President Obama has given everything he could to protect Hillary from the unlawful acts she has done, but this time, it seems he has failed. It seems that int the end the FBI director James Comey is a dignified man. He defied President Obama’s orders and conducted an investigation on Hillary Clinton so that she will probably end up in prison.

Multiple FBI investigations have been launched into possible corruption charges against the Clinton Foundation as requested in a letter written by House Republicans on July 15th.

We already reported that the several government organizations have been sequestered to investigate the Clinton Foundation on corruption charges. A letter written and signed by 64 House Republicans states that “recently discovered information about the Clinton Foundation portrays a lawless enterprise.” The letter formally asks that the IRS, the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission begin looking into the allegations.

However, James Comey has already been stopped by the Department of Justice once in an attempt to prosecute Clinton. This time however, he has sought legal assistance from outside of the DOJ and he will not be hindered again by Loretta Lynch.

A former senior law enforcement officer recently revealed that the FBI is working with U.S. attorneys in New York City for proprietorial support in their ongoing investigations of the Clinton Foundation. New York City is where the foundation’s main offices are located. Another drastic blow to Clinton is the fact that the lead prosecutor in the case is Preet Bharara, a U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara has successfully convicted banks, hedge fund managers and Wall Street insiders along with prominent politicians.

The former officer said that the involvement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York “would be seen by agents as a positive development as prosecutors there are generally thought to be more aggressive than the career lawyers within the DOJ.”

According to Bharara’s official biography he “has applied renewed focus on large-scale, sophisticated financial frauds by creating two new units – the Complex Frauds Unit and the complementary Civil Frauds Unit.”

The bio also states that “the Civil Frauds Unit has collected close to $500 million in settlements since its inception, including multi-million dollar settlements with Deutsche Bank and CitiMortgage for faulty lending practices and other fraudulent conduct.”

A spokesman for Bharara, Nicholas Biase, said that he would “decline comment.” Similarly, a FBI spokeswoman Samantha Shero said, “we do not have a comment on investigative activity.”

It appears that this time, Hillary Clinton will not be able to make deals on private airplanes to escape prosecution as her husband has done for her previously. With U.S. Attorneys on the case, we may finally witness the collapse of the largest crime family the United States has ever known.

As deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency, and later acting CIA director, Michael Morell was intimately aware of the intelligence following the September 11, 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya. In fact, he told Congress in 2014 that he personally removed the word “Islamic” from the CIA talking points in order to avoid inflaming Muslims worldwide.

Morell recently wrote an op-ed endorsement of Hillary Clinton in The New York Times. “First, Mrs. Clinton is highly qualified to be commander in chief,” writes Morell. “I trust she will deliver on the most important duty of a president—keeping our nation safe.”

Morell ignores one very important issue. As one-time head of the CIA, protecting the nation’s secrets should be of utmost concern to him. Yet Hillary Clinton trafficked in classified material on a regular basis for four years on an unsecured server, and never used a State Department server. She failed to turn over her emails when she left her job as secretary of state. And when this all became public as a result of inquiries from the House Select Committee on Benghazi, she turned over about half of all the emails on her server, while claiming that she had turned over all business related emails. FBI Director James Comey testified last month before Congress that they later found “thousands” of business related emails that she hadn’t turned over. In other words, she lied.

A State Department Inspector General report said that she never asked for, or got permission for, this email server set-up—and never would have gotten approval for it. We know she sent and received not just material classified as Confidential and Secret, but also Top Secret and Special Access Programs, an even higher category of classification. Her defense is that nothing was marked classified at the time she sent or received it. But while Comey acknowledged that some were marked classified, that doesn’t really matter. It’s her job to recognize classified material—which in most cases is obvious—and it is criminally negligent not to. Comey even called her actions “extremely careless.” It is very likely that her server was hacked, and that all or most of her emails are in the hands of our enemies. This is all okay with Morrell? Why shouldn’t these actions disqualify her from being commander-in-chief?

Morell calls Trump “an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.” But what about Hillary? A proponent of the Russian reset, Mrs. Clinton pushed Americans and Russians to work on a project called Skolkovo, which the FBI later warned could jeopardize American national security. Let us not forget, as well, that Mrs. Clinton was part of a group of officials who signed off on the Uranium One deal, which led to the Russians owning 20 percent of U.S. reserve uranium, and tens of millions of dollars flowing into the Clinton Foundation.

The New York Times, and Morell, carefully omitted mention that he worked for Beacon Global Strategies—a PR firm that is advising Mrs. Clinton, according to PJ Media. “Morell comes across as apolitical, evenhanded and well-credentialed on matters of national security,” writes Liz Spayd, the public editor, or ombudsman, for the Times. “What the piece does not say is that he is a senior counselor at Beacon Global Strategies, a Washington consulting firm with connections to Hillary Clinton.”

“Two of the firm’s founders were top aides to Clinton, including Philippe Reines,” Spayd continues. “Leon Panetta, who led the Defense Department and, later, the C.I.A. under President Obama, is also with the firm.” Panetta also was White House Chief of Staff under President Bill Clinton.

Ms. Spayd, who has only been in her current position with the Times since May, could be flirting with trouble. She also was critical of the paper for its failure to cover Hillary’s recent disastrous performance on Fox News Sunday, during which Mrs. Clinton claimed that FBI Director Comey had confirmed her claims about her private email server as “truthful.” Spayd clearly knows that the Times is all in for Hillary, in both the news and editorial sides of the paper. So her reporting comes as a bit of a pleasant surprise.

The thing is, Morell is hardly apolitical. We previously exposed how he had lied about the facts of Benghazi in his book, The Great War of Our Time, claiming that the attackers had “small arms; many were not armed at all” and that “no heavy weapons were seen on the videotape.” The authors of Under Fire, which recounts the attacks, say that the attackers were actually carrying rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs).

Morell has been caught in other lies as well. “Under questioning from the senators about the talking-points editing process, Morell tried to blame the FBI for cutting the reference to al-Qa’eda terrorism; he said the FBI didn’t want to compromise an ongoing criminal investigation,” wrote Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi member and former CIA officer Clare Lopez. “When [Senator Lindsey] Graham [R-SC] called the FBI and told them what Morell had said, ‘they went ballistic,’ Graham said in an interview with Fox News. Confronted with this, Morell changed his statement and admitted that he, and the CIA, had been responsible after all.”

Now Morell is suggesting that the United States government make the Iranians and Russians “pay a price” for what they are doing in Syria which “would mean killing Russians and Iranians,” reports CBS News. “I want to go after those things that Assad sees as his personal power base. I want to scare Assad,” said Morell in the interview with Charlie Rose of CBS This Morning.

One might be reminded of the NATO air strikes on military bases and other enclaves of power held by Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi—actions designed to aid the rebels and bring about Qaddafi’s overthrow. As Jake Sullivan, aide to Mrs. Clinton, wrote, she has “leadership/ownership/stewardship of this country’s Libya policy from start to finish.” Is there a similar interventionist plan in the works for Syria?

Ironically, Mr. Morell argued back in November 2015 that the United States government should work with Assad to have the Syrian military eliminate ISIS. “This is a very complicated situation, but I do think the question of whether President Assad needs to go, or whether he can be part of the solution here, we need to look at again,” said Morell on CBS Face the Nation.

Now Mrs. Clinton has signaled the desire to get aggressive with Syria, and Morell is following suit. Her foreign policy advisor Jeremy Bash, according to the UK Telegraph, has said that “Hillary Clinton will order a ‘full review’ of the United States’ strategy on Syria as a ‘first key task’ of her presidency…”

Nicholas Kristof calls Syria “Obama’s Worst Mistake” in a New York Times column which is peppered with praise for Obama in other areas. But he points to the nearly half a million deaths there in five years, and blames, in part, Obama’s “dithering,” comparing this to Rwanda in the 1990s and Darfur in the 2000s, and arguing that this has had the effect of “casting a shadow over [Obama’s] legacy.”

Try as they might, it is difficult to separate Obama’s foreign policy from Hillary’s. She was secretary of state when the decisions were made in Libya, where in March 2011 Qaddafi’s top military leaders offered truce talks leading to his possible abdication under a white flag of truce, which the U.S. government ignored. Instead, the Obama administration effectively switched sides in the war on terror by aiding al-Qaeda-linked rebels, ultimately betraying those on the ground in Benghazi who needed our government’s help as they came under a terrorist attack.

Libya was left a failed state, as arms flowed into Syria, fueling ISIS and the seemingly endless civil war. Our total withdrawal from Iraq in December 2011 created a political and security vacuum, demonstrating what that part of the world is like without American leadership. The stakes are extremely high, and it’s pretty clear that both major parties have chosen candidates who are seriously disliked and not trusted by a significant majority of the voting public.

Fact Check: Were Obama and Hillary Founders of ISIS? You Bet
Even the left-stream media is now acknowledging that Donald Trump “has a point” when he blasts Hilary and Obama for creating ISIS.

Conservative talk show host Hugh Hewitt tried to give Mr. Trump an out. “I know what you meant,” he suggested. “You meant that he [Obama] created the vacuum, he lost the peace.”

“No,” Trump replied. “I meant, he’s the founder of ISIS. I do. He was the most valuable player. I give him the most valuable player award. I give her, too, by the way, Hillary Clinton.”

Trump is correct – and quite literally, so.

First, a document. Then some history.

Thanks to Judicial Watch, we now have an August 2012 defense intelligence report on the civil war in Syria and the situation in Iraq that openly states that the policy of the United States and its allies was to support the Salafist opposition to Syrian president Bashar al-Assad.

That opposition, at the time spearheaded by Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) and the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), soon morphed into the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, ISIS.

The report appears to have originated from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) in Iraq, well before their intelligence product was tarnished by political interference from top commanders in 2014 aimed at diminishing the threat from ISIS.

Here’s what the report, originally stamped SECRET, actually says:

 AQI, through the spokesman of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), Abu Muhammad al- Adnani… is calling on the Sunnis in Iraq, especially the tribes in the border regions (between Iraq and Syria), to wage war against the Syrian regime…

Opposition forces are trying to control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor) adjacent to the Western Iraqi provinces (Mosul and Anbar), in addition to neighboring Turkish borders. Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey are supporting these efforts… [emphasis mine]

There is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in Eastern Syria (Hasak and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want…

It is no secret that the United States was supporting the Syrian opposition in 2012 and even until very recently. In December 2012, thanks in large measure to the active lobbying of Mrs. Clinton and U.S. Ambassador to Syria Robert Ford, Obama declared that the United States considered the opposition as “the legitimate representative of the Syrian people.”

What was secret until the release of this August 2012 defense intelligence report is that the United States knew that the Syrian opposition was dominated by al Qaeda in Iraq and the Islamic State of Iraq, groups that merged and morphed into what today we call ISIS.

So Donald Trump is literally correct. Obama and Hillary created ISIS. They figure among the founding fathers of the world’s most brutal terrorist organization. They deserve ISIS Most Valuable Player awards for their efforts.

Some of America’s enemies, such as Ayatollah Khamenei of Iran, have also accused the United States of creating ISIS – but as a tool for encroaching on Iran’s efforts to dominate the Muslim world. In fact, Obama and Hillary’s policies have simultaneously favored Iran and its rise to regional dominance, standing aside as Iran filled the vacuum in Iraq with its own militias and allowing Iranian troops and weapons to flow onto battlefields in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Libya and beyond.

Other documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that the United States was also complicit with arms shipments from Benghazi to the jihadi rebel groups in Syria.

These particular shipments were distinct from the more publicized case of al Entisar, a Libyan fishing vessel that arrived in Iskanderiyah, Turkey, crammed with weapons in late August 2012.

The shipments described in this recently declassified document were sent directly to small Syrian ports under rebel control and included RPG grenade-launchers, sniper rifles, and ammunition for 125mm and 155mm howitzers.

As I revealed two years ago, the U.S. backed arms shipments to ISIS and its allies in Syria appear to have been run out of the White House by then-counterterrorism advisor (and current CIA director) John Brennan. Running the clandestine arms shipments outside official channels allowed Obama and his allies – including Mrs. Clinton, who supported the arms shipments – to withhold that information from Congress.

Deflecting attention from these arms shipments is precisely why Obama and Hillary hatched their “blame-it-on-a-YouTube-video” narrative as the cause of the Benghazi attacks. It was a deliberate deception to trick the American people and cover-up their misdeeds.

Obama’s disastrous withdrawal of U.S. combat forces from Iraq in December 2011 clearly enhanced the ability of AQI and ISI to seize control of large portions of Iraqi territory and certainly contributed to the birth of ISIS. It also opened the door for Iran to fill the vacuum.

But as the August 2012 defense intelligence report states, that was the plan all along. Obama and Hillary wanted to create an ISIS-controlled enclave in Syria, “in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).”

Donald Trump was right. Again.

Former Navy SEAL Dom Raso recently recorded a video in which he blasted Hillary Clinton, calling her an “ignorant liar” who once tried to “use the heroism of our nation’s armed forces to promote herself as the next commander in chief.” The video is now going viral.

According to Conservative Tribune, Raso was referring to the time Hillary claimed she dodged sniper fire in Bosnia in 1996. She later admitted this wasn’t true, blaming her lie on simply misspeaking. Raso and countless other veterans, however, were furious.
“(W)hat makes this truly disgusting to me is that when she was called on it, she dismissed it as if it was no big deal,” the former navy SEAL said. “Only someone completely arrogant, ignorant and disrespectful of what really happens in war could say something like that — and all to get people to like you more.”

“Hillary was willing to lie in order to take advantage of that feeling of gratitude and awe Americans have for those who serve,” he added.

“Hillary, the fact that you think the brave and selfless acts of our nation’s heroes are yours to falsely associate yourself with just to advance your career, proves that you are not worthy of the office you seek,” Raso concluded.

Fit for office? Clinton foes claim photos reveal medical issues
Unearthed picture of Clinton aides helping her struggle up stairs rekindles rumors Democratic nominee suffered serious head injury.
More than three and a half years after then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton collapsed and suffered a concussion, pictures of the former First Lady struggling up stairs have rekindled rumors that Mrs. Clinton’s injury was far more severe than suggested by State Department officials, and may have lingering effects.

In December 2012, Mrs. Clinton cancelled a planned trip because of an undisclosed illness, with State Department officials saying she was “under the weather”.

Days later, Clinton fainted, suffering a concussion when she hit the floor. On December 13th, State Department officials said the Secretary had been diagnosed with a concussion, but claimed it “was not severe”.

Two days later, the Department issued a statement, saying that Clinton had fainted from dehydration, caused by a stomach virus.

At the end of December, State Department officials announced that doctors had discovered a blood clot in Clinton’s head, “stemming from the concussion she sustained”.

Following Clinton’s injury and subsequent hospitalization, critics of Mrs. Clinton suggested she appeared to be suffering from lingering effects of the concussion and blood clot, intimating that she may in fact have suffered a stroke, despite statements to the contrary by her doctors.

During her testimony in January 2013 regarding the Benghazi attack, Clinton foes pounced on her use of glasses – rather than eye contacts – during public appearances. Department officials later confirmed she indeed had temporarily traded in her contacts for glasses as a result of her injury.

Clinton’s husband Bill later revealed that the Secretary needed “six months of very serious work” to recover from her concussion and blood clot.

When State Department emails sent by Clinton confidant Huma Abedin discussing the Secretary’s impediments while working was released under the Freedom Of Information Act, Clinton critics again pounced, claiming it proved she was physically unfit for office.

In the emails, Abedin wrote that Clinton was, in early 2013, “often confused”.

Other emails indicated that Clinton overslept while senior White House officials waited to show her “sensitive items”, and that the Secretary needed assistance in dealing with phone calls to foreign leaders.

This Sunday an image of the former Secretary struggling up several stairs quickly rekindled speculation regarding Clinton’s health and fitness for office.

The picture, taken early in the primary season during a February visit to South Carolina, shows Clinton being supported as she struggled to ascend stairs.

Initially pushed by The American Mirror, the story was quickly picked up by the Drudge Report.

Later, Fox News pundit and conservative talk radio host Sean Hannity convened the 'FOX News Medical A-Team', which suggested Mrs. Clinton may be “prone to falling” following her injury, and that her staff may be more concerned about her condition than official statements suggest.

While the Clinton campaign has rejected claims she is suffering from serious health issues, Clinton’s comments that she had “short-circuited” while explaining her ongoing private email server debacle did little to quash rumors regarding her physical condition.

Another 296 pages of Hillary Clinton’s emails were released Tuesday — exposing key Clinton aides doing favors for billionaires and, on one occasion, leaving the then-secretary of state’s daily schedule in an unlocked hotel room.

The documents were released by Judicial Watch, which is suing to recover Clinton’s emails under Freedom of Information Act laws.

In an April 2009 email to Clinton’s State Department aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, President Clinton’s former body man, Doug Band, the founder of corporate consultant Teneo, urgently asked them to set up a meeting with an ambassador for a major donor to the Clinton Foundation.
“We need Gilbert Chagoury to speak to the substance person re lebanon. As you know, he’s key guy there and to us and is loved in lebanon.”

“Its jeff feltman,” Abedin wrote back, referring to Ambassador Jeffrey Feltman, America’s former top diplomat to Lebanon. “I’m sure he knows him[.] Ill talk to jeff.”

Less than 20 minutes later, Band replied, “Better if you call him. Now preferrable. This is very important.”

Chagoury is a Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire and a Clinton Foundation donor, giving somewhere between $1 million and $5 million.

The construction magnate has financial interests around the world and was convicted in Switzerland in 2000 for money laundering. He paid $66 million in a plea deal.

The emails also show Clinton’s closest aide, Abedin, left her boss’s daily schedule in an unlocked hotel room in Trinidad and Tobago, where the secretary of state was attending a conference.

“Hi Huma,” aide Melissa Lan wrote in an email to Abedin. “Would it be possible to get one of the Secretary’s day book binders back for tomorrow’s product?”

Abedin replied, “Yes its [sic] on the bed in my room. U can take it. My door is open. I’m in lobby. Thx.”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement: “No wonder Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin hid emails from the American people, the courts and Congress. … They show the Clinton Foundation, Clinton donors, and operatives worked with Hillary Clinton in potential violation of the law.”

So is Donald Trump “unfit to serve” because he says mean things or is Hillary Clinton “unfit to serve” because she compromises the security of our nation potentially leading to a man’s execution? Hmm.

Today, Iran announced it had executed Shahram Amiri, a nuclear scientist who was believed to be spying for the U.S. but returned to Iran in 2010. He initially received a hero’s welcome but was later imprisoned after being accused of cooperating with the U.S. His body was returned to his family with rope marks on his neck, presumably from hanging in the past week.

Politico says, The tale of Shahram Amiri was one of the stranger sagas to emerge from Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, testing her diplomatic skills in highly sensitive circumstances. His death comes just over a year after Iran and the U.S. struck a deal aimed at reining in Iran’s nuclear program, an agreement Clinton was instrumental in launching.

Amiri went missing in Saudi Arabia in May or June 2009 while on religious pilgrimage to Mecca. In the following months, Iranian officials accused the U.S. of abducting him. The State Department claimed for months that it “had no information” on Amiri.

But in 2010 he surfaced in the U.S. and then-Secretary of State Clinton admitted he had been present in the country. Now here’s where it gets iffy.

As you may have heard by now, Hillary Clinton had an unsecure private email server through which she conducted state business and transmitted classified information.
Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton pointed out on “Face The Nation” this morning that there were email conversations with her senior advisers about Amiri on that very same server.
As reported by the Washington Examiner, “I’m not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton’s private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman. The senator said this lapse proves she is not capable of keeping the country safe.

“That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server. And I think her judgment is not suited to keep this country safe,” he said.

While Amiri told reporters that he was held against his will by both the Saudis and the Americans, U.S. officials said he was receiving millions of dollars for information he provided about Iran’s nuclear program.

The scientist shows up in Clinton’s emails back in 2010, just nine days before he returned to Iran.

“We have a diplomatic, ‘psychological’ issue, not a legal one. Our friend has to be given a way out,” the email by Richard Morningstar, a former State Department special envoy for Eurasian energy, read, according to the Associated Press. “Our person won’t be able to do anything anyway. If he has to leave so be it.”

Well gee, if this is what happens to our “friends” under Hillary Clinton, just imagine what life will be like for us American citizens.

The parents of two of the Americans killed by Islamic terrorists in Benghazi have filed a lawsuit against Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, alleging her “extremely careless” handling of classified information when she was secretary of state contributed to their deaths.

The case was filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by lawyer Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods.

Smith and Woods were killed in the Sept. 11, 2012, jihadist attack on the American compound in Benghazi. While Clinton and other Obama administration officials were publicly claiming it was a response to an obscure YouTube video, internal communications show they knew immediately that it was a terrorist attack.

The wrongful death claim also alleges defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

“Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia, China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs’ sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist attack that took their lives. It is no coincidence that covert State Department/CIA operations were being run out of Benghazi,” Klayman commented.

“To add insult to deadly injury, Hillary Clinton told the plaintiffs that their sons were killed as the result of a video mocking the Islamic prophet Mohammed when she knew that they were murdered by Muslim terrorists. When the families exposed her lies, she called them liars to protect her reputation and to further her own presidential ambitions. She thus defamed the parents of fallen heroes Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith, as well committed other wrongful acts, as alleged in the complaint.

“Hillary Clinton has been thus far fortunate, throughout her career, to escape the long arm of the law, believing and acting as if she is above the law. This time, her ‘luck’ has run out.”

Clinton, at the time of the attack that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens, Smith, Glen Doherty and Woods, said in an email to her daughter immediately after the attack that it was an act terrorism.

Recently, former acting CIA Director Michael Morell, in endorsing Clinton’s presidential campaign, said both were true at the same time.

In a televised interview, he said: “She said it was terrorism, right? To Chelsea … she said to them it was the video. Those two things can both be true at the same time.”

The lawsuit explains that the FBI found Clinton, “at a minimum, was ‘extremely careless’ in handling confidential and classified government information and ‘there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information.'”

The case alleges that Clinton’s unsecure personal email setup allowed “foreign powers including, but not limited to Russia, Iran, China and North Korea” to obtain information about the Americans.

“Immediately after the attack, defendant Clinton, in an effort to save the re-election chances of President Barack Obama, and in turn, her own chances at the 2016 presidency, lied to plaintiffs and the public at large that the Benghazi attacks were caused by Islamic reaction over an anti-Muslim YouTube video … these lies were perpetrated despite the fact that she knew immediately that this video was actually not the cause of the attack – information that she shared with the prime minister of Egypt and her own daughter, Chelsea Clinton, but hid from plaintiffs and the public at large.

“Clinton even promised plaintiffs that the person responsible for the video would be arrested. … Woods recorded the conversation with defendant Clinton contemporaneously in his diary.”

Now, the case explains, Hillary Clinton “has gone on a defamatory smear campaign to paint plaintiffs as liars in the public eye in order to discredit plaintiffs, who have been vocal about defendant Clinton’s pattern and practice of dishonesty regarding what caused the Benghazi attack, its aftermath, and the death of their sons.”

Specifically, it charges Islamic terrorists “obtained the information sent and received by defendant Clinton about the location of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. Department of State and the covert CIA and other government operations in Benghazi and used it to plan, orchestrate, and carry out the horrific and devastating attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012 … resulting in the death of four Americas.”

The case alleges, “Without having access to the compromised information that was obtained due to defendant Clinton’s ‘extremely careless’ handling of confidential information, the Islamic terrorist perpetrators of the Benghazi attack would not have been able to carry out the attack due to lack of information.”

The case demands a jury trial and seeks general, special, actual, compensatory and punitive damages.

It’s never good to obsess over polls. I make a conscious effort to take national polling results with a grain of salt. When it comes to the general election, it’s crucial to focus on the battleground state polls, not the national average. I look at the national polls as an indication of current trends, and that’s about it. It’s incredibly easy for someone to skew national polls. Case in point.

If you recall, both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton experienced a sizable post-convention boost. But there was one poll in particular that left everyone in a tizzy.

Last month, Donald Trump enjoyed a 17-point swing, overtaking Hillary Clinton by two points. MSM FREAKED out, and Reuters suddenly decided to change its methodology. It announced it would drop the “neither” option from the presidential preference poll.

“In a presidential campaign notable for its negativity, the option of ‘Neither’ candidate appears to be an appealing alternative, at least to participants in the Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll,” wrote Maurice Tamman, the leader of the Reuters news service’s New York City-based data mining and investigative reporting team. “Many voters on both sides have been ambivalent in their support for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican nominee Donald Trump, complicating the task of the pollsters trying to track the race.”
No biggie. Right? Not so fast.

Around that time, another Reuters poll came out, showing Hillary Clinton leading Donald Trump 47% to 33%. But here’s the thing. They polled more Democrats than Republicans.

Here’s the breakdown, via The Gateway Pundit:

Over 50% of those polled were Democrats. As The Gateway Pundit points out, that’s “33 percent more Democrats than Republicans.”

They over sampled Democrats. They decided to drop the “neither” option. These are just some of the ways polls can be skewed, and that’s why I continue to remain skeptical.

Clinton-obsessed conspiracy theorist, Larry Klayman, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of two of the families victimized by the September 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

The lawsuit, which alleges “that Clinton’s negligence was directly responsible for Smith’s and Woods’ death,” also includes charges of “defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” Fox News has repeatedly hosted both of the family members mentioned in the lawsuit, Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, to attack Hillary Clinton and Smith was also a featured speaker at the Republican National Convention, where she said “I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son.”

Media Matters has previously documented Klayman’s litigious Clinton obsession, which includes a “dubious lawsuit accusing Hillary Clinton of racketeering,” as well as Klayman’s claims that the Clintons “orchestrated the murders of several of their associates in the 1990’s”:

In the 1990s, Klayman reportedly filed at least 18 lawsuits against the Clinton administration, accusing them of various conspiracies, and has filed "hundreds of lawsuits against federal agencies, White House officials, Cabinet secretaries, judges, journalists, former colleagues, foreign governments, dictators, presidents," his own mother, and The Washington Post.

The Week explained in 2013 that Klayman, "implied the Clintons orchestrated the murders of several of their associates in the 1990s, a prime reason he has argued Hillary is unfit to be president."

As reported by The Washington Post, in 2014, Klayman premised a lawsuit on the concept that "The Ebola virus is secretly a biological weapon allowed into the country by the Obama administration to further terrorist interests against Americans of the 'Caucasian race and Jewish-Christian religion.'" Klayman described President Obama in a lawsuit as "not even a naturalized U.S. citizen and thus is in the United States illegally," and described Obama's birth certificate as a "fraud." In order "to maintain the confidence of the American people and for the benefit of the country's democratic system," Klayman subsequently petitioned the government to "initiate removal and deportation proceedings" against the president. Klayman has referred to President Obama as "mullah in chief" and accused "Obama and his Muslim friends" of "literally 'making love' with each other." He called Obama "our first 'Muslim' president" who "has joined with Palestinians to now knock off Israel."

In a 2013 protest at the White House, Klayman told the audience that President Obama should "put the Quran down," "get up off his knees" and "come out with his hands up."

A month later, Klayman held the "Second American Revolution" rally in Lafayette Park across from the White House, which sought to force the resignation of President Obama and other top Congressional leaders.

Klayman was at one point barred from practicing law in New York City, because he suggested that an Asian-American judge was unable to rule impartially in a case due to his race.

Victor Thorn, who was an investigative reporter and had written four books on the Clintons, was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head a few miles from his home. Clinton says America needs to "tell our story" and defend its policies through public engagement, but it was an "uphill struggle to convince either Congress or the White House to make this a priority."
Promoting women's rights should be a central pillar of foreign policy and "at the top of America's diplomatic to-do list."
 
Domestic Islamists 
Refused to meet with Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan after Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate Joe Lieberman expressed his willingness. 
Returned $50,000 in donations from the American Muslim Alliance for her Senate campaign after its president justified Palestinian violence against Israel. She said the statement was "offensive and outrageous."
She also returned a $1,000 donation from Abdurrahman Alamoudi of the American Muslim Council after he publicly announced his support for Hamas and Hezbollah. He later was convicted on terrorism-related charges and admitted to being a secret member of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity according to the Justice Department, promoted an article accusing Clinton of relying on advisers who want to start a world war and implement a "50-year project of 'reordering' the Middle East in order to make the region safe for Israel."
It also criticizes advisers to Clinton and former New York Mayor and Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani for "envisioning a grand project of secularizing and 'democratizing' the Middle East." 
CAIR also posted an article that calls Clinton "Israel's new lawyer."
Her State Department had Abed Ayoub, CEO of Islamic Relief USA, as an adviser. He was on the Department's Religion and Foreign Policy Working Group, specifically the Sub-Group on Faith-Based Groups and Development and Humanitarian Assistance. Islamic Relief is linked to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood and was later banned by Israel and the United Arab Emirates for its alleged terrorism links.
Huma Abedin, a top aide to Clinton since 1996 and Deputy Chief of Staff when she was Secretary of State, was assistant-editor of an Islamist journal from 1996 to 2008 and three of her immediate family members are closely linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Her husband's mayoral campaign also received donations from a lobbyist for Al-Jazeera. This has raised questions about the security clearance process. Her husband, former congressman Anthony Weiner, is Jewish and very pro-Israel. Clinton denies that Abedin is part of the Brotherhood and described those voicing concerns as "irresponsible and demagogic." Abedin was also defended by Republican officials. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says "she is about as far away from the Muslim Brotherhood view of women and ideology as you can get."
Says nuclear proliferation is the biggest national security threat.
Accused of having "mainstreamed" Abdurrahman Alamoudi when she was First Lady. Alamoudi is now a convicted Al-Qaeda financier and self-admitted member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Clinton asked Alamoudi to draft the guest list for the first White House Iftar (post-Ramadan fast) dinner in 1996. Alamoudi was embraced by the Clinton Administration and, in 2000, by Bush (in his presidential campaign) as a “moderate” until he openly expressed his support for Hamas and Hezbollah. He was so successful at pretending to be a “moderate” that the State Department sponsored his travel and he set up the Muslim chaplain programs for the prison system and the military.

Clinton Foundation has received tens of millions of dollars from seven foreign governments, including Qatar and Saudi Arabia. It also received $50,000 in 2005 from the Alavi Foundation, a New York-based group that was later shut down as an Iranian regime front. Former president Clinton responded that receiving their money did "a lot more good than harm" and all donations are disclosed.  
The Foundation's director for Egypt from 2007 to 2012, Gehad al-Haddad, has been arrested by the Egyptian government for being a Muslim Brotherhood member. Al-Haddad worked as an adviser for the Brotherhood's political party at the same time as he worked for the Clinton Foundation. His father is a member of the Brotherhood's Guidance Bureau.
Iran 
Favors a policy of preventing a nuclear-armed Iran and rejects a strategy of containment. Iran does not have a right to enrich uranium.
Our objective should be to end or minimize its enrichment. Ending enrichment altogether is "not an unrealistic position."

Fresh after getting the nomination at the DNC, Hillary Clinton is back to doing what she does best – lying.
The embattled former Secretary of State took her tour of lies on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. The host asked her about sending classified information on her personal email server. She lied about that, even though James Comey said under oath that she did have over 300 classified emails that should never have been sent.
She claimed we misunderstood the words that were coming out of Comey’s mouth. Watch the video below and be amazed at this woman’s lack of honesty.
 
This woman has no interest in telling the truth. She is completely self serving. She lies as if it is an art form.

We shouldn’t be shocked. Bill Clinton also committed perjury. Like her husband, Hillary must not know what the word ‘truth’ means.
Someone who can do something about this has noticed all the lying. Trey Gowdy peppered FBI Director Comey with questions that seemed to set Hillary up for a perjury indictment. We can only hope that comes to fruition.

While serving as secretary of state, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton shared with her staff articles that would later be published in a work described as the “I Hate Israel Handbook,” according to some of the thousands of emails revealed by the State Department.

The reference was included in 2010 emails between Clinton and adviser Sidney Blumenthal regarding Israel. Blumenthal promoted the work of his son, Max Blumenthal. The elder Blumenthal forwarded articles that would later emerge as part of Max Blumentahl’s book, Goliath. The book — highly critical of Israeli policies — was published in 2013.

The Forward’s J.J. Goldberg described it as “an unpleasant book.” The Forward headlined its review by calling it “The Anti-Israel Book That Makes  Even Anti-Zionists Blush“.

Now, it’s been confirmed in a bombshell report that Bill Clinton received millions of dollars from the largest Sharia Law education firm.

Former President Bill Clinton collected $5.6 million in fees from GEMS Education, a Dubai-based company that teaches Sharia Law through its network of more than 100 schools in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation.

The company’s finances strictly adhere to “Sharia Finance,” which includes giving “zakat,” a religious tax of which one-eighth of the proceeds is dedicated to funding Islamic jihad.

The company also contributed millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation.

The former president served as honorary chairman for GEMS Education from 2011 to 2014, according to federal tax returns he filed with his wife, 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

His biggest paycheck from the closely-held company — which is incorporated in the Cayman Islands — was in 2014 when he pocketed $2.1 million. It is unclear if Bill received income from the Middle Eastern firm in 2015, since Hillary has not yet released her tax return for that year.

Sharia law is the Islamic religious legal system that many in the West see as intolerant of human rights and other religions, as well as violating the rights of women and gays. Sharia law is considered by Muslims to be superior to all secular authorities. Islamic jihadis regularly call for the imposition of Sharia law and want to impose it on the West.

GEMS boasted in a 2013 bond prospectus that it is the “only foreign group approved for educational services in Saudi Arabia.” The GEMS facilities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, taught 1,600 students in 2013.

Saudi Arabia is where Wahabism, the strictest form of Sharia, is observed. The Middle Eastern kingdom bars women from driving cars, requires women to wear the strictest form of the hijab, which covers everything but the eyes and hands. Gay men and women are persecuted in Saudi Arabia.

There are a lot more Americans happy with Julian Assange that cares to admit it publicly. Assange has turned this entire election into a referendum against establishment politics and party rigging. During his interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Assange said he has PROOF how the Clinton campaign is rigging the election. Now we knew about the Democratic Party cheat against Bernie Sanders, but this is entirely new information.

As you will notice in the interview, not once did Cooper question Assange about the DNC “content” that was totally inappropriate. As you can tell, Cooper doesn’t know that much about the subject nor has he completed any verification; he’s asking questions on the seat of his pants.
