Dear saints greetings in the name of our Savior the Risen Lord. This is my first request for myself and it is urgent as I see it.
For some reason and the first time in 22 years I have been stopped by the police 3 consecutive times for no apparent reason.
In one week since I arrived.
Thusly I am asking for your prayers for I feel desperate and maybe it will affect my tenure in the place which the Lord has me working.
What precipitatedv this letter is the 3rd car incident today with the New Life COG (Turkey). We were in a meeting and I had began talking about the Holy Ghost when the secret police showed up looking at the cars. They picked mine out for investigation for no reason at all. They checked my credentials and the bag I carry important documents including money.
They appeared to be incensed when someone said something. Not only the secret police but the local police car arrived on the scene..I am not running scared or psychotic. Been here too long to entertain such thoughts .judt precautionary and learning to lean on Jesus for a solution. The devil is alarmed by what success we are having after about 1000 years.. He is losing his saints/ adherents
After a long time They gave my papers back and left. In the meantime most attended had left and the meeting terminated.mpastor Y.... Was going to the police stations to do what he can to stop the police Harassment.. We will talk about it tomorrow after baptizing 6 converts.
But this one issue is not what I am writing about. It's the whole panorama of events.
I need your prayers for protection because I need to drive if I am going to do my job. The police are everywhere protecting the country from the ISIS and other radicals.. We can understand their motives but I need help from the Almighty to exclude me from too many police interrogations/ interruptions .. Seems everybody is a suspect.. But we suspect Muslims are displeased with so many accepting Jesus as the great I AM
