Kevin O'Leary leaves CNN host astonished after dismantling New York attorney general's civil case against Trump: 'This is a joke'
CHRIS ENLOE
JANUARY 12, 2024
Businessman Kevin O'Leary told CNN host Laura Coates on Thursday that "every" real estate developer is guilty of the alleged real-estate fraud that Donald Trump is found to have committed.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is suing Trump, alleging the Trump Organization repeatedly overvalued its properties to lenders while reporting different property values to tax officials. A judge has already ruled that Trump committed fraud. The questions that remain in the case are how much the Trump Organization will be fined and what it means for future business.

Many people believe James pursued the case with political motives, an assessment O'Leary appears to agree with. In fact, he told Coates that every real estate developer everywhere is guilty of what Trump did.
O'Leary explained:
So, if you're a developer and you've got a building on a block anywhere in America and it's worth, let's say, $500 million and you want to build a building right beside it, you go to the bank and say, "This building is worth $500 million. I'd like to borrow a construction finance loan against this asset, and I want you to tell me it's worth 500 million, too." The bank negotiates with you and says, "Well, no, we think it's worth $400 million," and you fight it out.

You're always trying to show your assets in the brightest light with the sunshine you can possibly determine for them. You want them to be worth the very most because you're only going to get a 40% or 50% loan-to-value, as it's called. Then you borrow that money. In the case of a $500 million asset, maybe you get $250 million, and you build a new building with a construction finance loan.
"Forget about Trump: Every single real estate developer everywhere on Earth does this," O'Leary said.

The concern, then, should be who lost money? "Nobody," according to O'Leary, because the Trump Organization paid its bank loans. Thus, if James were to be consistent, she would sue "every real estate developer" in her jurisdiction, he said.

"If you're a real estate developer, you're watching this, you're saying, 'What is this? This is ridiculous!'" he said. "This is, for real estate developers, this is a joke."

The explanation, disarming the substance of James' case against Trump, left Coates shocked.

"It's fascinating to me to hear this perspective because you don't often hear it from that particular angle," she said.

"The first question, is everybody doing it in real estate? Yes, everybody is doing it, not only domestically, all around the world. This is how it works," O'Leary responded.

Closing arguments in the civil case took place on Thursday. James is asking a judge to fine Trump $370 million, but a final ruling is not expected for weeks. Even then, Trump will appeal the ruling.
For his part, O'Leary told Coates he believes the case will not survive an appeal.

WHAT TRUMP SAID MIGHT HAVE GIVEN HIM THE WIN FOR 2024
written by Phil Schneider July 20, 2023 8.5K views
How important is the war between Russia and Ukraine in the 2024 election? It is probably not one of the top 3 issues. But it is most certainly one of the top foreign policy issues facing the world today, and it will come up repeatedly in interviews and debates. On this issue, Donald Trump stands out from the other Republican candidates with his controversial, yet rather logical angle of staying out and forcing a peaceful settlement between Russia and Ukraine. Of course, Donald Trump does not use the word “force.” But that is almost certainly what he means to do if he is reelected.
The standard line on the Russia-Ukraine war espoused by many in the Republican Party is a pro-Ukraine and anti-Russian line. It is one that includes setting clear red lines, such as the Polish border or perhaps Russia’s use of tactical nuclear weapons. If either of these are breached, there are many Republicans who would vote for the United States to join a NATO coalition that would declare war in order to stop the Russian aggression. This is indeed a possibility that should not be dismissed. It is indeed a frightening thought.

It was not just World War I – that started in the same part of the world – where some border disputes escalated into a massive war. This phenomenon occurred in Korea, Vietnam, and other regions in the world, where seemingly minor wars turned into major conflicts that left massive devastation.

Donald Trump may not be a student of history who will base his decisions on sound precedent learned from the mistakes and successes of his predecessors. But the truth is that Trump’s hunches and reflexes on foreign policy have been excellent. His viewing of all major foreign policy issues as situations that require deal making in order to achieve goals is actually quite on the mark.

Given the proper assurances and incentives, Putin would indeed decide to hold his troops and accept limited victory. Zelensky would be thrilled to get out of the horrific situation Ukraine is in with some major financial incentives to rebuild. Donald Trump knows this and would probably agree to reject any more encroachment of NATO into Ukraine or Eastern Europe in order to assure Putin. And Trump would probably offer a massive financial incentive to Zelensky to agree to forego parts of Ukraine, specifically some of the port cities, that were invaded and destroyed by Russia.

Trump is a big talker. But his record on foreign policy with Iran, North Korea, China, and Russia is actually rock solid. He should not be dismissed on these matters at all. It may actually prove the difference between him and other Republican candidates and may propel him to victory in the Republican primaries.

THE IMPORTANCE OF TRUMP’S SPEECH IS NOT ABOUT THE 2024 ELECTIONS
written by Avi Abelow November 17, 2022 2.4K views
Many people have been asking me about my thoughts on Trump’s speech the other night.

Here are my thoughts.

Honestly, I don’t care whether Trump will be president again or not.

Something huge is going on and Trump has been at the center of it and continued to be at the center, but he is not the real story.

The central story is understanding that an unbelievable wake-up process is taking place in humanity, waking up more people day by day to the unbelievable evil that has been controlling our lives and trying to eradicate belief in HaShem from all of our lives.

Let me walk you through some of the major steps in this wake-up process.

This wake-up process began with a four plus year full court media assault on Trump, a man who was trying to help all Americans and end all US involvement in global wars. At the same time, the American media supported and applauded destructive forces like the Black Lives Matter riots across America and the creeping progressive gender/transgender agenda that was destroying kids, families, communities, via schools and universities.

The wake-up process continued with the 2020 elections. Whether you believe the elections were stolen or not, a lot of funny business took place in a number of key swing states with early voting, mail in ballots, no IDs necessary, counting irregularities etc. that woke up a lot of people to realize that they have no trust in the election process.

Then more people woke up with the peaceful Jan 6th event that the establishment media has coined an “insurrection”. It was regular Joe-shmoe Americans going to voice their anger against the election irregularities, infiltrated by Antifa, with police letting people into the Capital building, all orchestrated to make Trump and Trump supporters look bad. It was a horrible false flag event that has yet to be properly investigated. But, it woke up more people to the corruption of government.

Then more people woke up after learning that the Department of Justice DOJ officially labeled parents, at local school board meetings, “demotic terrorists” for standing up against the despicable trans agenda with literal pornographic materials in the classrooms.

Then more people woke up due to the totalitarian China-like society imposed upon all of us, around the world, due to a scare of a virus, that was created in a Chinese lab with US money, with key US officials having parents both for the man-made created virus and the “solution” shot, all while this virus has an extremely high survival rate and existing medical treatments, that were delegitimized.

Yup, that insanity woke up even more people to the corruption within all of our governments and medical systems.

Then more people woke up do the insanity of the war in Ukraine, with most people not understanding why the US has given over $99 billion to Ukraine, a country with obvious corrupt ties to top US officials like President Biden himself, all stories shut down by the media.

Bottom line, more people today are awake to the absolute corruption of the systems we have trusted, whether government, medical, education etc and they are no longer being silent about it. They way change!

This wake-up process has energized more people than ever before to become active and vocal in standing up to these systematic corruptions in our societies.

Whether people like it or not, Trump is the face to this wake-up process, because in his own brazen, non-politically-correct, way he is one of the only US leaders who has called out the absolute corruption and evil that surrounds our lives, yet is hidden from us by the “fourth pillar of democracy”, the media.

In Trump’s speech the other night he explicitly said “we will be resisted by the combined forces of the establishment, the media, special interests, the globalists, the Marxist radicals, the woke corporations, the weaponized power of the Federal government, colossal political machines, the tidal wave of dark money and the most dangerous censorship system ever created by man or woman.”

Yup, that says it all. We are up against tremendous evil trying to take away our G-d given rights and liberties, and Trump is the US leader who best represents taking on this evil Goliath. And they know it.

One thing sticks out to me from Trump’s speech last night. He spoke about stolen elections and voter fraud without focusing on it. He knows the elections are rigged, and that winning in 2024 is futile if election reforms are not made to ensure that all legal votes, and only legal votes, are counted.

Either he thinks he will have enough information from the 2020 and 2022 elections to expose the whole election fraud before the 2024 elections, or more will be exposed, with another stolen election in 2024 as well, waking up even more people.

The bottom line is that it makes no difference if Trump wins in 2024.

I know that the one above is running the show and somehow the evil, anti-HaShem agenda will lose (of destroying morality via the gender/transgender agenda, and of destroying our freedoms).

I don’t know how or when, and I’m just focusing on enjoying watching the wake up process of fellow humans, even though it is going excruciatingly slow and frustrating for us all who are already awake to what is going on.

We all need to become like the Brazilians, out protesting in the millions, to the corruption that has taken over our lives.

But my personal focus remains positive, helping strengthen people’s faith in the above to focus on the process and less on wanting to see the end of this evil insanity around us.

And by the way, as a final anecdote to this whole topic, did anyone notice that before Trump’s speech it looked like NATO was about to launch World War III against Russia in response to Russian missiles allegedly hitting Poland and killing two Polish citizens, whereas after Trump’s speech it was revealed that it was actually Ukrainian rockets that killed the two Polish people and the war was averted?

You must admit that that was an interesting quick turn of events that exactly coincided with the speech of a leader that the corrupt powers of the world want to stop, and even more interesting that both former Presidents Bush and Obama planned to counter with speeches at separate disinformation conferences planned immediately after Trump’s speech to counter his “disinformation”. It’s as if there was a fear of Trump saying things that he didn’t end up saying.

Just more food for thought.

What do I know. I just have a basic mistrust of government, and easily compromised politicians who are always conspiring to make government bigger and more powerful, taking away more rights and liberties from law-abiding citizens.

How ironic, that the one leader in the freedom-loving world, Trump, who we are all told to hate 24/7 by the establishment media, happens to be one who is independently wealthy, hence, less compromised, and an experienced, strong defender of the people, whose aim is to drain the swamp and empower the people.

Regardless, it’s not about Trump and it never has been about Trump. It’s about humanity waking up, stopping to blindly trust the systems that control our lives, placing blind trust only in the one above and being more proactive in making a better world for our families and communities based on truth and true values, not on the lies and immorality pushed upon us by the systems that most influence our lives today.

The future is bright! The question is, are you seeing the light???

Can Trump Get an "Impartial Jury" in DC? What the Law Requires
by Alan M. Dershowitz  •  August 7, 2023 at 5:00 am

What should happen... when it is virtually impossible for the defendant to get an impartial jury in that state or district?

The prosecution of Donald Trump for the events around January 6, 2021 would seem to call for a change of venue. The District of Columbia is the most extreme Democratic district in the country. Approximately 95% of the potential jurors register and vote Democrat. Whereas approximately 5% voted for Trump. Furthermore, the anger against Trump is understandable in light of the fact that the events of January 6th directly involved many citizens of the district. Moreover, the judge randomly selected to preside over this case has a long history of bias against Trump and his supporters, and her law firm has a long history of conflicts and corruption.

It is imperative, therefore, that in a case where the incumbent president has urged his Attorney General to pursue his political opponent aggressively, that all efforts must be made to ensure fairness. Prosecutors must lean over backwards to persuade the public that partisan considerations played absolutely no role in the decision to indict. Agreeing to a change of venue and judge would go a long way toward seeing that justice is done.

Change of venue motions are only rarely granted, as are motions to recuse a selected judge. But this is a case where justice demands that these motions be granted, both in the interests of the defendants and in the interests of justice. The government should not oppose such motions, though they generally do if it gives them a tactical advantage.

It is likely therefore that these defense requests will be denied by the trial judge.

If an unfair trial results in a conviction, the impact will already be felt, even if it is reversed on appeal after the election, as the prosecution likely anticipates.

If the prosecution case is strong, it should have no fear of a jury and judge outside of DC. As the Supreme Court has repeatedly said: the job of a prosecutor is not merely to maximize the chances of winning, but to assure that he wins fairly and justly. In order to achieve that goal, the prosecutors in this case should not oppose defense motions for a change of venue and judge. Nor should it oppose an appeal if the trial judge denies these well-founded defense motions.

In all likelihood, prosecutors will vigorously fight all efforts by the defense to assure an impartial jury and judge, because they want every advantage that will help them secure a victory. They will point to defense efforts to secure advantages for their client and argue that the adversary system of justice requires them to do the same. But that is not the law. The Supreme Court clearly delineated a different role for persecutors who represent the government: "The United States Attorney is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all, and whose interest, therefore, in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done." The prosecutors in the January 6th case should study this opinion before they deny Trump an impartial jury.

The prosecution of Donald Trump for the events around January 6, 2021 would seem to call for a change of venue. The District of Columbia is the most extreme Democratic district in the country. Pictured: Trump speaks during the Alabama Republican Party's 2023 summer meeting on August 4, 2023 in Montgomery, Alabama. (Photo by Julie Bennett/Getty Images)
The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the accused the right to "an impartial jury." But it also states that the trial should take place in "the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed." What should happen, therefore, when it is virtually impossible for the defendant to get an impartial jury in that state or district?

After former President Donald Trump on Friday posted, "If you go after me, I’m coming after you!" the Department of Justice later that day asked a Washington, D.C., federal judge for a protective order, the Associated Press reported.

The AP said Trump's post on Truth Social "appeared to promise revenge on anyone who goes after him."

ABC News anchor Jonathan Karl expressed dismay Sunday that voters still support Donald Trump after his federal indictment.

Karl asked panelists on "This Week" about a new Quinnipiac poll that shows Trump and President Joe Biden remain in a "statistical tie" even after prosecutors slammed Trump with a 37-count indictment for allegedly retaining classified documents at Mar-a-Lago and obstructing efforts to retrieve them.

"A poll from Quinnipiac, on a possible Biden-Trump matchup, puts Biden at 48%, Trump at 44%. This is a poll, again, taken largely after the indictment," Karl explained.

"I mean, that's got to make you a little — that's within the margin of error. That is a statistical tie," he bemoaned. "So, what does that say about Biden if he's barely beating [Trump] or, in some polls, actually losing?"

BREAKING: Trump Is Facing ONE HUNDRED YEARS in Prison
New in PJ Media: The indictment of Donald Trump charges him with crimes that, if he is convicted, could see him sentenced to a hundred years in prison. TRUMP’S FORMER MIDDLE EAST SPECIAL ENVOY SHARES A SECRET ABOUT PEACE
written by Leah Rosenberg September 11, 2022 4733 views
Jason Greenblatt, Trump’s former Middle East Special Envoy, knows the truth about peace that too many won’t admit. Here it is.

The Middle East Special Envoy Who Understands the Middle East
If someone is hired as an expert in the Middle East, they should be an expert in just that: The Middle East. Under former President Trump, those who were appointed in various positions to help Israel and peace actually cared to help. They didn’t just try to appease the Palestinian Authority or give into the demands of terrorists. Trump’s former Middle East Special Envoy, Jason Greenblatt, knows that peace doesn’t come from giving the “Palestinians” all their hateful and destructive requests.

Kicking Jews out of Judea and Samaria is not only wrong, it doesn’t bring any type of peace. It actually only brings more terrorism. Did the world already forget about when Israel gave up Gush Katif in the Gaza strip? Gaza has become a terror zone. It has become a place where Hamas fires thousands upon thousands of rockets at innocent Israeli civilians. Giving up land and kicking Jews out does nothing positive.

And neither does giving money to the UN agency dedicated to continuing the “refugee” status of “Palestinians.” They don’t help improve the lives of Palestinian Arabs. This agency just gives money to fund more hate and terror.

Those who continue to misunderstand the Middle East and what peace really is about will never be able to help better the lives of Palestinian Arabs or help facilitate a true and lasting peace. And that’s why Jason Greenblatt was one of the top advisors who helped create the Abraham Accords – because he gets it.

TRUMP IS ENTITLED TO GRATITUDE, NOT A FREE PASS FOR 2024
written by Jonathan Tobin November 17, 2022 329 views
The pro-Israel community, though not the majority of American Jews, views the former president favorably. But it shouldn’t feel obligated to support his candidacy.
(JNS) The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) took a lot of flak for choosing to honor former President Donald Trump at its annual gala this past week. Trump isn’t just disliked by the majority of American Jews who remain loyal Democrats. They hate and blame him for antisemitism and anything else bad that they can think to pin on him. But to the pro-Israel community, Trump remains a hero, and the cheers for him at the ZOA dinner were loud and long.

Coming as it did only two days before he announced that he was running for president in 2024, however, the timing of the ZOA award raised some interesting questions for those in attendance and other members of the pro-Israel community. Should their gratitude for Trump’s historic decisions—including recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and moving the U.S. embassy there from Tel Aviv—mean that they are now obligated to back his bid to return to the White House?

The answer from Trump’s loyal base is an unequivocal “yes.” But, with the midterm election results showing much of the electorate, including Republicans, displaying clear signs of Trump fatigue, the reply from many others may not be to his liking. This applies in particular to pro-Israel voters, since the potential GOP presidential alternatives are just as supportive of the Jewish state as he.

At the ZOA event, Trump returned to a familiar theme: expressing dismay about the fact that most Jewish Americans don’t prioritize Israel at the ballot box. Liberals seeking to twist his meaning and treat his complaints about Jews voting for Democrats who are equivocal about or even hostile to the Jewish state as an accusation of dual loyalty are wrong.

He simply takes Jewish voting patterns, like everything else, personally. As is the case with many other non-Jewish politicians, he still can’t grasp the reason that most Jews feel no gratitude for his having been the most pro-Israel president in U.S. history.

What he fails to realize is that although the vast majority of Jews may feel some affection or concern for the Jewish state, in the absence of clear evidence of antisemitism—and sometimes not even that is enough—Jewish Democrats will vote for their party’s candidate even if the GOP rival is an ardent supporter of Israel.

Liberal Jews tend to see “social justice”—shorthand for a progressive/left-wing political agenda—as inseparable from their religious views and ethnic identity. That’s why they view voting for a Republican, let alone a figure as polarizing as Trump, as akin to a betrayal of their deepest beliefs. It also explains why they are so quick to believe false accusations of antisemitism against him.

But that still leaves a sizable minority of American Jewry who is friendly to Trump. Just how big a slice of their vote goes to Republicans is a matter of dispute.

The most reputable exit poll of the 2022 elections, conducted by the Associated Press and Fox News showed that 33% of those who identified as Jewish voted for GOP candidates. This is an increase over the past two election cycles; in 2020, it was 30%, and in 2016, it was 24%.

Democrats prefer the results of a poll commissioned by the left-wing lobby J Street that showed Republicans garnering only 25% of the Jewish vote. Those who believe that number point to its weighting the results to the composition of American Jewry along denominational lines. Those who hold with the AP/Fox poll, on the other hand, consider its much larger sample size to reflect the situation more accurately.

Either way, this still makes for a lot of Jewish votes going to Republicans. And given that demographic trends favor the growth of Orthodox Jews—who are both far more likely to prioritize Israel when voting and politically conservative—there’s hope for the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC).

The fact that Jewish donors provide a disproportionate amount of the campaign contributions to both parties also makes pro-Israel sentiment a not unimportant aspect of the 2024 race.

Seen in this light, Trump’s long-expected declaration of his candidacy puts Jewish Republicans and the pro-Israel community in a bind. His most likely primary opponents will all be in attendance at the RJC’s upcoming annual conference.

Trump, who won’t be there, will probably be none-too-pleased when he learns of the glowing receptions that they’re almost certain to get from Jewish Republicans. At the top of the list is Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Trump was one of the big losers of the midterms, since many of his hand-picked congressional candidates—those who most identified with his claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him—were defeated.

By contrast, DeSantis didn’t merely win re-election by a landslide; his effective governance and provocative championing of conservative cultural arguments helped turn Florida from a swing state to a deep red one. Furthermore, he has a long record of support for Israel, as well as close connections to the Jewish community.

Trump was once closely allied to DeSantis, but now views him with suspicion as a potential rival. His recent insulting remarks were clearly intended to intimidate the governor in much the same way that he diminished his 2016 GOP primary opponents.

DeSantis hasn’t taken the bait. Whereas most of Trump’s outrageous epithets are directed at people the conservative base detests, these shots were at someone they admire. In the wake of the disappointing midterms results, the tantrum may have done more damage to the former president than it did the governor.

Nevertheless, the loyalty that many Republicans feel for Trump—something that only increases with each attack on him by the Biden administration and the Democrats in the House and Senate—shouldn’t be underestimated. If his opponents are thought of as representing the Washington establishment, they will lose.

As he did in 2016, Trump would also benefit from a multi-candidate race in which the contenders split the votes among the 40-60% of Republicans who would like to move on from the former president.

While national polls have given Trump a big lead in the 2024 GOP race, the gap between him and DeSantis is closing. And some recently released state polls point to DeSantis moving into first place.

The party and his opponents also have to consider the very real possibility that even if he lost in the primaries, he wouldn’t accept defeat. Instead, he would run as an independent, more or less guaranteeing a Democratic win in November. In that manner, he may exercise an effective veto on the GOP’s ability to choose a candidate not named Donald Trump.

Even more troubling is the question of how he would react if a critical mass of Jewish Republicans went all in for DeSantis or someone else. Trump views all opposition not so much as wrongheaded, but as an act of lèse-majesté.

If he perceives that pro-Israel voters and donors are deciding that he can’t win and would drag down other Republicans at a time when the Democratic Party is increasingly hostile to the Jewish state, he may start lashing out not only at the Jews who don’t care about Israel, but at those “ingrates” who do.

Trump’s conduct in office has earned him the indebtedness of the Jewish community. But it does not entitle him to anyone’s vote in 2024.

Unlike in 2016, when his campaign was about empowering working-class voters whom both party establishments had abandoned, he now seems mostly interested in rehashing his personal grievances about 2020, rather than offering a vision for the future.

Though the campaign has just begun, pundits will do well to watch closely whether he can hold onto the kind of Jewish applause he got at the ZOA dinner now that he’s formally entered the 2024 race. It will go a long way toward determining whether he can also maintain his perch atop the GOP.

TRUMP: ISRAEL IS A ‘MIRACLE’ BUT SOME AMERICAN JEWS ‘NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING’ BY IT
written by JNS November 15, 2022 722 views
The former U.S. president was honored with the Theodor Herzl Gold Medallion at the Zionist Organization of America’s 2022 Gala in New York City.

(JNS) Israel is a modern-day “miracle” and its relationship with the United States is deep-seated and multi-dimensional, former U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday.

Speaking at the Zionist Organization of America’s 2022 Gala in New York City, Trump said, “The United States and Israel are not just allies on a military basis, but economically and politically; we’re allies morally, culturally and spiritually and we always will be—at least if I have anything to do about it.”

The former president spoke after being honored with the organization’s Theodor Herzl Gold Medallion.

Founded in 1897, the Zionist Organization of America played a key role in the Jewish state’s re-establishment, and today is a leading American Jewish organization dedicated to defending Israel and the Jewish people; fighting against all forms of antisemitism, including anti-Jewish boycotts; and promoting the Jewish people’s lawful right to live in and settle historic Jewish lands.

Notable attendees among the 700 guests on Sunday night included the Trump administration’s chief Middle East peace negotiator Jason Greeblatt, Israeli parliamentarians Amir Ohana (Likud) and Simcha Rothman (Religious Zionism), and law expert Alan Dershowitz.

Both appearing by video, Dr. Miriam Adelson presented to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) the ZOA’s Defender of Israel Award, named after her and her late husband Sheldon Adelson, who was a staunch supporter of the Jewish state.

Israel Defense Forces Brig. Gen. (res.) Amir Avivi received the Myron Zimmerman Security of Israel Award.

ZOA National President Morton Klein noted that the Herzl prize, in particular, had been granted sparingly by the organization—which marks its 125th anniversary this year—with past recipients including Lord Arthur Balfour, former British prime minister Winston Churchill, former U.S. president Harry Truman and former Israeli prime minister David Ben-Gurion.

“As president, I was proud to be the best friend … the State of Israel has ever had in the White House. Under my leadership, the alliance between the United States and Israel had never been stronger, and the future of the Middle East had never looked brighter,” said Trump at the event, prior to highlighting his record on Iran.

“Very quickly, I withdrew from the disastrous Iran [nuclear] deal, which actually I think may be the single most important thing … and I imposed the toughest-ever sanctions on the Iranian regime. … [Now, U.S. President Joe] Biden has been groveling to the Iranian dictatorship to re-enter [the agreement],” Trump added.

The ZOA cited as additional reasons for bestowing the award the Trump administration’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in Dec. 2017, and the move the following May of the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to the city; the brokering of the Abraham Accords, which normalized the Jewish state’s relations with several Arab countries; recognition of Israeli sovereignty in the Golan Heights; and the downgrading of relations with the Palestinians, including cutting funding to Ramallah.

“Israel does not occupy sovereign Arab land,” ZOA head Klein noted in his speech, adding that ongoing Palestinian terrorism was geared towards extinguishing Israel’s existence.

“We have to make it clear that [Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud] Abbas is a monster terrorist and not a peacemaker. That is why [Israeli] offers of land have failed every time.

“This is our homeland,” he continued, “let us never forget it. We, the people of Eretz Yisrael, will prevail.”

Klein added that the Biden administration was acting hypocritically by implicitly condemning the “extremism” of Religious Zionism leaders Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir, yet failing to denounce Abbas’s promotion of terrorism against Israelis.

Meanwhile, Trump suggested that some American Jews were not supportive enough of Israel.

“There are people in this country that happen to be Jewish who are not doing the right thing for Israel. … As you know, the Democrats get 75% of the [Jewish] vote, which is hard to believe. We can’t let that continue. We see all of the horrible things that have taken place with Biden and [former president] Barack Hussein Obama, and then they get 75% of the [Jewish] vote. What the hell is going on?”

Indeed, Trump emphasized the uniqueness of the Jewish state, calling it “a very, very special place, it’s an amazing place, it’s really a miracle.”

But, he cautioned, “it’s very delicate and you have to be very careful with it because really bad things can happen, and so I just say I’m with you all the way.”

Trump  is expected to announce a 2024 presidential run as early as Tuesday.

PRESIDENT TRUMP OFFERS TO HELP SAVE AMERICA AND THE WORLD FROM A GLOBAL CATASTROPHE
Cooter COOTER SEPTEMBER 29, 2022
Every time Joe Biden or his military advisors open their mouths, it appears they want to trigger a war with Russia. As Biden’s approval with Americans plummets, it might be in his best interest to create a “Wag the Dog” scenario.

However, when politicians fabricate a dangerous military conflict, U.S. men and women die. A war with Russia could also trigger a global conflict. Joe Biden’s ineptitude seems to be pushing the U.S. closer and closer to an all-out fight with a dangerous nuclear power.

Biden is either too stupid to realize the potential consequences, or he doesn’t care. It could actually be a little of both. However, former President Donald Trump appreciates what’s at stake. He has always been a champion for the United States military.

President Trump understands the risks of going to war with Russia. He’s not afraid of Putin, but he doesn’t try to intentionally provoke a nuclear power either. To help save America and the world from a potential global catastrophe, President Trump has offered to mediate a peace deal.

A war with Russia could easily turn into World War III. It would trigger a devastating global catastrophe. A nuclear conflict could obliterate the human race. This is not a time for a feeble old man to make decisions.

President Trump deserves a chance. His record of generating calm and peaceful negotiations with dangerous rogue regimes speaks for itself. He’s the only president not to get the U.S. involved in a new war. He stopped dangerous missile tests in North Korea.

Vladimir Putin didn’t invade Ukraine because he knew there would be consequences. America was safe during President Trump’s tenure. He must be given the chance to prevent an escalation in Ukraine.

He posted on his social media platform, “Truth Social,” that he was willing to head up a delegation to secure peace in Ukraine. Furthermore, President Trump cautioned about the U.S. response to the sabotaging of the Nord Stream pipeline as well.

This could be deemed an act of war. President Trump said, “U.S. leadership should remain cool, calm, and dry on the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines. This is a big event that should not entail a big solution, at least not yet.”

Some hint that the Biden administration may have had a hand in the explosions. That would be one of the stupidest things any world leader has ever done. But then again, Joe Biden meets every definition of stupid. He’s essentially admitted to doing it.

Joe Biden’s total ignorance has the world on the brink of a deadly global conflict. President Trump stressed that “The entire world is at stake. I will head up the group.” As the world stands at the doorstep of possible annihilation, it’s time to take the keys away from Joe Biden.

He and his liberal policies have driven the country into the ground. His border policies have caused a humanitarian crisis. The Biden fiscal policies have plummeted the country into a recession.

But now he’s in control of whether the world plunges into World War III. If this were a baseball game, it’s time to make a call to the bullpen. It’s time for President Trump to “Save America” and potentially “Save the World.”

NATIONAL SECURITY
The reason why presidents can't keep their White House records dates back to Nixon
August 13, 20223:14 PM ET
Greg Myre - 2016 - square
GREG MYRE
President Richard Nixon speaks at the White House on Aug. 9, 1974. He was preparing to leave the day after resigning because of the Watergate scandal. Nixon wanted to take his presidential documents with him, including his infamous tape recordings. But he was barred from doing so, and Congress passed a law that now requires all presidents to hand over their documents to the National Archives.

For the first two centuries of U.S. history, outgoing presidents simply took their documents with them when they left the White House. The materials were considered their personal property.

But for the past four decades, every presidential document — from notebook doodles to top-secret security plans — is supposed to go directly to the National Archives as the material is considered the property of the American people.

So when former President Donald Trump left office on Jan. 20, 2021, all his records should have traveled from the White House to the National Archives, according to Jason R. Baron, who served as director of litigation at the National Archives for 13 years.

FBI collected multiple sets of classified documents from Trump's Mar-a-Lago home
POLITICS

"No president has the right to retain presidential records after he or she leaves office," Baron said. "And so it is an extraordinary circumstance if presidential records are found in a former president's residence or anywhere else under his control."

But some records – both paper and electronic – were being kept at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla. Officials found 15 boxes worth of documents from Trump's property in January.

And on Monday, the FBI collected 11 more sets of documents, including five marked "top secret," three marked "secret" and three labeled "confidential." Those are the three separate levels for classified government documents.

In addition, one set of the top secret documents was labeled "top secret/sensitive compartmented information." That means the material is considered so sensitive that even those with a top-secret security clearance wouldn't be able to see it unless they had a need to know.

The warrant that authorized the search said the FBI was investigating a number of possible crimes, including violations of the Espionage Act. Trump has not been charged with any crime and denies any wrongdoing.

Why can't presidents keep their documents these days?
The rules changed for one reason: Watergate.

When President Nixon resigned amid the 1974 scandal, he wanted to take his documents to his home in California — including his infamous tape recordings.

An attempted attack on an FBI office raises concerns about violent far-right rhetoric
INVESTIGATIONS

Congress realized it would not have access to that material, and they also feared it could be destroyed. So legislators passed the Presidential Recordings and Materials Preservation Act, which made all of Nixon's material public property.

However, that measure applied to Nixon only. In 1978, Congress passed the more sweeping Presidential Records Act that has been the standard ever since.

"Every president, when they leave office, those records that have been created by the president and his staff are presidential records that go to the National Archives," Baron said. "The owner is the American people."

This includes all presidential material, whether it's routine, unclassified notes or top-secret national security documents.

ANALYSIS

Before these laws, there were really no rules covering presidential records. Presidents just took what they wanted as they were leaving office.

"Early on, presidents like John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were very attuned to their place in history and their legacy," said presidential historian Lindsay Chervinsky, the author of The Cabinet: George Washington and the Creation of an American Institution. "And so they were very thoughtful about maintaining their documents, cataloging their documents, and then, of course, sort of making sure that what remained was what they wanted to remain. So that also includes some erasure."

Also, presidential libraries did not exist until President Franklin Roosevelt opened his in 1941.

Trump's controversies with documents
Throughout his presidency, anecdotes surfaced about Trump's handling of documents. For starters, he did not like to read them, and there were reports that he would sometimes rip them up or even flush them down the toilet.

Trump spoke about, or put on Twitter, sensitive material that was believed to be classified. Such material was also reportedly shared with people who did not have the authorization to read it.

Before Trump, outgoing presidents have been described as fully cooperative with the records process, experts told NPR. Baron said he was only aware of minor episodes, where a former president might be asked to turn over a small gift he had received while in office.

There have been a few cases involving former presidential aides. In one instance, Sandy Berger, who had served as the national security adviser to President Bill Clinton, was accused of smuggling classified documents out of the National Archives in his pants. He was ultimately fined $50,000.

TRUMP ON NULLIFICATION OF ROE V WADE: “GOD MADE THE DECISION”

On Saturday, the Supreme Court voted to strike down the Roe v. Wade decision passed in 1973. Repealing the law now permits each state to mandate its legislation pertaining to abortions.

The recent decision comes after an unprecedented leak last month of the majority decision written by  Justice Samuel Alito. No draft decision in the court’s modern history has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending. The disclosure resulted in illegal protests in front of the homes of justices and a threat to the life of one justice. The disclosure of the document was a breach of Supreme Court secrecy and has yet to be fully investigated. Many left-wing politicians have made calls for action that came close to calls to violence.

INFLUENCED BY DONALD TRUMP
There is no doubt that this ruling was influenced by Donald Trump, who appointed three justices to the supreme court despite serving only one term. These justices were known to adhere to strict readings of the constitution and would not favor Roe v. Wade which was based on an implied understanding that abortion was a constitutionally protected right. All three Trump-appointed justices, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett, joined the majority opinion in overturning Roe.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News, President Trump said, “This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago.”

When Fox News asked Trump if he felt he played any role in the decision through his appointments to the Supreme Court, Trump responded, “God made the decision.”

This opinion that divine intervention played a role in theSupreme Court process was shared by some pundits. The Daily Wire’s Co-CEO Jeremy Boreing tweeted, “Donald Trump managed to get Roe v Wade overturned. There is a God, and He is confusing.”

THE JEWISH PERSPECTIVE
Daily Wire Editor Ben Shapiro, an Orthodox Jew, added, “Hundreds of thousands of children will now live who would otherwise have been killed in the womb. This is a victory for all human beings, who are created in the image of God.”

Rabbi Moshe Avraham Halperin, head of the Machon Madii Technology Al Pi Halacha (the institute for technology according to Torah law), is an expert in medical ethics in the framework of the Torah. He explained the Torah’s position on abortion.

“There is no credible rabbinic opinion that permits abortion on demand,” Rabbi Halperin said.”There are conditions under which it is permitted to abort the pregnancy. Of course, if the mother’s life or health is endangered, abortion is permitted. If the mother believes it will harm her psychologically, this requires consultation with medical and religious professionals. This is considered saving a life, but each case must be considered separately. Monetary hardship is not a reason to justify murdering an infant. ”

“Until the 40th day, it is permitted under some specific circumstances to end the pregnancy if it is clear the baby has no chance to survive. There is one opinion that if it is determined that the infant in the womb has Down’s Syndrome, it is permitted to abort the pregnancy up to the third month of pregnancy. But this opinion has been decried by major halachic authorities.”

“Ending the life of a fetus, according to some opinions, is murder,” Rabbi Halperin emphasized. The rabbi cited Genesis:

Whoever sheds the blood of man, By man shall his blood be shed; For in His image Did Hashem make man. Genesis 9:6

The rabbi cited the Talmud, which noted the phrase shpoch dam ha’adam ba’adam (שֹׁפֵךְ דַּם הָאָדָם בָּאָדָם), which literally means “whoever spills the blood of a man in a man….”

“The Talmud (Sanhedrin 57a) learns that this is referring to a man inside a man, that is to say, a fetus,” Rabbi Halperin said. “E learn from this that the prohibition against abortion is included in the Noahide Laws and is incumbent on Jews and non-Jews.”

AN ISRAELI ORGANIZATION WEIGHS IN
Ruth Tidhar is the Director of the Assistance Department of the EFRAT Organization. EFRAT works on the premise that legislation will not prevent abortions. Instead, EFRAT encourages women not to have abortions, offering them financial support and counseling as an alternative.

“Our mission is to help women avoid abortions,” Tidhar said. “And laws don’t save babies. Love saves babies. We help. We let them know they aren’t alone. Our volunteers give a listening ear and a soft shoulder.”

“Being pregnant is a powerful experience and puts the woman under tremendous pressure, especially financial. We offer concrete assistance; a crib, diapers, clothes, and toys for the first two years,” Tidhar said.“We provide women with the ability to make a choice. In all the years that I have been speaking with pregnant women, I do not remember a single woman who chose abortion and who wasn’t harmed by it. Abortion clinics don’t tell them how much the abortion harms them psychologically and spiritually, frequently leading to depression.”

Tidhar noted that much of what they do is traditionally provided by supportive husbands, parents, and communities, deteriorating elements in Western countries.

“Laws cannot replace family or community,” she explained. “You cannot legislate love. Our women get ‘birthday’ greetings every year. This is all private donations and volunteers, people who sincerely care. This used to be standard for every religious community, no matter what the religion.”

“We also give career counseling to help the women rejoin the workforce,” Tidhar said. ‘We help with tuition and daycare.

EFRAT officially views abortion among Jews as a demographic threat to the Jewish people. Since its establishment in 1977, EFRAT has helped tens of thousands of women to choose life, saving over 80,000 children.

“If I could tell every pregnant woman one thing, it is that you are not alone,” Tidhar said. “That is what they need to hear, and that is what we try to tell them.’Roe v. Wade was the 1973 case in which the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction. The ruling was revised in the 1992 decision Planned Parenthood v. Casey which abandoned Roe‘s trimester framework in favor of a standard based on fetal viability and overruled the strict scrutiny standard for reviewing abortion restrictions. The ruling has been criticized as being an egregious case of judicial activism. It has also been charged as claiming to be based on constitutionally protected civil rights when it clearly has no basis in the constitution and is not relevant to civil rights.

TRUMP CLAIMS “BODIES DUMPED OUTSIDE WUHAN LAB”
written by Phil Schneider September 22, 2021
The “China Virus.” That’s what former President Donald Trump labeled the Coronavirus. That was a very controversial claim – no surprise there – but it seems to have been 100% accurate. The covid-19 virus did indeed originate in the Wuhan region.

Donald Trump’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak will be debated for many decades. On the one hand, he cancelled flights from China very early on when that seemed like a radical step. On the other hand, he clearly had a difficult time realizing just how deadly and serious this pandemic was and what it would do to ravage America.

But perhaps the most important aspect of the way the United States handled the covid-19 outbreak was the shock and disbelief that so many people in the United States had and still have that such an outbreak could have perhaps been intentional. Yes, the Chinese may not have done this by mistake. Of course this would be a conspiracy of the first order of magnitude. But, when it comes to China, we should never underestimate just how horrible some of the designs are against the West and freedom in general.

There will always be those who will say Donald Trump was the best and those who will say he was the worst President. But odds are that history may label him as the first President to shift the focus of the United States towards confronting the threat from China. Nobody else ever did that till Donald Trump, and for that he should be praised.

TRUMP GIVES IT TO BIDEN ADMINISTRATION FOR “STUPIDITY” WITH AFGHANISTAN
written by Phil Schneider September 19, 2021 2258
Donald Trump made it clear that he intended to remove the United States military from Afghanistan. So, does he have the moral standing to criticize President Biden about the removal of US forces from Afghanistan? Yes. He is absolutely right in saying that he would never have removed the forces from Afghanistan and leave billions of dollars of weapons for the Taliban. Everybody knows that Trump may shoot off his mouth from time to time, but he doesn’t make decisions that cost the American taxpayer billions of dollars.

Is Joe Biden making stupid decisions? Perhaps. It probably is more that Biden is not actually making any decisions. The general attitude that many have espoused that Joe Biden has decided to make a radical transformation and become a radical socialist is probably a long-shot. The odds are much higher that Biden is indeed not able to make true decisions and is being handled by those who actually appreciate not having to take the blame for radical decisions they make. After all, they can look the other way when people ask, “Who is behind these decisions?” Once blame can be distributed among tens of different people, there is no real accountability. That is the perverse situation that we are in now. Biden looks like he is in charge, but really he is not. And nobody is accountable. That is a very dangerous situation.

So when former President Trump attacks Joe Biden, it doesn’t really change anything. The only thing that will truly make a major change is a radical sweep in 2022, and even more, a change in 2024 in the Oval Office. But Trump is right about the absolute stupidity of the policy on Afghanistan. We will probably understand how serious the mistake was in the coming years.

Trump hits Biden, vows 'America will be made great again' in 9/11 remembrance

History curriculum, books were written by and for white people. What about…
If another 9/11 happened in a divided 2021, could national unity be achieved…
Former President Donald Trump commemorated the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks by sharply criticizing President Joe Biden for his withdrawal from Afghanistan and assuring that "America will be made great again."

Trump's political action committee released a video Saturday morning in which he hailed the bravery of the police officers and firefighters who responded to the attacks before slamming an "inept" Biden administration for how it concluded the 20-year war.

"For the great people of our country, this is a very sad day. Sept. 11th represents great sorrow for our country," said Trump, a native New Yorker. "Many things were displayed that day, including, most importantly, the bravery of our police, fire, and first responders of every kind."

"It is also a sad time for the way our war on those that did such harm to our country ended last week," he continued. "The loss of 13 great warriors and the many more who were wounded should never have happened."

BIDEN SAYS UNITY IS COUNTRY'S 'GREATEST STRENGTH' IN SPEECH MARKING 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11
Thirteen service members were killed in a terrorist attack outside the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Aug. 26, for which the Islamic State claimed responsibility, as U.S. forces worked to evacuate Americans, Afghan allies, and other nationals out of the country following the Taliban's takeover. The attack exacerbated already fierce criticism by Trump and Republican lawmakers of the administration's handling of the U.S. drawdown.

"The leader of our country was made to look like a fool, and that can never be allowed to happen," Trump said in the video.

"This is the 20th year of this war and should have been a year of victory and honor and strength. Instead, Joe Biden and his inept administration surrendered in defeat," he said. "We will live on, but sadly, our country will be wounded for a long period of time. We will struggle to recover from the embarrassment this incompetence has caused."

"Do not fear, however. America will be made great again," the former president said.

Trump has not disclosed whether he plans to run for president in 2024 but has remained vocal since leaving office in January, often hinting at another bid for the White House. Trump told Sean Hannity last month that the Fox News host and other "friends" will be "happy" about what he has decided regarding 2024.

He has been especially critical of the Biden administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan ahead of the president's Aug. 31 deadline. Though he supported a similar strategy as president, he has recently insisted the drawdown could have been handled better.

"They never would have come anywhere near us. It wouldn’t have happened. They wouldn’t have taken over anything," Trump said of the Taliban in a Fox News interview published Friday. "They knew that if they did, they would be bombed into hell."

Trump said he plans to travel to New York City to mark the 20th anniversary of 9/11.

Taliban fighters are 'hunting down' journalists, carrying out revenge executions against Afghans who worked with the West
Despite promising "amnesty" to Afghan residents who worked with Western governments and organizations during the last 20 years of U.S. military occupation, Taliban forces in Afghanistan are now reportedly "hunting down" journalists and other supposed dissidents in order to execute them.
