Ten retired FBI directors and experts in counter-intelligence warned Congress that the border crisis under President Joe Biden has allowed "military aged men from across the globe" to easily enter the United States. The Ex-FBI officials declared that the U.S. is "extraordinarily less safe and secure" because of the invasion.

Ten notable former FBI officials wrote a letter to congressional leaders warning that the country is facing a "new and imminent danger" because of the flood of illegal immigrants across the southern border.

"As former senior executives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation with deep experience combatting dangers to the nation, we write to express our concern about a current, specific threat that may be one of the most pernicious ever to menace the United States," the letter began.

Businessman Kevin O'Leary told CNN host Laura Coates on Thursday that "every" real estate developer is guilty of the alleged real-estate fraud that Donald Trump is found to have committed.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is suing Trump, alleging the Trump Organization repeatedly overvalued its properties to lenders while reporting different property values to tax officials. A judge has already ruled that Trump committed fraud. The questions that remain in the case are how much the Trump Organization will be fined and what it means for future business.

Many people believe James pursued the case with political motives, an assessment O'Leary appears to agree with. In fact, he told Coates that every real estate developer everywhere is guilty of what Trump did.
O'Leary explained:
So, if you're a developer and you've got a building on a block anywhere in America and it's worth, let's say, $500 million and you want to build a building right beside it, you go to the bank and say, "This building is worth $500 million. I'd like to borrow a construction finance loan against this asset, and I want you to tell me it's worth 500 million, too." The bank negotiates with you and says, "Well, no, we think it's worth $400 million," and you fight it out.

You're always trying to show your assets in the brightest light with the sunshine you can possibly determine for them. You want them to be worth the very most because you're only going to get a 40% or 50% loan-to-value, as it's called. Then you borrow that money. In the case of a $500 million asset, maybe you get $250 million, and you build a new building with a construction finance loan.
"Forget about Trump: Every single real estate developer everywhere on Earth does this," O'Leary said.

The concern, then, should be who lost money? "Nobody," according to O'Leary, because the Trump Organization paid its bank loans. Thus, if James were to be consistent, she would sue "every real estate developer" in her jurisdiction, he said.

"If you're a real estate developer, you're watching this, you're saying, 'What is this? This is ridiculous!'" he said. "This is, for real estate developers, this is a joke."

The explanation, disarming the substance of James' case against Trump, left Coates shocked.

"It's fascinating to me to hear this perspective because you don't often hear it from that particular angle," she said.

"The first question, is everybody doing it in real estate? Yes, everybody is doing it, not only domestically, all around the world. This is how it works," O'Leary responded.

Closing arguments in the civil case took place on Thursday. James is asking a judge to fine Trump $370 million, but a final ruling is not expected for weeks. Even then, Trump will appeal the ruling.

For his part, O'Leary told Coates he believes the case will not survive an appeal.

Former first lady Michelle Obama is "terrified" over the possible outcome of the upcoming presidential election.

In a recent podcast interview, Jay Shetty asked Obama what keeps her up at night. At first, she listed common fears: war, how artificial intelligence will change society, the climate, phone addictions, and "knowing too much," referring to her husband once being the leader of the free world and thus privy to the most sensitive of information.

But then she listed the 2024 election.

"What's going to happen in this next election? I am terrified about what could possibly happen because our leaders matter. Who we select, who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit — it affects us in ways that, sometimes, I think people take it for granted," Obama said.

170 names from Jeffrey Epstein list released, including Bill Clinton

The list of 170 people who were associated with a lawsuit involving convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was The list of 170 people who were associated with a lawsuit involving convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was publicly released on Wednesday, according to a judge's ruling.

Among the names was Democrat former President Bill Clinton.

Judge Loretta Preska of the Southern District of New York ruled in December that the list should be released on Jan. 1, but the release was delayed in order to allow people to file requests to keep their names private.

The list is composed of names of people who were identified in the civil defamation lawsuit against Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, who has claimed to be one of the victims of Epstein's sexual assault crimes.

The list of names also includes some of the alleged victims in the trafficking ring. Preska said that it didn't make sense to keep their names unsealed for those who had made public statements about their allegations.

Two of the persons whose names were to be unsealed were able to obtain extensions in order to fight in court to remain anonymous.

Another person included in the list was Doug Band, a former aide for Bill Clinton, who had said in an interview that he had tried to keep Clinton from meeting with Epstein but that the former president continued to associate with him.

Other names included in the list were previously known, like Prince Andrew, who has faced heinous accusations from alleged trafficking victims, and French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who committed suicide in jail while awaiting trial for alleged sexual harassment and rape of minors over 15 years old.

Epstein was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019, and officials said that he committed suicide, but the high-profile nature of the sex trafficking ring led to the proliferation of conspiracy theories about his death.

Maxwell was found guilty of participating in the trafficking and is serving a 20-year sentence at a prison in Tallahassee, Florida.

Clinton was previously tagged as "Doe 36" in the documents.

Astudent at New York University was apparently suspended and lost her scholarship after it was discovered she had taken down posters featuring Israeli hostages who had been abducted by Hamas terrorists on October 7. She was also denied campus housing until fall 2024.

Hafiza Khalique spoke with BreakThrough News, saying that "[b]ecause I was suspended, I would have to move off campus after the semester, essentially kicking me out of the dorms, leaving me unhoused, and also denying me access to any higher education until fall 2024."
BreakThrough News kicked off the segment by suggesting that colleges and universities across the country have been "unleash[ing] a wave of repression against pro-Palestinian student groups."

The former South Carolina governor’s candidacy and her support from the usual establishment suspects look like an attempt to derail the Republican Party’s populist turn.
It seems that former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is bounding ahead in a hypothetical matchup with Joe Biden. Although Haley has not been able to make significant headway against Republican front-runner Donald Trump, who is now polling over 60% as his party’s preferred presidential candidate in the primaries, Haley would beat Biden by the largest margin among active Republican candidates — possibly by as much as 10 points.

According to RealClearPolitics, unlike Haley, Trump is running ahead of Biden by only about four percentage points. Given all the negative publicity that our former president has incurred over the last six years and given the mountain of legal difficulties under which he is now pinned, thanks to Biden’s Justice Department, his chances for re-election may be less promising than they look currently.

Haley has been doing her publicity with massive assistance from the Republican-neoconservative establishment. The Wall Street Journal has all but endorsed her already. The New York Post and the rest of the Murdoch media empire can’t say enough nice things about her. In fact, they can’t mention her without lapsing into spasms of rapture while railing against Trump.

If Haley does win the nomination, it would leave an enormous number of Americans who identify themselves as populists without a political home.

I recently listened to a conversation on Fox News between former U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and Republican consultant Karl Rove. It was hard to tell which mood was more dominant in this animated conversation: profound loathing for Trump or blissful adoration of Haley. The two dispositions usually coexist in Haley’s fans, who view her as the top-drawer candidate for anti-Trump Republicans.

Dan McCarthy has described her as the “new John McCain” — a candidate who combines a circumspect, even equivocal position on most social issues with an unabashedly interventionist foreign policy. This is undoubtedly part of the reason Haley resonates with her constituency. All the same, her support from the corporate press as the “moderate” Republican could lead to a possible replay of McCain’s frustrated presidential bid.

The media could easily turn on Haley if she wins the GOP nomination, exactly as they did with her neocon precursor in 2008. The establishment’s interest here may be nothing more than using a “moderate” to move political discussions toward the left. Once Haley has served that purpose, the media will go after her as yet another “MAGA extremist.”

Even more ominously, Haley’s candidacy and her support from the usual suspects look like an attempt to derail the GOP’s populist turn. It is clearly aimed at undoing critical changes in our party politics that have occurred in the last few years and moving us back to something like the neoconservative ascendancy of the George W. Bush era.

The coup is being engineered with noticeable support from socially liberal business tycoons and Democratic donors who support a neocon foreign policy coupled with corporate tax cuts. (What else is new?) Haley’s campaign is starting to look like a takeover by wealthy members of the center left.

It's also hard not to notice that Haley has spent years giving herself a biographical and ideological makeover. Although she started out politically as a white Southern Evangelical of Indian ancestry, in recent years, she has dwelled on her traumatic youth as “a little brown girl” whose Sikh father wore a turban and tried to preserve his Indian identity. Haley also went from honoring her South Carolina background to more recently criticizing her one-time white neighbors as bigots. (Ironically, those white neighbors belonged to the group that gave her a majority of their votes.)

Haley also made a reputation for herself among the national media in 2015 when she signed a bill removing the Confederate battle flag from statehouse grounds in Columbia, presumably to make us all feel “more comfortable.” That, too, might have been a career move while Haley was positioning herself as a multicultural candidate who is big on “national defense” but who wants to dialogue with the left on divisive social questions.

If Haley does win the nomination, which still seems unlikely, it would leave an enormous number of Americans who identify themselves as populists without a political home. And it would be an attempted comeback by an establishment that was emphatically repudiated in 2016 but that still enjoys considerable media and financial clout.

As an added liability, this restoration seems to depend more and more on voters from the left who are joining the Republican establishment and its media boosters in promoting a “moderate” candidate. One doesn’t have to like Donald Trump (and I personally don’t) to know this game could end badly.

Trump is clearly favored by the majority of his party. Even if this situation changed, the populist direction of his party would be fixed. Efforts to undo that development by pushing a candidate who doesn’t line up with most of the party base seems like a recipe for disaster. Perhaps Haley’s fans could be persuaded to start their own party and stop trying to outmaneuver the Republican base.d=true

'Israel spies' killed and strung up on electrical pole as mob in West Bank cheers

There were two men accused of spying for Israel who were killed in the West Bank on Friday night, and their bodies were apparently dragged through alleyways before being strung up from a pylon by a raving mob.

The two men were fatally shot in the city of Tulkarm by armed Palestinian groups. One Palestinian journalist who anonymously provided details about the incident said the two men were stomped on before being hung up from an electrical tower, according to the Telegraph.
After the men were hung up, they were reportedly dumped in a waste container.

'Abhorrent and disgusting': Trump advisor Roger Stone accused of attacking wife of Ron DeSantis with offensive slur

Roger Stone – a longtime advisor of former President Donald Trump – seemed to lash out at Casey DeSantis – wife of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Stone appeared to attack Casey DeSantis for mentioning her children on the campaign trail for her husband, and seemed to use a slur widely regarded as one of the most offensive words.
Stone responded to a tweet from Mike Crispi – a Republican candidate who lost in the GOP primary in 2022 to represent New Jersey's 4th Congressional District.
"Casey Desantis campaigning: 'I have a 6, 5 and a 3 year old' 'I have a 6, 5 and a 3 year old' 'I have a 6, 5 and a 3 year old' 'I have a 6, 5 and a 3 year old' 'Did you know I have a 6, 5 and a 3 year old?'" Crispi wrote on the X social media platform.
Crispi was responding to a social media post by Casey declaring that her husband is "earning every vote," and featured a photo of her and her young daughter on the campaign trail.

Disney admits culture wars inflicted major impacts across the board, warns investors that company's wokeness presents risks
The Walt Disney Company recently admitted that wokeness and culture wars have had major impacts across the board on the multinational entertainment and media conglomerate.
Last week, the Walt Disney Company filed its annual financial report with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the fiscal year that ended on Sept. 30. The report detailed the performance of the variety of its properties for the last fiscal year as well as potential future risks for the worldwide entertainment company.

The SEC filing revealed that Disney employs roughly 225,000 workers worldwide. The company notes that it has a "key human capital management objective" of "making the workplace more engaging and inclusive" and creating a more "diverse workforce."

Disney's "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" objectives include "building teams that reflect the life experiences of our audiences, while employing and supporting a diverse array of voices in our creative and production teams."

The secretary of state is driving the agenda in the Middle East, continuing to rearm Iran, prop up Palestinian terrorism, sabotage Israel’s war effort, and deceive the American people.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken is a despicable con artist who is organizing Arab and European countries, along with the United Nations, around the backs of our Congress and Israel to carve up the Jewish state and gift the Palestinians massive swaths of Israel’s country, including Judea and Samaria. That is his response to the Palestinians’ murderous slaughter of Israelis!

Blinken is using Israel’s need for weapons to threaten and blackmail Israel diplomatically and impose his policies and will. Utterly contemptible.

This is not how foreign policy is conducted — as a weapon against our great ally in the middle of a war.

Blinken is driving the Barack Obama-Thomas Friedman agenda in the Middle East, continuing to rearm Iran, prop up Palestinian terrorism in Gaza and the West Bank, sabotage Israel’s war effort, and deceive the American people.

Blinken is a dangerous ideologue and a stupid man, as John McCain warned years ago. He is obsessed and unrestrained. He was also the architect of America’s disastrous and deadly surrender in Afghanistan but has no capacity for circumspection or recalculation. He’s a committed ideologue.

Blinken is an American Marxist who appointed an Iran-supporting stooge and longtime friend, Robert Malley, to negotiate with Tehran. Malley is now under federal investigation and has already lost his security clearance. Indeed, the fact that the Biden administration introduced an Iranian spy ring into our government is either underreported or totally ignored. It makes the Alger Hiss case look like small potatoes.

It’s no surprise that this administration has no plan or has made no actual effort to stop Iran from finishing its nuclear missile project. This is the greatest scandal of our times, with unimaginable ramifications.

Yet again, I’m calling on congressional Republicans and any patriots with a platform and voice to speak out and demand answers and accountability.

BBC confronts its own journalist over false reporting about Gaza hospital strike — and a stunning response follows

A journalist who helped fan the flames of misinformation about the alleged Al-Ahli Arab Hospital strike is refusing to apologize for his mistake.After a jihadist rocket fell on the parking lot of the hospital last month, the legacy media uncritically regurgitated Hamas' claim that Israel struck the hospital, totally destroying it and killing more than 500 people.

BBC international editor Jeremy Bowen is one such journalist who joined the chorus claiming the hospital was destroyed. He reported:

The missile hit the hospital not long after dark. You can hear the impact. The explosion destroyed Al-Ahli Hospital. It was already damaged from a smaller attack at the weekend. The building was flattened.
In a recent interview on the BBC's "Behind the Stories" program, Bowen was asked if he regrets his false reporting.

"To answer your question: No, I don't regret one thing in my reporting because I think I was measured throughout. I didn't race to judgment," Bowen answered.


But the interviewer pushed back, confronting Bowen with the fact that his reporting was incorrect. Stunningly, Bowen not only defended himself but justified his failure to use the basic tenets of journalism, like verifying claims before reporting them.

"But you said that building had been flattened," the interviewer told Bowen.

"Oh, yeah. Well, I got that wrong because I was looking at the pictures, and what I could see was a square that appeared to be flaming on all sides. And there was a sort of a void in the middle. And it was, I think it was a picture taken from a drone. And so, you know, we have to piece together what we see. And I thought, 'Well, it looks like whole building's gone." And that was my conclusion from looking at the pictures. And I was wrong on that," he admitted.

"But I don't feel particularly bad about that," Bowen boasted.

While Bowen has no regrets, his employer certainly does. Several days after Bowen's report, the BBC issued a correction and an apology for speculating that Israel was responsible for the strike, which neither flattened the hospital nor killed the number of people that Hamas claimed.

The Bible says that, “He that keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.” The people of Israel are strong and resilient. The people of Israel have seen the great hand of God in protecting and providing everything they needed. And we’re holding onto the promise that God gave to Israel through the prophet Amos his book’s ninth chapter. “‘And I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; they shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them. I will plant them in their land and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land that I have given them,’ says the Lord your God. Amen.”
