A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . . 
In the Hereafter all offerings will cease except the Thanksgiving Offering which will never come to an end. 

CLEANSING POWER 
"How can a young man cleanse his way and keep pure? By holding to YOUR WORD." [Psalms (Tehillym) 119. 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

Paul was able to prove to the Jews around the world that the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA was actually the fulfillment of MESSIANIC Prophecy by using the HOLY SCRIPTURES of the Jews as all the proof he needed: "Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the SCRIPTURES, explaining and demonstrating that the CHRIST had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and saying— This JESUS WHOM I preach to you is the CHRIST." [Acts 17. 2 - 3] 

Today as well, when we search the LIFE-GIVING SCRIPTURES for understanding, we find it sufficient to answer all the complex and difficult questions that come up in our lives, and especially as it pertains to our relationship with ALMIGHTY GOD— "For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the SCRIPTURES might have hope." [Romans 15. 4] And again the Apostle Paul said: "Now to HIM WHO is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of JESUS CHRIST, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began, but now has been made manifest, and by the prophetic SCRIPTURES has been made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the EVERLASTING GOD, for obedience to the faith — to GOD, alone wise, be glory through JESUS CHRIST forever. Amen" [Romans 16. 25 - 27] 

The power of the WRITTEN WORD is that they provide proof of our need for the SAVIOUR that OMNIPOTENT ONE has provided for us to accomplish what no man is able to accomplish, and that is to remove the sin problem from the Saints. When YESHUA ha'MASHIACH was asked about salvation, HE clearly stated that salvation is impossible for man to accomplish for himself. "When HIS disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying— Who then can be saved? — But JESUS looked at them and said to them— With men this is impossible, but with GOD all things are possible." [Matthew 19. 25 - 26] 

It is only through these HOLY WRITINGS that we find the comprehensive plan GREAT GOD OF HOSTS revealed, and HIS requirements for our lives. Paul’s advice to Timothy is appropriate for the saints of GOD MOST HIGH today. "But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the HOLY SCRIPTURES, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in CHRIST JESUS." [2 Timothy 3. 14 - 15] 

Since the LORD GOD has magnified HIS WORD above HIS NAME [Psalms/Tehillym 138. 2], we are to search the revitalizing SCRIPTURES to find GOD’S wonderfully amazing plan of salvation. As LORD & KING, the GREAT LOVER of our souls was willing to die on that rugged, merciless cross to provide so great a plan. Thus, we must not mistake sincerity for truth!

Grant, O LORD, that when the time of our departure comes, we may look back without sorrow upon the life we leave, and with trust in YOUR mercy, enter that life which YOU have prepared for the righteous, Amen.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . . 
The most harmful and depraved thief is the one who deceives and steals the minds of people. 

THIS GENERATION 
"Assuredly, I say to you— This generation will by no means pass away till all things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." [Luke 21. 32 - 33] 

The LORD YESHUA made this exciting prophetic discourse on the Mount of Olives. HE had just given HIS disciples the signs they had requested about the signs of HIS return. Then HE discussed the coming great tribulation and finally HIS glorious return in the clouds of heaven. And "all these things" were to be fulfilled before "this generation would pass away." 

Many question, what generation would that be? Some claim that it is Jewish people, but that would be most redundant, since many other passages had already promised that the nation of Israel would never pass away… "If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, says the LORD." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 31. 37 Tanakh, Nevi'im] 

The Hebrew word for generation is "dowr" — meaning age, revolution of time, posterity; and the same word in Greek is "genea" — which also means age, generation, time, nation. And a similar Greek word, "genos" can either means "stock" or "kind" — but never the word genea. The Greek word "houtee" (a normative feminine plural) — can mean "this, that, which, who." 

Therefore, the generation which MESSIAH YESHUA was predicting probably meant the generation that would see the events HE had prophesied. "when you see all these things, know that it is near — at the doors!" [Matthew 24. 33] Some of "these things" are: The world wars—nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; accompanied and followed by earthquakes in various (coasts, counties, fields, grounds, regions, lands) places, pestilences, the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations; many false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive even the elect, if possible; the budding of the fig tree—signifying Israel; and widespread wickedness and spiritual indifferences as in the days of Noah. [see Matthew 24. 7, 14, 24, 32, 37 - 39] 

These signs are most accurate and identify the things happening all over the world today warning that the End Times are upon us. "Forever, O LORD, YOUR WORD is settled in heaven." [Psalms (Tehillym) 119. 89 Tanakh, Kethuvim] Therefore, it is imperative for us to be diligent (attentive, careful) and alert to recognize the signs of our day, since the BELOVED MESSIAH so strongly stressed HIS disapproval of the leaders and elders failure to know and understand the signs of their day. 

The word "this" is a expressive adjective, so the LORD YESHUA seems to be referring to "that" generation which sees "these things begin to come to pass." That generation will indeed see "these things begin to come to pass" and this writer believes that "this" is "that" generation. So to us, the LORD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS says — "look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near." [Luke 21. 28] 

"Therefore you also be ready, for the SON OF MAN is coming at an hour you do not expect." [Matthew 24. 44] Take heed! the time of CHRIST’S return is near!

Oh that men would give thanks to the MASTER OF MERCY & TRUTH for HIS steadfast love; that they would consider their latter end and return to the WONDROUS CREATOR. The LORD remembers HIS own, so when I call to mind, I have hope. GOD is merciful, gracious and slow to anger therefore we are not consumed. HIS compassions do not fail, they are new every morning. HE shows compassion according to the multitude of HIS mercies, HIS faithfulness is great. For those who wait on HIM, the LORD is good; and souls that hunger after HIM shall be satisfied, fully contented in HIS PRESENCE.

As a rule, men love one another — from a distance. [Shalom Aleichem] 

SIMPLICITY OR KNOWLEDGE 
"How long will you simple ones love simplicity? you scoffers delight in scoffing? and you fools hate knowledge?" [Proverbs (Mishle) 1. 22 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

It is recorded that this question, "How long will men continue to scoff at true knowledge?" — was being asked since early times; and it is still a most relevant question today. HOLY SCRIPTURE gives the answer, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning and best part of knowledge; fools despise wisdom, discipline and instruction. " [Proverbs (Mishle) 1. 7 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

The Apostle Peter prophesied, "scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts saying — Where is the promise of His coming?" [2 Peter 3. 3 – 4] And Paul the Apostle warned, "in the last days perilous times will come. Men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers. ..unthankful, unholy...always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." [2 Timothy 3. 1, 2, 7] 

Throughout history, men have scorned the true knowledge of GOD ETERNAL and HIS creation. Peter revealed that they are "willingly forgetful and ignorant." [2 Peter 3. 5] Paul again divulges, "they are without excuse" [Romans 1. 20], but they "delight in their scorning" anyway. As Zophar the Naamathite replied to Job, "An empty-headed man will be wise (get understanding) , when a wild ass is born a man." [Job (Iyob) 11. 12 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

It is remarkable that their hatred of GOD'S true knowledge is cloaked in a robe of "assumed knowledge — science" that even deceives many professing to be followers of MESSIAH. "Professing themselves to be wise, they become fools" [Romans 1. 22] despising the true wisdom and instructions of GOD'S WRITTEN TRUTH. Through deceit they have turned many from the LIVING GOD, their tongue is like a bent bow shooting arrows of treachery, denying and blaspheming the GREAT & MIGHTY LORD OF CREATION. 

"To the Law (instruction) and to the testimony (message)! If they do not speak according to this WORD, it is because there is no light in them (thus there shall be no dawn)." [Isaiah/Yeshayah 8. 20] Therefore, the need to "take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given." [Mark 4. 24] Those who scorn GOD'S PRECIOUS WORD have no wisdom or understand at all despite their certificates, degrees, airs, pretensions or selfish superior egotism. "The wise store up knowledge; the mouth of the fool is near destruction, is an imminent ruin (nearing destruction) ." [Proverbs (Mishle) 10. 14 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

"Oh, that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!" [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 32. 29 Tanakh, Nevi'im] The HOLY ONE OF OLD would that HE could bless them, HE gives special emphasis in HIS LIFE-GIVING INSTRUCTIONS that HE might bless those who hear and obey what HE says.

To avoid criticism— Do nothing! Say nothing! Be nothing! But even then. . . you will be criticized. 

RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT 
"It is HE WHO judges the world with righteousness, WHO rules the people in uprightness and with equity." [Psalms (Tehillym) 9. 8 Tanakh, Kethuvim] 

"It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment." [Hebrews 9. 27] Judgment is coming for every person whether you believe it or not; likewise, if you care or not it will happen!!! It is destined that we will all meet our MAKER, the MIGHTY CREATOR GOD, someday. 

"HE shall judge the world in righteousness" —for HE is altogether pure "WHOSE eyes are too pure to look upon evil, and cannot countenance (tolerate) wrongdoing. Why do YOU countenance treachery, and stand by idle while the one in the wrong devours the one in the right?" [Habakkuk 1. 13 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "For HE is coming — HE is coming to rule the earth; HE will rule the world justly and HIS people with faithfulness and truth." [Psalms (Tehillym) 96. 13 Tanakh, Kethuvim; 96. 10; 98. 9] 

If HOLY GOD does judge righteously, however, all are lost; for "there is none righteous; no, not one" and "cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the BOOK OF THE LAW, to do them." [Romans 3. 10; Psalms/Tehillym 14. 3 & Galatians 3. 10] 

But, "GOD was in MESSIAH YESHUA, reconciling the world to HIMSELF...and has made HIM WHO knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of GOD in HIM." [2 Corinthians 5. 19, 21] YESHUA ha'MASHIACH, the ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON OF ALMIGHTY GOD, our CREATOR-REDEEMER, has taken our judgment on HIMSELF and "there is therefore now no condemnation (judgment) to those who are in CHRIST JESUS." [Romans 8. 1] 

"The FATHER judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the SON." [John 5. 22] The OMNIPOTENT HOLY ONE is able to both "judge righteously" and yet "graciously save" all who receive MESSIAH YESHUA by faith: "Because HE has appointed a day in which HE will judge the world in righteousness by that MAN whom HE has ordained. HE has given assurance of this to all men by raising HIM from the dead." [Acts 17. 31] Yeshua ha'Mashiach, the LORD OF GLORY, is not only our CREATOR and RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, HE is also our REDEEMER, MEDIATOR, ADVOCATE, SAVIOR and SOON-COMING VICTORIOUS KING!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . . 
GOD does not have to overturn the laws of nature or create something that never before existed. On the contrary, miracles are part of God's architectural plan. On the sixth day, as God was about to complete His creation, He added supernatural events, making miracles part of nature. Nature itself is a miracle in which God's hand is constantly manifest. 

PITCH YOUR STANDARD 
"The Israelites shall camp each with his standard, under the banners of their father's house; they shall camp around the Tabernacle of Meeting at a distance." [Numbers (B’Midvar) 2. 2 Tanakh, Torah] 

The use of flags, standards, or ensigns to represent nations or other groups is first referenced here in connection with the standards that were pitched by the camp of each of the twelve tribes of Israel during their time of marching through the wilderness. [Numbers/B’Midvar 1. 52 – 2. 34] 

On the east side was the standard of the forces of Judah, Issachar and Zebulun — the Lion (KING) — this camp was first to go forth. 
The second standard — the Man (SON OF MAN) — was on the south side of the Tabernacle which included Reuben, Simeon, Gad. 
On the west the standard was the camps of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Benjamin — the Ox (SERVANT). 
And, the north standard — the Eagle (SON OF GOD) — was the tribes of Dan, Asher and Naphtali. The whole company of the Levites was in the midst of the camps; as they camp, so they moved out everyone in his place by their standards. 

Those who follow YESHUA also have a standard to live under — that STANDARD (BANNER OF LOVE) over us is the very character of the ONE WHO is the "captain of their salvation." [Hebrews 2. 10] HIS GUIDE BOOK for us is the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD, which is crucially essential information "so that you may know the way by which you must go, for you have not passed this way before." [Joshua/Yehoshua 3. 4] It persuades us to "endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier." [2 Timothy 2. 3 - 4] Through faith and a good conscience you can wage the good warfare and fight the good fight of faith. 

As faithful followers of the LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH, our GREAT STANDARD BEARER, we must continually seek to "know the mind of the Lord" [1 Corinthians 2. 16], that HE may instruct us, and to keep ourselves pure "just as HE is pure." [1 John 3. 3] And, in all things remember that HE "suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow HIS steps." [1 Peter 2. 21] 

With GOD WHO shows mercy, our goal is to be able to someday say, as Paul could say, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved HIS appearing." [2 Timothy 4. 7 - 8] Peter, as well, reminds us that "when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away." [1 Peter 5. 4] 

We are partakers of CHRIST JESUS, if we hold to the ONE WHO is the beginning of our confidence (faithfulness, certainty) and remain steadfast to HIM to the end. Our need to love the EVER-LIVING LORD GOD with all our heart and follow HIS commands, and set our standards according to HIS perfect will. To GOD, the ETERNAL ONE be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Shabbat calls us to bring the highest moral values. to our daily labor and to culminate the workweek with kedushah (holiness), menuchah (rest), and oneg (joy).

FOLLOW ME 
"MY sheep hear MY voice, and I know them, and they follow ME. And I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of MY hand. MY FATHER, WHO has given them to ME, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of MY FATHER'S hand." [John 10. 27 - 29] 

"Therefore brethren, be even more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for IF you do these things, you shall never fall." [2 Peter 1. 10] "Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Prove yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that JESUS CHRIST is in you? —unless indeed you are disqualified. " [2 Corinthians 13. 5] 

"No, the LORD'S arms is not too short to save, or HIS ear too dull to hear; but your iniquities have separated you from your GOD; your sins have made HIM turn HIS face away and refuse to hear you." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 59. 1 - 2 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "When I say of the righteous— he shall surely live —and, he trusts in his own righteousness, he commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds shall be remembered; but for the iniquity that he has committed, HE SHALL DIE." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 33. 13 Tanakh, Nevi'im; 18. 20 – 32 — "The person who sins, he alone shall die."] 

"Therefore consider the goodness and severity of GOD: On those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, IF you continue in HIS goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off." [Romans 11. 22] We need to call the sinner to repentance wherever we find them, in and outside the Church. We dare not risk encouraging them in their sin by confidently reassuring them that once they name the NAME OF CHRIST, they are justified and free from sin or service. 

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is GOD WHO works in you both to will and to do for HIS good pleasure." [Philippians 2. 12 - 13] To work out our own salvation involves a life of faithfulness, obedience to ALMIGHTY GOD'S commandments, and knowing HIS WORD so as not to be deceived; then, enduring to the end. Learn to walk and stand in MESSIAH YESHUA alone instead of leaning on other personal influences. Your spiritual duties must be your own hearts actions. And, our HEAVENLY FATHER is the only ONE we are to lean on, not people. 

Lip service does not save anyone, you are judged by your actions as well as what you say. "For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." [2 Corinthians 5. 10; also Matthew 12. 34-37; 16. 27; Romans 14. 10-12; Revelation 2. 23] Anyone who turns from Saving Faith is counted with the sinners and unbelievers [Romans 11. 21–22; Hebrews 3. 12; 10. 36-38; James 5. 19–20] for which there is only one destiny. . .the Lake of Fire . [Hebrews 10. 24 - 31] The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, blessed be HE, will never over-ride a person's choice. The LORD YESHUA, like us, wants to be loved intentionally, knowingly, deliberately and unconditionally for who we are.

There is none but the LORD OF HOSTS you shall account as holy; give reverence to HIM alone, hold HIM alone in awe. HE shall be for a Sanctuary to those who come to HIM. But HE is a STONE men kick against, a ROCK men stumble over, a TRAP and a SNARE that masses shall trip over and fall. We thank and praise YOU, MOST HOLY ONE, that YOUR precious hand is outstretched still! And thank YOU also for JESUS, the LIGHT OF THE WORLD…and our GREATEST JOY & TREASURE.

Endure! Persist! Live! . . . even if its only to satisfy your own curiosity.
CONFIDENCE
"MY witnesses are you— declares the LORD —MY servant whom I have chosen. To the end that they may know and believe in ME, and understand that I am HE: Before ME no god was formed, and after ME none shall exist — None but ME, YEHOWAH. Beside ME, none can grant triumph." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 43. 10 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

How marvelous beyond description, we can know for certain that we belong to and are joint-heirs with the KING OF GLORY. "He who believes in the SON OF GOD has the witness in himself; he who does not believe GOD has made HIM a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that GOD has given of HIS SON. And this is the testimony — that GOD has given us eternal life, and this life is in HIS SON. He who has the SON has life; he who does not have the SON OF GOD does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the NAME OF THE SON OF GOD, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the NAME OF THE SON OF GOD." [1 John 5. 10 - 13]

This is a matter of WHO you know, not what you know. In MESSIAH YESHUA, we have eternal life now. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of GOD." [Ephesians 2. 8] "For you, MY flock, flock that I tend, are men; and I, your SHEPHERD (Hebrew: Roi), am your GOD — declares ADONEY YEHOWAH." [Ezekiel (Yehezke-El) 34. 31 Tanakh, Nevi'im] I am the GOOD SHEPHERD; and I know MY sheep, and am known by MY own." [John 10. 14] "And when HE brings out HIS own sheep, HE goes before them; and the sheep follow HIM, for they know HIS vOICE." [John 10. 4]

We can be confident that we belong to the LORD GOD ETERNAL because "we know that we abide in HIM, and HE in us, because HE has given us of HIS SPIRIT" [1 John 4. 13] and we "were sealed with the HOLY SPIRIT OF PROMISE." [Ephesians 1. 13] "The SPIRIT HIMSELF bears witness with our spirit that we are children of GOD." [Romans 8. 16]

Honoring, respecting, and loving the MASTER'S WRITTEN WORD will establish confidence that we are fully known of HIM and we are actively demonstrating honour for our BELOVED LORD. MESSIAH YESHUA made the simple statement, "IF you love ME, keep MY commandments. " [John 14. 15] "Now by this we know that we know HIM, if we keep HIS commandments. But whoever keeps HIS WORD, truly the love of GOD is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in HIM." [1 John 2. 3, 5]

"And we know that the SON OF GOD has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know HIM WHO is true; and we are in HIM WHO is true, in HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. This is the tRUE GOD and eternal life." [1 John 5. 20]

When we know the LOVING HEAVENLY FATHER, there are many other things we can be certain of, but one of the best is to "know WHOM I have believed and am persuaded that HE is able to keep what I have committed to HIM until that Day." [2 Timothy 1. 12] Life in the BELOVED MESSIAH is remarkably amazing now; however, the best is yet to be!

Oh, that men would give thanks to the MASTER OF MERCY & TRUTH for HIS steadfast love; that they would consider their latter end and return to the WONDROUS CREATOR. HE shows compassion according to the multitude of HIS mercies, HIS faithfulness is great. When a clever man makes a mistake. . . does he ever make a mistake!

LACKING KNOWLEDGE
"MY people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, destroyed because of your disobedience! Because you have rejected knowledge and spurned the Law (teachings) of your GOD, I reject you as MY priest. I, in turn, will spurn your children." [Hosea (Hoshea) 4. 6 Tanakh, Nevi’im]

This grievous bewailing lament applies to all nations nowadays. Though they once knew the MAGNIFICENT GOD OF ISRAEL, apostasy and humanism has taken over and has hardened the hearts of the masses. Therefore, the supporting principle of reaping what one sows is well-founded and appropriate. Parents and grandparents in today's world are seeing the awful scourge of moral debauchery (wickedness, dishonesty, betrayal) among their children and the young people. And, the shackles of wickedness are tightening because "you have forgotten the Law of your GOD."

GODly knowledge is rejected throughout the human race, therefore people are being "destroyed for lack of knowledge" and their willful disobedience. This ignorance exists despite an abundance of supposed actual knowledge (science) in our educational institutions, for the ALMIGHTY CREATOR has been outlawed. The intellectuals (?) of the day have forgotten that "the fear of the LORD is the beginning (best part) of knowledge, they are fools who despise wisdom and instruction. " [Proverbs (Mishle) 1. 7 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the LORD, and knowledge of QADOSHYM (the HOLY ONE) is understanding. " [Proverbs (Mishle) 9. 10 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Even in the churches, to our mortifying and embarrassing shame, there is very little emphasis on knowledge. Instead, the enthusiasm that is endorsed and promoted is for an experience and/or entertainment. True CHRIST-following faith is not a feeling, it is a committed desire to be of one mind and purpose with GOD SUPREME. To have an intellectual understanding of the PERSON and work of the LORD MESSIAH YESHUA, the BREAD OF DELIVERANCE, one must first have a reverential fear of the LORD, that is the beginning of knowledge. [Proverbs/Mishle 1. 7] HE taught imperatively— "unless you repent you will all likewise perish." [Luke 13. 5]

To believe right, one must first think right, and this requires finding GODly knowledge, discretion and discernment. "All who separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to follow the Law of GOD, everyone who had knowledge to understand, joined with their noble brothers, and took an oath with sanctions to follow GOD'S Law, given through Moses the servant of GOD, and to observe carefully all the commandments of the LORD our LORD, HIS rules (ordinances) and laws (statutes)." [Nehemiah (Nechemah) 10. 28 - 29 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

"Hear the WORD OF THE LORD, O people of Israel! For the LORD has a case against the inhabitants of this land, because there is no truth or mercy, no knowledge or obedience to GOD in the land." [Hosea (Hoshea) 4. 1 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "They sow wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind." [Hosea (Hoshea) 8. 7 Tanakh, Nevi'im] The people and the land are bewildered, entirely consumed; like an unwanted vessel in which there is no pleasure.

"You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. To HIM be the glory both now and forever, Amen" [2 Peter 3. 17 - 18] All who know HIM will serve and obey the MASTER — they are truly rich for the ALL-KNOWING ONE lives within; how very blessed they are.

WISE MAN'S GLORY
"Thus says the LORD— Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom; let not the strong man glory in his strength; let the rich man not glory in his riches. But only in this should one glory: In his understanding and earnest devotion to Me. For I the LORD act with lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness in the world. For in these I delight— declares the LORD." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 9. 23 - 24 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

We naturally think we must do something to merit GOD'S favor, but GOD'S WRITTEN WORD plainly declares, "GOD demonstrates HIS OWN love toward us in that while we were still sinners, MESSIAH died for us." [Romans 5. 8] Dear one, if you are wise, mighty or rich and proud of these things, relying on your wisdom, might and riches, but you own not the LORD JESUS, there is no hope for you, except you yield in perfect obedience. Each one has to renounce all his pride, and appear at the JUDGMENT THRONE OF ALMIGHTY GOD as a miserable sinner, looking only for mercy and not for rewards.

This sets aside everything we might do to merit salvation as worthless, "for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of GOD, not of works, lest anyone should boast." [Ephesians 2. 8 - 9] This is the reason why GOD'S WAY of salvation will never be popular in this world; it is not flattering to the human race, it sets aside everything in which we can possibly pride ourselves, and makes everything of MESSIAH YESHUA and HIS finished work on Calvary' s Cross. The KING of all ages was rejected here, and now the question for you dear reader is, "Which side are you on?" Have you taken sides with the LORD JESUS confessing HIM as your SAVIOR? If not, let me tell you that you are on the world's side and will meet the world's condemnation, for this world is guilty of the blood of the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD, and judgment will surely overtake it. If not already sheltered from the coming wrath, let me persuade you, YES! even beg of you, to "escape from the wrath to come" side with MESSIAH YESHUA. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." [Acts 4. 12]

Don't be deluded by false religion or careless indifferences, there is ONLY ONE SAVIOR. Put your trust in the LORD JESUS CHRIST now before you meet HIM as the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, for then it will be too late. If you die without forgiveness, you will be lost forever. "He who glories, let him glory in the LORD." [1 Corinthians 1. 31]

The more we know about THE MAGNIFICENT PLANNER, the more we can trust HIS plans. Miracles are part of God’s architectural plan. He does not have to overturn the laws of nature or create something that never before existed. On the contrary, miracles are part of God's architectural plan. On the sixth day, as God was about to complete His creation, He added supernatural events, making miracles part of nature. Nature itself is a miracle in which God's hand is constantly manifest.

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
A Big Liar is one whom — not only what he said isn't true — but the opposite of what he said isn't true either.

NO CONFIDENCE IN THE FLESH
"For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh; But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter whose praise is not of men, but of GOD." [Romans 2. 28 - 29]

The Apostle Paul is not speaking to Gentiles here but to Jews who were trusting in the fact that they were Jews. [Romans 2. 17] Paul is describing the true Jew who is one not only outwardly but inwardly. He does not boast in his religion or the fact he is a Jew — there is no pride of race in grace — but he counts all that as loss and his trust now is in the LORD YESHUA. "For we are the circumcision, who worship GOD in the spirit, rejoice in CHRIST JESUS, and have no confidence in the flesh. Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so." [Philippians 3. 3 - 4]

Then Paul explains what it is about the flesh in which he could trust. "Circumcised on the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the Law, a Pharisee. Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the Law, blameless." [Philippians 3. 5 - 6]

Now Paul is counting as unnecessary and vain all those things of the flesh in which he could have trusted. "But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for CHRIST. Yes indeed, I also count all things loss for the excellency of the knowledge of CHRIST JESUS my LORD; for WHOM I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish and dung, that I may win CHRIST, and be found in HIM, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through the faith in CHRIST JESUS, the righteousness which is from GOD by faith." [Philippians 3. 7 - 9]

Jews are again becoming the "people of GOD" just as HE promised. "Once they were not MY people (Hebrew: lo-ammi)." [Hosea/Hoshea 1. 9 - 10] But regardless of being cut off they would eventually multiply, be great, and again be called the "children of GOD." "I will say to Lo-Ammi (not my people) — Ammi You are MY people — and they will respond —YOU are my GOD." [Hosea (Hoshea) 2. 23 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

For this reason, CHRISTianity is not a Gentile religion, but is completely Jewish...a relationship with the TRUE & LIVING GOD, developed out of the Jewish faith found in both the OLD & NEW COVENANTS. All races, classes and peoples, male & female are equal in rights and privileges relative to the good news and benefits of the GOSPEL. ALMIGHTY CREATOR GOD does not recognize one above the other — all are one in the body of the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH.

A DAUGHTER' S INHERITANCE
"Speak to the Israelite people as follows— If a man dies without leaving a son, you shall transfer his inheritance to pass to his daughter. — Now Zelophehad, son of Hepher had no sons, only daughters; and the names of Zelophehad&# 39;s daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah." [Numbers (B'Midvar) 27. 8; 26. 33 Tanakh, Torah]

These daughters of Zelophehad set a precedence for the right of inheritance in HOLY SCRipture that daughters counted as heir as well as sons. This provision took effect "if there were no sons, and if she married within her tribe." "This is what the LORD has commanded concerning the daughters of Zelophehad— They may marry anyone they wish, providing they marry into a clan of their father's tribe." [Numbers (B'Midvar) 36. 6 Tanakh, Torah] In such cases, the son-in-law was adopted by the father of the bride. [Numbers/B&# 39;Midvar 32. 41; 1 Chronicles/Dibre Hayamin Alef 2. 21 - 23; 34-35; Ezra 2. 61; Nehemiah/Nechemah 7. 63; Luke 3. 23]

The reason an inheritance through a daughter was permitted was so the name of their father would not be removed from among the families in the tribes of Israel. [Numbers/B&# 39;Midvar 27. 4] This is a statute of judgment, just as the LORD GOD commanded Moses.

Precedence was established in the incidence with Zelophehad&# 39;s daughters long before THE CHILD was born of the virgin. This is of prominent importance in reference for MESSIAH YESHUA, the SON OF MAN showing HIS family ancestry (being of the house and lineage of David) through both HIS mother, Miryam (Mary) and through Joseph, JESUS' step-father.

The MESSIAH must be from the tribe of Judah [Genesis/Bereshith 49. 10], from the line of David. [Ruth/Roos 4. 22; 2 Samuel/Shemuel Bet 7. 11-16] The heritage from Miryam's lineage is most important because hers excludes the "blood curse" on the royal line through Jeconiah (also called Coniah). "Thus says the LORD: Record this man (Coniah/Jeconiah) as without succession, one who shall never be found acceptable; for no man of his offspring shall be accepted to sit on the throne of David and to rule again in Judah." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 22. 30 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

For this reason, Luke's record of the LORD JESUS' genealogy is from Abraham through David — tracing MESSIAH' S family line through David’s son, Nathan carried down through Heli, the father of Miryam, the mother of JESUS. Through Miryam, there is no inherited blood curse. Joseph, Miryam's husband, was the legal father of JESUS, has his genealogy in the book of Matthew and it records the "royal line" of the LION of the Tribe of Judah. And, Joseph was in the family line through David’s son, Solomon to Jacob the father of Joseph, husband of Mary (Miryam).

Every detail in GOD'S HOLY WORD is pertinent and is intentionally and historically written that we may continue to believe in the NAME of the SON OF GOD. Without a doubt, the LORD YESHUA , the TRUE VINE is exclusively the SUPREME FOCAL POINT of all SCRIPTURE.

SONS OF ABRAHAM 
"Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah. She bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. Jokshan begot Sheba and Dedan. {This Sheba and Dedan are not to be confused with the grandsons of Cush, the sons of Raamah, who went to Ethiopia. . . Genesis/Bereshith 10} "And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim. The descendants of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abidah, and Eldaah. All these were descendants of Keturah. Abraham willed all that he owned to Isaac; but to Abraham' s sons by concubines Abraham gave gifts while he was still living, and he sent them away from his son Isaac eastward, to the land of the East." [Genesis (Bereshith) 25. 1 - 6 Tanakh, Torah; 1 Chronicles/Dibre Hayamin Alef 1. 32 - 33] 

It seems most people only know the two sons of Abraham; Isaac (yitschaq - he laughs) the son of promise to Abraham by his wife Sarah; and Ishmael (Yishma' El - GOD hears) the son of Hagar, the concubine of Abraham. However, one seldom hears of the other sons of Abraham through Keturah, the wife he took after Sarah's death. 

Abraham' s sons from Keturah were: Zimran (musical), Jokshan (insidious snarer), Medan (discord, strife, contention), Midian (brawling, strife, contention), Ishbak (he will leave, he releases), Shuah (to bow down, incline, bend, to humble, to sink), Sheba (seven, an oath of seven), Dedan (prolonged, low country), Asshurim (guided, blessed), Letushim (hammered, oppressed ones), and Leummim (peoples). All of these make up the Arabs of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the Palestinian peoples and tribes of today. Sheba (of which the Queen of Sheba was from, who came to Solomon) and Dedan (sons thru Keturah) are from the South-end of the Arabian Peninsula, known today as Yemen and Oman. 

Further still, all those who are obedient to the ALL-WISE CREATOR GOD are called Children of Abraham. "It is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all (as it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations." ) in the presence of HIM (MESSIAH YESHUA) WHOM he (Abraham) believed." [Romans 4. 16 - 17] "Men and brethren, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear GOD, to you the word of this salvation has been sent." [Acts 13. 26] 

Those who believe and obey are also considered spiritual "sons of Abraham" if you do the works of Abraham. "Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. And the SCRIPTURE, foreseeing that GOD would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the GOSPEL to Abraham beforehand, saying— In you all the nations shall be blessed." [Galatians 3. 7 - 8] 

Children of Abraham? Yes! But even greater is the blessing of knowing that we are children and heirs of the MOST HIGH GOD!

When you see a bargain, grab it!

UNSEARCHABLE RICHES
"The LORD created and possessed me at the beginning of HIS
course, as the first of HIS works of old. I was fashioned and
established from everlasting, at the beginning, before the origin
of earth." [Proverbs (Mishle) 8. 22 - 23 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Proverbs continually praises the virtues of true wisdom, founded
on the fear of the LORD. Beginning with Proverbs 8:22 the theme
changes going back in time to the creation week itself and
before. The LORD'S Ways were prior to HIS Works. And, HE
fashioned and possessed wisdom from everlasting.

The INCARNATE WORD of John 1:1-14 possesses all the "DIVINE
WISDOM" of Proverbs 8:22-31. The attributes and integrity of
MESSIAH YESHUA fits all the statements in this particular section
of Proverbs perfectly, which then gives marvelous new insight
into the events of creation and the DIVINE fellowship in the
GODhead before the creation.

The NEW COVENANT also makes it plain that YESHUA ha'MASHIACH
indeed possessed INCARNATE WISDOM of ALMIGHTY GOD. HE is "THE
WORD" by WHOM all things were made. [John 1. 1 - 3] The LORD
JESUS is "The Truth" [John 14. 6] and "The Light" [John 8. 12]
through WHOM alone men must come to GOD THE FATHER and follow the
ANOINTED ONE explicitly. CHRIST JESUS, the HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL,
perfectly demonstrates "the power and wisdom of GOD." [1
Corinthians 1. 24; Luke 11. 49]

Paul acknowledged the wisdom in the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH: "I
should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of
MESSIAH, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the
mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in
GOD WHO created all things through JESUS CHRIST; to the intent
that now the MANIFOLD WISDOM of GOD might be made known by the
church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,
according to the eternal purpose which HE accomplished in Christ
JESUS our LORD, in WHOM we have boldness and access with
confidence through faith in HIM." [Ephesians 3. 8 - 12]

All the so-called "knowledge&quo t; of the world is empty and futile
apart from the LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO is the LIVING, POWERFUL
WORD OF GOD. In HIM alone are found "ALL the treasures of wisdom
and knowledge" [Colossians 2. 3] "for in HIM dwells all the
fullness of the GODhead BODILY." [Colossians 2. 9]

The LORD MESSIAH YESHUA, the MANIFEST WORD does great things. . .
Yes! wonders without number. How unsearchable are HIS judgments
and HIS ways past finding out!

Samuel had served the children of Israel as their faithful judge for many years, and the LORD had blessed them and their land. Nevertheless, they insisted on having a king like the other nations and pressed Samuel to appointing one for them. Ultimately, Samuel anointed Saul to be their king, even though Samuel and the LORD HIMSELF were both extremely displeased with their demands. 

Even so, Samuel’s great heart, both for the LORD and for HIS people, is revealed in the promise of his prayer. Although he was hurt and disappointed because he had led them successfully and justly his whole life, he would still pray for them and teach whoever would listen. This is a great example for true CHRIST-like leaders and workers today who have been replaced by someone else, through no fault of their own. Continue in love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith. 

Intercessory prayer is not easy, especially if our prayers are not appreciated by those we pray for. Nonetheless, it is a type of prayer ministry that especially pleases the LORD GOD, and that is more important than human gratitude. No doubt Paul was reflecting GOD’S OWN desire when he said — "I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of GOD our SAVIOR, WHO desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." [1 Timothy 2. 2 - 4] Paul even urged prayer for Nero, the wicked emperor who had imprisoned him and would ultimately have him put to death. 

Our LORD YESHUA even instructed, "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." [Matthew 5. 44] And, HE is our GREATEST INTERCESSOR of all. For when we sin, and all have sinned against HIM, yet JESUS CHRIST THE RIGHTEOUS "is our ADVOCATE with the FATHER." [1 John 2. 1] In fact — "HE lives to make intercession" for us. [Hebrews 7. 25] Since the FAITHFUL ONE is our GREAT EXAMPLE and HE seeks out men after HIS OWN heart, let us imitate HIM by specializing at being prayer-intercessors also.

CHOICE FOR GLORY
"How can you say — We are wise, and we possess the Law of
the LORD? — Assuredly, for naught has the pen of the
scribe labored working falsehood. The wise shall be put to shame,
shall be dismayed and caught; see, they reject the WORD OF THE
LORD, so their wisdom amounts to nothing." [Jeremiah (Yirmeyah)
8. 8 - 9 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

The LORD YESHUA ha’MASHIACH prayed, "I thank YOU, FATHER,
LORD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, that YOU have hidden these things from
the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, FATHER,
for so it seemed good in YOUR sight." [Luke 10. 21] "GOD has
chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise,
and GOD has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame
the things which are mighty." [1 Corinthians 1. 27] The HOLY ONE
judges all who reject HIS WORD; furthermore they are unworthy of
everlasting life.

"But only in this should one glory: that he is earnestly devoted
to understand and know ME. For I the LORD act with
lovingkindness, justice, and righteous equity in the world; for
in these I delight — declares the LORD." [Jeremiah
(Yirmeyah) 9. 24 Tanakh, Kethuvim] "Yet indeed I also count all
things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of CHRIST JESUS
my LORD, for WHOM I have suffered the loss of all things, and
count them as rubbish, that I may gain CHRIST." [Philippians 3.
8]

The LORD knows those who fear HIM, HIS eye is ever on those who
confidently delight in HIS mercy. The ALMIGHTY ONE will deliver
their soul from death. By virtue of HIS great goodness to us, we
rejoice continually in HIS HOLY NAME wherein we place our trust
and hope. "Blessed is the nation whose GOD is the LORD, the
people HE has chosen to be HIS OWN inheritance. The LORD looks
down from heaven; HE sees all mankind. From HIS dwelling-place HE
gazes on all the inhabitants of the earth — HE WHO
fashions the hearts of them all, WHO discerns all their doings."
[Psalms (Tehillym) 33. 12 - 15 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

We should earnestly pray for the SPIRIT OF WISDOM and revelation
in the knowledge of the LORD JESUS that our understanding be
enlightened, and "that you may know what is the hope of HIS
calling, what are the riches of the glory of HIS inheritance, and
the exceeding greatness of HIS power toward us who believe"
[Ephesians 1. 18 - 19] The words of wisdom we speak are from
the LIVING GOD, "the hidden wisdom which GOD ordained before the
ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew;
for had they known, they would not have crucified the LORD OF
GLORY. But as it is written — Eye has not seen, nor ear
heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man the things which
GOD has prepared for those who love HIM. But GOD has revealed
them to us through HIS SPIRIT. For the SPIRIT searches all
things, yes, the deep (height, intense wisdom, enormous extent,
hidden secrets) things of GOD." [1 Corinthians 2. 7 - 10] 
Don’t quote one verse only, keep reading to complete the
thought which, this case in point, states: "GOD has revealed them
to us through HIS SPIRIT." Even the OLD COVENANT supports this
truth, "The secret things belong to the LORD our GOD, but those
things which are revealed belong to us and to our children
forever, that we may do all the words of this law."
[Deuteronomy/ Devarim 29. 29]

"Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good
conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom."
[James 3. 13] The one who is approved by the LORD ETERNAL is
commended, not the one who praises himself. "He who glories, let
him glory in the LORD." [2 Corinthians 10. 18] That is giving
tribute and honor to the ONE to WHOM all praise is due.

Love should be like tree whose roots are deep in the earth, but
whose branches extend into heaven.

MARK & AVOID
"Now I urge you, brethren, mark those who cause divisions and
offenses contrary to the doctrine which you learned and avoid
them. For those who are such do not serve our LORD JESUS CHRIST,
but their own belly; and by smooth words and flattering speech
deceive the hearts of the simple." [Romans 16. 17 - 18]

"Who is the man who is eager for life, who desires years of good
fortune? Guard your tongue from evil, your lips from deceitful
speech." [Psalms (Tehillym) 34. 12 - 13 Tanakh, Kethuvim] In
Hebrew one would say, Shmiras ha'Loshon — Guard your
tongue. Then, to mark and avoid such persons that do not, we must
appropriately use the infallible BIBLICAL standards for
discernment and judgment.

Truth in judgment must be based on the doctrine which you
acquired from GOD'S HOLY WRITTEN WORD OF TRUTH. "For whoever
speaks thus of the Law and the message of testimony, if they do
not speak according to this WORD, it is because there is no light
in them." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 8. 20 Tanakh, Nevi'im] "The LORD
says — To such a one I will look: To him who is poor and
of a contrite (smitten, maimed, dejected) spirit, who is
concerned about MY WORD." [Isaiah (Yeshayah) 66. 2 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

False teachers and cults need to be marked and avoided for
"someday they shall cry to the LORD, but HE will not hear nor
answer them; at that time HE will even hide HIS face from them,
in accordance to the evil they have done. Thus says the LORD to
the prophets who lead MY people astray. You shall have darkness
without divination; the sun shall go down on the prophets, and
the day shall be dark for them." [Micah (Michah) 3. 4 - 5 Tanakh,
Nevi'im]

Therefore, "take heed what you hear. With the same measure you
use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will
be given. For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever
does not have, EVEN WHAT HE HAS WILL BE TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM."
[Mark 4. 24 - 25]

We must know and apply GOD'S WORD, the HOLY SCRIPTURES faithfully
to our lives. And, we must be like the Bereans who, when they
heard new teachings, "Received the WorD with all readiness, and
searched the SCRIPTURES daily to find out whether those things
were so." [Acts 17. 11]

We cannot avoid the "offense of the cross" [Galatians 5. 11], for
it marks men as hell-deserving sinners. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!! 
Our only hope of salvation is a humble acknowledgment of MESSIAH
LORD YESHUA, the REJECTED CREATOR and ONLY REDEEMER. Know HiM as
your personal SAVIOR & KING WHO died for your sins, rose
victoriously, and is coming back for us to be with HIM forever!

A HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
Despair happens when one’s faith is put in an unworthy
object. Confidence is found in 1) GOD’S mercy; 2)
MESSIAH’S death, HIS precious blood applied to our life;
3) MESSIAH’S promise to riches more precious then gold; 4)
the changing work of the HOLY SPIRIT; 5) your faith growing and
proved. [1 Peter 1. 7]

WITNESSES REQUIRED
"A single witness may not rise against a man concerning any guilt
or blame for any offense that may be committed; a case can be
valid only on the testimony of two witnesses or more for a matter
shall be established. " [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 19. 15 Tanakh,
Torah]

At least two reliable witnesses were required to convict a man of
a crime in the Mosaic Law. MESSIAH YESHUA, however, was charged
with blasphemy, for claiming to be the unique SON OF THE LIVING
GOD — yet the witnesses brought forth could not even agree
. "Now the chief priests, the elders, and all the council sought
false testimony against JESUS to put HIM to death, but found
none. Even though many false witnesses came forward, they found
none. But at last two false witnesses came forward and said,
"This fellow said, 'I am able to destroy the Temple of GOD and to
build it in three days.'" [Matthew 26. 59 - 61]

In contrast, the claims that YESHUA ha’MASHIACH made were
true and verifiable. John the Baptizer, for instance witnessed
and proclaimed— "I saw the Spirit descending from heaven
like a dove, and HE remained upon HIM. I did not know HIM, but He
who sent me to baptize with water said to me, 'Upon whom you see
the Spirit descending, and remaining on HIM, this is He who
baptizes with the Holy Spirit.' And I have seen and testified
that this is the Son of God." [John 1. 32 - 34] To bear witness
was the very purpose for John’s being, for he "was sent to
bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light which gives
light to every man coming into the world." [John 1. 8]

Also a second, and even more effectively persuasive witness "I
have a greater witness than John's" —YESHUA said, "for the
works which the Father has given ME to finish — the very
works that I do — bear witness of ME, that the Father has
sent ME. And the Father HIMSELF, who sent ME, has testified of
ME. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His
form. But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom
HE sent, HIM you do not believe." [John 5. 36 - 38] The
Pharisee named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews and a great
teacher, avowed, "Rabbi, we know that YOU are a teacher come from
GOD; for no one can do these signs that YOU do unless GOD is with
him." [John 3. 2]

Three different times from Heaven, ALMIGHTY GOD HIMSELF
unmistakably confirmed, that YESHUA was HIS ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON:
The first time was at MESSIAH’S baptism: "a voice came
from heaven, "YOU are MY beloved SON, in whom I am well pleased."
[Mark 1. 11]
The second was at the time of YESHUA’S transfiguration on
the high mountain with Peter, James, & John: "A cloud came and
overshadowed them; and a voice came out of the cloud, saying,
"This is MY beloved SON. Hear HIM!" [Mark 9. 7; also see 2 Peter
1. 16 - 17]
And the third time was when CHRIST JESUS was telling of HIS
death on the cross: "Now MY soul is troubled, and what shall I
say? 'Father, save ME from this hour,' But for this purpose I
came to this hour. Father, glorify Your name." Then a voice came
from heaven, saying— "I have both glorified it and will
glorify it again." Therefore the people who stood by and heard it
said that it had thundered. Others said, "An angel has spoken to
HIM." JESUS answered and said, "This voice did not come because
of ME, but for your sake." [John 12. 27 – 30]

The most important witness is the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD that is
replete with theme of the entire OLD & NEW COVENANTS. "You search
the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and
these are they which testify of ME." [John 5. 39] "All Scripture
is given by inspiration of GOD" [2 Timothy 3. 16], and HE has
"exalted Your word, Your name, above all." [Psalms (Tehillym)
138. 2 Tanakh, Kethuvim]

Indeed, the HOLY SCRIPTURES are our WRITTEN WITNESSES that
continue to proclaim the LORD JESUS and in HIM alone there is
salvation, hope, joy, peace, and eternal life. Find these
treasures for yourself…Read and Believe.

ritual that states, “the Prophet Elijah, the Tishbite from

We also pray that GOD, WHO separates the holy from the secular,
forgive our sins, guide our life and open our mouth to declare
HIS praises continually.

OBEYING GOD
"Abraham obeyed ME and kept MY charge: MY commandments, MY Laws,
and MY teachings." [Genesis (Bereshith) 26. 5 Tanakh, Torah]

Abraham had not only written the Laws of the ETERNAL ONE, but he
kept all of GOD'S charge (Hebrew: mishmar — safeguard,
watch); commandments (Hebrew: mitzvoth — law, ordinance,
precept); statutes (Hebrew: "chuqqim" — to engrave,
carve, delineate {describes written rules of conduct}); and Laws
(Hebrew: TORAH — precept, statute). Abraham "believed
and put his trust in the LORD, HE (ALMIGHTY GOD) reckoned it to
his (Abraham) merit for righteousness. " [Genesis (Bereshith) 15.
6 Tanakh, Torah]

The basic reason that so many people have trouble understanding
GOD'S WRITTEN WORD, the HOLY BIBLE is that they try to interpret
it to fit their private opinions, expressions, idiosyncrasies and
peculiarities; therefore they are not able to understand because
they come with their mind and heart already bound up in their own
opinion. "For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their
ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest
they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest
they should understand with their hearts and turn, so that I
should heal them." [Matthew 13. 15]

GOD'S HOLY WRITTEN WORD does not need to be interpreted at all. .
. just believed! The GREAT GOD OF OUR SALVATION said what HE
means, and means what HE says. When HE speaks in parables,
metaphors or allegories, SCRIPTURES state it to be comparison
stories. Even then, however, it is not imagination, but a true
picture of reality. Otherwise, the entirety of the HOLY WRIT is
accurate and should be believed literally.

The ALMIGHTY SUPREME ONE wants to communicate HIS "AUTHORITATIVE
WORD" to those who have obedient hearts and who are willing to
devote themselves in diligent study to all the WRITTEN WORD. 
"The Holy SCRIPTURES, are able to make you wise for salvation
through faith which is in CHRIST JESUS. All SCRIPTURE is given by
inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,
for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of
GOD may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." [2
Timothy 3. 15 - 17]

"I have not deviated from what HIS lips commanded; I have
treasured HIS WORDS more than my daily bread." [Job (Iyob) 23. 12
Tanakh, Kethuvim] "When YOUR WORDS were offered, I devoured
them; YOUR WORD brought me the delight and joy of knowing that
YOUR NAME is attached to me, O LORD, GOD OF HOSTS." [Jeremiah
(Yirmeyah) 15. 16 Tanakh, Nevi'im]

If you have a believing heart, like our father Abraham; a love of
the PRECIOUS WORD, like Job; and a hunger for the PRECIOUS TRUTH,
like Jeremiah — you will find great joy and rejoicing in
devouring GOD'S LIFE-GIVING SACRED TEACHING. Then, we have this
assurance: "If you call to understanding and cry aloud to
discernment, if you seek her as you do silver and search for her
as for hidden treasures; then you will understand the fear of the
LORD and attain knowledge of GOD." [Proverbs (Mishle) 2. 3 - 5
Tanakh, Kethuvim] Read it diligently for yourself, GOD will
reveal HIS treasured secrets when you seek HIM with all your
heart!

doing YOUR will; and may our love for YOU be our crown of glory

and to all Israel. Mighty are those who rejoice in YOU, LORD GOD
MOST HIGH.

HEBREW SAGE MIGHT SAY. . .
It is hard to learn from a mistake that you do not acknowledge
making.

WATCH THEREFORE
"Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in
which the SON OF MAN is coming." [Matthew 25. 13]

The LORD JESUS, the ANOINTED MESSIAH HIMSELF commanded every
believer to watch for HIS return. No matter the situation, the
time or the place — all who believe are directly charged
to watch for YESHUA'S coming. "Therefore you also be ready, for
the SON OF MAN is coming at an hour you do not expect." [Matthew
24. 44]

Since we do not know the day, hour or minute, we are to be
watching always. "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even
the angels in heaven, nor the SON, but only the FATHER. Take
heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. Watch
therefore — lest, coming suddenly HE find you sleeping.
And what I say to you, I say to all — WATCH!" [Mark 13.
32, 33, 37] This uncertainty should motivate and encourage
faithfulness in the believer. If the believer starts to thinks,
"My MASTER is taking a long time in coming" [Luke 12. 45], there
is a very clear and present danger that he will be enticed with
sinful temptations and ungodly worldly passions, leading to a
falling away.

Our moment-by-moment attitude and objective should be to "live
self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,
while we wait for the BLESSED HOPE — the glorious
appearing of our great GOD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, WHO gave
HIMSELF for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for
HIMSELF a people that are HIS very own, eager to do what is
good." [Titus 2. 12 - 14]

John records the promise of MESSIAH YESHUA, "Beloved, now we are
children of GOD; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall
be, but we know that when HE is revealed, we shall be like HIM,
for we shall see HIM as HE is. And everyone who has this hope in
HIM purifies himself, just as HE is pure." [1 John 3. 2 - 3]

May we remain faithful and continually "abide in HIM; that when
HE appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before HIM
at HIS coming." [1 John 2. 28] The LORD commands, "Obey MY voice,
and I will be your GOD and you shall be MY people; walk only in
the way that I have commanded you, that it may go well with you."
[Jeremiah (Yirmeyah) 7. 23 Tanakh, Nevi'im] All who are born of
HIM patiently live righteously. Wait diligently for GOD'S
notable appointed time, the LORD YESHUA ha'MASHIACH will return. 
Will you be found devoted, faithful and humbly watching? HE is
worth waiting for!
