First, I ask you to pray for 5 minutes every day for China using these prayer requests below. If you can't pray every day, that's fine; it's optional and not compulsory. Please involve your church/prayer group/social media contacts and groups. It doesn't matter what time of the day you pray, what matters is that you pray for 5 minutes. That's all I 'm asking.

Please share this with your pastor, friends, groups, we want to get as many people as we can praying.



Thanks for your prayers for us during this tough time; please keep praying for us here in China. Your prayers are a great help and blessing to us and God is moving in China!

First of all there is now peace after years of conflict, and secondly the Church in NI is stronger than the Church on the mainland. There are many Evangelical Churches in the province.
 

Prayer needs
 

Please pray for a deep move of the spirit, Church attendance is in decline. Please pray that the Church would be salt, and light in the province.
 
 
Please pray for the Church leaders, that they would continue to preach the gospel in power. There have been several high profile cases, where Christian preachers have been taken to court for speaking the truth.

God has used many Scottish men and women to touch the world such as David Livingstone, Mary Slessor, Robert Moffat, Eric Liddell and Robert Murray Mccheyne.
 
Revivals in the Hebrides’ in the 1950's strengthened and inspired the church. Thank God for such a man of God such as Duncan Campbell
 
Please pray for:
 
Scotland faces many social ills such as binge drinking, teen pregnancy and abortion. Coupled with unemployment, this is a potent mix of ills, but these things are being addressed by the church. Pray that God would move in great power to shake Scotland free of these terrible ills. Please pray for all agencies and workers seeking to challenge the status quo.
 
The two major cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh are the key to the country. Glasgow has a bad reputation, but the Church is active. Please pray for the Churches in the inner city areas of Glasgow, as they feel the full force of the enemy's attacks.  Edinburgh is a cultural centre, due to it's yearly festival and large student population. Please pray that God would energise these two cities, to be cities full of the people of God. Please also pray for the other major cities such as Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness.
 
Please pray for the borders area, the Church of Scotland is strong here. Please pray that many dead churches would be revived.
 
The highlands stretch from Edinburgh upwards, and are probably one of the most beautiful areas in the world. Please pray for God to move in many small towns and villages such as Callender, Ballater and Fort Augustus.
Scotland has many islands off it's Westen Coast.. the main ones being Skye, Arran, Mull, Lewis, and North and South Uist. Revival took place on Lewis and North and South Uist through Duncan Campbell, but now these islands are being threatened by creeping materialism and capitalism. Please pray that God's Holy Spirit would stir these islands once again.
 
Two groups of Islands sit off the top of Scotland.. the Shetland, and Orkney Islands. Again both these islands are religious and have high church attendance, but they need a fresh touch of the Lord.
 
Finally please pray for my two beloved brothers and their wives, who serve God in Scotland.. Charles and Mary and Alex and Susan

[size=16]Welcome to the land of England, the largest of the countries, that make up the United Kingdom.
 
 
England is the most secular of the four home countries, and belief in God and Church attendance are in sharp decline in many areas of the UK.
 
 
Please pray for a deep move of the Holy Spirit in this beautiful land.. my land!
 
 
The key to the country, may lie with London. now this is one of the world's mega cities. The city is home to some very lively churches, who share the gospel with passion. What happens in London affects the rest of country. If Revival were to happen in London, the rest of the country would be affected. Please pray that the Church in London would be a vibrant and powerful force in the city. Many churches are active in outreach work, Please pray for a great harvest of souls in this city. Please pray for the work of the London City Mission
 
 
Please pray for the other major cities of the UK, namely Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle and Bristol. Many Churches in the inner cities have closed and have been turned into housing, bars, and worst of all, mosques. Many of these inner cities are No Go areas for Christians, and for most people on a Friday and Saturday night, when they are turned into vast binge drinking bars. Please pray for a radical approach from the Church to reclaim the streets and the inner cities.
 
 
Please pray for the following areas
 
 
The south west, Cornwall and Devon, this is the scene for much druid and witch activity. Please pray against this. Especially pray for the areas of Exmoor and Dartmoor, many isolated villages
 
The south and east Anglia, many small towns and much money, has led to spiritual apathy in these areas.
 



The midlands around Birmingham. This industrial area has suffered much, having lost much of it's industries, but is seeing a move of God. Please pray for God to continue to work.
 
 
The north of England- ranging from leafy Cheshire to the Scottish border, comprising the counties of Northumbria, Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.. I am a proud YORKIE. These people are very religious, and were at the heart of the Methodist Revival in the 1800's. Please pray that God would stir this area.
 
 
Many small and medium sized towns need a move of God. Towns like Lancaster, Shrewsbury, St Ives, Loughborough, Margate and Newquay.



Please pray for the small villages that have no Church or have a Church that is not bible based. Some villages are Wetwang, Blubberhouses, Fryup  (yes am serious, there are actual places called by that name!), Halton, Kirby Lonsdale and Gargrave. 告。像Wetwang, Blubberhouses, Fryup, Halton, Kirby Lonsdale 和Gargrave。



This nation is my homeland, please pray for it, yes it is quaint, yes it is looked upon as a place that has history and nothing else, but it has touched the world for good, culturally and in sharing the gospel. Now it is in deep need, Muslims see the winning of Britain as achievable.  May God touch this precious land.



Please pray for a mighty Revival in this land and across the whole of the UK, please pray for my brethren at my two Home Churches in Morecambe (especially Pastor Mark), my dear friends John, Kevin, and Andrew.. still serving God after all this time, we have known each other 40 years.
 
 
Please pray for every Christian that he/she would, be moved to witness and share the gospel. Pray that every Church would be energised to GO and share the gospel, to get out and tell people about Jesus.

For the Church to be a holy people, many Christians go to Church on Sunday, but they do not live in a holy way. Amongst Christians pornography, and sex before marriage is rampant. Please pray for the Church to be transformed.
 
 
Please pray for the Pastors, that they would preach the true word of God.



Pray for the brave Christians who share the gospel in the open air in shopping centres and street corners.



Many Christians have been discriminated against for sharing the gospel and wearing crosses. Please pray that the believers would stand true to their faith.


Please pray for the Shire countries and rural areas of England. Please pray that every village in England would have an Evangelical Church.



Please pray that the church would arise and be a powerful voice in the life of the country.

The virus outbreak seems to be slowing down and things around us are getting back to normal, please keep the situation in your prayers.

Praise God for
 

The last major revival in the UK, happened in Wales in 1904-5 led by Ewan Roberts and started by ten women praying.
 

The effects of this revival went around the world.
 

Many evangelical churches still exist and preach the gospel.
 
 
Please pray for
 

A revival to sweep through Wales on the same scale as the above mentioned revival, for my Chinese brethren, many British believers were called to the mission field, esp. China through that revival.
 
 
Many of the churches that sprung up during that time are now dead or dying.
 
 
Please pray that the Lord would stir the believers, too many of them are focusing on former glories.



South Wales was very dependent on coal mining, and steel, but most mines have closed and many places are economic and indeed spiritual wastelands. Please pray that every community, has a church within it, that preaches the gospel and it is the centre point of that community.
 

Central Wales and the beautiful coastline are largely rural and farming communities and indeed many town and villages need a move of God.. please pray.
 

North Wales, which contains the Isle of Anglesey, is a bit like England. Again it needs a move of God.
 

22% of the people still speak the Welsh language, please pray that workers would be raised up who can communicate the truths of the gospel in this language.
 

Cardiff and Swansea are the Major cities.. other towns such as Neath, Llanelli,
Tenby and Llangollen need to be touched by God's spirit.

Please pray for this land, it is called the LAND OF REVIVAL, but the last one happened in the early 1900's led by Evan Roberts. It started when ten ladies gathered for prayer and it's effects were still being felt 50 years later.
 
 
Many thousands were saved during this time, but this is a distant memory. Many of the churches formed in that time are either dead or dying.  Please pray for an infusion of God's power into the church, especially into the cities of Cardiff, Swansea and Wrexham.
 
 
Please pray for the valleys of Wales, these areas were famous for coal and steel, but now those jobs have gone, and these communities are struggling. Young people leave for work and many churches are closing. Cults and Many other religions are active. Please pray that the sound of the gospel would be heard through these valleys, the welsh love to sing and are the best singers in the world.
 
 
Please pray for a revival in the rural areas, again many churches have closed.
 
 
Please pray for many of the native welsh speakers to come to Faith.
 
 
Please pray for the work of Scripture union in schools and many agencies in the Universities and Colleges.
 
 
Beach missions will take place in several locations, please pray for much fruit.

Please pray for revival in the Chinese church, that it would be filled with a holy boldness and courage to stand through this time of persecution.
Please pray for the Han Chinese people, the largest people group in the world, they number 1 billion and to reach China, you must reach them.
Please pray for a nationwide revival that would impact every church and ultimately every people group, city, village and community

People in China live in housing complexes in the cities, which can number between 500-2000 flats. Please pray that every housing complex, would have it's own bible study group
Please pray for for the pastors, church workers and leaders, that they be filled with all wisdom, especially pray for those in prison.
Please pray for the young people of China, they are under severe pressure to have high scores at school and university. Please pray for all young christian children and students that they would stand strong like Daniel and his three friends

Please pray for divine protection over the church, we have many meetings, please pray for church on Sunday, which are usually held in three locations. sometimes we meet all together, but we have to be very careful
Please pray for a deep and passionate love between us and that people would see that we are Christians by our love.
Not all the people who attend are truly born again, please pray that all people who come would meet with the living God.
We have many new believers and have a special meeting for them, please pray that they would come to true faith and grow up into maturity in Christ.
Please pray as several sisters and brothers have illness
Please pray that God would bring more new couples, men, young people and children into the church
Personally pray for us K and H, please also pray for our Daughter M in Canada    
Please pray that as a church, we show forth God's glory.
Many people need prayer for Salvation, to have an encounter with God, because they are seeking after the blessings of Christianity and not after God.

Entry Ban on Christian Workers

For years, Turkey has placed restrictions on religious leadership training. As a result, many pastors in the country have been foreign nationals. However, new visa restrictions are now being placed on foreign religious workers entering the country.

In early April, an American pastor (name withheld) had to travel to the United States for a family emergency. Despite working in Turkey for 20 years, authorities informed him that a travel ban had been issued and, if he left, there would be no opportunity for him to return. That ban was confirmed a week later when he attempted to re-enter the country. He was detained overnight and then put on a flight to Germany.

In February, a similar situation happened with an American couple returning to their home in Istanbul after travelling abroad. When consulting with their lawyer and government authorities, it was verified that an entry ban had indeed been issued.

Turkish authorities have not released the reason for these bans. However, the U.S. State Department has issued a warning about travel to Turkey because of unfounded allegations of affiliation with terrorist organizations. In October 2018, Pastor Andrew Brunson was finally released after two years in prison over allegations of espionage and terrorist connections. For more information, go to the Turkey Country Report.

Remember these church leaders who are no longer permitted to return to their homes, nor allowed to continue ministering in churches within Turkey, leaving these congregations without their appointed leadership. Pray for foreign Christian workers still in the country during these times of uncertainty.. May the Turkish authorities respectfully consider the religious rights of all citizens, sanctioning the recently implemented restrictions to be lifted.

Christian Targeted for his Faith

Police in southern Laos have allegedly beaten a detained Christian, trying to force him to renounce his faith. The man, Agoon, was cutting timber along with others in a protected forest. According to one source, they were doing so at the request of the village leader.

When confronted by police, the others were allowed to leave. However, Agoon, the only Christian in the group, was arrested and charged with illegal logging. Authorities insist that the timber worker's arrest was unrelated to his religion. Yet, while in custody, the police tried to force him to renounce his faith, beating the unwavering believer harder when he refused. A source who requested anonymity believes that Agoon's detainment for the cutting of timber was merely an excuse, as any arrest made for his Christian beliefs would raise the ire of the international community.

Conflicts between Laos' small Christian community and communist authorities in this predominantly Buddhist nation frequently flare up; Christians want to assert their right to freedom of worship under the constitution, while governing authorities consider Christianity a foreign religion. Pray that Agoon will continue standing firm in his faith, regardless of the abuse he has been forced to endure. Ask the Lord to intervene on behalf of this faithful believer, serving as his Defender and Deliverer. Please also uphold other Christians throughout Laos who are facing pressure from governing authorities, as well as the opposing members of their communities. May the message of God's love be consistently expressed in both word and deed through the lives of His people, touching the hearts of many throughout the nation.

Christianity Allegedly an "Enormous Harm"

A seminar was held during late April in the city of Hebi, Henan, to discuss "Christianity& #39;s enormous harm on China's security." Attended by members of the Chinese Communist Party, the gathering encouraged all members to maintain "correct views" in regards to the religion.

The Chinese government often views religion as foreign attempts to undermine its rule. ChinaAid reports that, since May 12th, 15 churches across China have faced harassment from authorities. Officers from the religious affairs bureau raided the churches, ordering activities to cease. In some cases, the pastors were ordered to stop in the middle of their sermons. Members were also taken for interrogation before being released.

In recent months, there has been increased pressure on non-registered churches, attempting to force all Christians to join the government-approved churches. The recent raids have led some to suggest a coordinated effort to crack down on the Christian faith. For more information on persecution facing Christians in China, visit our country report.

Pray for the many Christians in China who are facing opposition and oppression because of their faith. Also remember those belonging to the government-controll ed Three-Self Churches as they attempt to spread the truth of God in an environment opposed to the Gospel. May their oppressors be receptive to the message of the Bible and come to understand their need for salvation through His Son Jesus.

URGENT UPDATE FOR PRAYER
We have just been informed that the owner of our flat, has been told that he is renting to a church (he is very nervous about this), which is an illegal gathering, and so this may well mean that we go to house groups. Please pray for us and for wisdom for our pastor and Co workers
Please pray for our little church, we have moved, but as for every church in china, there is the danger of being discovered, large rewards of up to 50,000 Rmb (about $8,000), are given for information. Please pray for protection. We are prepared to move into small groups if this happens. Please pray for the two young men we have helping us, they are seminary students, J and Z who are helping us. Please pray for our Sunday service esp this sunday as it's Easter sunday, it's not celebrated in China. Continue to pray for Pastor Z and Wife S, our pastors and their son A at seminary. Please continue to pray for our children and that more families and young people come to the church, esp men. Please pray for our daughter Ming as she comes home for a month from Canada, as parents we need God's wisdom.
