Israelis have taken to the streets of Tel Aviv again to protest the basically forced vaccination rules upon citizens.

This has not been the first protest regarding Israel’s Green Pass system and the vaccine, and it probably won’t be the last. Regardless of if someone has the vaccine or not, it is understandable where the anger of all these Israelis is coming from. By having this “Green Pass” system with all of its new rules, it is almost forcing Israelis to get the COVID vaccine, regardless of if they want to or feel it is right. People are furious that even those who already received two doses had their Green Pass invalidated until they get the third booster shot. And so, the streets of Tel Aviv have been flooded with thousands of protesters who are trying to stand up for their rights.

People have had enough of the government imposing rules upon them that violate personal choices and freedoms.

What will the next step be? You can definitely expect more protests from Israelis if the government doesn’t change something soon.

China has increased incursions into Taiwan’s airspace, which threatens to destabilize the region. The president of Taiwan added that China’s actions were the worsts in the last 72 years.

Meanwhile Chinese President Xi Jinping declared that Taiwan would one day be united back into China – essentially supporting the take over of the tiny island nation.

With Taiwan and China standing face to face against one another, it is impossible to see how either side will back down. China wants unification Taiwan and Taiwan does not.

Speaking at an event marking the 110th anniversary of the revolution that overthrew China’s last imperial dynasty in 1911, he said unification in a “peaceful manner” was “most in line with the overall interest of the Chinese nation, including Taiwan compatriots”.

But he added: “No one should underestimate the Chinese people’s staunch determination, firm will, and strong ability to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity.”

“The historical task of the complete reunification of the motherland must be fulfilled, and will definitely be fulfilled,” he said.

Jewish defenders should target their enemies’ Achilles heel—their narcissism and belief in their own unimpeachable virtue.

(JNS) According to House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, when the Democrats withdrew from their embattled spending bill $1 billion in emergency funding for Israel’s Iron Dome defense system, this was merely a “technicality” that would be reversed.

Some technicality! The baleful reality behind this development is that the Democratic Party is splintering over support for Israel.

The Iron Dome system has prevented thousands of rockets and missiles from slaughtering Israeli civilians and reducing their cities to rubble. Removing this funding would signify that the party no longer wished to prevent this.

Cue predictable uproar, not least among pro-Israel Democrats. Two days later, the House overwhelmingly passed a separate bill dedicated to the Iron Dome funding. Pro-Israel Democrat Rep Kathy Manning pledged that the party “will reiterate our ironclad support for our ally, Israel.”

But despite the second bill passing that support is ironclad no longer.

The fiasco was triggered by pressure from the party’s “progressive” caucus, whose members hate Israel and want it gone. They reportedly told the party leadership they wouldn’t vote for the bill if it included the Iron Dome funding.

With the Republicans continuing to dig in their heels against the bill in total, Hoyer and Speaker Nancy Pelosi caved—a moment of moral bankruptcy which subsequent actions can’t erase.

The significance of this episode doesn’t lie with the Iron Dome. It lies instead with what it tells us about the way the Democratic Party is going.

For it demonstrates that the influence of this far-left caucus is considerable. The fact that the Israeli funding was removed, albeit temporarily, was a win for the far-left that has put the “moderate” wing on the back foot.

It shows that, when it comes to the issue of Israel, the “moderate” leadership can’t control events when they have such a wafer-thin majority. As a result of this victory—although it is merely symbolic—the far-left will now have the wind in their sails, and this threatens more such battles over Israel down the line.

The fact is that far-left Democrats have had the upper hand in the party from the moment they were elected. And that’s because the leadership has persistently caved in to them.

Shamefully, it has never pushed back against “The Squad” of progressive women lawmakers despite the revolting remarks they have made—not just about Israel but also the Jews—under the risible fig-leaf of concern for “Palestinian rights.”

And, of course, Iron Dome has got nothing to do with “Palestinian rights” but is solely a means of defending Israeli citizens against attack.

The Democrats’ cave-in was contemptible; but on both sides of the Atlantic, “progressive” politics is descending ever deeper into the moral sewer over Israel and the Jewish people.

Support for Israel among the Democrats is eroding far beyond the party’s far-left caucus. This may be a small faction in the House, but it represents a wider constituency that’s too large for the party leadership to ignore.

In Britain, the Labour Party pushed out the far-left under its former leader Jeremy Corbyn, specifically over the issue of anti-Semitism. Even so, only the most egregious anti-Jewish offenders were thrown out, and some have even been allowed back in.

That’s because there are simply too many who sympathize with some or even most of their attitudes; and that, in turn, is because an alarming number on the left, both in Britain and America, subscribe to many of the diabolical falsehoods about Israel that have thrown open once again Pandora’s box of brazen anti-Semitism.

Those baying for Israel’s blood deny that this singling out of Israel for demonization is essentially the same kind of deranged treatment meted out to the Jews through the ages.

Instead, more and more on the left—tragically, including many Jews—now nod along to the evil and patently ludicrous charges against Israel of apartheid, ethnic cleansing and war crimes.

When Israelis are murdered in the disputed territories of the “West Bank,” the silence from the human-rights-obsessed, “anti-racist” left is deafening. These murders are simply ignored because, to supporters of “Palestinian rights,” these Jewish victims are simply to be written out of the script of humanity.

Even to “moderate” Israel supporters on the left, there are good Israelis and bad Israelis; good Jews and bad Jews. The bad ones are deemed bad because they fight their enemies; the good ones are deemed good because they cave in to them.

The result is a vast increase in attacks on Jews, with students on campus increasingly hiding their Jewish identity.

So what should Israel and its supporters do in response?

Israel’s new ambassador to the United States, Brig. Gen. Michael Herzog, has rightly said: “We are in the midst of a war of consciousness, and the State of Israel has to develop new, strong and profound tools to deal with this challenge.”

In fact, Israel has never responded adequately to this great crisis of Western thought. This is partly the result of Israel’s epic and endemic governmental incompetence.

But it’s also because of Israel’s deeply felt belief that trying to make Israel’s case to Britain and Europe, where Jew-hatred has been ingrained for centuries, is a hopeless task—while (with the exception of former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who understood that Israel had to appeal directly to the American public) it could take American support for granted.

Now it needs to revisit that last assumption as a matter of urgency. Yet at this most critical juncture, Israel has saddled itself with a feeble governing coalition that appears to believe that a plastic spoon should be brought to a gunfight.

Its foreign minister, Yair Lapid, is a politician so shallow that he thinks there’s nothing special about anti-Semitism. To him, it’s just another form of “hatred of outsiders”—one he actually ascribed, ludicrously, not just to the Nazis but also to slave traders, “Muslims who kill other Muslims” and those who murder LGBT people.

Accordingly, he thinks the way to deal with Israel-bashers is to “conduct a dialogue” with them. This is a foreign minister of Israel who says the way to stop Hamas terrorist war crimes is to pump money into Gaza (which he doesn’t seem to realize Hamas will requisition to redouble its attacks on Israel, not to mention on its own Gazan people who are under its tyrannical thumb).

The chances therefore of Lapid ever understanding what is needed to deal with the wider “war of consciousness” are zero.

What’s necessary above all is for both Israel and its supporters to stop playing defense and get onto the front foot instead. They need to change the paradigm.

The enemies of the Jewish people have hijacked history and language to present Israel falsely as a colonial aggressor. Jewish defenders need to re-institute the truths of history and language by associating Israel in Western minds with legality, justice and human rights, as well as Jewish indigeneity throughout all the land in question.

Jewish defenders should also target their enemies’ Achilles heel—their narcissism and belief in their own unimpeachable virtue. These Western foes can be swiftly undermined by being attacked on their own territory; by exposing them, for example, as promoting Arab colonialism, endorsing Palestinian Nazi-style Jew-hatred, supporting Jewish ethnic cleansing from the disputed territories—and, most devastating of all for such people, as being stupid and gullible.

In other words, it’s time for the Jewish world to find its fighting spirit and take the gloves off. Scant sign of that, alas. For you can take the Jew out of the ghetto; but, as is being so dismayingly demonstrated in both Israel and the Diaspora, you can’t always take the ghetto out of the Jew.

The elderly should be respected and consulted with, but they should not be in the Oval Office. The vast experience that Joe Biden has in politics is indeed valuable. But he does not have the wherewithal to work long days and make difficult decisions. That is why the Afghanistan debacle occurred. He probably does not really understand what happened there. The old Joe Biden was not anywhere as progressive and radical as the new Joe Biden is.

But his handlers are doing a good job at making him say what Obama’s henchmen want him to say, and he knows that if he slips up, he’s one step away from forced retirement. The Presidency is a very regal way of ending one’s political career, but the United States and the free world is paying the price for the irresponsibility of a President running the country who is no longer able to.

What should be noted is that Kamala Harris is probably a worse option. That will keep Biden in the Oval Office for another year or two. Watch as the Democrats will work hard to bring a new face to the fore for the 2024 Presidential election. It will probably be a woman or a minority – or both that will have enough of a track record that looks moderate. But, the descent into radical left-wing progressive policies will just get worse. The socialist spirit of the Democrat party is real and growing. They must be defeated at the polls in the 2022 mid-term elections, but especially in 2024.

The problem with Abbas’ tantrum is that no one really cares anymore. The “Palestinians” hat Abbas and most view him as a mafia leader who steals their money. The international community by and large, including most Sunni Arab states have dismissed Abbas as a washed up corrupt dictator that is more of a hindrance than anything else.


This can be seen in the growing interest in more countries in joining and strengthening the Abraham Accords. Recently, Sudan confiscated cash bound for Hamas. Other countries, like Saudi Arabia and the Kurdish Federal Autonomous zone in Iraq have expressed interest in making peace with Israel.

Abbas’ tantrum and ultimatum are essentially empty words spoken by an old terrorist whose only friends are peace industry professionals and perhaps Iran.

This is not really something new – but it must be said. Ted Deutsch stood up and said it loud and clear. There is a growing movement in the weak underbelly of the Democrat Party that wishes that the State of Israel would be destroyed. And there are people like Bernie Sanders, a formidable force in the Democrat Party, that share similar views. These people are against Israel defending itself against missile attacks from terrorists and they dismiss attacks on America also.


Those who share weak views on foreign policy also share socialist views on the United States of America. Ilhan Omar’s line that on 9-11, “something happened,” should be a wake-up call to all Democrats who are concerned about the direction of their party. Republicans have to deal with their outer fringe members too. But they are not a growing number as they are in the Democrat Party. If AOC runs for the Senate in NY, she actually has a fairly good chance of winning, even though she is a lightweight on nearly every issue that exists. There are enough people today who vote based on gender, color of the skin, and party affiliation. She would start off with nearly 45% of the vote definitely going in her favor, and would only need to sway little more than 5% of the voters.

New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and other major cities are becoming crime-ridden, tax-the hell-out-of-the-rich, entitlement-heavy centers that are chasing people out to the suburbs or other States. Middle America does not feel the negative impact as much as the right and left coasts do. But, some of the most populous cities in America are fast becoming places that are not hospitable for the middle class and entrepreneurial-oriented people. That means that jobs will dwindle and local economies in some big cities will suffer. The AOC’s and the Rashida Tlaibs of the world don’t only want to weaken Israel. They are anti-American forces within the walls of Congress.

This is the most critical thing to understand about Israel’s struggle against it’s Arab neighbors. The Arabs who fight against Israel are opposed to the very existence of the State of Israel. This is not merely a fight about land at all. It is a fight about whether the Arabs accept the existence of the Jewish people and the State of Israel in the first place.

With China investing in Nepal and Sri Lanka as well as building ties to the Taliban, the CCP with its partner Pakistan has essentially surrounded India. The Biden administration has in many ways only paid lip service to India’s defense and would rather continue leaving that part of the world to China.

President Trump also wanted to pull out of Afghanistan, but saw an Indian-Japan alliance as key to containing the CCP led China. Biden’s policies have directly impacted India’s geopolitical stability, leaving it only the Indian Ocean as a secure access to the rest of the world.

With China increasingly controlling ocean routes, India may face increased threats there as well.

Impact On Israel

Unfortunately India’s situation is causing it to cut deals with Russia and Iran – both enemies of the Taliban. While Modi may find some immediate help in those quarters, it also means he may have to tone down India’s alliance with Israel. This would be huge blow to Israel as it would lose a trusted partner.

Things are not so simple. In this short video clip, the threat to the United States is spelled out clearly. As opposed to President George W. Bush who understood that the Taliban posed a major threat to the Western world, Joe Biden, or his handlers, whoever is actually running the United States – does not understood that terror threats are real and present. When you have Iran, Afghanistan, and other pockets of terror in the Middle East – that are all in cahoots with China, the next major war may not be as far as we think.

China is not looking to use it’s military power at this stage. They are more than happy to continue building up their market share of the world economy in order to control more and more of the world. But if the Taliban and Iran work together with them to weaken European, Middle Eastern, and Western pockets of democracy, China will continue to hold the world more and more hostage financially.

We can make believe the threat is not real, but that would be the same as the countries that made believe in 1934, 1935, and 1936 that the threat from an expansionist Germany was not real. China is not a Nazi-like country. But it most certainly a Marxist and totalitarian country that has an economy that is expanding at a rapid-fire level. Either the world will become more independent of China or we will have to face a reality of living under the thumb of China. The leader that will take us out of this situation will not have dementia, and will be able to work past 4 PM.
