Two of Iran’s limbs have been severed
By Peter Baum- August 20, 20240
Muslim world, Iran, Jewish state
The Iranian agenda under its governing, non-Arab Shia, totalitarian theocracy is the annihilation of the one and only Jewish state, Israel. This position has numerous supporters within the Muslim world and Iran certainly supports its rhetoric with actions both politically and militarily using proxies such as Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Houthis in Yemen. Of lesser significance but undoubtedly a threat to Israel are Iraqi Shia based militias.
Since October 7, mainstream media has provided saturation coverage to the Gaza conflict and the numerous protests being staged globally. The United Nations continues to ignore decades long conflicts in Syria, Yemen, the Sahel, Central and Western Africa which have resulted in millions of deaths due to war and starvation. Gaza is the one issue that commands more coverage, commentary and focus than any other conflict and the vast, vast majority of the coverage both from mainstream media and the political elite is from an anti-Jewish state bias. This has resulted in anti-Zionism becoming the new antisemitism and Jews once living in relative security in western democracies are now gearing for their safety as those western governments are too frightened to bring to justice the perpetrators of criminal acts against Jews. The attacks on Jews come from an organized collective of anti-Israel Muslims and those on the far left.
Israel and her supporters are lacking in public relations guile, knowledge and media savvy to effectively challenge the overwhelming, daily onslaught. A few of us undoubtedly have the competencies to do this but naturally are rarely given the platform to do so.
The Gaza conflict has exposed if nothing else, mainstream media corruption, professional incompetence, personal bias of reporters and outright lies. I could point to numerous examples from all media output in the United Kingdom, certainly all the left leaning networks in the USA and the Arab propaganda channel Al Jazeera. There is absolutely no point of resubmitting examples to Blitz readers as other neutral and indeed pro-Israeli publications keep a daily track and report on all such examples.
What the media reports however is just as important to scribes like myself as what the media does not report and purposely ignores. Let me explain.
Since the outbreak of hostilities in Gaza, all reported Palestinian deaths are the elderly, women and children and the pictures of those killed serve as heart rendering emotional propaganda usefully and purposely promoted to support the Palestinian cause. And this has worked a treat as those in the west wave Palestinian and Hamas flags and support antisemitic slogans and chants. We have never seen reports of the deaths of Hamas operatives which are estimated to be approaching twenty thousand. Hamas as a military force has been terminated, hopefully forever. The hundreds of rockets fired into Israel once daily has trickled down to one or two a week indicating that Gaza will no longer pose a military threat to Israel. In effect Iran’s proxy, Hamas has been defeated and Iran has had a limb severed. Israel’s allies know this and Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Morocco are thrilled. Indeed, though keeping quiet, the UK, Italy and France are also overjoyed. Despite the rhetoric coming from Turkey, they too are overjoyed as Erdogan sees himself as the potential leader of the Muslim world. His egomania diving him to achieve what Nasser and Saddam Hussein failed to achieve. In all this, to date, the Palestinians in Gaza, Hamas and Iran are the losers and this appears to be the political, economic and political trajectory. Why? Just as the media fail to report the military devastation of Hamas, they have also failed to report events these last two weeks that have exacerbated this position.
Iran is reliant too on the Houthis in Yemen providing military support in their war against Israel but this objective once a real possibility as shown by Houthi missile attacks has been totally destroyed. How is that you ask? Simply because these last weeks have seen Yemen and especially the geographical areas where the Houthis are based, totally devastated by flooding. Hundreds killed; livestock wiped out; infrastructure already shockingly inadequate, further destroyed; thousands missing; hundreds of thousands displaced; no electric; filthy sanitation; disease affecting tens of thousands and the flooding is expected to continue. Like the biblical floods that destroyed the enemies of the Children of Israel, Yemen too in these last few weeks has suffered similar natural disasters. And totally ignored by mainstream media. Iran has in fact had yet another limb severed.

Covenant and Kindness
by Shira Schechter
The Torah portion of Eikev (Deuteronomy 7:12–11:25) opens with a significant and unusual phrase. The Hebrew phrase "et ha'brit ve'et ha'chessed" is often translated simply as "the covenant" as it is here, but this translation overlooks a crucial aspect of the original Hebrew. The words "brit" and "chessed" carry distinct meanings, as shown in the following translation of the verse, "If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep the brit and the chessed with you, as He swore to your ancestors."
To understand the depth of this phrase, we need to unpack what brit and chessed actually mean.

Blitz - A true friend of Israel should be acknowledged
If there is one issue all supporters of Israel living outside of Israel agree upon it is the decades long unprofessionalism of Israeli public relations . In a global environment where this aspect is of such importance , various Israeli governments either through inertia or incompetence or both have seemingly ignored this weapon so skillfully used by her enemies . Very , very occasionally an attractive , media savvy , pro Israeli activist appears fleetingly impressive but soon disappears into the ether .
Mainstream and social media are overwhelmed with anti Jewish State articles and posts supported by similar anti Jewish state ideological output on radio and television . The unbalanced weight of hatred towards Israel is replicated globally and has been on an upward trajectory for several decades thus indoctrinating three maybe four generations .
The output has created fiction from fact , lies from truth , mythology from reality and false narrative from documented history . Those in the media and on social media attempting to challenge the mythology and lies with established evidence are overwhelmed and drowned in a sea of anti Jewish vile Jew hatred disguised as anti Zionism . One would hope and believe therefore that Israel and her supporters would appreciate each and every relevant , supporting media journalist and publication friends especially those in the Islamic world . Paradoxically they are seemingly very unappreciative and this is incomprehensible . Let me elaborate .
Bangladesh is vehemently opposed to Israel being an Islamic country subjected to decades of pro Palestinian and anti Israeli media output and yet there is a very respected publication which defies the status quo . Weekly Blitz printed and circulated in English , Hindi and Arabic with a reach of over one million readers is pragmatic , defiant and incredibly courageous and probably the only independent Islamic publication globally to promote a pro Israeli narrative . The editor , Shoaib Choudhury whom I am honoured to call a dear friend endangers his life and that of his family and staff every day of every year , by allowing myself, a Jewish Zionist political researcher to write articles in support of Israel . This brave and honourable man spent seven years of his life in a Bangladeshi prison just for adhering to his principles and his morally decent ideology of promoting Israeli Bangladeshi relationship normalisations . A wish he has seen come to fruition in several other Arab countries under the Abraham Accords . And for what purpose ? Why should he take such staggering risks to himself , staff , family and friends and acquaintances ? Why indeed .
This man , this journal called Blitz has been defending Israel and the challenges she faces for 21 years in a rabidly hostile environment where death threats and assassinations are common . If any journalist deserves numerous awards for courage beyond the realms of normality and for journalism that defies violence and hateful propaganda it is this man . Moreover , in such current geopolitical turmoil where numerous countries continue identifying Israel as Islam's main villain , surely the government of Israel should at least through direct or third party circles acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Choudhury . Their silence is deafening - an incomprehensible disgrace and those in Israeli government circles responsible for media monitoring should rectify this offence . Perhaps they have never been aware of Blitz and the editor but if there are those reading this article with Israeli government contacts then please expose them to this pro Israeli publication and its editor .
How is it possible that those complaining about the anti Israel media bias ignore those people and publications who put their lives at risk in hostile environments by publishing fair and honest reporting on the Israel Palestinian conflict . Recognition , acknowledgement and encouragement should have been heaped upon Blitz and its editorial staff years ago and it is to Israel's shame that Blitz has been ignored . It is not too late and for those reading this article who feel similarly so please share with those who may take notice in higher, pro Israel political circles . Israel needs friends in the media especially in the world of Islam and Blitz leads and has lead the way for years .

So, the Moroccan dream is over after their defeat to Argentina in the semifinals of the football World Cup hosted by the terror funding, homophobic, migrant killing, slave operating, EU bribing, corrupt nation of Qatar.
The footballing success of Morocco has created a frenzy of support for the North African nation throughout the Arab world. Related to this success is the ‘Palestinian’ issue which the Moroccan team and some of their fans have exposed and politicized despite FIFA’s ban on political protests. Will there be punishment from the football authorities, don’t hold your breath. Only those teams who were going to wear LGBT regalia were warned of pending doom should they have proceeded with such political protests.
Pro Palestinians and Jew haters on social media were orgasmic at the public relations opportunities being presented promoting the ‘Palestinian’ cause.
Moroccan players occasionally waving a Palestinian flag and Israel news teams being harassed by physically repulsive football fans were apparently the height of Palestinian wins.

In reality not all in the Islamic Arab world were content with the Moroccan success and linking this to all things Palestinian.
Morocco has recently established full diplomatic and commercial relations with Israel as part of the Abraham Accords and this has proved to be of huge benefit to both countries economically. A group of Israeli entrepreneurs and influencers with tens of millions of social media followers visited Morocco simultaneously to the football event. Their visit was a huge success.
Tourism between the two nations has boomed given the thousands of Jews globally with Moroccan roots and Israeli defense, medical, agricultural and technology equipment sales are on a spiraling upward trajectory. There are daily flights between the two.
That is the unpalatable reality for Israel’s enemies and the enemies of peace and it is these realities are which true to form are ignored by those party’s intent on hate and confrontation.
Also ignored have been the riots in European cities such as Paris and Brussels creating infrastructure damage, injured police and civilians and an unparalleled crime wave perpetrated by the Moroccan supporting morons.
Deaths of civilians are currently being reported in Montpelier due to the French Moroccan rivalry. And also ignored are the Sarhawis and the Polisario Front. Who are they you ask?
Consistent with the selective reporting of mainstream media, Morocco have illegally annexed a huge portion of land, over one thousand times larger than the Palestinian territory the world is so focused on, from the indigenous population of the Western Sahara.
Thousands of Arabs have died during this decades long conflict formerly involving Spain and Mauritania but now only Morocco and those living in the geography. The total numbers of deaths are disputed but the estimates range from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand civilians over forty years. To all our readers cast your minds back and try to remember if those news channels you are watching have ever reported on this Afro Islamic war.

Mainstream media has over the decades rarely if ever devoted any news coverage to this dispute costing so many lives. Such people are excrement on the shoes of the global news networks and unworthy of reporting. Algeria and Libya have funded the anti-Moroccan separatists and the Moroccan Air Force have bombed civilian refugee camps with white phosphorus, a war crime. All this of course has been continuously ignored by mainstream media. Algeria and Morocco have little if any diplomatic relations and the United Nations, better known as The Theatre of The Absurd are disinterested in the conflict. The occasional peace negotiations have failed because there has never been a serious commitment to ending the conflict.
The question is – will the success of Morocco push the Saharwis to expose their cause to the global audience currently transfixed on their oppressors. The opportunity is obvious and never before has there been such positive publicity on the North African nation state of Morocco. Will the Western Saharan separatists take advantage of this unique public relations gift and attempt to negate the positive publicity currently being enjoyed by Morocco?
The UN does not recognize Moroccan claims over the territory but is immersed in inertia about the dispute where all UN resources are concentrated on the demonization of Israel. According to the waffle of the United Nations, Western Sahara is a ‘non self-governing territory’. What on earth does that mean? With a population of just under one million and the main city being Laayoune, the anti-Moroccan feeling was displayed in abundance during the world cup. As at the time of writing there has been no significant response from those taking a militant stance on independence.

Once upon a time, when the earth was young and dinosaurs were roaming around, the Arab palestinosaurus would fight the occupation by the evil Zionist settlers.
Then 2,000 years ago, the Arab Muslim Palestinians would fight Roman occupation and evil Zionist settlers.
In the Middle Ages, the Palestinians would fight the Crusaders and evil Zionist settlers.
In the beginning of the 20th century, the Arab Muslim Palestinians would fight against Turkish Ottoman occupation of Palestine, who has been an independent existing country for millions of years and was occupied by evil Zionist settlers.
Then came the British who invaded the state of Palestine, which has existed for millions of years, and introduced in it, evil Zionist settlers.
If all that was not enough, the evil Zionist settlers chased the British occupying the state of Palestine and turned it into ISRAHELL, displacing tens of millions of Palestinians who had lived there peacefully and unoccupied for millions of years, by doing so, stealing the land of Palestine.
Those evil Zionist settlers were an alien race from the region of the Ukraine named Khazaria, who pretended to be Jewish and converted to the religion at the end of the 8th century after Jesus.
They then travelled BACK IN TIME to kill Jesus and occupy the state of Palestine.
If the narrative I just did makes absolutely ZERO sense to you, have no fear, it’s not because you have cognitive dissonance.
It’s because it is really that convoluted and yet, millions around the world who daily bash Israel believe such a dimwitted fairytale.
I am not Christian, the use of the example of Jesus is just to highlight the inconsistencies, not to talk about outright contradictions, Israel haters believe in without their head exploding.
On the one hand they say you Jews killed Jesus, but on the other they say we descend from a tribe that converted to Judaism in the 8th century.
Unless we figured out time travel, this makes straight up makes no sense.
But that’s the main problem of anti-Zionism (and anti-semitism), it irremediably destroys your brain cells and with it any logic of critical analysis.
Now for an actual, factual history of the State of Palestine.
Once upon a time, it never existed, not even for one second.
The British occupation started in 1917, a few months after the fall of the Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate of Palestine started in 1920.
A few dates seem to be in order for those claiming the Jews started ‘occupying’ Palestine at the time of the British Mandate.
Tel Aviv, founded in 1909, during the Ottoman rule (which has been going on for 400 years).
Kfar Saba, founded in 1903, during the Ottoman rule.
Petah Tikva, founded in 1878, during the Ottoman rule.
Meah Shearim, the Jewish orthodox neighborhood of Jerusalem, founded in 1874, during the Ottoman rule.
Hadera, founded in 1891, during the Ottoman rule.
Ness Tziona, founded in 1883, during the Ottoman rule.
Rishon LeTzion, founded in 1882, during the Ottoman rule.
Rehovot, founded in 1890, during the Ottoman rule.
Many Jewish towns were created before 1948, during the time of the British mandate towns such as:
Bat Yam (1926), Bnei Brak (1924), Giv’at Shmuel (1944), Givatayim (1922), Herzliya (1924), Holon (1935), Kfar Yona (1932), Kiryat Ata (1925), Kiryat Bialik (1934), Kiryat Motzkin (1934), Kiryat Ono (1939), Kiryat Yam (1941), Nahariya (1935), Nesher (1923), Netanya (1929), Ra’anana (1922), Ramat Gan (1921), Ramat HaSharon (1923) and the list goes on.
Those towns were not Arab villages that were bulldozed by the IDF to replace the Muslim population with Jews (remember, before 1948, IDF didn’t exist back then), but were created after a legal land purchase by the Jews living by the hundreds of thousands in the region, before 1948.
With names such as Ness Tziona (the miracle of Zion), Rishon LeTzion (the first of Zion) or Herzliya (based on the name Herzl), it seems pretty certain Zionists created those towns.
You had Jews living in the Hebron region in what Israel bashers call the ‘occupied west-bank’.
in 1929, 62 Jews were murdered in Hebron by an angry Arab mob led by Nazi sympathizer Amin El-Husseini, who travelled to Berlin in 1941 and personally urged Hitler to implement a ‘final solution’ so those pesky Jews wouldn’t overwhelm the Middle East.
When did the fabled Palestinian state exist?
The one Israel bashers claim we invaded and chased the ‘native population’ just like in the American continent?
A substantial reward is promised to anyone able to provide me with this crucial information.
A trip to a chic restaurant on my treat.
I’ve got to keep my money of course because it has never existed.
In fact, where does the name Palestine comes from, we know it is not from Arabic as there is no such root in Arabic as PLSTN.
In Semitic languages, the root is an arrangement of 3 letters (in some rare cases 4), that put together, offer a certain meaning.
All the nouns, adverbs, adjectives and verbs related to this meaning are the root with some letters added at the beginning or end of it.
As a small example:
The root KTV in Hebrew refers to the action of putting down speech in writing.
Likhtov means to write, Mikhtav is a letter, Ktiva is writing, Ani Kotev is masculine for I write, Ani Kotevet is feminine for I write and so on.
All those cases are the extension of the root KTV.
Palestine comes from no known root in Arabic, it has absolutely no Arabic meaning or origin. Even in its Arabic form, philastin, it’s just pronouncing with an Arabic intonation a word which came from another language.
That language happens to be Latin and the name Arabs took their Arabized form from is Palestina.
After the Jewish-Roman war of 66-73 (yes, Jews, not Arab Muslims), the Romans thought they were done with the ‘Jewish problem’ until a new rebellion started in 132 and ended in 135 with the complete destruction of the Jewish resistance at the hands of Emperor Hadrian.
He understood that as long as Jews would long for their homeland, they would be trouble for the Roman Empire and the way to cut the bond between the Jews and their land was by changing its name and the name of the towns that held a deep meaning for Jews.
He renamed Judea and Galilee: Syria-Palestina and renamed Jerusalem: Aelia Capitolina.
He did not choose the name Palestina at random.

A letter to uni Students:
Dear College Student:
Since the spring semester, a lot has happened on the international scene.
Here’s a quick update on the last THREE months (since late May) that you’ll absolutely need to know on campus this Fall:
1. The Taliban are now running Afghanistan. 38 million people live there. The population will now be subjected to a medieval regime that will subjugate women, murder those who cooperate with the West, engage in arbitrary arrest and detention, remove rights to assemble and protest, and oppress minorities. And it will likely get much worse as they ramp up violence both at home and abroad.
2. Lebanon has become a failed state. The government has collapsed, and they are experiencing an astonishing financial meltdown. Critical medicines are running out, and there is an imminent water crisis looming. Corruption is rampant and desperation is everywhere. The World Bank says that the economic crisis in Lebanon is one of the worst since the 1800s. Expect mayhem.
3. Tunisia last month brought down the curtain on the Arab spring, as the President dismissed the Prime Minister, froze parliament, and lifted immunity for lawmakers. That’s right, the place where the “Arab spring” started, and the only place where democracy sort of got going, has now killed political freedom, and returned to being an autocracy run by a President who has decreed full powers for himself.
4. The civil war in Yemen has markedly worsened. A total of 130,000 people have now died. 20 million need humanitarian assistance and protection. A decimated economy is pushing the country to the brink. 5 million are now one step away from succumbing to famine and the diseases that go with it, and 10 million more are right behind them.
5. Iran elected a new President, Ebrahim Raisi, who is also known as the “Butcher of Teheran” for his role as a judge in condemning up to 5,000 opposition figures to death without a shred of due process. He is under US sanctions for human rights abuses and he has described homosexuality as “nothing but savagery”. It is said that he is the most extreme Iranian President ever (and he faced stiff competition for that title). He is now in charge of pursuing nuclear weapons.
6. In Syria, Bashar Assad was just “reelected” to a fourth seven-year term. The ongoing Syrian civil war (over which he presides) turned ten years old this year. At least half a million Syrians have died, including thousands who have been tortured and executed in government prisons. About 13.5 million Syrians have been forcibly displaced in the last decade, more than half of the country's population. Of these, 6.8 million are refugees and asylum-seekers who have fled the country.
7. Naturally, I have left the ugliest situation of all till last: Israel. If you don’t believe me that Israel is by far the worst place on this list, just ask your professors. They will confirm that I am correct.
In Israel in the last three months, a new democratic government, representing a compromise arrangement among eight diverse parties, was sworn in. That government includes an Arab Islamicist party for the first time ever. The government has presided over relatively quiet borders and has allowed for the renewal of humanitarian assistance efforts in Gaza. It has removed all restrictions on gay men donating blood. It is about to pass a budget with a $ 9 billion provision that will flow directly to Israel’s Arab and Druze communities. One third of the new cabinet is female (including women of color) – a record number. The shekel is at its highest level in a decade, and the high-tech driven economy will not be slowed. In the last 3 months, Israel has sent teams to assist in Surfside, Haiti, and Greece (fires).
Oh, and in July, the UN estimated the total Palestinian population in all areas to be 5.25 million. That’s up from 1.2 million in 1967 … clearly the Israelis have totally opted out on that “genocide” thing…
As you can tell, dear college student, this Fall nowhere is more deserving of your attention than Israel. It is obviously the scourge of the world, the place from where all terrible things emanate. Please do your best with the protest time you have available. Don’t spend a moment worrying about those other places – just make sure that the world knows how bad Israel really is. Intellectual rigor and moral clarity demand nothing less…

Palestinian historical land claims are unfounded
ByPeter BaumPublished on August 14,
Political, religious and military leaders, scholars, travelers, researchers, historians, chroniclers, diarists and writers who recorded their visits throughout the centuries to the land currently claimed by those identifying as Palestinians, never made reference to the indigenous Palestinians. Not one written document or archaeological find between 15000 BC to 1964 CE provides evidence of or alludes to the existence of an indigenous group, race, people, tribe or culture identifying as Palestinian. The Palestinian therefore is most certainly a myth.
The Palestinians – A recent invention
The mini skirt and the Barbie Doll were created in the 1960’s, as were the Palestinians.
The truth makes unpalatable reading for the enemies of the Jewish State of Israel and anti-Semites. The false narrative, propaganda and lies that have morphed into facts and are continuously promoted by the anti-Israeli media, NGO ‘s and numerous members of the United Nations, are easily debunked as this article will expose.
Why have mainstream media purposely ignored the facts and allowed the fiction to spread unchecked, unchallenged and multiply? And why is the only Jewish State in the world subject to such global media hostility facilitating antisemitism? Jew hatred is commonly disguised as pro-Palestinian advocacy, the shield that the racists, cowards, and intellectually misinformed hide behind.
Political, religious and military leaders, scholars, travelers, researchers, historians, chroniclers, diarists and writers who recorded their visits throughout the centuries to the land currently claimed by those identifying as Palestinians, never made reference to the indigenous Palestinians. Not one written document or archaeological find between 15000 BC to 1964 CE provides evidence of or alludes to the existence of an indigenous group , race, people, tribe or culture identifying as Palestinian. The Palestinian therefore is most certainly a myth.
Is it possible that all those visiting and recording their travels missed the existence of the Palestinians who purport to be the original inhabitants of the geography dating back thousands of years? Perhaps these writers, scholars and researchers were all Zionist stooges or they all forgot or decided over centuries to purposely ignore those identifying as Palestinians. All however certainly described the existence of Jews in numerous locations such as Shechem, Hevron, (Hebron), Haifa, Safed, Caesarea, Gaza (yes Gaza), Ramleh, (Ramallah) , Sidon. , Galilee, Kfar Alma – just a few of many examples as well as Jews being the majority population in Jerusalem. This theme is the common thread uniting all those writing about the geography since time immemorial. A Jewish presence was ubiquitous but no archaeological evidence, sign or proof of a Palestinian presence.
All available research from those who recorded their journeys to the Holy Land verifies the historical presence of Judaism and Jews but nothing alluding to the existence of ‘indigenous Palestinians ‘. Indeed, during the four-hundred-year period of Turkish rule (1517 -1917) the only Arabs to be found were mostly itinerant Bedouins and latterly in the mid-19th century Arab immigrants, benefiting from the Zionist economic boon. No Palestinians were habiting the area let alone being indigenous to it.
A few examples are listed below of chroniclers between the 13th and mid-19th century testify to these facts, all describing a Jewish presence but not one of them identifying the existence of Palestinians. None of the works spanning 500 years make any mention of a Palestinian people indigenous to the area and their land rights.
The 13th century Arab biographer, Yakut wrote: ”Mecca is holy to Muslims and Jerusalem is holy to Jews.” He never in any of his writings alluded to Palestinians.
Ibn Khaldun, Arab historian and philosopher died 1406 wrote in 1377,
”Jewish Sovereignty in the Land of Israel extended over 1400 years and it was the Jews who implanted the culture and customs of the permanent settlement”.
Siebald Rieter, died 1488 and Johann Tucker, Maps to Jerusalem.
Felix Fabri, died 1502, – Pilgrim And Preacher.
Martin Kabatnik, died 1503, – From Jerusalem to Cairo: ”The heathens (non-Jews) oppose the Jews at their pleasure, in spite of all the tribulations and the agonies they suffer at the hands of the heathen, the Jews refuse to leave the Holy Land that has been promised to them.”
Arnold Van Harff, died 1505 – The Pilgrimage.
Father Michael Naud, date of death unknown.
The Jerusalem Connection 1674 – this Jesuit Priest penned: ”The Jews of Jerusalem were resigned to ‘paying heavily to the Turk for their divine right to stay there….”
Naturally he never wrote about any Palestinians nor their existence, let alone land rights.
Sir George Adam Smith, died 1790, Jerusalem.
Edward Robinson died 1863 – Biblical Researches.
Alphonse de Lamartine, died 1869, From Marseilles To Jerusalem.
Sir George Gawler , died 1869 , Syria And It’s New Prospects .
How can it be that all these respected persons and many others listed below, who wrote of their travels to the area never alluded to the Palestinians who according to them and Israel’s enemies are the indigenous natives? How can it be that for centuries those visiting and writing about the geography currently claimed by Palestinians never wrote about the Palestinians and their land rights? It’s simply because the Palestinians never existed as a race, people, tribe nor culture. Today’s’ ‘Palestinians’ are simply immigrants who came to the geographical area for the economic benefits created by Zionism as we shall see.
Let us be totally clear – there has never been, and never was, a race, a tribe, a people, nor a culture at any period in history known as the Palestinians who were indigenous to the land they now claim. Only since 1964 enemies of the Jewish State of Israel have perpetrated this myth. During the previous centuries no traveler who wrote about his exploits ever identified the ‘ Palestinians ‘. They are a myth that have morphed into fact promoted by bigots, intellectual incompetents, a hostile, unprofessional media and racists. Fake news has assisted enormously in facilitating the anthropological miracle of the Palestinians who falsely lay claim to the Land of The Jewish People.
What is the mother tongue of the indigenous Palestinian I ask? Naturally without hesitation the answer is Arabic easily verified by numerous sources. It is an absolute and indisputable fact – the Palestinian Charters are in Arabic, the school curriculum is in Arabic, the daily papers are in Arabic, and Palestinian TV broadcasts in Arabic. However, to a disciplined researcher such as myself therein lies a paradox which unfortunately exposes unpalatable facts for both the ‘Palestinians’ and their supporters.
There is no sound for the letter ‘P’ (for Palestinian) in Arabic. Just mentally process that fact for a moment and question the paradox of all paradoxes. There is no sound for ‘P’ in Arabic. Palestinian is simply the English language bastardization of the Latin word for the geographical area Hadrian named ”Palaestina” in the second century. Naming the area Palaestina humiliated the Jews having quashed their revolt and uprising led by Simon Bar Kochba . Unsurprisingly there are no historical records of a Palestinian revolt against the Romans. Is this not the same geographical area the current Palestinians and their supporters currently claim as their right? Clearly there was no Palestinian presence nor resistance to the Romans during this period. Renaming the area from Judea to Palaestina after the ancient foes of the Jewish people, the Philistines, was the ultimate humiliation for the Jews.
Ironically there are two dictionary definitions of the word Philistine one being uncultured or uncouth heathen the other being ‘an extinct people from the Greek islands’.
This is why Herodotus, the Greek historian named the area “Palaistine” in the fifth century, BC after those who settled on the coastal plains and who originated from the Greek islands, the Philistines. The Philistines became extinct after their annihilation in the sixth century BC by the Babylonians under Nebuchadnezzer.
You will note that archaeological evidence is in abundance to validate all peoples to the area alluded to except that of the Palestinians where no such proof of their existence is to be found.
For the sake of historical clarity, I reiterate the fact that there was no ‘Palestinian’ uprising or claims to Jerusalem against the Romans – only a Jewish fight for the land against the invaders. Thus, it is from the term Philistines that the name Palestine derives and both Philistines and Palestinians have the commonality of being invaders – the former from the Greek Islands, the latter from surrounding Arab countries. The very definition of their name has nothing whatsoever to do with ethnicity but is simply a descriptive application. Furthermore, the origination of the name Philistine derives from the Hebrew ”Peleshet” meaning foreign invaders or penetrators.
Is it not therefore an absurd irony that today’s Palestinians call themselves after either extinct Greek seafaring invaders or uncultured, uncouth heathens? Why would any people, tribe or race accept, indeed be proud of such negative descriptions? The former immediately debunks their very existence and the latter is not the kind of description to take pride in. Even more imbecilic, why call themselves a name they cannot pronounce in their mother tongue? An English word, not Arabic and with such negative definitions to their history and culture.
No, no, shout the offended Palestinians – we are called Fellastinians, that is the Arabic word for us. Oh really, this disciplined researcher retorts in astonishment. But ‘Fellastine’ is simply the Arab pronunciation of Philistine and therefore apart from one letter to conform with Arabic vocalization the Fellastinians are still naming themselves after extinct Greek sailors or uncouth, uncultured heathens – and in Queen’s English. And if your mother tongue is Arabic then surely you must originate from Arabia not Israel where the spoken language was Hebrew?
Further investigation is necessary to discover why the Palestinians should be satisfied with such negative and offensive definitions debunking all claims of indigenous ethnicity. So we research into the Fellastinian historical archives in the expectation of discovering a people or persons who identified as indigenous Fellastinian leaders; or a war, battle or conflict fought by indigenous Fellastinians against any domestic or foreign invaders throughput the centuries of warfare in their apparent homeland, perhaps in an attempt to recapture their cherished Jerusalem . Maybe we will find archaeological evidence of a Fellastinian currency, town or city; maybe an historical construct originated and built by indigenous Fellastinians and the name of the Fellastinian architect. If the Fellastinians are indigenous then history and archaeological evidence must surely reveal the name of any one, just one historical Fellastinian King, Queen, Prince, Princess, President, Imam, Philosopher, Writer, Poet, Scribe, Soldier, Sailor, Tinker, Tailor, Butcher, Baker or Candlestick maker.
Neither history nor archaeology provides any proof of a Palestinian existence.
Did all who recorded their travels to the area somehow miss those who now claim to be the indigenous peoples? I doubt it. And in order to ensure historical accuracy we delve even further into the diaries and journals of other travelling researchers in the forlorn expectation that perhaps the previous historians noted were either inebriated, incompetent or Zionist puppets.
Edward Webbe, 1590, Adrian Reland 1665, Count Constantine Francois Volney 1750 , William Thackeray, 1844, Gustav Flaubert, 1850 , James Finn 1857, Mark Twain, 1867, and B.W. Johnson, 1892 reinforce the nonexistence of the Fellastinians or Palestinians. These itinerant scribes did not write about them or the villages they supposedly inhabited because they never existed. The Palestinians are a recent construct invented by those political organizations and Arab countries who sought to eliminate the Jewish State of Israel and deconstruct the geographical area. after Israel’s legal creation in 1948. And what is equally astounding is that the fiction has morphed into fact. The mythical people we know today as the Palestinians have revised history so that a non-existent people have existed apparently since time immemorial.
For four centuries, 1517 – 1918, the ruling Turks neglected the area and as many recorded in their journals the land was empty and desolate. There was never any Palestinian claim to land during Turkish rule. Zionism, the movement supporting self-determination for Jews in their indigenous homeland, provided the economic benefits for Arabs to travel, settle and work in Palestine. Arab immigrants were reaping the economic rewards provided by Zionism. There is an abundance of recorded material to verify the geographical desolation pre-Zionism and Arab immigration during the Zionist return. Some more historical references are warranted for verification.
Gunner Edward Webbe 1590 wrote:
“Nothing there is to be seen in Jerusalem but a little of the old walls which is yet remaining and all the rest is grass, moss and weeds much like to a piece of rank or moist ground.” He goes on to describe the religious evidence pertaining to Judaism and the Jewish population present.
Henry Maundrell in 1697 wrote of “Nazareth and Jericho being inconsiderable and poor and nasty villages.” No mention of a Palestinian presence but several notations about historical Jewish history.
Thomas Shaw, British archaeologist, 1750”
“The land is lacking in people to till its fertile soil.” Shaw found an abundance of evidence pertaining to the Jewish historical existence but nothing alas referring to a Palestinian existence.
Count Constantine Francois Volney, 18th century French historian:
“It is a ruined and desolate land.” Again, no references whatsoever to the Palestinians.
Both James Silk Buckingham in 1816 and Lord Lindsey in 1838 wrote of Jewish history, areas, habitation and life in their diaries without any mention of a Palestinian presence
US Navy Commander William F. Lynch in 1847 on a visit to the Holy Land diarized of the meetings with Jews and Christians – nothing alluding to Palestinians.
“We had letters to the Chief Rabbi of the Jews who came to meet us….and showed us two synagogues, one Sephardi and one Ashkenazim.”
Gustav Flaubert 1850 “found ruins everywhere.” No mention of a Palestinian culture or people.
Henry Burgess Whittaker, 1852 in his book, Thoughts of the Morning Land – A Record of Two Visits To Palestine, never mentions a Palestinian people, race, tribe, culture nor presence.
James Finn, British Consul 1857:
“The country is in a considerable degree empty of inhabitants and therefore its greatest need is of a body of population.”
Reverend Arthur G.H. Hollingsworth, similarly in his 1859 book, “The Present Condition And Future Prospects Of The Jews In Palestine”. Numerous references to the Jewish population in the area but never once pens about a Palestinian population. The nearest he comes is when describing the itinerant Arab population thus.
“The Arab roam about the plains or lurk in the mountains as robbers and strangers having no settled home and without any fixed attachment to to the land.”
Christian travelers to the area in the mid 1800’s wrote thus:
“Arabs cannot be considered but temporary residents. They pitched their tents in its grazing fields or built their places of refuge in its ruined cities. They created nothing in it since they were strangers to the land – the desert wind brought them hither.”
William Thackeray in his 1844 essay From Jaffa to Jerusalem similarly described the area as had described all of the above.
“There may have been cultivation here two thousand years ago. Now the district is quite deserted.”
Cooks Tourist Handbook for Palestine and Syria 1876:
“Above all other countries in the world Palestine is now a land of ruins. In Judea it is hardly an exaggeration to say that for miles and miles there is no appearance of present life or habitation.”
And Mark Twain 1867 The Innocents Abroad:
“There is not a solitary village throughout its whole extent (valley of Jezreel, Galilee), not for 30 miles in either direction. One may ride 10 miles hereabouts and not see ten human beings. For the sort of solitude to make one dreary come to Galilee, Nazareth is forlorn…Jericho lies a moldering ruin. Bethlehem and Bethany in their poverty and humiliation untenanted by any living creature. A desolate country whose soil is rich enough but is given over wholly to weeds, a silent, mournful expanse…. a desolation. We never saw a human being on the whole route. Hardly a tree or shrub anywhere. Even the olive tree and the cactus, those fast friends of a worthless soil had almost deserted the country which sits in sackcloth and ashes… desolate and unlovely.”
This description by Twain, (Samuel Clemence) and the photos of the early 20th century photographer Leo Kahn prove beyond doubt, not that any further proof is necessary, that the so-called Palestinians (or Fellastinians) had never inhabited the area as they currently claim.
The Palestinian myth is expressed and exposed from many Arab religious leaders, politicians, terrorists and scholars. Note too that within the Qur’an there is not one mention of either the name places Jerusalem nor Palestine although modern revisionist translations have successfully included them mocking Allah and Mohammed.
From an Islamic religious perspective the area known as Palestine is bequeathed, bestowed and promised to the Jewish people in numerous Suras within the Qur’an and therefore it is Islamophobic , is it not to support Palestinian claims to the area?
For reference the following Suras are proof of this:
2.47; – Al Baqara “O Children of Israel .. call to mind the special favour which I, Allah bestowed upon you and that I preferred you above the whole world.”
17.104 – Al Israa “And We Allah said thereafter to the Children of Israel ‘Dwell securely in the land of Promise’.”
The following other Suras explicitly confirm that the Promised Land, was bequeathed to the Jewish people by Allah through Mohammed. 2.122, 5.21, 7.137, 7.138, 10.93, 17.2, 17.104, 20.80, 40.53, 44.32, 45.16.
In all these Suras Allah in clear and concise Arabic asserts that he fulfilled his promise to reward the Jewish people, the Children of Israel with the Promised Land, the Land of Milk and Honey, Surely defying Allah, Mohammed and the Qur’an is mocking Islam and is therefore undoubtedly Islamophobic.
Why do these facts remain hidden during the Israel Palestine debate which arouses so much global emotion and hate and even if they were presented as I am doing now, would the anti-Israel mob be reconciled to the facts and change their views? I doubt it. Jew hatred is as old as humanity and being pro-Palestinian is simply another form of antisemitism.
Nevertheless I shall endeavor to consolidate any gains this challenging essay may make with further historical evidence of the rightful claims of the Jewish people to the geography and the false claims of the Palestinians.
The Arab scholar Muqaddasi wrote in 985 CE that “In Jerusalem the large majority of the population were Jewish and that the mosque empty of worshippers…” He never described Palestinians.
Ibn al Qalanisi a Syrian Muslim scholar when recording the Crusader invasion of the Holy Land in 1099 wrote,
“They stormed the town and gained possession of it. A number of the townsfolk fled to the sanctuary and many were killed. The Jews assembled and the synagogue was burned over their heads. The sanctuary was surrendered on guarantee of safety on 22 Sha’ban ( July ) 1099 of this year and they destroyed the shrines and the tomb of Abraham.”
When Salahdin the Kurd recaptured the city of Jerusalem from the Crusaders, it was the Jews whom he permitted to move back to their origins. There was no record of him allowing the same privileges to the Palestinians as there were none in existence.
A contemporary of Ibn al – Qalanisi, Al -Asimi wrote in the same period thus.
“The Crusaders burned the Church of the Jews.”
Ibn Tamiyyah 1263 -1328, one of the most revered Islamic scholars –
“In Jerusalem there is not a place one calls sacred and the same holds for the tomb of Hebron”.
The respected Islamic scholars noted above spanning 350 years were unaware of a Palestinian people as were some modern Arab scholars and politicians.
Yusuf Diya al – Khalidi , Arab Mayor of Jerusalem, 1899.
“Who can challenge the rights of the Jews in Palestine? Good Lord , historically it is really your country.”
Auni Bey Abdul – Hadi , Syrian Arab leader to the British Peel Commission, 1937.
“There is no such country as Palestine. Palestine is a term the Zionists invented. There is no Palestine in the Qur’an. Palestine is alien to us , it was the Zionists who introduced it.”
Professor Philip Hitti , Arab historian, 1946:
“There is no such thing as Palestinian n history, absolutely no such thing.”
Ahmad Shukan 1956, Arab representative to the United Nations:
“Such a creature as Palestinian does not exist at all.”
Syrian dictator Hafez Assad to the PLO leader Yasser Arafat 1983:
“Never forget there is no such thing as a Palestinian people.”
Walid Shoebat – former PLO terrorist – ” Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian?
We were Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem then all of a sudden, we were Palestinian. When I finally realized the lies and myths I was taught, it is my duty as a righteous man to speak out.”
Joseph Farah, Arab writer, journalist and historian in his 1967 essay Myths of the Middle East – “There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians, indistinguishable from Jordanians another recent invention. Syrians, Iraqis etc. Keep in mind that Arabs control 99.9 % of the Middle East and Israel one tenth of one per cent – but that’s too much for the Arabs. They want it all.”
And ultimately that is what the fighting with Israel is today …no matter how many land concessions the Israelis make, it will never be enough.”
Zuhair Mushin, military commander of the PLO and member of the PLO Executive Council, March 1977 interview with Dutch daily Trouw
“…..it is only for political reasons that we carefully underline the Palestinian identity yes the existence of a separate Palestinian identity serves only tactical purposes. The creation of a Palestinian State is a new tool in the continuing battle against Israel.”
And what about the Egyptian Yasser Arafat, real name Mohammed Abdel Rahman Raouf al – Qudwa al Husseini quoted in his autobiography that,
“If there is any such thing as a Palestinian people it is I, Arafat who created them.” Although born raised and educated in Egypt, the family name is of Saudi origin. There was nothing ‘ Palestinian ‘ about Arafat except his lust for atrocities against Jews.
On March 23 2012, the Hamas Minister of the Interior and head of National Security, Fathi Hamad said on Egyptian Al – Hekma TV.
“Every Palestinian in Gaza and throughout Palestine can prove his Arab roots, from Saudi Arabia, Yemen, from any Arab country. We have blood ties – all my family is Egyptian; half of all Palestinians are Egyptian the other half Saudi…we are Arab Muslims.”
Sheikh Ahmad Adwan, Jordan 2014:
“Froom where did you bring the name Palestine you liars, when Allah has already named it The Holy Land and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel. There is no such place as Palestine in the Qur’an.”
Those calling themselves “Palestinians” are just immigrants from surrounding countries.
On a separate but still relevant issue, the Arab leaders who testified to the 1937 Peel Commission stated categorically that no land was stolen from the Arabs by the Zionists – it was all paid for by legal contracts. State –
lands and Wastelands had been set aside for Jewish population as legally granted in the League of Nations Mandate of 1923. The Nazi collaborator, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin el Husseini (another from Saudi Arabia) admitted on record to Sir Laurie Hammond. Thus, we debunk another myth that has morphed into fact, that the land was stolen from the indigenous Palestinians by the Zionists.
I believe this essay has provided sufficient sourced evidence to determine beyond any doubt that the claims of those identifying as Palestinians to any part of the geographical area is a lie. No Palestinian people ever existed so who are they now and how did they come into being.
In order to understand this we must realize that Arab immigration into the area coincided with the arrival of Jewish people firstly from Europe and thereafter from Arab countries. The economic benefits created by Zionism attracted Arab immigration. The evidence is obvious and in abundance.
1857, British Consul, James Finn in a paper he wrote relating to Disturbances in Syria, noted thousands of Beni Sukhr Arabs “Settling in Tiberias who never are seen this side of the Jordan river.”
Circa 1860 thousands of Algerian Muslims immigrated to Safed (A History of Palestine , by Jacob de Haas).
Circa 1870 thousands of Circassians encouraged by Turkey colonized many areas of Palestine (C.G. Smith , Studies on Palestine During the Ottoman Period).
Colonel R. Meinertzhagen , Senior British Middle East diplomat diarised extensively about Arab immigration to the area in his Middle East Diaries, 1917 – 1956 .
Winston Churchill, in 1922 “A Peace to End All Peace” recorded that ” The Arabs would have sat in the dark forever had not the Zionist engineers harnessed the Jordan River for electrification. Now they swarm into Palestine seeking the light.”
Tewlik Bey El Houran , Governor of Hauran Province in Southern Syria , in an interview with La Syne in August 1934 complained “…in the last few months 30,000 and more Haurase Syrians have entered and settled in Palestine.”
Churchill recorded further in 1939 … “So far from being persecuted the Arabs have crowded into Palestine and multiplied until their population has increased more than even all world Jewry …”
The Palestine Royal Commission Report of 1937, known as the Peel Report recorded – “This illegal Arab immigration was not only going on from Sinai but also from Transjordan and Syria….”
For those of you who have persevered with this post, it will not surprise you to learn that Jerusalem was never mentioned in the original 1964 Palestinian Charter, such is the Palestinian love for the Holy City. Nor when it was in Jordanian control for near on twenty years did one Muslim Head of State visit Jerusalem to pray, again proof of the lack of respect and claim to the Holy City. Indeed, in such contempt was Jerusalem held that the Jordanians desecrated it and moved all the Government Offices from Jerusalem to Amman to decrease Jerusalem’s importance. The writings of Joseph Farah above ring so true about Arab greed for land.
Those who support the ‘Palestinians’ are supporting political parties formed in the mid 1960’s intending as per their Charters of 1964 and 1968 to fulfil the Nazi objectives of the 1930’s, that of Jew extermination.
Grotesquely the Palestinian Hamas Charter of 1988 takes Islamic Nazism to excremental levels by demanding in Article 17, the extermination of those whose main purpose is to fund hospices, assist the terminally ill or support those parents with physically or mentally disabled children. Those who defend the mythical Palestinians should hang their heads in shame for their advocacy of modern-day Nazism.
I shall stand up and be counted and expose the human excrement that supports, defends, advocates and sympathizes with the enemies of the only Jewish State in the world that just happens to be a multiracial democracy, the absolute antipathy of Islamic Nazism and their supporters.
Dear readers, Blitz is neither an Israeli State nor Jewish owned or sponsored publication. It is an independent journal which has been publishing the truth under extreme adversities since 2003. I would like to express thanks to Garret O’Brien of Decisive Liberty for publishing an earlier concise version of this article.
Those who support the ‘Palestinians’ are supporting political parties formed in the mid 1960’s intending as per their Charters of 1964 and 1968 to fulfil the Nazi objectives of the 1930’s, that of Jew extermination.
Palestine is bequeathed, bestowed and promised to the Jewish people in numerous Suras within the Qur’an and therefore it is Islamophobic , is it not to support Palestinian claims to the area?
Why do these facts remain hidden during the Israel Palestine debate which arouses so much global emotion and hate and even if they were presented as I am doing now, would the anti-Israel mob be reconciled to the facts and change their views? I doubt it. Jew hatred is as old as humanity and being pro-Palestinian is simply another form of antisemitism.

Now let’s get another thing straight. The ‘ Palestinians ‘ have two current Charters with which they brainwash their children.
The 1964 Palestinian National Council Charter updated in 1968 and the 1988 Palestinian Hamas Charter used to indoctrinate the kids in Gaza .
Both Charters demand the elimination of Israel and extermination of Jews by terrorist actions and the Hamas Charter goes even further in degrees of moral indecency in its Article 17 demanding the extermination of those , as just two examples , assisting the terminally ill or the mentally and physically disabled.
Now both charters are in Arabic so we must assume the mother tongue of the Palestinian is Arabic . But there is no sound for the letter ‘ P ‘ in Arabic and so we ask why would the Palestinians call themselves by that name ( Palestinian) for which they have no pronunciation for in their mother tongue?
Aha retort the Palestinians - Fellastinian is the Arabic pronunciation. Oh really I counter. Fellastinian is the Arabic pronunciation for Philistinian - a tribe that came from Greece , settled no further than on the Mediterranean coast and became extinct six hundred years before BC. In fact the last Philistinian of note was Goliath !! I implore you to educate me on any other Fellastinians of historical note other than the giant felled by young David . History ( and Google and Wikipedia) is very light , indeed totally bereft of Fellestinians other than the giant victim of a slingshot.
So we delve further - why would the Palestinians call themselves after seafaring invaders from Greece who became extinct hundreds of years ago and by a name non existent in their mother tongue? Moreover if they used the current definition of Philistine which is ‘ uncouth , uncultured heathens ‘ ( probably more befitting ) surely they would find that a tad uncomfortable.
Could someone explain this simple conundrum -
Why do Palestinians call themselves by a name they can’t pronounce after extinct Greek fishermen and / or uncouth heathens ?

A falsehood, a lie, or a myth can be universally accepted as a truth if that lie – like a pandemic – is spread sufficiently and widely.
Such myths that have morphed into facts are the Islamic claims that the The Temple Mount, the Holy Land, and Jerusalem are of importance to Islam.
Repetition is Not Necessarily the Seed of Truth
https://decisiveliberty.news/the-palestinian-victim-card-is-not-only-old-it-is-islamophobic/?fbclid=IwAR0nqANHQuvgSTncWzzXj-rsCEbefEfKsLCptE6lLhvpWMXRR0Ip4ks9EGg
Jerusalem is never once mentioned in the Qur’an (paradoxically nor was it mentioned in the Palestinian Charter of 1964) so how can any morally decent person, religious scholar, or academic support the Islamic claims that the Temple Mount is the 3rd most sacred place to Islam and that Jerusalem is of holy significance?
These are falsehoods and myths and lies.
The Temple Mount claim is very recent and does not precede the 1930’s as it was originated by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, the Nazi collaborator, Haj Amin al – Husseini, who learned from the Nazis the value of nationalist slogans and spreading propaganda to appeal to the ignorant masses.
The spread of propagandist, religious claims to land and monuments were like opium – massively appealing to those devotees of Islam.
He alone and no other person, organisation, or colonial power, self-aggrandised the ‘Grand’ adjective to the title of Mufti of Jerusalem recognising that would complement his credibility among the ignorant attracted to his religious zeal.
Architectural and Language Timelines Prove Faked Claims
The religious, historical connection, and importance to Judaism of both Jerusalem (mentioned 823 times in the Old Testament) and the Temple Mount in Hebrew scripture is well documented and not open to debate.
But their significance to Islam is purely propaganda and a way to steal what does not belong to Islam.
A theme that Islam has followed and has successfully achieved in other parts of the world.
The Muslim claim to Jerusalem can be proven to be false as it based on a non-existent construct claimed to have been in existence when the Koran was written.
‘Glory be unto Allah who did take his servant for a journey at night from the sacred mosque to the furthest mosque.’
The modern Islamic claim is that this ‘furthest mosque’ (Al-Masujidi al – Aqsa) is the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
This is an historical impossibility as Mohammed died in 632 CE and the Aqsa Mosque was built some eighty years after, circa 715 CE.

Indeed it was some years after Mohammed’s death that Jerusalem was captured by Caliph Omar and synagogues and churches were the only places of worship.
No Mosques existed in Jerusalem during Mohammed’s lifetime.
Muhammad ibn al – Hanafiya (638 -700 CE) was a close relative of the prophet Mohammed and he denigrated the notion that the prophet ever set foot in Jerusalem –
These damned Syrians (Umayyads) pretend that Allah put His foot on the Rock in Jerusalem, though only one person ever put his foot on the Rock, namely Abraham.
It is obvious, therefore, that Koranic scripture does not refer or in any way implicate Jerusalem’s Al Aqsa Mosque as being the one visited by Mohammed as he never went there nor was it built during his lifetime.
No Mosques existed in Jerusalem during his lifetime.
To support Islam’s contempt for Jerusalem, Mohammed indeed issued a strict prohibition not to bow towards Jerusalem when praying having tried and failed to convert Jews peacefully to Islam.
Crudely, Muslims stick their backsides up to Jerusalem – a sign of religious respect…
I think not.
The current Palestinian vocabulary deems that Al-Quds is the Palestinian name for Jerusalem copied from another Arabic name used for Jerusalem in the late 19th early 20th century ‘Bayt al – Maqdes’.
This is a direct translation of the Hebrew ‘Beyt ha- Mikdash’ which translated means The House of Holiness or The Temple.
However, Islam had no Temple – only the Jews had a Temple.
Consequently the Arabic name for Jerusalem refers to the Jewish Temple and has nothing whatsoever to do with any alleged trip to Heaven by Mohammed connected to any Mosque.

Besides the very recent and tenuous connections of Islam to Jerusalem and the Holy Land, many noted Arab and Islamic scholars have written as much and their understanding of the truth will be enshrined in history for time immemorial.
Moreover, as we shall verify, the Qur’an itself is in fact a Zionist document demanding that the Children of Israel are uniquely, those chosen by Allah to settle the geographical area including Jerusalem.
The Qur’an in numerous Suras, promises, bequeaths and bestows the Land of Israel to the Children of Israel.
In 985 CE the Arab writer Muqaddasi noted the overwhelming population of Jerusalem was Jewish
… the Mosque is empty of worshipers.
How telling is it that the celebrated 13th century Arab historian and biographer, Yakut noted
That Mecca is holy to Muslims and Jerusalem is holy only to the Jews
Ibn Taymiya 1263 -1328, one of Islams most influential religious scholars in numerous papers, debunked the importance of Jerusalem to Islam as did Ibn Qayyim-al Jawziya, (1292 -1350) a similarly influential Islamic academic who maintained that Hadiths concerning Jerusalem are all false.
Ibn Khaldun one of the foremost Arab historians wrote in 1377 –
Jewish sovereignty over the land of Israel extended over 1400 years.
It was the Jews who implanted the culture and customs of the permanent settlement.
Indeed the Qur’an in numerous Suras specifically promises, bequeaths, and bestows the Land of Milk and Honey, Israel, to the Children of Israel, the Jewish people.
Sheikh (and Religious Professor) Abdul Hadi Palazzi quotes –
God wanted to give Abraham a double blessing through Ishmael and Isaac and ordered that Ishmael’s descendants should live in the desert of Arabia and Isaac’s in Canaan. The Qur’an recognises the Land of Israel as the heritage of the Jews and it explains that before the Last Judgement , Jews will return to dwell there. This prophecy has already been fulfilled. Viewing the Jewish return to Israel as a western invasion and Zionists as recent colonisers is new and has no basis in authentic Islamic faith. Using Islam as a basis for preventing Arabs from recognising any sovereign right of Jews over the Land of Israel is new. Such beliefs are not found in classical Islamic sources.
He continues thus…
Those who try to use Islam as a weapon against Jews and Israel conveniently forget and ignore the overriding and explicit command referring to the return of the Jews to the Land of Israel before the Last Judgement. The fundamentalist Muslim ideology and program to use Islam as an instrument for political warfare against Israel and the Jewish people is against Qur’anic teaching itself. Within the Bible and the Qur’an it is apparent and clearly stated that the right of the Israelites to the Land of Israel does not depend on conquest and colonisation . This absolute right derives from the will of almighty God.

Both the Jewish and Islamic scriptures teach that God through his chosen servant Moses, decided to free the offspring of Jacob from slavery in Egypt and to constitute them as heirs of the Promised Land.
Whoever claims that Jewish sovereignty over the Land of Israel is something new and derived from recent politics denies divine revelation and divine prophecy as explicitly expressed in both the Bible and Qur’an.
Qur’an 17:104 “And We, Allah said unto the Children of Israel after him – dwell securely in the Promised Land, the land of Israel but when the promise of the Hereafter cometh to pass We shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations.”
Qur’an 17:4 “And we decreed for The Children of Israel in the scripture -Ye verily will experience exile in the earth twice but Ye will then after ascend to a great height.”
Evidence From the Qur’an
Another myth that recent political Islam has successfully propagated to discount Allah’s word to the Jewish people is to identify those Suras within Qur’anic texts that are totally contradictory to the Suras positively bequeathing the land of Israel to the Jewish people.
Minimal research once again can easily prove how lies have turned into fact .
It is true that many Suras do in fact provide the potential to suggest that the Jews are to be vilified and demonised.
The explanation is simple.
The term Jew within the Qur’an when used negatively, refers to those Jews who came from Judea and challenged established Rabbinic teachings such as Jesus and his followers.
Jesus was known as King of the Jews, and never referred to as King of the Children of Israel.
Why?
Because the collective term for the vast majority of the Jewish people was ‘ The Children of Israel’ whereas the collective term for the militant breakaways was ‘Jews’.
Political Islam successfully but mendaciously has managed to convince the world that the Qur’anic texts concentrate only on the ones relating to Jews and not the Children of Israel.
There are numerous Suras that identify the Zionist intent of Allah.
Zionism simply being the right of self determination of the Jewish people in their biblical homeland.
Sura 2.40 ”O Children of Israel , call to mind the special favour which I bestowed upon you and fulfil your Covenant with Me as I fulfil My Covenant with you and fear no one but Me.
Sura 2.40 is similar in content -‘ Children of Israel call to mind the special favour which I bestowed upon you, and that I preferred you to all other Nations for My message.’
There are too may other Suras which specifically relay similar messages…
2.63 2.87 5.12 7.159 32.22
2.65 2.121 5.20 14.6, 7 45.17
2.83 2.122 5.70 28.3 57.26
2.85 3.187
The word of Allah undoubtedly promises, bestows, and bequeaths the Land of Israel to no one else but the Jewish people.
The Qur’an recognises the Land of Israel as the heritage of the Children of Israel and explains that, before the Last Judgement the Children of Israel will return and dwell there.
This prophecy has been fulfilled.
The Palestinians, rather like Jerusalem, are never mentioned in the Qur’an and as with the recent lie that the Temple Mount is the third most sacred site in Islam the Palestinians have invented themselves as the indigenous inhabitants of the land of Israel.
Modern History Refutes Palestinian Entitlement
Walid Shoebat, a former PLO terrorist, has exposed the Palestinians for the recent invention, the anthropological miracle that they are.
Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian? We did not mind being Jordanian – the teaching of the destruction of Israel was a definite part of the curriculum but we considered ourselves Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem. Then suddenly we were Palestinians – they removed the star from the Jordanian flag an all at once we had a Palestinian flag. When I finally realised the lies and myths I was taught, it is my duty as a righteous person to speak out.
The Jews returning to Jerusalem that he speaks of were after the defeat of the Jordanians during the 1967 war after they had occupied Jerusalem in 1948.
The paradox being that the only occupation of land was the illegal occupation of Jerusalem by the Jordanians during the period 1948 -1967 after which Israel recaptured its sovereign territory from Jordan.
Unfortunately for the newly formed people known as the ‘Palestinians’ the international, legally binding principles of Acquired Rights, Estoppel, and Uti Possiditis Juris further endorse – not that any endorsement was necessary – Israel’s legal rights over the West Bank.
That is, Judea and Samaria as legally established by the League of Nations Treaty of 1923 and ratified by the UN Charter, Article 80 1945.
During this period of Arab occupation, so unimportant was Jerusalem to Islam that it was left to rot, buildings destroyed and that not one Arab or Islamic Head of State visited Jerusalem to pray.
This is of no surprise given that Jerusalem’s role in Islam especially the connection to the Temple Mount was a recent and political invention.
The fictitious claim that Mohammed had tethered his steed to the Western Wall of the Temple Mount is easily proven false.
Over the centuries religious scholars had conjectured about the prophets use of either the Eastern or Southern Walls but only after Arabs massacred Jews in Hebron in 1929 did the idea of the Western Wall fit the Islamic political narrative.
Indeed during the Jordanian occupation of Jerusalem when dozens of synagogues were destroyed, Jordan diluted Jerusalem’s profile by removing all offices of State, Administration, the Treasury of the Waqf, and Religious Affairs to Amman.
Only the low key Ministry of Tourism remained in Jerusalem as the Jordanians actively endeavoured to lessen the importance of Jerusalem which became nothing more than an Arab provincial town, neglected and unsupported.
The Muslim Jordanians had no affection for Jerusalem – nor did any Muslims.
The most significant insult to Jerusalem by Arabs was the immediate decline in the religious standing of the City.
Jordanian radio broadcast Friday prayers not from Al-Aqsa but from an upstart Mosque in Amman.
Indeed after the recapture of Jerusalem by Israel in 1967 it was typical propaganda of various Arab leaders to state how they yearned to pray in Jerusalem.
King Faysal of Saudi Arabia continued to promote this idea and yet never took the opportunity to undertake the ‘yearning’ during the occupation of his Muslim brothers between 1948 and 1967.
It is quite remarkable, given current geopolitical ideology that Jerusalem is never mentioned or alluded to in the 1964 founding charter of the Palestinian Covenant.
And as Jerusalem is never mentioned or alluded to in the Qur’an how is it so important to modern day Islam – simply for political gain and expansionism.
The fictitious Palestinians being the useful idiots to promote such expansionism.
When Mordechai Kedar of Bar Ilan University stunned and embarrassed the Al-Jazeera interviewer Jimal Rian regarding Jeruslem’s non appearance in the Qur’an he then wrote a telling article explaining the myth of Mohammed’s supposed journey to Jerusalem.
His explanation has been highlighted by the commentator Daniel Pipes thus…
Kedar begins by noting the small importance of Jerusalem to Mohammed after the qibla, direction of prayer, was changed to Mecca. Only in 682, some 50 years after Mohammed’s death when Ibn az-Zubayr rebelled against the Umayyad rulers in Damascus and conquered Mecca did the Umayyad Caliph settle on Jerusalem as an alternative site for pilgrimage. The idea that the Al Aqsa Mosque was ever in Jerusalem is contrary to historical Islamic tradition which verifies that this Mosque was in fact near Mecca on the Arabian Peninsular. This was unequivocally stated in ”Kitab al-Maghazi’ a book of the time written by the Muslim historian and geographer Al-Waqidi. According to him there were 2 ‘masjeds’ or places of worship , one in al-Gi’rranah, a village between Mecca and Ta’if. This was known as the ‘closer Mosque’ (al-masjid al-adna) and the one in Medina (al-masjid al Aqsa) known as the furthest Mosque. Convenient for Islamic propaganda, thus the furthest Mosque was transported to Jerusalem via Islamic revisionism .
It is noteworthy that Saladin adopted this myth to recruit and inflame followers against the Crusaders.
Indeed modern writers within Islam who express the truth that the night journey is in fact one from Mecca to Median, such as Muhammed Abu Zayd (published in Egypt in 1930) have had their books withdrawn from circulation and any similar view within Islam is censored such is the the complete victory of Islamic propaganda and historical revisionism.
The only time Islam showed any interest in the Holy City was when Jews (or briefly Christians) held control.
Fortunately, the published comments of noted Arab leaders and Islamic scholars are there for time immemorial to defy and challenge the myths.
Ibn Taymiyyah, 1263 -1328, one of the foremost Islamic scholars wrote.
In Jerusalem there is not a place one calls sacred.
Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, Syrian Arab leader to the British Peel Commission, 1937…
There is no such country as Palestine. Palestine is a term the Zionists invented. There is no Palestine in the Qur’an. Palestine is alien to us.
Professor Philip Hitti, Arab Historian wrote in 1946…
There is no such thing as Palestine in history – absolutely not.
Ahmed Shukan, Saudi Arabia’s delegate at the United Nations, 1956…
Such a creature as Palestine does not exist.
Zuhair Mushin, military commander of the PLO and member of the PLO Executive Council in an interview with the Dutch Journal, Der Trouvwe’
There are no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese. We are all part of one nation. It is only for political reasons that we carefully underline our false Palestinian identity. Yes the existence of a separate Palestinian identity serves only tactical purposes. The founding of a Palestinian State is a new tool in the continuing battle against Israel. There is no such country as Palestine – it is a term the Zionists invented. There is no Palestine in the Koran. Palestine is alien to us.
President Hafez Assad of Syria speaking to PLO leader Yassir Arafat (who was not Palestinian but Egyptian), he continued…
Never forget this one point – there is no Palestinian people and there is no Palestinian entity.
The PLO Charter of 1964 -Article 24
The PLO does not exercise any regional sovereignty over the West Bank or in the Gaza strip or on the Himmah Area (Golan Heights).
This stated written part of the original Palestinian Constitution, perhaps more than any other piece of evidences, proves Palestinian objectives are simply expansionism and revisionism.
Palestinian objectives change according to which party is giving them the most funding and absolutely nothing to do with Islam, religion, legalities, nor history.
Moreover, given the Qur’anic teachings that the land of Israel is promised to the Jewish people, any support for the recent Palestinian claims to any part of the disputed geographical area including Jerusalem is Islamophobic.
Most appropriately, the Egyptian, Yasser Arafat who was the most publicly prominent ‘Palestinian’ claimed in his autobiography…
… the Palestinians have no identity – it was I who gave them an identity.
