individual’s reproductive organs and secondary sex characteristics define, genetics alone do not determine a person’s gender,” the article claimed.

A similar article in Healthline asked whether men could get pregnant and concluded, “Yes, it’s possible for men to become pregnant and give birth to children of their own. In fact, it’s probably a lot more common than you might think.”

JEREMIAH’S PROPHECY
Rabbi Yosef Berger, the rabbi of King David’s Tomb  on Mount Zion, described the transgender movement as the “last stage of idolatry that precedes the Messiah.”

“Idolatry is Man trying to replace God,” Rabbi Berger said. “Nature is one of God’s ways of manifesting in this world. God determines a person’s sex before he comes into the world. Rejecting this aspect of yourself is rejecting your relationship with God.”

“Just a few years ago, this was not discussed. Now, some people are trying to recreate reality in their own twisted image, rejecting God. This was envisioned by the prophets.”

The rabbi is referring to the Prophet Jeremiah:

Ask and see: Surely males do not bear young! Why then do I see every man With his hands on his loins Like a woman in labor? Why have all faces turned pale? Ah, that day is awesome; There is none like it! It is a time of trouble for Yaakov, But he shall be delivered from it. Jeremiah 30:6-7

But just as depravity and idolatry increased in Egypt, descending to the 49th level of impurity before the Redemption, so too this will happen in the end of days.”

France 24 reports: “Iran-backed Hezbollah has been dealt a blow in Lebanon’s parliamentary election with preliminary results showing losses for some of its oldest allies and the Saudi-aligned Lebanese Forces party saying it had gained seats.”

Hezbollah was first created in 1982 by Iranian Revolutionary Guards and rose in prominence in its fight against Israel during the 1990s. It has been a leader in Lebanese politics throughout the last two decades through its partnership with Michael Oun’s Christian party.

The Saudi-aligned Lebanese Lebanese Forces Party, which is essentially a Christian party has now claimed the leadership of Lebanese Christians.

So what does this mean for Lebanon and ultimately Israel?

Well, Hezbollah cannot be expected to go quietly. Expect widespread intimidation and perhaps steps that may lead to a Civil War.

Nadim Houry, executive director of Arab Reform Initiative, said: “You are going to have two blocs opposed to each other – on the one hand Hezbollah and its allies, and on the other the Lebanese Forces and its allies, and in the middle these new voices that will enter.”

“This is a clear loss for the FPM. They maintain a bloc but they lost a lot of seats and the biggest beneficiary is the Lebanese Forces. Samir Geagea has emerged as the new Christian strongman.”

While a weakened Hezbollah might seem good for Israel, it may not be if Hezbollah decides to pick a fight with the Jewish State in order to strengthen its standing in Lebanon. Chaos is rarely good, especially when the chaos is so close to home.

Facts are what Ben Shapiro talks about. His command of and ability to eloquently parse together facts to prove his points are legendary. In a debate, he is like a boxer who gets in a 1-2-3 punch combination before his opponent has even got his legs squared up to start the match. Jordan Peterson also largely focuses on facts. But he comes from a strong historical and psychological perspective too, and he delves deeply into the psyche of human nature. He outlines and depicts today’s reality as being objectively wonderful in comparison to previous generations, and then explains why so many people are miserable today.

It is not a coincidence that what makes Shapiro and Peterson so popular is their total command of facts that allow them to analyze and depict reality so clearly in such a confused world. What they analyze here is why the facts don’t even bother so many people. So many people are caught up in irrational ideas that the facts don’t get in the way of their mindsets. They just move on blissfully ignoring the facts and complain about the ills of society when in truth, so much is so wonderful about today’s day and age.

What is refreshing about Jordan Peterson is how he sees the kernels of truth in the many criticisms that leftists have of society. He does not dismiss their claims of inequality as stupidity. But he breaks it down to show that it is not in any way indicative of a society that is based on racism and inequality. Rather, it is a byproduct of the enormous success of a capitalist way of life as opposed to a socialist way of life. Conclusion – life is good, not bad. We don’t need to fix society.

But, what does need to be fixed? Ourselves. We need to look into ourselves to fix whatever is not good about society. This is a basic difference between many radicals and non-radicals. Radicals often blame others for everything that is wrong. Non-radicals look inward and try to fix societal ills by looking inward and taking care of one habit or characteristic at a time. Peterson is a breath of fresh air who puts the focus on the person and not on society. He is indeed a breath of fresh air.

“Well, I don’t think they compare. I think they actually reinforce each other. So, the fact that things like inflation can happen and it can become more expensive to feed your kids and fuel your car is exactly why people need to be in charge of how many mouths they’re going to have to feed.”

“So, I think the fact that we’re seeing this jump in expenses, that we’re seeing people having to pay more in the grocery store, pay more at the pump, pay more for housing is a reason that people are saying I need to be able to make my own decisions about when and if to start a family,” she added. “So, I don’t think it’s … about comparing them or contrasting them. I think they reinforce for people just how big of a responsibility it is to take care of a family.”

So essentially Congresswoman Porter is advocating for population control as a means to control the economy. Less people means more food for others. One can easily see this logic lead to a slippery slope where any human life is expendable if the economy is in trouble.

Over the years, the IAF has carried out thousands of attacks to thwart the Iranian entrenchment in the war-torn country.

The Israeli Air Forces (IAF) conducted an airstrike on Iranian military targets in central Syria on Friday night, during which five people were killed, Syrian state media reported.

“The Israeli enemy carried out airstrikes with a burst of missiles, targeting some points in the central region,” the official SANA news agency reported.

A military source reported that the attack was conducted from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea and seven people were wounded, including a child, and the strike caused material damage.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that the four Syrian soldiers killed were members of an air defense crew, including an officer with the rank of lieutenant.

Another seven soldiers were wounded, according to the SOHR.

“Israeli warplanes launched at least eight missiles on weapons depots and Iranian sites in the Masyaf area” in the central province of Hama, the SOHR reported.

The area has previously been targeted by Israel and a missile development and accuracy center is located in the area. Iran and the Hezbollah terror organization are working on converting Hezbollah’s arsenal of rockets into accurate missiles.

The IDF has remained silent on the report, as it usually does after reported operations in Syria.

This is the twelfth IAF strike in Syria since the beginning of 2022, according to the SOHR’s count, which resulted in the destruction of multiple targets, including buildings, weapons and ammunition depots, and headquarters.

Iran routinely attempts to arm the Lebanon-based Hezbollah with advanced weapons. Israel has exposed and thwarted multiple attempts by Iran to transfer game-changing weapons to Hezbollah, including by air shipments from Iran, through Damascus Airport.

Over the years, the IAF has carried out thousands of attacks to thwart the Iranian entrenchment in the war-torn country and to prevent Hezbollah from accumulating advanced game-changing weapons.

According to the SOHR, the IAF conducted 29 strikes in Syria throughout 2021. The attacks hit 71 targets and killed 130 people, including 125 combatants from the Syrian military, Hezbollah and Iranian-backed Shiite militias.

The Damascus area was the most attacked area in 2021, with 12 attacks out of the 29. The Damascus airport, which serves as an entry point for weapons coming from Iran on their way to Hezbollah in Lebanon, was one of the main targets.

The illegal leak of the Supreme Court perhaps reversing the Roe v. Wade decision does not state that abortion will be illegal. It would place the decision in the hands of State voters. That doesn’t seem so controversial. But anything relating to abortion is a third-rail issue. So, now, it has taken over as the national cause #1 that is uniting the left in a seemingly hysterical defense over the rights of women to have an abortion.

Any way one looks at it – it’s complicated. At what stage is a fetus considered a live human being. Is it only at birth? So, at 8 or 9 months, a fetus is nothing but a personal choice of a woman? If the Supreme Court chooses to move this decision to the hands of the States, it will certainly mean that in some States it will be illegal, and in others, it will be legal.

This is furthering the fractiousness within the United States. There is no easy solution to this issue. But we need to learn to work things out between different parts of our society.

Israel Prepping Teams to Carry out Targeted Killings of Hamas Leaders Abroad
Israel has reportedly told foreign allies that it is readying teams to carry out the targeted killing of leaders of the Hamas terrorist group who live abroad in retaliation for a wave of deadly terror attacks.

While Hamas has not taken responsibility for most of the attacks since March 22 that have left 19 people in Israel and the West Bank dead, the group’s Gaza leader Yahya Sinwar has repeatedly called for Palestinians to assault Israelis and the group has publicly praised the perpetrators, encouraging more attacks.

However, the terror group did claim responsibility for an attack that killed a security officer guarding the West Bank settlement of Ariel last month.

While some Israeli legislators and pundits have advocated killing Sinwar in response to the current terror wave, which he has urged on from the coastal enclave, officials are wary of carrying out targeted killings in Gaza or the West Bank for fear it could spark rocket fire on Israeli towns and cities. However, any potential targeted killings are more likely to take place in other countries in the region where Hamas leaders live, with Lebanon and Qatar given as examples.

Israeli Embassy in New Delhi on High Alert amid Serious Fear of Iran Attack
The Israeli embassy in New Delhi has been on high alert in recent weeks amid “serious” fears of a possible terror attack by Iran-backed perpetrators. Security measures have been tightened in areas surrounding the embassy in the Indian capital and nearby streets have been outfitted with surveillance cameras and subject to increased security patrols.

The security alerts are “serious” as the embassy in New Delhi has become one of several “likely targets” for Iran-affiliated militias.

Indian police and counter-terror forces recently conducted a security drill to prepare for a possible attack where streets around the diplomatic mission were blocked, and gunfire and explosions could be heard.

This comes just a week after Israel’s Mossad spy agency foiled a recent Iranian attempt to assassinate an Israeli diplomat working at the consulate in Istanbul. NBA Star Ray Allen visited the Binyamin region of Samaria on Wednesday, toured the site of Ancient Shiloh and was deeply moved to be where the Mishkan (Tabernacle) once stood.

During the tour of Ancient Shiloh, Allen was impressed by the history of the Jewish People and said that “there is an amazing story here that is part of our history. It’s wonderful to be here. This is a place of peace. Thank you for the tour of this special and important site.”

Binyamin Regional Council head Yisrael Ganz welcomed Allen and said, “From the best league in the world – to this region in the most beautiful country in the world. Binyamin is privileged to host one of the greatest sports stars in the world. I was happy to hear his excitement and his impressions of Israel in general and of Binyamin – the land of the Bible – in particular.”

“I have no doubt that Ray Allen’s visit demonstrates the connection to the Jewish People and will lead to the arrival of thousands more tourists to the Binyamin region,” he added.

Until recently, Allen, 46, was the NBA record holder for the most career 3-point baskets and played for Milwaukee, Seattle, Boston, and Miami. He was on two world championship teams, was chosen for the all-star team 10 times, and won a gold medal at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

In recent years he has been active in promoting Holocaust education and helping raise funds for the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.

The retired NBA star, who came to Israel via America’s Voices, visited together with former NBA player Scott Burrell, who played with Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls championship team in the 1990s, and Ben Ziki.

They continued their day with an ATV tour in Nahal Shiloh, met with IDF combat soldiers who are serving in the region, and with children from Binyamin communities who play basketball.

With reports that Iran has demanded that the Biden administration drop the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)—a regime-controlled terrorist entity—from the U.S. State Department’s list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) as a final condition for re-entering the 2015 nuclear deal, Iranian American activists of various faiths have expressed concern for their community’s safety if U.S. negotiators give in to the regime’s demands.

While the majority of leaders in the Iranian Jewish communities in Southern California and New York have long remained refrained from publicly commenting on the Islamic Republic for fear that what they say may be used as an excuse by the regime to retaliate against the estimated 5,000 to 8,000 Jews still living there, individual Jewish activists are instead speaking up.

“The (Iranian) regime has in the past been sending trained agents whose mission has included surveillance of Jewish community institutions and cooperation with Islamic organizations in the United States,” said George Haroonian, an LA-based Iranian Jewish activist. “Taking out the IRGC from the terror list will give an open hand for the regime to implement its intentions.”

Haroonian and other Iranian Jewish activists said they were trying to raise public awareness of the dangers that the IRGC possess not only to American Jews but to all Americans by sharing firsthand experiences of dealing with the regime’s reign of terror.

“We have lived with Islamists in Iran, and we know their psychology, their politics and the way they operate,” said Haroonian. “They are different from Westerners, who will make a compromise and stand by it. Appeasing them will haunt you, and they consider these moves as temporary and a sign of weakness.”

Some American Jewish leaders have said they were shocked that the current U.S. administration has been willing to discuss the delisting of the IRGC from the U.S. terror list during the current nuclear-deal negotiations taking place in Austria.

“That the Biden team would even consider such a move is a travesty,” said Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean for global social action of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles. “If they actually cave and delist the IRCG, it would make the entire world—starting with the U.S. and Israel—more vulnerable to catastrophic terrorism.”

‘Security at risk’
The IRGC was first designated by the Treasury Department in October 2007 under the counterproliferation authorities of Executive Order 13382. That action also designated the IRGC’s Quds Force branch—though not the IRGC overall—as a terrorist group.

In June 2011, the State Department designated the IRGC for its human-rights abuses and in October 2017, the IRGC in its entirety was designated as a terrorist group. Finally, in 2019, the State Department added the IRGC to the FTO list.

Non-Jewish Iranian activists living in the United States who have been very vocal in publicly opposing the Iranian regime said they fear for their lives if IRGC members would be permitted into the country following their delisting from the FTO.

“We fled Iran to get away from the IRGC and the regime’s brutal killers who want to spread their radical Islamic ideology by extreme violence worldwide,” said Roozbeh Farahinpour, an LA-based Iranian American activist who opposes the Iranian regime.

“It is outrageous that the Biden administration would not only put all of our security at risk by allowing these IRGC killers here, but also the lives of millions of our friends and neighbors who are not Iranian here in the U.S.,” he added.

Farahinpour, who had a fatwa (religious edict) issued against him by an Iranian regime cleric calling for his killing eight years ago, said that U.S. officials should avoid permitting the IRGC entry because their members have unleashed their reign of terror for more than four decades against Iranian opposition activists living in Europe.

“Just look at the IRGC’s criminal track record in places like France, Germany and elsewhere in Europe, where they have murdered countless opposition activists in cold blood after the European governments failed to bar their entry into their countries and designate them as terrorists,” he said.

‘Truly violent people’
More recently, Iranian American activists opposed to the regime have indeed had cause to worry for their safety due to a recent event that unfolded in Southern California.

Late last month, Sam Rajabi, an Iranian American activist from the LA-based “Normal Life Council” nonprofit group, posted a brief video on social media showing Parviz Parastui, an Iranian actor and IRGC sympathizer, assaulting him during a brief encounter.

Parastui, who had come to Southern California from Iran to promote his new film, was approached by Rajabi in the video and asked repeatedly about his ties to the U.S.-assassinated Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, head of the IRGC Quds Force.

“All I did was to ask him [Parastui] politely about his past relationship with Soleimani, and instead of giving me a straight answer, he violently knocked my phone out of my hands and insulted me,” said Rajabi. “This is the best example of the type of truly violent people from the Islamic regime we cannot allow into America.”

Rajabi said he filed a criminal complaint for assault against Parastui with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in Southern California. Calls made to the Orange County district attorney’s office as to whether they would arrest and charge Parastui for assault before his return to Iran were not returned.

‘We came here to be safe’
Several Iranian American activists said they have increasingly received direct death threats from the Iranian regime’s thugs online and offline for actively opposing the regime. A possible delisting of the IRGC from the FTO would have a “chilling effect” on their protesting activities in the United States, they said.

“In my case, I was told that they knew where I lived and said they would send ‘a bunch of people’ to hurt me and would make it look like an accident or a random event,” said Navid Mohebbi, a former political prisoner in Iran and a policy fellow at the “National Union for Democracy in Iran” an opposition group to the Iranian regime based in Washington, D.C.

Mohsen Sazegara, a visiting fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy think tank in Washington, D.C., and now an opponent of the Iranian regime, was one of the founders of the IRGC. He said it was originally established in 1979 to serve as a type of national guard to protect Iran alongside the military but has since morphed into a global criminal terrorist entity.

“From Kabul to Caracas, the IRGC has become this massive mafia consortium with its own political and economic power, which is involved with everything from terrorism, narcotics trafficking, prostitution and exclusively running various industries within Iran,” said Sazegara. “They are a direct threat to U.S. national security and the entire world. U.S. officials who don’t recognize their threat are gravely mistaken.”

Other Iranian American activists opposed to the Iranian regime said they were frustrated that during the past decade, scores of regime supporters possessing as “intellectuals” have increasingly penetrated different facets of American society and tried to sugarcoat the IRGC’s terrorist track record.

“We came here to be safe but now precariously find ourselves surrounded by pro-regime individuals who have infiltrated U.S. think tanks, media and institutions of higher education,” said Dr. Reza Behrouz, an Iranian American activist and neurologist based in San Antonio.

Bryan E. Leib, executive director of the “Iranian Americans for Liberty,” a nonprofit advocacy group opposed to the Iranian regime and based in Washington, D.C., said many Iranian Americans have been especially angered that Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) in an April interview on MSNBC argued that the IRGC should be taken off the FTO.

“As we all know,” said Leib, “the IRGC has the blood of Americans on their hands through their actions and the action of their terrorist proxies around the world.”

The Satanic Temple said its followers should be granted religious exemptions to perform “religious abortion rituals” in states that have placed hurdles to the controversial medical procedure, reports Fox News. 

In response to a leaked Supreme Court opinion draft that would overturn Roe v. Wade, The Satanic Temple said they were committed to safeguarding “religious abortion access” for its adherents. 

“In states that outlaw abortion but grant exceptions for instances of incest and rape,” the ‘Temple’ said in a statement, “members should be permitted a religious exception to perform TST’s religious abortion ritual.” 

“States that outlaw abortion and do not grant exceptions present more significant challenges, but TST has several plans that we will be undertaking quite soon,” The Satanic Temple said. “First, we will be suing the FDA to permit TST access to Mifepristone and Misoprostol for use under medical supervision as part of our religious abortion ritual.” 

The religious organization said they are filing the lawsuit under Federal RFRA, noting that “unfettered access” to these drugs – that are used to terminate a pregnancy – would be a considerable step toward enabling The Satanic Temple to perform their abortion ritual without interference from the government. 

TST established the “Satanic Abortion Ritual” to make a case for a religious exception under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), a federal law from 1993 making it illegal for state governments to interfere in a person’s religion without demonstrating a compelling interest. 

The Satanists claim that if abortion is considered a religious ritual, it would be illegal for the state to intervene or burden patients with prerequisites. The “ritual” argument was established in a series of lawsuits targeting Missouri, where women are compelled to read “informed consent” booklets before getting an abortion. 

Among their arguments was that subjecting its adherents to the requirements violated one of the Satanist’s main tenets: “one’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.” 

According to TST’s website, the abortion ritual involves reciting two of its tenets along with a personal affirmation that’s “ceremoniously intertwined” with abortions. 

“Because prerequisite procedures such as waiting periods, mandatory viewing of sonograms, and compulsory counseling contravene Satanists’ religious convictions, those who perform the religious abortion ritual are exempt from these requirements and can receive first-trimester abortions on demand in states that enacted the Religious Freedom Restoration Act,” the ‘Temple’ wrote on its website.

Officials from the Biden Administration are working to give the World Health Organization the power to unilaterally declare a health emergency in any country, thereby giving them emergency powers. The message from the administration and the vote are going unreported by the heritage media, but former Congressman Michele Bachmann is working hard at sounding the alarm. 

BACHMANN: “BIGGEST GLOBAL POWER GRAB IN OUR LIFETIMES”
Bachmann has stated that the upcoming vote in Geneva over the Biden Administration’s amendments would cede U.S. sovereignty to the WHO over national healthcare decisions in what she described as “the biggest global power grab that we have seen in our lifetimes.”


Bachmann’s concern is over the vote that will take place on May 22 in the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA). The vote is to ratify the amendments proposed by the Biden administration and are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2”.

Bachmann spoke about the dilemma on Steve Bannon’s War Room.

“This authority that they will be given will impact 99.4% of all the people in the world,” Bachmann said. “There are 193 nations belonging to the UN. The Biden administration is bringing amendments that were proposed that all nations of the earth cede their sovereignty over their national health care decisions to the WHO.”

“This means that the WHO would have decision-making authority to intervene in the United States government policy and any nation of the world without our permission. For instance, the lockdown where you see 26 million people today locked down in Shangai, China. They can’t leave their apartments or homes. The WHO would have the authority to be able to enforce that here in the United States, on whatever pretext they want. They don’t have to show data. They could do this.”

BACHMANN SUMMED UP THE DANGER IN ONE LINE:
“What this does, bottom line is that it creates a platform for global governance through the WHO,” she said.

She emphasized that action had to be taken immediately.

“This is what people need to know,” Bachmann said. “It’s time-sensitive. No one knew about this. The Biden administration gave these proposed amendments to the WHO on January 18. No one knew this until April 12, less than a month ago. But in less than two weeks, the delegates will vote on this in Geneva, Switzerland. The Biden administration has already released a  list of countries, forty of the most powerful countries in the world, including Canada, the EU, and the UK, and Australia. These countries are going along with the Biden administration’s insane push to give sovereignty over to the untrustworthy WHO.”

“It’s extremely important the vote is going to take place in less than two weeks, and no one effectively knows about this happening, but people are starting to know. So it’s important now that we get to Kevin McCarthy, the leader of the House, Mitch McConnel, the leader of the Senate, and demand that they drop everything and .have a joint press conference and that nothing is going to happen in the United States government until Joe Biden drops these amendments, and agrees that we will not give away United States sovereignty to the UN. This is a global power grab that we have never seen in our lifetimes, and if this goes through, nothing else matters.” 

“The vote takes place May 22 through 28 in Geneva, Switzerland, and goes into effect in November,” Bachmann said. “Which means it won’t matter which party wins the elections in November because the global authority will already have transferred to the WHO. That’s why this is so important. It’s why we have to get the US Senate involved, the US House involved, so they stop this dead in its tracks right now, or we lose authority here in the United States.”

BANNON NOTED THAT FEW PEOPLE IN WASHINGTON WERE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. 
“I lived in that world,” Bachmann replied to Bannon. “They live in a bubble. The bubble is called money. It’s the mother’s milk of politics. What they’re focused on is boosting the money that they’re bringing in for their elections. That’s what it’s all about.”

“So they have to forget about that and realize that there’s a country to save, and we have very little time. This vote is in less than two weeks. This is the world. [The Republican leaders] need to have a joint press conference and say we’re not going pass a bill. We’re not gonna do anything. We’re not gonna vote for these $33 billion for Ukraine. You’re getting zero, zip, nada. In fact, we’re not even going to give you a quorum. We’re not even going to show up until you make sure these amendments don’t get offered at the World Health Assembly, Bachmann said. “It’s that serious. This is real. 

Bachmann cited her experience as Dean of the Robertson School of Government at Regent University, as a former member of Congress, and as a former Presidential Candidate.

“This should set your hair on fire,” she emphasized. “This is real. This is the greatest attack we have ever had on United States Sovereignty. “And I believe they already have the votes. The clock is striking at 11:59. We’ve got to get the Republican leadership involved to stop this. The Democrat leadership won’t. The Republican leadership has to sound the alarm and get involved.”

“[The Republican leaders] don’t know. They’re clueless. They’re busy focusing on the here and now, which is raising money so they can win re-election this fall,” Bachmann said. “But this is the here and now. We cannot allow Joe Biden to give away American sovereignty and really for all of the 193 nations of the world’s sovereignty to the hapless WHO. which is a subsidiary of the Communist Chinese government, and they will then have authority over the United States, over us, and we will effectively be vulnerable to losing our freedom to the WHO.”

WCH: “THREAT TO SOVEREIGNTY AND INALIENABLE RIGHTS.”
In an open letter on the WHO’s pandemic treaty, the World Council for Health wrote, in part:

“The proposed WHO agreement is unnecessary and threatens sovereignty and inalienable rights. It increases the WHO’s suffocating power to declare unjustified pandemics, impose dehumanizing lockdowns, and enforce expensive, unsafe, and ineffective treatments against the will of the people.”

“Historically, the WHO leadership has failed the people. Among many examples, it approved the injurious H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine for a controversially declared pandemic. Equally, the WHO failed during the Covid-19 chapter as it encouraged lockdowns, suppressed early preventive treatments and recommended product interventions that have proven to be neither safe nor effective. 

“The WHO cannot be allowed to control the world’s health agenda, nor enforce biosurveillance. While it receives funding from public sources belonging to the people, it is caught in a perpetual conflict of interest because it also receives substantial funding from private interests that use their contributions to influence and profit from WHO decisions and mandates. For example, the Gates Foundation and the Gates-funded GAVI vaccine promotion alliance contribute over $1 billion a year.”

America Out Loud explained the amendments:

“These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

“These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.” U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them.

These new amendments will allow the WHO director to declare health emergencies at will. Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action.

As Biden administration pressures Israel to cancel approval of 4,000 housing units in Judea and Samaria, Lapid says Israel doesn’t need permission from Washington.

Foreign Minister Yair Lapid emphasized that Israel will make its own choices and will not seek American approval before deciding to advance plans for expanding Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.

Speaking to reporters at the Knesset on Sunday, Lapid said that “Israel is a sovereign state and does not ask for permission to operate in its territory.”

Although Lapid is on the center-left of the political spectrum and has repeatedly advocated for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Arab conflict in the past, he stressed that Israel is not beholden to foreign powers when determining policy.

“We always update the Americans” regarding settlement building, he added, while saying an update is not equivalent to a request for permission.

Lapid acknowledged that settlement building has “international consequences, [and] it is my job to deal with them and I will deal with them.”

As Israel gears up for a visit from U.S. President Joe Biden, the hot button issue of settlement building has become a major focus of the American administration.

Like former president Barack Obama, Biden holds a negative stance on settlements, with his spokesman saying that the construction of Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria is a roadblock to peace.

According to Hebrew-language media reports, Biden’s team asked Israeli government officials not to announce plans for the approval of some 4,000 new housing units in Judea and Samaria ahead of the trip.

Attempting to compromise, Israel agreed to slash the number of potential new housing by around 2,000 units, but that move did not satisfy the U.S.

Last Friday, the White House publicly chastised Israel for its housing plans, saying the move “deeply damages the prospects for a two-state solution.”

On Sunday, Channel 12 News reported that coalition officials told the U.S. that if the building plans were stalled, the already-weakened government would likely collapse.

The audio recorded panicked residents shouting in alarm. The phenomenon’s cause was not immediately known, leading to much speculation ranging from natural causes to the mystical.

The Zhoushan Meteorological Bureau blamed the foggy weather and lights from ships:

“When weather conditions are good, more water in the atmosphere forms aerosols which refract and scatter the light of fishing boats and create the red sky seen by the public,” the bureau said in a statement.


Officials in the area also confirmed that no fire was reported in the port city at that time.

Other amateur online opinions suggested that the red sky was caused by particulate matter from the eruption of the submarine Tonga Volcano that lasted for four weeks in December-January. Preliminary data indicate that the event was probably the largest volcanic eruption in the 21st century. The eruption generated deadly tsunamis in New Zealand, Japan, the United States, the Russian Far East, Chile, and Peru, but no aerial disturbances were reported.
