A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Happiness is not dependent on happenings, but on relationships in the happenings.

NEVER ALONE
"Though my father and my mother abandon me, the LORD will take me in and care of me." [Psalms (Tehillym) 27. 10 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Even in a crowded world, there are many lonely people today, more than ever before € ¢â’ ’´ divorced, homeless, elderly parents, ignored, orphaned and discarded children.

No person, however, was ever more alone than the LORD YESHUA as HE hung on the cross. "Indeed the hour is coming" € ¢â’ ’´ HE said € ¢â’ ’´ "Yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and will leave ME alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with ME." [John 16. 32] A few hours later, as HE hung on the cross dying for our sins, even HIS HEAVENLY FATHER left hiM, and HE cried out with a loud voice, "ELI, ELI, lama sabachthani?" that is, "My God, My God, why have YOU forsaken ME?" [Matthew 27. 46] Yeshua, the ANOINTED ONE died alone, bearing the burden of all the sin of all the world!

Though HE suffered alone, no one else need ever to be alone again. "Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said € ¢â’ ’´ "I will never leave you nor forsake you." So we may boldly say € ¢â’ ’´ "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" [Hebrews 13. 5 - 6]

Suffering alone in a dank prison in Rome shortly before his execution, Paul the Apostle, could still say, "the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the message might be preached fully through me, and that all the Gentiles might hear...and the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for HIS Heavenly Kingdom. To HIM be glory forever and ever. Amen!" [2 Timothy 4. 17 - 18]

Old and imprisoned, John the Beloved, was all alone, exiled on the insignificant island of Patmos . Nevertheless, he "was in the Spirit on the LORD'S Day" [Revelation 1. 10], and then saw the LORD in all HIS glory and penned the unveiling of the character and program of GOD. So it has always been with those who know the MESSIAH, for HE is there, even when all others have forsaken them, and HE understands.

"Shout, O heavens! Rejoice, O earth! Break into singing, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted HIS people, and has taken back His afflicted ones in love." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 49. 13 Tanakh, Nevi€ ¢â’ ’¹im] The LORD YESHUA has already been there ahead of us, for HE was, "in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." [Hebrews 4. 15 - 16]

In this life, no matter the situation, we will flourish, because our LOVING Savior will take care of HIS children. HE grants us life and favor and HIS care preserves our spirit. What incredibly amazing love!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Asarah b€ ¢â’ ’¹Tevet [began at dawn] € ¢â’ ’³ the Fast of Tevet (Ex 32:11-34:10) The 10th of Tevet (January 22nd this year) is a fast day marking the onset of the siege of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, and the beginning of the battle that ultimately destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple of Solomon, and sent the Jews into the 70-year Babylonian Exile. The date, the 10th of Tevet, is recorded by the Prophet Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) who himself was already in Babylon as part of the first group of Jews exiled there by Nebuchadnezzar some 11 years earlier than the actual destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem itself.
Fasting enables us to discover what is truly important to us. May we only commemorate days of goodness in our future. Praised are YOU, O LORD GOD, for great is YOUR love for us and YOUR compassion boundless. Be gracious to us that we may understand and fulfill the teachings of YOUR REVERED WORD. Enlighten our eyes in YOUR Law that we may cling to YOUR commandments. Thank YOU for YOUR saving power, for from YOU comes our help.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Thanks be to GOD for HIS INDESCRIBABLE GIFT — YESHUA. . . HE is too wonderful for words!

MY CHOSEN SERVANT
"For HE has said — It is too little a thing that YOU should be MY SERVANT to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the survivors of Israel; I will also make YOU as a LIGHT to the nations, that YOU should be MY SALVATION to the ends of the earth." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 49. 6 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

In preparing to send the Promised MESSIAH to the earth bringing salvation to a world lost in sin, FATHER GOD spoke these words to HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON. Not only Israel would be restored as GOD’S elect nation, but also the Gentile nations would be reached and the GOOD NEWS spread throughout the world.

It was the old prophet, Simeon who referred to this prophecy when he took the infant YESHUA into his arms and declared, "LORD, now YOU are letting YOUR servant depart in peace, according to YOUR WORD; for my eyes have seen YOUR SALVATION which YOU have prepared before the face of all peoples, a LIGHT to bring revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of YOUR people Israel." [Luke 2. 29 – 32; see also Isaiah/Yeshayah 9. 2 — YESHUA is that LIGHT.]

The OLD COVENANT is replete with similar prophecies: "I, the LORD, have called YOU in righteousness, and will hold YOUR hand. I will keep YOU and give YOU as a COVENANT to the people, as a LIGHT to the Gentiles." [Isaiah/Yeshayah 42. 6] "Arise, shine; for your LIGHT has come! The glory of the LORD has shone upon you. Behold! Darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and HIS PRESENCE will be seen over you. The Gentiles shall come to YOUR LIGHT, and kings to the brightness of YOUR rising." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 60. 1 - 3 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

Even the Magi who came to worship the CHILD in Bethlehem were prophesied about. "Kings shall tend your children, and queens shall serve you as nursing mothers. They shall bow to you, faces to the ground, and lick the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am the LORD — for those who wait for and trust in ME shall not be shamed." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 49. 23 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

Preaching to the Gentiles, Paul boldly shared this truth. "For so the LORD has commanded us: — I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth." [Acts 13. 47] "This day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come — that the CHRIST would suffer, that HE would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles." [Acts 26. 22 - 23]

The LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH not only enlightens both Jew and Gentile, but HE is the LIGHT OF THE WORLD WHO has come that we might have life and that more abundantly. That PROMISED ONE is with us, even to the ends of the world.

Sha’alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
May our lips ever declare praises the LORD YESHUA our KING, HELPER, SAVIOR & SHIELD for HIS loving kindness is mighty over us. YESHUA, the BRIGHT & MORNING STAR, is the ONLY ONE WHO can take away your darkness, dry your tears, and restore the threads of your life that you cannot mend.
Our prayer for each of you is for mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance from our WONDERFUL REDEEMER. Remember GOD’S rich blessings as you share wonderful holy-days together with friends and family.
Merry CHRISTmas. . . may your home be a refuge of happiness, filled with the joy and peace that only the BLESSED LORD can bring.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
In order to receive direction from GoD, you must be able to receive correction from GOD.

YEHOWAH RAPHA
"If you will heed the LORD your GOD diligently, doing what is upright in HIS sight, giving ear to HIS commandments and keeping all HIS Laws, then I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I the LORD am your HEALER." [Exodus (Shemot) 15. 26 Tanakh, Torah]

All praise and thanks to our LOVING ETERNAL GOD! HE still heals today. HE is the same WONDERFUL MIRACLE-WORKING OMNIPOTENT LORD, able to deliver from every power of the old devil. Our GRACIOUS EVERLASTING KING has not changed HIS covenant or HIS NAME!

In the OLD COVENANT the Jewish prophet Isaiah asks a question concerning the OMNIPOTENT LORD that heals. "Who can believe what we have heard? Upon whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?" [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 1 Tanakh, Nevi'im] The NEW COVENANT holds the answer. . .when the arm of the ALMIGHTY was revealed through Messiah Yeshua: "But although HE (MESSIAH YESHUA) had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in HIM, that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke — LORD, who has believed our report? and to whom has the ARM OF THE LORD been revealed?" [John 12. 37 - 38]

The Prophet Isaiah saw the SUFFERING MESSIAH and exclaimed, "Yet it was our sickness that HE was bearing, our suffering that HE endured. We accounted HIM plagued, smitten and afflicted by GOD; but HE was wounded because of our sins, crushed because of our iniquities, HE bore the chastisement that made us whole, and by HIS stripes was healing granted to us." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 53. 4 - 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Again in the NEW COVENANT, this prophecy is fulfilled in the LORD JESUS, "When evening had come, they brought to HIM (YESHUA) many who were demon-possessed. And HE cast out the spirits with HIS word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: — He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses." [Matthew 8. 16 - 17]

King David knew the GREAT PHYSICIAN — his heart went up in praise to YAH as he spoke these praises: "Bless the LORD, O my soul and do not forget all HIS bounties. HE forgives all your sins, heals all your diseases." [Psalms (Tehillym) 103. 2 - 3 Tanakh, Kethuvim ]

Moses, also, knew the MIGHTY HEALER. The HOLY ONE commanded him to raise a "copper serpent upon a pole" so the Israelites who had been poisoned in their bodies, looking upon it would be healed! [Numbers/B'Midvar 21] And, as Moses lifted up the fiery serpent in the wilderness, so must the MAN OF SORROWS be lifted up that those who were poisoned by sin and disease, looking upon HIM (specifically, believed in the SON OF MAN), could be healed.

At the time of the first Passover, the Israelites were commanded to take a lamb, kill it, shed its blood, and eat its meat. Not only was the blood given for redemption of the soul, but the meat of the lamb was to be eaten for strength and health for the journey into the Land of Promise .

CREATOR GOD expects every child of HIS who has applied the blood of the LAMB (Yeshua, GOD'S SON) to their hearts' door in faith for deliverance from soul bondage, to also partake, by faith, of the meat of the GOD'S LAMB for strength and health through this wilderness (world) journey into the Promised Land! Not only was the blood of the LAMB shed for remission of our sins, but HIS body was bruised and broken for our physical health!

YESHUA ha'MASHIACH was made a curse in order to redeem us from the curse of the Law. HE WHO knew no sin was made sin so that we, believing upon HIM, might be delivered from sin. HE WHO knew no sickness, was made sick that we, believing on HIM, might be delivered from sickness. Even in death, complete healing does come to the believer, for we are promised a new, incorruptible body like HIS. [1 Corinthians 15. 35 - 58]

My dear Jewish people, it was for you (and our beloved Gentile Brethren) that YESHUA the LORD & SAVIOR paid the price for our deliverance and healing. Receive HIM today not only as your Messiah Who has redeemed your soul, but also as "YEHOWAH RAPHA — The LORD that HEALS." Our MERCIFUL, LOVING GOD is able, and willing, and eager to extend HIS mercy to all those who will call upon HIM in faith. All things are possible to who ever believes!

Sha’alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Our prayer, as we bid farewell to Sabbath, is that GOD, WHO'S PRESENCE dwells within us, bless you abundantly and guard you, our dear ones in the coming week. May you be filled with love and unselfishness — that happiness and contentment may abide in your homes.
Praised are YOU LORD GOD, RULER of the world, WHO has given us YOUR Law of Truth and implanted within us everlasting life. YOUR Law of Truth & Righteousness reveals to all lands the words of the prophets YOU are GOD, there is no other. YOUR glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary wherein we give praises to YOU, the ONE who is worthy of all adoration. LORD, YOU alone are the ONE we praise.
"Hag Semaiach — have a good holiday!" Enjoy and celebrate the ONE WHO came and is to come again soon. . . Merry CHRISTmas!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
He who has no fire in himself cannot warm others.

MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS
Although no one knows exactly the date of YESHUA'S birth, we can be certain that there must first be a conception before a birth. When ALMIGHTY INFINITE GOD promises that the "almah (engaged virgin)" shall conceive and bear a CHILD (in connection with the very first promise of a coming REDEEMER — the woman's SEED), HE is referring to a MIRACLE. It is not the birth of Messiah, GOD'S ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON, but HIS conception that is the miracle.

"I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and hers; HE shall crush your head, and you shall strike HIS heel." [Genesis (Bereshith) 3. 15 Tanakh, Torah] This text is the first of three direct references to the "miracle conception" of MESSIAH YESHUA in the TANAKH (OLD COVENANT) which states that the REDEEMER would be "her SEED." No woman has seed. . . it is only the man who has seed ("the seed of Abraham").

The next promise of the miracle conception tells of the ETERNAL ONE giving A SIGN (Hebrew: 'owth), a miracle or a proof that will come to Israel . This miracle is that the virgin, without the aid of a man, shall conceive and bear a CHILD. "Assuredly, my LORD will give you a sign of HIS OWN accord! Look, a virgin is with CHILD and about to give birth to a SON, and shall call HIS NAME IMMANU'EL." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 7. 14 Tanakh, Nevi'im] Then we read of the miracle the LORD HIMSELF will perform: "For the LORD has created something new on earth — a woman shall encompass a MIGHTY MAN." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 31. 22 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The Hebrew word for compass is "savav" meaning "to go about, to encompass, to alter, change, surround, enclose." However, in this verse, the word is "encompass (Hebrew: tesovav)" which makes the tense future. Therefore, the Prophet Jeremiah was really saying that the LORD, in the future, will create a new thing in the land (earth) — never done before (and it is the LORD only WHO creates). Jeremiah was implying that the OMNIPOTENT MASTER CREATOR will cause a woman to alter the natural course of generation by "conceiving SEED" without the man and that she will bear a MAN (Hebrew: geber) a "MIGHTY MAN" [Isaiah/Yeshayah 9. 6 — "HIS NAME will be called THE MIGHTY GOD"], a WARRIOR, a VALIANT MAN WHO is the LORD & SAVIOR, Yeshua ha'Mashiach!

"Now the birth of YESHUA was as follows: After HIS mother Miryam (Mary) was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with CHILD of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Matthew 1. 18] Before this verse, it is recorded that the MAN begot. . . but now the wording changes; birth, beginning, to beget refers to the conception. Then, we read that OMNIPOTENT GOD created the SEED which was miraculously planted in her womb, "for that which is conceived in her is of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Matthew 1. 20] With GOD, the HIGH & LOFTY OMNIPOTENT CREATOR, all things are possible! How wonderful and profound are the treasures our wonderful LOVING LORD GOD has in store for those who serve HIM!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
May we be witnesses of the God'S care, love, and glorious presence through the days ahead. Enter each day with joy in our hearts and confidence that SOVEREIGN KING rules and reigns. And, because of HIS great mercy, HE will continue to use us as HIS messengers of the GOOD NEWS to the perplexed and depraved world around us — our IMMANU’EL, the ANOINTED ONE OF GOD is with us! My soul will continually bless the MOST HOLY LORD God for HE alone is worthy of all praise, reverence and exaltation.
Be blessed as you serve the KING of kings! Unto us, a CHILD was born…such a wondrous CHRISTmas GIFT!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

Delrifkah: HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. - Page 17 Empty Re: Delrifkah: HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY.

Post  Admin Sat 19 Dec 2015, 9:31 pm

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
What you are is GOD'S gift to you, what you make of yourself is your gift to GOD.

THE TRUE GOD
"Whatever is by order of the GOD OF HEAVEN must be carried out diligently for the HOUSE OF THE GOD OF HEAVEN, else wrath will come upon the king and his sons." [Ezra 7. 23 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Artaxerxes, the emperor of Persia , gave this decree to Ezra the scribe as another of the surprising acknowledgments in HOLY SCRIPTURE by pagan idolaters that the TRUE GOD is "the GOD OF HEAVEN." Abimelech, of the Philistines, and Pharaoh in Egypt also were compelled to acknowledge the ONE TRUE & LIVING LORD GOD. [Genesis/Bereshith 21. 22; 41. 38] Balaam, the false prophet of Mesopotamia , recognized that the LORD OF ISRAEL was omnipotent. "I have no power to speak freely. I can utter only the word that GOD puts into my mouth, that I must speak." [Numbers (B'Midvar) 22. 38 Tanakh, Torah]

Nebuchadnezzar, the mighty king of Babylon spoke these words, "I bless the MOST HIGH and praise and glorify the EVER-LIVING ONE, WHOSE dominion is an everlasting dominion and WHOSE kingdom endures throughout the generations. All the inhabitants of the earth are of no account. HE does as HE wishes with the host of heaven, and with the inhabitants of the earth. There is none to stay HIS hand or say to HIM — What have YOU done?" [Daniel (Danyel) 4. 31 - 32 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The nations and the leaders of the world were and still are guilty of a dangerous and foolish sin; they "changed the glory of the incorruptible GOD into an image made like corruptible man...birds and four-footed beasts and creeping things" preferring to worship and serve the creature more than the marvelous CREATOR. Such a person is without excuse, inasmuch as creation itself reveals the MASTER DESIGNER. "For since the creation of the world HIS invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even HIS eternal power and GODhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew GOD, they did not glorify HIM as GOD, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools. Therefore GOD also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of GOD for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the CREATOR, WHO is blessed forever. Amen" [Romans 1. 20 - 25] They conceived a form of religion replacing the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD with nature, denying any real creation, and this led to idolatry of worshipping nature and forces in nature, and setting up various gods and goddesses.

However, in their hearts they know that there really is a "GOD OF HEAVEN" WHO created all things and WHO will someday come in great wrath against all who reject HIM. Those who discard and refuse HIS GRACE are left with HIS LAW.

"For all the gods of the peoples are mere idols; but the LORD GOD made the heavens." [Psalms (Tehillym) 96. 5 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "The LORD will show HIMSELF terrible against them, reducing all the gods of the earth to nothing; all the coastlands of the nations shall bow down to HIM and worship — every man in his own home." [Zephaniah (Tsefanyah) 2. 11 Tanakh, Nevi'im] Blessed be the HOLY NAME OF YEHOWAH now and forever more! Amen & Amen!

Sha’alu (pray) for the shalom (peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
May the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL bless you abundantly. Magnified and sanctified be the GLORIOUS NAME of the LORD GOD in the world which HE created according to HIS will. May HE establish HIS Kingdom during our life and during our days, and during the life of all the House of Israel, even speedily and at a near time, Amen
Here are the notes on each of the seven Hebrew words for worship:

Psalm 61:8 So I will sing praise to YOUR NAME forever, that I may daily perform my vows.

Zamar - to touch the strings or parts of a musical instrument; i.e. play upon it, to make music accompanied by the voice, to celebrate in song and music, give praise, sing forth praises, psalms.
Psalm 66:2 Sing out the honor of HIS NAME; Make HIS praise glorious.
Psalm 71:22 Also with the lute I will praise YOU — and YOUR faithfulness, O my GOD! To YOU I will sing with the harp, O HOLY ONE of Israel .
Psalm 144:9 I will sing a new song to YOU, O GOD; On a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to YOU.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Draw me nearer to YOU, LORD JESUS with the breath of love. Swiftly shall I come to stand within YOUR radiance that I may attain that sweetness of all intimacies!

BETHLEHEM’S BABE
"And you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, least among the clans of Judah , from you ONE shall come forth to be the RULER in Israel for ME — ONE WHOSE origin is from old, from ancient times." [Micah (Michah) 5. 2 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

This explicit prophecy of the birth of the future KING OF ISRAEL in the little village of Bethlehem was nearly 700 years before YESHUA, the PROMISED ANOINTED ONE ultimately and remarkably came to earth. Then the ALMIGHTY WONDROUS LORD of all grace used the illustrious Emperor Augustus in Rome to make a decree for a census and taxation, compelling Joseph to take his espoused wife Miryam (Mary) to the little town of Bethlehem for her cHILD to be born there.

An actual birth is incredibly clear as the text uses the verbiage "come forth" along with the warning that GOD would "leave them helpless, until she who is to bear has given birth." [Micah (Michah) 5. 3 Tanakh, Nevi’im] SCRIPTURE also reveals: "they will strike the RULER OF ISRAEL (this SOON-RETURNING RIGHTEOUS JUDGE) on the cheek with a staff" [Micah/Michah 5. 1], speaking of both the rejection and the execution of MESSIAH YESHUA.

Furthermore, the prophecy not only foresees YESHUA’S birth in Bethlehem, HIS rejection and denial by HIS OWN people, and HIS eventual rule as SOVEREIGN KING over Israel and the whole world; but also that this same remarkable PERSON HIMSELF was GOD OMNIPOTENT! YESHUA had been "from everlasting." HE is eternal proceeding from GOD THE FATHER. GOD, the ETERNAL WORD, YESHUA the ANOINTED ONE, became GOD'S ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON when HE was born in Bethlehem taking on human form to be the SAVIOR of mankind. HE had been coming forth eternally revealing the HEAVENLY FATHER. "No one has seen GOD at any time. The ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO is in the bosom of the FATHER, HE has declared HIM." [John 1. 18]

Another truth is obscurely disguised in the affirmation of "goings forth" which is also used for the flowing of water from a fountain or spring, the radiation from the sun, an issue, an export, a source. Thus, the never-ending flowing forth of power from the MAJESTIC & INEXPLICABLE CREATOR through the SON is nothing less than the sustaining energy for the whole of HIS creation as HE is "upholding all things by the WORD OF HIS POWER." [Hebrews 1. 3] Yes, this is THE BABE of Bethlehem ...the GLORIOUS KING of the whole world.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Welcome Sabbath — Queen of the week! We thank YOU, Great & MIGHTY GOD for by YOUR mercies and grace we were taught the sanctity of the weekly day of rest, Sabbath is the sign of the tie that binds us to YOU. Keep us ever grateful and grant us YOUR perfect rest. Amen

Our prayer is that you know the ONE WHO gives perfect peace! May mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. Also, that the flame of the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH burn brightly in your heart as you share HIS light with others. Walk joyously and boldly in the light and warmth of ALMIGHTY GOD'S compelling love; and may the HOLY ONE, the HOPE OF ISRAEL, fill you with HIS wonderful peace and indescribable happiness.
May GOD bless you with eyes that see, ears that hear, and a heart that knows faith that is sure of what is hoped for and certain of what is not seen. [see Hebrews 11:1] MESSIAH YESHUA is the AUTHENTIC FIRST GIFT, WHO gave of HIMSELF deliberately! By dying and victoriously resurrecting, the HOLY ONE OF GOD came into this world to save it, to reach the lost, heal the sick, befriend those without a friend in the world, and be our PERFECT EXAMPLE that we might follow HIM.

This CHRISTmas, remember those who doubt and refuse to believe. Pray that one day very soon, they will hear the bell of faith ring true and behold the loving face of the HEAVENLY FATHER.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY . . .
Let the honor of your fellow man be as dear to you as your own.

GOD'S BOOKS
"A river of fire streamed forth before HIM; thousands upon thousands ministered to HIM; myriads upon myriads stood before HIM; the court sat and the BOOKS were opened." [Daniel (Danyel) 7. 10 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

This great vision of the Coming Day of Judgment is apparently the same as John saw later, "and I saw the dead, small and great, standing before GOD; and the BOOKS were opened. And another BOOK was opened, which is the BOOK OF LIFE. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the BOOKS." [Revelation 20. 12]

These BOOKS OF JUDGMENT are evidently record books of men's works. They must also include the books of HOLY SCRIPTURE, for the works of men must be measured and judged in accordance with the WORD OF GOD. . . MESSIAH YESHUA said, "He who rejects ME and does not receive MY WORDS has that which judges him — the WORD that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on MY OWN authority; but the FATHER WHO sent ME gave ME a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that HIS command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the FATHER has told ME, so I speak." [John 12. 48 - 50] The LORD GOD speaking to Moses, said — "I will raise up for them a PROPHET like you from among their brethren, and will put MY WORDS in HIS mouth, and HE shall speak to them all that I command HIM. And it shall be that whoever will not hear MY WORDS, which HE speaks in MY NAME, I will require it of him." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 18. 18 - 19 Tanakh, Torah] The awful and horrifying truth is that all who are trusting in their works alone are lost, for "by the deeds of the Law there shall no flesh be justified." [Romans 3. 20]

"Another BOOK was opened (at the Judgment Seat), which is the BOOK OF LIFE. And anyone not found written in the BOOK OF Life was cast into the Lake of Fire ." [Revelation 20. 12, 15] That BOOK has the names of all who are trusting in the blessed REDEEMER, MESSIAH YESHUA alone for their salvation.

Still there is another BOOK that the LORD GOD is keeping — "In this vein have those who revere the LORD been talking to one another. The LORD has heard and noted it; and a SCROLL OF REMEMBRANCE has been written at HIS behest (order) concerning those who fear the LORD and esteem HIS NAME. And on the day that I am preparing, said the LORD OF HOSTS, they shall be MY treasured possession; I will be tender toward them as a man is tender toward a son who ministers to him. And you shall come to see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between him who has served the LORD and him who has not served HIM." [Malachi (Malakhi) 3. 16 - 18 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." [2 Corinthians 5. 10] Though we will all stand before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST to give an account of our lives, the true saints of GOD will receive an extra privilege by having their names in GOD'S special BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE (for revering HIS NAME, talking to one another about HIM, fearing HIM, esteeming HIS NAME, obedience, etc.) as well as the LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE. The advantages of belonging to the KING of kings are simply too numerous to count.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
One of the most powerful ways we experience GOD’S closeness is through coincidences. Contemplate how awesome that is! GOD is literally customizing a series of events unique to you just to make known to you how close HE is at that moment. In TORAH this is what we call an “ays ratzon” - a favorable moment. But if we translate the Hebrew literally, it’s even more powerful. It means, “a time of desire,” a time when GOD is expressing HIS longing for us. During these moments our sages teach us that the Gates of Heaven are open to our prayers. Now we know what to do the next time a coincidence happens! Pray! And thank GOD.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The conscience is a delicate instrument which becomes deranged by misuse.

YES & AMEN
"For all the promises of GOD in HIM are YES! and in HIM AMEN! to the glory of GOD through us." [2 Corinthians 1. 20]

The word "Amen" is a most remarkable word; it was translated directly from the Hebrew word "aman" which is related to the word for believe or faithful. Therefore, it came to mean "sure, truly, so it will be" an expression of absolute trust and confidence.

Also in the Hebrew interpretation, Amen is an acrostic — "EL MELECH NE'EMAN" or, "The LORD is a TRUSTWORTHY KING." Blessed be HE and blessed be the GLORIOUS NAME OF THE LORD forever and ever! "Let the NAME of YEHOWAH be blessed now and forever. From east (rising of the sun) to west (its going down) the NAME of YEHOWAH is praised." [Psalms (Tehillym) 113. 2 - 3 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

One of the titles of MESSIAH YESHUA is "THE AMEN." In the Book of Revelation, the last of HIS Letters to the seven churches begins with a distinguished greeting from the GLORIFIED LORD: "These things says the AMEN, the FAITHFUL and TRUE WITNESS, the BEGINNING of the creation of GOD." [Revelation 3. 14] We can be absolutely certain that HIS WORD is always faithful and true, because HE is the CREATOR of all things, HE is our "ETERNAL AMEN."

Every promise of the LORD GOD in CHRIST JESUS is "YES! & AMEN!" — as strong an affirmation of truth as can be expressed in a language. Therefore, it is extremely meaningful that the HOLY SCRIPTURES close with a thunderous AMEN! "The grace of our LORD JESUS be with you all. Amen!" [Revelation 22. 21] All who read these LIFE-GIVING Words can know beyond all reasoning that the entire BOOK of books is absolutely true and trustworthy. Amen! Read and believe (obey), it is the GREATEST MESSAGE (REVEALED TRUTH) ever told! "Blessed be YEHOWAH ELOHEY of Israel forevermore, from eternity to eternity! Amen and Amen." [Psalms (Tehillym) 41. 13; 89. 52 Tanakh, Kethuvim] There is indescribable overwhelming joy in obeying and serving the LOVING LORD GOD OF THE UNIVERSE.

Sha’alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Draw us nearer to YOU to serve YOU in faithfulness. Joyfully, we lift our voices and proclaim YOUR PRECIOUS NAME.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Our need is not religion, we need a SAVIOR.

HARD HEARTS
"Later HE (MESSIAH YESHUA) appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and HE rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen HIM after HE had risen." [Mark 16. 14]

Many people, including numerous CHRISTians, are afflicted with the spiritual hardening of the heart, and there are several references to this fact in the HOLY SCRIPTURES. The first was in Egypt 's unbelieving Pharaoh — The LORD said to Moses, "I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go." [Exodus (Shemot) 4. 21 Tanakh, Torah] Then when the children of Israel did escape Pharaoh's persecutions, they also contracted this debilitating attitude: "Do not be stubborn and harden not your heart, as at Meribah, and as in the day of Massah, in the wilderness, when your fathers put ME to the test, tried ME, though they had seen MY deeds." [Psalms (Tehillym) 95. 8 - 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Even the disciples of the LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH were rebuked by HIM for their hardness of heart. Regardless of the OLD COVENANT prophecies, and JESUS' own frequently repeated promise that HE would rise from the dead, the disciples forsook HIM and fled into hiding when HE was arrested. Some were even skeptical and doubted the first reports of MESSIAH'S resurrection until they saw HIM for themselves. HIS rebuke, in essence, compared their unbelief with hardness of heart.

If this "hardness of heart" and "unbelief" could exist in the eleven disciples, it could surely happen to us IF we allow it. Beware! brethren, for fear that there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the LIVING GOD! We need to "exhort one another daily, while it is called "Today" lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Today, if you will hear HIS voice — Listen!!! do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion." [Hebrews 3. 12 - 13, 15] We are partakers of MESSIAH YESHUA, if we hold fast to the beginning of our confidence (faithfulness) and remain steadfast to the end.

The GREAT & MIGHTY GOD is the HOLY ONE WHO fights for us in our wilderness, WHO changes our bitter waters into sweet, WHO speaks to us in our daily lives and is our very LIFE'S BREAD. How can we help but love the EVER-LIVING LORD GOD with all our heart and follow HIS commands!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
O LORD GOD of mercy, we trust in YOU. In deep humility we approach YOUR Throne and lay our supplications before YOU. Strengthen our faith in YOU, that with wisdom and courage we may do YOUR will. Help us to right the wrongs we have done to others and give us the grace to pardon those who offend us. Enlighten our minds with YOUR truth and touch our hearts with YOUR mercy. May this day summon our energies to the fulfillment of YOUR perfect plan for our life and may it bring our souls the inner peace in which alone the voice of YOUR SPIRIT is heard. Be with us. O GOD, and receive us in YOUR boundless love for YOU alone are our HOPE and SUPPORT. Amen

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Tradition is a protective fence for the TORAH. Tithes protect wealth, vows protect abstinence, silence protects wisdom. [Rabbi Akiva]

EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY
"Now to HIM WHO is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to HIM be glory in the church by CHRIST JESUS to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." [Ephesians 3. 20 - 21]

This SCRIPTURE assures us of GOD’S amazing, unlimited ability to answer our prayers and is related to the unique "power that works in us." The Apostle Paul used this same word twice before in the epistle to the Ephesians speaking of "the exceeding greatness of HIS power toward us who believe" and "the gift of the grace of GOD given to me by the effective working (energy) of HIS power. [Ephesians 1. 19; 3. 7]

Such power working in us is actually nothing less than the PRESENCE OF GOD HIMSELF. This is first found in the model prayer that MESSIAH YESHUA prayed when HIS disciples asked HIM to teach them to pray — "For YOURS is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen" [Matthew 6. 13] It is this "power of GOD to salvation for everyone who believes" [Romans 1. 16] which is received when we first believed and trusted on MESSIAH through the GOSPEL. It has been so ever since the fulfillment of MESSIAH’S promise when HE declared to HIS disciples that "you shall receive power when the HOLY SPIRIT has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to ME." [Acts 1. 8] The disciples, were "endued (enabled, authorized, armed, equipped) with power from on high" [Luke 24. 49], as are we.

This remarkable power of GOD is imparted to us and energized in us by the enabling of the HOLY SPIRIT. So, we can be filled "with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT." [Romans 15. 13]

The LORD YESHUA is our INVINCIBLE REFUGE for all time even throughout eternity, for we "are kept by the power of GOD through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time." [1 Peter 1. 5] With such a HEAVENLY RESOURCE of unlimited spiritual power working in us, GOD is more then able to accomplish far more than we can ever imagine, as HE works in and through those yielded to HIS perfect will.

To our glorious and WISE GOD through the LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH all things are possible. In CHRIST my SAVIOR, I greatly rejoice!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
The 8th Light is the Light of Courage. Let truth and justice be your armor and fear not, the ALMIGHTY ONE, blessed be HE, is with you.
As we celebrate the last night (evening-to-evening) of Chanukkah, we come to the Miketz—(Hebrew for at the end) of the celebration, our prayer for each of you is to be strong and of good courage; be bold as you proclaim the GOOD NEWS of Salvation to all. The LORD bless and keep you throughout the coming days!
We carry you in our hearts — please know, you are in our daily prayers! Go with GOD!
We Light These Candles. . .
In commemoration of the miracles
and wonders which YOU LORD did unto our
fathers in those days, as in this time.
We celebrate Chanukkah with songs
of praise and joyful gratitude
for the victory we have in MESSIAH YESHUA
and remember the rededication
of the Temple ,
and our lives to YOU,
MOST HOLY LORD GOD.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
As the world could not exist without the winds, so is it impossible for the world to exist without Israel . [Talmud, Taan. 3b]

MY HOLY NAME
"So I will make MY HOLY NAME known in the midst of MY people Israel , and never again will I allow MY HOLY NAME to be profaned. Then the nations shall know that I am Yehowah Qadowsh Yisrael (the LORD, the HOLY ONE in Israel)." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 39. 7 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

The OLD COVENANT is replete using the wonderful name of GOD, QADOWSH YEHOWAH —the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, most often used during the days of the later kings of Judah . The strong emphasis on this particular name is probably because of the prevalent un-holiness of the nation of Israel during those years — which finally culminated in the captivity of Judah itself.

As stated, GOD repeatedly stresses HIS holiness: "For our shield belongs to the LORD, and our KING to the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL." [Psalms (Tehillym) 89. 18 Tanakh, Kethuvim; also see 7l. 22; 78. 41] "For Israel is not forsaken (widowed), nor Judah, by his GOD, the LORD OF HOSTS, though their land was filled with sin against the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 51. 5 Tanakh, Nevi’im; also see 50. 29] "For HE WHO made you will espouse you — HIS NAME is Yehowah Tsebaovt (LORD OF HOSTS) — The HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL will redeem you — HE is called Elohey (GOD) of all the earth." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 54. 5 Tanakh, Nevi’im; at least 27 times Isaiah describes GOD as the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL]

And, we are commanded to be like our CREATOR, "I am Yehowah Eloheyhem (the LORD your GOD). You shall therefore consecrate yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy." [Leviticus (Vayikra) 11. 44 Tanakh, Nevi’im] "As HE WHO called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written — Be holy, for I am holy." [1 Peter 1. 15 - 16]

The final occurrence of this MAJESTIC NAME is especially emphasized as the ANCIENT HERO in Israel given of the prophesied invasion of Israel when Gog, the Prince of Rosh of the Land of Magog whom the LORD GOD is against "will advance upon MY people Israel , like a cloud covering the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against MY land, that the nations may know ME when, before their eyes, I manifest MY holiness through you, O Gog!" [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 38. 16 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

At that time, says the LORD, "On that day, when Gog sets foot on the soil of Israel — MY raging anger shall flare up. For I have decreed in MY jealousy and in the fire of My blazing wrath I have spoken: Surely in that day a great earthquake shall befall the land of Israel . The fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the ground, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall quake at MY PRESENCE. Mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall crumble to the ground. — I will summon the sword against Gog throughout all MY mountains— says the LORD GOD — and every man's sword will turn against his brother. I will punish him with pestilence and bloodshed; I pour torrential rain, great hailstones, and sulfurous fire down on him, his hordes, and the many peoples with him. Thus I will magnify MY greatness and MY holiness, and make MYSELF known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am Yehowah (the LORD)." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 38. 18 - 23 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

At last, the time is coming when the PRECIOUS NAME OF THE LORD will no longer be polluted, corrupted or dishonored and "from that day forward the House of Israel shall know that I Yehowah Eloheyhem (the LORD am their GOD). . .Assuredly, thus says the LORD GOD — I will now restore the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole House of Israel; and I will be zealous for MY HOLY NAME...I will never again hide MY face from them; for I will pour out MY SPIRIT upon the House of Israel — declares Adoney Yehowah (the LORD GOD)." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 39. 22, 25, 29 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

Such a glorious day that will be, when GOD cleanses us from all our iniquities, when the HOLY ONE is revered in all nations, and in truth we are HIS holy people.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
As we bid farewell to Sabbath and begin the new month of Tevet, we pray that the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD be gracious to us that we may understand and fulfill the Teaching of HIS HOLY WORD. May HE enlighten our eyes in HIS Law that we may cling to HIS commandments. Unite our hearts to love and revere YOU and teach us YOUR WORDS and wisdom. LORD YOU are our PRAISE, our STRENGTH, our FORTRESS, and our REFUGE in days of affliction and at all times.
May you have a heart to know YEHOWAH, that HE is the LORD of your life; oh, return to HIM with your whole heart. May each of you be delivered from trouble and harm, or strengthened through it. Heal us O LORD, make us righteous in YOUR sight.
The 7th Light is the Light of Justice. Thus said King David, "Trust in the LORD and wait patiently for HIM!"
Nothing can be achieved in haste. The spreading tree and the soul of man grows slowly to perfection. May the LORD GOD teach you patience that you may endure every trial HE allows to make you strong.
The commentaries state that a reason for the destruction of the Temple was due to Jews turning away from GOD in sincerity and truth to their own form of worship and for fighting against each other. The rededication of the Temple on Hanukkah saw the Jews repair their spiritual breeches and reunite around the Temple . When the Jewish people return to their MAKER, HE is faithful to forgive and restore. And in unity we too are strongest, like two hands coming together.
Happy Chanukkah Everyone! Walk boldly in the light and warmth of GOD'S compelling, indescribable love. And, may the HOLY ONE fill you with HIS perfect peace, amazing joy and happiness each day.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
The moment you are proud of being humble, you loose your status!

PERFECT LAMB
"When HE came into the world, HE said € ¢â’ ’´ Sacrifice and offering YOU did not desire, but a body YOU have prepared for ME." [Hebrews 10. 5]

The writer of the Book of Hebrews had just pointed out that, despite all of the animal sacrifices offered up by the people of Israel over the centuries that it "is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins." [Hebrews 10. 4] It would require the once-for-all offering of "the LAMB OF GOD WHO takes away the sin of the world." [John 1. 29] Hebrews also makes it clear that the DIVINE ONE cannot come under the Law.

However, the PERFECT LAMB could be none other than GOD HIMSELF, in the INCARNATE PERSON of HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON, the LORD YESHUA ha€ ¢â’ ’¹MASHIACH. No ordinary man, regardless of how powerful, wise, moral, or upright he may be, could ever accomplish such a extraordinary task. Only GOD could do that, but HE must also be a man in order to pay the death penalty for man€ ¢â’ ’¹s sin. "Lev 25:47-48 'Now if a sojourner or stranger close to you has prospered, and one of your brethren who dwells by him becomes poor, and sells himself to the stranger or sojourner among you, or to a member of the stranger's family, after he is sold he may be redeemed again. One of his kinsman may redeem him." [Matthew 17. 21 - 22] Therefore GOD, taking the form of man, was also able to defeat death and live forever with those who would accept HIM as their SAVIOR. "For there is one GOD and one MEDIATOR between GOD and men, the MAN CHRIST JESUS, WHO gave HIMSELF a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." [1 Timothy 2. 5 - 6] MESSIAH was both, ETERNAL GOD and PERFECT MAN, fulfilling the requirement of the Law.

YESHUA, our KINSMAN REDEEMER was rich in divine mercy, unselfish love, and amazing grace stepped out of Glory, came to earth in a body of flesh as the sinless LAST ADAM. HE was acquainted with our griefs and sin; then paid the unimaginable price to buy us back that we may ever fellowship with HIM.

To accomplish this, YESHUA must have a human body, one without genetically inherited transformational imperfections and no inherited Adamic sin nature. Therefore, "a body YOU have prepared (made perfect) for ME." The Greek word, katartizo, means "prepared" or "made perfect" is used only one other time in HOLY SCRIPTURE, "By faith we understand that the worlds were framed (prepared, made perfect) by the WORD OF GOD." [Hebrews 11. 3] This correlation assures us that the AWESOME CREATOR "prepared" the human body of HIS BELOVED SON, to be placed in Miriam€ ¢â’ ’¹s (Mary) virgin womb with the same perfect wisdom and care with which HE had "framed" the worlds. Both were made "very good" perfectly designed, created, and made to accomplish HIS great eternal plan for HIS pleasure.

"The LORD GOD has given ME the tongue of the learned€ ¢â’ ¦HE awakens MY ear to hear as the learned. The LORD GOD has opened MY ear; I did not disobey, I was not rebellious, nor did I turn away. I gave MY back to those who struck ME, and MY cheeks to those who tore out the beard; I did not hide MY face from shame and spitting." [Isaiah/Yeshayah 50. 4 - 6]

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Welcoming Sabbath Mevarchim (the Sabbath of blessing the new month of Tevet) LORD, we rest in YOUR love freely given € ¢â’ ’´ a rest of truth and sincerity € ¢â’ ’´ a rest in peace and tranquility in quiet and safety € ¢â’ ’´ a perfect rest in which we find favor in YOUR PRESENCE. We bow the head and bend the knee and magnify the KING of kings, WHO gave HIS life to redeem us from all our sins, blessed and praised be HE. Amen! Have a peaceful, enriching Shabbat by blessing others.

The 6th Candle of Chanukkah represents the Light of Love. "You shall love the LORD your GOD will all your heart and all your soul and with all your might!"
May YESHUA bless you with HIS great love that all may see it and know the ONE from WHOM it came.
Our prayer is that the love and peace of ALMIGHTY GOD shines out of each of us as we bow in adoration before the KING OF GLORY,
...bright enough for all to see
...clear enough for all to follow.
By saturating every area of life with purpose and holiness we will never burnout.
We greet you and wish you many abundant blessings this Chanukkah-Christmas Season!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
May the seed you sow take root downward and bear fruit upward.

NEW HEAVEN & NEW EARTH
"For behold! I am creating a new heaven and a new earth; the former things shall not be remembered or come to mind. Be glad then and rejoice forever in what I am creating. For I shall create Jerusalem as a joy, and her people as a delight. I will rejoice in Jerusalem , and delight in MY people. Never again shall be heard in her the sounds of weeping and wailing." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 65. 17  19 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

There are so many eternal treasures that ALMIGHTY GOD has prepared for those who love HIM even the heavens could not contain them though one would try writing them down. The old things will pass away and all things will be made new. "Behold, I make all things new" says THE ALPHA & THE OMEGA, THE BEGINNING & THE END. [Revelation 21. 5] "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea." [Revelation 21. 1] Seas are absent as they are always restless, now there is peace everywhere.
Like Abraham who looked for a City that has foundations, whose BUILDER and MAKER is GOD [Hebrews 11. 8-10], we will see that City that John saw, "the HOLY CITY , NEW JERUSALEM, coming down out of heaven from GOD, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." [Revelation 21. 2]
Therein also is the "pure River of Water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the Throne of GOD and of the LAMB. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the River, was the Tree of Life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the Tree were for the healing of the nations." [Revelation 22. 1-2]
Most wondrous of wonders will be that we are forever with our GOD, the LORD WHO loves us and redeemed us. "The Tabernacle of GOD is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people. GOD HIMSELF will be with them and be their GOD. And GOD will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away...Whoever overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD and he shall be MY son." [Revelation 21. 3 - 4, 7] "The Throne of GOD and of the LAMB shall be in it. HIS servants shall serve HIM. They shall see HIS face and HIS NAME shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there; they need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the LORD GOD gives them light. And the LORD GOD shall reign KING forever and ever." [Revelation 22. 3 - 5]
The time is near, blessed are those who keep the words of the prophecy of YESHUA, the ROOT & OFFSPRING of David, the BRIGHT & MORNING STAR. [Revelation 22. 16 - 17, 20] Let those who have ears hear what the SPIRIT and the BRIDE say. . . COME! Surely I am coming quickly." Even so, Amen. Finished and complete, praised be the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, CREATOR of the Universe.
Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
The 5th Candle of Chanukkah represents the Light of Holiness. Purity of thought and nobility of action make all of life sacred. "Holy, Holy, Holy is the LORD OF HOSTS; the whole earth is filled with HIS Glory!" May the REDEEMER of all ages make you holy and may you grow in HIS wisdom and favor.
Jewish families recite beautiful prayers during the lighting ceremony, offering praise and thanksgiving to GOD for delivering the strong into the hands of the weak, the many into the hands of the few...the wicked into the hands of the righteous.
As we celebrate Chanukkah  the bright glow of the candles causes us to remember the wonders reflected upon the SERVANT WHO bent down to bring light to those whom HE served. May the flame of YESHUA ha'MASHIACH burn brightly in your heart as you share HIS light with others this holiday season and always.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you perceive something so important to be willing to sacrifice your own life for it, then your life has weight and purpose and direction. Because, until you know what you are willing to die for, you have not yet begun to live.

TWENTY-TWO COMMANDMENTS
"You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation." [1 Thessalonians 5. 5 - 6, 8]
1. Do not sleep; watch and be sober.
2. Put on faith and love, and hope of salvation.
3. Comfort one another.
4. Edify one another.
5. Recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the LORD and admonish you,
6. Esteem them in love for their works.
7. Be at peace among yourselves.
8. Warn those who are unruly.
9. Comfort the fainthearted.
10. Uphold the weak,
11. Be patient with all.
12. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
13. Rejoice always.
14. Pray without ceasing.
15. In everything give thanks; for this is the will of GOD in MESSIAH YESHUA for you.
16. Do not quench the SPIRIT.
17. Do not despise prophecies.
18. Test (prove) all things; hold fast what is good.
19. Abstain from every form of evil. (Reach for maturity, sanctify yourselves, be holy!)
20. Pray for us.
21. Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.
22. Read this epistle to all the holy brethren.

"Now may the GOD of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. HE WHO calls you is Faithful, who also will do it. The grace of our LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH be with you. Amen" [1 Thessalonians 5. 6 – 28]

Sha’alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
The 4th Light is the Light of Mercy. Cruelty hardens the heart and destroys friendship. "Do justice, and love mercy, and walk humbly after your GOD." Truly, the LORD is exceptionally good, HIS mercy is eternal, HIS faithfulness and truth is for all generations.
Chanukkah celebrates the survival of the Jewish people from destruction. It is said that every Jewish holiday can be summed up as: “They tried to kill us, we won, let’s eat!” Why did the miracle come about through oil? Why didn't GOD miraculously create a Menorah? Chanukkah is about remembering the hidden essence, the beauty based on what’s inside, not the external facade. Thus the miracle happened with the oil, not the Menorah itself. There was plenty of oil around, but they were missing Spiritually Pure Oil – the COMFORTER, the HOLY SPIRIT. Every moment of life contains these two aspects: physical and spiritual. Deciding which to emphasize at each moment is a lifelong, moment-by-moment challenge. Performing the miracle with oil shows us the emphasis on the spiritual side. Yes, the physical is important and necessary. But it is not “it” – GOD’S continual hand in our life is. GOD is waiting for us to take that first step before HE brings the miracle.
Happy Chanukkah Everyone! Walk boldly in the light and warmth of GOD'S compelling love. And, may the HOLY ONE fill you with HIS perfect peace, wonderful joy and indescribable happiness.
Our prayer for each of you is to have firsthand knowledge of our living salvation through our GREAT MESSIAH, KING YESHUA.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
In MESSIAH YESHUA dwells the fullness of the GODHEAD BODILY.

DEDICATION (Part 2 — Conclusion)
The eight-branched Menorah also represents the people of GOD WHO are "the lower lights." MESSIAH called HIS followers "lights" [Ephesians 5. 8], and also commanded them to let their "light so shine before men" that their good works would be seen and the HEAVENLY FATHER glorified. [Matthew 5. 16]

To the Jewish people there is much significance in the idea of Lights — one of them is relative to marriage: "From every human being there rises a light that reaches straight to heaven. And when two souls that are destined to be together find each other, their streams of light flow together, and a single brighter light goes forth from their united being." [Baal Shem Tov]

The WORD OF GOD describes YESHUA ha'MASHIACH as THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD, behold HIS wondrous flame, the FLAME OF HOPE. HE came as the SERVANT (SHAMMAS) to light every man who comes to HIM; and all who come to HIM shall no longer walk in darkness, but shall have the LIGHT OF LIFE! A song of thanksgiving for this LIGHT is found in the book of Isaiah: "The people that walked in darkness have seen a brilliant LIGHT; on those who dwelt in the land of gloom and death, LIGHT has dawned." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 9. 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Yes, the LORD JESUS CHRIST is this GLORIOUS LIGHT WHO shines — not for one night only or even for eight nights — but HE is as the "NER TORMID" — THE PERPETUAL LIGHT shining victoriously forevermore!

There is a popular game which is played at this season to remember the Miracle of Lights. Dreidels (tops) are spun in this celebration. The dreidel is shaped like a cube, on each of the lateral sides of which is found a Hebrew letter. The four Hebrew letters are nun, gimmel, hai, shin — the initials of the words which constitute the sentence, "Nes Gadol Hayah Shem" or "A Great Miracle Happened There."

Why is this game so linked with Chanukkah? During the rule of the Greek-Syrians, studying the TORAH was outlawed and if anyone was caught, the crime was punishable by death. So, when the children were studying the TORAH and they saw a Greek patrol come by, they would quickly hide the TORAH and take out a dreidel and begin playing. So, it is a reminder of the brave children who had the courage to study the TORAH even under such dangerous circumstances and times.

How very interesting that while the dreidel spins, the letters disappear in a blur and are visible only when it comes to a stop. How like the dreidel we are — immersed in the dizzying hustle and bustle of daily routine and we cannot see the miracles regularly happening all around us. It is only when we stop to reflect that our eyes are opened to the miracles that were there all along. We are reminded again that the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL has promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." [Hebrews 13. 5] And we are also assured, that HIS mercies endure forever according to HIS loving-kindnesses. [Isaiah/Yeshayah 63]

In the Gamatra (numerology) the initial Hebrew letters depicting "A Great Miracle Happed There" have the number value—358—which is the same numerical value as the name "Messiah!" YESHUA truly is "THE GREATEST of miracles!" HE came that we might have life, and that abundantly.

In John 10:22 we read of THE PROMISED REDEEMER WHO walked on Solomon's porch on this day (Feast of Dedication), WHO has won a victory for us greater than that of Judah Maccabeus. YESHUA, the WORD-made-Flesh, has loosed us from the hands of our enemy, the Devil, and has cleansed the once-polluted Temple by the ministry of HIS HOLY SPIRIT. We who are redeemed, rejoice in the GIFT of all gifts, not only at the Feast of Dedication, but every moment of our lives when we remember the victory the LORD JESUS wrought for us and the MIRACLE OF THE EVERLASTING LIGHT in our souls! HalleluYAH!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
The 3rd Candle of Chanukkah represents the Light of Justice. No nation can endure who is unjust to the weak — "Justice, always justice shall you pursue!" Take heed that you judge in righteousness, for you do not judge for man but for the GOD WHO is with you in judgment.
Chanukkah is a special time for us to say thank the LOVING CREATOR for all the little and big miracles in our lives. When we look into the beautiful, pure flames of the candles we remember that no day is just another day. There are blessings around all of us every moment, just waiting for us to notice them.
Happy Chanukkah – celebrating the wondrous Festival of Lights!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
You can choose to drown in the darkness of tomorrow or rejoice in the light of today.

WE KNOW HIM IF
"Now by this we know that we know HIM, if we keep HIS commandments." [1 John 2. 3]

The LORD YESHUA asked, "why do you call ME 'Lord, Lord' — and not do the things which I say?" [Luke 6. 46] This is a distressing question and a familiar criticism of those who loathe CHRIST-ian teachings and instructions. It is heartbreaking when the ungodly are more aware of the expected behavior of GOD’S people than the redeemed. We can well see why our actions nullify our testimony. "To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. They profess to know GOD, but in works they deny HIM, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work." [Titus 1. 15 - 16]

John and other writers emphasize the results of willing obedience, that the world may know we belong to the LORD GOD MOST HOLY. "Whoever says, "I know HIM1" and does not keep HIS commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps HIS WORD, truly the love of GOD is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in HIM. He who says he abides in HIM ought himself also to walk just as HE walked. But whoever keeps HIS WORD, truly the love of GOD is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in HIM. He who says he abides in HIM ought himself also to walk just as HE walked." [1 John 2. 4 - 6]

Paul, an apostle of the LORD YESHUA wrote, "you who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now HE has reconciled — if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the Gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven." [Colossians 1. 21 & 23]

James cautions us to "be doers of the WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves" [James 1. 22]; to concur another of Paul’s teachings, "for not the hearers of the Law are just in the sight of GOD, but the doers of the Law will be justified." [Romans 2. 13]

Daily, we should give special attention to willingly and deliberately walk as children of light, following the pattern the LORD JESUS lived:
To walk in the light guarantee fellowship: "If we walk in the light as HE is in the light, we have fellowship with one another." [1 John 12. 7]
Constant and willing obedience produces an effective prayer life: "Whatever we ask we receive from HIM, because we keep HIS commandments and do those things that are pleasing in HIS sight. And this is HIS commandment: That we should believe on the NAME of HIS SON YESHUA ha’MASHIACH and love one another." [1 John 3. 22 - 23]

A lifestyle of obedience brings an awareness of the HOLY SPIRIT’S indwelling: "Whoever keeps HIS commandments abides in HIM, and HE in them. And by this we know that HE abides in us, by the SPIRIT WHOM HE has given us." [1 John 3. 24]
Loving GOD produces compliance, which in turn brings joy in that obedience: "For this is the love of GOD, that we keep HIS commandments. And HIS commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of GOD overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith." [1 John 5. 3 - 4]

Our actions show the world WHOM we serve: "For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the FATHER, the WORD, and the HOLY SPIRIT; and these THREE are ONE." [1 John 5. 7] Our righteous deeds prove to the world to WHOM we serve: "You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them." [Matthew 7. 16 - 20]

May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of GOD and CHRIST JESUS that you may be partakers of HIS divine nature, and declare — by your fruit — HIS grace and glory to this lost world.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Genesis 1:3-4 describes the creation of the first LIGHT: "ELOHIYM said, 'Let there be light' — and there was light. GOD saw that the light was good, and GOD separated the light from the darkness."
Tonight at sundown starts the first of eight nights of Chanukkah. We begin with first lighting the Shamash Candle. Prepare to enjoy the Festival of Lights!

The Shehechey An’u (Chanukkah Candle-Lighting Ceremony)
MESSIAH YESHUA is shown in the Chanukkah lights as the middle or "Shamas (Servant) Candle." HE comes to minister, serve, and save; HE serves mankind with HIS wonderful salvation. We say special prayers before we light the menorah. There are blessings said over these special Chanukkah lights.

Before lighting the Shamash Candle
"As one candle may kindle many others and yet loose none of it's own light, so Judaism has kindled the light of truth for many religions in many lands and still shines brightly through the ages." This prayer gives thanks that our family and friends can be together to celebrate the holiday.
There are three blessings after lighting the Shams Candle: "Blessed are YOU, O LORD our GOD, KING of the Universe, WHO has sanctified us by YOUR commandments and commanded us to kindle the Chanukkah lights." Isaiah 49:7 gives a beautiful picture of the ONLY SERVANT of GOD WHO was exalted after HE had given HIS Light to HIS people, "The REDEEMER of Israel, GOD'S HOLY ONE; HIM WHO is despised; HIM WHO is abhorred of nations; to a SERVANT of rulers, kings shall see and arise; princes shall prostrate themselves."

The Second Blessing gives thanks for the miracles which have saved the Jewish people even when others wanted to destroy them. "Blessed are YOU, O LORD our GOD, KING of the universe, WHO has kept us in life, sustained us and brought us to this festive season." The SHAMASH (Jesus the Servant) came to light every man who comes to HIM, and all who come to HIM shall no longer walk in darkness but shall have the LIGHT OF LIFE! "The people that walked in darkness have seen a GREAT, BRILLIANT LIGHT; they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them LIGHT has dawned." [Isaiah 9:2 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The Third Blessing gives thanks that our family and friends can be together to celebrate the holidays. "Blessed are YOU, O LORD our GOD, KING of the universe, WHO performed wondrous deeds for our ancestors in days of old and has kept us in life, sustained us and brought us to this festive season." YESHUA ha’MASHIACH is the HOLY ONE sent of GOD to bring us the LIGHT OF SALVATION. Of MESSIAH it is written: "The LIGHT OF ISRAEL will be FIRE, and the HOLY ONE a FLAME." [Isaiah 10:17 Tanakh, Nevi'im]
The 1st Light tells us of HIM WHOSE first command was, "Let there be light." The darkness of idol worship and immorality was scattered when Israel brought radiant knowledge of one GOD.
May you grow daily in the richness and blessings of knowing HIM, WHO is CREATOR GOD, the LIGHT of the world.
Happy Chanukkah – Enjoy the coming week celebrating the wondrous Festival of Lights!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Love should be like a tree whose roots are deep in the earth, but whose branches extend into heaven.

MARK & AVOID
"Now I urge you, brethren, mark those who cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you learned and avoid them. For those who are such do not serve our LORD JESUS CHRIST, but their own belly; and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple." [Romans 16. 17 - 18]

"Who is the man who is eager for life, who desires years of good fortune? Guard your tongue from evil, your lips from deceitful speech." [Psalms (Tehillym) 34. 12 - 13 Tanakh, Kethuvim] In Hebrew one would say, Shmiras ha'Loshon — Guard your tongue. Then, to mark and avoid such persons that do not, we must appropriately use the infallible BIBLICAL standards for discernment and judgment.

Truth in judgment must be based on the doctrine which you acquired from GOD'S HOLY WRITTEN WORD OF TRUTH. "For whoever speaks thus of the Law and the message of testimony, if they do not speak according to this WORD, it is because there is no light in them." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 8. 20 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "The LORD says — To such a one I will look: To him who is poor and of a contrite (smitten, maimed, dejected) spirit, who is concerned about MY WORD." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 66. 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

False teachers and cults need to be marked and avoided for "someday they shall cry to the LORD, but HE will not hear nor answer them; at that time HE will even hide HIS face from them, in accordance to the evil they have done. Thus says the LORD to the prophets who lead MY people astray. You shall have darkness without divination; the sun shall go down on the prophets, and the day shall be dark for them." [Micah (Michah) 3. 4 - 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

Therefore, "take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, EVEN WHAT HE HAS WILL BE TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM." [Mark 4. 24 - 25]

We must know and apply GOD'S WORD, the HOLY SCRIPTURES faithfully to our lives. And, we must be like the Bereans who, when they heard new teachings, "Received the WorD with all readiness, and searched the SCRIPTURES daily to find out whether those things were so." [Acts 17. 11]

We cannot avoid the "offense of the cross" [Galatians 5. 11], for it marks men as hell-deserving sinners. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!! Our only hope of salvation is a humble acknowledgment of MESSIAH LORD YESHUA, the REJECTED CREATOR and ONLY REDEEMER. Know HiM as your personal SAVIOR & KING WHO died for your sins, rose victoriously, and is coming back for us to be with HIM forever!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Welcome Sabbath! — Celebrating MESSIAH YESHUA, LORD of the Sabbath. Open your hearts in song as the sunset swells into a rhythm of changing colours; see, the LORD is good to those who trust in HIM and wait for HIM, to the ones who seek HIM.
HEAVENLY FATHER accept our rest and on this Sabbath Day renew us for YOUR good and bless us with YOUR joy and gladness. Blessed are YOU, our LORD GOD, WHO sanctifies the Sabbath, Israel and all who love YOUR PRECIOUS SON, YESHUA our RISEN SAVIOR, the GLORIOUS KING, WHO gives true Sabbath peace & rest.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
In the Hereafter all offerings will cease except the Thanksgiving Offering which will never come to an end.

CLEANSING POWER
"How can a young man cleanse his way and keep pure? By holding to YOUR WORD." [Psalms (Tehillym) 119. 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Paul was able to prove to the Jews around the world that the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA was actually the fulfillment of MESSIANIC Prophecy by using the HOLY SCRIPTURES of the Jews as all the proof he needed: "Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the SCRIPTURES, explaining and demonstrating that the CHRIST had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and saying — This JESUS WHOM I preach to you is the CHRIST." [Acts 17. 2 - 3]

Today as well, when we search the LIFE-GIVING SCRIPTURES for understanding, we find it sufficient to answer all the complex and difficult questions that come up in our lives, and especially as it pertains to our relationship with ALMIGHTY GOD — "For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the SCRIPTURES might have hope." [Romans 15. 4] And again the Apostle Paul said: "Now to HIM WHO is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of JESUS CHRIST, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began, but now has been made manifest, and by the prophetic SCRIPTURES has been made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the EVERLASTING GOD, for obedience to the faith — to GOD, alone wise, be glory through JESUS CHRIST forever. Amen" [Romans 16. 25 - 27]

The power of the WRITTEN WORD is that they provide proof of our need for the SAVIOUR that OMNIPOTENT ONE has provided for us to accomplish what no man is able to accomplish, and that is to remove the sin problem from the Saints. When YESHUA ha'MASHIACH was asked about salvation, HE clearly stated that salvation is impossible for man to accomplish for himself. "When HIS disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying — Who then can be saved? But JESUS looked at them and said to them — With men this is impossible, but with GOD all things are possible." [Matthew 19. 25 - 26]

It is only through these HOLY WRITINGS that we find the comprehensive plan GREAT GOD OF HOSTS revealed, and HIS requirements for our lives. Paul’s advice to Timothy is appropriate for the saints of GOD MOST HIGH today. "But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the HOLY SCRIPTURES, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in CHRIST JESUS." [2 Timothy 3. 14 - 15]

Since the LORD GOD has magnified HIS WORD above HIS NAME [Psalms/Tehillym 138. 2], we are to search the revitalizing SCRIPTURES to find GOD’S wonderfully amazing plan of salvation. As LORD & KING, the GREAT LOVER of our souls was willing to die on that rugged, merciless cross to provide so great a plan. Thus, we must not mistake sincerity for truth!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Redeem Israel, O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Grant, O LORD, that when the time of our departure comes, we may look back without sorrow upon the life we leave, and with trust in YOUR mercy, enter that life which YOU have prepared for the righteous, Amen.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
CHRISTian opportunism is more than an attitude or virtue — it is a whole pattern of living that has its roots in a passion for souls.

EXALT & ESTEEM
"For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as GOD has dealt to each one a measure of faith." [Romans 12. 3]

Today there is so much importance placed on teaching self-esteem, but this is the cause of many personal problems — the problem is that individuals are so aggrandized with themselves, thinking more highly of themselves and less on valuing others and serving the TRUE & LIVING GOD OF HEAVEN. This, however, is not a BIBLICAL perspective, the WORD OF LIFE commands that we should, "let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." [Philippians 2. 3 - 4]

The Apostle Paul could have been one of the greatest teachers and leaders in the religion/political life of the Jewish people, yet he made the declaration — "But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for MESSIAH. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of YESHUA ha’MASHIACH my LORD, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain MESSIAH and be found in HIM, not having my own righteousness, which is from the Law, but that which is through faith in MESSIAH, the righteousness which is from GOD by faith; that I may know HIM and the power of HIS resurrection, and the fellowship of HIS sufferings, being conformed to HIS death, if by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead." [Philippians 3. 7 - 11]

Moses, though once a prince of Egypt , chose MESSIAH and the people of GOD instead. "By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of GOD than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of CHRIST greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward." [Hebrews 11. 24 - 26]

Correspondingly, the Apostle James assures us in his writings, "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing." [James 1. 2 - 4] Definitely, trials are to test your faith, that we may come forth as pure gold just as Job conveyed, "When HE has tested me, I shall come forth as gold." [Job/Iyob 23. 10]

Therefore, if we would truly conform to the will of the LOVING MASTER for our lives, we should be esteeming others more than cultivating self-worth in ourselves, cherish the benefit of knowing and serving YESHUA our REDEEMER more than all the riches and fame of this present world; and count it a joyful privilege when we are enabled to grow more like the MESSIAH through the trials and testings HE permits us to share...exalt (praise, worship, honor, admire), exult (take pride in, rejoice, glory), and highly esteem the LORD our GOD!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Walk unwavering in the WAY OF HOLINESS execute righteous judgment, and you will avoid retribution from GOD WHO is HOLY!
The grace of our LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH be with your spirit every moment of each day; and may the SPIRIT OF HOLINESS delight your soul. Thanks be to GOD, the ALL-KNOWING ONE that our times are in HIS hand and HE will guide and sustain us even unto the end.
Abundant blessings and joy unspeakable now and always from our home to yours.

PRESENT WORLD ENDS
"Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from GOD out of heaven and devoured them. The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the Lake of Fire & Brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever." [Revelation 20. 7 – 10]

All Satanic rebellion is completely crushed. And, the old heaven and old earth, the testing grounds, will pass away. "Heaven and earth will pass away, but MY WORDS will by no means pass away." [Luke 21. 33] "YOU, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of YOUR hands. They will perish, but YOU remain; and they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak YOU will fold them up, and they will be changed. But YOU are the same, and YOUR years will not fail." [Hebrews 1. 10 - 12] "The world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of GOD abides forever." [1 John 2. 17]

This will occur at the time of the Great White Throne Judgment: "Then I saw a Great White Throne and HIM WHO sat on it, from WHOSE face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them...Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away; also there was no more sea." [Revelation 20. 11; 21. 1]

The elements will be dissolved by fire: "All the host of heaven shall be dissolved, the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 34. 4a Tanakh, Nevi'im] "The heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men — The Day of the LORD will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up with fervent heat." [2 Peter 3. 7, 10]

The Great White Throne Judgment will be accurate and just, based on the words, actions, attitude, stewardship, thoughts and motives of each individual. "For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known." [Luke 12. 2] "I saw the dead, small and great, standing before GOD, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the Books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works." [Revelation 20. 12 – 13]

The LORD MESSIAH YESHUA taught us to fear GOD: "And I say to you, MY friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear HIM WHO, after HE has killed, has power to cast into Hell; Yes, I say to you, fear HIM!" [Luke 12. 4 – 5] For after the 1,000 Year Kingdom , death and hell (a temporary confinement) will be cast into the Lake of Fire , which is the eternal abode of all wicked. "Then Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire . This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire — The cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the Lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." [Revelation 20. 11 - 15; 21. 8] "Their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched." [Mark 9. 44, 46, 48]

Therefore beloved, looking forward to the things which are about to take place, be diligent to be found by the RIGHTEOUS & HOLY LORD GOD in peace, without spot and blameless.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
The LORD bless and keep you throughout the coming days as you faithfully walk with HIM! May the LIVING ETERNAL GOD, blessed be HE, hold you close, may HE hold you ever so close in the palm of HIS mighty hand and watch over you. Walk joyously in the light and warmth of ALMIGHTY GOD'S love. And may the HOLY ONE, the HOPE OF ISRAEL, fill you with peace and happiness. May the GOD OF GRACE perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you is our prayer.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Experience is a great teacher, but the tuition is your life.

JUDGING OTHERS
"Judge not, that you be not judged." [Matthew 7. 1]

This is a warning "not to judge" more than a commandment for we will receive "measure for measure." It continues, "for with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the same measure you use, it will be measured back to you." [Matthew 7. 2]

At the same time it does not relieve us from the responsibility of evaluating the beliefs and practices of others. We are to be careful to whom we listen, "Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They are deluding (deceiving, misleading) you, making you worthless. The prophecies they speak are from their own minds, NOT from the mouth of the LORD." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 23. 16 Tanakh, Nevi'im] Discernment is a vitally essential gift of the HOLY SPIRIT needed by every believer to help us recognize deceptive doctrines.

The LORD MESSIAH YESHUA warned — "BEWARE! of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing" in addition to teaching us to "judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." [Matthew 7. 6, 15 & John 7. 24]

Obedience to such commandments obviously requires one to make a judgment as to whether they are real or false. The HOLY SCRIPTURES are the only source to determine truth and error, right and wrong: "For the WORD OF GOD is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." [Hebrews 4. 12] "You shall not render an unfair decision: do not favor the poor or show deference to the rich; judge your kinsman fairly." [Leviticus (Vayikra) 19. 15 Tanakh, Torah] "YEHOWAH ELOHEY charged the judges — Consider what you are doing, for you judge not on behalf of man, but on behalf of the LORD, and HE is with you when you pass judgment." [2 Chronicles (Dibre Hayamin Bet) 19. 6 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "So speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty, for judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment." [James 2. 12 - 13]

In the KINGDOM OF MESSIAH , perfect judgment will be made. "HE has appointed a day on which HE will judge the world in righteousness by the MAN whom HE has ordained. HE has given assurance of this to all by raising HIM from the dead." [Acts 17. 31] "HE shall sense the truth by HIS reverence for the LORD. HE shall not judge by what HIS eyes behold, nor decide by what HIS ears perceive. Thus HE shall judge the poor with equity and righteousness and decide with justice for the lowly of the land. HE shall strike down the ruthless with the rod of HIS mouth and slay the wicked with the breath of HIS lips. Justice shall be the girdle of HIS loins, and faithfulness the girdle of HIS waist." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 11. 3 - 5 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

The LORD YESHUA, the ANOINTED HOLY ONE, calls us to be fruit inspectors — not condemning with critical self-righteous attitudes. "A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, nor can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit...therefore by their fruits you shall know them." [Matthew 7. 18, 20] "Test all things; hold fast what is good." [1 Thessalonians 5. 21] Test by using the LIVING WORD and compare the Fruit of the Spirit against the fruit of the flesh produced in the individual, these serve as the best basis for valid judgment. However, beyond these. . . judge not!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Great and mighty are YOU, LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. The eternal truth is that YOU alone are GOD, and there is none else. Through YOUR power alone has Israel been redeemed from the hand of oppressors. YOU have done great deeds in our behalf and wonders without number. YOU have kept us in life, our footsteps have not faltered. YOUR love has watched over us in the night of oppression; YOUR mercy has sustained us in the hour of trial. And now that Israel is in the Promised Land YOU gave as an inheritance, may we continue to be faithful to YOU and YOUR WORD. May YOUR Law rule the life of all YOUR children and YOUR truth unite our hearts in fellowship. O GOD, our REFUGE and our HOPE, we glorify YOUR NAME now and forevermore. Redeem all YOUR children who are oppressed and persecuted. Praised are YOU, O LORD, REDEEMER of Israel.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Being great does not excuse one from being good.

EL SHADDAI — GOD ALMIGHTY
"When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him — I am EL SHADDAI; walk in MY ways and be blameless before ME. I will establish MY covenant between ME and you, and will multiply you exceedingly." [Genesis (Bereshith) 17. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Torah]

The name EL SHADDAI (ALMIGHTY GOD) is the description of GOD used some forty-eight times in the OLD COVENANT, this text is its first occurrence. In the NEW COVENANT this name is used nine times, with the last makes it clear to us that no Temple is in the Holy City , "for the LORD GOD, EL SHADDAI , and the LAMB are its Temple ." [Revelation 21. 22]

Accordingly, the first and last books of HOLY SCRIPTURE (First & Last indicates all Books in between) reiterates that our GOD is an OMNIPOTENT GOD, as SHADDAI means ALL-SUFFICIENT NOURISHER [comparable to breasts full of milk (shad in Hebrew means breast)]; the ALMIGHTY, MOST POWERFUL, a term exclusively for the one TRUE GOD. The Prophet Jeremiah prayed: "Ah, ADONEY YEHOWAH! Behold, YOU made the heavens and the earth with YOUR great might and outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for YOU! YOU show lovingkindness to thousandth generation, but repay the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them — O GREAT and MIGHTY GOD, whose NAME is the LORD OF HOSTS, wondrous in purpose and mighty in deed." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 32. 17 - 18 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

Sarah laughed to herself when GOD said she would bear a son in her old age, but EL SHADDAI responded: "Is anything too hard (wondrous, amazing, incredible, extraordinary) for the LORD? I will return to you at the same season next year, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son." [Genesis (Bereshith) 18. 14 Tanakh, Torah] Many years later, the angel told the virgin Miryam (Mary), engaged to a man whose name was Joseph, of the House of David, that she would have a SON. She questioned, "How can this be, since I do not know a man?" The angel answered, "with GOD nothing will be impossible." [Luke 1. 34 & 37]

There are some things in EL SHADDAI that are emphatically impossible however, such as being tempted by evil [James 1. 13], HE cannot lie [Titus 1. 2], or deny HIMSELF [2 Timothy 2. 13]. Therefore, whatever HE does is right and whatever HE says is true. We may not always understand why or how HE does or says a certain thing, but in eternity we will learn that HE is able to do what HE says. Our GREAT GOD is omnipotent (all-powerful, supreme, invincible)!

EL SHADDAI did create the universe and all things by HIS spoken word and fashioned mankind into HIS OWN IMAGE. Since we are fearfully and wonderfully made, we should not desecrate HIS handiwork. "Behold, I am YEHOWAH, ELOHEY of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for ME?" [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 32. 27 Tanakh, Nevi'im] Absolutely nothing! EL SHADDAI does all things well!

My soul will continually bless the MOST HOLY LORD God for HE alone is worthy of all praise, reverence, rapturous adoration, and exaltation.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If we were to treat every person we met as if they were the MESSIAH, then it wouldn't make any difference if they weren't.

REJECTION AT HOME
"But JESUS said to them — A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives and in his own house." [Mark 6. 4]

JESUS' home town was Nazareth , it was here that HE grew and "increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with GOD and man." [Luke 2. 52] YESHUA left Nazareth to be doing what HE had come into the world to do which was established before the world began; calling HIS disciples, teaching the multitudes, healing the sick, raising the dead, and proclaiming the coming Kingdom.

After the early days of MESSIAH'S ministry, when HE returned to Nazareth "as HIS custom was, HE went into the synagogue on Sabbath and stood up to read." [Luke 4. 16] The LORD YESHUA had already been recognized there as being proficient in the SCRIPTURES, as they had heard about HIS miracles; so the invitation to speak was natural. However, there were certain mumblings, "Is this not the carpenter's son?" — "Is not HIS mother called Miryam (Mary) and HIS brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas? And HIS sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this MAN get all these things?" [Matthew 13. 55 - 56]

At first, "all bore witness to HIM and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of HIS mouth." [Luke 4. 22] But as JESUS, the BREAD OF LIFE, applied a key prophecy from the Book of Isaiah to HIMSELF (Isaiah/Yeshayah 61. 1-2) and rebuked the crowd for their unbelief: "all those in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath and rose up and thrust HIM out of the city; and they led HIM to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might throw HIM down over the cliff." [Luke 4. 28 - 29]

"Even HIS brothers did not believe in HIM" [John 7. 5], and only JESUS' Mother was with HIM when HE was crucified. [John 19. 25] As David had written prophetically — "I am a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my kin. MY zeal for YOUR House has been my undoing." [Psalms (Tehillym) 69. 8 - 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Therefore, if you have been rejected by your family and former friends, you can identify more fully with the LORD, "For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that HE is able to keep what I have committed to HIM until that Day." [2 Timothy 1. 12]

The LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH said — "Whoever does the will of GOD is MY brother, and MY sister and mother." [Mark 3. 35] Those of us who have been or are rejected can rejoice greatly. . . knowing we're in good company!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
As we bid farewell to Sabbath, we pray that your week is filled with love, mercy and great joy from the BELOVED MASTER.
ALMIGHTY HOLY GOD, grant us the privilege to be messengers of YOUR GOOD TIDINGS to all around us. And, if it be YOUR perfect will, bestow on us a life of health and peace, of sustenance and contentment. Help us to love YOU steadfastly and above all, then to serve our fellow man, and to order our way that it may be pleasing in YOUR DIVINE sight. Blessed are YOU, LORD, the SHIELD of David, WHO is ever faithful to YOUR LIFE-GIVING WORD.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
There is so much that we could see in the physical as well as in the spiritual world if we would just let ALMIGHTY GOD touch our eyes!

THE PROPHET
"The LORD your GOD will raise up for you a PROPHET from among your own people, like myself (Moses); HIM you shall heed." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 18. 15 Tanakh, Torah]

Prophecy Fulfilled: On the last and greatest day of the Feast (Sukkot/SIMCHAT TORAH), the MESSIAH LORD YESHUA stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to ME and drink. Whoever believes in ME, as the SCRIPTURE has said, streams of Living Water will flow from within him. — By this HE meant the SPIRIT, WHOM those who believed in HIM were later to receive. Up to that time the SPIRIT had not been given, since JESUS had not yet been glorified. On hearing HIS WORDS, some of the people said — "Surely this MAN is THE PROPHET." [John 7. 37 - 40]

YESHUA ha'MASHIACH is the only ONE WHO righteously executes the offices of Prophet, Priest and King. HE is the SUBSTANCE of GOD'S character stamped in HUMAN FORM. When JESUS, GOD'S ONLY BEGOTTEN SON speaks to us, HE fulfills the office of the SUPERIOR PROPHET; when YESHUA purged our sins, HE accomplished the perfect work of the PRIEST; and after carrying out the once-for-all sacrifice, the LORD JESUS sat down at the right hand of the MAJESTY on high, where HE sits as KING. [Hebrews 1. 1 - 3]

MESSIAH, THE PROPHET: Speaking to Moses on Mount Horeb the LORD GOD said, "I will raise up a PROPHET for them from among their own people, like yourself; I will put MY WORDS in HIS mouth and HE will speak to them all that I command HIM; and if anyone fails to heed the words that HE speaks in MY NAME, I MYSELF will call him to account." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 18. 18 - 19 Tanakh, Torah]

"The SPIRIT OF THE SOVEREIGN LORD is on ME, because the LORD has anointed ME; HE has sent ME as a herald of joy to the humble, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives and liberation from darkness to the imprisoned; to proclaim a year of the LORD'S favor and the day of vindication by our GOD; to comfort all who mourn." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 61. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"CHRIST, WHO has been appointed for you — even JESUS. HE must remain in heaven until the time comes for GOD to restore everything, as HE promised long ago through his holy prophets. For Moses said — The LORD your GOD will raise up for you a PROPHET like me from among your own people; you must listen to everything HE tells you. Anyone who does not listen to HIM will be completely cut off from among HIS people." [Acts 3. 20 – 23; Deuteronomy/Devarim 15. 15, 18, 19]

"JESUS returned to Galilee in the power of the SPIRIT, and news about HIM spread through the whole countryside. HE taught in their synagogues, and everyone praised him. HE went to Nazareth , where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath Day HE went into the synagogue, as was HIS custom. And HE stood up to read. The Scroll of the Prophet Isaiah was handed to HIM. Unrolling it, HE found the place where it is written: — The SPIRIT OF THE LORD is on ME, because HE has anointed ME to preach GOOD NEWS to the poor. HE has sent ME to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the LORD'S favor. — Then HE rolled up the SCROLL, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on HIM, and HE began by saying to them — Today this SCRIPTURE is fulfilled in your hearing." [Luke 4. 14 - 21]

"After the people saw the miraculous sign that YESHUA did, they began to say — Surely this is THE PROPHET WHO is to come into the world." [John 6. 14]

MESSIAH, THE PRIEST: "I will raise up for MYSELF a FAITHFUL PRIEST, who will act in accordance with MY wishes and MY purposes. I will firmly establish HIS House, and HE will minister before MY ANOINTED forevermore." [1 Samuel (Shemuel Alef) 2. 34 - 36 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"The LORD said to my Lord: Sit at MY right hand until I make YOUR enemies a footstool for your feet. — The LORD will stretch forth from Zion YOUR mighty scepter; hold sway over YOUR enemies. The LORD has sworn and will not relent, YOU are a PRIEST forever, after the manner of Melchizedek, a RIGHTFUL KING by MY decree.'" [Psalms (Tehillym) 110. 1 – 2, 4 Tanakh, Torah]

"Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on JESUS, the APOSTLE and HIGH PRIEST WHOM we confess. But CHRIST is faithful as a SON over GOD'S House. And we are HIS House, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast." [Hebrews 3. 1, 6]

"No one takes this honor upon himself; he must be called by GOD, just as Aaron was. So CHRIST also did not take upon HIMSELF the glory of becoming a HIGH PRIEST. But GOD said to HIM — YOU are MY SON. today I have become YOUR FATHER. — And HE says in another place — YOU are a PRIEST forever, in the order of Melchizedek." [Hebrews 5. 4 - 6]

MESSIAH, THE KING: "See, a time is coming — declares the LORD — when I will raise up a TRUE BRANCH to David's line. HE shall reign as KING and shall prosper, and HE shall do what is just and right in the land. In HIS days Judah will be delivered and Israel will dwell secure. This is the NAME by which HE shall be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS (VINDICATOR)." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 23. 5 - 6 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

"I have installed MY KING on Zion , MY Holy Mountain! I will proclaim the decree: the LORD said ME — YOU are MY SON; I have FATHERED YOU this day. Ask it of ME, and I will make the nations YOUR domain; YOUR possession, the ends of the earth. YOU will rule them with an iron scepter; shatter them like potter's ware." [Psalms (Tehillym) 2. 6 - 9 Tanakh, Torah]

"GOD, WHO at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by HIS SON, WHOM HE has appointed HEIR of all things, through WHOM also HE made the worlds. The SON is the radiant brightness of GOD'S GLORY AND THE EXPRESS (precise, exact) IMAGE of HIS PERSON, upholding and sustaining all things by HIS POWERFUL WORD, when HE had by HIMSELF purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the MAJESTY in heaven." [Hebrews 1. 1 - 3]

The LORD YESHUA, blessed be HIS GLORIOUS NAME, was the PROPHET WHO revealed GOD'S truth; the PRIEST WHO provided GOD'S redemption; and the ETERNAL KING WHO imparts GOD'S power! Thus, YESHUA ha'MASHIACH is exalted above all blessings and praise, the LIVING WORD!

Sha’alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
As we welcome Sabbath, let us adore HIM, the LORD Messiah YesHUA — KING of kings & Lord of lords! All goodness and truth are YOURS, O LORD.
May no evil estrange us from YOU, nor error darken our vision of YOUR purposes. Help us to discern YOU R justice and to understand YOUR will. In adversity and in prosperity, let YOUR Law be a Lamp to our feet to illumine our path. May we so labor in YOUR service that our lives become a hymn of praise to YOU.
LORD GOD, direct our steps, correct us with judgments not in anger lest YOU bring us to nothing. We have an AWESOME GOD, and HE is on the throne ruling over the affairs of men. HE is worthy of all our praise and worship, even in these difficult times. We thank, adore and praise YOU with all our being!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Before a sinner can understand the love of GOD, he must first understand the holiness of GOD. GOD is angry with the wicked — this warning must to be thundered out repeatedly to this ungodly age.

COMING JUDGMENT
"For it is written — As I live, says the LORD, every knee shall bow to ME, and every tongue shall confess to GOD. So then each of us shall give account of himself to GOD." [Romans 14. 11 - 12]

Even life is not certain, but everyone can be certain that meeting the HOLY CREATOR GOD to give an account of our life is positively absolutely certain. Judgment is appointed, "and as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment." [Hebrews 9. 27] The OLD COVENANT also tells of the coming judgment, "prepare to meet your GOD, O Israel! Behold! HE WHO formed the mountains, and created the wind, WHO has told man what HIS wish is, WHO turns darkness into daybreak, and treads upon the high places of the earth — HIS NAME is YEHOWAH, the GOD OF HOSTS" [Amos/Amus 4. 12 - 13] warned the Prophet Amos.

There is no fear of judgment for the true believer, however for "there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in CHRIST JESUS, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the SPIRIT. For the Law of the SPIRIT OF LIFE in MESSIAH YESHUA has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the Law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, GOD did by sending HIS OWN SON in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: HE condemned sin in the flesh." [Romans 8. 1 - 3] The LORD JESUS already paid for our redemption when HE died on the cruel cross and then arose from the dead three days later victoriously. YESHUA was "delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification." [Romans 4. 25]

HOLY SCRIPTURES also alerts us to the fact that "we must all appear before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. Knowing, therefore, the terror of the LORD, we persuade men; but we are well known to GOD." [2 Corinthians 5. 10 – 11] Our works will be judged by fire: "Each one's work will become clear; for The Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one's work, of what sort it is. If anyone's work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone's work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire." [1 Corinthians 3. 13 - 15]

For those that die unrepentant in sin, not having trusted in the atoning blood and redemptive work of MESSIAH YESHUA will face a horrible judgment. The awesome scene is described by John in the Book of Revelation the prophecy of their coming fate: "I saw the dead, small and great, standing before GOD, and books were opened. And another BOOK was opened, which is the BOOK OF LIFE. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the BOOK OF LIFE was cast into the Lake of Fire." [Revelation 20. 12 - 15] Works cannot and will not save anyone! Therefore, I cherish and trust in the CHRIST of the cross.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel!
Redeem Israel, O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
O LORD our GOD CREATOR & PRESERVER, the ROCK of our life and the SHIELD of our help, we render thanks to YOU for our lives which are in YOUR hands, for our souls which are ever in YOUR keeping, for YOUR wondrous providence and for YOUR continuous goodness. Truly, YOUR mercies never fail and YOUR loving-kindness never ceases. Therefore, we put our trust in YOU and we thank YOU continually with praises from our mouth.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Modeh Ani: Modeh ani lefanecha Melech chai v’kayom shehechezarta bee neshmati b’chemia rabba emunasecha. — "Thankful am I before YOU, LIVING & ETERNAL KING, that YOU have returned my soul within me with compassion; abundant is YOUR faithfulness. "
Let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to GOD, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to HIS HOLY NAME.

A THANKSGIVING MEDITATION
"How awesome are YOUR deeds! YOUR enemies cower before YOUR great strength. All the earth bows in worship to YOU and sings praise to YOU; all sing hymns of praise to YOUR NAME. Selah" [Psalms (Tehillym) 66. 3 - 4 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Since man apart from ETERNAL GOD is but an abnormal creature, our greatest joys, our deepest satisfactions, come in our relationship to HIM. So, I thank the HOLY ONE, blessed be HE and blessed be HIS NAME, for sins forgiven, for HE is THE GREAT HIGH PRIEST touched with the feelings of my infirmities; for the privilege of being a tool in HIS mighty hand, for HIS guidance, for HIS ear that hears my prayers, for HIS arm on which to lean, for HIS PRECIOUS WORD in which HE speaks to us explicitly; and for the blessed, blessed hope of HIS soon-coming!

I thank the OMNIPOTENT CREATOR more than all else, for utter safety. In the past I have known what it was to be afraid, but now I know that I am entirely and perfectly secure. I feel HIS secure hand and know HIS perfect peace. Like Paul, who kept the faith to the end, I know that nothing, absolutely nothing, not my own deeds nor those of others, not the works of devils, not circumstances, nor so-called fate...nothing can separate me from the love of YESHUA ha'Mashiach, the VICTORIOUS LORD GOD OF ISRAEL. Pain, sorrow, and bereavement can come; shattered nerves and a broken body can be my lot; death can even put my body in the grave; but whatever comes, it passes first through my PRECIOUS LORD JESUS’ tender hands, and so I can accept it because it comes from HIM!

As with all saints of GOD MOST HIGH, nothing can keep me out of heaven...because I know in WHOM I believe, therefore I trust and obey HIM. I am as safe now as though I were already there. Just these few hard years to live, these few burdens to bear, and then to be eternally with the HOLY ONE who redeemed me. How can I help but love and praise HIM for all HE has done giving HIS all. Why HE gives all these treasures to a poor creature like me, I do not know — but I do know that I shall need all eternity in which to thank my WONDERFUL, PRECIOUS LORD GOD for HIS incredibly marvelous love and amazing grace!

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Have a blessed Thanksgiving — from our home to yours we share, The Bracha (bounty or blessing): ADONOY — the ONE WHO was, is, and will ever be, the SOURCE. ELOHEINU — the POWER, the underlying FORCE of everything. MELECH — the KING & DIRECTOR WHO orchestrates all events in ha’Olam — the finite world what is filled with the INFINITE. We give thanks with a grateful heart remembering and praising our ALMIGHTY CREATOR. To those who know the SAVIOR thanksgiving and worship are our way of life every day. HEAVENLY FATHER, teach us to emulate YOUR oWN grace and mercy. Cause YOUR truth to fall upon our hearts like seed upon fertile ground. And, may we learn to love YOUR Law ever more deeply and to find in it the beauty of holiness. Amen
Giving thanks brings the light forth instead of hiding it, it is shared, not spoken in secret, but shouted with joy. For this is not about us. In the light of others we see the love GOD has shown in our lives and praise HIM for the love HE shows. HIS love is the LIGHT that shines out of us. May this season be filled with thanksgiving in your heart shining bright into the lives of those who so desperately need the love, peace and joy that burns brightly in you.
Thank YOU LORD, YOU for WHO YOU are — MASTER DESIGNER, FATHER, REDEEMER, LOVER — WHO loves us deeply even when we fail to love those around us. And thank YOU for the opportunities YOU give us each day to show the world that we follow YOU and YOU alone...for we too are aliens and strangers in this world.
Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving! Truly, giving thanks is such a precious conversation with the PRECIOUS ONE WHO redeemed us, do it every day, you will be continually grateful that you do!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
If you're given a hint, take it!

FOLLOW ME
"MY sheep hear MY voice, and I know them, and they follow ME. And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of MY hand. MY FATHER, WHO has given them to ME, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of MY FATHER'S hand." [John 10. 27 - 29]

"Therefore brethren, be even more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for IF you do these things, you shall never fall." [2 Peter 1. 10] "Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Prove yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that JESUS CHRIST is in you? — unless indeed you are disqualified." [2 Corinthians 13. 5]

"No, the LORD'S arm is not too short to save, or HIS ear too dull to hear; but your iniquities have separated you from your GOD; your sins have made HIM turn HIS face away and refuse to hear you." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 59. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "When I say of the righteous — he shall surely live — and, he trusts in his own righteousness, he commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds shall be remembered; but for the iniquity that he has committed, HE SHALL DIE." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 33. 13 Tanakh, Nevi'im; 18. 20 – 32 — "The person who sins, he alone shall die."]

"Therefore consider the goodness and severity of GOD: On those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, IF you continue in HIS goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off." [Romans 11. 22] We need to call sinners to repentance wherever we find them, in and outside the Church. We dare not risk encouraging them in their sin by confidently reassuring them that once they name the NAME OF CHRIST, they are justified and free from sin or service.

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is GOD WHO works in you both to will and to do for HIS good pleasure." [Philippians 2. 12 - 13] To work out our own salvation involves a life of faithfulness, obedience to ALMIGHTY GOD'S commandments, and knowing HIS WORD so as not to be deceived; then, enduring to the end. Learn to walk and stand in MESSIAH YESHUA alone instead of leaning on other personal influences. Your spiritual duties must be your own hearts actions. And, our HEAVENLY FATHER is the only ONE we are to lean on, not people.

Lip service does not save anyone, you are judged by your actions as well as what you say. "For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." [2 Corinthians 5. 10; also Matthew 12. 34-37; 16. 27; Romans 14. 10-12; Revelation 2. 23] Anyone who turns from Saving Faith is counted with the sinners and unbelievers [Romans 11. 21–22; Hebrews 3. 12; 10. 36-38; James 5. 19–20] for which there is only one destiny. . .the Lake of Fire . [Hebrews 10. 24 - 31] The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, blessed be HE, will never over-ride a person's choice. The LORD YESHUA, like us, wants to be loved intentionally, knowingly, deliberately and unconditionally.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
There is none but the LORD OF HOSTS you shall account as holy; give reverence to HIM alone, hold HIM alone in awe. HE shall be for a Sanctuary to those who come to HIM. But HE is a STONE men kick against, a ROCK men stumble over, a TRAP and a SNARE that masses shall trip over and fall. We thank and praise YOU, MOST HOLY ONE, that YOUR precious hand is outstretched still! And thank YOU also for JESUS, the LIGHT OF THE WORLD…and our GREATEST JOY & TREASURE.

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Egotism is nothing more then the antiseptic that dulls the pain of stupidity.

NEITHER WINE OR STRONG DRINK
"The commands of Jonadab the son of Rechab have been fulfilled: he charged his children not to drink wine, and to this day they have not drunk, in obedience to the charge of their ancestor. But although I have spoken to you persistently, you did not listen or obey ME." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 35. 14 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

The Rechabites were greatly blessed because they fully obeyed the voice of their father, Jonadab "Jeremiah said to the house of the Rechabites, "Thus says the LORD OF HOSTS, the GOD OF ISRAEL: 'Because you have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father and kept all his commandments and done according to all that he enjoined upon you — therefore thus says the LORD OF HOSTS, the GOD OF ISRAEL — "there shall never cease to be a man of the line of Jonadab son of Rechab standing before ME." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 35. 18 - 19 Tanakh, Nevi’im] Unfortunately this is not the actions of the nation Israel and the LORD GOD OF HOSTS declared that HE would "bring on Judah and on all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the disaster that I have pronounced against them; for I have spoken to them but they would not hear; I called to them but they would not respond." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 35. 17 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

The wisdom of the Proverbs records — "Wine is not for kings, O Lemuel; it is not for kings to drink, nor any strong drink for princes, lest they drink and forget the law, and pervert the justice of all the afflicted." And, "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise." [Proverbs (Mishle) 31. 4 – 5; 20. 1 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The example of John the Baptizer is also worth considering, as the angel, Gabriel announced to Zacharias that he and his wife, Elizabeth would have a son and "many will rejoice at his birth. For he will be great in the sight of the LORD, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, even from his mother's womb." [Luke 1. 14 - 16] This shows that there is a connection between greatness and abstaining from wine and strong drink. The LORD YESHUA called John the greatest man who had ever lived — that is, greater than even Abraham, Moses, or Daniel! [see Matthew 11. 11]

John was "filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, even from his mother's womb" and he is the only man of whom that was ever said. Again, there is definitely a connection, for no one could simultaneously drink wine or strong drink and also be filled with the SPIRIT OF THE LORD GOD.

The Apostle Paul warned concerning this conflict when he said — "And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the SPIRIT." [Ephesians 5. 18] Here, being continually filled is implied.

Drinking alcoholic in moderation may be permissible, however that does not make it right. Although Paul did urge Timothy to "no longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your frequent infirmities" [1 Timothy 5. 23], he went on to write, "all things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any." [1 Corinthians 6. 12]

In both of John’s circumstances and the Rechabites being great in GOD’S sight and being filled with the HOLY SPIRIT were closely associated with abstinence from alcohol. The choice is yours to personally consider.

Sha'alu (Pray) for the Shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
Thank YOU LORD GOD for filling the heart with marvelous joy and peace, for giving us strength of faith in YOU for even greater tasks. Our confidence rests solely in YOU, our GREAT, ETERNAL, WONDERFUL LORD. YOURS, O LORD, is the greatness and the power, the glory, and the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is YOURS; YOURS is the Kingdom, O LORD, and YOU are exalted above all. YOU are the LIFE of all, the HELP of those that flee to YOU, the HOPE of those who cry to YOU. Cleanse us from our sins, secret and open, and from every thought displeasing to YOUR goodness — purify our bodies and souls, our hearts and consciences, that with a pure heart, and a clear soul, with perfect love and calm hope, we may venture confidently and fearlessly to pray to YOU. Amen

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Nothing is fool-proof to a sufficiently talented fool.

GENERATIONS OF PRAISE
"May they always have such a heart in them, to revere ME and follow all MY commandments, that it may go well with them and with their children forever!" [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 5. 29 Tanakh, Torah]

Each generation of people tends to regard its own times as the most significant of all, toward which all past history has been merely a preparation. The fact is, however, that the MOST HIGH & HOLY GOD "has been our DWELLING PLACE , our SHELTER and PROTECTION in all generations" [Psalms/Tehillym 90. 1], and EL SHADDAI is equally concerned about generations yet to come.

This is why the MARVELOUS CREATOR stresses repeatedly that the great truths concerning HIS creation, HIS character, HIS great work of salvation, and HIS eternal plans for the ages to come be transmitted faithfully from one generation to another. "For HE (El Shaddai) established a decree in Jacob, ordained a Law in Israel, charging our fathers to make them known to their children, that the future generation might know — children yet to be born — and in turn declare them to their children that they might put their confidence in ELOHIYM and not forget HIS great deeds." [Psalms (Tehillym) 78. 5 - 7 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "One generation shall praise YOUR works to another and declare YOUR mighty acts. The glorious majesty of YOUR splendor and YOUR wonders." [Psalms (Tehillym) 145. 4 - 5 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The OMNISCIENT KING ETERNAL is concerned that we not loose what HE has given us, HIS PRECIOUS WORD. "Forever, O LORD, YOUR WORD stands firm in heaven. YOUR faithfulness is for all generations; YOU have established the earth, and it stands. They stand this day to carry out YOUR rulings, for all are YOUR servants." [Psalms (Tehillym) 119. 89 - 91 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The LORD JESUS declared, "But hold fast what you have till I come. Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown." [Revelation 2. 25; 3. 11] Paul taught of the greatest principle for true education, "the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." [2 Timothy 2. 2]

The description of MESSIAH YESHUA'S crucifixion and resurrection was the eye-witness testimony of all the Apostles; and is the foundation of our faith and hope for eternal life. "For to this end CHRIST died and rose and lived again, that HE might be LORD of both the dead and the living." [Romans 14. 9] "Offspring shall serve HIM; the LORD'S fame shall be proclaimed to the generations to come; they shall tell of HIS beneficence, HIS righteousness to people yet to be born, for HE has done this." [Psalms (Tehillym) 22. 31 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

"Be careful to heed all these commandments that I enjoin upon you; thus it will go well with you and with your descendants after you forever, for you will be doing what is good and right in the sight of the LORD your GOD." [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 12. 28 Tanakh, Torah]

With the situation in Israel today where the Land is being divided and, America especially, is pushing Israel to "give land for peace" — we must look up and know that YESHUA, the BLESSED REDEEMER & RIGHTEOUS JUDGE of both the people and the land is soon to return. Then and only then will there be peace and the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL will reign forevermore. HalleluYAH!!!
Come quickly LORD JESUS!

Sha’alu (Pray) for the shalom (Peace) of Jerusalem and all of Israel !
Redeem Israel , O ELOHIYM, out of all their troubles!
As we bid farewell to Shabbat, may you have a good week — a week of peace...may gladness reign and joy increase.
Praised are YOU, O LORD GOD, for great is YOUR love for us and YOUR compassion boundless. Be gracious to us that we may understand and fulfill the teachings of YOUR REVERED TRUTH. Enlighten our eyes in YOUR Law that we may cling to YOUR commandments. Thank YOU for YOUR saving power, for from YOU comes our help. Draw us nearer to YOU to serve YOU in faithfulness. Joyfully, we lift our voices and proclaim YOUR HOLY & PRECIOUS NAME.
We trust that you will experience a GOD-filled week — GOD be with you!

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem , is praying for the return of our Messiah and Lord and for the Kingdom of God He is bringing when He comes. Then God's Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and the world will experience true godly universal peace which is the fruit of Righteousness.
