Walking the Line
President Trump, since virtually his first day in office, has been accusing the Justice Department, and the FBI in particular, of dropping the ball on Hillary’s misdeeds.

Now, however, he is taking very careful aim at the heads of those departments rather than just throwing the blame at the entire organization.

Trump specifically called out top leadership to start doing their jobs and start doing them now!

The president has to be very careful so as not to alienate the working class employees of these organizations, as many of them were his supporters in the presidential election.
Revving Up
Trump’s comments are reminiscent of the narrative he used during the presidential election season.

Conservatives wanted Clinton held accountable for her unsecured email scandal and the Benghazi tragedy.
Trump, during one debate, went so far as to hint she should not even be on the stage but rather in jail.
Hillary is back in the spotlight, no doubt due to recent reports revealing that the Chinese hacked into her unsecured email server and were reading her emails in real time during her tenure as secretary of state.
During the same time period, the Chinese managed to identify and then kill or imprison upwards of 20 CIA agents.
If these disturbing reports prove true, Hillary Clinton needs to be sitting in a courtroom, not a congressional hearing, defending her actions.

While Hillary Clinton would love to dismiss her email scandal as no big deal, a new report puts her carelessness at the root of something that had crippled CIA operations abroad.
From 2010 to 2012, the Chinese government was able to identify and imprison or kill as many as 20 CIA agents. And according to a new report by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the Chinese government had also successfully hacked the then-Secretary of State’s private email server and got their hands on “nearly all her emails.”

Crippled Spy Operations
Clinton served as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.

As part of the hacking, code was embedded in Clinton’s server at her home in New York that created and forwarded copies of most of her emails.
This meant the Chinese government was receiving her emails in real time, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

The New York Times report on the CIA spy deaths offered several different possibilities as to how the Chinese were able to identify U.S. spies.
Some pointed to a possible Chinese spy within the organization itself.

Others considered the possibility that the CIA’s communication system was hacked.
And, of course, there is now the thought Hillary’s hacked emails were giving the Chinese all the information they needed to target the spies.

Year of the Spy II
In 1985, eight major agents were arrested for espionage against the United States.
While 1984 actually saw more arrests, 1985 was considered The Year of the Spy due to the high profiles of many of these agents.
This particular instance, though, is more reminiscent of the Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen arrests.

The information given up by Ames and Hanssen set U.S. spying efforts back decades. It is believed hundreds of agents were killed due to the information these two handed over to the Russians.

According to the Times, the Chinese murdered one suspected spy right in front of a government building to send a message to anyone else working for the U.S. government against the Chinese.

That is exactly what happened in this case, finally finding a trail that goes from Hillary Clinton to Stormy Daniels and her attorney, Michael Avenatti.

Peeling the Onion
Stormy Daniels has slipped up several times in recent months.

Her lawsuit against Trump is not about getting paid, it is about getting Trump to resign from office.

The money is just the cherry on top of the sundae.

All of the problems Trump is having with Daniels started during the presidential campaign in 2016.

Enter Andrea Chalupa.

She, along with her sister, Alexandra, are believed to be working with the DNC.

They are actually the two some suspect of having put the DNC on to Paul Manafort.

Michael Avenatti, Daniel’s attorney, is buddies with Alexandra, as seen in the photo below:

We’d long known, thanks to the inspector general’s report, that “foreign actors” had allegedly obtained access to Hillary Clinton’s email server.

And now we know who it is — arguably one of our country’s biggest security threats.

A report from The Daily Caller reveals that a Chinese-owned firm penetrated Hillary Clinton’s emails and could insert code that would forward copies of her emails in real time.

“A Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails, two sources briefed on the matter told The Daily Caller News Foundation,” The Caller reported Tuesday.

“The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server, according to the sources, who said the hacking was conducted as part of an intelligence operation.

“The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The code generated an instant ‘courtesy copy’ for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company, according to the sources.”

It had already been established that “foreign actors” had accessed Clinton’s emails thanks to a message from FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who was in charge of the “Midyear” investigation of Clinton’s handling of classified information on her private email server.

“Documents provided to the Committees show foreign actors obtained access to some of Mrs. Clinton’s emails — including at least one email classified ‘Secret,’” said a memo produced by House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy and released earlier this summer.

It also noted that Clinton’s email server was secured in such a way that “a sophisticated foreign actor would likely have known about her private email domain.”

And not only did they apparently know about it, they were getting a stock ticker.

Oh, and it gets better from here, in case you were wondering. It elaborates on a July 12 House Committee on the Judiciary hearing in which Republican Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert announced Clinton’s emails were sent to a foreign actor which wasn’t Russia.

“Two officials with the (Intelligence Community Inspector General), investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter,” the article reads. “He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.

“Among those FBI officials was Peter Strzok, who was then the bureau’s top counterintelligence official. Strzok was fired this month following the discovery he sent anti-Trump texts to his mistress and co-worker, Lisa Page. Strzok didn’t act on the information the ICIG provided him,” according to Gohmert.

Well, Strzok’s a trustworthy lad. You’ve all seen those pictures of him at his hearing. Not a volatile soul at all.

This is commentary, and I don’t know that there’s a better commentary than the fact we can believe this.

Mind you, this is an unconfirmed report we’re talking about here. But it was likely a report Strzok knew about. It was a report then-FBI Director James Comey almost certainly knew about when he “exonerated” Clinton. And it was a report many who still believe Clinton should be president probably know about.

If this is true, I hope today is the end. I hope today is the last time we can stop pretending Hillary Clinton is someone anyone could have trusted as our commander in chief.

A majority of emails found on Anthony Weiner's laptop were never examined, contradicting testimony from Comey

New evidence suggests that former FBI Director James Comey was incorrect when he told Congress that the bureau had “reviewed all of the communications” from top Clinton aide Huma Abedin on her disgraced husband, Anthony Weiner’s laptop. The communications had been discovered just days before the pivotal 2016 presidential election and forced the FBI to reopen their investigation into the Clinton email scandal.

Paul Sperry of Real Clear Investigations writes:

At the time, many wondered how investigators managed over the course of one week to read the “hundreds of thousands” of emails residing on the machine, which had been a focus of a sex-crimes investigation of Weiner, a former Congressman.

Comey later told Congress that “thanks to the wizardry of our technology,” the FBI was able to eliminate the vast majority of messages as “duplicates” of emails they’d previously seen. Tireless agents, he claimed, then worked “night after night after night” to scrutinize the remaining material.

But virtually none of his account was true, a growing body of evidence reveals.

In fact, a technical glitch prevented FBI technicians from accurately comparing the new emails with the old emails. Only 3,077 of the 694,000 emails were directly reviewed for classified or incriminating information. Three FBI officials completed that work in a single 12-hour spurt the day before Comey again cleared Clinton of criminal charges.

Most of the emails were never examined, even though they made up potentially 10 times the evidence…

Hilary Clinton’s e-mail woes won’t be over any time soon.
Two fresh batches of e-mails that Hillary sent through her unsecured, non-government server — five of which contain classified information — have been released following a lawsuit by watchdog group Judicial Watch. 
Tom Fitton, president of the group, reported on his group’s findings to Breitbart.
New classified Hillary emails released
All in all, the State Department released two batches, 184 pages and 45 pages, of new e-mails. The classified documents include discussions of diplomatic affairs and a meeting between Clinton and Hungarian billionaire George Soros.
In one e-mail about “invites for the week,” Clinton confidante Huma Abedin briefed her boss on a lunch invite with Soros in the Hamptons. “George Soros lunch from 1-3 in Southampton.”
Lawyer Lanny Davis, who is now an attorney for Michael Cohen, praises Hillary in an October 20, 2010 email for a “courageous” speech. “Thank you H for who you are and what you do.” He adds, “PS. I swear you look younger and better every time I see you, Good night dear Hillary. Lanny.”
Diplomatic information compromised
Others contain classified, sometimes redacted information about diplomatic matters. On June 7, 2011, Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair e-mailed Hillary and her Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan about his country’s negotiations with Israel, Palestine, and France.
Sullivan sent Hillary e-mails, dated January 26, 2010 and June 23, 2009, relaying information about negotiations between the U.K. and Northern Ireland. The latter was nearly totally redacted and the first contained a “call sheet” that Clinton received before calling Northern Ireland political leaders.
In a redacted e-mail dated April 8, 2010, Clinton confidante Sid Blumenthal — who former president Obama’s administration barred from serving on Hillary’s staff — encourages his friend to “develop relations” with Kyrgyzstan’s new government.
In an undated email, Blumenthal urges Clinton to speak with Joseph Wilson, a former ambassador to Gabon who became an African consultant. He writes, Wilson “should be spoken with for his view of dept, personnel … is shrewd.”
In an e-mail dated October 28, 2010, friend and congressional aide Marty Torrey asks Clinton if he should meet with former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, and she approves. “I hope you and Chris enjoy your time in the Land of Alice and the MH–all the best from Hanoi–H.”
State Department has court deadline
Judicial Watch sued the Stated Department in 2015 after it did not comply with a Freedom of Information Act request seeking emails that Hillary sent and received during her time at the State Department, including e-mails by other State Department employees to Hillary about her non-“state.gov” email address.
The documents are being released in accordance with a court order by U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg to speed up the process of releasing all the e-mails. The State Department’s deadline is September 28, 2018.
The remaining e-mails belong to the 72,000 pages of emails the FBI discovered in its investigation into Hillary’s mishandling of classified information. Fitton said the new emails, including the classified ones, appear to belong to the batch of e-mails that Hillary wanted to erase or otherwise hide.

Fitton ended his article by calling for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to open a new investigation into Clinton’s emails.
“These classified Hillary Clinton emails that she tried to hide or destroy show why it is urgent that the DOJ finally undertake an honest criminal investigation,” Fitton said. “These emails show how the prior sham investigation by the Comey-Strzok-McCabe-Lynch crowd was a joke.”
“It is past time for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to order a new investigation of the Hillary Clinton email scandal,” Fitton concluded.

The man who leaked Hillary Clinton's medical records to the public has been found dead
   
Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has issued a report saying that the father of a doctor treating Hillary Clinton for dementia was found killed this weekend after he leaked information about her deteriorating health to the public. 

According to the report, Vincent Fleck, the father of Clinton’s physician Dr. Daniel Fleck, was found near his home just 24 hours after releasing Hillary’s most secret medical records to the public.

The SVR first became “alerted/alarmed” regarding the circumstances of this latest mysterious death associated with Hillary Clinton on 17 July, this report says, when a “known/suspected” Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “hit team” traveled about 70 kilometers (44 miles) from their New York City “base/headquarters” to a small village named Mount Kisco, both being located in New York State.

Upon arriving in Mount Kisco, this report continues, this CIA “hit team” broke into a specialized small computer security companies annex office named Right Click Solutions, located at 322 East Main Street, but were “shocked/surprised” by the unexpected arrival of an off duty employee—who immediately called the local police forces when he noticed the break in—and who were only able to obtain a single laptop computer.

An “electronic interrogation” of this company and its customers to ascertain the CIA’s interest in it, this report says, revealed an anomaly where this computer security company had installed a “Snowden-like dead man’s switch” on the personal computer of man named Vincent Fleck.

In the SVR’s investigation of Vincent Fleck, this report continues, it was discovered that he was the father of Dr. Daniel Fleck—who is the personal physical therapist for Hillary Clinton and whose practice is located in New York City.

While SVR analysts were still investigating this case, this report notes, they received information this past Sunday (7 August) that Vincent Fleck had been reported dead in a mysterious swimming “event” near his home—and that was followed 24 hours later by the leaking to the public of Hillary Clinton’s secret medical reports from a Twitter account named @HillsMedlRecords—and that was nearly immediately shut down.

Prior to this Twitter account being shut down, however, this report continues, its creator was able to state “I hate to do this, but people need to need to know. Dr. Bardack was not honest about Hillary Clinton’s health and I have proof” and release several damaging medical documents—the most damaging being a diagnosis of Hillary Clinton that says she has “Complex Partial Seizures” and “Subcortical Vascular Dementia.”

Still unable to be determined by SVR analysts, this report says, is if this leak was done by Vincent Fleck acting alone, or by his son Dr. Daniel Fleck who was using his father’s computer in the mistaken belief he would not be discovered.

With Hillary Clinton’s health being reported in rapid decline, and her aides having to constantly keep her from falling, this report concludes, the US propaganda mainstream media is now reported to be “strangely silent” about telling the American people how ill she really is with dementia—leaving everyone to wonder if she’ll even be fit for office should she win the presidency.

There may be more to the story than originally reported regarding the death of a Hillary Clinton investigator.

Peter Smith, a Republican activist, died of an apparent suicide in May 2017 — but there may be much more to the story.

Suicide or Murder
By all accounts, Peter Smith had no reason to take his life.

Quite the contrary, in fact. Smith was a Republican activist with a new purpose in life.

Smith had been revitalized by the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

He was one of the financiers trying to get Clinton’s emails publicized so the American people would know the truth.

But on May 14, 2017, the 81-year-old activist was found dead in his hotel room.

Smith did not take an overdose of pills, nor did he try to hang himself.

Instead, we are being expected to believe that Smith put a black plastic bag over his head to asphyxiate himself.

In an effort to find the truth, investigators have interviewed his close personal friends numerous times.

According to new reports, sources have stated there is far more to this story than meets the eye.

Suspicious
The timing of his death is what has everyone scratching their head.

Less than two weeks prior to his death, Smith had given an in-depth interview about his quest for Clinton’s emails.

There is also the scene of his “suicide,” which seemed far too neat for those that knew him best.

Smith had reportedly gathered his medical records, life insurance policy, as well as a suicide note to be discovered.

It just seemed as though everything was “packaged” so as not to question why he was committing suicide.

In politics, bad optics can drown the best message.
So when Hillary Clinton showed up in New York’s Central Park on Saturday looking for all the world like she’d just rolled out of a hospital bed, seemingly wearing one of those gowns with the strings that tie in the back, the optics weren’t just bad.

They were downright awful.
The former first lady, junior senator from New York, secretary of state and the 2016 Democrat standard-bearer looked nothing like a woman who should at work in the Oval Office right now, cementing the legacy of Barack Obama’s dismal eight years in office by carrying on the progressive agenda into the future.

She looked instead like she’d just been discharged from one of the Big Apple’s more downscale hospitals, and somehow ended up on a stage in front of thousands of people by some hideous mistake.

Naturally, she tried to bash President Donald Trump over hot-button issues like the controversy over dealing with illegal immigrants and complaining about last week’s summit between Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin, according to The Associated Press.

She appeared to offering travel help to illegal alien families that were separated because adults who are facing criminal prosecution – as illegal aliens should be – tend to be separated from children who aren’t facing criminal charges.

(Considering the Clintons’ record of charitable giving, the illegal aliens might be better off waiting to see the money before banking on a plane ticket.)

She also tried a jibe at Trump for what might have taken place while he met with Putin privately in Helsinki on Monday.

“The great mystery is why the president has not spoken up for our country and we saw that most clearly in this recent meeting with Putin,” she said.

Actually, a great mystery is why Democrats think anyone serious would ever consider them to be credible judges on what constitutes a good idea for national security. And Clinton’s personal history in that regard is even worse than normal for her party.

Failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has refused to step aside following her unexpected defeat in the 2016 election and has since that time seemingly made it a habit to repeatedly insert her foot into her mouth with ill-advised commentary and attacks on the man who beat her, President Donald Trump.

Most recently, Clinton launched an attack via Twitter on the president with regard to a rumor that had begun to circulate about a potential deal between the U.S. and Russia that would allow for individuals wanted by those nations to be questioned, even as they lived in the opposite nation.

According to The Daily Wire, one of those individuals wanted for questioning by Russia is former U.S. ambassador Michael McFaul, who the Russians accuse of being involved in a financial scam and who Clinton rushed to defend … which opened her up to a counterattack in regard to a different ambassador she failed to defend in the past.

That survivor was Kris “Tanto” Paronto, a former Special Forces officer and Army Ranger who was one of several private security contractors who fended off repeated waves of attacks from the terrorists at the compound and a CIA annex in Benghazi while the Obama White House and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did nothing.

On top of doing nothing for the 13 hours during which the waves of terror assaults raged, Clinton and the Obama White House then worked to downplay and cover up the attack in the aftermath, even going so far as to lie repeatedly to the public about the cause of the attack and their failure to respond to warnings of an imminent attack ahead of time.
Those characters, in conjunction with establishment politicians in Congress, then worked diligently to smear and undermine the credibility of Benghazi survivors, like Paronto, as well as the family members of those killed in the attack in order to protect the future political ambitions of both former President Barack Obama and would-be president Clinton.
According to NBC News, the issue with McFaul came to a head following Trump’s summit in Helsinki, Finland, with Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which Putin had offered to allow U.S. investigators under Special Counsel Robert Mueller to travel to Russia to interview Russian intelligence officials indicted over alleged 2016 election interference efforts.
In exchange, Russian investigators would be allowed to question McFaul, and potentially others, in a deal that Trump initially found to be intriguing and was described as “an incredible offer.”

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders had stated Wednesday that there had been some discussion of the idea but no commitments had been made, then clarified on Thursday that Trump ultimately disagreed with the proposal put forward by Putin and would not allow McFaul, or anyone else, to be questioned by the Russians.

Nevertheless, Clinton’s tweet — which reeks of a lack of self-awareness — went out anyway and left herself open to be hit on her hypocrisy by a number of Twitter users, not just Paronto.

This is just the latest example of a moment where Clinton likely would’ve been better off keeping her mouth shut instead of opening it and reminding everyone of her history of failed leadership.

After seeing her idiotic comment, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee absolutely unloaded on Clinton, slamming her over her previous, questionable relationships with the Russians.

Just Stupid
When you know you have skeletons in your closet on a certain subject, you normally sit back and let everyone else take their shots.

Hillary, though, is simply too stupid to do that.

The press continues to feed the dying Russia collusion conspiracy theory, spending Friday’s news cycle regurgitating Democrat talking points from the just-filed Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia.

Yet the mainstream media took no notice of last week’s federal court filing that exposes an $84 million money-laundering conspiracy the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign executed during the 2016 presidential election in violation of federal campaign-finance law.

That lawsuit, filed last week in a DC district court, summarizes the DNC-Clinton conspiracy and provides detailed evidence from Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings confirming the complaint’s allegations that Democrats undertook an extensive scheme to violate federal campaign limits.

From Bundling To Money Laundering
Dan Backer, a campaign-finance lawyer and attorney-of-record in the lawsuit, explained the underlying law in an article for Investor’s Business Daily: Under federal law, “an individual donor can contribute $2,700 to any candidate, $10,000 to any state party committee, and (during the 2016 cycle) $33,400 to a national party’s main account. These groups can all get together and take a single check from a donor for the sum of those contribution limits—it’s legal because the donor cannot exceed the base limit for any one recipient. And state parties can make unlimited transfer to their national party.”

This legal loophole allows “bundlers” to raise large sums of money from wealthy donors—more than $400,000 at a time—filtering the funds to the national committees. Democrats and Republicans alike exploit this tactic. But once the money reaches the national committees, other limits apply.

Suspecting the DNC had exceeded those limits, a client of Backer’s, the Committee to Defend the President, began reviewing FEC filings to determine whether there was excessive coordination between the DNC and Clinton. What Backer discovered, as he explained in an interview, was much worse. There was “extensive evidence in the Democrats’ own FEC reports, when coupled with their own public statements that demonstrated massive straw man contributions papered through the state parties, to the DNC, and then directly to Clinton’s campaign—in clear violation of federal campaign-finance law.”

On behalf of his clients, on December 15, 2017 Backer filed an 86-page complaint with the FEC, asking the FEC to commence enforcement proceedings against Hillary Clinton, her campaign and its treasurer, the DNC and its treasurer, and the participating state Democratic committees. The complaint, and an attached exhibit consisting of nearly 20 pages of Excel spreadsheets, detailed the misconduct and provided concrete evidence supporting the allegations. In short, here’s what happened and what the evidence establishes.

Think Of It Like A Shell Game With Millions Of Dollars
During the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and participating state Democratic committees established the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) as a joint fundraising committee to accept contributions from large donors, some exceeding $400,000. So far, so good. To comply with campaign finance law, the HVF needed to transfer the donations to the specified recipients, whether the Clinton campaign, down-ticket Democrats, the DNC, or state committees.

FEC records, however, show several large contributions reported as received by the HVF and the same amount on the same day (or occasionally the following day) recorded as received by the DNC from a state Democratic committee, but without the state Democratic committee ever reporting the contribution.

For instance, the HVF reported transferring $19,500 to the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015, and the Democratic National Committee reported receiving $19,500 from the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015. But the Mississippi Democratic Party never recorded the receipt or the disbursement of the $19,500, and without the Mississippi Democratic Party controlling the funds, the HVF’s contribution to the DNC violated campaign finance law.

Over a 13-month period, FEC records show some 30 separate occasions when the HVF transferred contributions totaling more than $10 million to the DNC without any corresponding record of the receipt or disbursement from the state parties, thus illegally leap-frogging the state Democratic parties.

On the other hand, of the contributions state parties reported as received from the HVF, 99 percent wound up at the DNC. They were transferred immediately or within a day or two, raising questions of whether the state Democratic committees truly exercised control over the money—something necessary under campaign finance law to allow a later-legal transfer to the DNC.

Again, the evidence is damning. According to Politico, “[w]hile state party officials were made aware that Clinton’s campaign would control the movement of the funds between participating committees, one operative who has relationships with multiple state parties said that some of their officials have complained that they weren’t notified of the transfers into and out of their accounts until after the fact.”

‘Using The Party As A Fundraising Clearinghouse’
But the Clinton campaign’s control of the contributions did not end once the funds reached the DNC, as the complaint filed with the FEC detailed. Rather, public statements by former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile acknowledged that “[a]s Hillary’s campaign gained momentum, she resolved the party’s debt and put it on a starvation diet. It had become dependent on her campaign for survival, for which she expected to wield control of its operations.”

Gary Gensler, the chief financial officer of the Clinton campaign, which operated as Hillary For America “HFA,” out of Brooklyn, New York, likewise stated that the Democratic Party was “fully under the control of the Clinton campaign . . . . The campaign had the DNC on life support, giving it money every month to meet its basic expenses, while the campaign was using the party as a fund-raising clearinghouse.”

By excercising control over the DNC’s funds, including funds transferred from the HVF through the state parties, the contributions qualified as donations to the Clinton campaign for purposes of federal campaign finance law, and when properly accounted for exceeded the legal contribution limits.

The Supreme Court Made It Clear This Is Illegal
The illegality of this scheme isn’t a matter of debate. The Supreme Court made clear in 2014 in McCutcheon v. FEC that this exact scenario would violate the law. Here’s how the court laid it out: “[A] donor gives a $500,000 check to a joint fundraising committee composed of a candidate, a national party committee, and most of the party’s state party committees. The committees divide up the money so that each one receives the maximum contribution permissible under the base limits, but then each transfers its allocated portion to the same single committee. That committee uses the money for coordinated expenditures on behalf of a particular candidate.”

The Supreme Court then declared: “Lest there be any confusion, a joint fundraising committee is simply a mechanism for individual committees to raise funds collectively, not to circumvent base limits or earmarking rules. Under no circumstances may a contribution to a joint fundraising committee result in an allocation that exceeds the contribution limits applicable to its constituent parts; the committee is in fact required to return any excess funds to the contributor.” And “the earmarking provision prohibits an individual from directing funds ‘through an intermediary or conduit to a particular candidate.”

This “scenario could not succeed,” the Supreme Court explained, “without assuming that nearly 50 separate party committees would engage in a transparent violation of the earmarking rules (and that they would not be caught if they did).” Caught Clinton was. Yet the FEC failed to act on Backer’s complaint, even though federal law authorizes any person to file “a complaint with the FEC alleging a violation of federal campaign finance law.”

FEC Declines To Follow The Law
Upon receipt of Backer’s complaint, the FEC was required to notify those accused of violating federal law of the charges. Then the commissioners were required to determine whether there was “reason to believe” a violation occurred. Following a finding by four FEC commissioners that there was “reason to believe” a violation has occurred, the FEC must investigate the complaint.

Last week Backer turned to federal court, seeking to force the FEC to fulfill its statutory duty.
But in this case, the FEC did nothing, other than pressumably notify the DNC and Clinton of the charges. Accordingly, last week Backer turned to federal court, seeking to force the FEC to fulfill its statutory duty, as provided by federal law.

Specifically, the controlling statute provides that should the FEC fail to act, “during the 120-day period beginning on the date the complaint is filed,” the aggrieved party “may file a petition with the United States District Court for the District of Columbia,” alleging the FEC’s “failure to act is contrary to law, [the court] may direct the Commission to conform with such declaration within 30 days.”

Given the overwhelming evidence of illegal campaign contributions Backer detailed in the complaint he filed with the FEC against Clinton, the DNC, and the state Democratic parties, there is more than sufficient evidence for the FEC to have “reason to believe” they violated federal campaign finance law.

So why didn’t the FEC act? The answer to that question came Thursday, when FEC Vice Chair Ellen L. Weintraub issued a statement in another case, involving another complainant and another provision of federal campaign-finance law, but which nonetheless showed the FEC is dysfunctional.

Senate Democrats’ Delay Could Prove Fatal
As noted above, the FEC can investigate a complaint only upon a finding of “reason to believe” by four commissioners. But the six-member FEC currently only has four commissioners. By statute, the commissioners must come from different political parties, and by practice, the Senate confirms newly nominated commissioners in pairs, one Democrat and one Republican. Democrats, however, have yet to name a replacement, holding up the confirmation process and leaving in place for the foreseeable future a likely deadlock.

This deadlock, though, might prove fatal to Clinton and the DNC because, as Weintraub explained in her statement, Congress provided for just such a contingency: “Fire alarms are sometimes housed in boxes labeled ‘Break glass in case of emergency.’ The Federal Election Campaign Act has such a box; it’s the provision that allows complainants to sue respondents directly when the Federal Election Commission fails to enforce the law itself (52 USC § 30109(a)(8)(C)). In the 44-year history of the FEC, this provision has never been fully utilized. Today, I’m breaking the glass.”

Weintraub then went on to say that she believed the complainant in that case should pursue litigation, “as Congress provided for under the Federal Election Campaign Act,” because by placing the matter in private hands, the goal of enforcing “America’s campaign-finance laws fairly and effectively” can be best achieved. Just yesterday, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington took Weintraub’s hint and filed suit in federal court directly against the nonprofit group American Action Network, alleging violations of federal campaign-finance law.

Using Democrats’ Tactics Against Them
While Weintraub is a Democrat and complained about charges against the right-leaning American Action Network, the same glass-breaking provisions provide Backer the right to pursue his case against the DNC and Clinton directly.

Placing the matter in Backer’s hands, as an advocate for his client the Committee to Defend the President, in a federal court, and with the tools of discovery—including the ability to subpoena bank accounts, DNC communications, and question party officials and bundlers—promises to shine more sunlight on the Clinton and DNC shennanigans than the FEC’s behind-closed-doors consideration and investigation. Also, the Clintons and party officials should not be the only ones concerned: Every big-time donor in on the scheme and acting with the requisite intent faces criminal prosecution, as well.

Yet even with the overwhelming evidence of tsunami-level campaign-finance criminality—more than $84 million—the media instead chases the cloud cast over President Trump because of the $130,000 payment his attorney, Michael Cohen, made to Stormy Daniels, and claims that payment constituted an illegal campaign contribution. One wonders what it will take to break through the mainstream media blackout. Maybe a few pointed unpresidential tweets from our commander-in-chief?

Death and Hillary Clinton associates… they just seem to go together.

On Tuesday, Huma Abedin’s neighbors were shocked to find a dead body in a trash compactor.

Scary Discovery
The apartment building is located in Manhattan’s Union Square.

Early Tuesday evening, an as-of-yet-unidentified woman was discovered in the trash compactor at the building.

At approximately 5pm local time, authorities were called about the body.

When police arrived, they found a 48-year-old woman unconscious and unresponsive.

Police believe the woman entered or was thrown into the compactor on the 27th floor.

This conclusion was reached because they found her purse in the landing area of the compact room on that floor of the building.

Police are still investigating the death and have not yet released any other details about the woman or any details related to how she died.

Huma and Anthony
Huma Abedin, as you may recall, was Hillary Clinton’s right hand during the presidential election.

Her husband, Anthony Weiner, is serving time for sexual misconduct charges.

According to court documents, Weiner had been involved in a “sexting” relationship with an underaged girl.

In September, Weiner was sentenced to 21 months in prison.

Even though he is in jail, he is still listed as the resident at one of the apartments in the building.

If Hillary Clinton was going to agree to what passes as a probing interview, probably one of the friendliest sources she could have picked was the London Guardian. The liberal rag has long functioned as a kind of admixture of MSNBC and The New York Times, somehow combining ostentatious leftism and a disregard for at least half of the story with the sobering pretensions of a journalistic enterprise that’s merely in the business of reporting the truth.

It’s really an impressive resolution of cognitive dissonance. Take their sub-headline for the interview: “She has made peace with losing the election — but not with Donald Trump. Now she is fighting to undo the damage of the president’s child-separation policy — and has no time for debates over civility.” Not even The Times — nay, not even the “Democracy Dies in Darkness” folks at The Washinton Post — would print something that shameless. Nice work, Guardian.

However, despite the friendly territory, even the Guardian was able to ask Hillary a question that turned her into a stammering nightmare. And surprisingly, it was a softball question about Melania Trump.

The question involved Melania’s “I really don’t care, do u?” jacket, which she wore as she was boarding a plane in Washington to visit illegal immigrant children in a Texas facility.

“I ask how (Clinton) interpreted the jacket the first lady wore to visit a child detention centre, bearing the opaque and intriguing slogan: ‘I really don’t care, do u?’” interviewer Decca Aitkenhead asked the former first lady in the interview, which was published Friday.

“Clinton slumps back in her chair, wide eyed, arms spread, defeated by the mystery. ‘That, I have no idea. I have no idea. I can’t even … I don’t have any idea. I don’t know.’

“Does she feel sorry for the first lady? ‘I don’t know. I honestly don’t know.’”

If Clinton says “honestly” in any sentence, I’m usually pretty sure she’s not telling the truth. This time, I surprisingly believe her. Mentally, it seems, she’s all out of juice. Either that, or she realizes how fully petty and inconsequential this whole debate is and isn’t even willing to pursue it.

Oh, and she also used the interview to defend incivility among Democrats, because of course she did.

“Give me a break!” Clinton said when asked about it.

“What is more uncivil and cruel than taking children away? It should be met with resolve and strength. And if some of that comes across as a little uncivil, well, children’s lives are at stake; their futures are at stake. That is that ridiculous concept of bothsideism.”

Several things are let slide here — for instance, the fact that the policy is little different than that practiced by the Obama administration, under which she served; the fact that members of her own party are tacitly calling for physical confrontations with Republicans just one year after a madman shot up a baseball field of Republican congressmen simply for being Republican; the fact that she seems to be implying this behavior will continue until Democrats get their way on immigration, which is little more than blackmail.

All of these things could have been asked by Ms. Aitkenhead, who instead notes that “Clinton’s own speeches seldom fail to warn about the dangerously polarized divisions poisoning U.S. politics.” She then asks Clinton what she thought about her position as a “polarizing figure” and whether she’s considered “the possibility that her most effective contribution to healing the country’s divisions would be to withdraw from public life?”

“I’m sure they said that about Churchill between the wars, didn’t they?” Clinton responded, in a manner that even softball pitcher Aitkenhead acknowledges is “a fraction too quickly for the line to sound spontaneous.”

“I mean, I’m not comparing myself, but I’m just saying people said that, but he was right about Hitler, and a lot of people in England were wrong. And Churchill was a pain. He kept popping up all the time.”

She’s not comparing herself to Churchill or Trump to Hitler, she’s just — wait, that’s exactly what she’s doing. But you can see why. Churchill liked open borders. He went after Labour politicians for doing the same thing his government did — and defended Tories who made open threats against the opposition. He gave speeches warning about the dangerously polarized divisions poisoning British politics while poisoning British politics through division. Or not.

Hillary probably said it best: I can’t even.

The biggest shoe might be getting ready to drop.

The inspector general’s report on the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state has already documented just how riddled the bureau was with bias against Donald Trump when he was the Republican candidate for president.

Now, one conservative commentator is suggesting the report holds proof that the corruption went all the way to the top of the Justice Department.

In a Twitter post last week, Paul Sperry, who has written extensively about the FBI in columns published by the New York Post, hinted that Inspector General Michael Horowitz could have solid grounds to show “obstruction” in the Clinton email case – by none other than former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Sperry linked to one of his own columns in the Post from July 2017 that described a document indicating that Lynch had assured Clinton’s presidential campaign that she would make sure the FBI did not “go too far” in its investigation of the email case.

From even public information about the case, it’s pretty clear that Lynch kept a tight rein on it.

Former FBI Director James Comey has publicly testified that Lynch wanted him to refer to the Clinton probe as a “matter” rather than an “investigation.” (Comey pretended he was “confused” and “concerned” by the semantic choice. Can a man who made it to the top of the FBI be that obtuse? The answer is “no.”)

But if the IG report really does contain proof that Lynch put a limit on the FBI’s investigation to benefit the woman most of the political world expected to be elected president of the United States in November 2016, it puts things in a different light.

Lynch’s now infamous meeting with former President Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac in Arizona on June 27, 2016, has never been adequately explained. The then-attorney general’s story that the two had crossed paths by accident never passed the laugh test.

On Sunday, The Washington Times reported that Clinton himself told investigators he only went to see Lynch on her Justice Department airplane because he did not want to be rude when he found out the two were parked at the same facility.

That doesn’t seem likely, to put it mildly.

What seems very possible, though, is that Lynch was keenly interested in keeping her job as the attorney general. And that Bill Clinton was interested in sounding her out about how much control she was exercising over the investigation into Hillary Clinton. Bill Clinton might have been in a position to guarantee Lynch would stay on as attorney general if Hillary won the election — or remind Lynch of a guarantee already made.

Does the still-classified section of the IG report hold proof that Lynch was willing to keep the FBI from going “too far” in investigating Hillary?

Democrats and the liberal media have been claiming – ludicrously – that Horowitz’s damning report actually cleared the FBI. It actually exposed the agency as filled with bias, staffed by agents who thought nothing of using the bureau’s awesome powers to try to rig a presidential election.

That was bad enough. But the biggest shoe might still be waiting to drop.

After months of stalling and escalating threats from Republicans in the House, the Department of Justice has handed documents related to the Hillary Clinton email investigation over to Congress, The Daily Caller reports.

The website reported the DOJ “claimed Saturday it has given House Republicans a trove of documents related to the Russia investigation and the probe against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.”

Meanwhile, AshLee Strong, a spokeswoman for House Speaker Paul Ryan, said the DOJ had partially complied with the subpoenas issued by Congress for the material.

“Our efforts have resulted in the committees finally getting access to information that was sought months ago, but some important requests remain to be completed,” Strong said in a statement Saturday, according to the Washington Examiner.

“Additional time has been requested for the outstanding items, and based on our understanding of the process we believe that request is reasonable,” Strong added. “We expect the department to meet its full obligations to the two committees.”

More than 1,000 new documents had been turned over to the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees after contempt of Congress and even impeachment of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were floated by members of the committees.

The notion that DOJ/FBI have been forthcoming with Congress is false.

Last week, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, a California Republican, warned there would be “there will be hell to pay” if the documents weren’t turned over to congressional investigators.

“We can’t force the resignation, but we can hold in contempt, we can pass resolutions, we can impeach. I think we’re getting close to there,” Nunes said in an appearance on Fox News.

He also said that if any of the records were withheld, they would “begin to take action against the Justice Department and FBI.”

Meanwhile, Rep. Trey Gowdy, a South Carolina Republican, said he was willing to take action on the House floor if the documents didn’t get turned over.

“We either have compliance, we have partial compliance or we have noncompliance,” Gowdy said.

“And Paul (Ryan) made it very clear; there’s going to be action on the floor of the House this week if the FBI and DOJ do not comply with our subpoena request. So Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray, you were in the meeting, you understood him just as clearly as I did. We’re going to get compliance or the House of Representatives is going to use its full arsenal of constitutional weapons to gain compliance,” Gowdy added.

That, apparently, compelled action.

In addition to the documents, the DOJ also made Nunes aware of a classified letter sent to the committee regarding “confidential human sources” that the FBI had used prior to beginning the Trump-Russia probe.

The House Intelligence Committee has been seeking information on the propriety of human intelligence used against the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, including an informant used to gather information on the campaign and the particulars of the Steele Dossier, which was funded in part by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC and was used to obtain a search warrant against Trump campaign functionary Carter Page.

In an action that’s gaining a lot of attention from deep state theorists everywhere, a former Secret Service agent under the Clinton administration has filed a RICO lawsuit against Bill and Hillary Clinton and a number of their associates, Zero Hedge reported.

Gary Byrne is probably best known as the author of a tell-all book about the Clintons, “Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses His Firsthand Experience with Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate.”

According to Fox News, the book described a volatile relationship between Bill and Hillary, which wasn’t exactly news. Also not news was that Hillary had an “appalling leadership style” and was “volcanic, impulsive, enabled by sycophants, and disdainful of the rules set for everyone else.”

There was a fairly lengthy list of what was new in the book. Byrne talks about covering up for Clinton’s numerous sexual dalliances. “I even secretly disposed of sordid physical evidence that might later have been used to convict the president,” he wrote. During one fight, he alleged, Hillary gave the president a black eye.

Byrne had previously gained a certain degree of fame as the man who had Monica Lewinsky transferred out of the White House when he raised questions about her persistent presence in the West Wing.

Now, his fame could be tied to one of the most curious lawsuits in recent years.

According to Zero Hedge, it’s not just William Jefferson and Hillary Rodham Clinton who are being targeted by the action. The multifarious tendrils of the Clinton empire are also named in the lawsuit — the Clinton Foundation, Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership, the Clinton Global Initiative and former Clinton campaign manager John Podesta are also named.

Podesta isn’t the only Clinton crony to be named in these pages, either. David Brock, the liberal Washington gadabout, also features heavily in the suit. In addition to being directly named, many of Brock’s organizations — Media Matters for America, Correct the Record, American Bridge 21st Century and Shareblue — are also part of the suit. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a group which Brock left in December of 2016, made the roster as well.

Oh, and just for good measure, George Soros is included too.

As for the suit itself, Byrne claims that the Clintons and those around them took aim at Byrne as retribution for his role in Clinton’s impeachment.

“For the past decade in which relevant predicate acts were corruptly carried out by the named defendants as ‘payback’ for Plaintiff Gary Byrne’s role in the Clinton impeachment and his status as a ‘Clinton enemy’ (for his temerity in telling the truth concerning obstruction of justice and gross abuse of power), along with their corrupt surrogates and collaborators (referenced individually and collectively as the ‘Enterprise’), David Brock and William and Hillary Clinton have been synonymous with criminal behavior, malicious baseless attacks (using mainly the illicit and vicious defamatory tactics against perceived political enemies (like Officer Gary Byrne, the Plaintiff here) of those willing to compensate participants like Brock) — and coordinating by mail and wire to violate myriad Federal and State laws in the exploitation of Enterprise nonprofit entities they use for purely partisan purposes,” the suit reads.

Byrne claims that the Clintons have “taken such attacks to an unprecedented and chilling new level — involving illegal domestic human and electronic surveillance, and tradecraft such as ‘lures’ run at Byrne in order to obstruct the Hillary Clinton e-mail and Clinton Foundation Investigations by the agencies of the Obama government, all against private citizens in order to assist Hillary Clinton become the 45th President of the United States, destroy Gary Byrne, and enrich themselves.

“According to investigations of the United States Congress, and as anticipated to emerge from numerous ongoing government investigations, Hillary Clinton and certain other Enterprise named and unknown named, and high-level surrogates, colluded with Russian intelligence (SVR and FSB) and a disgraced (and according to a referral from the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, a putative criminal) former British intelligence officer (Christopher Steele) to accomplish their illicit and unconstitutional objectives. These Enterprise defendants, surrogates and participants have their opportunity to properly respond before a court they knowingly misled many times using the most powerful counterintelligence tools available. Let them do so now.”

The lawsuit continues to say that “Brock’s malfeasance became more precisely organized in the Enterprise, and thus fully weaponized, as he joined forces with former president William Jefferson Clinton … Hillary Rodham Clinton and funder George Soros (‘Soros’), and at various stages of the illegal Enterprise, the other defendants named here. They, and the Enterprise they formed to control the Democratic Party, took illicit advantage of a previously inviolate structural arrangement (between all three branches of our government) codified in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (‘FISA’) by arranging for payment through smear merchants Fusion GPS to the Russian SVR and FSB and British (former) agent Christopher Steele (‘Steele’). To abolish their enemies, in other words, the Enterprise defendants were willing to defy all legal and constitutional dictates – including certain actors within the Obama Department of Justice ineffably misleading Article III colleagues resident in this very Court.

“This is sedition, bordering on treason, and patently illegal,” the brief notes.

This is the first case of its kind brought against a former U.S. president. It’s worth noting, however, that there’s more than a soupçon of the conspiratorial behind this. If he actually has evidence of any of this, this would indeed be very interesting. And, if the case involved anyone else, I’d likely just dismiss the whole thing out of hand.

Then again, this is the Clintons — and stranger things have happened. Until we see the proof, however, this will be yet another curious chapter in the very curious saga of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

When a law enforcement agency throws up its hands because there’s simply too much wrongdoing, you know there is something incredibly wrong with the justice system in this country.

But that is exactly what happened when the FBI failed to investigate staff members of Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

The Admission
The Justice Department inspector general report on the Clinton email investigation has as many shocking revelations as a Tom Clancy novel.

The report slams leadership in the FBI for being blatantly negligent and inadequate in its performance during the investigation.

It also makes it plainly clear that former FBI Director James Comey’s agency was operating under the pretense that Clinton was going to win — and all of this would have just been swept under the rug anyway.

But sandwiched in between all of that is the fact the FBI simply did not do its job.

The report openly admits specific devices were never checked because the FBI was afraid of how much information would be revealed and the vastness of the devices it would have to check.

The agency also came to the conclusion that all would be best served by the State Department conducting an internal investigation.

How Can That Be?
Let that sink in for a moment…

A massive FBI investigation was ordered, and rather than do their job, the agency decided to kick the investigation back to the agency that was being investigated.

This might be acceptable if there was just one person being investigated.

However, as the report states, the violations of policy were so vast that dozens of people in the agency more than likely violated protocol for the handling of classified documents.

This would be like coming home to three guilty-looking children and a broken window and asking them to investigate who broke it and get back to you with the answer.

Anyone challenging President Donald Trump’s statement that he has been completely vindicated in the firing both Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe after seeing that report has a serious case of the crazies.

Not only was Trump vindicated in terminating them both, but charges should be filed against them.

In addition, that report leaves no doubt there needs to be a real investigation into the Hillary Clinton email scandal. The FBI clearly failed us on this one.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued a ruling that on Oct. 11, Clinton will finally be compelled to answer questions about her email practices.

Don’t Remember, Don’t Recall
Hillary Clinton has constantly accused Donald Trump of lying to the American people.

Perhaps Clinton would like to look in a mirror before throwing out accusations such as that.

When Clinton was questioned about her email practices, she outright declined to answer three questions.

The current ruling is meant to rectify that situation.

But don’t get too excited.

During her prior testimony, Clinton stated she “does not recall” almost two dozen times.

Keep in mind, now, this is the woman the Dems ran out there for president.

Yet she doesn’t seem to be able to remember anything that happened on her watch.

Objection!
In addition to not recalling anything, Clinton was not at all happy with someone challenging the way she did things as secretary of State.

Clinton objected to eight questions asked of her, as well as objecting to two definitions given during her testimony.

In all, Clinton used variations of the word “objection” 84 times during her prior testimony.

One More Thing
Judicial Watch will have one more day in court, as Judge Sullivan has agreed to hear arguments regarding the testimony of John Bentel.

Up to 40 state Democratic Party operations may have colluded with the Clinton campaign in the most recent presidential election to attempt an end run around campaign finance laws, according to a new lawsuit.

As a result, up to $84 million may have been funneled to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, Fox News reported.

Dan Backer, a campaign finance attorney, filed the lawsuit.

It claims that the actions were part of an “unprecedented nationwide scheme to violate federal campaign finance law in which $84 million was effectively laundered over more than a year by the Hillary Victory Fund through dozens of state political party committees to the Democratic National Committee and, ultimately, to Hillary for America,” according to a complaint filed with the Federal Elections Commission by the Committee to Defend the President.

“The money was papered to make it look like it passed through state committees,” Backer said, according to the Bangor Daily News. However, he said, state parties never really had the money.

“And that makes this entire money laundering operation a scheme to circumvent base contribution limits to make massively excessive six-figure contributions through straw entities on paper in order to deliver them to Hillary Clinton’s control,” he said. “It is exceedingly illegal to do have done so.”

“You had individuals giving $300,000,” Backer said Friday, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “They’re not doing it because they care about Nevada’s or Arkansas’ state party. They’re doing it to curry favor with and buy influence with Hillary Clinton.”

The money was initially raised through the Hillary Victory Fund, which had an agreement to share funds with the states. However, Backer contends, the money never arrived.

He said the fund supposedly sent $1.7 million to the Nevada Democratic Party from December 2015 to November 2016. But Nevada only reported receiving $146,200. Backer claims the money that did not go to Nevada went to the Democratic National Committee.

The remaining $1.6 million was sent by the Hillary Victory Fund to the Nevada party and received by the DNC and never appeared on the Nevada party’s reports, Backer contends.

Backer’s lawsuit claims that in Idaho, the plan sent $1.6 million to Clinton’s campaign that should have gone to the state party. However, the complaint also notes that state parties may not have had a role in the plan because all the transfers were made by the Clinton campaign or DNC, according to The Idaho Statesman.

Delaware’s state Democratic Party took in $2.4 million from the Hillary Victory Fund, but then shipped almost all of that according to WXDE.

Backer said the paper trail shows this was an organized effort by those associated with the Clinton campaign to circumvent campaign finance rules.

“There were 11 transactions where the Democratic State Committee of Delaware (Delaware Democratic Party) forwarded $2.5 million to the Democratic National Committee, and so these funds were raised, transferred to the Delaware Democratic Party and then transferred to the DNC on the exact same day, or at least that’s what was reported,” he said. “For example, November 2, 2016, $59,000 was reported transferred from the Hillary Victory Fund to the State Committee, and then the Delaware State Committee reports receiving it and then reports sending it to the DNC who also reports receiving that exact same amount.”

Backer said the scheme breaks the law because “the Supreme Court has said that we can impose a contribution limit on how much any one individual can give to any one candidate, state party, or political action committee. It doesn’t pass the sniff test. If I give you a million dollars for your campaign, I may not have bought anything, but it looks that way. The Supreme Court has widely upheld these base limits.”

State-level Democrats downplayed Backer’s claims.

“This is nothing more than a bogus political stunt feebly designed to distract from vulnerable Republicans’ disastrous agenda,” said Helen Kalla, a spokeswoman for the Nevada Democratic Party.

The Bureau of Labor released their employment report for the month of May on Friday, and it contained some incredibly good economic news for the United States and American workers.

CNBC reported that the jobs report revealed a total of 223,000 nonfarm payroll jobs had been added over the past month, and the unemployment rate had dropped to 3.8 percent — the lowest since April 2000. These numbers beat estimates of only 188,000 new jobs and the unemployment rate holding steady at 3.9 percent.

Contrast that good news with the dire predictions offered up in 2016 by countless economic analysts and “experts,” who warned that Donald Trump’s tax, trade and regulatory policies would result in a horrendous economic downturn, potentially on par with the “Great Depression” of the 1930s.

More specifically, Townhall’s Guy Benson flashed back to the rather grim prediction by failed Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton during the third presidential debate of the 2016 election.

“By contrast, Donald’s plan has been analyzed to conclude it might lose 3.5 million jobs,” Clinton said.

“Why? Because his whole plan is to cut taxes, to give the biggest tax breaks ever to the wealthy and to corporations, adding $20 trillion to our debt, and causing the kind of dislocation that we have seen before, because it truly will be trickle-down economics on steroids,” she continued.

“So the plan I have I think will actually produce greater opportunities. The plan he has will cost us jobs and possibly lead to another Great Recession,” Clinton added.

But Benson pointed out that while Clinton predicted Trump’s economic policies would result in 3.5 million jobs lost, a recent projection by the Congressional Budget Office suggested that job creation would actually be about 2.6 million more than the initial projections issued in 2017.

Furthermore, a CNBC report in April revealed that more than 3 million new jobs had already been created in the U.S. economy since Trump took office, almost the complete opposite of what Clinton had predicted.

Meanwhile, the massive tax cuts Trump signed into law have had a positive effect on far more than just the wealthy and corporations — one need only ask the tens of thousands of workers who received “crumbs” in the form of large bonuses from the businesses that employ them, proving that the tax cuts did indeed “trickle down.”

On top of that, a report from The Washington Post noted that the recent jobs report fueled speculation among analysts that the unemployment rate will continue to fall throughout the rest of this year, potentially to an astonishingly low level of 3.5 percent, the lowest rate since 1969.

As new jobs are being added and unemployment numbers are dropping, wages are actually beginning to rise as well — something not seen in quite some time — at a rate of 2.7 percent over this time last year.

Additional proof that runs contrary to Clinton’s dystopian vision of Trump’s economy is the fact that the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank just increased their projection of Gross Domestic Product growth rate for the second quarter of 2018 from 4.7 to 4.8 percent, a key economic metric that indicates the underlying strength of the U.S. economy.

All in all, the U.S. economy is booming, largely due to the fact that Trump kept his campaign promises of cutting taxes on corporations and individuals and rolling back regulations that stifled economic growth.

Like so many other things, Clinton was dead wrong in her predictions of what Trump’s economic policies would bring about, as more and more American workers are finding out each and every payday.

Hillary Clinton has gone off the deep end…

Clinton proved that very fact with a recent Twitter rant blaming Trump for the problems with illegal immigration.

She Missed One Fact
Hillary ripped off a series of tweets over “immigrant” families being ripped apart due to policies of this administration.

The only problem, though, is that Hillary missed one small word repeatedly in her rants.

While she constantly called these people immigrants, she neglected to say they were undocumented immigrants.

In other words, Hillary was defending criminal acts by immigrants and blaming the results of those actions on President Trump and his administration.

Bill’s Immigration Policy
To appreciate the insanity of Hillary comments, we need look no further than her own husband’s administration.

During the 1995 State of the Union, Bill outlined a very aggressive plan to lock down our borders.

Then-President Clinton stated, “That’s why our administration has moved to aggressively secure our borders more, by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare to illegal aliens.”

That speech got a standing ovation from both sides of the aisle.

Hillary herself often campaigned touting Bill’s tough stance on immigration.

The Hypocrisy
Obama himself once gave a similar speech, then along came Trump.

When Trump started making border security a major part of his platform, Democrats made a huge pivot to protect undocumented immigrants.

Then, of course, the Dreamers program was put in place.

DOJ Inspector Finishes Review of Hillary Probe, Expected To Be Released to Congress Soon

The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General has completed its report on the FBI and DOJ’s handling of the Hillary Clinton investigation during the 2016 presidential campaign, and its release to Congress could come any day.

“The intelligence agencies have to clear some certain classified material to be released,” former Congressman Jason Chaffetz told Fox News on Sunday.

Chaffetz added that he anticipates Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report will be nonpartisan.

“I expect him to be a fair arbiter of what’s going on there,” said the former chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. “I think it will bring us as close to the truth as we’ll ever get.”

Fox News reported in mid-May Horowitz had completed his report.

“We will update you on the specific timing for the report’s release, and I will be prepared to provide a briefing and testify publicly about our findings and conclusions as soon as the report is released,” Horowitz said at the time.

In April, Horowitz sent a criminal referral to the DOJ regarding former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who allegedly lied to federal investigators about leaking details to the media in October 2016 regarding the bureau’s Clinton Foundation investigation.

House Republicans are looking deeper into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email probe, scheduling interviews with three witnesses for June after a four-month hiatus without interviews.

The inquiry is being run jointly by the Judiciary and House Oversight and Government Affairs committees, The Hill reported.

The three witnesses include Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division; Michael Steinbach, the former head of the FBI’s national security division; and John Giacalone, who preceded Steinbach as the bureau’s top national security official.

Priestap is of particular interest because of his leadership position over the Clinton and Russia probes. Among those who served under him was counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, who was reportedly on hand when the bureau interviewed both Clinton and Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser.

Multiple texts released by the Department of Justice inspector general between Strzok and his mistress, then-FBI attorney Lisa Page, showed extreme bias against then-candidate Trump.

Strzok described Trump during the 2016 campaign as a “loathsome human” and an “idiot,” and found the prospect of him being president “terrifying.”

Page texted him, “There is no way (Trump) gets elected.”

Strzok then replied, “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office … that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”

In another exchange, Page wrote “Trump should go f himself,” to which Strzok replied, “F Trump.”

Additionally, House Republicans introduced a resolution earlier this month calling for the appointment a second special counsel to look into alleged abuses at the FBI and Justice Department regarding multiple issues, including their handling of the Clinton email scandal and the reported spying on the Trump presidential campaign.

The 12-page resolution offers a detailed account of the many areas the members would call on the special counsel to investigate.

The subjects range from the “premature” closing of the investigation into Clinton’s unauthorized, unsecured private email server during her time as secretary of state, to her destruction of materials subject to grand jury and congressional subpoenas, to former FBI Director James Comey’s letter exonerating Clinton drafted before he interviewed numerous key witnesses (including Clinton), to donations received by the Clinton Foundation in light of the Uranium One deal.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich told Fox News last week that wrongdoing by the Obama administration and Clinton are continuing to come to light.
