There haven’t been any attacks on talk radio except being squished with the rise of digital media. Until now. Why?
Part of my job is to inform you about the direction we are headed and how fast are we are headed there. Let me give you three mile markers that are gravely concerning.

Last week on my radio show, I told you that Soros Fund Management, run by billionaire George Soros and his son, Alex, is on the verge of taking control of Audacy. Audacy is the second-largest broadcaster in America. Only iHeartRadio owns more.

The left is going to take the whole industry through public-private partnerships, and it's going to succeed because our billionaires do nothing.

iHeart Radio has the Premiere Radio networks. I've worked for this company in one way or another since 1989. It is my partner with my radio program, and the company has always been very supportive. If it weren't for this company, my show wouldn’t be heard anywhere. Thank God iHeart is the only broadcaster right now not under attack.

The problem began when Audacy amassed $1.9 billion in debt and filed for bankruptcy protection last year. Now Soros is taking on the fund, and the his company will be the largest shareholder once the bankruptcy proceedings conclude. His company is buying up and dismantling radio.

Last year, Soros bought 50 Spanish-language radio stations. Gee, isn’t that interesting? Now he's buying up the second-largest broadcaster in America. Audacy owns 220 stations, some of the biggest talk news stations in the country.

George Soros has spent more than $21 billion over the last few decades. He spent $1.3 billion in 2022 alone. Most of that cash went to left-wing causes, including Media Matters, Planned Parenthood, and the Sunrise Movement. He is the guy who has installed radical prosecutors and radical attorneys general all over the country, and now he’s buying up talk radio.

Why would you do that? Why would you buy all those broadcasters? It seems like it’s a failing industry, right? It isn’t. About 80% of Americans still listen to radio. That statistic is incredible. And now the second-largest broadcaster is going to be in the hands of the Soros family.

That's the first mile marker.

Next is Cumulus. Cumulus used to be the ABC Radio Network, and at one point, it was America’s largest radio network. Now it is the third-largest. Cumulus is facing a takeover from an investor based in Singapore. As a part of the process of its bankruptcy, the company has asked for — and received — permission from the Federal Communications Commission to become as much as “100% foreign-owned.” So the third-largest broadcaster in the United States is about to go to a Singapore holding company. How does this bid for America?

That’s the second mile marker. But don't worry, it gets even better for radio.

Last week, Commissioner Brendan Carr announced that the FCC would require every broadcaster in the United States to start posting a race and gender scorecard that breaks down the demographics of its workforce. Activists lobbied for this because they want to see businesses pressured into hiring people based on their race and gender. Courts have already overturned the FCC twice for pressuring broadcasters to make hiring decisions in violation of the Constitution.

I dissent. I don’t care what your gender is. I don't care who you sleep with. I don’t care what color you are. I really don’t. I want to know what’s inside your head. I want to know how you think. Can you bring something different to the table that I don’t bring? Can you fit what your different thinking is into what I'm trying to accomplish? If you can, great! That’s how I hire. And now we need to start hiring based on gender and race and everything that should not define a person.

Let me give you the last mile marker.

CBS News just threw out Catherine Herridge. I worked with Herridge at Fox News. We don’t agree on everything all the time, but without a doubt, she’s a highly credible journalist.She was one of 800 people, including 20 journalists, who were recently let go. What’s the big deal? CBS points to financial pressures. But could it be that Herridge, as the New York Post describes her, is a “constant thorn in the side of the Biden administration”? Could it be that actual journalists aren’t welcomed at CBS any more?


Mainstream media is collapsing. When I was at the height of Fox News, I said, "We have to get out of here." Everybody thought I was crazy because everyone worked their whole lives to get there. But I said the whole thing was going to burn itself down. And now here we are. I also said at that time that if you're working for mainstream media during its collapse and you survive, you’ll then be working for the government. All of these people will get bailed out by the federal government.

I remember sitting in so many meetings with big companies that were trying to figure out how to solve the media problem. At the time we were doing it better than anybody else, but we had no margin of error. It was all on me. I remember sitting in those meetings and saying to these business leaders, "Your numbers don't make sense. I’m sorry, guys. I’m not an accountant. I’m not a good businessman. But I can look at this and I can see this isn’t going to work." It was all hype. Now all that hype is over, and it’s all falling apart. What remains of the mainstream media is falling apart.

But while the war has long been raging against the mainstream media, it’s been all quiet for quite some time on the Western front of talk radio. There haven’t been any attacks on talk radio except being squished with the rise of digital media. Until now.
The left is going to take the whole industry through public-private partnerships, and it's going to succeed because our billionaires do nothing. Honest to God, our billionaires who believe in America do nothing to protect and safeguard our freedoms that they claim to love. The only one I know who is actually putting his money where his mouth is is Donald Trump. Perhaps a handful more.

CNN anchor John King expressed shock on Tuesday over the high concentration of "uncommitted" voters in Dearborn, Michigan.

To protest President Joe Biden's stance on the Israel-Hamas war, Muslim American Democratic voters campaigned for like-minded voters to select "uncommitted" in Tuesday's primary election. Their goal? Send a message to the president.

Unfortunately for Biden, they accomplished their mission.

While reviewing results from Dearborn — a majority-Muslim city near Detroit — during CNN's election-night broadcast, King expressed awe at the effectiveness of the "uncommitted" protest. At the time, "uncommitted" was beating Biden by a 3-1 margin.

"That's a wow," King admitted. "This is just the city of Dearborn. But that is where the biggest pocket of the Muslim American, the Arab-American population. This is a place President Biden carried big-time in 2020. This is key to his chances of defeating Donald Trump in Michigan."

King, moreover, described the result as Biden's "big problem" because it could hurt his re-election chances.

"Muslim Americans — who were critical, absolutely critical to [Biden's] big margin in Michigan in 2020 — are telling the president tonight that they are mad," King summarized.


One of those "uncommitted" voters was Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), whose congressional district includes Dearborn.

"I was proud today to walk in and pull a Democratic ballot and vote uncommitted. We must protect our democracy. We must make sure that our government is about us — about the people," Tlaib said after her vote. "When 74% of Democrats in Michigan support a ceasefire, yet President Biden is not hearing us, this is the way we can use our democracy to say 'listen.'"

Even worse for Biden, the Detroit Free Press spoke with some Dearborn voters who, having voted for Biden in 2020, were unsure if they would support him in 2024.

Those voters aren't suddenly going to support Donald Trump. But their reticence to support Biden demonstrates how Biden's re-election campaign is going to be anything but easy, especially when he has to win over voters who previously supported him.

In the end, Dearborn residents selected "uncommitted" over Biden by a margin of 56% to 40%, according to the city's unofficial results.

n illegal alien from El Salvador has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the Feb. 8 slaying of a 2-year-old Maryland boy, Jeremy Poou-Caceres, and the grievous wounding of the boy's mother.

Prior to allegedly killing the child, Salvadoran national Nilson Granados-Trejo was twice arrested and twice freed in a nearby sanctuary county despite an outstanding removal order and detainer requests from immigration officials.
Illegally imported turf wars
According to the Prince George's County Police Department, a detective working in the area of the 1400 block of Kanawha Street in Langley Park heard gunfire and attempted to locate the source. What the detective ultimately found was a dying toddler beside his wounded mother.
The boy's mother, whose identity has been concealed in some reports because she is a teen victim and a witness, claimed she was pushing her son in a stroller down Kanawha street when two groups of thugs began shooting, reported WRC-TV.
"I grabbed my son and tried to save my son. That was all I could think about," said the bereaved mother.

During a Monday evening town hall meeting, Democratic New York City Mayor Eric Adams called for changes to the city's "sanctuary" policy that would allow local law enforcement to turn over some law-breaking migrants to federal agents, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Adams has previously expressed support for the city's sanctuary status. However, New York City's overwhelmed shelter system and increase in crime may be pushing the mayor to reconsider the policy.

A video of the town hall meeting posted on social media by independent photographer Leeroy Johnson captured Adams' remarks, where he appeared to walk back his stance on the city's sanctuary status policies.

"The overwhelming number of migrants and asylum-seekers that are here, they want to work. I still don't understand why the federal government is not allowing them to work. They need to have the right to work, like all of us that have come to this country have had the ability to do so," Adams stated.

"But those small numbers that have committed crimes, we need to modify the sanctuary city law that if you commit a felony or violent act, we should be able to turn you over to [United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement] and have you deported," Adams added.

The room erupted in applause in response to the mayor's comments.

In a separate video, Adams explained that the current laws are preventing him from curbing the illegal migrant crisis within the city.

"People tell me all the time, they see me on the street and they say, 'Well, Eric, why don't you stop the buses from coming in?' It's against the law, I can't. 'Why don't you allow those who want to work — allow them to work?' It's against the law — the federal law — I can't. 'Why do you say you have to house everyone that [comes] in?' Because that's the law. 'Why don't you deport those who commit crimes and harm people that are not doing the right thing?' It's against the law, I can't," Adams said.

Despite "inheriting a national crisis," Adams argued that New York City has handled the influx of migrants better than other cities across the country.

"You don't see tent cities in New York. You don't see children and families sleeping on the street in New York. This team here has managed the crisis each time they come," he added.

During the town hall meeting, New York Police Department Chief of Patrol John Chell noted that the city's law enforcement officials have seized 50,000 illegal scooters, bikes, and cars off of the streets. According to Chell, residents have repeatedly raised concerns about the stolen and illegal vehicles being used by migrants to commit crimes.


Earlier this month, minority Republicans in the New York state legislature proposed legislation that would effectively reverse the city's sanctuary policies, Blaze News previously reported. The bill, if passed, would allow local law enforcement agencies to coordinate with ICE.

Kenneth Genalo, the director of ICE's New York field office, has blamed the city's sanctuary policies for hindering the agency's ability to remove illegal migrants.

"We want to help. The problem is, due to city policies and state law, cooperation is no longer afforded between NYPD and ICE," Genalo told the New York Post.

The Houston Police Department released footage of the incident Monday, showing Genesse Moreno's incursion into Lakewood Church and her confrontation with the heroes therein.

Surveillance footage outside the church shows Genesse Moreno — who sometimes called herself Jeffrey Escalante — pull her 7-year-old son Samuel out of a white SUV, then march over to an entrance just ahead of the church's 2 p.m. Spanish-language service, dressed in a trench coat and carrying a backpack.

Another view shows multiple people peaceably mingling in a hallway on the west side of the church scatter in response to the crackle of gunfire. While churchgoers and others run for cover, HPD Officer Christopher Moreno rushes toward the commotion.

Politico reporter Heidi Przybyla claimed on Thursday that Christians who believe rights are derived from God are "Christian nationalists."

Speaking on MSNBC, Przybyla claimed that former President Donald Trump is surrounding himself with an "extremist element" of Christians, whom she identified as "Christian nationalists."

That's when things got weird. According to Przybyla, there is one belief that all so-called Christian nationalists share.

"[T]he thing that unites them as Christian nationalists — not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different — is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don't come from any earthly authority. They don't come from Congress. They don't come to the Supreme Court. They come from God."

Przybyla comments went viral on Friday afternoon and triggered an avalanche of mockery:

This belief that rights precede government—regardless of whether you believe in God—is fundamental to what it means to be an American," former Rep. Justin Amash said.

"What the state gives the state can take away. What God gives the state takes at its moral peril. Sincerely, The prophets of old," Jordan Peterson responded.
"Human rights come from God. That’s why all human beings have innate value and no human entity has the authority to strip them of those rights. That belief doesn’t make millions of Christians around the world Christian nationalists," AND Campaign president Justin Giboney responded.
"We are all Christian Nationalists now," pastor Tom Ascol responded.
"I guess those truths just aren't as self-evident as they used to be," National Review writer Dan McLaughlin mocked.
"This is what secularists want you to believe. If your rights originate from government, then the government is ultimate and statism becomes the dominant belief. But God is ultimate and human rights come from God," pastor Grant Castleberry pointed out.
"Imagine believing your rights come 'from Congress,'" Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) mocked.
"This is a civics failure, a talent failure, an intelligence failure, a historical failure, an ethics failure...shall I keep going?" professor Andrew Walker pointed out.
"I can only suppose that this is what comes of liberal elites living in a bubble. They speak with supreme confidence only to reveal spectacular ignorance--of history, philosophy, the beliefs of the people they regard as their intellectual and moral inferiors and hold in contempt," professor Robert George responded.
Przybyla responded to the controversy by gaslighting, claiming she did not say what everyone heard her say. And yet, she somehow also managed to double down.

"While there are different wings of Christian Nationalism, they are bound by their belief that our rights come from God," she said on social media. "If you are Hindu, Jewish etc, this might help you understand the next part of my point, which is they are using this for a man-made policy agenda."

16-year-old Nex Benedict reportedly died as a result of injuries sustained during a brutal beating in the bathroom at Owasso High School in Owasso on Feb. 7.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was among those scurrying to score political points off of the death of a child.

California police released photographs of a 18-year-old student who allegedly plotted a mass shooting attack at a Christian high school but was thwarted by a tip from another student.

The photographs showed Sebastian Bailey Villaseñor posing with several weapons in a bathroom.

Police said they were tipped off about his possible plot to attack other students at the Ontario Christian High School on Thursday. By Saturday, they arrested him and found 1,000 rounds of ammunition as well as seven rifles, two revolvers, one handgun, and one shotgun at his home.

Villaseñor was charged with five counts of attempted murder and one count of attempted criminal threats.
Prosecutors said that they believed he was plotting to kill specific students at the school, four girls and one boy.

They said they had evidence that Villaseñor had mapped out the distance to the school from police in order to estimate their response time.

Police said in a media briefing that Villaseñor was obsessed with other school shooters.

On Thursday, a judge ruled against bail for the student.

“The defendant in this case poses a great danger to the community,” said Supervising Deputy District Attorney Joe Gaetano to the judge. “The victims are all minors. They would be put in great danger. The danger would exist outside of school to several groups.”

Police Chief Michael Lorenz told reporters that the weapons and ammunition they found at the boy's home legally belonged to his father. A spokesperson for the district attorney said the father was not being investigated for committing a crime.

"He researched tactical supplies and was in the process of choosing a specific date to carry out the school shooting," Lorenz claimed.

Police praised the student tipster as a hero.

"That student saved lives, spared families from losing their children and a community from being devastated from a senseless act of violence," they said in a statement.

Jeffery Epstein's brother told Megyn Kelly on Friday that he doesn't believe his brother committed suicide, releasing never-before-seen photos of his brother's autopsy.

Mark Epstein told Kelly that he initially believed his brother committed suicide because he had no reason to disbelieve authorities. But that changed after his brother's autopsy.

That's because Mark hired famed pathologist Dr. Michael Baden to witness the autopsy. Dr. Baden, the former New York City medical examiner, concluded that evidence on Epstein's body was not consistent with a suicide by hanging. Instead, the evidence demonstrated Epstein died from "homicidal strangulation," Dr. Baden said.
In his interview with Kelly, Mark revealed more of that evidence.

First, Mark highlighted the position that his brother was allegedly found in. The Justice Department inspector general report states:

Epstein was suspended from the top bunk in a near-seated position with his buttocks approximately 1 inch to 1 inch and a half off the floor and his legs extended straight out on the floor in front of him.
But if that were true, there would have been lividity — bluish, purple discoloration in the skin that signifies blood pooling after someone has died — in "his buttocks and especially in the back of his legs because that was the lowest point and that's where the blood would have settled," Mark said.

"But the autopsy photos show ... that his legs were clear and his buttocks were clear; there is some lividity on his back," Mark explained, showing a photo of his brother's legs during the autopsy.

"The fact that his legs are clear even if they laid him down, the blood would not have drained up from his legs into his back unless he was hung upside down," he continued. "The fact that his legs and buttocks are clear from lividity, it leads doubt to the fact he was found the way they described."

Later, Mark shared a photo of the his brother's neck, which shows a low mark that is thin and concentrated.

Mark agreed with Kelly that it does not look like a prison sheet made the bruise, but rather a garrote, rope, or wire. But it's also the location of the bruise that suggests Epstein did not hang himself, Mark said.

"You can find photographs of people hanging from old lynching photographs or old war-time photographs, the ligature ... goes high up under the chin and comes up behind the ears," Mark explained.

"And if you look at the picture [of Epstein's autopsy] ... the ligature mark on his neck is lower in the middle of his neck, and sort of goes straight back," Mark observed.

Ten retired FBI directors and experts in counter-intelligence warned Congress that the border crisis under President Joe Biden has allowed "military aged men from across the globe" to easily enter the United States. Businessman Kevin O'Leary told CNN host Laura Coates on Thursday that "every" real estate developer is guilty of the alleged real-estate fraud that Donald Trump is found to have committed.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is suing Trump, alleging the Trump Organization repeatedly overvalued its properties to lenders while reporting different property values to tax officials. A judge has already ruled that Trump committed fraud. The questions that remain in the case are how much the Trump Organization will be fined and what it means for future business.

Many people believe James pursued the case with political motives, an assessment O'Leary appears to agree with. In fact, he told Coates that every real estate developer everywhere is guilty of what Trump did.
O'Leary explained:
So, if you're a developer and you've got a building on a block anywhere in America and it's worth, let's say, $500 million and you want to build a building right beside it, you go to the bank and say, "This building is worth $500 million. I'd like to borrow a construction finance loan against this asset, and I want you to tell me it's worth 500 million, too." The bank negotiates with you and says, "Well, no, we think it's worth $400 million," and you fight it out.

You're always trying to show your assets in the brightest light with the sunshine you can possibly determine for them. You want them to be worth the very most because you're only going to get a 40% or 50% loan-to-value, as it's called. Then you borrow that money. In the case of a $500 million asset, maybe you get $250 million, and you build a new building with a construction finance loan.
"Forget about Trump: Every single real estate developer everywhere on Earth does this," O'Leary said.

The concern, then, should be who lost money? "Nobody," according to O'Leary, because the Trump Organization paid its bank loans. Thus, if James were to be consistent, she would sue "every real estate developer" in her jurisdiction, he said.

The explanation, disarming the substance of James' case against Trump, left Coates shocked.

"It's fascinating to me to hear this perspective because you don't often hear it from that particular angle," she said.

"The first question, is everybody doing it in real estate? Yes, everybody is doing it, not only domestically, all around the world. This is how it works," O'Leary responded.

Closing arguments in the civil case took place on Thursday. James is asking a judge to fine Trump $370 million, but a final ruling is not expected for weeks. Even then, Trump will appeal the ruling.

For his part, O'Leary told Coates he believes the case will not survive an appeal.

Former first lady Michelle Obama is "terrified" over the possible outcome of the upcoming presidential election.

In a recent podcast interview, Jay Shetty asked Obama what keeps her up at night. At first, she listed common fears: war, how artificial intelligence will change society, the climate, phone addictions, and "knowing too much," referring to her husband once being the leader of the free world and thus privy to the most sensitive of information.

But then she listed the 2024 election.

"What's going to happen in this next election? I am terrified about what could possibly happen because our leaders matter. Who we select, who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit — it affects us in ways that, sometimes, I think people take it for granted," Obama said.

170 names from Jeffrey Epstein list released, including Bill Clinton

Among the names was Democrat former President Bill Clinton.

Judge Loretta Preska of the Southern District of New York ruled in December that the list should be released on Jan. 1, but the release was delayed in order to allow people to file requests to keep their names private.

The list is composed of names of people who were identified in the civil defamation lawsuit against Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, who has claimed to be one of the victims of Epstein's sexual assault crimes.

The list of names also includes some of the alleged victims in the trafficking ring. Preska said that it didn't make sense to keep their names unsealed for those who had made public statements about their allegations.

Two of the persons whose names were to be unsealed were able to obtain extensions in order to fight in court to remain anonymous.

Another person included in the list was Doug Band, a former aide for Bill Clinton, who had said in an interview that he had tried to keep Clinton from meeting with Epstein but that the former president continued to associate with him.

Other names included in the list were previously known, like Prince Andrew, who has faced heinous accusations from alleged trafficking victims, and French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who committed suicide in jail while awaiting trial for alleged sexual harassment and rape of minors over 15 years old.

Epstein was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019, and officials said that he committed suicide, but the high-profile nature of the sex trafficking ring led to the proliferation of conspiracy theories about his death.

Maxwell was found guilty of participating in the trafficking and is serving a 20-year sentence at a prison in Tallahassee, Florida.

Clinton was previously tagged as "Doe 36" in the documents.

Astudent at New York University was apparently suspended and lost her scholarship after it was discovered she had taken down posters featuring Israeli hostages who had been abducted by Hamas terrorists on October 7. She was also denied campus housing until fall 2024.

Hafiza Khalique spoke with BreakThrough News, saying that "[b]ecause I was suspended, I would have to move off campus after the semester, essentially kicking me out of the dorms, leaving me unhoused, and also denying me access to any higher education until fall 2024."
BreakThrough News kicked off the segment by suggesting that colleges and universities across the country have been "unleash[ing] a wave of repression against pro-Palestinian student groups."

An Oakland-based coffee shop recently issued an apology after a video cropped up on social media of staffers apparently blocking a Jewish woman from using the restroom and spewing anti-Israel comments.

The video showing the incident was apparently removed by X account @StopAntisemites, at the request of the victim in the situation. However, the account stated that Farley's Coffee — the business in question — issued an apology following the incident, claiming that they are currently in the process of "taking corrective action." But it is still not clear if any of the employees involved in the debacle have been fired.
