A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
A thousand candles light the earth announcing the SAVIOR'S birth. A
thousand universes sing, the coming of our MESSIAH, LORD & KING.

TWO BABES IN A MANGER
In 1994, two Americans answered an invitation from the Russian
Department of Education to teach morals and ethics (based on BIBLICAL
principles) in the public schools. They were invited to teach at
prisons, businesses, the fire and police departments and a large
orphanage. About 100 boys and girls, who had been abandoned, abused, and
left in the care of a government-run program were in the orphanage.

They relate the following story in their own words: It was nearing the
holiday season, time for our orphans to hear, for the first time, the
traditional Story of CHRISTmas. We told them about Mary and Joseph
arriving in Bethlehem. Finding no room in the inn, the couple went to a
stable, where the BABY JESUS was born and placed in a manger.

Throughout the story, the children and orphanage staff sat in
amazement as they listened. Some sat on the edges of their stools,
trying to grasp every word. Completing the story, we gave the children
three small pieces of cardboard to make a crude manger. Each child was
given a small paper square, cut from yellow napkins I had brought with
me. No colored paper was available in the city. Following instructions,
the children tore the paper and carefully laid strips in the manger for
straw. Small squares of flannel (cut from a worn-out nightgown an
American lady was throwing away as she left Russia), were used for the
baby's blanket.

A doll-like baby was cut from tan felt we had brought from the United
States. The orphans were busy assembling their manger as I walked among
them to see if they needed any help. All went well until I got to one
table where little Misha sat. He looked to be about 6-years-old and had
finished his project. As I looked at the little boy's manger, was
startled to see not one, but two babies in the manger. Quickly, I called
for the translator to ask the lad why there were two babies in the
manger.

Crossing his arms in front of him and looking at this completed manger
scene, the child began to repeat the story very seriously. For such a
young boy, who had only heard the CHRISTmas Story once, he related the
happenings accurately — until he came to the part where Mary put the
BABY JESUS in the manger. Then Misha started to ad-lib, he made up his
own ending to the story as he said: "And when Mary laid the BABY in the
manger, JESUS looked at me and asked me if I had a place to stay. I
told HIM— "I have no Mamma and I have no Papa, so I don't have any
place to stay." Then JESUS told me I could stay with HIM. But I told
HIM I couldn't because I didn't have a gift to give HIM like everybody
else did. But I wanted to stay with JESUS so much, so I thought about
what I had that maybe I could use for a gift. I thought maybe if I kept
HIM warm, that would be a good gift. So I asked JESUS, "If I keep YOU
warm, will that be a good enough gift?" And JESUS told me— "If you
keep ME warm, that will be the best gift anybody ever gave ME."

So I got into the manger, and then JESUS looked at me and HE told me I
could stay with HIM — for always.

As little Misha finished his story, his eyes brimmed full of tears that
splashed down his little cheeks. Putting his hand over his face, his
head dropped to the table and his shoulders shook as he sobbed and
sobbed. The little orphan had found some ONE WHO would never abandon nor
abuse him, some ONE WHO would stay with him — for always!

And the Americans? They had learned the lesson they had come there to
teach — that it is not what you have in your life, but WHO you have
in your life that really counts. We all should give thanks for the
people that "keep us warm" in life; and for all of GOD'S many blessings
to us: Freedom from want, love, life eternal, togetherness, and the
enduring love of JESUS CHRIST, the ONE PERSON WHO keeps us warm and safe
always. [Author Unknown]

"I, the LORD, in MY grace, have called you in righteousness, and I have
held you by the hand. I created you and appointed you a covenant people,
for a light of the nations." [Isaiah/Yeshayah 42. 6 Tanakh, Nevi'im]
Walk joyously in the light and warmth of ALMIGHTY GOD'S love. And may
the HOLY ONE fill you with peace and happiness this Chanukkah-CHRISTmas
Season.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
JESUS...Greetings in HIS INIMITABLE NAME! "When the time had fully
come, GOD sent HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON, born of a woman, born under the
Law, to redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the
adoption as sons." [Galatians 4:4-5] The SAVIOR, the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL
came . . . blessed be HE!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Time will, ever so slowly, reveal on the outside what GOD has been
working on, on the inside.

BEHOLD, I COME!
"Then I said, "Behold, I come! In the MEGILLAH CEPHER (SCROLL OF THE
BOOK) it is written of ME. I delight and desire to do YOUR will, O MY
GOD; YOUR Law is within MY heart." [Psalms (Tehillym) 40. 7 - 8 Tanakh,
Torah]

David wrote these words by DIVINE inspiration foretelling the coming of
MESSIAH. This was written and recorded hundreds of years before the
event of HIS coming into the world as the LIVING WORD. Later this
message was quoted by the writer of Hebrews, "Therefore, when HE came
into the world, HE said— Sacrifice and offering YOU did not desire,
but a body YOU have prepared for ME. In burnt offerings and sacrifices
for sin YOU had no pleasure. Then I said, 'Behold, I have come — in
the volume of THE BOOK it is written of ME — to do YOUR will, O
GOD." [Hebrews 10. 5 - 7]

This was the main purpose that INFINITE GOD became a MAN, to fully and
completely do the will of the TRIUNE GOD which was planned before the
foundation of the world. "You were not redeemed with corruptible things,
like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition
from your fathers, but with the precious blood of CHRIST, as of a lamb
without blemish and without spot. HE indeed was foreordained before the
foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you
who through HIM believe in GOD, WHO raised HIM from the dead and gave
HIM glory, so that your faith and hope are in GOD." [1 Peter 1. 18 - 21]

The LORD JESUS told us the reasons for HIS coming: "The SON OF MAN has
come to seek and to save that which was lost." [Luke 19. 10]

All mankind are sinners deserving GOD'S wrath and punishment, but
MESSIAH also came to save us from our sins and iniquities. HIS
salvation includes everything we desperately need for forgiveness of sin
. . . then HE freely gives us the wondrous gift of eternal life. "I am
the LIVING BREAD which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this
BREAD, he will live forever; and the BREAD that I shall give is MY
flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world." [John 6. 51]

This free gift of everlasting life begins the moment we partake of that
LIFE-GIVING BREAD by faith believing in HIS NAME and receiving HIS GIFT.
This transaction results in a changed life, our life now lived for HIS
service in full obedience. YESHUA declared, "I am come that they may
have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." [John 10. 10]
"For GOD did not send HIS SON into the world to condemn the world, but
that the world through HIM might be saved." [John 3. 17] The wonders
YOU, O LORD my GOD have done . . . YOUR desires for us are more then we
can comprehend . . . none can equal YOU!

O saints of the MOST HIGH GOD, aren't you ecstatically thankful JESUS,
the PRINCE OF PEACE, came!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Be blessed as we bid farewell to Shabbat! May the ALMIGHTY ONE, WHO
separates the holy from the secular, forgive our sins and grant us a
good week as we continue in HIS service!! Walk boldly in the light and
warmth of GOD'S compelling love. And, may the HOLY ONE fill you with HIS
perfect peace, wonderful joy and indescribable happiness.
Have a blessed Chanukkah and a joyous CHRIST-filled CHRISTmas Season!
— Oh come, let us adore HIM, CHRIST the LORD!
Our love, Rabbi Del & Rifkah

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Do not be deceived by the outward appearance of age or youth - - an old
pitcher may be full of good, old wine; while a new one may be totally
empty.

KNOWN FROM YOUTH
"Remember your CREATOR in the days of your youth, before those days of
sorrow come and those years arrive of which you will say— I have no
pleasure in them." [Ecclesiastes (Kohelet) 12. 1 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Young people should listen to these wise words instead of being
compelled by the ways of the world. The daily pressures and practices of
the world should not cause us to partake in them. We are a special
creation of the MOST HIGH GOD and were made with a holy purpose in
mind…an intimate relationship with our BLESSED REDEEMER. HE loves
us and wants us to love HIM willingly, in response.

To know this truth as a young person means a life-time of fulfillment.
"I have been young and am now old, but I have never seen a righteous
forsaken, nor his children abandoned and begging for bread." [Psalms
(Tehillym) 37. 25 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

If one forsakes our blessed MIGHTY GOD OF JACOB when they are young, it
becomes increasingly difficult to remember HIM, much less honor and live
for HIM as we get older. And the bitterness and regrets of old age and
death take over our mind and soul. The Book of Ecclesiastes (Kohelet)
continues to draw a picture of this life-style in an aging body compared
to a run-down, shabby house. . . fading eyesight, trembling hands,
buckling knees, sleepless nights, easy irritability, increasing
senility, and other aspects of approaching death. . . all joyless
because their SAVIOR, the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, the REDEEMER was forgotten
long ago.

"So appreciate your vigor and remember your CREATOR in the days of your
youth, before those days of sorrow come and those years arrive of which
you will say— I have no pleasure in them' before sun and light and
moon and stars grow dark, and the clouds come back again after the rain.
Before the silver cord snaps and the golden bowl crashes, the pitcher
shattered at the spring and the wheel is smashed at the cistern (the end
of life); and the dust will return to the ground as it was, and the
spirit returns to GOD WHO bestowed it." [Ecclesiastes (Kohelet) 12. 1 -
2, 6 - 7 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Consider what HOLY SCRIPTURE teaches and substantiates, "Now is the
accepted time, Now is the day of salvation." [2 Corinthians 6. 2]
Therefore, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the
believers in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in
purity. And give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your
progress may be evident to all." [1 Timothy 4. 12 - 13, 15]

When we have YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, the LORD JESUS as our PERFECT EXAMPLE,
CHAMPION & FRIEND. . . it demonstrates that we have wisdom, discretion
and DIVINE understanding. And, we have chosen the very best part!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Welcome Sabbath, Queen of the Week! May you find a rest of love freely
given, a rest of truth and sincerity, a rest in peace and tranquility,
in quiet and safety; a perfect rest in which you find favor. Exalt the
KING OF GLORY, the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, WHO gives True Sabbath
Peace & Rest.
"Therefore GOD also has highly exalted HIM and given HIM the NAME
which is above every name, that at the NAME of JESUS every knee should
bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the
earth, and that every tongue should confess that JESUS CHRIST is LORD,
to the glory of GOD THE FATHER." [Philippians 2. 9-11]
Blessings to each of you this Special Holiday celebrating our WONDERFUL
SAVIOR coming to earth to give us of HIMSELF; thus we humbly bow before
the KING OF GLORY in awe and reverence.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Nothing is fool-proof to a sufficiently talented fool.

GENERATIONS OF PRAISE
"May they always have such a heart in them, to revere ME and follow all
MY commandments, that it may go well with them and with their children
forever!" [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 5. 29 Tanakh, Torah]

Each generation of people tends to regard its own times as the most
significant of all, toward which all past history has been merely a
preparation. The fact is, however, that the MOST HIGH & HOLY GOD "has
been our DWELLING PLACE, our SHELTER and PROTECTION in all generations"
[Psalms/Tehillym 90. 1] and EL SHADDAI is equally concerned about
generations yet to come.

This is why the MARVELOUS CREATOR stresses repeatedly that the great
truths concerning HIS creation, HIS character, HIS great work of
salvation, and HIS eternal plans for the ages to come be transmitted
faithfully from one generation to another. "For HE (El Shaddai)
established a decree in Jacob, ordained a Law in Israel, charging our
fathers to make them known to their children, that the future generation
might know — children yet to be born — and in turn declare them
to their children that they might put their confidence in ELOHIYM and
not forget HIS great deeds." [Psalms (Tehillym) 78. 5 - 7 Tanakh,
Kethuvim] "One generation shall praise YOUR works to another and
declare YOUR mighty acts. The glorious majesty of YOUR splendor and YOUR
wonders." [Psalms (Tehillym) 145. 4 - 5 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The OMNISCIENT KING ETERNAL is concerned that we not loose what HE has
given us, HIS PRECIOUS WORD. "Forever, O LORD, YOUR WORD stands firm in
heaven. YOUR faithfulness is for all generations; YOU have established
the earth, and it stands. They stand this day to carry out YOUR rulings,
for all are YOUR servants." [Psalms (Tehillym) 119. 89 - 91 Tanakh,
Kethuvim]

The LORD JESUS declared, "But hold fast what you have till I come.
Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may
take your crown." [Revelation 2. 25; 3. 11] Paul taught of the
greatest principle for true education, "the things that you have heard
from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be
able to teach others also." [2 Timothy 2. 2]

The description of MESSIAH YESHUA'S crucifixion and resurrection was the
eye-witness testimony of all the Apostles; and is the foundation of our
faith and hope for eternal life. "For to this end CHRIST died and rose
and lived again, that HE might be LORD of both the dead and the living."
[Romans 14. 9] "Offspring shall serve HIM; the LORD'S fame shall be
proclaimed to the generations to come; they shall tell of HIS
beneficence, HIS righteousness to people yet to be born, for HE has done
this." [Psalms (Tehillym) 22. 31 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

"Be careful to heed all these commandments that I enjoin upon you; thus
it will go well with you and with your descendants after you forever,
for you will be doing what is good and right in the sight of the LORD
your GOD." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 12. 28 Tanakh, Torah]

With the situation in Israel today where the Land is being divided and,
America especially, is pushing Israel to give land for peace, we must
look up and know that JESUS, the BLESSED REDEEMER & RIGHTEOUS JUDGE of
both the people and the land is soon to return. Then and only then will
there be peace and the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL will reign forevermore.
HalleluYAH!! ! Come quickly LORD JESUS!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Walk unwavering in the WAY OF HOLINESS execute righteous judgment, and
you will avoid retribution from GOD WHO is HOLY!
The grace of our LORD JESUS CHRIST be with your spirit every moment of
each day.
Abundant blessings and joy unspeakable now and always from our home to yours.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin Thu 15 Dec 2011, 7:29 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The gains of compromise are nothing compared to its losses.

SONS OF ABRAHAM
"Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah. She bore him Zimran,
Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. Jokshan begot Sheba and
Dedan. {This Sheba and Dedan are not to be confused with the grandsons
of Cush, the sons of Raamah, who went to Ethiopia. . . Genesis/Bereshith
10} "And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim. The
descendants of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abidah, and Eldaah. All
these were descendants of Keturah. Abraham willed all that he owned to
Isaac; but to Abraham's sons by concubines Abraham gave gifts while he
was still living, and he sent them away from his son Isaac eastward, to
the land of the East." [Genesis (Bereshith) 25. 1 - 6 Tanakh, Torah; 1
Chronicles/Dibre Hayamin Alef 1. 32 - 33]

It seems most people only know the two sons of Abraham; Isaac (yitschaq
- he laughs) the son of promise to Abraham by his wife Sarah; and
Ishmael (Yishma'El - GOD hears) the son of Hagar, the concubine of
Abraham. However, one seldom hears of the other sons of Abraham
through Keturah, the wife he took after Sarah's death.

Abraham's sons from Keturah were: Zimran (musical), Jokshan (insidious
snarer), Medan (discord, strife, contention), Midian (brawling, strife,
contention), Ishbak (he will leave, he releases), Shuah (to bow down,
incline, bend, to humble, to sink), Sheba (seven, an oath of seven),
Dedan (prolonged, low country), Asshurim (guided, blessed), Letushim
(hammered, oppressed ones), and Leummim (peoples). All of these make up
the Arabs of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the Palestinian peoples and
tribes of today. Sheba (of which the Queen of Sheba, who came to
Solomon, was from) and Dedan (sons thru Keturah) are from the South-end
of the Arabian Peninsula, known today as Yemen and Oman.

Further still, all those who are obedient to the ALL-WISE CREATOR GOD
are called Children of Abraham. "It is of faith that it might be
according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed,
not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the
faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all (as it is written, "I have
made you a father of many nations") in the presence of HIM (MESSIAH
YESHUA) WHOM he (Abraham) believed." [Romans 4. 16 - 17] "Men and
brethren, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear
GOD, to you the word of this salvation has been sent." [Acts 13. 26]

Those who believe and obey are also considered spiritual "sons of
Abraham" if you do the works of Abraham. "Therefore know that only
those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. And the SCRIPTURE,
foreseeing that GOD would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the
GOSPEL to Abraham beforehand, saying— In you all the nations shall
be blessed." [Galatians 3. 7 - 8]

Children of Abraham? Yes! But even greater is the blessing of knowing
that we are children and heirs of the MOST HIGH GOD!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Chanukkah reminds me that GOD is always there for us, and can help us
overcome anything, just as HE helped the Maccabees so many years ago.
If we allow HIM to fight our battles — whatever those battles may be
— HIS WORD will indeed break our enemy's sword. That powerful
reminder of GOD'S love for us is one reason this Chanukkah/CHRISTmas
Season is such a blessed time to remember just how much GOD so loved the
world and gave HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON,
Compassionate and merciful GOD, may we grow in knowledge and in
reverence and humility. May the consciousness of YOUR PRESENCE be the
music of our lives, bringing harmony into our existence and raising us
to the heights of true humanity. Praised are YOU, O LORD, GRACIOUS GIVER
of knowledge. Restore us to the joy of YOUR PRESENCE that we may behold
YOUR way in holiness and YOUR will in truth, in justice, and in love.
Amen

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin Wed 14 Dec 2011, 5:49 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Be equally conscientious in small teachings as in great precepts, for
you know not their individual rewards.

FLEE FROM WRATH
"But when he (John the Baptist) saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees
coming to his baptism, he said to them — Brood of vipers! Who warned
you to flee from the wrath to come?" [Matthew 3. 7]

There are times to stand and there are times to flee. There are some
things so fearful and deadly that it is foolish to try and face them at
all. The only rational course, when confronted by them, is to flee!

The most obvious is to flee from the wrath of GOD for His judgment is
terrible and eternal. Therefore, His message to all unsaved men and
women is to "flee from the wrath that is to come." The only way to flee
from the wrath of ALMIGHTY GOD, is to run to MESSIAH YESHUA and receive
HIM as your SAVIOR & LORD for He is the ONLY Way of salvation.

It is good and wise to refrain from all kinds of sin, but certain sins
have deadly consequences even in this present life and Scriptures warn
us to flee from them. "But you, O man of GOD, flee these things...the
love of money" and those who suppose godliness is a means of gain.
Apostle Paul says, those who desire to be rich "fall into temptation and
a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts, which drown men in
destruction and perdition." [1 Timothy 6. 10, 5, 9] Therefore, flee
from this temptation!

We are to "flee from idolatry" [1 Corinthians 10. 14] to be precise
— any form of worshipping and serving any part of the creation or
any pretentious man-made god. But, "revere only the LORD your GOD and
worship Him alone." Keep in mind what Holy Scripture makes known,
"Rebellion is like the sin of divination (witchcraft) , defiance
(stubbornness) , like the iniquity of teraphim (idolatry)." [1 Samuel
(Shemuel Alef) 15. 23 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Also, we are to "flee fornication (sexual immorality). " [1 Corinthians
6. 18] This is a deadly danger to the Christian in these days of living
in a depraved, corrupt, wicked, and morally bankrupt society. "Flee
youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, charity (love), and
peace with those who call on the LORD out of a pure heart." [2 Timothy
2. 22] "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually
immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in
the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second
death." [Revelation 21. 8]

In like manner, young and old believers alike need this warning and
diligently bear fruits worthy of repentance. If we call on the LORD
Yeshua ha'Mashiach with a pure heart, we will be excluded from Almighty
GOD'S wrath that is coming upon the world. We desperately need JESUS!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
May YOUR will, O MOST HIGH LORD be fulfilled and Your sovereignty
revealed in the days of our lifetime and the life of the whole House of
Israel. We solemnly thank and praise You for the treasures of your
wisdom, knowledge, righteousness and peace. We honor YOU as our
LAWGIVER and the GREATEST LOVER of our soul.
Greetings this special Holy Season as we prepare to enjoy and
commemorate Chanukkah; a time to remember the story of the miracles and
the victory of the LIVING WORD OF GOD over all anti-MESSIAH forces. May
we each be living temples made ready for the KING OF GLORY to return for
those HE redeemed.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
It is hard to learn from a mistake that you do not acknowledge making.

WATCH THEREFORE
"Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the
SON OF MAN is coming." [Matthew 25. 13]

The LORD JESUS, the ANOINTED MESSIAH HIMSELF commanded every believer to
watch for HIS return. No matter the situation, the time or the place
— all who believe are directly charged to watch for YESHUA'S coming.
"Therefore you also be ready, for the SON OF MAN is coming at an hour
you do not expect." [Matthew 24. 44]

Since we do not know the day, hour or minute, we are to be watching
always. "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in
heaven, nor the SON, but only the FATHER. Take heed, watch and pray; for
you do not know when the time is. Watch therefore — lest, coming
suddenly HE find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all —
WATCH!" [Mark 13. 32, 33, 37] This uncertainty should motivate and
encourage faithfulness in the believer. If the believer starts to
thinks, "My MASTER is taking a long time in coming" [Luke 12. 45], there
is a very clear and present danger that he will be enticed with sinful
temptations and ungodly worldly passions, leading to a falling away.

Our moment-by-moment attitude and objective should be to "live
self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we
wait for the BLESSED HOPE — the glorious appearing of our great GOD
and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, WHO gave HIMSELF for us to redeem us from all
wickedness and to purify for HIMSELF a people that are HIS very own,
eager to do what is good." [Titus 2. 12 - 14]

John records the promise of MESSIAH YESHUA, "Beloved, now we are
children of GOD; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but
we know that when HE is revealed, we shall be like HIM, for we shall see
HIM as HE is. And everyone who has this hope in HIM purifies himself,
just as HE is pure." [1 John 3. 2 - 3]

May we remain faithful and continually "abide in HIM; that when HE
appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before HIM at HIS
coming." [1 John 2. 28] The LORD commands, "Obey MY voice, and I will be
your GOD and you shall be MY people; walk only in the way that I have
commanded you, that it may go well with you." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 7. 23
Tanakh, Nevi'im] All who are born of HIM patiently live righteously.
Wait diligently for GOD'S notable appointed time, the LORD YESHUA
ha'MASHIACH will return. Will you be found devoted, faithful and humbly
watching? HE is worth waiting for!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Worship, honor, adoration, glory and majesty belong to YOU, our FATHER,
the ONLY TRUE & LIVING GOD. We ask YOU through the HOLY SPIRIT, to
direct our thoughts to YOU and sanctify us in Truth, YOUR WORD is TRUTH.
Burn that Truth into our soul to exalt and glorify YOUR SON, JESUS WHO'S
we are and WHO we serve. Thank YOU for YOUR faithfulness and YOUR
redeeming love!
This Chanukkah/CHRISTmas time, re-dedicate your life to the ONE WHO is
the LIGHT of the world; and find complete joy and fulfillment in CHRIST,
the SON OF THE LIVING GOD.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Great men are not always wise.

WISDOM'S HOUSE OF SEVEN PILLARS
"Wisdom (Hebrew: hokhmah) has built her house, she has hewn out her
seven pillars." [Proverbs (Mishle) 9. 1 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

These Seven Pillars are:
Purity - "To the pure, all things are pure." [Titus 1. 15]
Peace - "Fruits of righteousness are sown in peace by those who make
peace." [James 4. 18]
Gentleness - "Walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,
with gentleness and long-suffering, bearing with one another in love."
[Ephesians 4. 1 - 2]
Reasonable - "Come, let us reason together and reach an understanding,
says the LORD." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 1. 18 Tanakh, Nevi'im]
Helpful - "Behold, GOD is my HELPER; the LORD is my SUPPORT." [Psalms
(Tehillym) 54. 4 Tanakh, Kethuvim]
Humility - "Humble yourselves in the sight of the LORD, and HE will lift
you up." [James 4. 10]
Sincerity - "Let love be without hypocrisy." [Romans 12. 9]

"The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle,
willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and
without hypocrisy." [James 3. 17] "For no other foundation can anyone
lay than that which is laid, which is JESUS CHRIST." [1 Corinthians 3.
11]

"Happy (blessed) is the man who finds wisdom, the man who attains
understanding. Her value in trade is better than silver; her yield,
greater than gold. She is more precious than rubies; all of your goods
cannot equal or compare with her. In her right hand is length of days,
in her left, riches and honour. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her
paths, peaceful. She is a TREE OF LIFE to those who grasp her, and
whoever holds on to her is happy." [Proverbs (Mishle) 3. 13 - 18 Tanakh,
Kethuvim]

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning and best part of knowledge; fools
despise wisdom, instructions, and discipline." [Proverbs (Mishle) 1. 7
Tanakh, Kethuvim] EL SHADDAI said to man, "See! To fear the LORD is
wisdom; to shun evil is understanding. " [Job (Iyob) 28. 28 Tanakh,
Kethuvim]

The individual who allows the ALMIGHTY HOLY ONE to build the "House of
Wisdom" in his life will know the greatest of all joys, even here on
this earth!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Joy to the world — the MESSIAH came. . . even greater joy awaits
when HE comes again to rule and reign! May the LIVING ETERNAL GOD,
blessed be HE, keep you ever so close in the palm of HIS mighty hand and
watch over you. Walk joyously in the light and warmth of ALMIGHTY GOD'S
love; and may the HOLY ONE, the HOPE OF ISRAEL, fill you with peace and
happiness.
Happy Chanukkah & Merry Christmas everyone!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Faithfulness means that I can count on God; commitment means that God
can count on me.

PRIDEFUL SIN
"GoD resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, humble
yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you in due
time." [1 Peter 5. 5 - 6]

Satan fell due to his great pride and he rebelled against his Creator.
When the Creator cast him (Satan) out of his position as "the anointed
cherub" covering God'S THRONE [Ezekiel/Yehezke- El 28, 14, 16] the
ALMIGHTY ONE said to him, "For you have said in your heart — I will
ascend into heaven, higher than the stars of GOD I will set my throne. I
will sit on the mount of the assembly on the summit of Zaphon (the
north, abode of GOD). I will mount the back of a cloud — I will be
like the MOST HIGH. —Instead, you are brought down to Sheol, to the
lowest depths of the Pit." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 14. 13 – 15 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

Eve was then tempted by Satan, he appealed to her pride: "For GOD knows
that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be
like GOD WHO knows good and evil." [Genesis (Bereshith) 3. 5 Tanakh,
Torah] Satan still anticipates and aspires to defeat the HOLY
OMNIPOTENT ONE OF HEAVEN & EARTH, and Eve's descendants still seek
to be independent of CREATOR GOD, even to this day. That is why Paul
warned Timothy, and us, against "Being lifted up with pride" lest we
"fall into the condemnation of the devil." [1 Timothy 3. 6]

Pride is the easiest sin to commit and the most difficult to overcome,
even for CHRIST-like- ones. It is so easy to be proud of our strength,
wealth, race, education, position, intelligence or even poverty and
ignorance. Some are even proud of their humility...proud of not being
proud.

Thus, the Apostle Paul reminds us, "For who makes you differ from
another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did
indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?" [1
Corinthians 4. 7] Even Paul, with his unsurpassed education, being
trained under Gamaliel and taught according to the strictness of our
Laws [Acts 22. 3], still recognized and admitted that it was only "by
the grace of GOD I am what I am." [1 Corinthians 15. 10]

The chief barrier to salvation is pride; one must acknowledge that he
is a lost, hell-deserving sinner before he can be saved "by
GRACE...through FAITH and that not of yourselves; it is the Gift of GOD,
not of works, lest anyone should boast." [Ephesians 2. 8 - 9]

Thus we should "humble ourselves in the sight of the LORD, and HE will
lift you up." [James 4. 10] And if there is any praise and boasting
— it should only be in the LORD GOD OF HOSTS. "Amen! Blessing and
glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our
GOD forever and ever, Amen" [Revelation 7. 12]

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Good Sabbath! Those who keep the Sabbath and call it a delight shall
rejoice in GOD'S Kingdom. Through the common days flow the refreshing
waters of GOD'S loving-kindness, yet we forget THE SOURCE. May this hour
awaken within us a sense of our dependence upon YOU. Create in us a
clean heart and renew a right spirit within us that we may face our
daily duty with a firm courage and a tranquil mind. May we learn to know
that in loving and serving our fellowmen, we are loving and serving YOU.
May the spirit of the Sabbath fill our life with its blessed peace
through YOUR PRECIOUS SON, YESHUA THE ANOINTED ONE. Amen
"O come! O come EMMANU'EL!"

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
He who has no fire in himself cannot warm others.

MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS
Although no one knows exactly the date of YESHUA'S birth, we can be
certain that there must first be a conception before a birth. When
ALMIGHTY INFINITE GOD promises that the "almah (engaged virgin)" shall
conceive and bear a CHILD (in connection with the very first promise of
a coming REDEEMER — the woman's SEED), HE is referring to a MIRACLE.
It is not the birth of Messiah, GOD'S ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON, but HIS
conception that is the miracle.

"I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and
hers; HE shall crush your head, and you shall strike HIS heel." [Genesis
(Bereshith) 3. 15 Tanakh, Torah] This text is the first of three direct
references to the "miracle conception" of MESSIAH YESHUA in the TANAKH
(OLD COVENANT) which states that the REDEEMER would be "her SEED." No
woman has seed. . . it is only the man who has seed ("the seed of
Abraham").

The next promise of the miracle conception tells of the ETERNAL ONE
giving A SIGN (Hebrew: 'owth), a miracle or a proof that will come to
Israel. This miracle is that the virgin, without the aid of a man,
shall conceive and bear a CHILD. "Assuredly, my LORD will give you a
sign of HIS OWN accord! Look, a virgin is with CHILD and about to give
birth to a SON, and shall call HIS NAME IMMANU'EL." [Isaiah (Yeshayah)
7. 14 Tanakh, Nevi'im] Then we read of the miracle the LORD HIMSELF
will perform: "For the LORD has created something new on earth — a
woman shall encompass a MIGHTY MAN." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 31. 22 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

The Hebrew word for compass is "savav" meaning "to go about, to
encompass, to alter, change, surround, enclose." However, in this
verse, the word is "encompass (Hebrew: tesovav)" which makes the tense
future. Therefore, the Prophet Jeremiah was really saying that the LORD,
in the future, will create a new thing in the land (earth) — never
done before (and it is the LORD only WHO creates). Jeremiah was
implying that the OMNIPOTENT MASTER CREATOR will cause a woman to alter
the natural course of generation by "conceiving SEED" without the man
and that she will bear a MAN (Hebrew: geber) a "MIGHTY MAN"
[Isaiah/Yeshayah 9. 6 — "HIS NAME will be called THE MIGHTY GOD"], a
WARRIOR, a VALIANT MAN WHO is the LORD & SAVIOR, Yeshua ha'Mashiach!

"Now the birth of MESSIAH YESHUA was as follows: After HIS mother Miryam
(Mary) was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found
with CHILD of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Matthew 1. 18] Before this verse, it
is recorded that the MAN begot. . . but now the wording changes; birth,
beginning, to beget refers to the conception. Then, we read that
OMNIPOTENT GOD CREATED the SEED which was miraculously planted in her
womb, "for that which is conceived in her is of the HOLY SPIRIT."
[Matthew 1. 20] With GOD, the HIGH & LOFTY OMNIPOTENT CREATOR, all
things are possible! How wonderful and profound are the treasures our
wonderful LOVING LORD GOD has in store for those who serve HIM!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
As we bid farewell to Shabbat, may the ALMIGHTY ONE, WHO separates the
holy from the secular, forgive our sins and grant us righteousness in
HIM. Thus will my soul bless the MOST HOLY LORD God for HE alone is
worthy of all praise, reverence and exaltation.
May you be a witnesses of the God'S care, love, and glorious presence
through the days ahead. Enter each day with joy in our hearts and
confidence that SOVEREIGN KING rules and reigns. And because of HIS
great mercy, He will continue to use us as HIS messengers of the GOOD
NEWS to the perplexed and depraved world around us – our
IMMANU'EL, the ANOINTED ONE OF GOD is with us!

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
There is so much that we could see in the physical as well as in the
spiritual world if we would just let ALMIGHTY GOD touch our eyes!

THE PROPHET
"The LORD your GOD will raise up for you a PROPHET from among your own
people, like myself (Moses); HIM you shall heed." [Deuteronomy (Devarim)
18. 15 Tanakh, Torah]

Prophecy Fulfilled: On the last and greatest day of the Feast
(Sukkot/SIMCHAT TORAH), the MESSIAH LORD YESHUA stood and said in a loud
voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to ME and drink. Whoever
believes in ME, as the SCRIPTURE has said, streams of Living Water will
flow from within him. — By this HE meant the SPIRIT, WHOM those who
believed in HIM were later to receive. Up to that time the SPIRIT had
not been given, since JESUS had not yet been glorified. On hearing HIS
WORDS, some of the people said— "Surely this MAN is THE PROPHET."
[John 7. 37 - 40]

YESHUA ha'MASHIACH is the only ONE WHO righteously executes the offices
of Prophet, Priest and King. HE is the SUBSTANCE of GOD'S character
stamped in HUMAN FORM. When JESUS, GOD'S ONLY BEGOTTEN SON speaks to
us, HE fulfills the office of the SUPERIOR PROPHET; when YESHUA purged
our sins, HE accomplished the perfect work of the PRIEST; and after
carrying out the once-for-all sacrifice, the LORD JESUS sat down at the
right hand of the MAJESTY on high, where HE sits as KING. [Hebrews 1. 1
- 3]

MESSIAH, THE PROPHET: Speaking to Moses on Mount Horeb the LORD GOD
said, "I will raise up a PROPHET for them from among their own people,
like yourself; I will put MY WORDS in HIS mouth and HE will speak to
them all that I command HIM; and if anyone fails to heed the words that
HE speaks in MY NAME, I MYSELF will call him to account." [Deuteronomy
(Devarim) 18. 18 - 19 Tanakh, Torah]

"The SPIRIT OF THE SOVEREIGN LORD is on ME, because the LORD has
anointed ME; HE has sent ME as a herald of joy to the humble, to bind up
the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives and liberation
from darkness to the imprisoned; to proclaim a year of the LORD'S favor
and the day of vindication by our GOD; to comfort all who mourn."
[Isaiah (Yeshayah) 61. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"CHRIST, WHO has been appointed for you — even JESUS. HE must remain
in heaven until the time comes for GOD to restore everything, as HE
promised long ago through his holy prophets. For Moses said—The LORD
your GOD will raise up for you a PROPHET like me from among your own
people; you must listen to everything HE tells you. Anyone who does not
listen to HIM will be completely cut off from among HIS people." [Acts
3. 20 – 23; Deuteronomy/ Devarim 15. 15, 18, 19]

"JESUS returned to Galilee in the power of the SPIRIT, and news about
HIM spread through the whole countryside. HE taught in their synagogues,
and everyone praised him. HE went to Nazareth, where he had been brought
up, and on the Sabbath Day HE went into the synagogue, as was HIS
custom. And HE stood up to read. The Scroll of the Prophet Isaiah was
handed to HIM. Unrolling it, HE found the place where it is written:
—The SPIRIT OF THE LORD is on ME, because HE has anointed ME to
preach GOOD NEWS to the poor. HE has sent ME to proclaim freedom for the
prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the LORD'S favor. —Then HE rolled up the
SCROLL, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone
in the synagogue were fastened on HIM, and HE began by saying to them
— Today this SCRIPTURE is fulfilled in your hearing." [Luke 4. 14 -
21]

"After the people saw the miraculous sign that YESHUA did, they began to
say— Surely this is THE PROPHET WHO is to come into the world."
[John 6. 14]

MESSIAH, THE PRIEST: "I will raise up for MYSELF a FAITHFUL PRIEST, who
will act in accordance with MY wishes and MY purposes. I will firmly
establish HIS House, and HE will minister before MY ANOINTED
forevermore. " [1 Samuel (Shemuel Alef) 2. 34 - 36 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"The LORD said to my Lord: —Sit at MY right hand until I make YOUR
enemies a footstool for your feet.— The LORD will stretch forth from
Zion YOUR mighty scepter; hold sway over YOUR enemies. The LORD has
sworn and will not relent, YOU are a PRIEST forever, after the manner of
Melchizedek, a RIGHTFUL KING by MY decree.'" [Psalms (Tehillym) 110. 1
– 2, 4 Tanakh, Torah]

"Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your
thoughts on JESUS, the APOSTLE and HIGH PRIEST WHOM we confess. But
CHRIST is faithful as a SON over GOD'S House. And we are HIS House, if
we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast." [Hebrews 3.
1, 6]

"No one takes this honor upon himself; he must be called by GOD, just as
Aaron was. So CHRIST also did not take upon HIMSELF the glory of
becoming a HIGH PRIEST. But GOD said to HIM— YOU are MY SON. today I
have become YOUR FATHER. —And HE says in another place — YOU are
a PRIEST forever, in the order of Melchizedek. " [Hebrews 5. 4 - 6]

MESSIAH, THE KING: "See, a time is coming — declares the LORD —
when I will raise up a TRUE BRANCH to David's line. HE shall reign as
KING and shall prosper, and HE shall do what is just and right in the
land. In HIS days Judah will be delivered and Israel will dwell secure.
This is the NAME by which HE shall be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS
(VINDICATOR) ." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 23. 5 - 6 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"I have installed MY KING on Zion, MY Holy Mountain! I will proclaim
the decree: the LORD said ME — YOU are MY SON; I have FATHERED YOU
this day. Ask it of ME, and I will make the nations YOUR domain; YOUR
possession, the ends of the earth. YOU will rule them with an iron
scepter; shatter them like potter's ware." [Psalms (Tehillym) 2. 6 - 9
Tanakh, Torah]

"GOD, WHO at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the
fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by HIS SON,
WHOM HE has appointed HEIR of all things, through WHOM also HE made the
worlds. The SON is the radiant brightness of GOD'S GLORY AND THE EXPRESS
(precise, exact) IMAGE of HIS PERSON, upholding and sustaining all
things by HIS POWERFUL WORD, when HE had by HIMSELF purged our sins, sat
down at the right hand of the MAJESTY in heaven." [Hebrews 1. 1 - 3]

The LORD YESHUA, blessed be HIS GLORIOUS NAME, was the PROPHET WHO
revealed GOD'S truth; the PRIEST WHO provided GOD'S redemption; and the
ETERNAL KING WHO imparts GOD'S power! Thus, YESHUA ha'MASHIACH is
exalted above all blessings and praise, the LIVING WORD!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Oh come let us adore HIM, the LORD Messiah YesHUA – KING of kings &
Lord of lords!
LORD GOD, direct my steps, correct me with judgments not in anger lest
YOU bring me to nothing. We have an AWESOME GOD, and HE is on the throne
ruling over the affairs of men. HE is worthy of all our praise and
worship, even in difficult times.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Let not the fear of bad offspring deter you. You do your duty, and the
HOLY ONE, blessed be HE, will do what pleases HIM. [Talmud]

MILK OR MEAT
"For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line,
line upon line, Here a little, there a little." For with stammering lips
and another tongue He will speak to this people (Israel)." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 28. 10-11 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The setting of this unusual passage is mot sobering. Both the people and
their priests in Israel's Northern Kingdom (Ephraim) were in gross
rebellion and drunken disobedience to the LORD. They were even
ridiculing GOD'S prophets who were trying to call them back,
complaining that they were being treated like immature children, saying
— are you presuming to teach us as you like you would teach weaned
infants, line by line, and rule after rule?

The LORD GOD responded that HE would use people of another tongue to
come in and teach them what they refused to learn from HIM. In other
words, the Gentiles will teach the Jews "In the Law it is written —
With men of other tongues and other lips I will speak to this people;
and yet, for all that, they will not hear ME — says the LORD." [1
Corinthians 14. 21] The precepts the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL had been trying
to teach HIS people would have provided them true rest and refreshment,
but now learning these lessons would prove to be their undoing. What
should have been a blessing to them would become their condemnation.

How very urgent and desperately CHRISTians today need to heed these same
words! They profess to believe GOD'S HOLY WORD, but they only study
it superficially, if at all, then compromise its doctrines and do not
obey its instructions. "For though by this time you ought to be
teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of
the oracles of GOD; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of
righteousness, for he is a babe." [Hebrews 5. 12 - 13]

Most CHRISTians are exactly like the Corinthians, still "carnal...babes
in CHRIST." [1 Corinthians 3. 1] Therefore, it really is necessary for
their teachers to bring the wORD OF GOD to them "precept upon precept,
line upon line, little by little ."

May each of us be boldly in strength of soul and continue to grow in the
grace and knowledge of our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST" [2 Peter 3.
18], and grow on to perfection in maturity of understanding of the
teachings of the MASTER.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Extolled and holy is the precious name of GOD throughout the world which
HE has created, and which HE governs according to HIS righteous will. HE
is just in all HIS ways, and wise are all HIS decrees. May HIS Kingdom
come and HIS will be done in all the earth. Praised be the LORD of life,
the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE for evermore.
Have a blessed and joyous CHRIST-filled SeaSON!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If ever man becomes proud, let him remember that a gnat preceded him in
the DIVINE order of creation! [Tosefta, Sanhedrin 8. 8]

OBEYING GOD
"Abraham obeyed ME and kept MY charge: MY commandments, MY Laws, and MY
teachings." [Genesis (Bereshith) 26. 5 Tanakh, Torah]

Abraham had not only written the Laws of the ETERNAL ONE, but he kept
all of GOD'S charge (Hebrew: mishmar safeguard, watch);
commandments (Hebrew: mitzvoth law, ordinance, precept); statutes
(Hebrew: "chuqqim" to engrave, carve, delineate {describes written
rules of conduct}); and Laws (Hebrew: TORAH precept, statute).
Abraham "believed and put his trust in the LORD, HE (ALMIGHTY GOD)
reckoned it to his (Abraham) merit for righteousness. " [Genesis
(Bereshith) 15. 6 Tanakh, Torah]

The basic reason that so many people have trouble understanding GOD'S
WRITTEN WORD, the HOLY BIBLE is that they try to interpret it to fit
their private opinions, expressions, idiosyncrasies and peculiarities;
therefore they are not able to understand because they come with their
mind and heart already bound up in their own opinion. "For the hearts
of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and
their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and
hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their hearts and
turn, so that I should heal them." [Matthew 13. 15]

GOD'S HOLY WRITTEN WORD does not need to be interpreted at all. . . just
believed! The GREAT GOD OF OUR SALVATION said what HE means, and means
what HE says. When HE speaks in parables, metaphors or allegories,
SCRIPTURES state it to be comparison stories. Even then, however, it
is not imagination, but a true picture of reality. Otherwise, the
entirety of the HOLY WRIT is accurate and should be believed literally.

The ALMIGHTY SUPREME ONE wants to communicate HIS "AUTHORITATIVE WORD"
to those who have obedient hearts and who are willing to devote
themselves in diligent study to all the WRITTEN WORD. "The Holy
SCRIPTURES, are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which
is in CHRIST JESUS. All SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of GOD, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness, that the man of GOD may be complete, thoroughly equipped
for every good work." [2 Timothy 3. 15 - 17]

"I have not deviated from what HIS lips commanded; I have treasured HIS
WORDS more than my daily bread." [Job (Iyob) 23. 12 Tanakh, Kethuvim]
"When YOUR WORDS were offered, I devoured them; YOUR WORD brought me the
delight and joy of knowing that YOUR NAME is attached to me, O LORD, GOD
OF HOSTS." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 15. 16 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

If you have a believing heart, like our father Abraham; a love of the
PRECIOUS WORD, like Job; and a hunger for the PRECIOUS TRUTH, like
Jeremiah you will find great joy and rejoicing in devouring GOD'S
LIFE-GIVING SACRED TEACHING. Then, we have this assurance: "If you
call to understanding and cry aloud to discernment, if you seek her as
you do silver and search for her as for hidden treasures; then you will
understand the fear of the LORD and attain knowledge of GOD." [Proverbs
(Mishle) 2. 3 - 5 Tanakh, Kethuvim] Read it diligently for yourself,
GOD will reveal HIS treasured secrets when you seek HIM with all your
heart!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
LORD, make us swifter than eagles and stronger than lions in doing YOUR
will; and may our love for YOU be our crown of glory and armor of
strength. Most Holy One, You are blessed beyond all hymns, praises and
consolations that may be uttered in this world. May peace abundant
descend from heaven with life for us and to all Israel. Mighty are those
who rejoice in YOU, LORD GOD MOST HIGH.
Many blessings to each of you this Chanukkah/Christmas SeaSON.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Careless shepherds make many a feast for the wolf.

WHICH YOKE TO WEAR
"The yoke of my offenses is bound fast, lashed tight and woven by HIS
hand; imposed upon my neck, it saps my strength. The LORD has delivered
me into the hands of those I cannot withstand." [Lamentations (Ekhah) 1.
14 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The unsaved person wears a yoke of sin. The religious legalist wears a
yoke of bondage and is encouraged to "stand fast" so not to become
entangled into sin again. [Galatians 5. 1] A CHRISTian, who depends on
the grace of GOD MOST HIGH, wears the liberating yoke of the LORD JESUS.
[Matthew 1. 29 - 30]

"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what
fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has
light with darkness? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?" [2
Corinthians 6. 14 - 15] This text is precise and specifically plain
regarding the doctrine of Christian separation from unbelievers. The
believer should completely avoid evil teachings and errors or their
practices; they should also turn away from all association with those
who do such things; and they should never enter into a binding
relationship of any kind with non-Christians.

The unequally yoked involves the actual fellowship, communion, and
physical union with unbelievers. This is actually forbidden by Law, for
how "can two walk together without being in agreement?" [Amos (Amus) 3.
3 Tanakh, Nevi'im] This clearly includes marriage, business
partnership, or other formal bonds with individuals. Those who do not
believe in MESSIAH YESHUA are either knowingly or unknowingly affected
by pagan beliefs or practices. "Therefore, if the unbeliever departs,
let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such
cases. But GOD has called us to peace." [1 Corinthians 7. 15] Instead
of such an unbalanced, deranged yoke, we should be joined only to the
Lord Yeshua ha'Mashiach and associate with His like-minded followers,
for JESUS said— "My yoke is easy, and My burden is light." [Matthew
11. 30] Perfect are all His ways.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Magnified and sanctified be the GLORIOUS NAME of the HOLY ONE in the
world which HE created according to HIS will. May the HOLY ONE OF
ISRAEL bless you abundantly.
May HIS Kingdom be establish speedily during our life and during our
days, and during the life of all the House of Israel. Amen

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you're given a hint, take it!

FOLLOW ME
"MY sheep hear MY voice, and I know them, and they follow ME. And I give
to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone
snatch them out of MY hand. MY FATHER, WHO has given them to ME, is
greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of MY FATHER'S
hand." [John 10. 27 - 29]

"Therefore brethren, be even more diligent to make your calling and
election sure, for IF you do these things, you shall never fall." [2
Peter 1. 10] "Examine Yourselves as to whether you are in the faith.
Prove Yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that JESUS CHRIST is in
you? - unless indeed you are disqualified. " [2 Corinthians 13. 5]

"No, the LORD'S arms is not too short to save, or HIS ear too dull to
hear; but your iniquities have separated you from your GOD; your sins
have made HIM turn HIS face away and refuse to hear you." [Isaiah
(Yeshayah) 59. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "When I say of the righteous 'he
shall surely live' and, he trusts in his own righteousness, he commits
iniquity, none of his righteous deeds shall be remembered; but for the
iniquity that he has committed, HE SHALL DIE." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 33.
13 Tanakh, Nevi'im; Ezekiel/Yehezke- El 18. 20 - 32, "The person who
sins, he alone shall die."]

"Therefore consider the goodness and severity of GOD: On those who fell,
severity; but toward you, goodness, IF you continue in HIS goodness.
Otherwise you also will be cut off." [Romans 11. 22] We need to call
the sinner to repentance wherever we find them, in and outside the
Church. We dare not risk encouraging them in their sin by confidently
reassuring them that once they name the NAME OF CHRIST, they are
justified and free from sin or service.

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence
only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with
fear and trembling; for it is GOD WHO works in you both to will and to
do for HIS good pleasure." [Philippians 2. 12 - 13] To work out our
own salvation involves a life of faithfulness, obedience to ALMIGHTY
GOD'S commandments, and knowing HIS WORD so as not to be deceived; then,
enduring to the end. Learn to walk and stand in MESSIAH YESHUA alone
instead of leaning on other personal influences. Your spiritual duties
must be your own hearts actions. And, our HEAVENLY FATHER is the only
ONE we are to lean on, not people.

Lip service does not save anyone, you are judged by your actions as well
as what you say. "For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of
CHRIST, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according
to what he has done, whether good or bad." [2 Corinthians 5. 10; also
Matthew 12. 34-37; 16. 27; Romans 14. 10-12; Revelation 2. 23] Anyone
who turns from Saving Faith is counted with the sinners and unbelievers
[Romans 11. 2122; Hebrews 3. 12; 10. 36-38; James 5. 1920] for
which there is only one destiny. . .the Lake of Fire. [Hebrews 10. 24 -
31] The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, blessed be HE, will never over-ride a
person's choice. The LORD YESHUA, like us, wants to be loved
intentionally, knowingly, deliberately and unconditionally for who we
are.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
We bid farewell to Shabbat with the Havdalah (difference) Service, using
all of our senses: we taste the wine, smell the spices, see the shadows
of candles, hear prayers & songs, and touch family and friends as we
wish them a Tov Shavua Good Week!
Blessed are YOU, O GOD, our salvation and our help. Everything that
lives shall give thanks to YOU forever and shall praise YOUR NAME in
truth. YOUR NAME is RIGHTEOUS, and unto WHOM it is becoming to give
thanks.

Post  Admin Sat 03 Dec 2011, 4:34 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you have waited in darkness, you can appreciate the miracle of a
sunrise.

A DAUGHTER'S INHERITANCE
"Speak to the Israelite people as follows If a man dies without
leaving a son, you shall transfer his inheritance to pass to his
daughter. Now Zelophehad, son of Hepher had no sons, only
daughters; and the names of Zelophehad's daughters were Mahlah, Noah,
Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah." [Numbers (B'Midvar) 27. 8; 26. 33 Tanakh,
Torah]

These daughters of Zelophehad set a precedence for the right of
inheritance in HOLY SCRipture that daughters counted as heir as well as
sons. This provision took effect "if there were no sons, and if she
married within her tribe." "This is what the LORD has commanded
concerning the daughters of Zelophehad They may marry anyone they
wish, providing they marry into a clan of their father's tribe."
[Numbers (B'Midvar) 36. 6 Tanakh, Torah] In such cases, the son-in-law
was adopted by the father of the bride. [Numbers/B'Midvar 32. 41; 1
Chronicles/Dibre Hayamin Alef 2. 21 - 23; 34-35; Ezra 2. 61;
Nehemiah/Nechemah 7. 63; Luke 3. 23]

The reason an inheritance through a daughter was permitted was so the
name of their father would not be removed from among the families in the
tribes of Israel. [Numbers/B'Midvar 27. 4] This is a statute of
judgment, just as the LORD GOD commanded Moses.

Precedence was established in the incidence with Zelophehad's daughters
long before THE CHILD was born of the virgin. This is of prominent
importance in reference for MESSIAH YESHUA, the SON OF MAN showing HIS
family ancestry (being of the house and lineage of David) through both
HIS mother, Miryam (Mary) and through Joseph, JESUS' step-father.

The MESSIAH must be from the tribe of Judah [Genesis/Bereshith 49. 10],
from the line of David. [Ruth/Roos 4. 22; 2 Samuel/Shemuel Bet 7. 11-16]
The heritage from Miryam's lineage is most important because hers
excludes the "blood curse" on the royal line through Jeconiah (also
called Coniah). "Thus says the LORD: Record this man (Coniah/Jeconiah)
as without succession, one who shall never be found acceptable; for no
man of his offspring shall be accepted to sit on the throne of David and
to rule again in Judah." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 22. 30 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

For this reason, Luke's record of the LORD JESUS' genealogy is from
Abraham through David tracing MESSIAH'S family line through
David's son, Nathan carried down through Heli, the father of Miryam,
the mother of JESUS. Through Miryam, there is no inherited blood curse.
Joseph, Miryam's husband, was the legal father of JESUS, has his
genealogy in the book of Matthew and it records the "royal line" of the
LION of the Tribe of Judah. And, Joseph was in the family line through
David's son, Solomon to Jacob the father of Joseph, husband of Mary
(Miryam).

Every detail in GOD'S HOLY WORD is pertinent and is intentionally and
historically written that we may continue to believe in the NAME of the
SON OF GOD. Without a doubt, the LORD YESHUA , the TRUE VINE is
exclusively the SUPREME FOCAL POINT of all SCRIPTURE.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Welcoming Shabbat Mevarchim, the Sabbath of Blessing (the new month).
Sabbaththe rest of love freely given a rest of truth and
sincerity - a rest in peace and tranquility, in quiet and safety a
perfect rest in which you find favor. We bow the head and bend the knee
and magnify the KING of kings, the HOLY ONE, praised be HE. Amen! Have a
peaceful, enriching Shabbat with the deliberate intention of blessing
someone else. Oh LORD GOD, YOU are the MIGHTY ONE OF JACOB, the
ETERNALLY EXCELLENT ONE, the JOY of the whole earth. Thank you for
loving us so unconditionally. "The LORD is good to those who trust
in HIM and wait for HIM; to the one who seeks HIM." [Lamentations/ Ekhah
3.25 Tanakh, Kethuvim]
May yours be a joyous Yom She'kulo Shabbat a day which is
all-Sabbath!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Honor, worship and glorify YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, the BUILDER of the
sky, the HANGER of the spheres, the MAKER of the wind and rain, the
MASTER of the impossible.

CELEBRATING ONE HOPE
Obscure it was, a tiny town
and far away from here.
But a brightness shone
from heaven afar
to lead the wise men there.

Unnoticed by a struggling world,
a tiny BABE is wrapped.
A Mother sighs to hold HIM tight
against the chilling damp.

But up above the angels sing
to honor such a KING
WHO left HIS majesty on high
to save the wandering.

And lowly shepherds they did send
to gaze upon the CHILD
To see the power of MIGHTY GOD
wrapped humbly, meek and mild.

For just ahead eternal hope
for them and us is laid,
Because upon a wooden cross
HIS life HE gave to save.

And at this wondrous CHRISTmas-time
our praises soar on high
For from the grave HE conquered death
and at our door is nigh.

Again, CHRISTmas is a reason
to open wide our hearts to HIM
For our ONE HOPE is JESUS CHRIST
WHO saves us from our sin.
[composed by our precious daughter, Sandra Kralman-Rolfe]

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
It's the beginning of another wonderful Season — remembering our
BLESSED SAVIOR coming into this world to save us…be sure to make it
a joyous CHRIST-filled time!
Praises YOU LORD, our KING, our GREAT GOD & GOD of our fathers, may our
lives be a continual act of worship to YOU. Teach us to be satisfied
with the gifts of YOUR goodness and gratefully rejoice in YOUR many
mercies to us. Purify our hearts, make us zealous for YOUR Law that we
may serve YOU in truth that brings rest and joy, peace and comfort
throughout every generation. Guard our mouth that YOUR NAME be kept
holy. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be
acceptable to YOU, O LORD, my ROCK, my MIGHTY REFUGE and my REDEEMER.
Amen!

Post  Admin Thu 01 Dec 2011, 5:19 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
One good deed has many claimants.

JUSTIFIED BY FAITH
"Behold the proud, his soul is not upright in him: But the just shall
live by his faith." [Habakkuk 2. 4 NKJV] "Lo, there is a reward for the
upright—the life breath within him—for the righteous man is
rewarded with life for his fidelity." [Habakkuk 2. 4 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"The just shall live by faith" is an absolutely excellent doctrine. The
Hebrew word "tsaddiyq" means just, justified, right, righteous, correct,
lawful. The HOLY ONE says that a person is enabled to live righteously
by his faith.

"For in it the righteousness of GOD is revealed from faith to faith; as
it is written, the just shall live by faith." [Romans 1. 17] The words
"from-faith- to-faith" means "from the beginning of faith to the end of
faith" and the context verifies that the foundational item of faith is
faith in "HIS eternal power and GODhead" which "from the creation of the
world HIS invisible attributes are clearly seen." [Romans 1. 20]

"Now the just shall live by faith; but IF ANYONE DRAWS BACK, MY SOUL HAS
NO PLEASURE IN HIM." [Hebrews 10. 38] The writer of Hebrews, most
probably the Apostle Paul, records that the fundamental ingredient of
faith is a uniquely specific creation, "By faith we understand that the
worlds were framed by the WORD OF GOD, so that things which are seen
were not made of things which do appear visibly." [Hebrews 11. 3]

"But that no one is justified by the Law in the sight of GOD is evident,
for the just shall live by faith." [Galatians 3. 11] Paul's long
explanation to the Galatian legalists begins, "knowing that a man is not
justified by the works of the Law but by faith in JESUS the CHRIST, even
we have believed in CHRIST JESUS, that we might be justified by faith in
HIM and not by the works of the Law; for by the works of the Law no
flesh shall be justified." [Galatians 2. 16] Thus, justifying, saving,
living faith begins and centers in YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, first as CREATOR
of all things, then as the SAVIOR & REDEEMER WHO "has redeemed us from
the curse of the Law having become a curse for us." [Galatians 3. 13]
In HIS precious hands we can confidently entrust our spirit, soul and
body both now and forevermore.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Let us reverently sanctify the NAME of the HOLY ONE OF JACOB and fear
the GREAT GOD OF ISRAEL. As we humble ourselves before the LORD GOD, our
joy is increased and we are satisfied in HIS love. . . With great love
YOU have loved us, O our GOD, and with exceeding compassion YOU have
borne with us. Our fathers believed and trusted in YOU; therefore you
taught them the laws of life, and showed them the ways of wisdom. We
implore YOU, O MERCIFUL FATHER, to grant us discernment, that we may
understand and fulfill all the TEACHINGS of YOUR WORD. Make us gladly
obedient to YOUR commandments and fill our hearts with love and
reverence for YOU. In YOU we put our trust; we rejoice and delight in
YOUR help, for with YOU alone is salvation, and peace in the soul of
man. YOU have called us as teachers of YOUR Law; YOU have chosen us for
a holy mission to mankind; therefore do we joyfully lift up our voices
and proclaim YOUR magnificence. Praised are YOU, O GOD, WHO has chosen
us in love. We give praised to YOUR HOLY NAME and thank YOU for JESUS,
our REDEEMER.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
He who gives a coin to a poor man is rewarded with six blessings. But,
he who encourages him with friendly words is rewarded with eleven.
[Saying of the Ancient Sages]

IN REMEMBRANCE OF YOU
"I thank my GOD upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of
mine making request for you all with joy." [Philippians 1. 4]

"Grace to you and peace from GOD our FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST."
[Philemon 1. 3] We humbly and graciously thank the MOST HIGH GOD for
allowing us to have such wonderful, personal CHRIST-like friends all
over the world. Our special, faithful, dedicated friends, family —
who have held us up in prayer, encouraged us, laughed with us and at us,
lightened burdens, cheered us, refreshed and supported us and our
ministry in the service of MESSIAH YESHUA. We are truly richly blessed
and owe such a debt to the ALMIGHTY ONE for the treasured gifts HE has
given us in each of you.

This is devoted to our beloved family of friends in the LORD OF ALL, the
KING OF ISRAEL: "To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ...Grace
to you and peace from GOD our FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST. We give
thanks to the GOD and FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, praying always
for you...for your faith in JESUS CHRIST and of your love for all the
saints; because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which
you heard before in the word of the truth of the GOSPEL, which has come
to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as
it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of GOD
in truth." [Colossians 1. 2-6]

And this we pray, "that your love may abound still more and more in
knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are
excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of
CHRIST, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by JESUS
CHRIST, to the glory and praise of GOD." [Philippians 1. 9 - 11]

"Brethren, your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of
you all abounds toward each other." [2 Thessalonians 1. 3] We
personally know "of your love and faith which you have toward the LORD
JESUS and toward all the saints…and every good thing which is in you
in MESSIAH YESHUA." [Philemon 1. 4 - 6] "For this reason we also thank
GOD without ceasing, because when you received the WORD OF GOD which you
heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in
truth, the WORD OF GOD, which also effectively works in you who
believe." [1 Thessalonians 2. 13]

May the MIGHTY GOD OF HOSTS keep each of you "steadfast, immovable,
always abounding in the work of the LORD, knowing that your labor is not
in vain in the LORD." [1 Corinthians 15. 58] "Watch, stand fast in the
faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love." [1
Corinthians 16. 13 - 14]

Precious one, know always that you are cherished, appreciated and loved.
We thank YOU LORD, our MIGHTY & GREAT GOD and praise YOUR GLORIOUS NAME,
for each treasured individual YOU have blessed us to share in their
lives. We prayerfully ask YOU, OMNIPRESENT LOVING MASTER, to bless,
enrich and strengthen each one as only YOU can. Watch over each life
and bring them closer to YOU as only YOU can. With thanks and praise. .
. Amen, Amen!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
All goodness and truth are YOURS, YEHOWAH, O LORD, SOVEREIGN of the
Universe. May no evil estrange us from YOU , nor error darken our vision
of YOUR purposes. Help us to discern YOUR justice and to understand YOUR
will. In adversity and in prosperity, let YOUR Law be a lamp to our feet
to illumine our path. May we so labour in YOUR service that our lives
become a hymn of praise to YOU. Amen

Post  Admin Tue 29 Nov 2011, 11:20 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Youth is a blunder, manhood a struggle, old age a regret. [Benjamin
Disraeli]

FROM YOUTH TO OLD AGE
"Joshua now was old, advanced in years. And the LORD said to him—
You have grown old, you are advanced in years; and very much of the land
still remains to be taken possession of." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 13. 1
Tanakh, Nevi'im] There "still remains very much land to be taken
possessed of" for the "harvest truly is great, but the laborers are
few." [Luke 10. 2]

Joshua had survived the forty years in the wilderness, then led the
Israelites in the long, hard conquest of Canaan Land. Now, at least in
his eighties, he is nearing his last days — even the MOST HIGH told
him that he was "old and stricken in years!" However, instead of
allowing Joshua to retire or even slow down, GOD ALMIGHTY sent him out
again for further victories and land to win.

Joshua's colleague, Caleb, was eighty-five years old when he finally
inherited Hebron. He was forty years old when Moses, the servant of the
LORD sent him from Kadesh-Barnea to spy out the Promised Land. The LORD
GOD OF ISRAEL promised him through Moses, "The land where your foot has
trodden shall be a portion for you and your descendants forever, because
you have wholly followed YEHOWAH ELOHEY." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 14. 9
Tanakh, Nevi'im] It is also recorded that Caleb was as strong at
eighty-five as he was at forty; for just as his strength was then, so it
was his strength for battle, to go out and to coming in.
[Joshua/Yehoshua 14. 11]

This must be the attitude of those who love and serve the SOVEREIGN
LORD. There is still much SCRIPTURE to study, lessons to be learned
which the BLESSED ONE wants to teach us, many souls to reach with the
GOOD NEWS, many with whom to share GOD'S love and comfort, as well as
more promises to experience. Even if one is stricken and confined at
home, the one great ministry which especially sick ones may share and
thank OMNIPOTENT HOLY ONE for is a ministry of prayer. What a
breath-taking opportunity. . . prayers that set in operation the vast
machinery of ALMIGHTY GOD…to change the destiny of a life, a world,
may even hasten the day of HIS appearing! What wondrous things are
accomplished with prayer!

No one who knows the redemptive love of MESSIAH YESHUA is ever too old
to possess more land for the LORD JESUS. "The righteous bloom like a
date palm; they thrive like a cedar in Lebanon; planted in the HOUSE OF
THE LORD, they flourish in the courts of our GOD. In old age they shall
produce fruit; they are full of sap and freshness, attesting that the
LORD is upright; HE is my ROCK, in WHOM there is no wrong." [Psalms
(Tehillym) 92. 12 - 15 Tanakh, Kethuvim] Old age eventually comes to
everyone — if they should live so long, but that does not mean it is
time to cease from life. Always, we are to "strive to have a conscience
without offense toward GOD and men." [Acts 24. 16]

"You have let me experience it (righteousness) , GOD, from my youth;
until now I have proclaimed YOUR wondrous deeds, and even in hoary old
age do not forsake me, ELOHIYM, until I proclaim Your strength to the
next generation, YOUR mighty acts, to all who are to come, YOUR
beneficence, high as the heavens, O GOD, YOU WHO have done great things;
O GOD, who is like YOU? YOU WHO have made me undergo many troubles and
misfortunes will revive me again, and raise me up again from the depths
of the earth. YOU will grant me much greatness, YOU will turn and
comfort me." [Psalms (Tehillym) 71. 17 - 21 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

All the days of our life, and with our last breath, may we proclaim how
great and mighty is the LORD our GOD, the LORD of HosTS! Assuredly, the
will of GOD never takes you to where the GOD of all grace will not
protect you.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Shalom U'Vrakah (Peace & Blessings)! My SAVIOR is a JUST GOD, look to
HIM and be saved. How good it is to praise YEHOWAH, to sing hymns to the
MOST HIGH proclaiming HIS steadfast love. May the great and mighty
LORD GOD OF ISRAEL be with you this day and always is our prayer for
you!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
WOE! to the man whose advocate becomes his accuser!

ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD
"GOD said, 'Nevertheless, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you
shall name him Isaac, and I will maintain MY covenant with him as an
everlasting covenant for his offspring to come." [Genesis (Bereshith)
17. 19 Tanakh, Torah]

Abraham was 100 years old and Sarah, his wife, was 90 years old when
they had a child whom they named Isaac (Hebrew: yishaq - laugh). They
were past the age for having children; humanly impossibility for them
ever becoming parents, but ALMIGHTY GOD performed a miracle in both
their bodies to keep HIS promise that they would have a child. Abraham
was wise enough to believe GOD'S WORD despite all human reasonings would
attempt to claim it to be an utter impossibility according to science!

My dear Jewish people, and all else, are we wiser than Abraham? The
SUPREME AWESOME ONE, the GREAT GOD OF ISRAEL, called Abraham "the friend
of GOD"--are you better than he? Do you attempt to disprove the birth
of Isaac from your own intolerant viewpoint?

The HOLY ONE, the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob can do ANYTHING!
Nothing is impossible for HIM! HE promised that the woman's "Seed"
would crush the head of the serpent. [Genesis/Bereshith 3. 15] A woman
does NOT have seed -- only the man has seed! However, a day would
come, the CREATOR GOD said, in which a CHILD would be born miraculously
of the woman's SEED not the man's seed! This "ONE" WHO was to be born
as a "MIRACLE-SIGN" to all Israel. "Assuredly, my LORD will give you a
sign of HIS OWN accord! Behold, a young virgin (Hebrew: almah –
engaged virgin) is with CHILD and about to give birth to a SON. Let her
name HIM, IMMANU'EL (Hebrew: with us is GOD)." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 7. 14
Tanakh, Nevi'im] This SON is none other than YESHUA ha'MASHIACH (JESUS
THE CHRIST) for HE, and only HE fulfills all the 300 prophecies of the
MESSIAH in the OLD COVENANT (TANAKH) that are found in the Law, the
Prophets and the Writings.

May you know and believe the Almighty CREATOR, as did Abraham which GOD
accounted to him for righteousness. [Genesis/Bereshith 15. 6; Romans 4.
3; Galatians 3. 6; James 2. 23] You then will be privileged to receive
HOLY GOD'S GREATEST BLESSINGS here and now. . . that of knowing the LORD
MESSIAH YESHUA, our WONDERFUL LOVING REDEEMER, personally. Then we are
assured of eternal life with HIM in HIS KINGDOM. The LORD JESUS is
returning very soon as the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE and HE will rule and reign
forevermore as "KING of kings and LORD of lords." Hallelu'YAH! !!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Our beloved and longed-for brethren, our joy and crown, we encourage you
to stand fast in the LORD YESHUA.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin Sat 26 Nov 2011, 8:32 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Belief cannot be commanded, but unbelief will be dealt with.

FIRST ADAM — LAST ADAM
"The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the SECOND MAN is the
LORD from heaven. As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made
of dust; and as is the HEAVENLY MAN, so also are those who are
heavenly." [1 Corinthians 15. 47 - 48]

Death reigned because of the transgression of the first Adam and sin was
passed down through mankind. The LAST ADAM, WHO would conquer death, was
sinless. "Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those
who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of
Adam, who is a type of HIM (MESSIAH YESHUA) WHO was to come." [Romans 5.
14]

Adam named the creatures: "The LORD GOD formed out of the earth all wild
beasts and all birds of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what
he would call them; and whatever the man called each living creature,
that would be its name." [Genesis (Bereshith) 2. 19 Tanakh, Torah]

The LAST ADAM created all things: "GOD created the great sea monsters
and all the living creatures of every kind...according to their kind,
and every winged bird according to its kind...all living creatures
according to its kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the
earth. Then GOD said — Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR
likeness. — And GOD created man in HIS IMAGE; in the image of GOD HE
created him; male and female HE created them." [Genesis (Bereshith) 1.
21 - 27 Tanakh, Torah]

Adam was put to sleep: "And from his side, the LORD GOD took a rib and
created woman." Then the MASTER CREATOR brought her to the man and he
(Adam) said: "This time it is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh."
[Genesis (Bereshith) 2. 21 - 23] This time a "help-meet" was "out of
him" — a part of him, closer and dearer than any other living
creature in Eden's Garden.

The YESHUA'S side was pierced: "But when they came to JESUS and saw that
HE was already dead, they did not break HIS legs. But one of the
soldiers pierced HIS side with a spear, and immediately blood and water
came out." [John 19. 33 - 34] The LAST ADAM gave of HIMSELF that the
Church may be redeemed through the blood and water that flows out of
HIM. ALMIGHTY GOD, in HIS mercy performed a miraculous operation upon
the LAST ADAM — for there came forth from HIS side-parts the
precious blood, HIS life, which made it possible for one to be
born-anew, born of GOD. This time a very vital, warm, living part of
HIM! Now we who are believers in MESSIAH YESHUA can be closer and
dearer to HIM than when we were mere creatures of the dust alone.

Adam was a gardener: "The CREATOR took the man and placed him in the
Garden of Eden to till it and tend it." [Genesis (Bereshith) 2. 15
Tanakh, Torah]

The Last Adam was mistaken for a gardener: "Miryam (Mary) stood outside
by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and looked into
the tomb. And she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and
the other at the feet, where the body of JESUS had lain." When they
asked her why she was weeping, she replied that her LORD had been taken
away and she didn't know where they laid HIM. Then, "JESUS said to her
— Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking? — She,
supposing Him to be the GARDENER, said to HIM— SIR, if you have
carried HIM away, tell me where you have laid HIM, and I will take HIM
away." [John 20. 11 - 15]

"The first man, Adam, became a living being; the LAST ADAM became a
LIFE-GIVING SPIRIT. However, the spiritual is not first, but the
natural, and afterward the spiritual. And as we have borne the image of
the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the HEAVENLY MAN." [1
Corinthians 15. 42 - 46, 49]

John said, regarding the image of the Heavenly Man: "Beloved, now we are
children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but
we know that when HE is revealed, we shall be like HIM, for we shall see
HIM as HE is." [1 John 3. 2]

Paul confirmed the same concept by saying, "Behold, I tell you a
mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed — in a
moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet
will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be
changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal
must put on immortality. " [1 Corinthians 15. 51 - 53] This is the
change we look forward to at the coming of the LORD JESUS for HIS oWN.
HalleluYAH!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Welcome Sabbath — Queen of the week! Praised are YOU, YEHOWAH, our
SOVEREIGN GOD of the Universe, WHO makes us holy with YOUR mitzvoth and
greatly favors us with the Holy Shabbat, lovingly and graciously given
to us, last in creation — first in thought. Enjoy a glorious
Sabbath.
May every Sabbath be a special day of thanksgiving throughout the year!
We are HIS people, HE is our KING.
We are HIS children, HE is our FATHER.
We are HIS possession, HE is our PORTION.
We are HIS flock, HE is our SHEPHERD.
We are HIS vineyard, HE is our KEEPER.
We are HIS beloved, HE is our FRIEND.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin Thu 24 Nov 2011, 6:53 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough.

A THANKSGIVING MEDITATION
"How awesome are YOUR deeds! YOUR enemies cower before YOUR great
strength. All the earth bows in worship to YOU and sings praise to YOU;
all sing hymns of praise to YOUR NAME. Selah" [Psalms (Tehillym) 66. 3 -
4 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Since man apart from ETERNAL GOD is but an abnormal creature, our
greatest joys, our deepest satisfactions, come in our relationship to
HIM. So, I thank the HOLY ONE, blessed be HE and blessed be HIS NAME,
for sins forgiven, for HE is THE GREAT HIGH PRIEST touched with the
feelings of my infirmities; for the privilege of being a tool in HIS
mighty hand, for HIS guidance, for HIS ear that hears my prayers, for
HIS arm on which to lean, for HIS PRECIOUS WORD in which HE speaks to us
explicitly; and for the blessed, blessed hope of HIS soon-coming!

I thank the OMNIPOTENT CREATOR more than all else, for utter safety. In
the past I have known what it was to be afraid, but now I know that I am
entirely and perfectly secure. I feel HIS secure hand and know HIS
perfect peace. Like Paul, who kept the faith to the end, I know that
nothing, absolutely nothing, not my own deeds nor those of others, not
the works of devils, not circumstances, nor so-called fate . . . nothing
can separate me from the love of YESHUA ha'Mashiach, the VICTORIOUS LORD
GOD OF ISRAEL. Pain, sorrow, and bereavement can come; shattered nerves
and a broken body can be my lot; death can even put my body in the
grave; but whatever comes, it passes first through my PRECIOUS LORD
JESUS' tender hands, and so I can accept it because it comes from
HIM!

As with all saints of GOD MOST HIGH, nothing can keep me out of heaven.
. . because I know in WHOM I believe, therefore I trust and obey HIM. I
am as safe now as though I were already there. Just these few hard
years to live, these few burdens to bear, and then to be eternally with
the HOLY ONE who redeemed me. How can I help but love and praise HIM
for all HE has done giving HIS all. Why HE gives all these treasures to
a poor creature like me, I do not know — but I do know that I shall
need all eternity in which to thank my WONDERFUL, PRECIOUS LORD GOD for
HIS amazingly marvelous love and amazing grace!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Blessed are YOU, O LORD our GOD, KING of the universe, WHO sanctifies us
by YOUR commandments. How precious is YOUR loving-kindness, O GOD! And
the children of men take refuge under the shadow of YOUR wings. We
satisfy ourselves with the fatness of YOUR House; and YOU give us drink
of the river of YOUR pleasures. For with YOU is the Fountain of Life; in
YOUR light we see. O continue YOUR loving kindness to them that know YOU
and YOUR righteousness to the upright in heart. In awe, we serve YOU
LORD. We give thanks the whole year through as we remember, extol and
praise our EXALTED MASTER & SAVIOUR.
Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving! Truly, giving thanks is too precious to
be reserved for just one day a year!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.

Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY - Page 21 Empty Re: Delrifkah: Thought FOR TODAY

Post  Admin Wed 23 Nov 2011, 5:55 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Intelligence makes a great first impression.

A FAITHFUL PROVERB
"This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, we shall also live
with HIM. If we endure, we shall also reign with HIM. If we deny HIM, HE
also will deny us. If we are faithless, HE remains faithful; HE cannot
deny HIMSELF." [2 Timothy 2. 11 - 13]

How often we find the phrase "if, then, will, shall" showing the choice
is always ours. If we be dead with CHRIST JESUS, then we shall also
live with HIM, "And you, being dead in your trespasses and the
uncircumcision of your flesh, HE has made alive together with HIM,
having forgiven you all trespasses." [Colossians 2. 13] Our FAITHFUL
HIGH PRIEST has made atonement for us, and we shall be forgiven for all
the things that we have done in which we have trespassed. "The priest
shall make expiation on his behalf before the LORD, and he shall be
forgiven for whatever he may have done to draw blame thereby."
[Leviticus (Vayikra) 5. 26 Tanakh, Torah- Leviticus 6:7 KJV]

If we are willing to endure suffering, then we will also reign with our
LORD, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears MY voice
and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with
ME. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with ME on MY throne, as I
also overcame and sat down with MY FATHER on HIS Throne." [Revelation 3.
20 - 21] "If anyone loves ME, he will keep MY WORD; and MY FATHER will
love him, and WE will come to him and make OUR home with him." [John 14.
23]

If we deny the LorD YESHUA, then HE will also deny us, "Therefore
whoever confesses ME before men, him I will also confess before MY
FATHER WHO is in heaven. But whoever denies ME before men, him I will
also deny before MY FATHER WHO is in heaven." [Matthew 10. 32 - 33] "He
who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot
out his name from the BOOK OF LIFE; but I will confess his name before
MY FATHER and before HIS angels." [Revelation 3. 5]

And, if we are treacherously unfaithful or do not believe, KING YESHUA
will remain faithful still. HIS promises are sure whether they be
warnings of judgments or promises of blessings. The SOVEREIGN OF THE
UNIVERSE promised Joshua, "No one shall be able to resist you as long as
you live. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will not fail
you or forsake you. Be strong and of good courage, for you shall
apportion to this people the land that I swore to their fathers to
assign to them. But you must be very strong and courageous to observe
faithfully all the Law and Teachings that MY servant Moses commanded
you. Do not deviate from it to the right or to the left, that you may be
successful and prosper wherever you go." [Joshua (Yehoshua) 1. 5 - 7
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Because of GOD'S faithfulness, we can be sure that HIS sayings are
faithful and HE cannot deny HIMSELF. Our GREAT & MIGHTY GOD is loving,
faithful and true! May we ever bow down and worship HIM!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
MOST HOLY ONE, YOU are blessed beyond all hymns, praises and
consolations that may be uttered in this world. My soul desires YOU in
the night. Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek YOU early; for when
YOUR judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn
righteousness. Therefore, in the shadow of YOUR wings I will rejoice.
HalleluYAH! Amen!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Great is repentance; it turns sins into incentives for correct conduct.

RECONCILIATION
"A man takes a wife and marries her. She fails to please him because he
finds something obnoxious about her, and he writes her a bill of
divorcement, hands it to her, and sends her away from his house; she
leaves his household and becomes the wife of another man; then this
latter husband rejects her, writes her a bill of divorcement, hands it
to her, and sends her away from him; or the man who married her last
dies. Then her first husband who divorced her shall not take her to wife
again, since she has been defiled — disqualified for him — for
that would be abhorrent to the LORD. You must not bring sin upon the
land that the LORD your GOD is giving you as a heritage." [Deuteronomy
(Devarim) 24. 1 - 4 Tanakh, Torah]

The marvelous ministry of reconciliation has been distorted by many
churches and fellow-CHRISTians when they have failed to read and follow
the WRITTEN SCRIPTURES dealing with marriage and re-marriage. Even King
David honoured GOD'S commandment with his concubines after they were
defiled by Absalom, putting them in "a guarded place, he provided for
them, but did not cohabit with them. They remained in seclusion until
the day they died, living in widowhood." [2 Samuel (Shemuel Bet) 20. 3
Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"If a man divorces his wife, and she leaves him and marries another man,
can he ever go back to her?" [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 3. 1 Tanakh, Nevi'im]
The answer is emphatically — No! it would be an abomination before
the HOLY & RIGHTEOUS LORD GOD because she has been defiled. On the other
hand, if the couple separates for a time and remain pure, they may be
reconciled together again. "Now to the married I command, yet not I but
the LORD: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does
depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a
husband is not to divorce his wife." [2 Corinthians 7. 10 - 11]

However, dealing with our relationship with the ALL-WISE ETERNAL ONE,
though we have been defiled by sin, HE has said: "Turn back to ME —
says the LORD OF HOSTS — and I will return to you — said the
LORD OF HOSTS." [Zechariah (Zecharyah) 1. 3 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The work of reconciling lost men back to a relationship with HOLY GOD is
only possible as provided by the precious blood of the PRINCE OF PEACE,
MESSIAH YESHUA through HIS shed blood of atonement. HE has committed
this ministry to us, HIS servants. A CHRIST-like life can only be
gained if we are centered in the LORD JESUS and "those who live should
live no longer for themselves, but for HIM WHO died for them and rose
again." [2 Corinthians 5. 15]

As we serve in the ministry of reconciliation, may we do the service of
the MOST HOLY GOD as HE commands and not by our own understanding.
"Therefore, if anyone is in CHRIST, he is a new creation; old things
have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are
of GOD, WHO has reconciled us to HIMSELF through JESUS CHRIST, and has
given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that GOD was in CHRIST
reconciling the world to HIMSELF, not imputing their trespasses to them,
and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are
ambassadors for CHRIST, as though GOD were pleading through us: we
implore you on MESSIAH'S behalf, be reconciled to GOD." [2 Corinthians
5. 17 - 20] Like our BLESSED MASTER, look for good and encourage with
forgiveness.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of
Israel!
Man is given choices to act out in this world; but the junctions and
highways have been set in place by the Creator. We have an AWESOME GOD,
and HE is on the throne ruling over the affairs of men. HE, our BLESSED
HOPE, is worthy of all our praise and worship even in these difficult
times.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.

Post  Admin Mon 21 Nov 2011, 6:14 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Where there is no sense, there is no feeling.

ARK OF THE COVENANT (Part 2)
"They shall make ME an Ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, a
cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. Overlay it with pure
gold — overlay it inside and out — and make upon it a gold
molding round about." [Exodus (Shemot) 25. 10 - 11 Tanakh, Torah]

The ark of Noah was covered inside and outside with pitch.
[Genesis/Shemot 6. 14] The Hebrew word for pitch is "kaphar" meaning to
cover up — from this comes the word kapporeth (Mercy Seat).

GOLD is symbolic of DIVINITY. The Shittim (acacia) wood is to be
overlaid with this pure metal. According to some Rabbis, "the Ark was
made in three parts and then put together as one." Two parts were to be
of gold and the one in between, of wood. This can very well represent
the TRINITY. The wood is the GO-BETWEEN, THE MEDIATOR, GOD THE SON
manifest in the flesh. GOD THE FATHER and GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT, are seen
as the two layers of gold on each side of the wood.

The Ark also pictures HIM WHO is filled with all the fullness of the
GODhead bodily. [Colossians 2. 9] The gold inside depicts OMNIPOTENT,
OMNIPRESENT, OMNISCIENT CREATOR GOD THE WORD, anointed of the ENABLING
HOLY SPIRIT. [Isaiah/Yeshayah 61. 1] GOD ETERNAL would dwell within
this Tabernacle. The gold on the outside is significant of the LORD
JESUS, WHO is the ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD through WHOM the worlds were
made and by WHOM all things consist. [Proverbs/Mishle 30. 4;
Isaiah/Yeshayah 9. 6; Colossians 1. 15 - 17] And, the wood between
tells of YESHUA, the TRUE & FAITHFUL REDEEMER to come WHO became GOD
manifest in the flesh, born of a woman, made under the Law! [Galatians
4. 4]

The one who believes on the MESSIAH YESHUA, the ROCK of our salvation,
is represented in the SON; therefore, the Ark of the Covenant describes
the true Saints of GOD as well. The wood signifies our humanity; the
gold on the outside represents the divine nature of which we are
partakers [2 Peter 1. 4; John 1. 12; 1 John 3. 2], and that gold on the
inside represents the in-dwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT.

A crown indicates authority, dominion and the majesty of a king; it also
implies the finishing touches to a completed task. This ornament of
gold that surrounds the top of the Ark of the Covenant symbolizes THE
KING with HIS power, dominion, and majesty WHO declared upon the Cross:
"It is FINISHED!"

The crown was similar to a rail on the Ark which surrounded the Mercy
Seat above, protecting or guarding, as it were, the SHEKINAH GLORY (HOLY
PRESENCE between the Cherubim) and the Blood of Atonement sprinkled
there. Our LOVING GOD sets a GUARD to protect HIS HOLINESS and the
Blood of Atonement from desecration and defilement at men's hands. HE
is the KING OF GLORY and will never permit HIS mercy to be removed, nor
the blood HE freely gave upon the Altar to be successfully dishonoured
or trampled upon by men!

There are Three Crowns in the Tabernacle Furniture:
Ark of the Covenant — The Crown of the Law. [Exodus/Shemot 25. 11]
Altar of Incense —The Crown of the Priesthood. [Exodus/Shemot 30. 3]
Table of Showbread —The Crown of the Kingdom. [Exodus/Shemot 25. 24]

The last crown mentioned in SCRIPTURE, is a reward for those who are
faithful to the end, "Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for
when he has been approved, he will receive the Crown of Life which the
LORD has promised to those who love HIM." [James 1. 12]

All praise, honor and glory to the GREAT & MIGHTY HOLY GOD we serve, the
COMPASSIONATE, WONDERFULLY AMAZING CREATOR of the ends of the earth!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Eternal is YOUR power, O LORD, YOU are mighty to save. In lovingkindness
YOU sustain the living; in the multitude of YOUR mercies YOU preserve
all. YOU uphold the falling, heal the sick; bring freedom to the
captives and keep faith with YOUR children in death as in life. Who is
like YOU, ALMIGHTY GOD, AUTHOR of life and death, SOURCE of salvation?
Praised are YOU, MOST HOLY ONE, WHO has implanted within us immortal
life.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.

ARK OF THE COVENANT (Part 1)
"They shall make ME an Ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, a
cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. Overlay it with pure
gold — overlay it inside and out — and make upon it a gold
molding round about." [Exodus (Shemot) 25. 10 - 11 Tanakh, Torah]

The fact that this piece of furniture is listed first in SCRIPTURE shows
its importance in the building of the Tabernacle. This Ark was to be
placed in the Holy of Holies (symbolic of Heaven, GOD'S Throne Room) the
innermost room of the Sanctuary where the SHEKINAH PRESENCE was.
[Exodus/Shemot 26. 34 - 35; 40. 1 - 38] ALMIGHTY GOD works from
HIMSELF; HE moves from Heaven and comes down. HE proceeds from within,
outwards toward man. Man could not go to GOD if HE had not first come
to man. The WAY to GOD is not of man's invention, but of GOD'S
revelation. The Tabernacle furniture begins with GOD'S Throne. The
ETERNAL ONE is first, HE will not be second.

This article of furniture was to be made of shittim (acacia) wood. It
is an incorruptible wood which cannot rot, swell, or shrink. It is a
hard, close-grained wood of great strength and endurance that can
withstand the winds and sandstorms that would destroy weaker and softer
wood. Here, in type, is the incorruptible humanity of YESHUA
ha'MASHIACH WHO grew in the desert of this world, "a tree root out of
arid ground." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im] The LORD JESUS
was strong and enduring, defeating every subtle and vicious scheme of
Satan and HIS enemies. In all points YESHUA was tempted like we are,
yet was sinless. [Hebrews 4. 15] "For in that, HE HIMSELF has suffered
being tempted, HE is able to succor (help, support, champion) them that
are tempted." [Hebrews 2. 18] YESHUA, the WORD-MADE-FLESH, is the
INCORRUPTIBLE SON OF GOD WHO said to the HEAVENLY FATHER, "YOU will not
abandon ME to Sheol or let your Faithful ONE see corruption." [Psalm
(Tehillym) 16. 10 Tanakh, Kethuvim; Acts 13. 35] The ANOINTED REDEEMER
& KING arose from the grave on the third day before death could corrupt
HIS flesh.

The MASTER DESIGNER gave directions to build the furniture beginning
with the Ark of the Covenant. The Holy Tent was constructed primarily
for this Sacred Chest over which LORD GOD dwelt between the cherubim.
HE is the very center of the Camp of Israel. The Sanctuary of Sinai was
to be built so MOST BLESSED ALMIGHTY ONE could dwell withIN. This is
the desire of GOD for us today — that HE be FIRST and the very
CENTER of our lives. The REDEEMER, the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL desires to be
at home within these tabernacles of flesh and to permeate our beings
with HIS PRESENCE!

. . . to be continued

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
As we bid farewell to Sabbath with the Havdallah Ceremony, we use all of
our senses: We taste the wine, smell the spices, see the shadow of
candles, hear prayers and songs, touch family and friends as we wish
them a Good Week.
Our prayer is that GOD, WHO separates the holy from the secular, forgive
our sins, guide our life, and fill the coming days with HIS DIVINE
PRESENCE. May some of the sweetness of Sabbath be your daily fragrance.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is praying for the return of Messiah
Jesus and His Kingdom.
